The staff in this hotel were fantastic and very welcoming. We thought it was very good value as the price also included a really good grab and go breakfast. We also used the pool which helped us cool down in the heat. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby but our room was still quiet and we slept well. Would definitely stay here again!
Overall a good experience, but it was a quick, short trip to Denton to visit my daughter. My only complaint would be the price of a one night stay, it was very high. WE have stayed here on other occasions for several days, and paid as much. I know that Denton had several events going on, and all the college students were getting ready for the start of the fall semester at UNT, but my goodness why so much.
FIRST of all it is a shame that more hotels do not offer a sleep number bed. I can guarantee a LOT more business, A LOT! The best part of this hotel is the fact that there is a Braum's Ice Cream store in front and a Cracker Barrel a short walk to the right of the front of the hotel. They keep he lobby bathroom locked so IF you need to use the toilet do it before you get here so you don't have to worry about a problem.. We almost did.... The coffee was empty and an older gentleman cone to the eating area and made a pot of coffee, it was mostly grounds. NASTY! Fortunately they do have an espresso machine that offers several things from black coffee to cafe latte... Did not eat breakfast since we were driving to Atoka, Oklahoma to eat at Reba's Place... DO IT! SOOOO worth the 2 hour drive from Denton.
My wife and I spent 8 days at this property while attending a wedding and graduation. It was the best stay we have ever had at a Best Western. The 2 women that we interacted with were wonderful. In particular Ivy. She went way above and beyond in helping us find things to do near Denton. Chelisa was also great, anything we needed, we got! The window in our room was leaking a little water during heavy rain, and the GM addressed it right away, offering to move us to another room, which we declined. We certainly will be staying here again, if ever the need arises. Well done!
We loved the location of the Hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was super comfortable.
Reviewing some of the other reviews, looks like mine will be in the minority. A friend and I stayed there 5/10/24, separate single rooms for -WAIT FOR IT- $292.09 for each room. Granted, they saw us coming and it was after dark and we were tired and my friend has some mobility issues and her support dog. The only defense for their price gouging was that it was graduation week in Denton and because they could. Clean enough, but my friend had no hot water and couldn't even shower and the toilets had no lids - similar to a smarmy bus station and third world countries. Really? Breakfast not worth getting up for. The night of our arrival the young lady clerk at least tried to help us with our luggage and get it on the cart, but in the a.m. the night manager seemed to know nothing about anything and said to wait for the day clerk to arrive (I had made an inquiry about using their desktop). When she arrived we asked for some help with my friend's luggage and she just looked so sad and said that BW Plus had a "brand new policy" to no longer assist customers in any way due to "liability issues." This BW Plus has issues, all right - to keep charging more and doing less. The way things are going, I hope they won't punish the young lady from the previous night who did attempt to help us. Best Western wasn't.
My handicap husband and I usually stay at BW; nice rooms and service. This was really no exception to our stays at BW. The beds were comfortable, felt safe in the area- even though it was in a little busier area near restaurants. The only thing that continues to surprise me is how high beds are, even in handicap rooms. As a short person, it is difficult to get into these high platform beds. Again, they were comfortable. I would consider staying again if in the area
Very polite front desk staff at check in and out. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the outlets are loose so the plugs for our chargers would fall out during the night. It's very close to Presbyterian Hospital and plenty of food options.
Check-in was very smooth. The outdoor swimming pool was closed, but the receptionist made arrangements for a swim in the indoor pool at the hotel next door. Our room was great. The bathroom fixtures worked perfectly and the exhaust fan was quietly effective. The beds were good. Everything was clean. Breakfast was OK. Check-out was prompt and smooth. It was a good stay.
It was fine. For the money- very good. Staff kind. Very clean. Quiet enough. Good value. Breakfast awful but perhaps as expected. Not many decent rooms at this price point so very much exceeded expectations.
Very friendly staff at check in and when needing info about places to go. Also great food options in very close walking distance (Cracker Barrel, In & Out, McDonalds, and Braum's Ice Cream restaurant)!
This hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Both the checkin and checkout clerks were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods, and the eggs and sausage were actually hot.
I stayed here to attend a wedding that was close by. I flew in from Missouri & arrived quite early. I was worried I'd have to wait for check-in time but the manager let me check-in quite early! I was so happy for that. I would've waited in the lobby if I had to but I'm so glad I didn't have to. The staff was very friendly, the entire facility was VERY clean, breakfast was pretty good, WiFi was pretty good, the bed was VERY comfortable, and the location was right by restaurants I wanted to try. The late checkout was only an additional 30 minutes but I do understand it is at the hotel's discretion so I do still appreciate the extra time I needed for my late flight out of Texas. Altogether, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back here for another trip.
This place is wonderful. We stay there every time we go to see my sister. It is super clean. The breakfast has hot food, make your own waffle, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, pastries and probably more I didn't sample. The employees are friendly and the owner, Mr Patel, is very visible, if you have a problem.
Hotel room smelled it hit you when you walked in and curtain dirty. Lots of homeless people entering the building got followed by one. Roach on bottom of pool. At night strong odor on whole floor. We left early.
Stayed at this location since it was close to wedding venue. Good staff, comfortable rooms. Hotel near food and shopping, close to downtown Denton. Hotel location was off I35 and convenient to get around.
The room was as expected. It was clean, average to above average for the rate. The hotel is located close to both complexes we were playing at as well as to food options. The staff was helpful.... The only exception was that there was a miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the front desk in that the cleaning staff came into the room two different times to clean based on the information provided by the front desk. Otherwise... no issues & more than meet our needs.
This property is very well-maintained. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool area was extremely clean. The breakfast room was extremely clean. It's nice to see a Hotel that takes pride in their property like this one does you definitely won't be disappointed at the dentist in best Western Inn and suites they are very courteous and professional
Any issue we had was promptly taken care of by the front desk. Great access and location to freeway, lots of options near by for food or shopping. Parking lot felt more safe and secure than the places across the freeway we'd previously stayed at last year.
Our stay at this Best Western was a wonderful experience. Quick check in, and our room was clean. We had breakfast, the kids wanted waffles, but they didn't like the taste after they made them. Overall we had a great stay.
For being on i 35, it is back off the road , we did not hear highway noise. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay for the night and would stay here again. It was a Saturday night, and the price charged was a little higher than what was on the website was my only complaint.
We were in town for a wedding and only stayed one night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We left before breakfast- - but the nice lady who was preparing breakfast brought out the coffee so we could have some on the way out. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
I love everything about Best Western. The hotel , the staff everything. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is always good and the inside and outside of hotel is kept up nice and clean. My favorite place to stay hands down! The manager Suresh and his wife are so sweet and so caring. Never met anyone at a hotel that is so caring and go beyond to make sure you are happy in ur stay! Everyone needs to stay at the Best Western off of University Dr. in Denton Texas.
My wife and I have stayed at this Bestwestern several times. We have always been able to get an early check in. The General Manager and staff have made us feel welcome with every visit. Rooms are very quite and clean. Breakfast is beyond what you would expect from a hotel. Will always utilize this hotel when traveling through. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
Checked in for 1 night, 1 room. Checked out the next day. I noticed after I had left the premises my card was charged twice $183.05. No way there should of been 2 different transactions for the same amount. I called the front desk immediately to rectify. An they were so rude about the situation. They stated that my card was not charged twice. When In fact it was. I have other important things to do than to make up allegations about my card being charged twice. Even if the front desk was trying to put a hold on my card for the amount an charged me after I checked out. That process was still done wrong. My mother also had a separate room an she was only charged once. I'm in the process of disputing with my bank. Luckily I have my receipt.
There is not a lot of space to eat breakfast. I went at 0800 every morning and there wasn't any room. I wanted to go to my room to eat in peace and I was reprimanded by staff that I couldn't eat in my room. My family wanted to hang out in the lounge. At that time, it was just my cousin who waited for us to come down. He asked the receptionist for the remote control for the TV. Melissa T, the receptionist, said it was locked away in the manager's office. So he took the liberty to go to his room to fetch the remote control. She didn't say anything to him but just acted rude. Later on, his wife came down for a bowl of cereal. Melissa T yelled at her and aggressively barricaded the breakfast nook with chairs and called 911. Police came and after a few minutes they said it wasn't a 911 call and should've been taken up with business manager. A waste of 911 resource. This was more of an act of racism. Melissa T did not consult with the guest that being at the lounge was not in her favor, she immediately called 911. We are civilized adults and calling 911 was uncalled for. There is also a swastika sign etched inside the elevator that made us feel unwelcomed and unsafe. I would not recommend this place.
Warmly greeted. Nicely maintained and clean! Good-sized room with sitting area. Nice pool (would have loved larger workout room and a jacuzzi … but …!) and well-kept landscaping (bunny rabbits in the flower beds/garden areas). Good location. Cracker Barrel just next door. A McDonald's on another side … and, to top it off, an ice cream shop beside McD's! All in all, great place to stay!
