The rooms had a smoke smell to it. But overall it was a nice stay. Staff was awesome! The continental breakfast was wonderful. Easy access to the elevator. Overall, I am happy with the price and stay for the night.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Sunland Park in El Paso Texas. It was the worst experience I've had in El Paso to date. There was a recent murder it's infested with drugs poor choice for my family

Good breakfast and comfortable. Calm, cool and collected. Was quite a relaxing experience. Ther Was no bother from others who were staying there and it was one of the comforterest places that there is here in the Sunland Park areas.

Rooms very clean. Scans cards were a bit difficult to use, but not to take away from the great service. Location was perfect. Family lives in the West side and plenty of restaurants on the area to go too.

This property is located to a Baskin Robins several Mexican restaurants a grocery store and a gas station . The bed was a bit hard, The pillows where great, the parking area is next to the main street. I hope you enjoy your stay

hotel was sad and in a run down conditions. the outside area was littered with trash. discarded conforms and clothes. just seemed neglected. front desk attendant was nice and cordial. the room seemed cleaned but smelled musty and smoked in.

Hassle free checking and checkout. There is not really a good location for pets to go to the bathroom, however all of El Paso has this issue and strongly suggest Landscaping without the use of plants or grass to conserve on water.

Rooms are carpeted, but it was clean enough. One electric plug was not working and the microwave and tv were both unplugged. I did not call about it as I was able to move the microwave to a working plug. I told the person at the front desk at checkout and she was very receptive. Convenient location. Kings are on the 2nd floor and no first floor room was open; there is an elevator but no luggage racks . I was able to park close to the elevator. The breakfast area was very nice.

Nice people on staff. Clean, basic room. Pros: close to interstate. Good hot break fast provided with lots of options. Cons: very noisy congested area- lots of traffic, which unfortunately you can hear in your room. Pool was not in operation when we visited.

Letty was great as was the rest of the staff. Room was fairly priced and clean. Allowed me to hang out for a couple extra hours in the lobby while I waited for my Uber. Will stay here again if I'm back. Breakfast was decent. Lobby was clean. 5 stars for sure

Located across from a crazy train right on a busy highway. If you like a dingy room that stinks and don't like sleeping much, this is the place for you. The toilet leaks and runs all night. Staff can't work the computer. Just the worst stay I've ever had and I stay at a lot of best westerns. AVOID!

Stay away from this shabby, dirty hotel that is one of the most expensive Best Western's we've ever stayed at. This hotel ruins the reputation of Best Westerns that I had thought I could trust previously. The check-in experience was ridiculously long while I was forced to stand outside in the cold and try to talk through a little opening in a glass window. The staff treats customers like criminals, roping off the breakfast food so that you have to ask for each item you want and acting like they're doing you a huge favor to give you a replacement box of cheap tissues for the empty one in your room. The bathroom floor was filthy. The hotel has not been updated in decades. Miserable experience!

We were put in a room that looked like it was lived in. The smell of open sewer the second night was overwhelming. During check in we weren't allowed in the office. All business took place through a bank teller type window. i called the office about switching rooms because of the sewer smell and was told all of the rooms smelled like that because they were working close by on the sewer system. i had to explain that i had a young child with me and that if he got sick, i was moving hotels. She moved us to a room on the backside of the hotel that smelled just fine and was away from the road. There must not be any type of insulation in the walls because the first room you could hear every car going past. on the backside of the hotel, it was quiet and no smell.

The check-in was made through a small window cus was night time(11pm). I had to stay outside in the cold and windy weather while doing the check-in cus none is allowed inside the lobby. No internet signal in my room. Heater extremely noisy.

Ongoing external sewage construction on and near hotel caused an unhealthy stay. An open manhole in the parking lot with sewage being pumped in from an open pit on another part of the property cause an odor so bad you would choke. A hole was knocked through a stone wall protecting a storm runoff basin was being used to pump over flow sewage into a storm basin. Standing sewage cause flies by the thousand on the hotel, in the room, and in our van. This hotel should have been closed during this external sewage construction. Worst I have ever incountered.

