Best Western Deming Southwest Inn

We booked 2 rooms during a family road trip, and the rooms were next door to each other. My 80 year old uncle had called ahead to book these rooms, but they did not show the reservation when we arrived. Thankfully, they could accommodate us. The motel has been upgraded, and the room was aesthetically pleasing. The window shade produced a dark room despite a well-lit parking lot. We traveled with 2 dogs, and there was an area to walk the dogs in the parking lot that did not interfere with traffic. I felt safe staying at this establishment. A hot breakfast was provided with a large variety of items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles as well as yogurt, boiled eggs, dry cereal, packaged oatmeal, breads, coffee, and juice. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. The pillows were so soft, stacking them together still did not provide the support I sought. The shower handle was broken, coming off when I tried to turn on the water. The trash in the outside garbage cans surrounding the property, including the dog park, was overflowing. I am accustomed to a quiet environment at night, so listening to the train coming through town every 30 minutes constantly woke me up. The train sounded like a jet powering up its engines on a runway. The refrigerator was noisy, even when the door was closed on the cabinet where it was housed. I will not be staying here again.

I made a reservation here for 2 rooms for myself and my parents. On our way my mother fell at a rest area and we had to take her to the hospital. It was 3:25 pm and I knew I could at least cancel 1 of the rooms. So I tried and got the run around from person after person with Best Western Rewards. I asked for a manager and got the same treatment. They said because I couldn't remember my street address number from an old address they couldn't verify it was me (I was driving my mother to the hospital during all this). Then at 4:02 they told me I was too late. To top it all off the hotel person called me at 4:45 am to ask why I didn't show? Who does that? I explained my mother fell and we had to take her to the hospital. He didn't care either. I hope they were happy to keep my money and not honor their free cancellation policy. I will also be canceling my Best Western Rewards program because of how they treated me as well. Awful service!

Husband and I (and our two dogs) enjoyed our one night stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern with lots of amenities. Bed was wonderful although it is higher than many so may not be suitable for some people. Breakfast was good - eggs, meat, waffles, juices, cereal. It would have been nice if an attendant was there to keep things neat and tidy but overall we enjoyed it. If ever in Deming again we would definitely stay at this Best Western.

The bed is so old and hard now... I've stayed here at least 5 times over the past 7 years and the bed used to be tolerable but not now and the shower water steam is thin... but the room was warm and roomy.... There was a warm bacon and egg breakfast..... great parking for my car and U-Haul trailer. Felt safe and secure....not much for entertainment but a convenient location off n on the freeway

It was COLD & SNOWING!! Our room was warm, clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water & nice breakfast.It's right off I10 which makes it easy to get to. I like the fact that you pull up right in front of your door which makes getting your luggage faster & easier to take inside.

The motel is recently remodeled. We had a king room which had a sink in the bathroom and a sink just outside the bathroom so it was really nice for the two of us to move around and get ready. We had a problem with the TV remote not working and the front desk woman did a great job of problem solving and quickly got it resolved. The area was quiet and the breakfast was the usual fare.

We enjoyed the comfort and safety of the Best Western in Deming. Check in was easy and pleasant. We liked the latte machine in the breakfast room. We picked up the Deming brochure in the lobby and discovered the Deming Museum, it was staffed by wonderful volunteers and it was free. We would suggest visiting as the Museum has a little bit of everything, and be sure to give a donation!

This was my 1000-mile mark and Best western is the place I like to stay. Arrived around 2200 and they had my reservation ready. Room was lager and bed comfortable. Parking was good and all rooms on lower level. Breakfast was on time and took care of the hunger before getting back on the road. Good value and clean.

The hotel was in a good location and very clean. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel . It is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful,making sure our stay was enjoyable .

One-story older motel that has been nicely renovated. Lots of parking, we were able to park directly in front of our room which we liked. Lobby was super clean and furnished with updated furniture, both night staff and day staff were extremely pleasant to deal with. We found grounds extremely clean. Our room decor/furniture was pleasantly updated for a 2-star motel, flat screen tv, microwave — the only thing a little dated looking was the carpet — but it was still very clean looking, no holes or stains. The bathroom, toilet and shower were all extremely clean, no crud lurking in corners. I felt safe and comfortable using everything. Breakfast was great for a free one! More than cereal and bagels, they offered bacon, sausage patties, a waffle station, etc. Coffee was very good — new-like machine made espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, everything. I usually am mediocre-satisfied with budget motels, I don't expect super stylish, clean or perfect as you typically get what you pay for, and I know this. This place ended up being a pleasant surprise and I would definitely recommend for those not wanting to pay a whole lot on a place to stay. MORE PLUSSES: Laundry facility with two coin-operated machines, vending machine, ice. MINUSES: Mattress wasn't bad, husband actually liked, but I found it to be a bit firm. Maybe a little bit of a “old” smell coming from carpet or smokers or a/c, but truly, nothing major. I've experienced much, much worse at most 2-stars!!! I'm very sensitive to smells.

This hotel was a nice respite to come back to after a day exploring the area. The room was clean and the hotel well maintained! The breakfast was typical for this chain but it was nice to get something to eat before heading out for the day.

Very nice lower cost facility. Not a great breakfast selection at motel. Probably the best option in Deming. Near the freeway but no obtrusive noises. Trying hard to find enough to say in order to hit the 200 word minimum so just using filler.

We have stayed at the Deming SW Inn multiple times as we were driving through NM and have never been disappointed. It is quiet, safe and has ample parking for large vans/trailers. The staff is always personable and attentive. We always love seeing the hummingbirds that are feeding on the flowers that are by the pool!!

Not so good, I stepped on a razor blade that was left behind. The housekeepers must have missed it. The rusty razor went right through my shoe and into my big toe. Front desk did nothing about it except gave us a bandaid and Neosporin. Sent in a complaint to the company but havent heard back.

My favorite hotel, can always count on a good clean room with friendly staff at a good price. Have been staying 2-3 times a year for the last 20 years on my way from Houston TX to California. Great Breakfast, pool, and laundry.

Great staff clean room and good breakfast. Air conditioning was wonderful. Great linens. Checking clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room price was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay. walking the property was pleasant.

Room was dirty. Housekeepers just placed new towels in the bathroom and even left a dirty towel hanging over the shower. Sink, shower, and toilet was not cleaned. Since we got in late at night and already my husband had to make a trip to the office to get a key that would work I cleaned the bathroom myself. After taking a shower I opened the covers to find dirty sheets with pubic hair all over the sheets as if someone shaved there. Called the office to change the bedding and they said they could not do that so they changed our room. Once again after getting the key for the new room, my husband had to drive to the office to get the key activated!

Driving from San Antonio to SoCal we planned our first night to rest at this Deming Best Western location. All I knew was that the price was more than reasonable, and making reservations was easy. So, two observations. First on Deming NM. We drove all over Deming as we'd arrived a little earlier than expected. This is a great place. We were more than amazed by how clean the town was and how friendly the people were. Just stopping for supplies we had several locals engage us in coversation and were polite and friendly. A nice change, coming from a much larger area where people aren't so friendly. Second, on our hotel stay. The girl who checked us in was very helpful as we had more than one room booked. If we'd had know the rooms were going to be so large and spacious we might have gotten away with a single room. The room and the linens were clean, and overall much more than we'd expected for a small town. The hotel seemed book solid, so make reservations in advance. Even with all the people things were quiet and we got a good nights rest. The breakfast was much more than expected and even the hotel cleaning staff was polite and courteous. We will definetely stay on our return trip home. We give Deming, and Best Western Deming two thumbs up.

I was delighted to see a clean well kept hotel in this small town in the middle of nowhere. Our truck broke down and we were stuck. The front office was so helpful and understanding of our predicament, got us a room right away.

I like the location of the motel and very nice atmosphere outside the motel. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would say well educated. Overall greatest experience to stay. Breakfast was great. Comfortable couch in lobby

Booked a non-refundable (since it was after 8:00PM) non-smoking room with two Queen Beds through Best Western Reservations. We arrived at the hotel and we were told they only had smoking rooms and our reservation was non-refundable. We called Best Western Reservations immediately and we were told they had made an error and to call Best Western Customer Service to dispute the situation the next business day. We both have heart and respiratory issues and experienced congestion as a result. They offered a $20 Gift card on a future stay. We declined this offer and then offered a $40 Gift card and then a $60 Gift card on a future stay. It is currently under review at this time as the error was made by BW Reservations. The room was heavily saturated with smoke odor. We could smell smoke on the furnishings and on our belongings. The carpet was badly stained. The bed was comfortable and there were two sinks.

This, motel is a little gem. Great value, clean, and a terrific value. Great location right off of the freeway. Great parking lot lighting. And a great hot breakfast with a terrific new Nescafe coffee maker.

The room had a bad smell. I have asthma so I asked the front desk girl to switch to another one. She told me the hotel was full, but the parking lot is barely 1/3 full. The next day, a new front desk person confirmed the hotel was not full last night.

We chose to stay here because it offered a convenient stop at the end of a long day and only a few hours onward drive to Tucson. This is an old style motel, with room door opening to the parking area. Our room was clean and the linens all fresh and good quality. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast rates a 10 for the excellent quality coffee machine. 1000% better than the lukewarm black water served up at most other hotels/motels at which we have stayed. The motel is older and the rooms/furnishings are beginning to look quite tired. But not less clean and comfortable for all that. We travel with a service dog and he was well treated. The motel is pet-friendly but I was disconcerted at the abundant evidence of lazy and inconsiderate pet owners on the grounds. If we had it to again, we would stay there.

Lisette at the front desk was rude and unkind. No eye contact was made during check in. Bad first impression. That is a shame because the room was clean and very comfortable. Easy access to restaurants/fast food. Young woman managing breakfast area was nice, her work efficient, and area was clean. Food was predictable and bland!!

Great place to stay for the night but a little difficult to get to during the night. We found the room to be very comfortable and clean, however, the was a little pet damage to the room, which was properly addressed by the staff.

The room was very very clean, I love The DirectTV….So easy to use….Good choice…our room did not have a lamp on the table. We called and reported it, so it would not look like we took it. They were very congenial at the office..