Nice hotel - clean and all. When given the opportunity to meet our needs (extra pillow), they said there were none. Can't imagine housekeeping didn't have some, OR, the hotel was not booked. They could have gotten one from an unoccupied room. There was another issue, but I'm not putting all of that in this review. All I can say is that we weren't pleased with the customer care.
As soon as we entered the hotel Anis Khan greeted it us with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a gold member he allowed us to check in early, we booked 2 rooms and he made sure the rooms are next to each other so we can be close with the entire family. It was a wonderful service and experience! Thank you very much Anis Khan and please keep the service of excellence always! Your work is important and matters to all us customers.
There was a plate of old moldy food in the microwave and reaked. The smell filled the room and was sickening. One of the switches and one of the plugs did not work. Breakfast was not great except for the fresh waffles and coffee.
First off, there isn't a hot tub here. Second off, don't call to make a reservation, do it through an app. Don't expect clean rooms. The parking lot is full of sleeper trailers all night. There are better options nearby.
Super curtious GM. Everyday I was greeted with hot fresh breakfast and a smile. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location very convienient for shopping. Airport near by also a plus. Housekeeping dept. top notch.
The staff at this hotel are uncaring and rude. The facility is barely adequate and the rooms are uninspired. This hotel is not suited to foster leisure and relaxation. Avoid staying here if at all possible.
Great staff. Lobby was clean and well decorated. Room was very good. Location was good, and stores were very close by. Mt trip was overnight on Thanksgiving day after a full day of driving. Good rest, very quiet, even though super close to the highway.
I was in the hotel for a month with my family. The first couple nights the guests on both sides of me were loud on the 1st flood so I asked to switch rooms. Without any hesitation the manager was at my door helping me move rooms up to the 2nd floor and the rest of the month was nice. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They did a great job at keeping the hotel clean even in the lobby. The front desk staff was very nice to us. They made the entire stay great for what it was. I would recommend this hotel, but not on the 1st floor too much noise.
During our time of both caring for our mother age 98, after her passing, and during her funeral, two managers, one at Best Western Plus in Denton and one at Best Western Plus at Lake Dallas, took it upon themselves to go the extra mile in making our stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel is very well maintained and conveniently located. The room was clean and spacious with nice touch of the city in frames. We were welcomed by Ricardo, a very polite and knowledgeable professional. Breakfast was fully stacked and enjoyable!
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and spacious . My wife and I commented on such a good nights sleep. The mattress was perfect for both of us, which is very rare. The staff was Great. I would recommend this Best Western. There was a Cracker Barrel across the street and a Braum's Ice Cream close by.
We booked our room through hotels.com who also gave this hotel good reviews. We had been on the road for the second day of a 2 week trip, so a comfortable room becomes top priority. We were pleased with our room which was not only spacious but quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not have a view as our room faced the back of the Fairfield next door. That was good for our stay for we were not looking for a view but for rest. The breakfast was included but left something to be desired. The eggs were gummy as was the biscuit. Like I said, we were looking for a quiet and comfortable room more than anything. I would still come back to this hotel for a future stay.
This Hotel is in a very good location. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Walmart is in walking distance. We were there for a double funeral, my mother in law and father in law past away on the same day and that weekend was the funeral. The hotel staff was perfect and on spot. everything we asked they were able to help. Thanks for everything.
i was really happy with the service and place. i rest well and all of us enjoyed all anemities. keep doing the good work and i am pretty sure you will not have any complains from customers. i will recommend it, i will stay again for the coming september.
Good morning shift front desk clerk was not very friendly and he just reminded me how ignorant some people can be.. this site is usually a very good site for me to visit and hopefully I will continue to be able to stay there..
In spite of rolling blackouts, we had power and hot water. Unfortunately, like other hotels, the pipes burst and almost flooded our room before we had to leave three days early. All of the staff were super-accommodating and helpful. Our daughter will be attending North Texas next year and we will be staying here!
You can not go wrong staying at this place because of its: location, facilities, personnel, price. There are plenty of places to eat (or order out) and easy access to some major roadways. This was our second stay and would stay here the next time we are in the area.
The staff at this property are top notch. The property is clean and beautiful on the inside. You can't go wrong selecting this property for your stay in Denton. It is close to a lot of shopping and there is no shortage of places to eat. Even within walking distance. We especially enjoyed getting an excellent nights sleep after a long day of traveling. The beds and linens are some of the best we have ever experience with Best Western and we stay at a lot of them. The bath towels are much better than average as well. This property made us feel valued and very glad that we choose to continue to stay with Best Western Plus properties. They are consistently a great value and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, this property I would say is one of the best we have experienced.
This Best Western has been here for years but must have been remodeled recently as our room was appeared fresh showing no wear. The room was large and had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. It is a little tough to get to late on weekday afternoons as its location is very near where two interstates come together. Also, the lavatory in our room did not drain all.
Every time we come to Denton (about 2-3 times a year) we always stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located near places to eat and shop and right off the interstate. It is clean and the room service is dependable and thorough. With COVID this is especially comforting. The internet is very reliable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I had an extended stay of several weeks while my husband was receiving treatment at a local university. The general manager, Mr. Suresh, and his entire team did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and welcome. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping my room clean, the maintenance man was friendly when we'd pass in the corridors, and the front desk team was always there to help whenever I needed. Will definitely recommend and stay again when in the area.
We stayed at the hotel for my son's wedding. Everyone was super accommodating and our entire group enjoyed the hotel. The manager went above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. I coordinated with him over several months, in the pandemic, and he was always wonderful to deal with.
Hotel was exactly what we needed: a clean, peaceful place to rest while we visited with family for a long weekend. Within walking distance to restaurants and gas station nearby. Nice pool. Like the way that number of folks was limited to eight.
The staff here went above and beyond and treated us like family. Everyone was very accommodating and made the experience an amazing one. We stayed here for 3 months and it truly felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel had 4 stars on Trip Advisor, and 4.2 stars on Google out of TONS of reviewers. Feels like you can't go wrong. Maybe we were just the lucky ones but this hotel was NOT great. The heater was broken and when they couldn't fix it, we were moved into a downgraded room with no compensation or apologies. There were (live) roaches in the bathroom - the size of a house key. Gross! The breakfast was okay. The rate was good so maybe you get what you pay for but where the heck did these 4 star reviews come from?!?!?! one great point I can mention is that the location is awesome. It's in Razor Ranch in North Denton and there are tons or restaurants and shopping right there!
One night, last minute stay after long day of travel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, good water pressure, and a wonderful keto-friendly breakfast. Everything I want when I am traveling.
Anna checked us in and did a very quick job even when I threw a gift card and 3 bonus $20 savings slips. The room was nice, probably more quiet on the side away from the parking lot. I cannot remember if odd or even would be better. The noise came from the roadway in front of hotel. Ashin, who checked us out, was slow, but I learned he was new, so hlpefully he will learn. Nice breakfast.
We recently had 2 extended stays in Denton to prepare for and for the arrival of our granddaughter. We are generally satisfied with the standards of Best Western hotels but this is the best by far that we have visited. The breakfast is exceptional with both hot and cold options. The dining area is spotless. Our room was large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a well run operation. The location is close to the university, has easy freeway access, and numerous shopping options. We will be back.
We did a 4-night stay here to visit family. The rooms have been remodeled since we last stayed and are very nice. Housekeepers are friendly and keep the rooms spotless. Breakfast was really good, eggs, hashbrowns bacon or sausage, biscuits, gravy, make-your-own waffle bar, cereals, bread and rolls, cereal, juice and a specialty item like a burrito or egg rolls. The best thing about the hotel is Mr. Patel, the general manager. When he is not behind the front desk he is bussing tables, checking supplies or chatting with the guests. He told us he helped open the hotel 18 years ago. He was a delight. Great place to stay.
This was our first time staying at a BW Plus. When we first arrived, there was a line and only one person checking in guests. As we entered our room, there was an awful smell of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, the hotel wasn't booked so we were able to change. We ended up with a smaller room but that was better than having to deal with the smell. We went to breakfast right when it opened hoping the food would be fresh. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Most of the hot food was cold. The eggs had no flavor, the biscuits were hard and the potatoes were under cooked. The only good thing was the coffee. When leaving, I always like to take my room cards to the front desk, so that I get a receipt and ensure I am checked out. When I went to the front desk, again, no one was there so I had to go back to the room and leave my cards hopeful I would be checked out. The hotel should offer an easier check out option, such as leaving a receipt under your door, etc.
The staff and especially the manager were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with nice amenities like a coffeemaker and mini-fridge. It was quiet and restful. Some negatives about the room: king-sized beds should come with king-sized pillows. And in the fall/winter, the beds should have comforters instead of one thin blanket and what amounts to a tablecloth as the coverlet. Also, the bathroom was incredibly dimly lit, very poor for applying makeup; the water pressure was poor and the spattery showerhead set so high that a short person would get their hair wet whether they wanted to or not. The breakfast is adequate. It's not great quality, but it's plentiful and free. I asked the manager to look into providing separate serving utensils for meat items to better accommodate their vegetarian and vegan guests, and he was very gracious and thanked me for the suggestion. I almost always stay at Best Westerns because they are a good value, generally well-appointed, and the staff is always very well-trained. This one is no exception.