We had to wait at least 15 min to check in at 10pm. We were exhausted from driving for 12 hours and just wanted to get our room and go to sleep. The room we were given was dirty, had not been cleaned and beds not made. Had to haul out suitcases back to lobby, not a short walk and get another room. This room was ok but very old furnishings and decor and seemed sketchy. Bugs outside the building, luckily I didn't see any in the room. This was a $50 room I paid double that to sleep in for 6 hours and then leave.

The room was very dirty. My grandson's feet were filthy after walking barefoot. More than 30 mosquitos in the room and only solution was for a can of Raid which I had to get for myself as the front desk clerk was the only staff on duty.

Deffinitely NOT up to Best Western standards. The clerk at the front desk was curt. When we went to the first room we were assigned it was obvious that someone (probably staff) had used the pullout bed for a nap because it was still out and the bedding was not fresh. This was also apparent from the half-empty bag of chips and bottle of water on the bedside table. Then we were given another room. When we entered that one the chemical smell was so overwhelming it made me cough. There was no virus going to live in that room for sure but I wasn't sure I could either. Maybe a little less chemical and a little more soap and water would be better. There was something sticky spilled on the side table and the phone and radio had not been cleaned properly for months - didn't want to touch them. The phones in both rooms did not work to call the front desk. We would have walked out and found somewhere else but we'd been on the road 12 hours that day and were exhausted. I have worked in the hotel business for years, both in housekeeping and in management - I would have fired the whole cleaning cr

I earned gift cards from previous stays as a BW rewards member. After calling multiple times and multiple promises of sending said gift cards, I was given the gift card numbers over the phone. The customer service representative promised I would be able to redeem the cards by simply presenting the numbers and expiration date given at check in. She assured me it would work and even booked the stay for me at the "lowest cost". (15 mins. later I checked prices myself on the BW member site and they were in fact NOT he lowest prices, having booked $50 MORE than priced online) anyways, on the evening of checking the front desk rudely told me that I needed to print them out. I tried to explain to her, but she did not want to hear it. I tried to show her my phone where it clearly showed I earned the gift cards and she said " there is nothing on your phone that can help you check in" . furthermore, when calling her manager to double check she plainly said " there is a guest trying to check in with hand written gift cards." without explaining to the manager what the situation was. they offered no solution, and I was left to pay. beyond that room smelled of urine, floor was FILTHY, and there was hair on the sheets.

The staff was very nice; helped by giving me the number for customer service so I could book my second night of the stay two get one free promotion. They also made sure I had a quiet area so I could sleep better.

Found hair in my bedding and the towels were stained. They need to bleach the bedding and towels so they are all white. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a $25 GC from BW Rewards and staff had difficulty applying it to my total balance.

IF YOU DON'T MIND SHARING YOUR ROOM OR BATHTUB WITH A COCKAROACH, THEN CHECK RIGHT IN FOR $109 SINGLE OH AND don't catch yourself being too tired to care, because they WILL crawl on you at night. Wasn't even offered the food to go bag. Won't be recommending this location to ANYONE

Front desk lady was very nice. There was a sewage odor (not coming from the hotel). The room smelled like old smoke. It is a non-smoking room, but you could tell it used to be smoked in. The hot water was barely warm. The room was clean enough, but I would choose to stay elsewhere in the El Paso area.

We stayed here one night on a 17-day trip in which we stayed in 11 different properties. I'd rank this 6th of the 11. It's not too easy to find unless you check pretty carefully where you're going and how to get there--otherwise rely on satellite navigation. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast all met my expectations. The door handle on our room was a bit balky, but otherwise things worked well. I'd stay here again.

Was hoping to enjoy not having to stay with family, but now wish I would have stayed in a clean bedroom for free and had hot breakfast to enjoy also! Will stay with family next time I visit my family or have to find a clean hotel to stay at!

Because of BW loyalty program I went to Best Western of Sunland Park, but was not too impressed. Had to stand outside to check in. Besides a fresh coat of paint, the hotel looks dated. LOTS of noise in the room from the road in front of the hotel.