Lovely large room with a very nice bed. Decent breakfast included. Liked that we could park right in front of the room. A bit off of the beaten path so it was quiet. Don't let the looks of the outside scare you away… the rooms are nice. We stayed one night

The room was very basic, but nice enough. You can see things that have been done to update the motel, and things that still need to be updated. Overall, our room was clean, had all the basics, air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was decent-waffles were the best part. The area that you checkin is rather stark, could use some personality, but the employees were pleasant. We stayed at a Best Western Plus the night before for only $10 more than we paid for this room, and it was a much better value than this-again, nothing wrong with this place just a little pricey for what it is. Can't complain about cleanliness because it was clean! The location was very odd, kind of hard to get to.

Great room, comfortable mattress, and ample breakfast. Would highly recommend this motel. If you stay and arrive at night be aware that the tire stops in the parking area in front of each room only cover half the space and half of the next room. A major night time tripping tripping hazard and possibly an ADA non-compliant situation. No exterior lights for you to see the concrete stops !!

I wasn't expecting much, but this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was large and comfortable. Biggest complaint, carpeting was super worn out. Which was odd, because everything else in the room looked fairly new. The bathroom had 2 sink areas, which made it easier to spread out. All the rooms are far enough away from the freeway that you don't hear any noise. And it's easy to unload since you can park right outside your room. The breakfast area was very small, but had a nice selection and was well stocked. Staff very friendly.

A slight step up from a Motel 6, nice price but rooms really need a good cleaning (especially the carpets). The bed and linens were nice. The pool could use a good daily cleaning. Breakfast was not good and the area to eat was WAY too small...

Its a clean aged hotel. If it's your last resort and you need a place to sleep, then its good. It didn't cool , so I had to sleep with 1 sheet to be cool. You could see the daylight around the door. That coukd be why it wouldn't stay cool or the AC needed to be checked. Pool was closed. I gave it an average for the price.

The room and bathroom were large and very clean. Carpet is discolored with age and the bathroom door could use a fresh coat of paint. The AC/vent made a strange noise but not enough to keep us awake. Breakfast was good but they were out of forks (at 0715 and breakfast goes until 0900) so I had to use my pocketknife. If I had been running the show, I would have sent someone to the Walmart down the street for a box of plastic forks. Location was convenient and it was pretty quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value and the hotel seemed to have had a make-over recently. Very pleased with cleanliness of the room, beds and towels. Not noisy and easy I10 access. The staff was friendly and will stay when I return to this area.

Not your typical looking Best Western but meets needs adequately. All rooms ground floor, nice for those with walking difficulties. Plenty of parking for vehicles towing, which we were. Both check-in and tech support employees very helpful and friendly. Unable to change TV channels but remedied quickly by personnel. Breakfast options better than some other hotel chains. Room clean but could use some attention. Carpet old, worn with tear at base of sink vanity. A small amount of mold spores on ceiling. Bed comfortable, towels new. Great water pressure in shower and plenty of warm water. AC, frig, hair dryer and WIFI worked w/o problems. Did not use iron or microwave. Coffee pot in room.

Stayed at this property many times before Covid. It has been 2 years since I stayed here and now I remember why I liked this place. It is in the middle of the desert on I-10 and it is like a oasis !! Very quiet, great staff and nice rooms. I would recommend it to anyone traveling this area. It is worth the stop.

Room 104 was a disaster. The beds to start with were super hard. I've stayed at very low budget inns with better beds than this stay. Then there was the constant super loud banging noise at times throughout the night which we could never pin point where it was coming from sounded like it was right outside. Thinking it was Possibly related to air conditioner is our theory.. Sounded like metal banging. Because of this stay experience we got no rest for our long drive the next morning. Only good thing was the hot breakfast. We will definitely not stay at this best western again and will tell others as well to avoid.

Rooms were clean but drains could use unclogging. Breakfast ends early so if you have a late arrival plan for a different breakfast. Night staff is oblivious and vending machine waters are sold out so bring your own

Was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. The only good thing was the polite and helpful staff. The room was decorated nicely, but the shower curtain had a yellow 6 inch stain all along the bottom, red stains in the corners of the shower. The toilet bowl was badly stained and filthy on the floor around the toilet. Comforter was had multiple balled up lumps as big as my fist. Too late to cancel.

Awful awful awful. Asked for a room change because of odor and tv not working, was told there were no other rooms available (even though parking lot was only about half full). Asked to speak to manager and was told she lived in Texas and wasn't available. I left two requests for her to call me and never heard from her. I've always trusted Best Western, but was really disappointed this time around.

I've traveled extensively in my 70+ years but this property is in the top 3 most disgusting motels I've ever stayed at. From the carpet to the furniture to the walls everything was stained, dirty, and gross. I can't even discuss what I saw in the bathroom. I remain puzzled by the very good reviews I see mixed in with the bad ones. Maybe the owner's relatives and friends?

My usual place in Deming had gone downhill, so decided to try a new one. I love that it is only one floor. The rooms were updated and clean. A hot breakfast is offered. The manager was friendly and outgoing. Access is a little weird because of the street layout, but this is now my new place to stay in Deming when I drive cross country.

Sheets had not been changed, tub had not been cleaned and did not drain, lightbulbs burned out, microwave did not work. Bears no resemblance to any BW I've ever stayed in. Find someplace else. When I wrote the management the response was to consider staying there again.

Very nice hotel. Room clean and everything works. Wanted to visit Mexico, hotel is about 30 mins away from border crossing. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Easy to access breakfast area in morning.

As I went to check into this motel, not hotel, I thought it's old but at least it will be clean. I pulled down the sheets at 10 pm, and the sheets were covered with what looked like a man's body hair. I took a photo, but they wouldn't give me my $100 back. They said I could change rooms. I changed hotels.

Rm 122 was gag worthy.Moved to rm 123 a bit better. The front desk said we should expect odor in Pet rooms. the bed skirt in rm 123 was shredded. This was the worst place ever. Needs to be shut down We have never stayed in a more disgusting room. The carpet made the bottom of my feet brown, it was sooo dirty. the cloth chair looked like a cat had pawed it to death. Our last night out and we were too tired to move to another hotel. Never again. Be ware of this Best Wester, .

The pictures are deceiving and not what this hotel looks like. The clerk was rude at time of check in, very short with us. The room was filthy. Big stains on the floor and also big ink stains on the blanket on the bed. The floor was so dirty it turned by feet black. Washed them and then wore my shoes the remaining time.

Staff at this property is above and beyond friendly. Clean Rooms, Ample Parking even for Larger Vehicles with trailers. The only negative is the lack of available food options in the area, other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a great motel to stay at, very friendly staff, clean and beautiful place. Not much space parking with trailer but other than that very very pleased. Great breakfast and peaceful place to stay.

Clean room, Good size. Front desk was pleasant. Hot breakfast and nice lady preparing and serving it. We used to stay at La Quinta on our way through to California. It had gotten a bit shabby. We will be staying here from now on.

The landscaping of what is probably an older, renovated property blends in with the desert and makes the property look nice. Rooms seem new, beds comfortable, appears remodeled with updated function s.

Moved from one room to another. First one wreaked of cigarette smoke. Front desk did not want to move us, but finally caved. Put us in a filthy room that I later found out was not supposed to be used so it had not been cleaned…no television either! Ended up staying bc it was 1 am and we we could not move truck again due to DOT hours. Refused to give us a refund for having been subjected to such terrible room conditions and the hour long wait to be switched to the other worthless room. Shame on you Best Western.

A cute little hotel in the outskirts of Deming. It is well placed, clean, and close to I-10. It's your basic hotel, no frills and nothing fancy. The air conditioner was kind of noisy, and the train traffic was high in the area, though. Overall, for the price it was a good visit and I would recommend overall.

The gal in the reception area was very rude. We stayed in room 121. We arrived late in the evening or we would have left. The room was dank and smelled. The carpet if filthy. We were traveling with our small dog.

This is one of my favorite Best Westerns when traveling from Colorado to southern California. I like being able to park right outside my door; this one-story hotel offers that. The ice and vending machines are convenient as well (along with washer and dryer), and the rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel is right off I-10; yet the traffic noise is not too intrusive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western as we drove through New Mexico. The room was recently renovated and was quite large for a standard two-queen room. Very comfortable beds, very clean, and had a large bathroom. Parking was easy and right outside the door, which was so welcome after driving for a week! Breakfast was tasty. I wish the pool had been open, but can't fault them for the Covid restrictions! Would definitely recommend

The hotel had obviously been updated or remodeled as all of the fixtures were very modern; however, the carpet in my room was disgusting! Fortunately, I brought slippers with me on my trip, otherwise, I would only have worn shoes. I wouldn't even walk on the carpet in my socks ... it was that dirty. I could see the original color of the carpet (red & gold) but the walking part was actually dark gray or black. Yuck!

It just keeps getting better! The rooms have been remodeled since we were last here & they're beautiful. What hasn't changed is...the unbelievable cleanliness, quality linens-pillows-down comforters, large vanity/sink besides the large bathroom, respectful quiet guests, truck parking and smoking rooms. And also, the friendly, professional women at the front desk. Very appreciative of the grab & go breakfast that isn't already bagged..you can take what you like. Thank you for another perfect stay..hope to be back soon! ** A quick nod to 'Marie's Italian Restaurant'--everything is always so good but, the Chicken Marsala is THE best I've ever had.

Don't stay here! Not like other BW! The most filthiest carpets and curtains I have EVER seen in my life! Disgustig sinks and mirrors! Coffee cold! Never again will I stay here when passing through. I had to put towels on carpet next to bed to step on. Slept on top of comforter and used my sweater as a pillow case. Just gross!

Lots of room desk, fridge chairs, small quiet hotel on the out skirts of deming easy parking i had a trailer and lower rates than your bigger city best westerns. Local people work there and value there jobs and i would stay there again. All ground floor rooms you can park right in front of your room clean one queen bed in my room and lots of room for all my stuff comfortable bed and furniture. i will stay there again if traveling thru there

Pulled over for the night with family on our trip to Texas. Pet friendly. Expect to pay $20 per pet. Clean rooms, good internet and very quiet. Breakfast is lacking due to COVID but food options within 3 miles.

I always stay here when traveling West or East on I-10. It is a very nice, quiet hotel and the staff are very caring. There are some good restaurant's in town. It is a great place to stop and relax for the evening. I highly recommend it.