If we are in Denton, this hotel is our favorite place to stay. We tried different hotels so far, but this is definitely the best price- performance ratio. The rooms are extra clean and the one which are facing the backside are pretty quiet. We'll be back for sure!
While traveling to Oklahoma found this BW in Denton Tx. It was a little hard to find. But made for a comfortable stay. My only concern was finding a good parking spot because we arrived late. Staff was very accommodating.
Very clean hotel and I would stay there again. Front desk personnel can be replaced by check in computer as I felt they weren't interested in the customers and seemed to be just doing a job. I'd still stay there as the place is very clean. The breakfast is kept up very well by that staff. They were very quick to clean after patrons and keep the breakfast bar full.
The location of this Best Western is within walking distance to some restaurants, and real close to major shopping centers and I-35. The breakfast has a variety of choices and got busy on the weekend. It also has a swimming pool and small fitness room.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. Very nice staff, great room, and clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choises. Very close to many places to eat. Walking distance. Right next to hwy 35, which was great for us as we are traveling along 35.
Bowled the weekend of June 21-23. Stayed at this Best Western from June 21 til June 24. Rooms are updated and very comfortable. Love the pillows, bed a bit too firm for my taste. The whole place smells so clean!! Even the stairwell. Breakfast was not too bad, eggs, potatoes, waffles, biscuits/gravy. Cereals, apples/bananas, yogurt, sweet rolls. The buffet was clean, they tried to keep up with the demands of the morning. Check-in was good, most of the staff were friendly, especially the cleaning staff. And our checkout guy on Monday morning was very cheerful!! Rooms on the highway side were a bit noisy with traffic, even at night, I had earplugs so I was fine. The other side of the hotel would be near to the pool, so I'm guessing some noise until the pool closed for the evening.
I used the conference room at this location for business twice now. Both times the service has been GREAT! James at the fromt desk is as nice a customer service representative as you could ever ask for. Very accommodating and professional. He seems to really care about the customer and will do what ever it takes to not only provide good service but make you feel welcome and at home. He treats you like family. The manager is also very friendly and accomodating. He stopped by several times to ensure that we were well taken care of! I travel for business quite often and stay at many different hotels but I have to say this is the BEST!
enjoyed our stay here, it was located on hwy 380 which took us west to 281 so we could avoid I-35!! convenient to gas station and a Cracker Barrel you can walk to. Bathroom showers have enough grips even with out the handicap room. The handicap room had a roll in shower and lots of bars. we were on the back, but there was another hotel RIGHT outside our window. Not a wide choice of breakfast choices, but they were good. I always like hard boiled eggs on bagel for a breakfast, the they had huge bagels!
The front desk workers were very nice. The room was ok and it was clean. The hotel had a funky odor. Breakfast was good. But I probably won't stay here again because it's a bit pricey for the quality of the motel.
The highest standard of customer service, quality of overnight accommodation, friendly and personal staff, breakfast, etc. is met day in an day out consistently at Best Western Denton! Operative word CONSISTENTLY. Very few others can make that claim.
Many restaurants nearby and a quiet room. The hotel has an indoor pool. Located close to I-35 and other local attractions including the University of North Texas. A good place to just get off the road for an evening and relax on a long road trip.
This Hotel was the closest to the stadium we were visiting. I also stayed here due to the good reviews. I feel the reviews were accurate and was torn between 4-5 dots. The room was clean and the breakfast was above average. We had no complaints.
Clean rooms and facilities every time. Well lit, clean parking lot. The friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants. Reasonable rates. Bring an extra blanket if you run cool and a pillow if you like them firm.
This was the best hotel stay I've ever had! Suresh is the nicest manager who will go out of his way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The cleaning ladies are super nice too! If you stay in Denton be sure to stay here!
Rooms are clean, staff very friendly! Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Pretty lobby. Very close to shopping and restaurants. On main road in town, but not noisy at all! No issues with parking area.
We stayed Christmas night and were very pleased. Everything was clean and updated. We had a 2 queen suite that was very spacious. The manager/owner (not sure which?) was working at breakfast and we could tell he took great pride in making sure his guests were well cared for and had everything they needed. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!
The Best Western Plus is a great place to stop at while traveling. The hotel is next the freeway with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. North Texas State University is down the street. Our room was large and clean. The room paint and furniture was dated and the walls could use additional soundproofing. Breakfast was typical of chain hotels with a modest selection of cold and hot options.
We arrived late and our room had a beeping smoke detector. When we reported it we were immediately moved into a new room, which was great. The people were wonderful the location was perfect for us. It is within walking distance to so many places. I think it's a little pricey, but it was a good hotel and we had a great stay.
We booked six rooms for my family and everyone had a great experience. You can't beat the location of this hotel for easy access from the highway and main roads and for the proximity to restaurants and shops. All our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby was nicely decorated for Halloween. Wi-Fi worked great. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was only served until 9:00 even on the weekend which was a little early for our group.
Best Western Plus in Denton, TX - convenient location right off 35. Lots nearby. clean room, comfy bed, nice breakfast in the morning. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Manager who couldn't have been more welcoming.
We always stay at Best Western because of their consistently excellent service. BW Plus Denton is no exception. The check-in process went smoothly. We had a very nice conversation with Anisur, the front desk clerk. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We will definitely stay again when we visit family.
Great location, fast and friendly staff our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and the coffee was hot. Staff met us at the door and was very helpful. We will stay here again
We have stayed at this hotel several times. Tried a couple of other area hotels but was not satisfied with their service vs price as this BW. The staff is always attentive and very friendly. The breakfast does not vary day to day but is a good standard buffet menu that is kept well stocked and tidy. They recently remodeled and everything looks fresh. All the rooms have a love seat/couch so you aren't stuck sitting on the bed all the time. The location is excellent. Easy to get on and off the interstate. There are many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Very close to shopping. And an easy drive to lovely downtown Denton (a must visit).
Very friendly staff and clean/comfortable rooms. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time. Gym was sub-par. Locating was difficult to reach due to construction but once you got there you could walk anywhere you needed to go.
We stayed a week. Had grandkids in at the pool, great fun. They had construction going and you could not tell. The location was great! Staff was always available to help, with any needs. This will be where we stay in Denton, Texas!
Visited early June for 4 nights very nice hotel! Excellent hot breakfast, clean, modern rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pool area to sit and relax. Right beside the hotel are a few restaurants. All around great trip thank you Best Western!
Was here for daughter's graduation. Booked a suite and really liked the room. Only issue was one of the AC units wasn't operating correctly. Late-night staff found an oscillating fan and made EVERY effort to make family comfortable. We couldn't move to another room due to the hotel being completely occupied. I WILL come back to this place. Very convenient to a lot of close by stores or restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is really nice and NOT just 'carb-filled' there's protein to pick from along with some fruits too. I believe whether passing by or staying in the area, this is a very good place to stay.
Friendly staff; free breakfast; clean comfortable rooms; convenient to lots of restaurants, shops, and UNT campus; microwave and refrigerator in room. I have stayed at this location in the past and will return to this hotel in the future.
This was our second stay at a Best Western and we were pleasantly surprised. It was nice, although the bed was harder than what "I" liked, wife was good with them. The rooms seemed very clean and the linens were relatively new. We would like to have checked in earlier than 12:20 am. We booked this on line five minutes before we arrived at it worked out perfectly. One major complaint was that they stopped serving breakfast at 9AM... for some folks that arrive at 12:30, it was too early, oh well. We will definitely stay there again...
Got to room at 12:30 after traveling all day. Got in bed and found out AC wasn't working. Tried calling front desk on room phone, no answer. Tried on cell phone, no answer. Got up and got dressed, went down to front desk, told him I'd been trying to call him, just a puzzled look. I told him what the problem was, another puzzled look. He had forgot to switch on the AC in our room at the front desk. Said there you go, no apologies at all. Not too pleased.
We stopped in off the highway with no reservation, we were able to get a king size bed and it was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk person was nice, but it would have been nice if there had been some carts to use to load our suitcases into the motel. But that is my only complaint. We didn't eat breakfast there as there was a Cracker Barrel right next door. Good area and it was nice and quiet. We would stay there again.
Good stop traveling through Texas. I usually travel alone with kids...I want a clean and safe hotel. This fit the bill. The room was clean. I area seemed nice and I felt safe. The pull out sofa was not very big...my 2 girls did manage to both sleep there, but it would not hold 2 large teenagers or adults. The pillows were by far the best I've slept on while traveling. The breakfast was nice...eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, etc. The staff was very nice. Near restaurants and next to Sam's Club. I would definitely stay there again.