The Best Western was great and the location was awesome. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was wonderful and caring. The staff went out of their way to help my family in time of need. Thank you for everything

Stayed 1 night arrived after a very long day on the road. The check in wasn't the most friendly and the clerk wasn't the best person you would want to deal with. The room was fairly clean and okay and the Hotel was reasonably quiet except around 2am .....i guess the bars had closed for the night. The outside of this place is rather dirty and could do with a Power Wash or Paint. Couldn't believe The Trash cans hadn't been taken care of and were over flowing. Breakfast was okay but please employ a person to serve the Breakfast instead of relying on the night clerk. He was as slow as molasses . The Trash cans in the Breakfast area were overflowing here too so there seems to be a problem with Trash removal. Would we stay again...probably not would think about finding somewhere else. Another thing to get back on to Interstate 10 is an exercise in navigation as it is rather difficult.

Most horrible B.W. we have ever stayed at in all our years of traveling. The carpet was so dirty and filthy, the grime stuck to our shoes and tracked up the bathroom floor to the point we had to get bath towels from the manager to put down on the bathroom floor. Did not sit in easy chair as it was spotted and filthy. Did not even consider using the microwave or coffee maker for fear of health reasons. STAY away from this B.W. I have stayed at dozens of B.W.. This is by far the worst ever. We used,,or wasted our free rewards stay on this room. SHAME ON YOU BW. FOR ALLOWING THIS UNIT TO BE IN BUSINESS

This hotel is mid town, and although not a "Plus" accommodation, presented as such. Charming staff made our check in fun and the effort made to sort out the use of a voucher was handled effectively. The rooms are nicely appointed and are very good value for the money.

The rooms were very clean. It's location is also excellant spot for traveling east or west next to I-10. My family have been staying there for the last 5 years. Food eaterys are very close. The mall is only 5 mins away. Having fun visiting family.

Pool was not cleaned, feathers floating in it. Ants (at least 100) on the bathroom floor. I used a bottle of air freshener to kill them and they were still on the floor when I hot back to my room after work. Carpet was so dirty I left black footprints in the shower.

1st room was unacceptable, very dirty with lots of hairs, stains and cigarette burns under the sheet. Stains also on the top cover of the bed. Floor was not vacuumed. We ask for housekeeping to get new covers for the bed but no housekeeping there in the evening so we were given another room but felt uncomfortable because of the first rooms dirtiness. The second room was better. After driving 10 hours you don't want to have to change rooms to the second floor after bringing in all your stuff. Will not stay at this motel again.

Both my wife and I were very well pleased with our treatment and accommodations for both ourselves and our two pets during our two-day stay at our favorite Best Western Hotel in El Paso. The friendly and efficient staff and the convenient location of the hotel itself have much to do with our always returning to this same hotel each time we visit El Paso.

Good experience overall. Comfortable beds. Pull-out sofa bed was defective, difficult to set up, and incomplete, but staff did quickly provide adequate bedding. Quiet room, despite being right on a large, busy thoroughfare. Air conditioner was inadequate for large room -- area with sofa bed was well-cooled, while main sleeping area was too warm. Carpet in room needs more thorough cleaning. Pool area was adequately maintained. Lobby was clean and comfortable, with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, food and supplies were well presented and replenished promptly, and serving line was kept immaculately clean. Buffet and dining area were a bit crowded, making it only slightly inconvenient to navigate serving line & seating. Staff and lobby were dog-friendly, though there wasn't really a very good place for walking or exercising pets. Outdoor areas were somewhat littered with cigarette butts and small trash, but overall appearance indicated fairly regular upkeep. Staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. Convenient proximity to a variety of restaurants.

The overall appearance of the hotel was great, however, the bathroom did not seem like it was cleaned in the proper way in that it smelled like a dirty mop. I did notice some hairs on the bottom mattress as if that sheet was not changed out.

Images online do not meet actual accomodations. I have never been so disappointed. The smell in the lobby was so horrible. Room was dirty (flies on windowsills and floor. Burrs on floor that I got stuck 3 times in my feet (finally kept shoes on except in the shower and in the bed). There was a lawn chair and alot of debris and cigarette butts in pool. My husband had to try to fish them out to let our daughter swim, but finally gave up and we couldn't let her swim. No lotion or conditioner. We had to buy food outside of hotel because the odor was so bad in the lobby.

My husband and I were passing through on our motorcycles and were quite tired and beat. We decided to try the BestWestern. We were greeted friendly by the front desk manager (Casandra) who quicly and efficiently checked us in our rooms. She made us feel very welcome and said she would be on duty until 11pm if we needed further assistance. She suggested a nice restaurant in the area. All in all, our stay was quiet and very reasonable.

