"Great customer service"
They have outstanding customer service and very clean beautiful rooms. The breakfast area was very clean and the location was very close to dinner and even general shopping such as Walmart and Buffalo wild wings.

"Best stay at SureStay at Best Western"
We had a wonderful 3 days at SureStay in Buckhannon WV. We were there for a family's memorial service. We were able to visit family in the area and staying in the hotel was more relaxing.than staying with family members.
"Return trip"
Clean, comfortable, convenient location. Price was good. This was our second stay and will return. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to and a five minute drive to downtown. Can't go wrong.
"Nice Hotel"
Nice Hotel, could be a bit cleaner with towels and bathroom amenities, but overall nice stay. I didn't want to have to have 200 characters for my review, sometimes less is more. When in Buckhannon this is not a bad place to stay.
"Veteran and College friendly!"
This was a college move-in day trip and this hotel gave a great discount for college parents. This place is clean. I gave 4 stars because breakfast was a little lacking but may have been busier than expected. Just a decent place to stay.

The hotel is meticulously clean, quiet, and the staff friendly and polite. Breakfast was simple but fresh and well stocked, perfect for the price. When we were in need of extra linens, Lisa could not have been nicer and helped us out immediately. I would definitely stay here again.
"Wonderful Experience"
Surestay was a treat. Everything was very clean. The staff - whether morning, noon or night were friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was prepared well and the eating area was extremely clean. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
"Quiet Mountain Get Away"
Motel is clean and safe. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Nice little picnic area around back. It's my choice of motels when staying in Buckhannon. Shawna and Lisa keep things in tip top shape! Breakfast bar was decent. The lobby is welcoming.

Lisa and the other front desk workers were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! So glad we found this gem to visit my son up at West Virginia Wesleyan College. Close to Campus and a good value for the price!
"Great stay very clean which is great."
Everything was nice a clean and workers were very nice. They were very helpful and I had no problems. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a room on vacation. I like that they had more places to enter the building as well.

"Okay stay"
Room was dirty, counters too. Something left by previous guest still in bathroom. Ac was broken. Room humid and musky. Asked for it to be fixed and she gave us a fan. Fan was broken unless it was on lowest setting due to one missing bottom piece to keep it sturdy. Both daughters age 2 and 6 months couldn't sleep. Red flushed cheeks and sweating. Crying and all. After constant complaining she finally switched us rooms at 12:30-1am.

Keep up the great work! Employees are very kind and helpful! Quiet and nice! Great location! I am coming back to this hotel! Night shift staff are very welcoming & efficient! Please don't complain about "room size"...because it's called MICRO tel for a very specific reason!

"Overall good but few things can be managed better"
a broken sink and on the name of breakfast - an apple and a bar will be handed over. I had to specifically ask for toiletries to be handed over and I asked since I heard that option was being told to the People who checked in before me but the same option was not re-iterated to me. there are hotels who are managing the situation better and yet providing better services not an extreme cookie cutter approach.

Microtel Inn was a blessing to this tired nurse. The staff was always very helpful and pleasant. The room and hotel was very elegant and clean.