This appears to be a fairly new property and well-maintained. In mid-March, the somewhat small outdoor pool and hot tub were closed for the season. I stayed for three nights, Thursday night through Sunday morning. The staff was friendly. I called the hotel directly a few days before to add a day to the front end of my reservation and they were able to do it and preserve my rate for the existing days of the reservation. The person at the front desk when I arrived fairly late was pleasant, professional and extremely efficient. I remember the breakfast staff also being friendly without being overly chatty. The room was nicely appointed and quiet. Double pane windows help. I was also facing the back, which looks right into the Fairfield Inn behind the property. The room had a large mini fridge with a freezer compartment that is handy for refreezing cold packs. The desk and bedside lamps had electrical outlets and there was a duplex wall outlet just above the desk. I'm not a fan of the small pillows. That was about the only down side for me. The hot breakfast choices choices included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There were also tortillas, cheese and salsa for making breakfast tacos/burritos. This looks like one of the "new build" properties and not a converted independent inn. I've generally been extremely pleased with Best Western affiliates and this was no exception. I parked on the east end of the building and entered through the door by the pool. Parking in front does get crowded.
The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK...not a huge selection. Parking for over-sized or trailers are extremely limited due to lack of spaces and irresponsible larger trucks taking more than one slot in over-sized spaces.
Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast choices were above average and fresh. Was amazed at how quiet the room was as the night I stayed there it was near capacity. Only thing I would like to see changed is more lighting in the bathrooms. Highly recommend this location.
Everything about this Best Western is great! I bring a large group to Denton every year from all over the USA and Canada to attend an event at Peterbilt Motors Co. I count on the Best Western Plus in Denton each year to handle my group and with as many as 35 separate reservations they always come through for me. I stay ten nights every year myself and the staff is always very helpful, breakfast is great and the Hotel (inside and out) along with the rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is also very convenient with shopping, gas stations and many restaurants within walking distance.
I'd say 3.5 - walls were thin, hallways a little narrow. Spacious bathroom though shower head was very high and not adjustable. Breakfast was OK - not the best. The bed was gr8 but the sheets did not fit the bed and my hubby too easily pulled them into a bunch with his restless legs. The second night was better after the sheets were changed - not something we would generally do for one night. It cost less then we normally expect and perhaps it's simply the location...some what remote. The breakfast area was really cold being unprotected from the front door. The staff were awesome.
We attended Orientation for a local college in the area. We later found that you can get a discount by using the name of the college. I wish that was advertised. The Best Western property has a great location; next door is Cracker Barrel, and nearby is Sams, Walmart, Ross, etc. It is near a shopping strip that has a variety of restaurants and more importantly, a Starbucks! The staff at the hotel are polite and efficient. The rooms are clean and modest. We were near the free breakfast so there was noise beginning very early in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was had darkening curtains. We stayed while they were doing some minor updates for tiling. The doors were locked in front to keep people away from the door and we got locked out the side doors. But guest were milling in and about and one showed us the trick to opening the door. It was a real trick, it was something people who stay there often know. So there were a lot of repeat guest or long term guest. The food was prepared by the morning person...could have been a manager. It was okay food.
I stayed over one night on business. The interior of the room was a bit tattered, but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. The front desk was very friendly and efficient at check-in. The location around numerous chain restaurants and shopping was nice. All this with a low rate makes for a great value.
This is a very good, economical place to stay. Right U.S. 287 The quieter on side is the one away from highway 287 . W e have stayed there in years past and were pleased to have a real good, new king size bed, this year.
My wife and I only have wonderful things to say about Best Western. However, Trip Advisor, is at best, a "pass through" organization that showed total disregard for the safety and well-being of our family. On a very recent trip we stayed at an upscale location advertised by Trip Advisor. 8 of my family members literally, nearly died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Trip Advisor demonstrated no concern. Trip Advisor is off our list
We stayed here for one night on Christmas eve. Everything about this hotel was exactly as we expected. It's location just off the interstate meant that we didn't need to wander too far off our path for a stopover. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, they have HBO to keep you entertained, and there are plenty of restaurants around. Sadly most of these were shut for Christmas eve. Breakfast was a little disappointing on Christmas day. The coffee was insipid and there was a fairly limited selection of bread, cheese, etc. I'm giving it a 4 because although it was convenient and just what we needed, it wasn't an exceptional or memorable stay in any way.
This place is priced right and very clean and modern. The staff is excellent and very accomodating. We will stay here again. We called the Holiday Inn Express first and their rooms went from $110 per night to $289 for the same room. Ripping off the New Years Eve buisness.
Everything was very nice. I would stay here again. I went for a friend's wedding. This is her 3rd marriage and his 2nd. The groom seemed nice enough. The main problem is he belongs to a religion and she doesn't. Normally I wouldn't care, but he seems intent on converting her! Very bad way to start out. I hope they can work it out because they both deserve to be happy.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The staff who checked me in called my room shortly after I arrived to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The room was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was very clean and spacious. Grounds were neat and clean. Location was fantastic for what we needed. Close to softball parks with Sams, Walmart and Academy Sports directly behind hotel. Gas station easily accessible. Numerous restaurants very close.
Great location for travelers. Nice amenities and great staff. Room was well appointed and clean. Breakfast was a cut above what you would find elsewhere. Reasonable prices and a great value. We are sure to be back next trip through the area.
Nice location with easy access to both UNT and TWU. Tons of restaurants and stores in area, and easy access to I-35. Hotel is well kept and staff is friendly. Basic breakfast more than fills you. Quiet rooms that were clean
This was my third time to stay at this hotel in the last several months. I have a child that attends college in Denton and this hotel offers me a comfortable room at an affordable price just minutes from the university.
I'm normally not one to stay at a Best Western, but due to schedule and dates I had to book here....and I'm so glad I did! The location of this hotel is perfect...very close to the Interstate (yet quiet), walking distance to several restaurants and large stores for shopping. The room was spacious, clean, and modern...bed was comfortable. However I expected all of that; Here is why I say it was beyond expectations: The Staff. When my wife and I walked in we were greeted in a friendly, professional manner by two staff who actually seemed like they enjoyed working there. The staff who maintained the breakfast was fantastic! The housekeeping staff was outstanding! You can't put those things in a brochure, that comes from employees who enjoy what they do and have a genuine desire to help you enjoy your stay. When I come back in the area, I won't hesitate to stay here again.
This hotel is great for the money. The parking lot is well lighted. The hotel is situated in an area with restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff is friendly. Rooms are well appointed and cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis. Highly recommend.
Although the bed could have been a tad improved, the warm bath before bedtime helped me get a good night of rest. I was a little concerned with outside noises, but at about 10:00 pm, on a Saturday night, things became very quiet and peaceful.
Disappointed with Best Western Plus in Denton, Texas. The hotel is beautiful on the outside with plenty of parking. Several restaurants (Cracker Barrel, Braums, McDonalds) are within 150 yards of the hotel. Sam's Club is withing walking distance also. Inside, the lobby is very clean and nice and updated. The desk staff were friendly. They have one very slow elevator to access the upper floors, as well as stairs. Our room was very clean but smelled old. I tried to turn on the air but it wouldn't work. I called the desk, and they said they would reset the air. It came on a few minutes later. After a short while it was getting cold in the room so I went to adjust the tempurature setting. It wouldn't work. So I tried to turn off theunit. The control panel was broken. It was either on or off. It was stuck on maximum cool. I told the front desk, but nothing was done to fix it. I had to manually unplug the unit from the wall to turn it off, and plug it back in to the outlet to turn it on.It made the entire stay quite unpleasant. We woke up to an extremely cold room in the mornings, but that was better than trying to sleep without air in the hot and humid nights of North Texas.
Nice rooms and we will be back! Good breakfast fast service and clean place good parking close to restaurants and close to all the shopping strips and I like that the Cracker Barrel is in walking distance
convenient drive to UNT campus (can avoid freeway traffic); good location with several stores and restaurants within walking distance; friendly staff;good breakfast; microwave and refrig in room; comfortable bed.
Appreciation for good staff and hotel quietness and accessible location surrounded by good facilities like varieties of restaurants and gas station and some shops, location is perfect as its just of the highways,/roads
We were lucky to get this room at the last minute since hotels in town were booked up for some kind of rodeo event and since we only stay at Best Westerns this property was very close to the hospital where a family member was having emergency surgery. Other family members were not able to get a room here cause of the hotel being booked up. Check in was quick and smooth which was very nice after sitting at the hospital for 13 hours, the hotel is so clean and homey feeling we had a suite on the 3rd floor that was really nice once we got in the room it was very hot and stuffy since the a/c wasn't on and we couldn't get it to come on till our 19 year old daughter thought to push the reset button on the plug and it was on and cooling in no time it worked so well that at 3 in the morning we had to get up and turn it off cause our teeth were chattering. we were so cold. Like other reviews I read about this property when I was looking for a Best Western in Denton the elevator is a little scarey with the noises it made and real hot and cramp but all in all this property is really nice and located close to lots of eating places and shopping and close to I 35
I made these reservations quite early, prior to our vacation. Confirmed with the reservationist that we had a large 28 foot camper that would need to be parked on the grounds that night. She assured me confidently they had plenty of room behind there Hotel. After driving 15 hours and on the verge of extreme tiredness when we arrived, we were told by the front desk clerk there was nowhere for us to park our RV. They were apologetic, but our stress levels levels rose instantly since we were so tired. Needless to say we had to start locating another place to stay in Denton. The gentleman, his name was Shane, at the Hilton Inn across the street saved us. He truly was an angel because we were so exhausted. He honored us with a comprable price and even though they did not offer complimentary breakfast he gave us tickets for a complimentary breakfast in the morning. I cannot say enough good about him. The Lord really blessed us with him. We are huge fans now if Hilton.