I had a good nights rest in a very clean room. The lobby and overall appearance was tidy and efficient. When I arrived and when I left, the staff was very nice and personable. I will look for Best Western on my next motor vacation.

We booked two room online. We arrived to find them at opposite sides and opposite ends of the building. My wife and I were not happy to have our daughters so far away but as we arrived late there were no other options. I book a deluxe king room for my wife, my two boys, and me, and a double queen my for teen daughters. We learned that the executive two queens beds are actually part of connecting rooms. The connecting doors have little insulation and we could hear the family next door like they were in the room with us. Fortunately, after a boisterous 90 min it was like a light switch was flipped and it was silent after about 11:30. The road noise on the room facing the street was pretty bad. The staff seemed indifferent.

The spacious rooms are clean and comfortable with a updated decor. The lobby is clean and the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast has a wide assortment of options that will fit most diets. Love that the rooms have microwaves and mini fridges.

The guy who checked me in was not friendly whatsoever. But the young lady who checked me out and helped me move rooms did and excellent job. The breakfast was okay! The rooms could be a bit cleaner. And also the sofa beds.. you guys need new ones.

Easy access off of I-10, close to restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, good breakfast to start a day of travel. The room was well equipped, bed and all linens were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for business or leisure travelers

Conveniently located, easy to find. Happy Hour offered 2 drinks free, cheese, crackers & popcorn 5-6:30. Good bar finger type food available in restaurant/lounge. Hotel clean, nice ambiance, we had a large room which was very nice. All staff very friendly and professional

I had an excellent experience here the end of November. The manager and a trainee were the people that checked me in and they were helpful and professional. My room was very clean. The breakfast room was small but I still found good food and help with my questions. Wifi was in and out but I still got my work done. I found the staff was very pleasant and my room was in outstanding condition. I have paid much, much more and received much less in terms of service and room conditions. A great stay.

We stood here to go to the Sunland Park casino just to find out that there was no shuttle there and back. The bed was not comfortable, the AC had a smell to it and there were no usb chargers in the room attached to the dated lamps on the night stands and the desk. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone unless it went thru some small upgrades to satisfy customers.

If your passing through and are on a "tight budget" this low grade Best Western Hotel is for you.I would spend a few dollars more and go down the block to the Best Western Hotel near Arby's the next time I am traveling through El Paso. It is suppose to be a Pet Friendly hotel, but your pet will walk in garbage and on broken glass in the vacant lot next door because there is No Pet Area.

The location is super noisy near the highway 24/7 noise the room is okay but definitely could be better for the price. Too small of a parking lot we had to park away from hotel. Room was decent clean older linens that had a particular smell we arrived here after midnight so we just spent the night but not a choice for longer stays

Lovely hotel with big pool open 24 hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value. We only stayed one night on our way home from Texas but found it to be a great choice. Really enjoyed breakfast with a great variety of choices.

The people at this hotel were very nice and polite. I appreciated the fact that they knew we werr havinv problems getting our trailer through their larking lot and they never bothered or harassed us at all amd that is unusual they were very understanding.

This hotel should not exist - it does not have adequate parking, it is a dump, and the internet does not work. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! I left the property because the internet did not work, there was not even a signal in my room for the recommended internet connection.

My husband and I traveled to El Paso for a wedding and stayed at Best Western Sunland Park. We found it to be very comfortable and clean and a great location for the events we attended. They had a great breakfast! The only problem I had was too many kids around the waffle maker making their waffles so I didn't have time to get a waffle made, but that was not the hotel's problem. I was very glad to see they had a waffle maker along with eggs and sausage, etc.

The BW has all the room amenities but no breakfast included. For that you pay at the casino. Surprisingly quiet. Staff are all helpful. Clean and comfortable. Getting there is a challenge with all new road construction.Stay the course, it is worth it.

I had a wonderful five night stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The front desk answered all questions I had about the surrounding area and helped me find great "home town" restaurants instead of the chain restaurants . The pool was clean and cool in the 100 degree weather! My room stayed clean and they kept me stocked with coffee! The breakfast was good but minimal, which was not an issue for me. Wifi is offered. Parking is tight, as it is all in the front. I stayed in a king room, which also had a couch that made in to a bed.

