Best Western Plus Atrium Inn & Suites

The hotel called us while we were driving at 8 pm on Saturday to tell us they had given away all the rooms of the type we had reserved (several weeks ago). They said it wasn't their fault or problem because I had booked the room on hotels.com instead of on their website. They had all my paperwork and reservation info, they had just not saved a room to honor the reservation. Instead of apologizing or offering me a discount on a smaller room they said the only thing they would do was give me a small room for the same price as the suite that I had reserved. At 8 pm on a Saturday other places were already booked up so we had no choice but to be ripped off by them or drive all night. Very frustrating and disappointing experience!

no complaints. everything is exceptional, from breakfast to room, facilities, meeting room parking, room temp setting was great, hotel is very close to every restaurant and shopping in town. bed was very comfortable, free wi-fi that worked very well.

Very well kept building with large, inviting lobby. Helpful desk clerk even though she had a problem with the computer during check-in. We got the exact type of room requested. We noticed they had a bar and asked if it would be open later. She said just let her know if we wanted anything and she would get it for us. We took a couple of beers and some chips back to our room. They were very reasonably priced! The room was pretty comfortable except for the dirty HVAC vent (as noted in another review of this property). Thankfully, the temperature in the room was fine so we never turned it on. The bathroom felt a bit cramped because of the lack of counter space. The tub was slippery and there were fresh stains on the shower curtain. Breakfast not as appealing as other hotels, touch screen coffee dispenser was hard to use and only decaf coffee was available. This property is away from the freeway so pretty quiet and there are many restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Not sure how this hotel is rated so high. We arrived to the hotel around 6pm and we had two rooms reserved. We were a group of 4, 3 in one room and then 1 in a single. We had requested to be near each other as we were traveling together. We did get two rooms next to each other but when my friend went into her room, it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. My friend went back to the front desk and they said that they didn't have any other rooms as they were booked but then after she dug a little further she found an empty room. The clerk on duty, called someone (after my friend had stepped away) and she very loudly said to the person on the phone "I don't care that you just got home, get down here and finish cleaning the rooms". Personally, I think that this was a conversation that should have take place behind in a room, out of guests ears, but what do I know. We went across the street and ate dinner at the Texas Roadhouse (very good) and when we returned to the hotel there were a bunch of hockey players (maybe 3rd or 45h graders) who were running around and being boys but they were loud and they were loud most of the night. When we went to take a shower that night, the shower had absolutely NO WHERE to put the shampoo or soap. There were not dispensers in the shower. You had to carefully balance the soap and shampoo on top of the shower door. NOT a good thing when a person can't reach up or bend down. Water pressure wasn't great. Again, the kids were loud and they woke up early. Decided to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast as the breakfast area was chaotic. I was glad to get out of there and head down the road.

Property is kept clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, lots to choose from. Will refer others to stay here, if I'm in the area I will stay here again. Easy access to interstate!

Stayed here for one night while passing through the area. Nice size room. Pretty clean. The ac vents needs to be cleaned, very dusty. Beds were comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Breakfast had both hot and cold options. Picked up a package pastry that had mold on the pastry. Told the attendant and she put out more. The hotel needs to follow other hotels in putting shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower.

Booked a double queen bedroom, got a king with a pullout couch. They had no sheets for the couch and offer other type of bedding. This new bedding was given all rolled up, foul smelling and had bloody areas on it. They offered to switch rooms and the new bed also had stains. When asked for new bedding, the staff said she will check to see IF she had extras which then we were given a thin blanket that looked Ike it was pulled from another bed since it didn't match to what we had in our room. Bathrooms were also pretty dirty and had yellow stains. I have pictures of everything for proof. Worst Best western we experienced through out our Seattle to Florida-Florida to Kentucky road-trip.

Nice hotel. Clean all areas. Not exactly NEW at least for 2023. Far enough away from interstate, quite no noise. Skimpy on bath towels, could use a total of 3 hand and wash cloths each. Breakfast was good however could not find a toaster for toast in morning. Had a bar in BK area too. Internet works. Would recommend.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this Best Western. Not the normal great Best Western hotel experience to which I am accustomed. Unfriendly staff and poor breakfast (lack of food and service). Never will stay at this property again.

I can't remember a time when I've had someone check me in that so rude and unconcerned about my hotel experience. Rude when I checked in and then when I got to my room, the desk chair was broken. I tried calling the front desk for about and hour and no answer. Went to the front desk and she told me there were no more chairs and I would just have to work with it. I questioned her and walked away. I went back to a little while later and she rolled her eyes and said she would contact maintenance. The maintenance guy was very nice and said that shouldn't have happened. He also said stated they have had other complaints about her. I would strongly suggest removing her from this position as this is a terrible way to start your stay. The only reference I have to her on my receipt is Marquiz.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Hot and fresh with lots of options. Very convenient location. Close to restaurants too. Loved our view from our room. Most of all loved how the staff honestly cared !

I got a first room floor. If you were in the bathroom, you could hear the toilet flush above you. Wasn't noticeable in the room itself. Walk in shower with a glass door. There was no shelf to put your shampoo or soap on. A grab bar would have been nice, too. Of course, if there is nothing on the shower walls, it is easier to clean. Good counter space in the bathroom for your stuff. If I were to design a motel room, it would have the toilet paper holder in a much better position. You have to be a contortionist to get the paper while on the toilet in many motels, and this was one of them. Room was clean and neat. Thank you, housekeepers. The refrigerator did not have a freezer for my travel freeze-pack ice which was an inconvenience. The air conditioner used a thermostat on the wall which was handy. I set the fan to work constantly, as I like the noise to drown out outside noises. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the pillows were adequate. The motel had a list of TV stations, but I would have also liked to know what each station played, such as news, sports, regular TV programming like on NBC, ABC, CBS, etc. The front desk staff were outstanding a very helpful. Yes, I would stay here again when I visit family.

Lots of things happened during my stay aka too many to mention. I have already filled out the hotel's survey with the details. I have already informed the staff regarding my concerns during my stay. To summarize; The management should never leave a new employee by themselves most especially on the PM shift. They also to find a front desk staff that has a personality that could handle the stress of answering phones and dealing with guests in person. The rooms need to be checked if they are truly clean (dust under/side of the beds; baby spider on top of the bed). Safety issue for the regular rooms because there are no soap/shampoo rack in the bathrooms. No bath rugs available. Pillows are so soft that I got a stiff neck the next morning. The top floor is definitely more quiet compared to the lower floors but the front side is still loud as you can hear loud motor vehicle at times. Most of the staff are polite and approachable except the night shift on duty. Location is convenient (right off the interstate and lots of restaurants nearby), the bed is comfortable. The internet, TV, microwave and fridge works fine. The shower drains work, hot and cold water is fine as well. The AC works (with adjustments)- loud and makes weird noises. All in all, there's probably be a lesser chance that I would stay here again.

Hotel has excellent outward appearance. A very friendly apparently helpful clerk assigned our one-night stay to the 2nd floor which was, in fact, shutdown as part of a renovation in progress. Room was clean and habitable, plumbing was problematic, with no control over shower volume and temperature (worn out valve?). Duty person in the morning, without managerial control, indicated that we should expect a rebate of unknown size, but none was received.

All employees we met were fantastic! The Clarksville Best Western is very clean and updated. We will be back again. The breakfast was good. They also have a small bar. I only wish they served wine but there are plenty of places near by to purchase your favorite beverage, Highly recommended.

great everyone did a fabulous job from walking in to service at front desk threw room stay and quality breakfast literally couldn't ask for a better stay. Employees came across there should be that way nation wide but sadly its not but the experience at this particular hotel if could give better then a 10 on everything i would absolutely amazing. GOODJOB!!!!!!!

Everything was great from staff , breakfast and room comfort . Check in and out was was what you like when staying at an hotel . All staff were professional,and friendly. Always a smile . Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area .

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. I w stayed here once before. It's quiet, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. I did have an issue with the shower during this visit. The shower had an abnormally low entry way and I actually bumped my head on the way out. The showerhead was very dirty. It needed to be replaced or soaked. Other than those issues, I wish all hotels were this comfy.

Nice newer BW Plus. Not up to Plus quality in some areas. Nice rooms, BUT water warm not hot. Contemporary decor. Right off freeway, lots of restaurants near by. Very Convenient. Pool closed. Bathtub drain had problems. Check-in staff needed more training, diamond rewards status not acknowledged.

The staff was bad and the so called manager was worse. The rooms were ok but needs alot of cleaning and upgrades. The internet was not working and no hot water. The elevators were dirty and move too slow

SUPER CLEAN! We rolled in late on Friday night and called about availability. The ladies were super friendly and helpful giving us their best weekend price. They were lovely when we arrived as well. The place was spotless and updated. After a LONG day driving, it was a welcome relief. Shoutout to a great housekeeping staff! Would absolutely stay again! Oh! Did I mention a great breakfast bar!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. During check in, they mixed up my room with someone else's. When I made them aware, the staff said it was fine and gave me a new room. During check out I noticed that my card was charged twice. One for my room, & the one they mixed up. They refund me for the room I did not stay in. Then the next day I had a $50 charge for damages done to the room that I DID NOT stay in!! When I called the hotel a girl named Britney said the manager wouldn't be in until next week and she couldn't refund me even though they incorrectly charged me to begin with! Then she hung up on me. To this day, I'm STILL waiting for my refund. This hotel is unprofessional and no one knows how to do their jobs. Unacceptable. I've never been treated so badly by hotel staff.

When you pay a premium price for a hotel you have the expectation that at least the food and coffee products would be hot. This hotel failed to deliver that. The room itself was nice and the hotel was clean but not worth the price.

We were there for a military reunion. We had use of the conference room several evenings. Room was very clean and well taken care of. My room was also clean and everything was in working order. Service was good when exchanging towels. Was easy to get additional items for the room when needed.

Family vacation! Just stopping half way and enjoyed our stay. the front desk was exceptional. I would encourage anyone to stay there. The Breakfast was good and the room was clean and the customer service was great!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Best Western in Clarksville. The room was very clean and had a lot of space for our family of 4 with 2 older teens. We had the pull out couch. Which we used. The pull out wasn't super comfortable but they usually aren't. We asked for a hairdryer because they do not have one in the room and they brought one up for us. The only complaint about the room we have is the pillows are squares that are very flat and they have very few extra and they hotel was booked that night so they were out. That needs fixed! The breakfast was great! Bacon, omelets, potatoes, pancake maker, waffle maker. As well as grab and go items. Very good for a free hotel breakfast!

Clean. Kudos to Housekeeping Dept. very important for post pandemic. Literally no complaints about anything especially for a short quality stay. Already repeat booking for us and remains our hotel of choice.

Breakfast was lacking, never fully set up by 6 am as stated upon check-in...usually around 7. Then one morning it wasn't a "breakfast", but just stuff set out to try to make up for the breakfast person that didn't show that morning (no back up plan here.). Faucet in bathroom tub didn't work properly and handing was broken. Requested extra bedding for pull out sofa and after two hours, had to go down stairs and just get it myself.

Upon checking in we were assigned a different kind of room than reserved. As a family of five I reserved a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. We were assigned a room with 1 bed, and a pull out couch. Our room was not equipped with towels or sheets for the pull out bed we had to use due to the wrong type of room being assigned. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. They had limited quantities of everything, when we asked for items they did their best to find them. Overall it was a disappointing stay, I would try somewhere else in the area if we were turn return.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. Pool was disgusting, room never cleaned. Ran out of food at breakfast. NO TOWELS!!! Even after being on waiting list ! That was Ridiculous!!!! Elevators stunk!!!! Wil NEVER go back or stay at a Best Western again!!!!

This hotel was way nicer then expected especially for the price! It was really up to date, the staff was amazing, everything was clean and I will be returning. I loved it. The beds were comfy everything was great ! I booked this hotel for me and my boyfriend since it's hard to find any hotels with a 18 & up check in rather then just 21 and this hotel fit every need !

We have stayed at this location several times in the past. All previous experiences have been above average. This time was extremely disappointing. The quality of the hotel and the rooms is still excellent. The staff could care less if we stayed or not. Breakfast selection was extremely limited and very small quantities of what was offered. Nothing replenished throughout the morning after 8 AM.

The best thing about this hotel is the outside. Looks modern and inviting. Do Not be fooled. Expensive. Beds are awful. Pillows are tiny. Walls are thin. Breakfast and staff do not exist. I would rather stay in my car. STAY ELSEWHERE!! You have been warned

Hotel was in the perfect location for visiting the Clarksville area attractions. Lots of places to eat within a mile or two to eat. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Our daughter made waffles. Plenty of juices. Our grandson had cereal. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again on our next trip to the area.

Room was clean and bed fine. Towels thick, pillows tiny, and front desk check in went fine (and friendly though harried - understaffed for a 100% capacity). HOWEVER, walls are paper-thin and we had no trouble hearing conversations on both sides of our room - simultaneously. In addition, wedding reception gaiety reached up to our fourth floor room. Needed white noise and melatonin to sleep. Breakfast was a joke - eggs and microwave bacon was out, but no serving utensils. Two yogurts (and four kids D'Animals) was the inventory - no pastries. No fruit. No juice - just water our of all four nozzles. Only herbal tea, but no lids for cups. Trash containers overflowing from previous day... I could go on. Late sleepers would have nothing.

Nice hotel for quick overnight stop driving on highway; comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in shower. The breakfast was good-had variety of hot and cold foods, good coffee and juice. I like when coffee station is away from breakfast room a bit if you just want that.

