"Double charged me for my stay. Called 10+ times to resolve. Still no resolution."

Be very careful booking here. I used Orbitz to book my stay at Best Western, Brighton Inn for a stay on March 25-27th. This included paying the hotel cost upfront to Orbitz, who then pays the hotel upon my check-in. The problem arose when Best Western charged my credit card AND charged Orbitz for my stay. I didn't immediately notice the double charge, and it's been nearly impossible to resolve this. I've left several messages with the front desk over the course of calling 10+ times. Originally, Destiny (BW Brighton front desk employee) understood the issue and seemed willing to help resolve it. However, the front desk appeared to start ignoring my phone # and I wasn't getting anywhere. On the positive side, I was eventually able to get 1 of the nights refunded but I actually stayed for 3 nights. I've had to try disputing the charge with my credit card but who knows if that will be successful. This has been way too much work. Refunding my double charge should have been easy and fast. Refusing to do so if simply dishonest (and theft). On a side note, my hotel room had clearly been smoked in. I didn't complain at the time, but if I'm writing a review now I might as well mention it. Everything else with my stay was great including pool & breakfast, so that earns back a star.

Arrived at this hotel and got the luggage on the trolley and checked in ,all good till I went to use the elevator as my room was on the 3rd floor.Elevator was out of order and had been for a week .At no time was I notified before hand or at checking in that the elevator was not working !How was I to get my luggage upstairs ?of course ,advised to use the stairs .When asked for assistance 2 slightly built young girls had to carry or drag my 50 Lb bags up the stairs .So much for Occupational Safety!Apparently they were dragging the linen that way as well.If I had been notified of no elevator and no vacant 1st floor rooms I would have cancelled my booking.Only when I complained did they offer a discount.This hotel is also on a busy road and a train line so expect noise .

"Rude management"

Upon checking into the hotel, I requested that I be notified if there are any cancellations so that I can extend my stay. I continues to ask and be reassured that if there are any cancellations I would be notified. However, after finding out that several rooms from my family members were cancelled I was never notified. When I called to ask about it the manager on duty told me “well you never told me”. I told three other employees who all assured me that I would be notified. She told me that none of them wrote it down. I said so you are telling me that three of your employees failed to do what I was told they would? She snapped back “ if thats how you want to take it!” Horrible service and I am left without a room for the remainder of my stay.

The hotel was $129+tax without my partner's Veteran discount, which brought it down to $100+tax! The beds were comfy, great soft pillows, nice quality shampoo & conditioner (as women, that's important ;) The shower was nice and hot, excellent pressure. The breakfast was sooooo good!! Mini or regular size waffles with chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, mango fruit syrup with powdered sugar!! Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, all great!!! The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel while attending our grandson's graduation. The hotel seems new or newly remodeled. It is three floors with an elevator. Our room had two queen beds with a refrigerator, microwave, desk and large-screen television with a good shower. They have an indoor pool and exercise facility although we did not use them. The staff was kind and helpful. There was a hot breakfast each morning with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, cold cereal, juice and pastries. Also, the price was good.

I will never stay in a best western again the staff was rude and incompetent. Kept my deposit because my room smelled like marijuana when it smelled like that when I rented the room bad business. Colorado is 100 percent legal worse service ever

Best Western Brighton Inn is 100 % smoke free and it is true that Colorado is legal for marijuana but only in the privacy of your own home. It is still Federally illegal to smoke in public and in businesses. We have advisory signs throughout the hotel stating that smoking marijuana in or on hotel premises is illegal and we also advise at check-in that there could be a charge of up to $300.00 for any kind of smoking in rooms for the removal of the smell, In which is signed by every guest. Once again I am sorry to hear you wont be choosing our hotel again and if there's anything I can do to make you reconsider, please feel free to contact me anytime at the hotel.

Stayed here overnight on a cross country trip. Everything about the hotel was fine except the location. I was awakened four times during the night by loud train horns. Even with earplugs. So I can't stay here again.

"Staff rude and confrontational"

Their staff was very rude and confrontational. We asked why our room was not made up. They said the do not disturb sign was on the door. It was NOT. We left about 10 AM and came back around 9 PM to see our room was not made up. We looked and the do not disturb sign was hanging on the INSIDE of the door. Your staff called us a liar and was very rude. We have stayed there 2 to 3 times per year for the past several years. We have family here. We will not be back!!! Also your elevator is very bad. We have been there 3 times now when the elevator was not working. Including this last stay where it was supposedly not broken but we waited for about 15 minutes one time and chose to take the stairs on 2 other runs. Unacceptable especially when we were on the 3rd floor. We are in our late 60s.