It was easy to reach the Best Western Motel, The breakfast was plentiful and good. The motel was very nice and the staff was pleasant and curtious.We will stay at a Best Western Motel again. Thank you.

When I first arrived there was someone before me which was great, however the clerk did not even acknowledge me. Once she waited on me she was pleasant. The room was OK. The pull out was horrible it was dirty under the bed. You could feel the springs Everyone of them. The couch itself was dirty and need replacing. I was disappointed. The breakfast was good with no complaints.

This seems to be a newly refurbished hotel, very nice and clean. I was worried about the traffic noise since we were at the front of the hotel but it was very quiet. I was surprised to see they had an elevator, a great feature for someone who is disabled and unusual in a hotel this size. Our room was lovely and clean, the bed was very good and the sheets and towels were good quality. My only complaint was the bathtub. The tub surround was not installed properly and the tub, although clean was stained.

Opened door of room to a once smoking room of a roadside motel...very evident and annoying to especially when sleeping with a machine. Room very dated and was not clean to my satisfaction, bathroom had a towel on the floor and fridge is old and rusted. Biggest issue was coming back to hotel after a long day out (midnight) and having my door cracked open, thankfully looked like nothing was touched!!! I know the door was closed when I left as I forgot the keys in my room and had to get a new one made before I left to start my afternoon...so I pulled and pushed on it a few times prior to returning to the FD for my new key. Front desk agent at check on was great, the overnight who I called to report my door open didn't seem to know how to handle, should have saved my rewards points used for my stay for a better location. Breakfast eggs were cold and the pickings were slim!

Off the Interstate. Staff very courteous and helpful. There was construction but not hard to find visually or on Google maps. Time zone change was not hard to adapt too. Wal-Mart down the street and a few other local stores.

My main complaint is that the carpet was extremely filthy in our room. My children's feet were black after walking barefooted for about an hour in the room. Otherwise, this hotel is perfectly pleasant and what you'd expect from a budget hotel.

quality/price very good. very friendly staff. quiet place.It's close to the mall. There is a lot of restaurant at a walking distance. Also There is a casino, a cinema, and a gokart place nearby. I always stop there when i'm in the area.

Even with the road construction on Highway 10 we found this hotel easy to get to. I was an excellent value for what we needed and it was pet friendly. We try to stay at Best Westerns whenever we can and if we find ourselves in El Paso needing a room we will stay again.

The locations was safe. Hotel lobby was clean. Breakfast was better than I expected. Our first room was supposed to be non-smoking but the previous person smoked in the room. We went to the front desk and our room was changed with several apologies. Second room was clean also, but didn't have a smoke smell. The rate that my wife and I got for the room was excellent and the establishment and its employees were very nice. I will be back and will recommend the location to my family as well.

Was greeted immediately and check in was quick. Hotel close to freeway for quick access. If you are planning trip in the El Paso area choose Best Western for you hotel of choice. The staff are quick to expedite your check in and offer any assistance you may require.

Really nice hotel. With a hot breakfast. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Extremely close to the Sands Casino in New Mexico. If you want to do some gambling. Twin Peaks restaurant in walking distance as well as a McDonald's.

Parking requires long walk. Nobody at front desk for check-in. I yelled for five minutes until someone came. Then she let's staff use her computer during check-in delaying the process further. Finally made it to the room and was hoping to watch baseball wildcard game but remote doesn't work. I picked up the phone to call the desk and my hand stuck to the phone. That problem promptly fixed. 10pm walls shaking from boom box some where. I opened the door and tweakers are sitting on the sidewalk in front of my room. They said it was their music and they turned it down, from super loud to very loud. Called desk , noise went to just loud. 2am music finally stops and goes to loud argument on my door step. Music starts up again 5am. No sleep. No help. Beware of this hotel. Front desk shrugs shoulders like " this is El Paso, what did you expect".

I expected it to be a bit noisy but it wasn't. Just a bit off of I10 in a convenient location but the GPS had problems finding it. We had driven across Texas in one shot (11 Plus Hours) so a peaceful sleep was welcome. The room was standard BW and clean. I suspect that it was fairly new.