Stayed here one night for business, hotel is fairly new and well kept. Clean rooms and clean property, located right behind several restaurants. (Burger choices, mcdonalds to Wataburger or In and Out burger within a short distance. Check in and check out is simple plus you get free breakfast and wifi.
Excellent room and staff. Breakfast was average, but with a pretty good selection. We wanted to book with them again and would have, but the price increased quite a bit for the time we wanted. Other hotels didn't seem to increase quite so much.
Hotel is a little dated. Beds need to be upgraded. Decor was dated and worn. Great location. Hotel offered a good breakfast every morning. Pool and hot tube were nice. Rooms were pretty quite despite the road work throughout the night.
Our one night stay was without issue. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and the room was great. Everything was super clean in our room and bathroom as if it were brand new. Maybe it is. Super close to I 35 and walking distance to McDonalds and Cracker Barrel. I did think the breakfast area for seating arrangement was a bit odd compared to anywhere else that I have stayed in the past.
Needed a place to stay for one evening and thus was reasonably priced and all was clean and good breakfast. Will be sure to consider Best Hotel for next year's show that we participated in in August!!!
This hotel was our first stop on a 10 day road trip. It's right off the highway and near to shopping which helped us stock up for the trip. The room was great and quiet and I found all of the staff I encountered to be very friendly. Good breakfast, easy check out and we were on the road.
My wife and I make an unplanned trip to help our daughter re-locate within Denton. We've stayed at this location before. We walked in, hoping for a room. A king suite was available so we took it for the night. Quiet location right near the interstate and a few major restaurants. Great place to stay,
this is a nice hotel the rooms were great, check in and out were easy and the staff was very friendly. there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. the breakfast is good for quick and easy would stay here again, best part got to see an friend
our stay was very nice, the room was great lots of room, staff was friendly, the breakfast was okay, and there were lots of place to eat. would stay here again always had nice rooms . it was easy to check in and out.
This is a good value and reliable place to stay/ I strongly advise again using Expedia to make your reservation. It is better to rely directly on hotel staff. The Internet works well and the breakfast is good.
Got to the hotel and checked in fine. Came back at 11:30 pm and the elevator was out of order. Had this been a random occurrence, so be it. But the desk clerk responded, "Oh this happens when we get busy." Obviously a recurring problem that management refuses to deal with. Despite my physical handicap, we had to climb 3 flights of stairs and management cares NOTHING.
Our stay at Best Western was very enjoyable. Great customer service and room was comfortable and clean. We will be staying at Best Western at our next out-of-town trip. Enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff.
This facility is ideally situated off interstate 35. Its location is surrounded by several places to eat and shop. The service at the hotel was personal and individually centered. My room was exceptionally clean; appliances worked; internet access was exceptional, and the comfort of the bed was outstanding. I was impressed with the personal greeting upon arrival and the offer to upgrade my room without charge and without my having to ask. I recommend this hotel for your next stay because the employees are customer centered, food is good, room is comfortable, and the employees make you feel valued.
This is a very nice, affordable hotel. Close to the interstate highway, but still very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Many places to eat nearby. We stayed only one night, but will definitely stay here again when we need a good hotel in the area.
The room, building and grounds were very nice and clean. The staff, from the general manager to front desk and housekeeping provided excellent customer service. It was a great location, near shopping, restaurants, gas, etc. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the area was clean and organized. We couldn't have been more impressed. We will definitely stay here again.
We had a group of family and friends staying for a wedding event. Everything went very smoothly. Even with a few renovations in process, the hotel was well kept and clean. James and Mahwish at the front desk were extremely courteous and helpful. The staff were a pleasure to deal with as well. The breakfast bar was extensive and well maintained. There was an issue with the elevator and the staff quickly relocated my aunt with health issues and my uncle to the first floor. Really appreciated that. Elevator was only down for a short time before returning to normal operation. This occurred on a Sunday, so amazed at the attention to get issue resolved quickly. Pool was nice and maintained. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks
I stayed one night with my wife and two boys. Check-in was easy, but the young lady at the front desk clearly didn't like her job. The rook was spacious but not in good repair. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way or lock. Wireless internet worked well and the breakfast was average. The pool was nice, but the hot tub's water level was low and wasn't particularly hot, more like tepid. The fitness room was very small and the equipment old and in poor repair. I have stayed in several BW Pluses and this one in Denton doesn't seem to meet the standards typical of the "Plus" brand.
The location was perfect for an event we attended just outside Denton. There is gas, food, and shopping right nearby so we were able to walk to breakfast at Cracker Barrel (the hotel provides breakfast too - we just didn't partake). The room was clean and large, with a comfortable bed. I booked the Advance Purchase rate on the Best Western website, and my booking confirmation clearly says that the full bill will be paid at time of booking. It turns out we ended up paying at checkout (and spending half an hour running through credit card statements to make sure we hadn't double paid). We were on the third floor and the elevator was out of order for some of the trip, and the staff said it's because it overheats and is a known problem. So, if you don't do stairs, I'd request the first floor. Overall it was just what we needed though, and I'd stay there again.
Had to stay here 3 nights this week and I'm glad I did. It is centrally located, has lots to eat within walking distance, always clean, priced moderately and QUIET. I enjoy this hotel because the halls are quiet and well insulated. I do not hear other people and the interstate is not heard even on the north facing rooms. I do hate the bright lights from McDonald's but it's not too bad. As I said it's clean, the breakfast is ok but parking is not too good. Suggest if ya get a good spot... walk to go eat. The owner has been here every time ice stayed and is always working and greeting everyone. This is always a food place to stay and I will be back.
Stay here all the time when I come to Denton, Texas. Staff is outstanding and very caring. Nice large bed and room. Manager would greet people at breakfast. Breakfast is awesome. Place is very clean and located by restaurants and stores. Very easy place to find off I-35. Look forward to my next visit and staying at such nice hotel.
My wife and I stayed here while my son was at UNT. A few mixed reviews before I booked. Let me say the hotel and staff was awesome. Clean rooms, mini fridge and micro. Great breakfast to boot. I got the room for $70 and that was a steal. We will definitely stay here again.
After having a horrible experience at a different chain hotel, we switched to this one on our family vacation. All of the staff were very friendly, room was outstanding (great beds, A/C worked great), and the pool area was really nice). Breakfast was nice and the kids gots minor thrill from the Texas shaped waffles. Only thing I can think of to improve slightly is better nighttime lighting by the hot tub area and maybe slightly warmer pool would be preferred.
Very clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, hotel was clean. We were not recognized as reward members. But above all it was a nice place to stay. James got us with a early check in. Close to shopping and places to eat. We will go back anytime.
Denton is a small town with many restaurants and interesting places close by. The first night we walked to a nice Tex Mex Restaurant. Then we took our car to "the Square" where the historical area was as well as many restaurants and interesting stores. All were within walking distance. This was an older hotel; which could have used an uplift in the halls and common areas. (One door needed fix to enter with the room key). Our room was nice; nothing fancy. I had to ask for a hairdryer as there was none in the room.. It was ok for the price. Our view was the Ramada Inn next door.
Very nice and clean hotel and rooms. We had our entire family there for our daughter's wedding. Nice stay over all. The hotel is conveniently located, with several restaurants and stores very close, which is great, however with that there is quite a bit of traffic running through the parking lot.
We were traveling home without a hotel reservation and it was after midnight and this was the first hotel we stopped at, the young man at the check in counter was so polite, friendly and courteous we took the one room available and were so glad we did. We had a suite and it was large comfortable and very clean. We had a very restful night and signed up for their rewards program so we can select a Best Western the next time we travel.
I have stayed at this location several times. The staff is great as are the rooms. Very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the tv is very large. Check out is 12:00 which is nice. Warm breakfast is good to wake up to. I will continue to stay there whenever I'm in town.
We recently traveled to Denton for a UNT graduation, and can't bring ourselves to stay anywhere besides this Best Western. The manager, Suresh, and the staff are courteous and the hotel is immaculate. We downsized to a less expensive room after 2 nights (by the time I booked, the most expensive room was all that was left for graduation weekend), and they stored our luggage so that we didn't have to haul everything to the car when we checked out of room A. The next morning, Suresh was in the office, and commented on our items. When I explained that we needed to check out because we were changing rooms on Saturday, he looked troubled and said he wished he'd realized we did that-that he would have found a way to let us stay in room A, simply so that we wouldn't have to pack up and move. I always have fun making my Texas shaped waffle there, too! The property is adjacent to a Braum's, which I was not familiar with, but have grown to become a fan!