Overpriced, no food at breakfast, waited for over 20 minutes and after being told the food was coming it didn't. No decaf because they would have to open 8 packets whatever that means.. No bartenders so bar is closed, luggage trolley broke, hotel staff loud, you could hear the conversations of the rooms above you and next to you,

Good stay visiting with our grandson , our room was very comfortable , hotel clean and quiet.would stay again. Nice part of town.found lots to do, Fort Campbell museum, fishing parks etc. lots of restaurants nearby.

Newer property conveniently located next to Interstate highway. Nice, clean room. Minimal noise from heating / cooling system and road traffic. Breakfast service lacking compared to other Best Westerns I have stayed at.

Great find on trip back from Fla. The staff was wonderful. I was a little surprised not being not to pay cash for the room. The lobby area was very clean. the room was clean , the bed was very satisfying. was not able to partake in breakfast for we left early, would stay there again. easy on easy off of interstate 24. Also close to two gas stations.

Very clean, friendly staff and beds were very comfortable. I will stay here again on our way down south. It was very close to a lot of good restaurants. Ist not to far from Nashville if you like to visit there and listen to some good country music, go to Alan Jackson's Bar.

For a “newer” hotel, they are definitely lacking in amenities and conveniences such as USB ports and decent blackout curtains . Plus the sink is in the bathroom , should be outside to allow others to complete tasks while bathroom in use . Beds were ok . Was a full Breakfast , but unfortunately even at 7:30am had no waffle mix . For the price, would've expected better

Will likely choose this hotel on any return trips due to it's location to interstate, shopping and eating options. Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean and sanitized. Breakfast options were somewhat limited and not fully accommodatable to number of hotel guests.

Quick stay traveling through. Room was clean. Staff at check in were friendly. No one was at the desk when trying to checkout but didn't realize i could just leave room keys if i didn't want a receipt.

This is our 2nd stay here. Clean, good breakfast options (almond milk, different yogurts, great tea choices), clean & quiet room, close to many restaurants. I wish the staff had masks on. Lounge in the lobby, but we didn't try it.

After an incredibly long day of travel and a horrible experience at another hotel in town, this hotel was a true oasis for my family and me. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and while we only stayed a short while overnight, we had the best possible rest that we could have asked for. The free breakfast was surprisingly quite good as well. I definitely recommend this property if you happen to need a nice and peaceful place to stay as you travel through this area.

Overall great stay. The hotel was quiet, clean and peaceful. The room was nice just as seen on the pictures. The hot breakfast bar was great. There were different options. They even had a pancake and waffle maker. There was no house keeping staff during our stay but the front desk staff was helpful and attentive. Room was great but toilet handle kept breaking. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Good 3 stars hotel!

I stay at this property twice to three times a year. I am impressed with how clean and inviting are the rooms and the lobby. The motel is situated close to the interstate highway but is is quiet and road noise is very minimal. They have starred a full complementary breakfast again and it is a nice breakfast.

At 3 am on my first night, I was woke up by someone trying to enter my room. I got to the door looking out the peep hole just in time to see a frustrated couple leaving. I went back to bed then was woke again when my door actually opened. The couple went to the night associate who then used his master key to gain access but thankfully I had all the locks in place. They apologized and later the night associate told me they had the wrong hotel. How does someone get past the front desk and then have a hotel associate help them gain access to a room without verifying that the customer actually has a right to gain access? FAIL. The TV signal is so weak that only a limited number of channels are available. The room and hotel are clean with the exception of the homeless person sleeping in the lobby area with a feral cat and his clothing/belongings were spread around the floor. This hotel has a no pet policy, except for feral cats. The room desk chair is somewhat comfortable but when releasing it to lean back, it only leans forward. I won't return to this hotel.

We were embarking on an eight night camping trip this summer, and decided to get started a day earlier so we could cut down our travel days. We chose this hotel location off the highway, and a Sam's Club parking lot to park the popup camper at. We were looking forward to a quick easy stop, and this just did not turn out to be that. If you were staying on the first floor, your stay was probably fine as the AC was working there. The second floor hallways were tolerable, and our hallway on the third floor was extremely hot, and stuffy. So bad that our AC could not cool our room. We were finally able to put towels under the door to block the hot air from coming in so the room would be tolerable. I could not imagine what the fourth floor felt like. When we shared this issue with the front desk, they did not seem concerned in the least. We did not ask to move rooms that night, as our son had already fallen asleep, and we had moved our bikes and coolers into the room. If you stay anytime except during the hot summer months, you might be all right.

We were traveling with a tour group of 41 people. Contrary to some negative comments, we found this hotel to be very nice. We left on a Sunday and the eating area was a beehive of activity. They served a nice breakfast that included hot food served by the staff. One slight drawback for me was that breakfast began at 7:00 am on Sunday. We had to leave at 7:45 am and were a little rushed (no fault of the hotel), but the serving staff did a good job.

We were a little hesitant to stay, based on some of the negative reviews, but everything was great at this hotel. Room was spacious, beds and pillows comfortable, bath was nice with great-smelling toiletries. Hotel is close (within a mile) of many restaurants. Beer garden wasn't open, due to Covid or lack of personnel to work, but this was the best hotel we stayed on our 3 week trip.

Stopped here on the way to Florida. Upon check in, I stood at the front desk for several minutes when 2 employees walked right past and disappeared behind the front desk area. I stood there for another several minutes before a young girl came out. I barely got the words out of my mouth that I had a reservation, when she cut me off and asked to see my ID. She looked me up.. there was no recognition that I am a Diamond member... no nothing.. a very stoic and matter of fact cold demeanor. I asked if she could recommend a BBQ restaurant and she said...no, that she doesn't eat BBQ... a sad response. The room was O.K. The next morning I wanted a cup of coffee and the container was empty. I mentioned to the lady filling the buffet that morning, that the coffee was empty.. another unexpected and sad response... she snapped back and told me how busy she was and she'd get to it in a bit. All I wanted to do was let her know the coffee was empty... I could see she was busy. I guess good help is hard to find these days but sad, jaded employees are now the norm.

We go to Clarksville very often. We were looking for a hotel where we could stay at every time. We spent $500.00 there this time. Due to the unprofessional attitude of the General Manager we will not stay here again. Joy, the General Manager was hostile, confrontational, and sarcastic. There was an extremely loud party directly below my room. I complained about the noise at 10:15. She said quiet time began at 10:00 and she had informed them of this. At 10:30 I went back down because the party still continued. Joy told me she had given them the final warning in a sarcastic tone. At 10:40 the music stopped but they proceeded to pop a great deal of balloons which sounded like gunfire. Two days later we went to breakfast and there was no one in the kitchen or dining room. I needed spray for the waffle maker so I opened the drawer beneath the waffle maker to see if the griddle spray was there. Joy came running from front desk area of the hotel and ordered me to shut the drawer. As she walked into the kitchen she mumbled something in a hostile tone. I asked if I had somehow offended her. She then proceeded to lecture me stating “I would never allow a guest in my home to rummage in my kitchen drawers.” I am surprised that she is in charge of a hotel which is supposed to be customer friendly.

The hotel is fantastic. Very clean, still smells new when you walk through the front door. Breakfast was great. Rooms are comfortable and so clean! You wont be disappointed with your stay here! The manager was working very long shifts due to short staff and never once did she let you know that she was exhausted. She worked with a smile and accommodated all requests with grace!

Convenient location to APSU as well as shopping, restaurants, and interstate. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Parking lot area was safe and well lit. We stayed in one of the suites and the room was very spacious.

I am staying for my quarantine days here and the room was okay, nothing extra as the price was paid accordingly. But the room smelled of cigars, it is very bad for a non smoker like me. The fridge was dirty inside, it felt greasy and smelled like vomits! Most importantly, the wifi is just impossible. It's so slow that you barely have the internet working.. lucky I have my own local SIM card but still I have to keep sharing my own hot spot and keep my phone charged at all time, it's just inconvenient. But the stuff do response promptly and delivered my food in the middle of the night once. I appreciate for that. But wouldn't suggest to stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly but we didnt have enough pillows for our suite and there wasn't an extra blanket. We asked for pillows and a blanket for the pullout bed but they didnt have extra pillows. I called ahead of time to ensure we could use the outdoor pool but when we got there it wasnt available. The pool was the main reason i picked this hotel

My entire floor smelled like cigarette, as did my suite. I asked to be switched to a different room. They refused to switch me to a different room without charging me extra because the only rooms they had left were larger suites. Even though my suite had a very strong smoke smell. And they had an empty suite available! They offered to spray it, which did not do anything. They also couldn't give me a refund, said I had to talk to Expedia. So I was left with no choice but to pay the charge. As I had no other options, I did. And they are refusing to refund me the extra charge.

We enjoyed our evening very much! The bar was fun and met a couple of people while having a beverage! Beds were comfy and very clean! Staff were all very helpful and kind! Nice pool also fir my grandkids!

Sour smell in rooms. Elevator failed early Saturday and was still inop on Sunday. Louge area never opened as advertised, never opened at ALL! Check-in was delayed for an hour even though we arrived 30 minutes after advertised time.

This is a great hotel! We stay here anytime we are passing through the area. Samantha is a great asset to this hotel. She was working the bar the most recent night we stayed, but I also saw her helping the front desk and just doing anything to accomodate her guests! It's a clean hotel, located in a good area!

Needed a place near Fort Campbell and this location worked well. Far enough away but just a short drive on major roads. Many restaurants a short drive away. Access to area attractions was easy with several major roads nearby.

Stay away the place is way over priced. They are cheating us on the hot breakfast a full year after the COVID scam. The laundry is way over priced and the mattress was hard as a rock keep away!!! There was no bathtub in my room and I'm not impressed with the parking.

Returning to NC from our trip to Kansas City, we stayed one night at the Best Western Plus in Clarksville, TN. We have stayed at many Best Western hotels over the years and this one was very similar to others. The front desk was very accommodating and the hotel was well located and clean. Our ground floor room was comfortable and equipped with a larger than average refrigerator, microwave, iron and board, and coffee maker. My wife was impressed with the fact that the coffee was Seattle's Best and actually made a reasonably strong brew. They also have 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. The bed was quite comfortable and they provide a continental breakfast with a couple of hot items. Because we checked out before the breakfast opened, we did not get to check it out though. It seems as though the only ice maker is on the 2nd floor so in order to get ice, we needed to take the elevator or stairs. I was particularly impressed with the water pressure in the shower. I used the shower massage setting and it actually felt like a massage which was quite nice and very unusual. We also checked out the fitness facility which is also quite nice, well equipped and a bit larger than usual. The internet connection was pretty fast and because there was a unique password, I also felt like it was reasonably secure. All in all, I recommend this hotel though it is definitely not the least expensive option in the area.

The hotel was in a good location and our room accommodations were above average. The only complaint was the parking. We came in around 10:30 each night only to find no spaces and had to park in the entry way. The back parking lot was full of commercial vans (at least 12 + each night). When brought to the attention of the front desk we were told to drive out and into the Sam's club parking lot, then walk back over on a dark path to the hotel. Well that was an unacceptable response. I was not going to park my rental car on a property not even associated with the hotel for fear of something happening to the car. And we weren't the only ones not comfortable parking in Sam's club, because cars were parked in all sorts of odd spaces on the property.

Everything was great staff members were friendly and polite. Entrance was clean and neat. Room was clean and necessary supplies were available. Location was close to restaurant's, gas stations and Sam's Club was nest door. Easy to get to from the interstate.

We booked this room partly due to price (as it was cheaper than others), but also because on the website it appeared their bar/lobby area was one of the few hotels in Clarksville that was actually "open" When we checked in (Saturday afternoon), we found that the bar was closed due to Covid. I understand closing the lobby for Covid precautions, but why not keep the bar open for visitors to get drinks to take to their rooms? Or, at the very least, don't be misleading about the bar being "open" on the website? Keep it updated which public amenities are open & closed. One of their highlights is having "a bar & a beer garden" - and it was closed. Pros: - The staff was courteous and friendly (although it did take almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in) - The room was very clean, and had a nice fresh decor. The beds were clean & comfortable, although the pillows were more squared shaped and not the size of normal pillows - for 2 people in a bed, this may be a nuisance. The room had a much larger fridge than normal (and microwave). - The A/C unit was very quiet. I was impressed, as I've stayed in many rooms that the A/C unit sounded like a jet engine. Cons: - Again, we were misled that at least their bar would be "open" - The bathroom: 1) did not have an included hair dryer. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a room that didn't have a hair dryer in the bathroom. 2) the light above the shower was out. 3) the shower curtain did not expand the full width of the tub/shower, so taking a shower spewed water on the bathroom floor... which meant we had to use half of our towels to soak up water. - The room did not include a safe. - The main lobby men's restroom had a hand sanitizer unit as part of the door handle, but the dispenser was broken off (picture attached). - The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, but the pool heater was broken the night of our stay. I did not report any of these things to hotel staff, because I shouldn't have to. That should be noticed & addressed by hotel staff, as part of daily checks/maintenance. Overall, very disappointing. We wish would've stayed in the much better hotel next door.

The room was nice enough but......the bathroom was terrible! The shower curtain smelled mildewy. And the shower and tub itself had mold in most all of the grout. And the bathroom floor was filthy because when I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up with one of the towels the towel was filthy dirty. Needless to say we didn't walk on the floor without shoes on and put towels on the floor of course. I estimate for some assistance for a fellow traveler and she acted like I was bothering her. The people on the front desk were helpful but never smiled.