Need new showerhead for sure it's about 7ft high on the wall in the accessible room....bed too hard for me, ok for husband rm101..but great parking...nice staff....covid breakfast grab n go..hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee, waters...plenty filling...easy access

The outside is been maintained nicely. The road to get to the motel was hard for us to find however. The room overall was nice. Carpet had crumbs on it from the previous occupant. Bathroom shower curtain had a sour smell like maybe it had not been changed with the last few guests.

my husband and I were driving across country and found this hotel ... we were unsure at 1st but when we entered the room we were so pleased!!! This hotel is awesome !the room was beyond clean and comfortable... and huge! It was fantastic! Stay here if you're ever passing thru Deming ... you WILL NOT be disappointed.. they have everything... even a run path for your doggy ... loved this place!

Nice quiet place and friendly service! Best Western could improve on detail cleaning and breakfast! Nevertheless nice place to stop at. During these time it would be nice to see prices go down! Looking forward to seeing improvements

Had to travel during the virus pandemic and was hopeful that places along the way would step up their cleaning process but this hotel did not. Thankfully we brought sanitizing wipes and spray just in case. Everything we wiped down was dirty, even the remote that supposedly is sanitized and put in a special bag saying it is! The worse the toilet- my gosh it was disgusting! The whole thing needs a through scrubbing! We usually have great experiences staying a Best Westerns but this one was really a let down.

The room & staff were fine but no and sanitizer at the counter.As we ate breakfast in the outer room a woman with a dog went to the food room & ate VERY unclean. There was NO one around to clean tables or counters but someone was available to remove extra rolls of toilet paper from rooms!!

The online photos of the rooms are not representative on the actual property. When we arrived at our assigned room the door was wide open and the room appeared to have been used. We were assigned another room. The coffee machine for the included breakfast wasn't working and there wasn't anything around to report the problem. We checked out and went to a restaurant. We would not recommend this Best Western location. The man at the counter during when we checked in was very nice and very apologetic about our original room assignment. Just not a good experience after traveling all day.

This was our second time at this Best Western. I especially love the pet area it is so convenient to the rooms. Well lighted for those 3AM pet relief walks. The beds are heavenly, the hot breakfast has everything you could want. The area is very safe! We checked in later in the evening and were welcomed warmly! At Best Western you might pay a tiny bit more but you are getting what you pay for here. The older we get the more a good bed makes the difference in our comfort! For those that wish to stay for more then just one night, the room comes with everything necessary for your comfort.

Although the check in and the accommodations were quite acceptable, the quality, appearance, and taste of the breakfast selection was such that we were unable to enjoy the it and needed to stop later for breakfast at a restaurant!

We always try to stay here because it's consistently clean and nice and the people are nice too. The price is good too and breakfast is included. The place always looks well taken care of. For a reasonable price and a nice place - this is for you.

Room is beautiful, new updated. Granite countertops in bath extra sink. Couch, tv. A one story out of the way past truck stop. Very safe cameras all over. Polite staff. Great breakfast. Clean and new. A lucky find

Good except for carpeting in unit was the dirtiest I've ever seen and should be replaced. It is beyond washing. Otherwise everything else was clean and in good working order. Hot breakfast was a plus, also good coffe with real half and half.

Check-In was fast, easy, and accurate; Front Desk staff attentive and friendly, made sure our reservation was correct; offered help in choosing a dinner location (excellent), and made our check-out rapid and accurate. Room and wifi were first-rate.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. TV and DirecTv need to be upgraded. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious. All amenities in the room, coffee pot, microwave, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A little pricey for the age of the hotel, but not a bad deal.

This is an older motel that has done an outstanding job of renovation. The inside of the rooms were great. The exterior has been landscaped and updated too. Parking lot could use a little update but was good.

Staff were friendly to my wife and I at check in and we are pleased with the room. Better than most of the other hotels which all had no vacancies. This hotel is not much more than all of the others in town with similar amenities. We were so glad that we were able to find this hotel had clean rooms and convenient parking. The rooms are spacious my wife and I got a single king with a couch and coffee table and desk in the room. All rooms have medium refrigerator with small microwave and tv. All of the amenities of a nice hotel, clean inside and out, a very quiet spot for being so close to the freeway. They offer a complimentary breakfast from 6-9 am. With reasonable checkout time at 11am. We would stay here again.

What an awesome experience, this was our first stay at Best Western Deming Southwest Inn, but won't be our last! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent food, and easy to find location. We'll be using this location when we come to Deming from now on.

It is a one story drive-up to your room type hotel/motel. Room was clean and comfortable. I have a bionic nose and am put off by fragrances, and was surprised by no overwhelming odors. I traveled with a dog and 2 seniors, and they were very accomodating when I called the day before to request accessible and pet friendly room. The pet area was clearly marked and very clean. Baggies provided! My aunt fell ill in the morning and they were gracious about letting us check out late. All staff was friendly and helpful.

On the road, this place was convenient. Good parking, room was clean, pillows and bed comfortable. A/C was quiet. good water and two sinks. Breakfast was fresh with good selection. A special treat was Green Hatch Chili salsa in the fridge for the eggs. It was marvelous!

This mid-century strip motel has been beautifully remodeled. The rooms are beautifully done. It's quiet and away from the freeway but convenient form easy on and off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room is pretty small but the food selections were good.

We like parking right outside the room and you can at this hotel. The rooms are nice, the beds comfortable, the A/C works well and they have Directv. I've stayed at other hotels for more money that weren't this nice.

This Hotel is nicely furnished clean and comfortable. What I love about this hotel is that you can literally park your vehicle in front of your door. Single story building. Kind of old school in that regard.

This is an older one story motel that has been remodeled. The owner did an excellent job of restoring this! We were just there overnight traveling home. We could park in front of our door. Very quiet. Very nice breakfast included. Highly recommend this motel.

This is a great hotel--small but provides all of the usual amenities. Staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean; great value for the price. Easy to access right off the freeway, and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

This is a really nice hotel, very easy to find, located close to Exit 81 on Interstate 10. It is a single-story building with plenty of parking for Cars RV's & Trucks. We were able to park right outside our room. The welcome was the usual warm & friendly Best Western welcome, with the staff being very helpful. The first thing that we noticed was that the whole hotel seemed to be really fresh & clean. The room & the bathroom were quite large. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable, and we got a really good night's sleep. This hotel has Mobility / Wheelchair Access, the doors are 32” Wide. The Bathrooms also have Wheelchair access. There are numerous restaurants, and other food outlets within a few minutes' walk or drive, and so organizing an evening meal is easy. The staff of the front desk are more than willing to help you in choosing a good location to suit your choice of dining. I am not sure about a food delivery service in Deming, but once again I am sure the staff on the front desk will help you. The Breakfast looked very inviting, it consisted of all the usual Best Western items and there was plenty of it. We did not have Breakfast at this hotel due to having a prior engagement for Breakfast with friends, but if we stay here again we will definitely be trying the breakfast here in the hotel. This hotel would make a good base for exploring the local area, with The “City of Rocks”, The “Rockhound State Park”, The “Pancho Villa State Park” & “Spring Canyon State Park” all within easy driving distance. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Front desk clerk was very nice to me and the stay was very pleasing. I like the way the rooms look. I would definitely stay again if I travel through again. They have a friendly staff and rooms are very clean.

Pre booked this property on another travel site. Great rate. We arrived at 3 AM due to delays leaving on a cross country road trip from So Cal. Staff greeted me with great service at the late hour. Location is right off the I-40. Plenty of parking, right in front of your room. Our room, two queen accessible, was very good. We had a pet, service animal, hotel is pet friendly, but, a small fee is charged if the pet is not a service animal. Beds were great, small fridge in room, nice TV. There is a breakfast available, but, we did not partake of it. The A/C worked very well also and we liked the room decor.

My wife and I were unfortunatly in a room that needs repair and upkeep. Showerhead needs ajustment, wall needs repair, and area needs pest control service. I have an issue when even small roaches are concerned. Maid needs to make sure towels are clean before placing in rooms. The ones in the bathroom were dingy and a facecloth was filthy grey. I had never encountered a Best Western like this one that I will definately avoid in the future.

Very nice, helpful staff, clean rooms. Nice pool. We will stay here again if we are ever in this area again.We motorcycle travel and love to have a door directly out to our motorcycle. Very nice breakfast.

This certainly is without frills, but when it's 2 am and you need a comfortable bed to sleep in, this is the place to be. The room was clean, smelled nice, and was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. I will say, the bed was extremely comfortable!

This perfect little gem surprised us. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the just got through with a complete reno inside. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The lobby was bright and inviting. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only thing we would change would be for water to be in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I ended up stuck in Deming for several days due to an accident.( this is not a place you want to be stuck without transportation!) The motel was clean, well-stocked, and quiet even though it appeared to be busy. Considering the accident, overall it was an enjoyable stay. One thing they could do to improve would be to change the breakfast selection everyday for multiple night guests.

Super friendly staff when we checked in in the later evening. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. You could tell the hotel was well cared for. We highly recommend this stop if you are ever traveling along Hwy 10 through New Mexico

We stay at this Best Western in Deming NM twice a year - both on our way to and our return trip from Texas and we are never disappointed. The rate is excellent, room are newly remodeled and everything is very clean. Breakfast is good (except for the coffee). Coffee in the room is much better than that in the breakfast room. The hotel is close to the Interstate and restaurants. We drive a long first day on the way home just so we can stay here. Worth the drive!

We needed a place to stop for the night and it had to be pet friendly and when we saw that this place was and with how nice this motel looked compared to the other ones that were nearby we decided to stay there. So glad we did we knew we had made the right choice when I walked in and the lady behind the reception desk was so nice and polite and helpful and they had a nice place to take your dogs potty as well and then when we got to our room we were even happier with our choice. The room was so nice it was spacious and very clean and all the decor was so update and new looking. The bed and the pillows were nice and comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep. We will be staying there again if we stop half way when we go out to visit my family.

We definitely will stay there again if we must stop on our way home It was a short stay because we just needed a couple hours of sleep and were worried by some reviews we read but it was extremely clean and the staff was very kind friendly and courteous the only bad thing we noticed was that the sound between rooms was not that great and you can hear the next room very easily when in the restroom luckily it was a quiet evening and the other guests who were there were decent

We were traveling from Texas to Arizona and knew we would be staying at this Best Western as they allow pets. What we did not know was we would be traveling through blowing wind and sand all day. Needless to say, we were very happy to arrive at our BW. The rooms were fresh and clean. Because of the severity of the blowing wind/sand there was a light dusting of sand on the furniture. We simply wiped off. I would offer that all the hotels/motels suffered a similar issue in the area. Big thanks to Gracie who was on duty. She got us registered and into our room in no time.