This hotel was the perfect stay after a very long day on the road. The staff at check-in were friendly and professional. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was the standard you get at these hotels but much cleaner and there was no shortage of any items. I'd definitely stay here again.
The location and price of this hotel has kept me returning when on business in Denton The hotel is close to the Universities, eating establishments, stores and gas stations. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was adequate and there were no problems checking in or out.
I suddenly got very ill on a road trip to from NOLA to OKC. There was a road block, so my GPS took me on a 20-mile detour through a fancy-schmancy residential area with no hotels for miles! Worst. Feeling. Ever. I was near panicking. BWP was the first hotel I came to. The host checked me in immediately. He gave me bottled water and cookies. He even called to check to see if I was ok! The bed was sooo comfortable. Everything was comfortable! Even though it was right by the interstate, it was so quiet. Truly a Godsend.
This is not a bad place to stay. It is in a good location - close to shopping and entertainment. Rooms are pretty nice, even though the first room we were placed in hadn't been cleaned by house-keeping yet.
Easy access from the Interstate.Hotel is located within walking distance of several good restraints. A very nice hotel with secure parking. Recommended and will stay there again the next time I'm in the area.
I made reservations in January for my mom and I as we were attending a conference nearby on Easter weekend. The best room we got was on the third floor right across from the elevator where a man decided to sit and put his phone on speaker and have a loud conversation until after 1am. The next morning tried to iron my shirt but the iron was broken and water was running out of the bottom. Tried to pop some popcorn that evening but little microwave so cheap it burned it on 2 minutes and didn't pop the second bag at all on a lower minute setting. Our third night-after a long day we wanted to go sit in the jacuzzi which was advertised as open until 10 pm. It was locked at 9:30 pm and no one was at the front desk to ask why. Yes the room and bathroom were a nice size and towels were nice. Just a bit dissapointed.
The hotel looks good and the service was great, but the rooms are not clean. We encountered a fly/bug infestation in the first room, and the second (substitute) room was right next to the breakfast area and proved to be vey noisy starting at 4:00 am. We also found evidence of bugs (dead ones) in that room as well. The breakfast was very good and the staff was nice and helpful.
Clean comfortable room. AC blew super cold. We stayed in room 115 it has a king bed and a giant jacuzzi tub. It was perfect after our 9 hour drive from Missouri. Ladies at the front desk are very friendly and answered our questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very nice large and comfortable rooms. Very tiny breakfast room but adequate breakfast selection . We were disappointed that they did not provide 24 hour coffee in this area. We could not connect to their Wifi and staff was unable to help with this. Tried to say it was our computer but it worked in other hotels on nights before and after our stay there.
Arrived around 9:30 pm. The clerk that checked me in was very friendly and the process was quick. The room was clean and spacious. I would have given 5 stars but the bedding was just ok. I slept great, very quiet.
Nice hotel rooms clean, staff very friendly. Pool was closed so no place to hang out and visit with family. Breakfast was ok could of offered a little more. Nice location things around you to shop or eat.
It was obvious the manager had ensured his hotel was well prepared and customer ready. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was well prepared and restocked as guests consumed the food.
Attended a family wedding in Denton recently. Our entire group stayed at this Best Western. Suresh went out of his way to make our stay comfortable & memorable. The property is conveniently located, very clean & well maintained. Staff were pleasant & courteous.
overall quality and stay very good stay was very friendly and eager to help bathrooms very clean quality of breakfast items were very good parking could be a problem on weekends excellent location butt can be a problem due to construction on interstate 35 this will go away when construction is finished
Nice, clean, quiet. Near lots of shopping and food outlets, great amenities like laundry facilties and full breakfast. Would've gotten 5 stars if they kept the breakfast buffet open a little longer on weekends. I'd definitely stay there again.
I bring a group of roughly 60 people to Peterbilt Motors in Denton from around the U.S. and Canada every year. Every aspect of their visit to Denton is very important to me including the Hotel. I choose the Best Western Plus Denton every year because the Hotel is always very clean and extremely well maintained ! I highly recommend this Hotel from staff, to cleanliness, to location.
I had a room to myself, but travelled with friends. The manager, James, made the accommodation brilliant. His hospitality was great, but all the staff were lovely. The room was huge, clean and good facilities. Met all my needs and more. The breakfast was ok but a bit more variety and English tea would have been good. (They had lots of British guests) Highly recommended.
This hotel's location was easy access on and off of freeway. Staff was pleasant and courteous when checking in and out. The room was modern, clean and air conditioning works great. I would like to see brighter lighting in the lamps for reading at night. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.
I love the staff, they were courteous and helpful. The hotel is exactly like the pictures; which is always helpful when booking a room. I went for a cheaper hotel and I got what I paid for. It's not their fault, it's just not what I like to stay in. I had never stayed in a Best Western. Most other hotels in the area that I usually stay in were booked because of the Rosh Hashanah celebration. My choices were drive to Gainesville, pay up for a plush hotel or stay here. I chose economical and I soon wished that I had not made that choice.
We stayed here one night. Overall I rated it average. Check in and cooperativeness was excellent, however, the carpets in particular needed significant cleaning. The breakfast was the usual and well presented. The fitness center was in need of cleaning and half the equipment needed maintenance.
This hotel includes some of my favorite things in a hotel: ventilator fan in the bathroom, curved shower curtain rod, and a mirror outside the bathroom which is near an outlet. Now if hotels would only bring back fitted sheets and incandescent light bulbs! Good experience overall. We'll be back.
This hotel was extremely clean and up to date. Beds were very comfortable and you could not hear noises from others.Very quiet. Staff were super helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a nice selection but nothing exceptional.
When we return to Denton, Texas to visit friends, we always stay at this hotel. There are many choices, but stay with what I know is good. The staff are all very attentive and the rooms are great. It offers a great breakfast.
We have stayed at this hotel every time we visit our daughter who is going to college in Denton. We have seldom had a problem, and they have always been resolved to our satisfaction. The front desk staff is so pleasant, and the facility is very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Denton.
The hotel was wonderful, the staff was excellent and even though there was construction going on it was very clean. Breakfast was better than most as well. I will be staying here anytime I come to Denton.
The room was very clean. I stay in a 1 king and a sofa sleeper. The bed had about 4 or 6 pillows. The free breakfast was great. They had sausages, bacon, eggs, biscuits, croissants, tortillas, waffles. Also, it is very close to grocery stores.
This location rivals many boutique hotels I've booked. Excellent customer service. Very affordable! Average offerings for breakfast though tasty (hey, there was Tabasco sauce for the eggs!!) A little tricking to get in and out but don't let that stop you!
Every aspect of the reservation, check in, assistance once arrived, was professionally handled with kindness and patience.. The personal care was a great asset, since we were three women travelling together with my son.
Found this place to be a enjoyable place to stay on a recent trip to east Texas. It was very clean and quite. There are many good places to eat close by and lots of places to go shop. Would definitely book this place again on my next trip to Denton.
Check-in was SUPER FAST! The king suite was a large room with alot of space, sofa chair, etc. The bed was great! So comfortable, firm yet cushy. Quiet air conditioning. We were on the end by the door to the pool AND NEVER HEARD A THING!!! Can I just say that Best Western is not the old hotel of the past? They are on the same playing field as Hampton and Marriott, just about 20 dollars cheaper. And honestly, I believe they might be surpassing them at this place. :) One more thing...the Cracker Barrel is within a stone's throw and so is Braums! Woo hoo!!! McDonald's is there too, if you have kids and tolerance. The only, ONLY teeny complaint I would have would be the fact that there is only 1 sink. But that's minor. Thanks Best Western!
This hotel in Denton, Tx is excellent to stay. Staff is courteous and friendly and hotel is quiet. Close to a number of eateries as well. Enjoyed the breakfast that was served. Very neat and clean. Good for the price.
Second year in a row to stay at this hotel. Has not changed at all, very clean with nice rooms and excellent service. Breakfast area was clean and a well rounded breakfast offered to guest. Denton close by for evening entertainment with good access to the highway. Shopping and restaurants close by.
This is a great place to stay in Denton! Customer service was top notch. The room was already cool before we stepped in and the AC was strong! Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. We were attending a family wedding and there were already wedding favors waiting for us in the room, which were placed by hotel staff.
Nice clean large room. Good location with plenty to do nearby. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. There was a computer glitch and we couldn't check in for a solid 30 minutes the manager was curt and non-apologetic which was annoying but the rest of the staff seemed professional and courteous. Overall good place to stay.
Excellent location, rooms are nice and clean, enough space to work at your room, breakfast starts early, they even offer you a complimentary snack to go, umbrellas available, it was raining every day during my stay.