We are terribly sorry for you experience with your stay. We work on strict policies and abide by them, one of those policies in any hotel is housekeeping cannot enter a room with a do not disturb sign hanging on the door. After reviewing our security cameras there was in fact a DND sign hanging on the door and the housekeeping staff did follow proper policy procedure and return before leaving their shift to check if the DND was still on door in which it was. These type of mistakes happen with guests often, most of the time not even aware that they forgot to remove the sign and we try to inform all our guest that if they need their room serviced to please make sure and not leave their DND on door. I do admit our elevator is a bit slow but we also have quite a bit of guests using it at the same time so it tends to take longer to get to the called floor after groups get off. we are sorry you won't be back to stay with us and hope you give us another try in the future. If you choose to stay with us again in the future, I will personally give you a discount for your stay. Once again I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations.

While at my husbands Christams Party in Colorado, we stayed at the Best Western Brighton Inn. The customer service was perfect. The hotel was very clean our room was super nice with a huge jacuzzi. The elevators are a bit slow but didn't bother me. Many fast food locations within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!

Best Western in Brighton has it all at an affordable price. Cookies, snacks and infused water in the lobby, nice pool with a huge hot tub, great continental breakfast with green chili to take it to the next level. Honest, friendly and helpful staff and management. During our stay we left and lost some items and everything was returned to us. We would definitely stay here again!

We were visiting reatives in Denver for Thanksgivingand wanted to get an early start Monday morning for our drive back to Chicago. This was a great place to stay for this. Quality of the service and room was graet. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The lady serving the breakfast buffet did an excellent job and it was obvious she valued customer satisfaction and quality.

This hotel was very nice. Really enjoyed the in room jacuzzi. Needed to relax and unwind, and the front desk made it possible by upgrading me to in room jacuzzi suite. I'm a diamond select member and was treated like it.

This hotel was not too far from training site and very accommodating and accessible, if I forgot or needed any thing extra. I would highly recommend this Best Western....... It is within 10-30 minutes of a drive to many other businesses and restaurants, great for sight seeing.

BW was the only hotel that allowed pets. I carried my little dog with me for a convenient 25$ fee. Great service and friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like were the blankets were heavy and I didnt get that cozy feeling from the bed but wasn't terrible by any mean. Will definitely be reserving my stays at BW in the future!

Awesome staff at desk! They are upgrading the front grounds and looks nice. Pool and spa are clean and family really enjoyed them. Needed to use dining room to make sandwiches for a family outing and staff was very helpful and accommodating. They have cooking and snacks out for guests in Lobby.

Texas gals had to stay due to Hurricane Harvey. Cory and Monica, who work the front desk were wonderful. We stayed three nights. They were helpful, knowledgeable and understanding! Janell fixed a good hot breakfast too!

Excellent staff, well versed in local history and places of interest. Personally called when room was available as we were early arrivals. Spa was large and well kept. The gym was small but had up to date equipment. As always choice of breakfast was available at 6:00 am which is wonderful for early risers. Extra coffee was given at check in for afternoon cuppa! Overall great experience!

Nice hotel, clean, neat, nice amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Close to Denver airport. Rooms are smallish so its good for a shorter stay. we had an early flight out and at 5 am most of the breakfast was set up- coffee, fruits so we were able to take along. Very nice hotel and staff!

When you first walk in you can tell the hotel was clean and greeted very nicely stay overnight they had a hot tub and pool which for very clean and a great breakfast in the morning I was very happy with the hotel

The positives: this hotel is convenient to Brighton, friendly, and clean with a nice updated lobby. Our room was quiet and we slept well. The negatives: the rooms could use some upgrading. The decor was aged. The staff used a strong air freshener that was overpowering. We had to air out our room every day. Our phone didn't work. Breakfast is served from 6-9, even on weekends.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Plenty of amenities. Close to restaurants. Close to all areas of the city. Staff was helpful. I would stay here again. There is only one ice machine, so you have to go down stairs to get your ice. No big deal!

Best western hotel in Brighton Colorado overall a very pleasant stay. Great friendly staff! Monica and Desiree definitely went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Breakfast is good. Lots to choose from. Enjoyed fitness room as well all but the tread mill that didn't work. Clean rooms comfortable bed. Overall a great hotel.

I met my husband in Denver and we stayed at the Best Western Brighton Inn. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast good. They suggested a unique Mexican restaurant right in their parking lot so no further traveling by car to enjoy a nice meal.

We got the king bed suite with the jacuzzi. The room was very clean, friendly staff and the Jacuzzi tub was set in another room and not next to the bed like other hotels. Breakfast was really good. They had green chili and salsa instead of the typical gravy. We are already talking about a return trip.

Greatly enjoyed this stay. I often come to Brighton 2 to 3 times out of the year to check up on one of our offices and it is very convenient to stay at Best Western because it is so clean and comfortable and close to our office.