On our way to Yuma, Arizona, this place is our last stop before reaching our winter place. Rooms were updated and very attractives. We can park our car right in front of the door. Room was found clean. Would return every year...

It doesn't have the workout room. And yes an ice machine is broken (but ice is still available) but it has lots of charm. Rooms looked recently remodeled and the furnishings are in great shape. Parking lot is paved. Door lock has a scan card, not a key. So I would stay here again. For under $100 you bet.

Great hotel if you are traveling with a dog. They have a pet area that is close to the rooms. The hotel is easy to access off the freeway but far enough away that noise from the freeway is not an issue. Breakfast was decent similar to what you get a every Best Western. The only thing that could have made the place better would be if the pet area was fenced off.

went to a big gem and mineral show in deming. hard time to get a room. what we got was clean, comfortable, and easy to reach. huge parking area helps keep down the noise of workmen getting up early to start their day. friendly staff offered suggestions about restaurants, etc. good value

We were on our way back to Texas from California and decided to try this hotel. First off I must say the staff are extremely helpful. I booked through the office and signed up for their rewards program. The place is clean and well taken care of not only the rooms but the whole area. We asked for a pet friendly room and was put in an area clean out see to the pet walk area. Very nice when your fur baby wants to go out right after you get comfortable. The beds were heavenly comfortable. Everything that you would expect to be in a good room was there. After a very refreshing nights sleep we enjoyed a shower with clean soft towels and plenty of them. The breakfast was grand. Everything from fresh fruit, waffles, bagels, English muffins, eggs, bacon and sausage and many choices. This will be our go to stop on our trip to and from California from now on.

This worked perfectly for traveling with our dog. Very convenient walking area with easy access. Room was clean, checkin and checkout easy and location very convenient to the highway. Breakfast was the usually hotel buffet.

Really nice employees. Very clean. After a long drive I knew I could count on a Best Western. It's right off the freeway and close to food. Breakfast was good too. I liked how my car was right in front. I felt very safe here. A must stay.

We are return customers to this hotel. We have stayed there a few times and enjoy it's location, the rooms, the decor, and always find it clean. It is a little close to the train tracks but the value is excellent. Local restaurants offer great food. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel seems to have been updated however they forgot to finish the bathroom the shower was a bit moldy room seemed clean beds were comfortable. What I did NOT like there was like 8 guests and they put us all next to each other the walls were rather thin and you could hear the next door TV That is not necessary skip a room between guests shows laziness to me.

This was an excellent location, super clean and very nice staff. The hotel had a nice selection for breakfast. When traveling through the area I would highly reccomed this Best Western as a place to get a good nights rest.

The room was very clean! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The lady on desk also have us dining options as well as directions to get there! She was very welcoming and the best hostess so far on our trip!

Deming is an older town. Best western reminds me of the old travel motels. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was nice. Had internet access. The town has a few restaurants. We ate at IHOP...same as any one.

No hot water! Called the front desk and he said let it run awhile, after let the tub run for 5 minutes with no hot water we gave up. The bed was old, hard and very uncomfortable. The room was clean as far as we could tell.

My stay was great friendly fast service at check in and the hotel is very beautiful!!! The bed was nice and comfortable. Very clean room!!! The FULL breakfast was just right!!! The variety of fresh fruit was perfect!!!

Overall, this was a nice and convenient motel for not a lot of money. I was also given a veteran's discount. It is tucked away a bit from the interstate and might do better with more outside lighting. The room was clean and had fresh looking linen and furniture. The night attendant, Grace, was very courteous. Breakfast in the morning consisted of all of the normal breakfast foods and was plentiful. Check-out was less than a minute.

What a nice place with reasonable prices! The room was spotless-even the bathroom! Loved having 2 sinks. The hassock with the chair was a nice touch. It was decorated tastefully too. We felt safe with the one way in and out. The breakfast was nice and well managed. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. With the rooms being all on one level made for a very easily accessible place to stay. It also made for a very quiet stay. The dining room for breakfast was clean and very easy to access everything you might need. I will be making this one of my stops in the future.

Don't know if I should tell about this great place to stay. People looking for a great place reasonably priced might start stayin here and then I couldn't get a terrific room. The complete breakfast is really great, I guess this is why there is always a lot of people eating when I go there.

This recently remodeled hotel, while not the fanciest, was a pleasant surprise. The price was moderately low while the rooms were nice and clean. The pool was refreshing on a hot day. I ended up staying over for a couple of days and had a great stay each time. The breakfast was very good and the service was helpful. The beds were nice but the there was a lot of light seeping in and around the curtain. Didn't matter a whole lot as I crashed pretty hard anyway. A really good deal...

This is a conveniently located hotel near the freeway in Deming. I stayed here for one night on a road trip. Although it is laid out like a motel, the rooms are clean and relatively up to date. The breakfast area is nice and the service was super-friendly. I thought this was a very good value for the price and would recommend it for those passing through the area.

We stayed st this hotel on the way to White Sands and Carlsbad Caverns. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The room was comfortable and cool. Hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating. I loved that the hotel was a single story and relatively small. It was easy to park and unload your suitcases which made our stay even easier since we've been traveling with lots of food and luggage. Hotel was also close to fast food and restaurants down town. Great hotel! Highly recommend!??

Stay one night to rest from my business trip. The location is right next to the I-10 highway. The beds were comfy. The shower was functional. We had everything we need it and the continental breakfast was included. Will stay again here if I'm in the area and need to rest. Good choice.

We are loyal Best Western customers. This BW was convenient, clean and met our needs on this trip. Breakfast was limited in quality, selection and hours of service but convenient most mornings. There was no grab and go breakfast or water available when we checked out but the room was comfortable and clerks were courteous.

Really wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary but to my surprise the cleanliness and comfort of my room was excellent. And it didn't end there the hot breakfast was perfect and plenty of food for all the guests. I'm not one to write a review unless it is warranted...I highly recommend this Best Western after a long day on the road.

My stay at the best western in deming was the best. Front desk ladies Gracie and Prathiba are just what the type of people I like to see; very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very delicious.

It looked like they were remodeling the office area so we were unsure if we could walk in. Once we did walk in everything was pretty fast. Rooms were very nice. Loved that I didn't have to walk upstairs nor be far away from the car. Beds were comfortable. At night moths surround the door so you have to go in fast. My only real complaint was that the tv remote did not work to turn the channels or volume.

Easy access right off the Interstate - loads of parking including a very good sized Big Rig / Motorhome park area. Check in was fast and efficient. My room was a good size, quiet and felt inviting. The whole property was clean and tidy. There was a nice workspace area and Wi-Fi worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a hot powerful shower. Breakfast was a bit scant for a Best Western but what was there was very good. I've stayed here before and will again for sure.

We stayed at this Best Western twice in March. Both times were very good. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great sunsets and sunrises.....all on one level...so no steps.....We will definitely keep this motel on our list of stops for future trips.

Like all BW's, no real problems. Good rooms, good service. This one is an older, well-kept, single level MOTEL where you walk 5 steps to your room. Only 40 rooms. It's the way I like to travel. Good place.

Best Western Deming was a complete surprise! Staff was personable and went out of their way to be helpful with directions. The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable. Breakfast bordered on the sumptuous. Terrific value.

By far the cleanest, nicest motel of any of our trips! Nicely arranged grounds, secure, lots of parking space; all rooms on ground level, well kept and very cute with dormers that are lighted at night. Large room, two sinks, very comfortable bed, TV easy to use and carried all channels we watch. Free breakfast provided coffee, tea, juices, milk, waffles, pastries, oatmeal, and hot items - real eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and more. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to breakfast area. A Wonderful Stay!

Cold early March temperatures for a motorcycle ride temps in the high 30 to 40's. So needless to say when we got to Deming we were in need of some warmth. My girlfriend found it in the office in the form of a large pillowy chair. After checking in we had a single king bed and the room also had a couch. Plenty of room and the room was clean and well maintained. Again plenty of room to warm up. Breakfast was nice and they had both sausage and bacon that morning, a nice treat from just the sausage. Would stop in again if in the area.

Report quality-price excellent. Attendant very informative and kind. You can park your car in front of your room door. In our section, rooms had been all remodeled and modernised . We recommend this place as it is the best hotel in Deming.

Erica at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Dessie the housekeeper was considerate and very knowledgeable about the area. I stay at the Best Western EVERY time I visit Deming, and it is because of people like Dessie and Erica! Very clean and pleasant.

This is our go to hotel on our trips west. It is an older property, but very well maintained. All ground floor rooms, which is great for older people and people with lots of luggage. Breakfast is good, fresh and filling.

This property has been very nicely updated and is well maintained. It is convenient to be able to park right in front of your room. Employees were very nice. The town of Deming is charming and several good restaurants.

We stopped in Deming, New Mexico on our way to Austin , Texas. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Will stay here again, absolutely. The Hotel was close enough to the freeway for quick on and off, but far enough away so the traffic noise wasn't a bother.

The additional wash basin/counter/closet area connecting the room and bathroom offers sensible use of space. For a stay for 4 persons in the room, the extra sink served us nicely. The location rught off the freeway with promonent signage made it very easy for us to find the property.

We stayed for one night with of dog. This is an older motel, but the rooms have been very nicely updated and are very comfortable. The receptionist was very pleasant. There are several restaurants nearby.

Rooms were clearly refurbished recently and done well. We had a large room and all equipment in the room functioned correctly. The room was quiet something I value highly. The staff was quite good. internet was fine and the breakfast was par for the course. We would stay there again.

When I plan my trips ,Business or Personal, I always plan / look forward to stop at the Best Western in Deming, NM. I sleep very well, able to wash when I need to, and now there is hot food next door.

This seems to be our regular stop in Deming from Texas to Arizona and back. It is a perfect location between states and pet friendly. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Also a great view of the sunset over the little mountain out back. We will return.

We have stayed here previously and were very comfortable but the update has improved on that! Everything worked fine, our reservation was accurate, beds were comfortable and breakfast areaa was enlarged and clean, and the food was very good. We were greeted with smiles by all staff.