We stayed three nights at the Best Western Plus in Denton for the high school graduation of our granddaughter. The hotel is conveniently located near several dining establishments and with easy access from Interstate 35 on the west side of Denton. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, making a fresh pot of decaf coffee at our request upon our late evening arrival. We were assigned a handicap room for unknown reasons as it had not been requested or needed, but it was quite roomy, very clean and very comfortable. Our room was nicely appointed with a king size bed, a desk for working, a large TV, and a sofa. The room also had a microwave and a small refrigerator. We did not sample the morning breakfast as the hotel property abuts a Cracker Barrel restaurant where we chose to take breakfast on two mornings. The only issue (and it is minor) I have is with the sheets on the king size bed - they did not fit and the bottom sheet could not be tucked in and was not a fitted sheet. The room was quiet and the cooling system kept it at a pleasant temperature without being noisy. An added nice touch is the availability of a washer and dryer on each floor. The hotel is totally a non-smoking facility and offers free Wi-Fi which are features I like and normally seek out when making reservations. Should we return to Denton and need accommodations I would not hesitate to book at the Best Western Plus.
The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and close to great shops - Walmart, SAMs, McDonald's, yogurt shop, etc. the only front desk help was amazing! Very helpful and always friendly. The staff really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to other people.
Passing through the area and needed a basic hotel for the night. This worked out great. Great location near highway, shopping center, new McDonalds, Subway and gas station. Parking was not an issue right out front. Guy at front desk was super nice and lobby was creative with the breakfast area laid out nicely. (Didn't stay for breakfast). Typical mid-range hotel is how I would describe the lay out. Three floors, vending machine and washer/dryer on each. No smoking building. Room had a siting area with a couch and desk. There was a microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge as well. The tv was a great sized flat screen HD with many channels including HBO. The room was clean with a few minor signs of wear, but overall was fine given the price and expectation. AC was nice and cold. Bathroom on the medium sized side, but again, very functional and good enough. Two minor minor things. 1) Although there are plenty of lights in the room, the window wasn't really big enough for the size of the room (room is on the big side). 2) Front entrance not super inviting. Both of these are minor and typical of a mid/budget hotel. Check out was easy. Would stay again for price.
We stayed here while visiting friends. It is most convenient to Winstar Casino. It was clean, comfortable, had good coffee, and a decent breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff was considerate of our needs. The owner gave us a to go bag with water and snacks upon our departure. He even called us on our drive back home to let us know we forgot our pillows and that he would send them to us.We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed overnight. We made a reservation and paid for a king room ONLINE. Check-in went easily enough, we entered our room and found it had 2 queen beds. No big deal, right?? We immediately called the front desk and was informed they had no king rooms available. When asked why as we reserved and paid for a king room, I was informed it was because our reservation was made ONLINE. Lesson learned....CALL and FOLLOW UP if you book here online. Other than the really small bed, the hotel is quite nice. Our room was tastefully decorated and quiet (a must as I am a light sleeper). Bathroom towels were better than expected. Staff was friendly, included breakfast was well done. I will stay here again, but will call and confirm my reservation preference.
We are frequent visitors to Denton and have stayed in 5 different hotels here. This is by far the nicest. Mr. Patel personally oversees the outstanding breakfast. Our room (not a suite) was very large with a nice couch and a huge flat screen. Price was super! My only little, tiny complaint is the hot tub is barely warm. This is our Denton home base for sure from now on.
We arrive very early after a long flight, was able to check in early, staff was friendly. There are restaurants within 2 minutes of walk. The room was clean, breakfast was acceptable. Reasonable price.
The staff was excellent, hotel was very clean, breakfast was surprisingly delicious! Just got back from graduation at UNT. Location was perfect! I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!!!
Our room was clean, updated, and in good repair, as was the rest of the facility. Location was good, about 10 minutes from the UNT campus, and close to a number of chain restaurants and Interstate 35.
The staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. The room, supposedly a small suite, offered two queen beds and a pull out couch. We needed all sleeping areas. The sleeper sofa closed already looked old and tattered. When we went to pull out the bed it was so disgusting that we closed it and I had to sleep on the couch with my legs hanging over the side.
pleasant staff and management. looking forward to staying again. close by fuel, food, and shopping a plus. access to the freeway very easy. Would be nice to have vending and an ice machine on the third floor but overall a nice place to stay.
The manager name Anis was very nice and concerned. The rooms was nice and clean the maid was excellent , plus the shopping area was great for us. Leo The trip was great and we slept good and my family love it.
The location is great - very near shopping and restaurants, and easy access off of the freeway. We've stayed many times and the rooms are always clean, and the staff is very helpful and always friendly.
Very clean nice rooms although the plumbing does seem to have some problems. Had to be moved as the toilet would not flush in the first room and it was no sure it wanted to in the second room I also found the water took forever to get hot in the shower. Breakfast selection was very good and well presented. We were disappointed that they did not have coffee available in the lobby other than at breakfast as the individual packets in the room were not at all good,
The hotel was in a great location off the main highway, and it even near some restaurants and a gas station. The exterior and interior were both neat and colorful and we were fortunate enough to quickly check-in, even without a reservation. We did not make it to breakfast but the pool area as well as all the other parts of the hotel looked clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We hope to come back and stay soon!
Very nice and friendly hotel. Management is there early till late. Stayed here before and was pleased so decided to stay again. Very easy to get to location. Multiple food options you can walk to. Wal-Mart in site of hotel. Easy access to US 380, I-35, & the 288 loop, hospital, & UNT. Would Def recommend.
This has been one of the best stays in any hotel that we have had in a very long time. The service, staff, rooms, beds, etc. were all excellent. We particularly liked the friendliness of the check-in staff and how comfortable the beds were. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.
This was our fourth time to stay at this Best Western Location. We have always had a good experience here. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, well maintained, and nicely decorated. The hotel is clean inside and the outside grounds are well maintained also. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter and two grandchildren and will recommend it to our family and friends also.
Since I travel and stay at over 150 hotels a year I know when the staff doesn't really want to help and give you 100%. I will not be staying here again just for that reason. The rooms and hotel were good just the staff
The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. It is near the interstate and if u are not used to traffic noise it may not be the one place for u. There was construction around it at the time but still easy to get to. Overall it was a nice place.
I host an annual event at Peterbilt Motors in Denton, TX and have chosen to have my group stay at the Best Western Plus in Denton for over ten years now. I tried a few different hotels in the area but found the staff, service and facilities at the Best Western Plus to be the absolute best ! The service level, comfort and cleanliness the of rooms and professionalism have continued to be the finest over the years. We use a large number of rooms and have people arriving on different days and times throughout the week of the event. Needless to say that can be a bit of a challenge for the registration staff with people changing arrival dates and type of room. The Best Western Plus staff always does everything possible to accommodate the changes in a cordial and professional manner. I always stay at the Best Western Plus anytime I am in the Denton area and have made the group reservation for my 2016 event as well. I walked into the Best Western Plus ten years ago as an individual guest and was treated very well, now it has become my home when I'm in Denton. I can highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Denton from years of stays and very consistent high quality service with clean and comfortable rooms ! Many thanks to the entire staff for many years of great service ! Five stars and A#1 for this excellent Hotel !
The people / Staff of this hotel were excellent. The room was kept extremely clean daily. After a long drive I was able to check in early with no issues. The eating area is exceptionally clean. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff kept it well stocked with hot food always. The staff was very friendly and offered to help with anything
Very clean and well maintained. Smelled clean too. Comfy beds, great full breakfast and the internet service worked great. I was traveling alone (female) and felt very safe at the hotel. For the price you wont find better in Denton!
Our room was very nice and ready for us to settle I for the evening. If I had to say anything negative about the facility it would have to be the fact that every time I passed the main entrance under the drive through there were always people blocking the door smoking. When my wife & I checked in there were about ten people standing there smoking. When we returned from our dinner the numbers had dropped to about six and even after breakfast the following morning there were at least ten people again. The hotel is a non-smoking facility and I would guess these are employees. But, if I were traveling through town and did not have a reservation already this would sure be a detraction to me.
Check in was good, room was nice, comfy and clean. This is a city hotel off an interstate, so you won't have views or any of that, buy hey, a Braum's is right next door. Just a quick walk for an ice cream cone! The only issue I found was the breakfast area was just too small and easily crowded. Seating was very limited. The counter had chairs so high that your food was almost in your lap. The breakfast staff worked hard clearing space and cleaning. The biscuits were rock hard, and gravy lumpy and stale, but we made do with other offerings. Our second morning, I ran down and carried stuff back to the room. As long as breakfast isn't that important to you, it's an otherwise good place.
Absolutely loved our stay, the room was great, king size bed comfortable, the bathroom floor tiles where coming off a little bit but nothing dangerous. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, will defiantly be staying here again on our next visit.
WE have stayed at many 1 or 2 times per month this was my first time at this hotel chain. we were greeted and treated very kind. hotel staff ask me if i needed help with my luggage. this was the first time we ever had this much help and kindness from any hotel. love love this chain now i will be searching for Best western +.. Thank you
I've stayed in many motels for business, and this one ranks near the top. Clean lobby and rooms, very comfortable beds and good hot breakfast. Employees are competent and friendly. General manager, Mr. Patel, is just a real good guy. I would recommend the Best Western Plus in Denton to anyone.