Room cleanliness can be improved. The carpet was sticky and grimey. Coffee machine has a dried up coffee pod in it. I would not recommend this room. The price is ok and the location is ok. Parking is also not properly enforced

We will never forget the service we received from Caesare' at the time of our check-in as well as through our stay on her watch. She was just fantastic and just one of the reasons why we will continue to be Best Western members.

This hotel is convenient despite the construction in El Paso. Rooms are typical overnight only but comfortable. Staff is pleasant but telephone booking was challenging due to the accent of the clerk. Bring your OWN razor. What they gave me was about as good as using a dull Homelite chainsaw!!

I stayed at this hotel for a week and parked in the same area 3 days in a row. On the fourth day I was told by and employee that my manager will not allow you to park in that area. I asked what the difference was and she stated " ITs what my manager said" However an hour later a vehicle just like mine was allowed to park there. I also noticed that there were vehicles parked in the fire lanes right under the security camera. So They don't care or don't look at their cameras.

Let me star with an apology and let you know that all front desk advice every guest about our parking. We do let them know that they can't park in the fire lane if they still do so they can get a ticked and we are not responsible for it. Also if you take more then one parking we will let you know to park on the far back we had had other guest complain about that too.

Outstanding employees, Very Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Some parking difficulties but can easily be overcome. Breakfast was typical BW I will stay there again if in El Paso, TX. Basically no complaints.

Not impressed with my stay. One of the beds looked as if someone had recently slept in it. Pulled the sheets back to find multiple long, black hairs throughout the sheets. Luckily there were 2 beds in my room. The bed I did sleep in, was quite comfortable. I also was surprised to find more long hair in both the bath tub & sink. I'm not sure my room was cleaned very well. When I turned on the water in both the tub & sink, it originally came out with a brownish/yellow tint, then eventually turned clear. I will say that the continental breakfast was really good. Many tasty options to start the day. The service and employees were very nice and accommodating, as well. I just can't leave a positive review, based on the cleanliness of my room.

hotel was new and very nice...staff were pleasant...had pizza delivered for dinner...would be nice if there were more restaurants close by...breakfast was ok...nothing special...they could have more parking close to rooms but there is no extra charge...rooms were very clean and nice...

Could not hear any road noise - Great! Great hotel for an en-route stop. Friendly & courteous staff. Breakfast is OK. (I've had much worse). Not far from the Interstate. I-Net worked great.I would stay there again. A+++

Very polite and professional staff. Room rates were excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Hotel was within close proximity to many other restaurants which was good for me since I was there for the week.

I stayed just one night at this hotel and it was cheap , very clean and it is closer to the Highway , very good deal for the money , the locations could not be better and it was very very clean , I will stay at this hotel If I have to stay in El Paso , no doubt !!!

We were there for a few days, and the little time we spent in the room, it was quiet. It was within walking and driving distance to gas stations, restaurants/ diners and even a casino down the street. There's a mall on the other side of the freeway as well. The room, the bed and lobby were all clean, presentable and comfortable. We had no problems with any noise since we were on the back side of the hotel. The staff was courteous and professional and we would definitely stay here again.

I found this to be a good alternative to the other hotels I normally use and at 1/2 the price. Being closer to downtown than the others, it gave me a few minute jump on traffic. The breakfast seems the same as the other places I stayed, so I did not miss that.

My wife and I have used this Best Western quite a few times in the past. We have always had great staff service and we enjoy the breakfasts. The BW beds are the greatest and SO comfortable! The only thing I would change is the parking. It is small.

This was the trip back to El Paso to share with my wife where I grew up went to school played at the playground ate wonderful food Chicos tacos. Showed her the Rio Grande and the bridges going across to wireless, transmountain road , Scenic drive

We chose this hotel because it was convient to get to and close to the casino. The staff at check out was on her phone and I had to get her attention. Breakfast area a little small. Attendant was curtious

If you can't afford to stay nearer the airport this place is fine. Not as fancy as the Best Western Plus near the airport, but it's fine. I would stay here again. Not very many good eateries in area and it is on a very busy street , noisy street.

Room was on the second floor, our room faced a busy street, difficult manoeuvering to get our belongings to the room. Noisy throughout the night with traffic. Breakfast included minimal choices and the hotel is understaffed. Wouldn't stay here again.