We found this hotel by chance late at night while we were traveling cross country from Tucson to Maine. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast offerings are fairly standard from basic muffins and pastries to eggs, hot cereal and waffles. The only drawback would be the proximity to the railroad tracks and the noise from that- had we left the heat/ac unit on with the fan the noise would have been muffled and less interuptive to the sleep but the hotel staff has no control over the train schedule. This hotel pet friendly and has a nice pet exercise area.

At first blush it looked like any other roadside motel. The quality of the room and cleanliness of the buildings and moved it way up the enjoyment scale. The breakfast was good with hot choices and a cute nook to enjoy it in.

We have been staying here since the early 1990's and have always been satisfied with the cleanest and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast is always great along with good selection. While driving a long distance from home to Deming we look forward to our night of good rest. Recommend to anyone traveling through Deming.

We have stayed at this property several times. It is not your typical Best Western in that it was obviously an older motor inn that has been remodeled. I like that you park right outside your room. The staff has always been wonderful. There is a longer walk to breakfast but that shouldn't be a problem for most.

The staff was really helpful with info surrounding the area. It was a very nice stay and the room was just great. It was also very clean outside. And other guests were very friendly, which always makes your stay even better. Very nice stay.

The room we had was clean and comfortable. This is not a Best Western Plus, but as we like staying at BW's, we know some are similar to Hampton's and others are similar to Red Roof Inn's. This one is more like the older type Best Western's with the room access from the outside, however, the plus of that is that you can park your car right in front of the room. Check in was smooth, flawless and friendly. Breakfast was the typical no frills breakfast. Just your basic scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, etc. We were passing through and needed a place to stop for the night, and this BW did not disappoint us. We got a good night's sleep and enough of a breakfast to tide us over until late afternoon. (We are not big breakfast eaters.)

I would have rated this hotel better had it not been for the smelly room that smelled like pungent coffee and maple. The nightstand had trash behind it (empty deodorant stick, candy, candy wrapper, dirt). Sheet had blood stain on it. I actually got into the room and settled...went to draw the blind and entire blind fell off the window. Had to be moved to another room...the room that smelled.

Deming New Mexico has a hotel owner who understands how to surprise a road weary traveler. The lady who owns and manages this hotel is building an I-10 must 'stop and rest' business. She is dedicated to never rest until her establishment offers the cleanest, most comfortable and friendly hotel. The best sleep and the most complete breakfast plus an owner whose smile shows appreciation for your visit.

One-night stay on our way to Arizona. This place was a hit all around. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Very efficient cooler. Pull out sofa sleeper have us a nice place to sit and unwind. Friendly, professional staff. They even had a gluten-free option for the to-go breakfast bags, since we had to be on the road early. These came with a bottle of water, 2 snack bars, and a piece of your choice of fruit. You could also grab a yogurt as well as coffee or tea.

Just of the highway this gem is a quiet one story motel that has been renovated recently. Helpful staff . Will come back here anytime we are in the area. Just remember that it's a small place so book early in the afternoon.

We loved our night here, wish it had been longer, the bathroom has beautiful vanity area, plus a sink and more vanity area in the toilet area, this is very rare for a motel, immaculate rooms. A Denny`s 5mns away, mexican border 35 mns

The reason I happened to stay here because the property in Benson, AZ is no longer a Best Western. It was my favorite and not sure why it's no longer a best western. It was much superior in class and service than the Deming location which left me disappointed. This motel is of bygone era, and is somewhat renovated. The guestrooms are detached and little bit drive from the office with outdoor entrance which doesn't provide sense of security. I didn't had any pet but seemed liked they gave a pet room as there was dog urine odor which kept bothering me. I went to use the pool but the water was Very cold. Moreover I was surprised to see that it was in State of Neglect with other inhabitants in it such as water-bugs, amphibians, Algae, tons of pine needles. The poor water quality made the pool unusable. The commode wasn't properly sanitized or cleaned well. It had urine stains and hairs. Next morning - Woke up with a sore back, The mattress was not comfortable and I suspect to be older. Overall- Not a Satisfactory stay. It's not worth $100 and it's evident that its way high for the quality that is rendered. The price needs to be around $55 - $65 range. No more than that. It appears that best western brand is in correction mode with many properties being eliminated - Benson, Wilcox, Lordsburg, Carlsbad and some locations where I had stayed but are no longer Best Western. With the inferior quality, I wouldn't be surprised if Deming location is on verge of elimination. The experience I had, and the changes I am seeing with this brand, prompts me to consider other chain for future stays on my travel. Next time in the area - I will use other hotel on the other end of town as there are several options with different price options

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and a great value for the price. We actually had a sofa and there was a second sink outside the bathroom -- convenient for 2 people getting ready. Breakfast was also included. If we're ever in Deming again, we'll definitely stay here!

Monica was a can't do attitude during check-in. Only after receiving information about being a Diamond member did her attitude change. Monica kept saying she could not help me during check-in and that it was company policy.

Lots of choices.Any one travelling to deming newmexico i highly recommend.Big parking lot and a convinient entry&exit.Mostly all the places i had to ask for extra amenities this time i didn't had to.Great! I got to this hotel late... but was greeted quickly, checked into a really nice room & had a healthy breakfast in the morning. I was driving a U-Haul & there was ample parking. I felt safe... as a female traveling alone. Very nice overall

Welcoming and friendly late night staff, good breakfast with large choice of fruit and other breakfast items, clean. Convenient exit and close to the freeway. We were pulling a trailer and there was plenty of parking near our room for this also.

This was a great hotel. The room was spacious and felt like a home away from home. Would certainly stay again in the future. It was very much worth a little extra time driving across the country to stay in Deming instead of Las Cruces

This is an old fashioned motel with exterior entrances to each room. One story, so no one above you. Freshly remodeled rooms - EXCEPT - the most important part of a remodel...... no new mattresses. The bed was pretty darn hard!! Front desk staff was really exceptional. Breakfast was very nice - egg patties, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, bacon plus in the little mini fridge a little container of green chilis! So delicious over the eggs. Very special and unique for this part of the country. I think my room was 65 dollars so I do feel that this is a very good value. It will be 5 stars when they get new mattresses. It's also a little hard to get to from the exit, kind of confusing the way the roads intersect.

The staff are extremely pleasant & friendly. Rooms are clean & roomy. Beds were Awesome to me. Great service & price is worth it. Would definitely stay again. Right of I10. Very convenient as well for what we needed.

When I called for availability, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Arrived after dark to find a well lit and large parking area for my large truck. Check in was fast and friendly again. As I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean and spacious area. The bathroom was also very clean and well stocked with the softest towels. Breakfast is simple, yet enough choices. A quaint eating area with a business center that I found convenient for catching up on paperwork. Check out was fast, reasonably priced and ended with smiles. Ok, this is the most important part. After I went back to my room to gather my belongings, I just had to call back to the front desk to tell them how great my short stay was.

The service given at this Best Western was great. The room was very comfortable and well set-up. Very comfortable bed and the price was excellent! Really good breakfast. Altogether a really great place to stay.

We have stayed at this location for probably 15 years every year when we travel to Texas we stay on our way up and on our way back. Always treated great. They allow pets and have smoking and non-smoking rooms. They have a pet area. Shopping and dining close by.

After a long drive from San Diego in the summer heat, we decided it was time to rest for the night and arrived at this hotel, right around midnight (local time). I think it is by far one of the BEST Best Western Motels I have ever visited. The room was VERY CLEAN, beds were super comfortable and we got a very relaxing sleep. So much, that we missed the free breakfast in the lobby. The night attendant was super friendly and helpful, I'm sorry I didn't ask her name. Since the motel is right in the outskirts of town, close (but not too much) to IH-10, it's really quiet. Overall it's a great place to stay if you're in the need of a relaxing night sleep. I'll make sure to return next time I'm in Deming, NM.

The location is very convenient just off the 10 East Bound exit 81. They advertised new rooms and have to admit usually those types of claims still leave something lacking. This did NOT disappoint. All bedding and appointments were In True BW form. Honestly I have stayed in rooms at twice the price and not as nice. Hot breakfast. Kudos to the housekeeping team. If a room is not clean no amount of decorations or decor will look and feel nice.

This is one of our fav places to stay. The staff are always friendly and efficient...the bed very comfortable...everything is always clean and in working order...and although we didn't stay for breakfast this time, in the past the breakfast has been good. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is a good hotel for families with lil ones. The hotel is all ground floor rooms, they have Disney Junior on the tv and the pool that is open 6am-10pm. I would definitely stay here again if traveling thru the area.

This Best Western Hotel in Deming, New Mexico is an excellent hotel. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay over-night in the Deming area.

WiFi signal very low, made my lab top run very slow and crashing. Hairs inside the bed, we carry our own blankets and pillows so slept on top of the bed covers. Lots of pine needles in the pool from pine trees, water was clean though.

Last stop before Vegas....Start with positives, the rooms are beautiful spacious, ref. clean just upgrade. Check in and staff are friendly and helpful. good breakfast, exterior is dated, but you forget that after you see the room's. The 'bad news' is it is almost impossible to find; navigation keeps you going around in circles, the address is not right, limited signage hwy or streets . We have stayed here before, and will again as ' halfway between San Antonio & Vegas' where we live. BW's elimination of brand representation in Lordsburg and Benson AZ will require we use Dillon location more in the future if we want BW....which we like. felt price a bit high for a small town with limited services.

We've stayed in this motel several times and have always found it a pleasant experience. I would recommend it highly. The owner has done a lot of remodeling since our last stay a year ago and the staff said more was being planed.

Really some of the nicest people in the Best Western chain. Have stayed at this location several times before. It is even nicer since the upgrade to all of the rooms. Design and quality of rooms frinishings is fantastic the bedding and mattress are incredibly comfortable. Luna Rosa winery tasting room is just five minutes down the frontage road. Really great local wines from delightful people. Don't scoff about southwest wines. This is high desert plateau wine; 4000 ft grass lands just like Calaveras county in CA. Nice local restaurants. Great continental breakfast.

We stay here every time we travel back home from CA. We have seen upgrades and added features. This hotel is very acceptable. Breakfast is good with several choices. Staff is pleasant. Really like how easy it is to access from the highway. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean.

This motel always provides excellent service. The exterior is attractive. The recently renovated rooms are beautiful and well maintained . You can park outside your door so there are no stairs to deal with. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of offerings for any tastes.