This place was so clean we had 2 rooms both were great. Friendly staff and excellent hot breakfast bacon,eggs,sausage, hasbrowns, cereal, coffee, biscuits, waffles They even have a bar set up in the evenings. We will stay here again

Self explanatory. There were ants in the bathroom and they didn't clean it up or offer to switch rooms. The front desk staff was also quite rude and did not wear masks. Maintenance staff was unprofessional, and the guy kept going outside to our table and interrupting our conversation and chain smoking cigarettes.

Stayed for one night on a roadtrip to Florida. Power or something was out at checkin, so a lobby full of ppl waiting to checkin. The water container in lobby was half full of warm, stale water...would've been nice to have a cold drink or be offered a bottle of water ir something while waiting an hour. I see the water container is still sitting the exact same this morning, so must not be something they keep up on. Room was juat ok. Beds extremely hard, we both ache this morning and had a hard time falling asleep. Noise from above and beside us also very loud, but I think just bad sound proofing. Based on the beds alone, I would not stay here again.

We were en route to North Carolina, and this was a good choice. The desk clerk was very helpful, and she also opened their bar for drinks (all bottled or canned) at Happy Hour ($2 drinks then). We enjoyed visiting with a group of folks who were working in the area and spending many days at the hotel. Our room on the 4th (top) floor was quiet, and we appreciated having four smaller pillows on each of the queen beds. We ate our dinner in the room, and that was fine. Breakfast was grab and go, but they offered packaged breakfast sandwiches that warmed up nicely in the microwave in our room. It rained overnight and at the time we were checking out, so it was good to have a large overhang at the front of the hotel. Repacking the car was much easier.

After traveling 600 miles we checked into our room. Room was spacious but several light bulbs were missing and we also discovered that when you flushed the toilet water squirted out onto the floor. Being a plumber we knew that this repair would not be easy. Not wanting to pack up and change rooms we reported these items to the front desk when we checked out.

Very clean, nice hotel. Breakfast was served, great location off the highway, and many things around it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Good value for the price.

I was disgusted by other guests who refused to wear masks in common area like the lobby. I actually had another guest make fun of me for wearing a mask. Why is the breakfast area closed but the bar open?

This is a beautiful Best Western. Convenient location, quiet, yet right off the interstate and on the main street thru the business area (mall, independent retail stores, restaurants, fast food, hospital, etc.). The staff provides exemplary service from check in to check out! Wonderful environment!

This hotel was a great room and price, but 5 of the 6 people that I saw in the lobby and checking in didn't wear masks. If it hadn't been late and we had been driving for 12 hours I wouldn't have stayed there. They obviously cater to construction workers, but I would strongly recommend that seniors concerned about covid NOT stay here. When I asked the desk clerk about masks being mandatory, she just laughed it off and this is the first time, I didn't get a request to review my stay at a Best Western so I am putting it here.

This property has unusually responsive employees. They made the difference between an ordinary "motel" stay and one that was memorable. Yes, memorable! If you stop by this BW be sure to say hello to Stephanie who is hostess at the small bar in the back. She was very welcoming and gracious to a traveler who had just driven 10 hours.

We chose to stay at BW because of their advertised rules aimed at avoiding the spread of Covid. At this hotel some of the staff decided that it wasn't necessary to follow them, from the lady serving breakfast who removed her mask to speak more loudly in front of a crowd and didn't enforce any physical distancing, to the staff at the checkin desk who wore her mask on her chin and looked visibly annoyed to be there. The room was nice and we were told that it had been vacant for 24 hours. I hope they were telling the truth.

The management of this property has taken the safety of guests from the pandemic with the seriousness it deserves. I enjoyed my stay this time. The room was nice, clean, and all appliances worked quite well.

The desk clerk loudly announced our room number as she handed us our plastic keys. Obviously she has never had any training whatsoever, concerning hotel security. Then we were given two rooms that had nonfunctional climate controls, one after another. One thermostat had a blank screen, the next room's thermostat displayed gibberish preventing any temperature control. The desk clerk, again lacking any training in dealing with customers, offered a string of excuses and stupid suggestions. Finally she coughed up new rooms (three in total) each requiring a trip to and from the front desk. She offered no apologies whatsoever - just excuses and stupid suggestions. She put us on the side of the hotel facing the highway so the noise was significant. The walls are very thin as I could hear a conversation in the adjacent room quite clearly. When the neighbors finally went to sleep, I could hear the noisy refrigerator compressor buzzing in the room. Half of the television remote keys were non functional including close captions. (Yes I have some hearing loss. Yes the room was very noisy!). COVID “breakfast” was a white paper bag with an awful vending machine roll in a plastic wrapper, granola bar, fruit cup. Note that Drury Inn managed to provide their guests a hot meal served by hotel staff during the same trip. Their solution to "keeping us safe during the pandemic" was much more reasonable. Overall a very frustrating stay at Best Western. I won't be back.

Very nice hotel for sleeping and accommodations. Breakfast? Sucks. See pic. Weekend they have a full breakfast. During the week, it's a joke. Some "grab and go" bag with water and fruitcup. I asked at the front desk. The gal said they were short of help and "covid" are the reasons they don't have a breakfast during the week. Then she smiled. She knows the company policy is just a bunch of excuses to save money. If breakfast is important to you, stay elsewhere.

I was SHOCKED and DISMAYED by the complete lack of concern for COVID-19 at this property. The front desk staff were wearing their masks inappropriately, they had their nose uncovered. I saw three cleaning staff NOT wearing masks. When I asked one of them why they were not wearing a mask that person said “I'm going to get one.” Five minutes later I saw the same person with no mask. Guest were not wearing masks at check in, at check out and no staff said anything. Probably 2 out of 3 guests were NOT wearing masks. I saw a group of guest not wearing masks cram into the small elevator. Breakfast was not as advertised. The tables were placed as I remember them the last time I stayed at this property. Not a lot of distance. Not a single person in the breakfast area had a mask while they were getting their hot as well as cold food. Guest were bunched together while getting their food. I could not eat breakfast because I feared for my health! Concerning my room: the refrigerator did not work and the air conditioning unit was defective as it would either be 61 degrees or 80 degrees. I will NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN because of the mockery this property made of your so called policy to keep guests safe. I have picture of you would care to see them but I assume you do not care because you property in Clarksville was totally disregarding your guests' safety.

I have nice things to say about this hotel. Clean, very quiet, extremely friendly staff, but none of the ones I saw or encountered was wearing a mask. Plus they were having a party in one of the conference rooms or something. I stayed in my room and did not venture out anywhere.

Stayed here one night for a visit with family in the area. All areas were super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Used the pool - it was clean and had plenty of towels. The limited touch breakfast was really great, everything you needed in one bag.

If you are headed to the Nashville area, THIS is the hotel to stay at. Hands down the best BW experience and tops even most fancy hotel experiences. The team was super friendly, the breakfast was great, and the lounge host was stellar.

Traveling to the area often, I have stayed in 4-5 hotels in the Clarksville area. After staying at the Best Western Plus, I can definitively say I will no longer stay any where else when in the Clarksville area. The hotel is clean & comfortable, the included breakfast was good, the price is competitive, but what really puts this hotel at the top of my list is the staff. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and accommodating -- especially Vanessa at the front desk!

My family and I had a trip planned over Memorial weekend. We had family to see and things to do and places to go. I have a wife and 2 daughters. So towels are a must . The staff made sure my family was taken care of! The room was clean and breakfast was great . We will always be a guest when we return for visits! Thank you !

This was a scheduled stop during our road trip home, between Florida and Wisconsin (almost exactly the middle, was perfect!). Staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful... desk clerk gave us a suggested place order the delivery pizza we were craving. Had a couple of beers from the beer bar while waiting for the pizza to be delivered... waitress there was very friendly. The 'Grab and Go' breakfast was very convenient and tasty... we selected a egg, sausage and cheese sandwich... also in the bag was OJ, fruit cup, granola bar and a danish... last two items made great snacks during the balance of our trip the next day.... microwave in the room heated the sandwich perfectly. We prefered this type of breakfast to the traditional buffet - sit and eat variety. We hope it stays on after all this COVID stuff is over!!!

This an excellent option when traveling through Tennessee. The staff was excellant, room was large, clean, and had all the amenities. Cost of the room was excellent for the value of the room. Nice location close to the interstate.

We were able to get a handicapped room with a shower. (Sometimes they have low bathtubs.). We woke earlier than breakfast time, but the workers made a sack breakfast we could eat in our room (because of the virus). We were able to get on the road earlier and get home sooner.

At a time of the China virus, it's important when traveling to have confidence in your travel choices. While staying at Best Western Clarksville last night and using our special flashlight, we discovered our sheets were not changed and were “soiled.” Yes, they were apologetic and moved us. But it is more than just an inconvenience. It is dangerous to have such lax cleaning in a time of an epidemic. Oh, and the 50 bucks they removed from our bill was basically the extra 50 we paid for our dogs. Extremely unsatisfactory

This was a great hotel for my stay. It was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at Best Western again. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just what I needed in the morning to get me going.

No huge complaints. Lobby clean, check in fast and friendly, room big, clean and comfortable. But: hard to get to the hotel off I 24 East at rush hour, fitness center had used water bottle and other garbage that a thoughtless guest left on the floor, we had noisy guests talking in the hallway several times late at night, and the breakfast was not as good as other Best Westerns where we have stayed (although the coffee cake was delicious).

I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend to my family and Friends! The staff was extra helpful and readily available and accessible! Parking was great! When taking a shower the water was always hot!!

Nice quiet hotel. The check-in was friendly enough but the delivery of rules and procedures was quite stiff and fast paced. Reminded me of a drill Sergent giving orders to a new soldier. Brandy was a new hire supposedly there for training but was never given a chance to interact. I think that she will be much better at the front counter if she is given the opportunity.

Very friendly staff, rooms cleaned & good breakfast. My only issues was it took forever for the water to get hot and the laundry room was pricey and not up to par . I think the price for room could have been better.

Fairly new hotel right off interstate. Clean rooms, soft mattress, (not rock hard like other places) and loved the bathroom with the higher sink. Many choices at the included breakfast bar. We had sausage links, scrambled eggs, and potatoes, but a lighter fare can be found. Staff very helpful. Front desk gave us recommendations on where to eat, and graciously stored our ice packs for overnight. Shout out to the gentleman running the breakfast area as he was the most positive and upbeat guy. He was contagious and we left with a smile on our face! If you are a light sleeper suggest a room in back of hotel as you can hear interstate traffic.

Awesome breakfast guy. People make the place & this guy was a rock star. Front desk people were nice, even for me arriving at midnight. It was refreshing. I will be staying here again. Easy access from freeway.

This is an excellent hotel which you will enjoy when you spend the night. The front desk clerks are very friendly and helpful for any questions or concern you have while staying there for your vacation. We really enjoyed the wonderful variety of foods for breakfast!!!

We've visited this hotel twice on our way from Georgia up north. I was skeptical of a Best Western, but they've really got things figured out now. The hotel is fairly new and the accommodations are sufficient and clean. Both times I've been impressed with the hotel manager. Their breakfast is also very good.

Picked this location based on feedback from TripAdvisor. Other reviews were great and I had the same experience. Check in the front counter greeted me nicely. Room was decent had a beer at the bar. Crashed overnight beds were cozy.. Grabbed normal hotel hot/cold breakfast before hitting the road. Not a 5 star hotel but slightly above your average hotel.

Room and general areas were clean. All the staff were friendly and lots of smiles. The breakfast was good. Good location for Clarksville. Close to food and shopping . Plenty of extra room in the suite.

Clean, safe, nice room for the price, excellent service. Front desk guy named Paul was amazing. Nice little bar, offer breakfast each morning. WiFi in room worked well and very comfortable bed. Would stay again should the need arise.

Very clean facility, easy to find. Lots of dinner choices close by. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot, fresh and lots of items to choose from. Only complaint would be that toilet was pretty low, definitely ask for handicapped room if you have trouble getting up from low seats.

Thanksgiving visit with family. This Best Western was very nice and in a good location. Nice breakfast bar and a very convenient coffee bar in lobby. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Best hotel choice for staying near airport and catching an early flight. There are snacks in the lobby and the staff is friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome. The lobby seating is very comfortable for watching a game, eating breakfast of meeting a business associate.

Property is new and in great shape. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Only complaint from wife was no shelf in shower to put shampoo and conditioner.

My wife and I booked a room on line just passing through the area. Upon check in we were greated by John, he was fast and efficient, but more, he made us feel truly welcome. When we got up to leave at 6 am John was preparing the breakfast, again he made us feel welcome and kinda at home. It seems as if John is a man of many talents, but the stay and John's attitude made our stay memorable

Hotel is adequate and certainly a good value with AAA discount. Breakfast is ordinary fare. Convenient location to Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and nearby Cracker Barrel. Ice water is a welcome offering in the lobby.

I loved this place. Very nice inside. Clean and staff were all great. I couldn't have asked for a better place. The decor is updated. The breakfast was plentiful. I have no complaints whatsoever. My questions were answered and my needs were met.

We had one of our best nights staying at this BW hotel. Super staff all around. Pleasant facility that was clean top and bottom. Super comfortable beds allowed us to sleep well after a long drive. Great breakfast selections and quality of food. Exceptional staff providing help at breakfast. They even sent us on the road with two pieces of coffee cake for a snack later on the highway. Easy access to I24 in a busy part of town.