Room and service was nice but location is on a busy street. Traffic all night. Breakfast was nice for a quick bit before driving on. We picked this hotel for the location, near Sunland Casino. Not sure will stay here again because of traffic noise.

This location was great. Including the location, and all staff that we came in contact with. We will be coming back to this location. When we arrived the refrigerator wasn't working. It was replaced within 20 minutes of our call.

Reservations were a mess. Was stuck in a smoking room even though reservation (which was lost by hotel) and profile lists non-smoking preference. Most of the "amenities" did not work; shower faucet broken, no shampoo, no lotions. Will never stay here again. EVER!

Had a great night sleep. The Hotel was very clean. We had a long drive to San Antonio From Los Angeles Calif. This was a great place to rest and have a great night sleep. Thanks again Best Western Hotel chain.

Check in person was rude. Rest of stay was uneventful. Had a problem with the breakfast waffle iron but eventually someone came and fixed it. They had a good breakfast set out of sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles and yogurt.

Inn was clean, and I requested 2 adjoining rooms when making reservations 2 dsys ahead of stay and ended up several rooms apart. Parking near my room was no option. The Inn is situated on a small lot and almost all parking is in the front. We had to unload by our rooms and then take car back to front. Staff was nice.

This was a great place to stay overnight. The pool was clean and the water was perfect. The room was very nice and spacious. Great service by professional friendly staff. Away from the downtown traffic and noise with good choices for dining in the area.

Fantastic location right off the I-10. Very close to the State Line Restaurant which has the BEST Bar-B-QUe you have ever had! Close to all types of Family Attractions with all types of things to do and see.

Was not satisfied with the "deals" offered and the hoops one has to jump thru to get them.. This El Paso hotel was okay. Was given a discount on the check out receipt, but the full amount was deducted from my checking account.

Beds were comfortable. Service staff were nice. Rates were a little high, but it was conveniently closer to the Sunland Park Casino. Could hear some road noise as our room was facing the main road. Not too bad though. Only problem was that the air conditioner vent directs the air current up behind the curtain rather than out into the room.

This BW was easily accessed and the gentleman at the desk most pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a variety of meats, breads, fruit, etc. Very good. Only complaint was the lack of parking by our room.

good location right off i-10, and easy to find. clean and nice. grounds were clean and manicured. bed was comfortable and linens were clean and inviting. ice machine was convenient ice was plentiful. traveling across the country and stayed in best westerns exclusively along the way. each best western was clean and comfortable.

We just needed a place to rest our weary heads and this fit the bill. It was clean and the bed was heaven. We were on the second floor with an elevator (bonus!) and a room on the back side where it was much quieter as this facility sits on a VERY busy street. We called just that day to book, and it was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The place was full but not noisy. Excellent rate! If we ever pass through again, this is where we will stay.

Nothing exceptional about this property - good or bad. Property was clean but not pristine. Room was good but not great. Bed quality left some to be desired. One way egress made it hard to go back to Interstate. Breakfast was OK but presentation not so much. Average Best Western but for the money-better than most.

It was a nice hotel. Not as new as it looked in pictures and a little scary to drive to at night, but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. I stayed there for 1 night with my daughter and niece and everything worked. Nice water pressure as well.

This is a basic room for a reasonable price. Free WiFi, clean, everything worked, and it has an OK free breakfast. Also, very close to lots of restaurants like Red Lobster, P.F. Changs, etc. Overall a good location and value for the money.

Spent the weekend in El Paso staying at the Best Western Sunland Park Jung on Sunland Park Drive Hotel very well maintained nice staff excellent service check in maid service all that any complaint you have they were handled right away no problem sir the only thing bad about the hotel I would have to say is that is right by the highway so you want to stay on the back side not on the front side and parking the little difficult there also other than that well worth the price

For the price, the hotel is about right as it's very inexpensive. But, I stayed here for business and was alone. I would not recommend this hotel for an unaccompanied woman. The location is kind of dark and while there are a few places nearby to eat i would not dream of having ventured out to walk after dark. The clientele was mostly construction workers it appeard from the trucks outside, and they were loud and shouting virtually all night.

Roaches! They changed our room to another.....and again, another one appeared. Room was decent. Staff was nice, but that little detail, kinda killed it. Beds were comfortable, had to stay.. Rainy night.