My husband and I arrived very late and tired after the Holiday Inn messed up our reservation! The night clerk, John, was super nice and had us checked in very quickly. I will continue to use The Best Western for our traveling lodge. The room was great. The bed was the most comfortable I'd ever slept on at a hotel. Very pleased with our stay!!!
We checked in for one night with the intention of extending it to 2 nights based on our experience. We wound up staying only one (Friday 1/22/16). The hotel was about what you would expect, overall we were satisfied with the hotel, amenities, and comfort. Our disappointment began as soon as we came in around 5 pm with the young lady at reception. Maybe because she was young; bored; dissatisfied with her job? who knows. But she was very short, unfriendly, no willing to interact. Maybe because she had to get up from the office in back and come help us? I tried to engage her a couple of times without any success. She basically gave us our key cards and sent us off to the second floor #222 with out any directions, remarks, etc. We walked around for a bit with our luggage and found the elevator, and finally after walking the second floor halls for a bit found our room. Second complaint? Pricing. We were quoted an $89 something price over the phone when the reservation was made due to my wife being over 55, but at checkout we were charged $99 plus. Even though the gentleman at checkout was a lot friendlier and helpful, I did not want to bring this issue up for fear of ruining my mood, for what? $10 plus dollars? We wound up staying at another hotel for the second night.
Smiling helpful front desk person & manager, clean large room, convenient to expressway & close to eating places for supper. The most exceptional feature was the quality & variety of the complimentary breakfast offered.
After the manger saw that i was on crutches he moved me to the first floor in the same type of room, which was great for them to do for me. Bed was great, hot tub was awesome, and staff is amazing. Thanks for a great stay!
This hotel was really nice, but it has very poor signage and is right up against another hotel. The wifi was poor and the breakfast was horrible. I ended up buying breakfast foods at walmart and ate in my room. The room and the interior of the hotel was excellent. Very clean, and quiet. Bring your own pillow though if you are a side sleeper, all of the pillows they had on my bed were way to thick. I would stay here again, and hopefully they will have fixed the problems with the signage, breakfast and wifi.
We came to Denton to see daughter's sick dad. It was very important that we visit him because his prognoses is not good. If we do come back to Denton, we will want to stay at Best Western Hotel, for sure. We greatly appreciate your very excellent service and you helped to make our visit to Denton very good. Thank you. Sincerely, Christine McCreery
The staff made us feel at home. The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a large variety of choices for breakfast and the waffles in the shape of Texas added a nice touch to breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay at while visiting Denton TX.
If you're looking for a great view, go somewhere else. Our room looked right into another, altogether different property. But we got a single King, non-smoking room that was clean, fresh, roomy, and very comfortable. The bed is firm yet remarkably comfortable. Bathroom very clean, and the built-in nightlight on the provided hair dryer actually worked! The room was a VERY cold 59 degrees when we entered; some wisenheimer must've left it set that way when they checked out and the housekeeping staff probably didn't feel the need to check it. Waste of electricity, of course, but we were fortunate in that we checked in just to get our belongings unloaded before heading for a family visit. We've been here before and we will come again. We did not partake of the free breakfast. We just don't expect great coffee from the price range of properties we can afford, but there are great food options nearby.
Clean and everything works (good water pressure, heat and air, nice large TV with clear picture.) Next door to a Cracker Barrel, a convenience store and an ice cream/food store. We have stayed here before and chose it again because it was so convenient. The free breakfast includes half & half for coffee, which I like.
BW Denton, Texas very nice property, generally courteous staff, and breakfast buffet typical of such amenities...nothing spectacular but warm and free... Don't accept Room 101 as it sits back-to-back with breakfast buffet and prep room...Noise from prep room begin about 5:30 am (unless you want to be up by then) and continue with a symphony of banging pans, slamming draw sounds, and a host of typical ‘preparing breakfast in the kitchen noises' until hotel guests came streaming in to feast which sent it up a tad. Also, Room 101 had serious water in carpet issues (to be fair, it had been raining in Denton during that Thanksgiving Day holiday…but!) caused by (uncertain because no one from management came to investigate) what I contend it might have been a clogged A/C drain backing up into room and wetting the carpet , or it might have been a leaking window and A/C installation. By Friday night – after it was discovered-- odor of damp carpet was noticeable. They were nice about it after I insisted that 20% off one night wasn't adequate compensation (I was checking out Saturday morning), I insisted that one night billing adjustment was fair; they acquiesced. Maybe a stroke of bad luck, but one thing after pondering the overall experience, even with compensation, the fact that no one from management bothered to visit my room and investigate the source of wet carpet and apologize for the inconvenience left me a little disappointed about the BW experience.
This was just an overnight stop for us. The room was clean and comfortable. New linens and a firm matress. Our view was of another part of the building so we had no traffic noise. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. It is a good deal for the price.
No real complaints, but also nothing to brag about. I'm often very impressed with mid-level hotel chains; this place is a notch below that. It's place is perfectly fine, plenty clean and modern, etc. Location was convenient for driving through. I give it an "average," but don't intend that as a criticism -- it's genuinely about average.
This hotel has comfortable beds, is very clean, serves an excellent (included) breakfast and the front desk personnel are friendly. Upon arriving at the room, the manager called to ask if everything was in order. Yes, some of the rooms do not have fabulous views. There is a Cracker Barrel and McDonald's in easy walking distance. If I am ever in Denton, will stay here again.
This is a standard travelers hotel good breakfast, clean rooms good comfort, you do not have that many choices on walking distance from the hotel, you can say that you get what you pay for, so we have no problems to return
Spent 1 night in this property 11/17/15. Having stayed here on several occasions before was deciding factor for this stay. Got in late and was assigned a room (201). Clean as always but air conditioning/heater did not work. Was 78 degrees in the room. Got another room(203) with no hassles from sweet young lady working the front office. Room was clean but you could hear the trucks and road noise from I-35 all night long. Never experienced that in the past. Paid $109 plus all the other traveler taxes put bill up to $125. Not worth it to hear trucks all night. Sleep sucked needless to say. Been a Best Western Loyalty Member for years. But, if in the area again I will be hard pressed to consider this property. Will most likely choose another BW in the Dallas area that does not charge that high of a price.
Went to the Fairfield Suites next door first and finally left in disgust. Went next door to the Best Western and it was superior! Clean, I mean really clean, room awesomely comfortable bed and exceptional staff!
The staff of this hotel could not be any better. I am always treated like family when I stay here. Recommend this hotel for any on who just needs a one night stay of a weeks rest. Excellent breakfast selection and evening bar for your enjoyment..
Have stayed several times on trips to Oklahoma. I have been happy with the clean rooms and good beds. I have noted all the attention paid to the extras in the bathrooms. It all added up to show the staff "cared".
I've stayed at this hotel two times while visiting our son who is a student at the University of North Texas and both visits were excellent. The hotel decor is pleasant and modern and the rooms are very clean. This hotel is located conveniently next to shopping, restaurants, and gas stations. Amenities include free breakfast and internet. I recently learned that they offer a UNT student and parent discount which, even without this discount, makes this hotel is an excellent value. We will definitely be staying there again.
Many of the local hotels were sold out so booked this property. Hotel was full but seemed to just have one employee working plus a couple housekeeping and one breakfast staff. Hotel did not seem as clean (rather large dead bugs in the lobby near the lobby furniture), lights in the room were especially dark and bedding had old stains. Airconditioner was stuck at 57 degrees so unplugged it various times during the evening to get the temp up to 68. No listing for TV channels. Even the Guest Services book was old and dated.
I usually stay at the BW Premier facility at the south end of town, but it was so expensive for the date I planned to visit that I decided to give this BW Plus a try. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed. The morning breakfast was quite basic, and staff had a tough time keeping everything in stock. The room was adequate, and there is a nice HDTV. However, there was no current channel guide (they had an old one showing the original channels before they switched to HD), and we gave up after trying for 10 minutes to find the channel we wanted to watch. I like that this property is closer to UNT and TWU, but I will definitely choose the other BW property next time if the cost difference is not too big.
We were very pleased. We enjoy the omelet approach at breakfast. The hotel was very clean and pleasant. iThe location was somewhat difficult to enter from US 380 due to the traffic patterns, but traveling that way again it will be easier.
This is a nice hotel for the price; has always been clean and well serviced. It is convenient to UNT, TWU, as well as restaurants and retail merchants. Breakfast is good if you are in a hurry; otherwise, go get breakfast somewhere else.
Spent a week here in Sept. 2015. Was working for 6 months in the area. Room rate was great. Room was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Close to highway, shopping, food and fuel. Working in this hotel was not feasible as the internet would go out for 3-4 hours at a time. Worked with the hotel IT provider with no resolution. Ethernet cable did not work. There is no listing for TV channels. You have to go through and make your own list. The hotel could do this for the guests with an hour's worth of effort but that doesn't seem to be a priority there. I moved after 6 nights due to the internet issues.
Excellent check in and stay. Room was clean, with up to date decor and amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good and had an excellent selection to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful.