I was warmly greeted by Vanessa, when I checked in. She is a very welcoming face for Best Western. Makes a difference to have a great interaction, when you have been traveling all day and are tired. We were very pleased with the overall design and cleanliness of this hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was very accommodating. The only thing that the bathroom was missing, was a soap holder for the shower. I had read that the walls were thin, so I set the thermostat fan on “on”, instead of “auto”. This creates a constant white noise and you can't hear your neighbors or outside traffic noise. The decor in the room was very nice and updated. Breakfast had many good selections and was one of the best we have had on this trip. Food was fresh and hot and the attendant made sure it was well stocked. Check out took awhile, as the front desk person was elsewhere, taking care of something. Several of us had to wait. Not a big deal, though. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

The clerk at check in made checking in very easy and quick. She was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The room was clean and very nice and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. Check out was very easy and quick also. I did not have time to sit down for breakfast however at check out the clerk handed me a to go breakfast bag which had several items in it that were great. I will definitely stay here again.

The customer service at this hotel is awful. While the facility itself was nice, the staff was horrendous. It's a pet friendly hotel with a $50 pet fee which we were not told about until check out. We were also told that our emotional support dog that was with us was not a service animal and we still had to pay for her. What an awful experience!

Each and every employee cared for the customer and service was just outstanding. Their cleanness I kindness for you as a person was just outstanding they cared about you a customer from he time you walked in there Hotel untime you left.

Staff was very rude and difficult to deal with. Manager helped out, however the "damage" had already occurred. It shouldn't matter how a reservation is made. Bottom line is that a reservation was made for this location. The staff should honor it and go out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. That's not the case here, besides the issues I experienced, I also witnessed two other couples canceling their reservations and leaving due to this employee.

Excellent staff from housekeeping, Front Desk, breakfast room staff and bartender! Comfortable beds and good pillows Remarkably sound-proof! Very conveniently located Our TV remote needed batteries and we had a problem in the bathroom. The maintenance man was up to fix them immediately

I enjoyed this hotel. It is about an hour north of Nashville and is easy to find off of the highway. The exterior and interior and nice and the room was very nice. It does have a bar and some guests were visiting outside the hotel by the pool on the backside of the hotel. They were loud even though I was on the top floor of the hotel. If you want to go to bed early, ask for a room on the front side of the hotel to avoid the noise.

Check in was fast , nice little bar that was nice to have a cold one after a long trip.The room was extremely clean and fresh smelling.The bed and pillows help me have a wonderful nights rest and awaking to go to the breakfast bar for some really good coffee and really fresh food ,pastries and fruits

Nice location and nice facility with nice helpful employees. The breakfast was similar to most motel offerings. Many many restaurants nearby. Four story with fast elevators and a small swimming pool. Nice rooms.

If you are Africa American this is not a area for you. The staff at hotel was very nice. But the other guest at the hotel you can tell they did not want us there. When we were eating breakfast in the lobby and if looks could kill we would have been dead. My family just stop eating and we check out and left

We stayed here July 28, for one night, and the overall experience was excellent. The room was good, (clean and comfortable), the happy hour, which consisted of beer, was very reasonably priced, the breakfast was very adequate, and the price of the room was right. That being said, the main reason we returned today, September 8, because of Paul, at the front desk. This guy was amazing. He is the most friendly and helpful front desk person I've ever experienced. He greeted every single person who came in and out the door.... even as he was checking people in. He is a major asset to this hotel, and because of him, we will return.

Short trip to see family. Best Western is always my go to hotel. We always get nice accommodation with helpful friendly staff. Like having refrigerator and microwave and coffee and tea available. Internet availability is a great bonus.

Thin bedding, freezing room with controller not working, thin walls couldn't sleep due to noise. The blanket was so thin I could see through it. I had to use towels at night to keep warm because there was no other bedding in room to help. I could hear everything from room next to us and their snoring kept us up all night. Water pressure and hotel decor was great though, as well as breakfast.

Overall, we had a very nice stay here. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff was extremely friendly. The pillows were a bit too soft for our liking (this seems to be a trend in hotels). The suite "kitchen" only includes a microwave and tiny refrigerator.

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to get us anything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are clean, which is the most important thing, in my opinion. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

I was somewhat disappointed with our stay, 08/28/19. The water took a very long time, upon our arrival to get hot, but was ok in the morning. We didn't get the room location we'd requested, but the does happen, just not to pleased. The biggest concern was the breakfast situation. The food was good and the area was clean. The Big issue is that we got down about 8:15 and the never filled the potatoes or eggs. If your going to have a brkfst till 9:00, then keep it fresh and full or just say, breakfast is 6am till we run out. The cost cutting has gone overboard. I've managed and owned restaurants and it can be taken too far. Also no ice machine on 3rd floor and 4th broken. The staff was great as usual, which makes this hard to write, but things are sinking. :(

One thing that is a real turn off to a hotel is the quality of the soundproofing between rooms. Heard the guest next door coughing and listening to the radio at an extremely early hour. Also , no hot water before 5:00 a.m. Hotel was a good value, but even at a good price wasn't worth the noise and frustration. Won't stay here again.

Upon driving up to the Best Western In Clarksville, TN, one sees a very new, tastefully decorated hotel. However, that is as far as it goes. The builders should have spent more time on sound insulation! We heard babies crying, loud footsteps over head, three TV's 3 different sets of conversations AND, a couple being "intimate" with moans, groan and bumping! Needless to say, we had NO sleep!

Admittedly, I have not stayed at a Best Western in recent memory and I was a bit unsure of the quality I would find just based on my preconceived notions. However, this hotel was clean, had modern amenities, friendly staff, and exceeded my expectations for a non-luxury price.

This hotel was staffed with the most efficient, friendly, and welcoming people. The facility was spotlessly maintained. We thought the place was new, but when we ask we were told it was 5 years old. We had not stayed at a Best Western for quite a while, but we could not have been happier about our choice to stay here

The culture is amazing. Everyone we came into contact with was professional and courteous from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Breakfast was delicious. They had a great selection of teas for those who want something other than coffee. If you're looking for a place to stay in Clarksville, this is it.

We had originally stopped at another hotel to stay the night, and it was not very appealing. Called Best Western and the receptionist was wonderful to deal with. The place was very clean, even the elevator had a pleasant smell to it. Room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable, to include the couch bed the kids used. Pool was nice and breakfast was great! Get there early, it gets crowded! Everything we asked for was delivered promptly and professionally. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at this Best Western numerous times. We have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and outstanding in their service. Highly recommend this hotel for families. Clean rooms and wonderful breakfast

Stayed here over a weekend while visiting our son at Fort Campbell (15 minute or so ride from the hotel). Staff was great (Paul at the front desk was outstanding) and hotel was clean and well-maintained. Ample parking around back if the front is full. Complimentary breakfast had several options to choose from if you wanted to sit and eat or grab and go. Rooms are spacious. Only detractor were the beds--they could probably use replacing soon, as could the pillows (felt like sleeping on a sack of potatoes).

We had three families traveling back home from vacationing in Florida. The check-in process was very quick and they had given us rooms next to each other on the same floor as we had requested. It was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had plenty to choose from and the dining area was very nice.

Everyone was very friendly, room was very clean, would definitely recommend best western plus to anyone. They have a great workout area, swimming pool. Great location, close to shopping mall, restaurants.

After 12 hours in the car there was a mix up in dates when booking our room here through hotels.com Thanks to the front desk employee, Vanessa, who was able to find our family of 5 a suite for the night, we were able to finally get some much needed rest! She was so very helpful which made our predicament less stressful. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Our suite had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The free breakfast was very good and all of the staff were extremely nice and helpful to everyone there. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

I just finished my stay at this motel. I was a little concerned because of some of the reviews. However I am so glad I stayed! This is the best of the “roadway” motels in this area. It is true that I could hear steps from the room above but not worse than other properties in this area. My room was bright, comfortable, and clean. The check in process was excellent and the young lady at the front desk was pleasant as well as extremely helpful. The tv remote did not work. I called the front desk and within about 5 minutes I had a new remote that was checked to make sure it worked before being delivered. As an “elite” member I received free soft drinks and snacks. These offerings were so much better in size an quality compared to other Best Westerns I have visited. There were some negatives but relatively minor. Breakfast, normal pre-made heated before serving food, was minimal. It was not ready at 7:00 as advertised. I was number 4 in line when it was ready and I took 2 omelettes leaving only two in the pan. I mentioned this to a worker but it took about 5 minutes to refill leaving many guests waiting for eggs. There were only 18 places to sit during breakfast, not enough when the motel has more than a minimal number of guests. At 7:15 the coffee containers were empty. Someone mentioned this to one of the workers. By 7:30 the coffee was not refilled. The positives clearly out-way the breakfast negatives but I can see why the breakfast would be an annoyance to some guests.

Our stay in the Lee summit BW was excellent!! Brain was a huge help with all our needs. The rooms were beautiful decorated and comfortable I would highly recommend any to stay! The breakfast offered a large variety of foods and drinks! Super stay!

I'm skeptical of the number of positive reviews. The hotel construction is poor so you hear every step of the people above and adjacent to you. When we stayed a high school state championship team was also there and they were LOUD. Perhaps the hotel could have booked them together to isolate their noise. The room was clean and adequate but we checked out after just one night and will book elsewhere.

This hotel has all that you could need for an enjoyable visit. Rooms are clean, up to date, bed was very comfortable! AC is quiet,(so was the hallway!) shower is great! Hot Breakfast w/ enough protein choices for those low carb eaters. Outdoor pool is small but refreshing and the fitness room has everything you need to stay in routine. I will share that if you have a family-it is not equipped to keep them entertained if the weather is bad. We saw some bored kids while the parents were waiting to rally the troops for the day. Our trip was for pleasure to see family close by. It is quite a jog to get to Nashville-1 hour by freeway-so be prepared for that if that's what is on your bucket list! So I gave the score a 4 for that reason. LOL! Overall, loved this spot...will be back!!!

Paul at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and we had a very nice comfortable stay. The price of the hotel was very fair for that area. Very conveniently located right off the freeway.

From the minute we pulled up after an 11 hour car ride this place looked beautiful! We normally stay at Hilton's which there was one directly across the street from this hotel but this hotel looked like pure class! Upon check in Paul was Amazing! Extremely nice and very helpful! Right down to carry out options. Paul went above and beyond! Thank you Paul!

Man, Paul was amazing. A memorable check in experience. He even found natural breaks in the conversation to give a cheerful "hello hello!" to every guest walking in or out. He was great. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was passable.

The room was lovely; clean and very spacious. It had a king-sized bed, a good sized TV, a fridge, microwave and a very nice shower. The WiFi was quick and the AirCon unit was very efficient. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of items available. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel seemed to be very new, everything was clean. Vanessa that checked us in was very friendly and full of energy. The pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel but it was still a great place to cool down. Was good that it had a lounge, Trina the bartender was very friendly.

I've stayed at several other hotels in the area. This is by far the best one. The staff went out of their way to make my family and I feel welcome. They went above and beyond what was required of them. I will ONLY be staying at this hotel in the future. I will ONLY be recommending this hotel in Clarksville. Amazing.

Clean and comfortable beds. Did not use amenities as we were only here overnight. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. The breakfast area was clean. Check in was fast and easy and the staff was friendly.

Check in was fast and easy which most hotels aren't. Located just off I-24 and easy to find although kinda hard to make turn for it when traffic is heavy. Many eating places close to hotel likewise for gas stations. Will stay here again!

Rooms were okay. Musty carpet smell that wasn't too bad. Bathroom had no soap holder in shower. Rooms are dark and appear to need updating. Service was good at front desk. Would probably stay here again because of good service at front desk.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt welcome. This is a very clean hotel, the rooms are nice and clean, the hot breakfast is really good as well. if you are departing and missed breakfast, yhey haveh a snack bag guest were able to take on the road. Tons of restaurant in the immediate area, including a mall. The hotel is located in an area that is quiet. I like the service so much that I will return to hold an event in their facility. You wont be disappointed.

I stayed one night for business purposes. The hot breakfast was great and the room was very nice. The internet worked fine. Good value and close enought to what I needed. Had everything I needed for the short stay.

Hotel was neat and clean. Room was a little cold, and bed was too firm for me. The thermostat was set and we could not permanently change it, so every time we entered the room we needed to adjust the temperature. The bed was very firm.

This hotel is convenient to every thing in Clarksville , Tn . Also they serve a great breakfast to get your day started! I like a very hard bed. This one was average in the suite room that I had, but I would have had better night sleep if the mattress was firmer. I would love to see hotels list their mattress "firmness" in room detail. That way folks with sleep issues like my self, will have better information to make a hotel choice.

We stayed one night and found the hotel to be excellent. Very quiet and comfortable. Excellent front desk staff. We went in for the breakfast but the best things were the packaged things (instant grits, yogurt, etc)

My wife and I stayed at Best Western Plus Atrium Inn & Suites last night and couldn't be happier with our stay there. The young man who waited on us at the counter was very courteous and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was also quiet, which was great since we were exhausted from our time on the road. Also down the road from the hotel is a distillery and further down from that a nice brewery, which we went to and had a drink. Another thing I noticed was the large parking spaces they had. I'm not sure if this is a Tennessee thing for hotels, because the parking spots are crammed together where I'm from. Any way it is nice not to get dinged when someone opens their car door next to you, although someone still managed to park their vehicle over the line next to us (thanks Mr/Ms. Tennessee person with the big white truck-nice parking)! Overall, great stay at this Best Western!

We checked into the hotel after reading the reviews online. We were not disappointed. Christine was training Brandon at the check in desk. They were courteous, listened to my specific requests and fulfilled them. They managed to do this with humor and friendliness. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, and the breakfast was above average. The breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Note to management: do your best to keep Christine. She is a huge asset!