The bed and pillows are horrible. Coffee pots are a joke, but that's all Best Westerns. It is very noisy here, I was on the back of the hotel so it must be even worse in the front. Huge gaps in doorways. Sounds like every person or car that goes by is in your room.

my husband and I are travelling with a truck, trailer and 4 dogs. We called from the road in the morning and the manager who made the reservation said we could park our rig next to the room. This turned out to be untrue. We arrived at sunset. We were charged $20 per dog ($80) plus the charge for the room.No other Best Western has charged us more than $20 for all 4 dogs. The fridge did not work. The phone did not work to call the office to tell them about the fridge. The TV reception is poor. My husband had to help the clerk take a fridge and phone from another room. There was no place to walk the dogs except a dirt lot covered with rocks, broken glass and trash and without lighting. I recommend avoiding this Best Western.

I arrived for one night stay on Christmas day, so my options were very small on anything to do that night but watch tv. TV recetion was poor, and over the air channels were included so trying to channel surf was difficult. As an example channels between 9 & 10 were 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 9.7. Also when I first entered room, and place stuff on bed, noticed long gray hair(s) on nightstand. Reason I noticed gray was that it stood out on brown nightstand.

It was all that you'd expect from a Best Western Plus Hotel. Staff was very helpful. Did not want to be in Houston so the location worked for us and it's good if you like the Horse Races because it's near their track.

The hotel is out of town a little, but it's easy to get downtown. It's also very easy to head out of El Paso towards New Mexico, which happened to be where we were going, so this was good. There is nothing remarkable about this place, but it does meet all the necessary requirements (ie, comfortable bed, quiet room, adequate bathroom, and reasonable Wi fi service). Breakfast is fairly ordinary, and unfortunately, our stay coincided with the kitchen staff choosing not to turn up. This meant the poor young lady on reception having to deal with preparing breakfast and checking out guests, and you can imagine, through no fault of this lady, it was bedlam. Hats off to this young lady, but all the same, you do expect more from Best Western. Some decent restaurants are within walking distance, so all in all, an OK place for a short stay...

Nothing fancy but clean and easy to access. Located near alot of major shopping centers. We were in El Paso waiting for our semi truck to get fixed. It was exactly what we needed for a late arrival, mid morning check out.

I fond the Bestwestern near Sunland park area to be a good location. It was easy to find. The building is older style but in good shape. Only a few parking spots near some rooms. I had to park a distance away from the room but was able to unload and load right at the room. The Room lay out was very good for me, for working on the computer with the desk area not being right in front of the air conditionoing unit like most rooms.

The hotel itself is unimpressive, just like the rooms, but just fine for one night. Located on Sunland Dr, it is close to a major center offering major department stores, specialty stores, an excellent assortment of restaurants, and easy access to I-10. The breakfast was barely above average, but at least there were scrambled eggs and sausage patties, in addition to the staple breakfast cereals and breads. I chose this hotel for convenience, avoiding paying downtown prices. Downtown is approximately 10 minutes by car. Conclusion, I would probably not stay there again.

Having stayed before at BW in Mexico, EUA and Canadá and always completly satisfied. For the first time in 20 years we are disappointed with a BW unit. We stayed for 2 nights with our kids in two connected rooms on the first floor, after arriving to El Paso from a 12 hour overseas air trip. Next morning the house keeper knocked and Opened the door at 9 a.m. We we re sleeping ( It Was 4 am for us ). Told her to please come later. She insisted at 11 a.m. I told her to please come later, then she knocks at my kids room door and realized they were sleeping. We left at Noon to have lunch and came back at 3:30 and realized the rooms were not cleaned yet. So I wen't to the front desk to let them know, but they said the manager was already gone and the housekeepers left at Noon. The next morning I talked to the manager Cynthia García and she didn't care about our rooms not Being Made. She insisted the situation was right, she didn't even apologize, and kept justifing the cleaning lady. I'm as surprised with the situation it self as with the Manager's response. That's what You get for $ 92 Dlls a Night.

Clean and nice room decor. Air conditioning icy cold. Same breakfast fare as all the others. The only thing wrong is the parking. No parking in the rear of the hotel where the rooms are but a lot around the side.
