Stayed there on a short layover in Djibouti, and if I had to do it again, I wouldn't stay there. Front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were friendly and smiling, while some others didnt seem to care at all. We requested to have a cot put in our room (every room only has one bed) since we were 2 solo male travelers. We had to call the front desk several times in order for them to finally bring one over. Room was very spacious with all amenities necessary for a decent stay, and including a mini fridge. Big issue was the AC not working at all, and when its 100 degrees out there (40 celcius), thats not comfortable at all. When we checked out, the front desk guy arranged a taxi to the airport for us (he said; Im calling my brother). Then told me to pay him 1500 francs. Well, when we arrived at the airport, he wanted 3000 francs and said the guy at the desk wasn't his brother and didnt agree to that amount. This was absolutely frustrating and completely unprofessional from the front desk staff. This caused an argument with the driver, and a police officer had to come over to see what was goin on. I wouldn't trust this guy again. Overall, the hotel is perfectly located in the city center. Room is huge with good amenities. But the AC not working and the very unusual practices and attitude from the front desk staff was a big letdown. Id recommended staying somewhere else.

I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Premier Djibouti. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the free airport pick-up service, which made my arrival very easy and convenient. Highly recommended!