Found this hotel on trip advisor for our return journey from Florida. Booked 3 rooms for a group of 9. Excellent property- super clean- nice decor- comfy bed and FANTASTIC SHOWERS!! Breakfast started too late for us to try it because we were on the road early but will definitely be back. Liked that it was on the quieter less chaotic side of 24 too.

Everything from the moment we walked in was awesome. Check in was quick, had fresh coffee and cookies right there, yay! Room got nice and cold and my husband wanted to marry the shower he was so in love with it. Breakfast was just as fantastic, nothing special but it was all warm and the server made sure things stayed plentiful and the area was clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Overnighted enroute home in Clarksville as we have stayed here previously. Fantastic surroundings and enjoyed our stay. Employees were very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend this location for your travelling needs.

I reserved this hotel, two hours in advance of arrival, through a third party discount program and paid in advance with cancellations not allowed. Upon arrival, on Sunday at 9:00 pm, our room was not ready due to 5 cleaning staff not showing up for work. One person had been working for over 12 hours to clean 85 rooms! Not sure where the back-up staff was. The manager, who had "banker's hours" was not to be found and there was no off hours manager. The front desk clerk, Paul, was very appologetic and and as helpful as possible. The remaining housekeeper, Tiffany, was also appologetic and working as fast as possible and to the point of tears. When we finally got to our room, after an hour of waiting, it was very nice. We had two queen beds and a pull out couch. It was clean and modern. There were noises in the hall, etc. but no worse than what is usual for a hotel. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The lobby was also modern with a tended bar in the evenings. We did not partake in the continental breakfast. I think under usual circumstances this would be a great hotel but I will be contacting the manager and customer service regarding staffing and contingencies.

Myself, husband, and three kids stayed here for three nights while visiting family for Spring Break. Our room felt small for two adults and three kids, ages 10, 8, and 4. It was a Queen Suite - two queen beds and pull out couch. Room was clean but already showing signs of wear and tear at only a couple of years old. Walls are thin. Daily free breakfast was average. Overall okay stay but will try another hotel next time.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times the last few years. This time, the attitude of staff really left a sour taste in our mouths. Will rethink our decision to stay at this location in the future.

The bar and breakfast menus could be more extensive. Pet fee is too much. The place is mostly clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It's convenient for interstate travel.

We stayed over night. Check in and check out was easy, and thanks to Paul, entertaining as well! He is at reception, and really all over the hotel helping out. Our room was newly remodeled (I think) and very up do date with nice finishing touches. We had a refrigerator and microwave. Parking was easy and plentiful. People were extremely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast the next morning was fine, but not a highlight. It's just a free breakfast. However, we did very much appreciate the Seattle coffee and the varied kinds of teabags. If we were in the area, we would certainly stay there again. It is very convenient to the interstate. By the way, we appreciate the Best Western Government/Military price structure.

After staying a week at this location was charged a fee for smokimg in room when clearly i dont smoke. Ive been a best western customer for several years to know the policy, the manager fail to call or notify me of the charge, or even try to resolve the issue, they also have lady bugs that might bite Beware in ya room, the bed are hard, one coworker of mine had beetles in rooms, beside the floor carpet smell sour there was no home away welcome really experience here highly disappointed in management not notify of charge to resolve this issue Guard your card there charge you for cards for anything

Very Nice staff. Clean, updated rooms. Breakfast & bar in the lobby are enticing. A few distileries around the corner. Any resturant you can think of are right up the street. All kinds of shopping centers and plazas with every store you like. There's also family fun for the kids near by and a state park.

Just an over night stay however the front desk clerk made us feel like a valued guest. Clean large room. Very convenient location and the price was great! We left a bag on the bed, with medicine and valuables. Went back an hour later and it was all there.. So a big kudos to the housekeeping staff as well!

We enjoyed this hotel. The appearance was very nice and the hallways were wide. Our room was a nice size, well decorated, and well lit. The breakfast area was nice and there was a good selection of breakfast items. The attendant was very friendly and busy keeping the area stocked and tidy. It was a busy hotel this particular night. Sure wish the hotel industry could come up with doors that don't bang closed!!

Room was clean and well-furnished, but there were no washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. When we called about this, we were told we had to come down to the Front Desk to get them. This entailed a trip down 2 flights of stairs and a wait at the Front Desk while guests checked in..

I used this location for my baby shower and was very pleased with the professionalism of Mrs January Skaggs. We did have a mishap on the day of my shower which left my husband and I very stressed initially, but upon informing January of the situation via email, as it was her day off, she took the time to personally call me and right the wrong as quickly as she could and very professionally. I'm very impressed and pleased with her customer service and as someone whom worked in the customer service business for 7+ years, it was truly refreshing and pleasing. Thank you January for your help! If you need to host an even whether it's a bridal, wedding, baby or meeting, I highly recommend this Best Western and January Skaggs!

We stayed in this hotel during October 2018. The staff was helpful friendly and rooms were clean. The 24 hours coffee/Tea station left side of the FD is great for the guest. This hotel must be recently renovated and looks like a new hotel. The hot breakfast and bar is in lobby. There is ample parking around the hotel and shopping in few minutes away. Sorry, can't write any negative comments as hotel is well managed and care for the guests.

This hotel didn't really sing to me, but it was clean and a good standard hotel. The pluses were the very nice people (Paul at check-in, here's your shout-out), cleanliness, breakfast above waffle-iron standards, and it came with the traditional amenities. The negatives were my sleep quality, trying to find that sweet-spot with the air and the thin bed coverings. The walls are also paper thin. I was awakened by some kid calling, "Mom" and I could easily hear conversations in the hall. The other thing that I'm not dinging for in stars because it's a preference, but I wish they had are a recycling bin in the room and didn't use so many little plastic bottles. If you consider environmental choices when picking a place, that's a consideration. The decor is contemporary. The location is good with easy on/off highway.

Unless you are a really sound sleeper, you would likely have trouble staying asleep. The hallway sounds, noise from adjoining room and footsteps above were very noticeable. Also, the refrigerator was very loud. The room was clean and had all the usual appointments one expects, nowadays. The fromt desk staff were very pleasant.

Stopped here for a night on our way through Clarksville. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Hotel was located close to the interstate. Friendly service. Sam's Club located nearby for gas and food. Would have appreciated breakfast being served at 6:00 vs. 7:00 on weekends for early traveling.

Check in was quick staff was friendly. The room was clean very comfortable, roomy. The beds slept well. Everything was in good working conditions, the shower water nice and hot. The location of the Hotel was a great location.

Clean hotel rooms and they have a casual bar in hotel, not far from the mall, and shopping center,fitness center, and pool, the snack insude hotel were nicely priced fir guest, the internet was good too

We always stop here while driving home to visit family. It is a good value, we always know that we will have a clean room, fast internet, and a filling breakfast to start the day and power us home. The staff is always polite and friendly, no matter what hour we check in. thank you!

If you're looking for a great all round place to stay, this is the location. I float between the Hilton Garden Inn and this property,but if you don't book early, you may not get a room here. So book as soon as you know you will be in Clarksville. Made a mistake by staying at the new Sleep Inn and they totally missed the meaning of hospitality over there! Everyone of the staff at the Best Western goes above and beyond. Housekeeping, Front Desk and the breakfast crew. Bernice is a doll! The new African American gentleman at the desk was a God send. I think his name is Paul. Clean rooms, good rates, and you can grab a beer too! I have learned my lesson and will from now on book as soon as I know I will be in the area! Request a room on the 4th floor!

Location of this hotel is great- close restaurants and shopping, and easy access to on/off ramp. It's beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Comfortable beds! Staff was helpful and very friendly and accommodating! Complimentary coffee and tea at all times in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable with a nice friendly staff. It looks new. Would definitely recommend. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. We would have liked the breakfast hours to be a little longer during the week. It was a busy street so we didn‘t drive very far for dinner, just across the street to Cracker Barrel

We stopped here for the night. The place was very clean. Our king room was spacious and clean. Only issue was the shower door had an issue with the plastic guard strip on the bottom of the door. It was damaged. It cut my wife's ankle. In a nice gesture, the clerk ended up comping our stay. Their breakfast is an average hotel breakfast. Overall we would stay here again.

My stay at the Best Western was an excellent experience. The accommodations were top notch and the employee service was exceptional. The hotel offered a very nice free breakfast buffet. I will definitely return to this franchise on future business trips. Great job Best Western.

Love the Decor of the hotel and pleasant staff. My most important factor was a very restless 2 nights stay. The sheets were very rough and uncomfortable. I was very disappointed considering the price of stay.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was very nice. The breakfast each morning was great! Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, grits, toast, fresh fruit, cereal, sweet rolls, juice and hot coffee.

We stayed four nights. Hotel is nearly new. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was excellent each morning. Price was reasonable. What more could you ask for? Close to the main drag in Clarksville with restaurants and stores galore. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the hotel was the nicest yet that we have stayed in with Best Western.

I haven't stayed at a Best Western for several decades, so I didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable. In-house breakfast was even good.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western for the weekend of the Bands of America Regional. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had about a 10-15 min drive from Austin Peay State University and the price was much more reasonable than hotels closer to the campus. The hotel staff members were friendly. They served a hot breakfast which was good. The only thing that was a little troublesome was our sink and shower had a slow drain. I did not report this because it was essentially midnight when we arrived at the hotel and I just wanted to go to bed. I would stay there again if we compete in that regional next year.

This BW Plus hotel is a fairly new hotel in the area. When I arrived, it looked like it had just opened. The landscaping was neat and the exterior appeared in new condition. The lobby was very modern and new with a nice seating area for breakfast with a bar for evening drinks. It had a "new car" smell but the front desk attendant stated that they had been opened for 3 1/2 years! The room was spacious and very clean, The decor was very modern and new. Bathroom was very adequate in size. I will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here a few times now and find this the best bargain in the area. On this trip our plans changed a little but Paul at the front Desk went above and beyond ensuring a great day for us. There is a nice pool area that we got to enjoy this time(again thanks to Paul) and the breakfast is always well done. Best of all coming off the interstate you can get to the property without having to deal much with Wilma Rudolph Boulevard which is extremely busy. We will absolutely continue to stay here when in the area .

We stayed here for a night and it was just okay. Everything was fine in our room, no issues with the front desk, no complaints there. What we didn't like was how the breakfast area was too small and crowded (twas a Sunday morning) and how the breakfast area was laid out. I don't know, it's just unlike other BWs we've been too. There was enough selection at breakfast but at the same time something seemed to be lacking. We've been to other BWs where when they have biscuits, they'd also have gravy. This BW didn't have that. The scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste.

The hotel was nice. The pools is small. Only 3-5ft, which is great for kids. The area can't hold many people though. I like that the hotel was near a lot of businesses and right off the highway. I had a scare with a burning light bulb! The maintenance person was really great in calming my fears. He was excellent!

Easy access to the highway yet far enough away not to hear it. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was polite and efficient. We found the beds comfortable and the complementary breakfast was quite satisfactory. We chose this hotel based on other reviews and the fact they DO NOT allow pets. As we have allergies we find that a huge plus. Pet friendly hotels tend to smell as such and turn any landscaped area into a proverbial mine field.

Pros: Room (204) is clean and well laid out. Water is nice and hot. They let me check in early. Wifi excellent. Location good. Cons: Bathroom fixtures looked new but acted worn. Parking lot has a lot of litter. Walls are paper thin. The motel is a bit pricey. Value 4/5. Overall 5/5. Wifi 5/5.

This Hotel is VERY nice and conveniently situated right off the highway! Was in town to visit with family over this past weekend! This hotel is unbelievably beautiful! Love the water feature when you first enter! The staff is so amazingly nice and accommodating! The only downfall was apparently there was a bunch of kids running all over the hotel! They were being loud and running through the hallways, slamming doors all night! Which made my 3 day stay not very nice! If it weren't for the Staff doing all they could to settle the kids down I probably would have left after my first night! The “Chaperones” for the kids seemed to not care what they did! They were more focused on getting drunk and gossiping but wouldn't control the kids! I overheard one parent saying how the hotel staff was out of place for insisting that the kids stopped running around the hotel well after 11 pm! But, if they were out of place then the supposed Chaperones should have paid more attention to the kids so that the Hotel staff shouldn't have had to say much of anything! I also mush commend the managers who came out my last night there! You know it's bad when management has to be called in late at night because drunk parents aren't paying attention to their kids! THAT is the reason I gave this hotel the rating I gave! Because I saw that they care about ALL of the guest! And they go that extra mile to ensure the comfort of everyone! If you are ever in Clarksville I highly recommend this Hotel!! Just never go if they have large groups of unaccompanied children being watched by drunk adults who could care less! Other than that LOVE THE HOTEL! The STAFF and everything!!

I could not believe how nice this Best Western was. We stopped in Clarksville to see the Late Models race at Clarksville Speedway prior to heading to Nashville for the 4th and this was such a plesant experience! Keep up the GREAT WORK BW! Breakfast was as expected for free but again it's free so we weren't complaining.

our first room the lock did not work. They came to fix it fast and also offered us another room which we accepted that we didn't know was going to be a suite that was handicap accessible like our first room. Staff could not have been nicer. .

This hotel was amazing. We had to book it the last minute, and we were so happy we did. Quiet, clean, quick check in, and the best part - the mattresse - the best rest ever. Very happy with everything.