This updated quintessential motel reminded my husband and I of traveling with our parents across the country. Parked right in front of our room. No upstairs noise as it is a one story. We were even delighted to get a lightening show without the rain. My 13 & 14 year old teenagers loved the pool and how clean and modern the rooms were. It even has two different sink areas so that two people can get ready. Waitstaff were friendly and had a wonderful breakfast.

Really well decorated, spacious rooms with fast wi-fi. Breakfast had sausage and bacon and green chile for the eggs! Highly recommend staying there as it is also quieter than some of the other hotels and you park right in front of your room.

Wonderful place to stay. Over the years we drive from San Diego to Fla and Deming has been a sweet little town to stay and explore. We found the Deming BW has been the place to stay. Much to our surprise was the beautiful decor upgrade and the increased attention paid to the grounds with flowers growing everywhere. Staff were friendly and did extras to make sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast good and hot with lots of choices.

This is another review after several stays here. We've never had a bad room. Always clean room, clean grounds. Updated old time motel with parking at the door, which I love. As I mentioned in previous reviews lots of parking if you are towing. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Never ate breakfast there and used cell provider for internet.

Very nice remodeled motel with great décor and comfortable beds. Quiet also, even though it's just off Interstate 10 and is close to the main train line. Rooms are spacious, there's an outdoor pool which is shaded during the afternoon in the heat of the day. The usual BW breakfast items, served with attention to detail. I'm a Diamond level member of BW Rewards, and stay in many properties during the year: this is a good one.

I based my hotel choice for this trip on loyalty basis with Best Western. First, the location is superb as it is literally just off of I-10. Second, the property managers clearly take pride in the manner in which guests are received. Third, it appears that the rooms have been recently redecorated. The rooms were spacious to begin with, and with the renovations that have been completed, this location has surpassed any expectation that I had upon my initial booking. Finally, this location had a very nice pool for the family. I noted that it was attended to readily during my stay. While I am not readily accustomed to giving out best recommendations, the value and appointments make this property a great choice of you have accommodation needs while in the Deming area.

Arrived very late to friendly young woman behind the counter. Room was comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. Everything worked in the room well. Breakfast looked well stocked, with hot foods included. I highly recommend this Best Western.

This is a pretty typical best Western. It is convenient to the freeway and not far from some good restaurants. The thing that really set this property a part for us was the outstanding service and friendliness of the front desk staff. The desk host who checked us in went out of her way to make sure that we had several dining options and that all of her questions were answered and needs met.

Stayed unexpectedly after a camping trip gone wrong. I was pleasantly surprised of the new accommodations and super friendly staff at check in. The room was great; two comfy queen beds and plenty of space. You can tell this was an old school motel that has been redesigned. Love it because of that unique motel feel that you don't see anymore with new amenities. My only complaint was at this time (June 2017) the pool was dirty and out of order, yet there were no signs and the gate was not locked. Other than that one disappointment, everything else was great. Breakfast was good and the same kind of things that you would find at any good BW location. Would definitely stay again and hopefully pool is working next time we are in town.

This is a nice hotel in a good location it was very clean and very new. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was wall appointed and quite spacious. The parking area was large and easily accessible.

This is a very attractive motel with excellent service, easily reached from highway. The room was the nicest of the ones I've stayed in over the last week, even compared to other Best Western I stayed in. The only down sides for me was not being a good location for distance walking and the wifi did not function well I would stay here again.

Everything in the room including carpet, drapes, furniture, bed all looked brand new! They must have renovated recently. The room and the bathroom were both spotless. If we are in the area we would definitely stay there again!

This is an older style motel but generally well kept up. The bathrooms have been remodeled and done so very well. It impressed me. It is apparent the owners take pride in the motel and have made a respectable effort to make the outside attractive. Personnel were professionally dressed, much more so than many other BW motels. The building is well insulated as a wind/rain/ thunderstorm blew over at about 8 PM and I would have not known it if I had not had to go to the car to get an item.

Don't let the motor inn appearance fool you. This is an older motor inn, that's been nicely renovated. The staff is very friendly and the rooms will surprise you when see them. The place was very quiet the night I was there, and I got a great nights sleep.

Our forth trip since September 2016. Last visit May 2017. The remodeled rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is pretty good as well. I was told it is next to be remodeled. Great deal. Veteran discount.

Love this place Second time have stayed here. Quiet, clean, and convienent. Love the quanitness of the Hotel, open your door and it's like a park. It is a onne story building, kinda of like the old fashion motels but much icer. You park right in front of you room.

This is an older hotel. It is only one story built around a central landscape. The clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, plenty of towels, and a very good room darkening shade. It was not noisy even though there was a work crew there and some bikers. it is also easy to get to downtown from the hotel and to get to the local restaurants. While the breakfast area is small the selection of food is above average and the coffee is great. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Deming.

Overall experience was good.. Just wouldn't mind having better options on pillows they all seem the same when it comes to firm/soft.. Overall the hotel is nice.. I wouldn't mind if all the best western hotels update with a gym

My family and I read all the positive reviews prior to staying here and we were also pleased with the pictures online. I have to say we are very unsatisfied with the whole stay. I do want to give recognition to the front desk agent who checked us in(her name started with a J). Thank you for the welcome and for the fast check in and also for supplying us with toilet paper and Kleenex since our room did not have any when we checked in. We had a hard time sleeping as the room was hot and we had thermostat set at 70 and it still wouldn't cool down. We woke up to get ready to find blood on our shower curtain and blood on the shower wall. Gross!! We thought we would let ask the front desk to have housekeeping change it but when we went down for the breakfast no one was at the desk. 5 minutes later I assume she was front desk who did not have proper front desk attire(wearing scrub top and bottoms) came in and did not even acknowledge my family and I. What was more shocking is a man with a pony tail(who looked like he just rolled out of bed) and had his shirt un buttoned and his chest was exposed was wearing a name tag on, so I assume it's the maintenance man. Wow!!! He was getting coffee then worked himself down to the waffle machine to serve himself. I had to move around him but could not get far away from the foul smell of him. Then he proceeded to go up to the front desk girl and have conversations about how her boyfriend(front desk clerk) made her mad and he was intoxicated(the language being used at the front desk was not appropriate in front of me and my children). Is this how they are normally and management allows it? It's pretty sad as myself who works in the hotel industry to see hotels like this give Best Western a bad reputation. I hope the owner/GM takes this criticism seriously to improve these issues. I know this hotel is under new management and you can see the renovations he has tried to implement but it does not matter when you have staff like this working for you who don't take pride or maybe management does not care.

Room was very clean and nicely furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful. If in the area we would stay here again. Breakfast was nicely done plenty of food. We had a great time in the area. Some nice state parks.

A nice, clean,quiet and small motel on the outskirts of Deming. Good value for the money. It had the feel of a nice "Mom &Pop" business without some of the amenities of a large BW. The ideal place to stay for an overnight stop.

It was a last minute reservation and it was great. Room was fresh and clean and new. Everything was in working order and the bed was comfortable.It was a great surprise at the end of a long day or=f travel.

This is a nice clean and comfortable Inn for our trip passing through to Albuquerque. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable what else can you ask for in a Inn. It is a motel style Inn with a pool but it was still to cold when we stayed and it was quiet. I will definitely being staying here again next time we pass through.

I'm not a big reviewer but felt like this hotel absolutely deserved one. I stayed here about 3 weeks ago when traveling from Texas to California, then traveled back through deming 2 days ago and stayed at the days inn and what an absolutely disaster that was. I should've went with my instinct and stayed here at the best western. Let me tell you why this place is awesome. Upon check in after a very long drive I was greeted by two very friendly ladies one behind the counter named DiDi (not sure how to spell it) and another employee named Brittany. They made me feel welcomed right away. Asked me if I had a preference on a particular room since I was traveling by myself and she wanted to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. She then proceeded to say how sorry she was that they didn't have any treats for my dog, which I thought was sweet that she even thought about my dog. When I walked into the room it was very clean and welcoming. Also there was a nice handwritten note as well. Loved the fact that I could also park my car right outside the room. Another great thing is there were a bunch of cameras on the buildings which also made me feel safe. Thank you so much great customer service. If I ever travel back through Deming again this will be where I stay.

Older motel. Rooms were very clean, bed was excellent, reception was friendly. Bkfst was the usual for hot brkfast &OK. A coupon made the motel a good value. Ok for passing through. The area is somewhat remote & just adjacent to the I10.

Manager was very efficient and helpful during check in. Rate was good. Pet friendly room was clean and well maintained. Very modern furnishings, although a little dark for my taste; probably appreciated on a hot summer day! Carpet clean and unstained. Did not hear other guests, and freeway and train noise was minimal. Whole property seemed well cared for and clean. Breakfast was better than most with good choices. Pool is closed this time of year.

I am a member of the Best Western Rewards Club and consider this hotel to be one of the Best ones I stay at. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling thru the Deming New Mexico area. it is very affordable and offers the best quality service for your money.

Not too many choices of hotels in deming New Mexico but so glad we stayed at the best western. Were not too sure what the rooms looked like since the outside didn't look so great. We so surprised by how amazing the rooms were. Best western is doing a great job fixing up older hotels. The rooms were so clean and fancy looking. The front desk was very nice and let us look at room before checking in. Close to luna rosa winery.

Right off the I-10, although a little convoluted to get to the property from the highway. The property is a little isolated and not much around the area. You need to drive to restaurants. If you're just passing through and are not expecting any night life, this is the place for you.

Fited sheets did not fit and woke us up. The room was not as clean as all the other BW facilities. Road trips are hard enough and should not be more difficult because of incomplete painting and repair. We were very tired and hardly slept a wink. Breakfast was not up to par compared to all other BW's we stayed at. We akways try to find BW facilities on our trips, but this one , we will never go back to. Could not even get flat sheets to make our own beds. Breakfast was dry and we did not like egg mix on bagels.

I found this to be a very nice motel. The employees I encountered were friendly and the front desk was very helpful in helping me with a few things. The breakfast is the usual fare. My room was very clean and the double vanity was something I rarely see. The motel is located at one end of town, but it is a very short way to most restaurants. In fact, I ended up walking. All in all, this is definitely a cut above most budget motels.

We arrived late, the room was clean and tidy and they even have a little area for the dogs to potty. Small town not much around but perfect for our one night stay on the way home. Best Western always welcome our 2 large dogs

This Best Western is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The employees are very customer service oriented and friendly. The property is clean and well kept inside and out. We had (what we thought was) a problem with our ac and the front desk person and 2-3 maintenance men came to make sure it was working correctly - it was, we weren't! They cleaned the filter and did everything possible to ensure it was working well. If you need to stop/stay in Deming - stay here! Can't be beat for the price!!

While returning home to Trinchera, Co needed a night sleep. BW in Deming was a comfortable, well maintained hotel in west end of Deming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate even though the eggs ran out prior to breakfast time ended.

This was a very pleasing stay. After being on the road all day it was nice to be able to relax in a comfortable bed. Room was clean and quiet. WiFi worked great with good speed. Staff was very friendly upon arrival and departure. Will definitely stay here again.

We were travelling with pets and this location is pet friendly. There is a small, but nice grassy area to walk the dog. The motel could do a better job of disposing of the trash in the dog walking area however as the trash can was overflowing. All rooms have an exterior entrance, which is great for walking the dog. Our room was clean and roomy. Staff was friendly. We left early and did not have breakfast at the hotel. We have stayed here before and will do so next time we travel through Deming.

Needed a place to stay at a half way point from Texas to California and this town happened to be it. This place is located all the way at the end of town which became not convention to find food at night also made me feel unsafe when I saw that a few people were fixing/renovating rooms at night when i stepped out of my room.

Great motel. Very clean and updated. Full hot breakfast and very nice staff. The new owner is ordering many more king beds (we are in a double queen room). The motel has excellent smart TVs with direct TV service and HBO. Bathroom has two sinks and counter areas and good shower heads. We are very content.

This is the second stay at this motel and everything was great. The staff is awesome and the rooms are large and clean. I'ts a halfway stop from California to Texas and serves the provides a nice quiet night's sleep. The coffee and breakfast is excellent also.

I was on the road for 10 hours out of San Diego and was just looking for a place to sleep. Best Western was one of the first places off the highway. I was a little concerned at first when it looked like many rooms were being renovated and it was being done at night. There was no problem and all was quiet.

Not too much to talk about, the breakfast was ok and the staff looked a little bored. The overall experience was a normal Best Western environment. Not overly impressed but was still not the worst I've stayed at.

We were traveling from California to Texas over Labor Day weekend, and had very little to choose from in the way of accommodations, due to the holiday. According to Best Western reservations, the only place for miles around that had a room available was this one. Worried about the quality we would lfind because they still had rooms available when others did not, we booked the reservation. What a surprise! The place is spotless, the staff is super friendly, and there are a lot of things you don't expect for this budget price. The front desk provided fruit-infused cold water for arriving guests, there is a nice dog area, the pool is spotless and well fenced in so you don't worry about your kids. There are a couple of shady seating areas, and what I especially appreciated is that this single-story motel (park right in front of your door) is spread out over quite a large piece of property, meaning there is room to actually take a walk on the premises after you've been crunched up in the car all day. All in all, a most pleasant experience. We will definitely come here again. We drive back-and-forth Texas to California more than we want to, and this is a great resting place.

We enjoyed our stay here because everyone was very helpful & pleasant. The room was easy to keep at the temperature we desired & the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good & the food tasteful.

The Best Western seemed a better choice than the Quality Inn, where I had checked in. The woman at the desk was very accommodating and I took the last room on one side, the side where pets are welcome. She gave me a low rate and waived the pet fee. Couldn't have been nicer. Said I would have the new tile in the bathroom. I did get the new tile and I think new countertops as well. The room had two queen beds, no room above since it's a one story facility. It seemed clean. Yes, I would hear the freeway but I expect that on road trips like this. I don't usually mind. What I do mind, though, is the guys working a few doors down putting in the aforementioned new tile, etc...It was 6 o'clock on a friday evening and I wanted not to hear the wet saw cutting tiles, the guys yelling out at each other, etc...I complained to the nice desk attendant and she said she would do what she could but it was her boss out there. Great. I got no satisfaction, not then or later. I have no idea how long they continued to work, finally falling asleep around nine. They did stop cutting the tiles, they did not stop yelling out, etc...This despite the fact that I complained three times. I could have spoken with them myself, perhaps greased the wheels with a six pack, but i would have had to get up, go out, and deal. And i was too tired. It does make me angry when people take my money for a room and then act as if I don't matter at all and they have no obligation to me even though they have accepted my money. Am I unreasonable to expect work to stop in the evening when guests are there? If a hotel owner does not put his guests first, even in a small town like Deming, New Mexico, why is he even in the hotel business? Just to take my money and flip me the bird? I'd rather have the old tile and an accommodating hotel owner. I won't be back.

We are repeat customers at this location. The staff is always friendly and most helpful with recommendations for Restaurants and other things in the area. On our most recent visit we met the owner of the property and understand why this is an excellent place to stay when you are on the road. The property has always been very clean and well kept. Best Western, should be proud of this property as one of the best in their chain.

This hotel is all ground floor and older but redone very well. The room was very big, and had a sink and large counter as well as a good size counter and sink in the bathroom which was also large. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

We travel between Arizona and Louisiana at least once a year, stopping overnight twice in each direction. For the past two years, we have scheduled our departures in each direction to allow us to stay at the Best Western Deming Southwest Inn, because we know from previous years that we will get a clean room, good breakfast, and excellent service (as well, of course, as easy access to the I-10). We should note also that there are any number of very good restaurants in downtown Deming.

My name is Mr Lopez We are building the new Deming New Mexico high school and this is the best hotel in Deming n.m. The management is excellent . The rooms are twice the size of holiday inn , days inn & la Quinta witch are all hotels I've stayed in . I live in El Paso and friends that come work from all over the state to build the new Deming high school so if you are from out of town this is the place to stay with out about pool is very clean the room are very clean. The breakfast. Is delicious

The desk clerk was helpful and friendly. She offered express checkout and gave us extra towels for the pool. The room smelled fresh and the A/C was very cold. I called to the office twice, once for more coffee (the in-room coffee is delicious!) and to set my wake-up call. The clerk delivered the coffee personally in just a couple minutes, and my wake-up call was on time. Never once did I feel like I was a pest, the staff are happy to help their guests. I will stay at Best Western wherever I can, because of them! Will definitely recommend!!

My husband and I were doing a retirement trip, we were so glad we chose this motel to stay in. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Amanda checked us in and she was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The breakfast was great. Erika and Lizeth checked us out, they were both so nice. I just wish all the motels we stayed in while on this trip were half this great!!

I arrived at 1am and walking into that room (when you open the door and hope for clean + good smell...) made me feel like I was crawling into an inviting nest. I slept past breakfast but the office mgr assured me I could still have coffee and fruit/ yogurt. I like the wide walkways and the drought-friendly landscape. They put effort into keeping the property clean. The pool is also very clean and inviting. The property is set off the highway, directly next to an exit, so very convenient for my travels. I also like the motel style. No stairs and you park directly in front of your room.

What an amazing place to stay! The rooms are clean and quiet and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The new owners are making it such a warm and inviting place to stay. Even though it is right off of the interstate it is so quiet. Also pet friendly and big truck parking. If you are travelling thru the area it is a must place to stay. Watch for the new best western sign out front. We will be back and are very excited for the re-model.

This is a great hotel! The amenities were super and the staff was quite knowledgeable of the area and very customer-service oriented! I will recommend this hotel to colleagues and family members for any of their future events in the area!

An incredible female working the front desk made all the difference. Clear English spoken, good communication skills and a beautiful heart of genuine hospitality. Pool was clean and neat, for the money YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED with this hotel.

Excellent place to stay at a great price. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would recommend this to any traveler who needs a good night sleep and a place to do it. The location is centrally located to various locations within the state of New Mexico and not far from the Arizona border. A great place to stop after a long day of driving.

This is a very nice Best Western in the "Middle of Nowhere". It is easy "On/Off of I-10. There is a Denny's, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell close by. Absolutely no traffic in town...a great place to stay the night.

We were going to try to make it home from Vernon, Texas the night we decided to stay in Deming, we first were going to stay in Las Cruces but the only Best Western there had no rooms so we traveled another 70 miles to stay in Deming. We called first to make sure there was rooms, and sure enough we hit pay dirt, booked the room and stayed.

First time I have stayed at this BW. Its sits on the opposite side of town from where I come in. Not a bad place. Older Motel but still clean and comfortable, Fridge didn't work but luckily nothing I put in there would spoil if it got hot. Let them know upon check out that it wasn't working and they offered me a discount. Since there wasn't really any foul to me other that getting ice, I opted out of getting the discount ( I know.. turn down money..crazy). But if it would have affected me I would have. I stayed at a competitors down the road where their water didn't work and they didn't have breakfast because of the water problem and they refused to give me a penny back. So offering was nice. I would definitely stay here again. No frills, not fancy, but a decent room at a decent price.

This motel is convenient to the interstate, has very nice amenities, is very clean, and has a friendly and helpful staff. The TV appeared to be new as did the bathroom fixtures. The bathroom included two separate spaces which we appreciated. Clean, quiet, with very reasonable rates - what more could you want? I would recommend this motel highly.

After staying in 10 hotels during a visit to Texas we stopped in Deming NM on our way back home. After driving for over 10 hours we decided to staying any where just to get some sleep. WOW did we hit the jackpot with this hotel. The rate was fair, room was fantastic. Clean, clean, clean. Update amenities in the room where very nice. We had 2 sinks. Beds very comfortable, free breakfast was above average. No road noise for the 1st time in weeks. Would stay here any time, in fact we already recommended it to friends.

Enjoyable, clean, friendly. Impressed with two sinks in room. Comfortable. Top marks. It is on the west side of the town. The open square is very well maintain. We would stay here again if we were coming through. The owner as made a great effort to make this an enjoyable experience.

The bed is comfortable. the rooms are clean. The Internet is good. The shower water pressure is good. It runs hot hot hot. Good service. Stay here. Lots of interesting channels on direct tv. We have stayed here before. And we will stay here again.

Gave us a tiny discount because door handle didn't work right. Pipes banged til late at night and early in the AM. Ice machine a block away, breakfast so, so. It was twice the price of Comfort Inn and my experience there has been better but my friend wanted to stay here.