We stayed in a king suite extended stay room- it had a full kitchen small table for four, desk with chair, coffee table, large sofa bed with chaise lounger, separate room for king bed, a very large oversized bathroom and large storage closets. We were very satisfied with our stay,I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stopped in for a night just traveling back home. The check in person didn't seem real happy to be there kinda like the attitude i have to have a job so I am here attitude. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable beds, and good breakfast. Also has a bar which we didn't use but thought that was a plus since most don't have that. Would stay here again if in the area just because the hotel itself was too notch just not the employee.

This hotel was extremely easy to access from the Interstate. It's clean and very comfortable! The staff was great to deal with and the breakfast was also good. Would recommend this hotel as one to definitely stop and stay!

Hotel was great, all that needs to be said. Clean, courteous and easy check in. Breakfast area had ample seating, plenty of food offered. Room was nice and roomy, slept 4 perfectly. If i had to go to Clarksville again, this is where i am staying.

This is a very nice, new hotel. However, if you're looking for the hair dryer you will find it hanging in the dark closet from a hanger in a black bag. It took me forever to find it!! Not sure why it can't be left on the shelf of the vanity in the bathroom!

This hotel had a good staff and beautiful facilities. This is a new hotel and is worth the price we paid, which was just slightly above the other surrounding hotels and motels. We enjoyed a great hot breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located just off the highway. There were many options for places to eat just on the other side of the interstate, less than a mile away.

We were greeted by a smiling face. Check in was fast and easy with a friendly greeting. The room was very clean bright and comfortable. There is a beer bar in the dining area which is nice. The breakfast area is on the small side but the complimentary breakfast was on point. There is a gazillion place to eat with a 2 mile area of the hotel. We would definately stay here again.

What a nice surprise to find this beautiful, new and modern hotel in Clarksville. The room was oversized with pretty decor, comfortable beds. Great modern bathroom with high vanity and fabulous shower.

We had a great time here at this hotel. It was so clean and neat, it was "like new"! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was professional and polite. The hotel itself had a convenient location to everything we did while in Clarksville. I would stay here again.

This hotel was great for one night. It is not fancy, but was clean. Like others have said, there are hot water issues. If you need hot water early in the morning, forget about it. You will have hot water in the evening. I supposed there is an issue with having hot water vs. the number of people, who are on the system at the same time. The staff is nice. Please not that breakfast ends on time and no exceptions. Also, you pay for bottled water, but there is a water dispenser near the check in desk - so you feel a bit nickeled and dimmed . Overall OK stay - for one night.

Good reception at check-in, most of the staff is friendly, but the best part is the location. Easy access on/off the Interstate and close to numerous restaurants and shopping. The nightly beer garden is a plus especially after a long day on the road. If you like to relax in your room, this might not be the perfect hotel because the walls are EXTREMELY thin, which makes the room noisy. No exaggeration...you literaly hear every movement in the hall and adjacent rooms. If you like to watch TV, the cable reception is TERRIBLE! Over all it's still a good place for one night.

We wont stay here again. Many much better properties less than a mile away. Bath shower had substantial mold. Lady bugs and flies were in the room. The room was dirty. Don't look because you will be disappointed. Noisy with sound traveling from other rooms. Interstate traffic noise ie bothersome. Few newspapers available. It takes up to 20 minutes to get hot water.

I stayed here four times during my travels back & forth during our move from SC to Kansas, and the Best Western offered great value, good customer service, and a nice hotel room. It was comforting to be able to stay in the same hotel, and we found a favorite Mexican restaurant nearby. The location is great, right off the interstate, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We especially enjoyed El Bracero each time we visited. Great Mexican food in a modern atmosphere. They accept pets, but their fee is $50.00. We stayed at La Quinta on our last pass through town because the Best Western was booked up. La Quinta does not have a pet fee, so this ended up being the better option with a pet. See my review of our stay at the Clarksville La Quinta hotel. This hotel books up quickly and it is popular, so book your hotel room far in advance.

Great place to stay. Consistent quality, service and value. More than adequate breakfast selections. Comfortable beds and rooms . Convenient location right off freeway. Close to many restaurants. Would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida. We had a spacious suite with two TVs and kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator. We really appreciate having a loveseat or comfortable chair to sit in, in addition to comfortable beds. The breakfast was tasty with all the usual breakfast items travelers have come to expect. The orange juice was tasty and much better than the watered down juice you find at most hotels.

We were heading south and decided to stop in Clarksville for the night and was very pleased with our hotel choice. The front desk clerk was less than welcoming and seemed to be perturbed that we interrupted her phone conversation. The next time we needed info from her she again made us feel that we were bothering her. Back to the good points of our stay, the room was a suite and it was very comfortable and big. Two tv's and an HD signal. The hotel was nice and quiet and was had a good nights rest. We didn't have breakfast but everything looked good and fresh.

This is an outstanding hotel with outstanding staff. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the staff in this hotel was courteous, personable and very helpful. We had some very noisy and inconsiderate guests in the room above us and the staff handled the the situation immediately. The room was very clean and the decor was great. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good and a great way to start the day. Positively Recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel four times now. My son was stationed at Fort Campbell and when he Pcsd we stayed here. We have found this hotel to be the best In the area for convenience to restaurants and the base. We tried the holiday Inn, although it has an indoor pool, we feel this place is nicer. We even went out of our way this year to stay here on our trip between Texas and Indiana.

This hotel has been the best of all the Best Western Plus hotels I have stayed in. Great decor in the lobby and rooms. Upscale for a reasonable price. All the staff were friendly and helpful! Will plan on a future visit to the area just because of the hotel.

This hotel was top notch!! The sign said it was new, and they sure did it right!! Spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodations! They even have a beer garden which was fabulous!! We were there on New Years Eve and sat in the beer garden and played games and just had a great time!! The staff were all unfailingly polite and helpful!! The breakfast was good too!! Don't miss this awesome place!! Take the last train to Clarksville and stay here!!!

Pleasant surprise on how good our experience was. I haven't stayed on a Best Western for decades and I have never taken my family to a Best Western in nearly 30 years of marriage. I chose to stay here because of the ratings compared to other hotels in the area and the view on the website. The building seems to have been updated recently and it looked very nice. The staff was very friendly, especially the staff at breakfast.

Curb appeal nice, close to shopping and food, good breakfast with waffle maker, rooms nice with comfy bed however walls are thin and could hear talking/noise in other room and hallway as if they were inside room. Easy to connect to WiFi.

Great stay, with only one drawback. The hotel needs to be able to tend to guest with food allergies. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was located near the interstate and was easy to get around. Happy with the stay, my wife and I will be back.

This hotel is fairly new and is right across the street from Cracker Barrel. The rooms are clean, the beds were comfortable and overall the staff was professional and helpful. We stay at Best Western almost exclusively and this is one of the better ones.

Nice hotel for the money and close to many restaurants.Slept like a baby in the bed provided! The room was decorated very nicely and the walk in shower was nice to use with plenty of room inside. My wife used the internet that was provided and had no problem.

Stay good, needs a better breakfast, better desk chairs, and a toilet seat that can flip up straight (416). Breakfast is terrible. Worst I've found.no hard boiled eggs. No plain yougurt. No plain oatmeal. Very small serving area.

Always excellent, quiet, clean, perfect beds! Next door to Sams Club, easy on and off to I24. A short drive to mall for shopping, every kind of food you could want but be prepared to wait in line as this is a busy area. Movie theater close by at mall. Several wineries and distilleries nearby. Great breakfast served from 6AM to 9AM.

This hotel provided a nice respite from the hectic anxiety of a wedding for out of state guests . There was some confusion checking in related to the rooms being reserved . I would recommend if u reserve online to make a follow up phone call to be sure your reservation is as you expect.

Had a really great stay here!! Got the internet to work when it wasn't...nice rooms.. by far the best morning breakfast waffles pancakes toppings for them..real eggs, cheese for your eggs and salsa..sausage. .biscuits and gravy..yogurt fruit cereal sweet rolls the list goes on!!

If you're going to the Clarksville area, this is defenitely the best hotel to stay at! I have been to Clarksville several times during the past 20 years. There is no comparison. This is the place to stay.

Stayed here while attending a family reunion. Everything was fine. The breakfast was good, but the attendants at breakfast could have been a little friendlier. They just stood in the door to the kitchen and didn't interact with the guests at all. (My sister-in-law does this same job for Marriott and she has personality plus. She always talks with the guests, asks them how they're doing, refills their coffee, asks them if they want coffee to go, she's a VERY personable gal. They need people here that act like they want to be at work.) The first day they cleaned our room, they didn't replenish the face towels, the wash cloths or the toiletries. I had to call the front desk and ask them to bring us some. Then, the person that brought them kind of acted like they deserved a tip. Sorry, but if housekeeping would have done their job, you wouldn't have had to come to our room. The hotel is nice and clean, no complaints. Charging me $50 for my little 12-pound dog that doesn't shed is ridiculous, though.

It was a very pleasant stay!! My family and I have stayed here on two different occasions and both times we was well pleased. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is very close to many resturants and shopping as well. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

This is without question the VERY BEST BW I have ever been in. I would also put it up against any competitor. Our recent trip had us in 8 different hotels over 14 days and the Atrium Inn Clarksville topped them all. The staff, the rooms, the beds, all excellent. If you are in the area it is a "must stop".

We enjoyed visitng this hotel while we were attending a wedding in that area. It was close to the wedding and the reception for our great niece's wedding. The breakfast was wonderful and were able to take a couple of bananas with us for the trip home.

Would stay here again. Comfortable bed, pillows. Toiletries were excellent. Breakfast was excellent - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon,biscuits and sausage gravy, yogurt and much more. Clean, upgraded Best Western. Extremely satisfied. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, choice of creamers 24/7. Room beautifully appointed.

Clean hotel and smelled very pleasant as well. It was quiet and enjoyable. Staff was super nice and greeted us right when we walked in. We came in for the Spartan Race and will use this hotel again at the next ones that are close by.

Comfortable, clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely return. Was surprised to find that the hotel was 2 years old. It appeared as though they had just opened. So fresh and clean. Only one downfall - had one small mirror in the room. There were two of us trying to get ready for wedding. Needed at least one more mirror - preferably full length.

Nice new hotel, looks great until you enter and get slammed with a very strong chemical type odor. If you stay here bring a VERY strong air freshener. I have to sleep with a CPAP machine and it didn't help to filter out this odor. The breakfast was pretty okay, the fruit available was apples and very green bananas. The rest of my stay was okay and I only had to endure one night thank goodness.

The hotel is clean, modern and the service was great. The breakfast had a nice variety and the breakfast workers were polite and accommodating. The lobby has complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day.

The room was clean and the bed slept well. The only complaint I have is I was on the bottom floor. And whoever had a room above had kids and you could hear tracking footsteps. The breakfast was decent and the staff was courteous.

no eggs on buffet, staff was indifferent. no caffeinated coffee. running vacuum at 800 in the morning. breakfast buffet closes at 900 am. nobody to check you out at front desk. you have to pick up phone to call before someone will check you out.

We stayed here for two nights as a base for watching the Eclipse of the sun from Hopkinsville Kentucky. The hotel was just fine, great staff and a quiet location. The rooms were huge. the breakfast buffet was good and filling.

This is a great place to stay for a great cost! We originally were going to book another hotel, but I read a few reviews that said this one was much nicer, across the street, and cost less. I am glad I went with this hotel. We were on the second floor right above the balcony, but didn't hear any noise. the pool was closed when we got there, due to the season, but the room was comfortable and we were glad to stay in and rest after our long drive. Their continental breakfast was fantastic! to get that kind of food and as much as we ate would have cost quite a bit if it was at a restaurant. we will definitely be staying here again.

Great hotel. We were on the first floor so expected noise but it was not bad at all. Close proximity to the free breakfast. At night they bring out food for the guests as well. Nice bar area with craft beers only. The pool was small and outdoors but not many people used it so it was fine. Very clean hotel with helpful staff. Our lock was broken on our door and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

We were in Clarksville for the eclipse. Overall the resort was nice, clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. The girl who helped us at check in was very helpful, our housekeeper was very nice, both the girls who worked the beer garden on Sun night and the man who was there Monday night were very friendly. At $80-$100 it would be a good value. Due to when we were there no way to rate the value. The pool was really small and there was no hot tub, we like to relax in a hot tub at night. But the pool was nice and cool which was nice since it was in the sun we thought it would be over warm. The breakfast hours were really early ending at 9am. Which during normal weekdays may be fine but not very "vacation" like hours. Wifi was very bad, kept dropping us.

No reservation, last minute decision to stop for the night. Pulled in and front desk was very helpful. Clean, in good repair, friendly staff, good hot breakfast, I love that the gal working in the breakfast area kept the tables and floor clean.

We make regular St. Louis -> Atlanta road trips. (Grandkid visits, you know.) Clarksville is kind of our mid-point layover, but this is the first time we've stayed at B/W Atrium. Wife has declared it to be our new stopover spot. Wife Liked: Quietness; Quality of bathroom towels; Cleanliness of bathroom including the shower curtain; Lobby entry of all rooms. I Liked: Availability of electrical outlets--plugs galore for CPAP machine, cell phone chargers, etc.; Lighting--nice, bright bulbs in the room instead of those low wattage curly things; Breakfast--included bacon, sausage, hash browns!. We both liked: Friendliness of desk personnel; Comfort of the bed; Size and Cleanliness of the room.

Room very clean. Clerks nice but trying to get internet was very aggravating . Get very little signal very slow or no internet. Tried to get help but didn't help. Did not have any problems last time we stayed here.