We stay at Best Western all across the country and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Best Western for whatever your travel needs are.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable this motel was. We are picky about our room accommodations and were impressed with the level of care that the owner has taken to update this property and the rooms and maintain the grounds. We typically like hotels - but the ease of access from your car to your room and the cleanliness of the room and surroundings made us happy customers. We'd stay here again without hesitation. PS - first time I've seen a cover over the TV remote control indicating that it had been cleaned.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very pleasant front desk staff, hot water in the showers, clean, and an adequate breakfast in the am. Very easy on and off I10, and an easy walk into town to stretch our legs and find dinner. We asked for a room as far away from I10 as they had, and we were treated to a quiet night. The only draw back was the Wi-Fi is very weak, and despite the front desk rebooting it a few times, it isn't workable the farther you get from the main office.

Nice motel, very friendly staff, nice size room, recently remodeled, all amenities, refrig, micro, etc.Good coffee in lobby, always open. Nice bkfst area, little small, some hot fd at bkfst besides waffles. We were there 2 nights. Could ride the bike to town, Walmart, good local resturants. OK wfi, printer in lobby.

Stayed at this hotel while traveling around the SW on a road trip. The building was easy to find, clean, and the staff friendly. The entire building was one story which was great for my mother who has bad knees. Would definitely recommend.

The room very clean, nice décor, beds comfortable. We were traveling cross country and it was a pleasant evening. We felt safe and comfortable. We had heard how nice Best Western was and our friends were not wrong.

I recently had to travel through Deming NM going both ways to Tucson. When I drove up to the motel on Sunday, March 20th and saw that it was an older single story unit, I was a bit concerned. However, the room was immaculate, including having sanitized remote controls. The outdoor dog walk area was well lit and pleasant to use. The grounds were in keeping with the desert environment. Breakfast was good, not fabulous but more than adequate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The only negative is the guest laundry is in an open alcove where desert dust gets on the washer and dryer making it difficult to keep laundry clean once it is done.

This is an older property, the kind you drive your car right up to the room, all rooms are on one floor. Looks like it used to have a pool in the center courtyard area but they filled it in with desert landscape. The room was clean and somewhat updated, the bed comfortable, shower worked pretty well. But because of the proximity of the room to the cars arriving it got a bit noisy at times during the night. The breakfast was nothing special--bread, bagels and pastries, do it yourself waffles, scrambled egg patties and either sausage or bacon, cereal--but it filled us up. All in all, this was an ok hotel stay but nothing to rave about.

Very well maintained motel. Easy on-off access to the Freeway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though train tracks were not far we did not hear any train noise at all - day or night. Yes, I would stay here again.

There is big rig parking on the grounds. Check in was fast and the staff very friendly. My room was clean, bed comfortable and shower hot. It was very, very quiet even though I-10 isn't far away. The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was a bit cramped with not many tables and the food selection was pretty slim for a Best Western but there was food and it was okay! Certainly would stay here again!

Overall very clean and nice. It was your employee Erica, at the front desk, that made my stay memorable. The internet is decent and the breakfast is good. I like that it's quiet, considering the other motel options in the area are right next to the freeway.

Breakfeast not good at all. No room to sit and eat. Eggs were not real! No fruit offered. Non healthy choices offered. Is a typical motel, not hotel. BW has improved the property as much as they can. Understand it is in process of being sold. Probably because it does not meet the min standards of BW

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The room is clean and no odors. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and in good condition with no odors. The wifi worked good. Breakfast was good. The heat worked really well. We would definitely stay here again.

We stopped here because their website said dog friendly. Our other stops in dog friendly hotels/motels were terrible. Friendly staff. Clean modern rooms. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water for showers. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wrecked my motorcycle not far from this place, was able to walk away from it, however was banged up a bit. The accommodations and just over all helpfulness they provided to me is unheard of. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is exceptionally nice. Not just one or two of them, all of them. Its quiet and in a good location. Highly recommended.

This BW was conveniently just off the highway but set back so it was very quiet. we could park right in front of our room. The rooms were a nice size with a spacious washroom. Looked like new carpeting and bathroom. Found a great Italian restaurant less than 5 minutes away-Forghedaboudit. Only negatives were bathtub was quite slippery and sheet were almost threadbare!

We were driving cross-country trying to stay ahead of the Goliath Blizzard at the end of December and had to revise our route to take us south of the storm. We made advance reservations at the BW Southwest Inn in Deming and when we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner and welcomed to the area. Although we were a bit early our room was ready. We had been stressed with the drive so it was very comfortable to have everything go smoothly. The room looked and smelled clean, the beds were comfortable, the television worked well, and everything was clean and shining in the bathroom. In the morning, the breakfast buffet (eggs, waffles, yogurt, etc.) was more than adequate which revived us for the final leg of our trip.

Great motel with large rooms, great towels, comfy bed, hard pillows, quiet wall heater, CLEAN, have stayed here before. Restaurants in town. Nothing walking distance. Great attention to detail here! We liked the parking right in front of our room. One washer and one dryer for guests. We will stay again.

This Hotel was well furnished and was very clean. The TV was a HD unit connected to Direct TV giving us many channel choices. The Hotel was located close to the "City of Rocks" state park that was amazing to see. Out of the 6 Hotels we visited in NM, this was the cleanest Hotel and the first one with a HD TV.

Long day driving and ready to stop. Having made my reservation in advance, I knew I would have a clean, satisfactory room ready......or so I thought. Checking in and getting my key I was ready to crash. When I opened the door the TV was already on. How nice and thoughtful, they have my room ready. However, the bed was not made up. Hmmm! Quickly closing the door, I retreated to the office and was quickly and professionally assigned another room.

Very quiet room despite being very close to highway. Bed was very comfortable. First place we stayed this trip that had bananas at the breakfast buffet! The lobby where breakfast is served is rather small, but they make good use of what space they have. Staff was very helpful. I used rewards points to pay, so the price was excellent!

Clean, nice, convenient. An excellent stop on the way east of west. Accessible to Interstate 10, comfortable beds. Deming is an interesting town, with many options for lodging - this Best Western is the best choice I have made in my several recent trips through the area.

I was a slightly hesitant after reading the reviews but it turned out ok. Goid thing since our first choice was closed. We both had the fajita taco salads and they were good. They did have a few average house wines but price for a glass of wine and a glass of beer were ridiculous.

This was a very, very nice motel. Very large room, comfortable beds, the bath was separate from the vanity for lots of privacy, wifi was whizzing, nice furnishings, it was a very pleasant surprise, Clean, modern, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, good television line-up, just a nice place. Oh, if you have a semi truck there is lots of parking space for one. If you have to stay in Deming, NM, stay here!!

This location is very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. I especially like the fact you can park in front of your room which makes unpacking and re packing the car very easy. This location is easy access right off the 10 and perfect especially if you have pets because the hotel grands are pet friendly.

Have stayed at this hotel many times at least 2 to 3 times a year ,would not think of any place in Demning except Best Western . The place is very clean ,quite and relaxing ,staff is most helpful in seeing everything is ok and helping you where to eat at . took other family members this time and they were blown away by the breakfast. hot and delicious especially the omlet.

This was a very welcoming hotel and the room was just right. It has a nice pet area and a great breakfast. The area around it is very rural, which makes for a nice feeling. I highly recommend it! The location is just past Las Cruces so if you are traveling it is a good stop over. I would return to this Best Western.

Super nice place and very pet friendly. Excellent pet potty area that is centrally located and not stuck out back. Quiet, rooms are nicely furnished. My husband loves the TV and huge amount of channels. Like the 2 sink arrangement, one in the potty and one in the main room Nice coffer maker, micro wave and mini fridge.

This hotel is tucked at the end of the road near I-10. There was no noise whatsoever. It is an older property that is extremely well maintained. Parking is right outside your door. One of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen. Clean enough that you feel you can sit and take a bath. Staff was friendly. If we are in this area again, will positively stay there.

We stayed here for two nights while checking out the NM state parks in the area. It is close to I-10 but is surprisingly quiet and we slept well. The inn is on a single level with parking right outside your door. The rates were reasonable for this very clean and comfortable room. It is not really close to any restaurants but they are only a short drive away. It is also only a two minute drive to the Luna Rossa Winery where you can do a wine tasting and buy a nice bottle of wine.

This was an easy to find spot for an overnighter on a cross-country trip. The rooms could use a update but ours was clean. Breakfast was good but very crowded - they need to add more space to the dining area.

Stopped here on our cross country trip from NY to CA. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Not much for food and beverage nearby. Would stay here again if in the area. Do recommend to other highway travelers.

This hotel was a great choice for a one night stay while passing through. Nice clean room with very good beds. Easy to get to from highway 10. There is a railroad track close by which was noisy at times, but other than that, great value for price.

All one floor made having access to the outdoors for our dog very pleasant. The grounds were clean and well kept. Rooms appeared recently updated and pleasant. Minimal road noise even though near the interstate. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Can't thank this facility enough for all their work in keeping the motel up to Best Western Standards.

This location is outstanding. The grounds are very pretty and clean. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I love being able to drive up to my room especially since I had my dogs with me. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again.

It always happens right before we get home we get the cleanest room on the whole trip,this place is clean well maintained super comfy beds a nice large flat screen tv a microwave and fridge and NO stains on the carpet. ALL HOTELS should learn from this hotel not one single complaint!;-) I will stay here again.

Rules are rules, I guess, and we don't know what the rules are, but for our money, this Best Western gets points for relaxed atmosphere. How many times do you see a swing for a baby? Our room was clean and comfortable, we felt safe and parking was easy. By "easy," I mean that we parked right in front of our door. The property is laid out like the motels of yesterday, and may be one for all I know. Two rows of rooms are on opposite sides of a nice-sized piece of property, with a nicely landscaped space in the middle. We were here for three nights. We slept well, had a good breakfast every morning, and enjoyed attractions in the area.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, reasonable rates, great staff, express check-out. Saw their coupon in the NM travel magazine. It was a great place to stop for the night. Will probably stop again on our way through.

Using a coupon from the Hotel Coupon Book that we got at the NM Welcome Center, our rate was $59.99. For this price, what a nice hotel. Clean and new, the room was large. We had a 2 queen bed room as they had no King beds left. The bathroom was large and there was a secondary sink just outside the bathroom which was very nice for accomodating two people getting cleaned up at the same time. Free wifi which was easy to access and sufficiently fast. Friendly desk clerk. Comfortable beds. AND, all rooms are on the 1st floor so no stair climbing...hurray. Access to this motel from Pine Street is a little weird and if you follow your GPS you will likely end up on I10 West and drive 13 miles before you can turn around...so take care with getting specific directions.