Attendant could not get group to quiet down and go to their rooms. This was at 11:20 pm. Kids running up/down hallway and slamming doors. Kids were under 6. Had to'ask' the people personally to be quiet and respect others needs to get sleep. Night manager did give us a discount. Staying their again on our way back home on a Monday night. Should be... better be... quieter

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was awesome not having to go out. There was so much to choose from and the staff always kept checking to make sure the bar had plenty. There were so many places nearby to also go to.

It doesn't get any better than THIS! The staff, the room, the breakfast, the comfort of the beds, the layout of the rooms, the pool, the exercise room and equipment all should get the highest marks. In my opinion and based on my stay I would say it doesn't get any better than THIS!

EVERY visit to Clarksville, this is my home away from home. It's good to see familiar faces. Which is very rare in the hotel world. Bernice is always there to make sure our breakfast is hot and fresh. The housekeeping staff is always pleasant. The front desk....i can just go on and on about them! They added a bar recently. Having a cold craft beer and just walking to my room was great. I will always recommend this place.

All but a few rooms were occupied by people attending one family reunion!!! There were many, many people in each room. Children were banging on our wall, screaming and running everywhere. It was complete chaos. Most of the people not in that family checked out the next morning. Including us! Only one of the two elevators was working. That elevator was barely working. The bedding and towels were not clean and neither was the room. The pillows were like rocks. Only one girl was working the desk at night. She could do nothing and it was not safe for her to be there alone. Some of the people in this family were older teenagers with definite attitude problems. The limited staff were very nice and were just helpless in this chaos. They should have been able to call the manager or police to come in immediately. We were allowed to check out a day early and were given a comp for the night we spent there. Not enough staff and no security. I would never stay there again.

The front desk attendant who checked us in helped sign us up for the Best Western rewards points and was very helpful. We haven't stayed at a Best Western for a very long time. It looks like BW is improving its facilities, value, and the guest experience. We will be staying at Best Western Plus when we can, very nice hotel.

Very friendly and clean hotel. Rooms are exceptional, rooms are always just the right temperature. Beds are extremely comfortable but I would like a small blanket instead of just a coverlet. Bathrooms are clean and have real bathtubs not acrylic although some have the large walk in showers only. Always cleaned room when I return from working. Breakfast buffet has gotten much better than a year ago. Food is fresh always a good choice and attendants are there should you need anything. Well lighted parking lot for late arrivals and the door is NOT locked after 11PM as some are in other hotels.

My stay at this Best Western was a great experience, the price the cleanliness of the rooms the friendliness of the staff. When looking for a hotel you are looking for the right location .Cleanliness a good value and excellent service. I would most definitely stay here again and again.

New facility that is well maintained. Extremely convenient to I-24 and only 40 miles north of Nashville. Lots of good restaurants to the west. Quiet atmosphere that all guests seem to respect and enjoy.

This is a very clean hotel with very large hallways and rooms! I was impressed at the oversized refrigerator in the room! We plan to be back in the the with friends and I will suggest that we all stay here!! We like nice hotels and I was very impressed with our stay.

Brand new, very clean hotel. Good customer service, fun design for a hotel. Lobby beer area that also serves as the breakfast area. Rooms very comfortable. Pool outside and was good and clean for the children. Only note: If you are planning to utilize the breakfast and you are traveling it does not start until 7! Lobby was packed with people waiting. If I knew this I would have planned to go over to Cracker Barrel. Other than that, this is a great place to stay for road travel.

We were visiting family in Clarksville and stayed five nights. The room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent, and the ladies who worked in the breakfast area were extremely kind and made breakfast very pleasant. When we checked out at 6:00 a.m., I was surprised to be given grab-n-go bags for my mother and me. The desk clerk encouraged me to fill the bag with some other portable items from the breakfast area, and it was a nice touch for us as we started on the long drive home. Several suggestions that I have: There was no dresser to store out clothing, even though there was plenty of room to put a small dresser. The stand that holds the TV, microwave and fridge has two very small drawers, but other than those and the one drawer in the nightstand between the beds, there are no drawers, so we had to use our suitcases to store a lot of our clothing. The closet is nice and big, though, so that was nice. Luggage racks would be helpful, but we used the desk and the seat in the room. I would also suggest that a rack or shelf of some sort be added to the shower. The walk-in shower was very helpful for my mobility-impaired mother, but we had to put the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottles onto the floor, and it was difficult for her to bend down to retrieve during her shower. For people who have mobility issues, that would not be an ideal situation, so just suggesting the addition of a shelf or something to hold some bottles. Thank you for a great stay!

We decided to take a last minute trip to Clarksville to watch a ballgame and needed a room. They were able to accommodate my large family in a one room suite. The room was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for our overnight stay. The breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, hashbrowns, yogurt, waffles and more. Very clean and well done. Their is also a 'beer garden' in the evenings that seemed to have a good selection of beers available. I didn't get to partake so my review is based purely on what I saw as I passed by. The outdoor pool was very warm and my kids enjoyed it. It needed to be skimmed because there were lots of bugs on the bottom but it's Tennessee in July so that's par for the course. The only problem we had was our reservation. I had called and made it the night before through Best Western's call center. When we arrived they had no reservation for us. It was somehow lost. Luckily our room was still available and we were able to stay. The attendant on duty, a young woman named Jenea (I think), was excellent. After she got us checked in, she called other hotels to be sure we were in the right place, checked other dates, and showed concern for us and the potential for possible credit card theft, given the circumstances. All of the staff we encountered were excellent but our initial encounter with Jenea set the tone. If we ever have a reason to come back to Clarksville, we will stay here again.

My company and I stay here at this location often for our job and this recent stay has been another good one for the books. It's a good location being that it's near multiple food and shopping locations. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, Christina and Michele are there and they take care of us! The Breakfast is always great also and so is the ladies who keep that going for us. Housekeeping is always on top of their game also. Kathya is a standout! Always friendly and hardworking. No matter what I come back in from my work day, she always has my room neat and tidy. Overall, I give this stay another A+. To the Manager/General Manager there, you have some excellent ladies there working for you just in case you didn't already know!!!

The room was clean and up to date. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh. Staff was very courteous. Bed is nicely firm. I slept like a log. No problems with the internet. Only issue was in having to re-code the key card daily. The hotel was full, but they had adequate parking.

I wrote a review a week ago. But the last nine days I have been fighting bed bugs so I missed a link. I knew something was really amiss when we arrived at 6:30 on July 2nd and there was no one at the desk. She never came. There was a sign that read to call a number. We did and could hear it ringing unanswered in the back room. The bar in the lobby was open so we went for a beer. FInally she returned but then left again and we could see her outside on the phone. We finally checked in 35 minutes after we arrive. One of the worst mistakes of my life. I woke up with two bedbug bites. I told the clerk and she apologized but there was no element of surprise. We stopped in KY and bought $50 worth of bug spray. We sprayed everything. Unfortunately, they got in my wallet and I got contaminated. I have now spent over $750 to rid myself of these and counting. ($250 sprays and bombs, $300 one house exterminator and $235 on another). I have not slept over 5 hours until last night after the exterminating. My face and other parts are swollen. Do not stay here.

The hotel was awesome. The only thing I did not like was the fact that online it stated pets were not allowed, which is why I booked there. However there were 2 big pit bulls staying on the same floor as my family. The pet policy needs to be revised if pets are allowed.

We have never driven west of I95. We decided this year to take a trip from Florida to South Dakota. We arrived one afternoon in Clarksville, exhausted after having stopped in Atlanta and Nashville to see the sites. We were a tired, family of five walking in. It took all but 5 minutes from the time we walked in asking if they had a room, to the time we were passing out in our beds. Never seen a smoother check in process. The young lady behind the counter was efficient, welcoming, and helpful. She persisted in making sure we obtained the best price for our room, asking us if we were AAA members, or even government employees. We showed that we were teachers in Florida, and so she gave us the government discount. This was so surprising because we stayed in many hotels along our trips throughout the years and have never had someone actively try to give us the right rate for our family. The area of Clarksville was nice as well, with many places to eat great food. Needless to say, very happy with our stay.

Everything was great. Staff was wonderful. Lobby and the rooms were clean. They were very accommodating at the last minute when decided to not to stay at the country in and suites because of safety concerns. Thank you all and godbless

The room was fair, floors in bathroom were dirty, clearly not mopped. The walls are paper thin and kids and adults were screaming and running amuck and slamming doors. Sounded like they were tearing the place apart. Called front desk twice to ask for intervention. Finally quieted down around midnight. Next morning go down for breakfast before 9 am and there was no eggs or bacon. Asked the attendant if they had any more and she pointed to the clock and said we close in 4 minutes! The breakfast area was full of people trying to get some food and the attendant actually walked right in front of them and took the food away before they could get any. Piss poor service! No consideration for their guests. If you serve breakfast, food should be available right up to the closing time. Just plain rude attendants. Front desk asked how our stay was and we stayed it was unpleasant and she didn't even ask why! Guess they don't want to know. Or they just don't care. Worst hotel stay ever! And we're rewards members so we've stayed at a lot of hotels! New hotel with crappy customer service.

I have staye at many hotel's in my life all over the world, But this one was have to say the best, so friendly and so clean and new and very welcoming to all. The Brekfast was great and the coffee and all was so very good and not one person there looked like they had anything bad to say and many happy Family's there.

This hotel was wonderful!! Staff was great we arrived a few hours early our room was ready they allowed us to check in early. There is a beer garden on the 1st floor which was ok with me because the bartender was great and we met some other travelers there. Big room. Beds and bedding super comfy. Overall great stay will stay here every time.

Pro's of Best Western: Great location, friendly staff, free breakfast, spotless rooms, pet friendly ($50.00 fee), all pet friendly rooms are on the ground floor, gas station right next to hotel. Cons: No ATM, one washer/dryer, coffee machines in the bathroom. That's right, the bathroom. One might argue that lack of space in the room caused the hotel to put the machines in the bathroom. Wrong, space is plentiful plus it's very unhygienic. Overall, a comfortable night's rest.

Good location and appears to be in a safe neighborhood. Take the time to drive downtown. View the campus of Austin Peavey State University. View the many churches downtown and the large homes around the downtown area. Don't fail to drive along the Cumberland River dowNorth the hill from downtown. This a nice way to spend the evening after dinner before it gets dark and all the traffic has gone.A good place to eat is the Cracker Barrel Restaurant diagonally across the road from the hotel.Two small issues that management could correct are luggage racks in all rooms and tops to the coffee cups that fit. All in all this was a good stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Nice, clean hotel with great staff. The added breakfast that was included really hit the spot. Evidently, the hotel is also pet friendly which is nice for guests with furry friends!

We love staying at Best Western Pluses because we know we will have a clean room an an awesome breakfast to start our day. It is also pet friendly so we can bring our 2 dogs. They have a rewards program that will earns free nights stays and bonus gift certificates at different times of the year. That helps tremendously when we are traveling.

This is a very new, well appointed hotel for the price, in this area. Other hotels in this price range are less than desirable. The only drawback I can think of, is location. There are no restaurants on this side of the interstate/

Excellent service. Excellent value for the price for the room. Love the Happy Hour and bar time that goes into the evening. Tremendous breakfast. Room was excellent. Comfortable beds. Big room. Nice having a refrigerator in it. Only drawback is ice is located on the 2nd and 4th floors.

The rooms were nice and bright, clean, and relatively quiet. Many restaurants located nearby. We enjoyed the big breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items and very good coffee and teas. The outdoor pool is nice but small. It was good for young children. Ours were 5- 11 years old. The beds were comfortable and the room was large.

Good food, room, and service. Had a great time with people that I did not know. One thing I wish you did have was a hot tub. Over all great place. I have no other report to make at this time. Clarkson, was a good place to visit.

Stayed here during our FL bound road trip. Overnight stays with 2 young kids (3 & almost 2) is definitely not easy. We requested a crib and got a pack 'n play which was disappointing. We also had requested it ahead of time but still had to call the front desk once we arrived to get it. Other than that the hotel was really good. Pretty clean and good breakfast. Rooms were a good size.

Very clean, spacious room. Breakfast area was congested, but food was good. Lots of food places around to choose from. Pool was nice. Could hear someone's tv through the wall early morning, but would definitely stay again.

Above average service by staff, especially the b'fast area attendant - she was awesome! Rooms are a generous size, comfortable for 3 adults. Very clean, beds and pillows comfortable for a good night's sleep. All amenities you'd expect for a mid-priced hotel. Quiet even with a couple of active children across the hallway. Decent, above average b'fast for this type mid-priced hotel. Plenty of eating options within 5 - 10 minutes. Like the military theme, recognizing that Ft Campbell is so close - respect for our service members. Will definitely stay there again if traveling through the area.

New and very nice staffing at this brand new hotel. Great food and a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Clean rooms but being by the side doors keeps us up a lot. The doors slammed shut making a loud noise.

We stayed here for 8 nights as we PCSd to Fort Campbell. The hotel is nice and clean, but the rooms are missing some basic convenience items like a safe, luggage rack, and cots for extra bedding. The Wi-Fi is in and out and the connection from our room was very weak. If you're on the first floor, the lobby music filters into the room while you're trying to sleep and the breakfast employees can be heard working in the early morning. We appreciated that they allow pets for a $50 overall fee. The breakfast is better than most other hotels, but we wish there was an additional egg option like hard-boiled since they only have the alternative scrambled eggs. Everything aside, I would stay here again, if needed.

We were directed to the east of the town and around the industrial park to get to this hotel. We went about 4 miles out of our way following the GPS in our car. It is easy to get to the hotel. It is right by Sam's Club. The hotel is nicely decorated. The reception employee was efficient and very pleasant. The only complaint about our 2nd floor room was that the refrigerator froze our cokes. The breakfast room is quite small. With the hotel fully booked (as it was when we stayed there), it is too small. The usual Best Western breakfast entrees were served. The area was very clean and there was an employee present. During the evening, they have a beer garden in this area from about 5:30 -11:00 PM. Nice touch. It is a quiet hotel as it isn't right next to the freeway. Eating places are mostly on the other side of the freeway but are easy to find.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at the BW. Check in was simple and fast. Staff was really nice. We were late to breakfast when it was shutting down and the lady stopped taking the food and asked us if we wanted some food before she took it away. Rooms were nice and clean and roomy. I will definitely be staying here again

This is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were very nice, very quiet, with comfy beds, and everything was super clean. In addition, the staff went above and beyond to help us with questions and needs. It was our first time staying at a Best Western Plus. We usually stay at Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. We were pleasantly surprised with out stay as we discovered that Best Western Plus is comparable with Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express.

EVERYTHING was top notch from the staff, the rooms, and the breakfast! They have the lamps with the plugs right by the comfortable bed so I was able to work on my laptop charged and also charge my phone! It was new and clean.

The staff was outstanding, but we found the hotel to be below standard. Scratchy sheets and blankets, uncomfortable pillows, tv stations not programmed properly, dead birds in the breezeway, loose shower door handle, lack of towel racks, lack of soap dish in shower, loose toilet seat that slipped completely off after it was "fixed."

Its decently priced, free breakfast and the surrounding area is also decent enough for a families passing through for the night. It was new, beds were comfortable. Many restaurants in the area. Only an outdoor pool so it's only open seasonally so I guess for us that wasn't helpful but had a nice enough workout facility.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the service was excellent. We were planning on staying only one night, but we ended up staying two nights because we didn't want to chance it with another hotel. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

Interlude between things I needed to do and things I wanted to do. Convenient place to stay and it was realitively new. Smelled good! Only problem was the plumbing in tub was loose, I was bothered by that.

Overall nice place with better than average breakfast. Weekday breakfast not as good and should be. Our room was across from conference room on a Sat and Sun. Very noisy from conference attendees. Sat went well past midnight. I suggest asking for rooms above first floor.

The hotel is a little farther off the highway so it was very quiet. Only a couple years old so everything was neat and tidy and everything worked (including the bathtub-no leaky drain). Front desk people at check in very very pleasant and helpful. Cracker Barrel across the street is nice. Ask for a room away from the atrium. I didn't hear it where i was but could hear when I was walking toward the elevator. Free breakfast-pretyy standard but very adequate (scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereal).

We stayed here for one night and found the place to be very nice. Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was the usual offerings. This hotel is very convenient for shopping and many restaurants are close by. We had a good stay and would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean, organized, has friendly staff and are there when you come through the door. If not at the desk, they are walking towards the desk and greeting you along the way. Rooms are clean and smell clean. Very comfortable spot for business and pleasure.

The hotel appears relatively new. It is very clean and in a convenient location. We stayed in a king size suite, since it was just $10 more than a regular room. For that $10 we got a couch, chair, and more room. I personally like hanging out in a hotel on those than lying on a bed trying to watch tv or sitting at a desk. We had a refrigerator, plenty of plug ins, closet, and a nice sized bathroom. There was a desk and chair. There were spacious, clean elevators. The breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. The only reason I did not give this a five star rating was the attitude of the employees. They were not rude, but they were not polite or friendly. Maybe I am getting old, but I believe in smiling and presenting the attitude of being glad someone chose your business to deal with so you have job security. Other than that it was a great experience.

So glad we booked this one! Our room was spotless, comfortable and looked upscale and oh, the largest TV we've had in a hotel room, not to mention a really nice bathroom with a large shower. It was quiet and we slept well. We enjoyed the happy hour at their Black Horse Pub (buy 2-get 1) Hubby had the White IPA, locally brewed and The Black Abbey 44 from Nashville TN - liked both. (word is: cheaper here than the brewery!) Shawn, the bartender, is very friendly and was attentive to our needs along with the local info around the area. They also sell cigars which you can smoke in their assigned outdoor patio area adjacent to the bar. We did not have their breakfast, (in a hurry) but it looked very nice. The dining area has a neat color-changing water feature, beautiful!

We chose this BW based on others reviews and it was as good as it gets. New modern lobby, new suites with newest bath fixtures. Many amenities - we will stay here again and mention it to our friends. Nice to find such a good value as we travel to and from FL.

We have stayed at MANY hotels in Clarksville, and this is our favorite. This was our second stay and we will be returning in the near future. Breakfast area can be crowded in the morning, but it is very clean and the staff is very helpful and kind.

However, the walls are so thin that I could hear my noisy neighbors next doors: 3/5 Customer Service: No American welcome style even she is American 100%. No greeting. She didn't show me where the elevator I needed to take to my floor. Didn't tell me what time the breakfast started, where the breakfast was. All she did were to show me the paper and to ask me to sign. No water for me even though I am the Best Western loyal customer who hot the highest level of loyalty: 1/5 Totally: 3/5. Absolutely NEVER come back unless the manager improves the customer service.

To be honest, I usually don't even consider Best Western when I'm on a long trip. I saw this hotel online and was impressed by the pics and other reviews, so I thought my family would give it a try. I'm glad we did! The hotel is brand new, modern, comfortable and a great value. We had a 2 queen bed suite and throughly appreciated the space, style and amenities the room had to offer. The bathroom was especially spacious and nice. Our family enjoyed a great hot breakfast and were back on the road for day two of traveling. We take this route twice a year and you can bet that this Best Western will be a regular pick while traveling. Thanks for the great stay!

This hotel is close to the highway making it convenient . The rooms were great. I was pleasantly surprised. I slept well so there weren't any disturbances that I was aware of. New construction hotels are built with thin walls and floors. Big foot spent the night in the room above us. We were on the second floor. The room and common areas of the hotel were very good and clean. Breakfast area very nice and good variety. Would stay again, but only on the top floor.

This hotel is a terrific place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, spacious rooms, located near the mall and restaurants, but also far enough away that it seems to be in a more relaxed and less chaotic area. Attentive and courteous staff, clean rooms, fresh linen, very nice breakfast. All the amenities you could need in a hotel. Highly recommended.

Even though we thought the prices were a little high for this far outside of Nashville, we would stay here again. Facility was extremely clean, well appointed, decorated nicely, and just well cared for. The only negative thing was the bathroom door seemed a little awkwardly placed. (But not a big deal!) No noise from neighboring rooms. Beds were comfortable. Room was a decent size. Breakfast area was large with plenty of seating. Staff was attentive to the needs of the guests during the breakfast time. Food selection was one of the best I've ever seen, and I have traveled much in the USA. If your schedule does not allow time for a sit down breakfast, the front desk will give you a 'brown bag' breakfast to-go. The staff we encountered were all friendly and attentive. Location is convenient to the Interstate. Plenty of parking which was well-lit at night. We felt safe in this location.

I only stayed one night and did little more than sleep. However my interactions with the staff were very pleasing. They looked and acted very professional and welcoming. The bed was a typical middle of the road hotel bed. The rooms were very clean. I was disappointed with the shallow tub, as I was looking forward to a long soak before driving 10 hours home.

Situated right off interstate with a Sams next door and a Cracker Barrel across the street. Well decorated and clean. Breakfast was ok, but not a great selection. As usual, there link sausage tasted like kerosene and most people through them in the trash. Need to switch brands. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if in the area.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at in Clarksville, TN. It is situated right next to a Sam's Club and there are several eating places nearby (both fast food and sit-down places) Also, it is near several gas stations if you are just passing through. My stay here was fantastic. The room was very nice with comfortable beds, cable TV, a desk, mirror, closet space, microwave, fridge and a wonderful bathroom as well. The entire hotel has that newly renovated feel to it. Overall, if you need a place to stay in Clarksville, the Best Western Plus is hard to beat!

Fairly new hotel, very well decorated, breakfast area not set up to well less variety than many similar properties, mattress not firm enough for my comfort but fine for someone who likes soft, the only other issue is Clarksville is a large city with out of line hotel prices!

This one of the best hotels in Clarksville, TN for the price. Great prices. The rooms are very nice and clean. I stay here often and have never been unsatisfied with this hotel. The free breakfast is pretty good with plenty choices to help get your day started great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit the area. There are plenty of places close by to get some good food and the mall is right down the road.

Greeting was friendly and check in fast. Our room was well maintained and super clean. Plenty of parking which is well lighted and close by. Numerous eating establishments are nearby. Spacious breakfast area with a well rounded hot meal with USA Today paper. There is an in ground swimming pool if one is so inclined to use. Great stay and highly recommended. Moderately priced.

This place was excellent for a Best Western, it looked brand new and I am sure it was as i have stayed in this area prior. It looked brand new. The room was very spacious, the lobby was immaculate, and the breakfast was wonderful. I would have loved to stay longer,

Has that addictive, "new construction" smell. Very clean. All employees friendly and helpful. The breakfasts ROCK!! Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal, milk and coffee. Bed very comfortable. Little snack store for late night snacks: 50 cents-a dollar each. It's off Exit 4, where all major chain stores and restaurants are. ABSOLUTELY will be back!!!

We spent one night at best Western plus on our way south to Florida. What a nice new hotel! That was perfect, it was nice and clean, and breakfast was hot . Check in on easy and it was very quiet. You won't be disappointed with this location either. Cracker Barrel and many other restaurants are very close.

Check in was easy. Hot coffee in the Lobby. Room was beautiful. Large shower only. Breakfast was good. Waffles eggs sausage. Was nice had toppings for the eggs, Juice and great coffee. Cook was patient, even when some guests were being difficult. Would stay again

This Best Western Plus Atrium was very impressing. Not only was it a beautiful hotel, but the price was so much better than the other hotels in Clarksville. The hotel is fairly new & the decor was lovely. When traveling we look for quality, price, cleanliness & service. This BW had all of those qualities & I would highly recommend this hotel...we will return!

This is a new hotel right off I-24. It's location is pretty good as there are any number of restaurants and gas stations along the Rt 79. The breakfast is standard fare - scrambled eggs, juice, toast, waffles, pancakes, sausage, etc. Rooms are really nice and spacious and of course since everything is new it's all in good shape. We weren't able to use the pool since it was closed for the season. I would recommend that they keep it open longer since TN stays ward into October. We were there 10/6/16 and it was 85.

This Hotel was quite new, clean and very nice. We had two issues, one at check in the clerk was far from being helpful or friendly, it was like she didn't want to be disturbed and of course we were. Secondly the breakfast was simple,scrambled eggs and sausage, the problem was the eggs had a very strong dried egg taste.

We had never stayed at a Best Western Hotel and were very pleased with this facility. We just had a quick overnight stay, but it was very nice. The accommodations appeared to be new. It was clean and up to date. The lobby area was very inviting and the price was reasonable. Breakfast included a variety of items and the eating area was pleasant and relaxing.

Great experience with this hotel. Clean, good breakfast and no problems whatsoever! Newer hotel (1 year we were told). Right next to Sams club in Clarksville where we always stop for cheaper gas so it worked out perfect. We come thru here a couple of times a year and I will definitely try to book here again. Just hoping the price will not go up. When it is just a quick overnight we try to stay right at the $100 mark and this one pushed it close.

No desk, one chair, poor response from desk clerk at check in. Checked in after long day on the road and only way to relax while watching football game was on floor or bed. If you are in late, to bed, shower and leave, it's OK.

I recently stayed at this location and my feelings grew over time that there is a managment issue at this location. Although there were some shining bright white stars over my stay they seem to be taken down by managments robotic bussiness attitude. This was confirmed when after I confirmed my extension I was sleeping soundly after a long night with the donot disturb notice on and the hotel staff had no issue of comming in to systematically remove me from an over booked hotel. Because I was a preferred member I would likely be collecting rewards and they felt they could remove me and get more money with higher weekend rates. The front desk when checking out was now different not the person that confirmed my extension and I didn't even bother to argue further because I've met this type of bussiness person before they give robotic answered and know they will be justified in the end with no fear of retribution from above. Bussiness is business.

We had a standard king room. The desk clerk was friendly and got us a room quickly! The lobby was nice and very inviting. Our room was big and clean! It had a small refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom had a blow dryer, coffee pot and shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There was a large walk in shower, very nice! Bed was very comfortable so we got a good nights sleep!! We missed the breakfast in the morning because we had to leave early but it looked very good!

We stay here on the our way out to Springfield, IL. And the room was very nice and comfy, and clean. It was wonderful and memorable stay experience with the welcome at breakfast and front desk employees. The friendly and kind staff care about their customers. We visit our son in the army regularly in Clarksville. We have stayed in four different hotels in Clarksville in the past. Best Western Pus Atrium Inn and Suites, Clarksville is by far and away the best hotel we have visited. It is quite new and well furnished. The front staff during our check in immediately gave us our requested upgrade, and on a busy weekend! The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The free hot breakfast was very fresh and full each morning. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool! We appreciated the fresh coffee and cold ice water offered in the lobby 24/7. The staff was outstanding and seemed genuinely please we chose BW Plus for our stay. Our search is over for hotels in Clarksville when visiting our army son! We will be back. Thank you Best Western

We stayed here on our way out to North Carolina. The room was spacious and clean. We had two queens which slept the four of us. The bathroom was well stocked and the toiletries were nice. The atrium was very nice and my daughters loved the bubble thing in the middle, which also changed colors. The breakfast was tasty and everyone had a full belly once we left. We would stay here again.