There is not a lot to say about this particular location (Brighton), however, the room was fantastic. The private jacuzzi in the room was a very unique CLEAN amenity, that you don't find often in standard hotels. The rooms are modern & clean. Friendly and professional staff, great simple complimentary breakfast. Pool/hot tub was simple. I would suggest sun lounges on the back patio-the sun hits perfectly to lay out. There was construction right across from our room window-another hotel build-but we are not easily disturbed. This may bother others.

Nice, clean, friendly - a great value! Breakfast was great as well as the fitness center. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very inviting. The special touch was the cookies and snacks in the lobby with fruit water. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great experience with the friendly staff. I expect to be back next year and will definitely use this hotel then. Pool and spa were clean, room was well appointed and the breakfast items were very good. The only problem I had was items in the room not being replaced (coffee cups and toiletries). The bed was very comfortable.

I observed several things which would make this hotel unacceptable to me. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor which is an inconvenience when your room is on the fifth floor. There was dirt build up in the corners of the elevator and the hallway needed vacuumed because there were pieces of lint everywhere on the hallway carpet. The room I was in had scuffs and dirt marks on the walls, poorly disguised cracks in exterior walls probably from settling of the building, and a large badly repaired crack in the ceiling. The room was overly small, the chair in the room was sized for a petite person and therefore uncomfortable for anyone else, and the desk chair was a stenographer style chair and was smaller in size. The bathroom had a suspended ceiling about seven feet high. On the positive side they had a good selection of breakfast items and all of the staff I interacted with were very pleasant.

I booked 3 rooms. One was excellent.It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The other 2 were not. The 1 room I would have given it the best rating. I believe it was recently refurbished, the other 2 should receive an average rating

Clean reasonably priced hotel easily accessible to Denver Airport and within reasonable travel distances to other areas of State for sighseeing. Quieter area surrounded with fast food places and walmart near. Easy access to highways. Breakfast multitude of choices including hot/cold items should cover any appetite. Would definitely stay there again, Good family spot , I noticed quiet too rare other room noises heard.

The room I ordered through Hotels.com wasn't available due to an error on the website. The front counter did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and we had a lot of room, even though we had to use a roll away bad.

The absolute best staff to be found within 400 miles! I have yet to find a hotel with matching quality of rooms, price, accommodations and staff as this one! Total package. I plan my trips to Brighton, Co around their room availability.

I really enjoyed staying at here. It did meet my expectations. We really enjoyed all the amenities like the microwave and fridge. The location of the hotel is nice to go to Denver and Boulder, plus it is way more affordable than some of the hotels in those areas.

Best place to take the load off your shoulders. Was in between housing and this hotel took the stress off of my day, fast and easy check in, the room was a blessing with big comfortable bed and Jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was great with hot fresh choices and wonderful staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my traveling friends.....

All the staff were great except for housekeeping. They moved like snails and never got around to our room 2 out of the 5 days we were there. Trash was left in the hall ways. The rooms were generally not too clean and very dated.

I would recommend anyone to stay at the Best Western. It is clean, up to date and accommodating. The staff is pleasant and willing to make your stay comfortable. We did have trouble with a shower head not working but I didn't tell the staff and believe if I had the problem would have been fixed.

This hotel has clean rooms and a friendly staff, however is not within walking distance of any decent restaurants. If you are not willing to travel at least 20 minutes to eat, this is not the best choice.

I stayed for 2 nights recently when I was in town for business and I loved it. The area is very quiet. There are plenty of places to eat. The breakfast is good. The staff was very friendly and professional. It's a clean property. I will stay again if in the area.

Had all the amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. All people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Enjoyed the ice lemon water in the lobby and the little free snacks.

"Very clean and comfortable room"

We have stayed at hotels in the north Denver area many times in the last few months and this one is by far the best for those around $100 per night. It is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and all areas of this hotel were clean. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. Good location close to Hwy 85 and Hwy 7, which connect to everything. Would stay here again for sure! Other hotels in north Denver were very dirty and felt unsafe. This hotel was safe, comfortable, and clean.

"Quiet, Clean and Friendly"

My husband and our two young children stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family. We stayed in the double queen on the main floor (per our request). Every time we saw a staff member we were greeted and acknowledged politely. Our room was very clean, updated and spacious. Even though you could tell they were busy it was always quiet and clean in the common areas. Our trip favorites were the complimentary breakfast and the pool area which has a nice big hot tub and towels you can use there instead of using room towels. We are thankful to staff for allowing us to use the lobby to meet with our family throughout our stay. Couldn't be happier with our experience the only semi-negative comment is that in our bathroom there was a few small ants, not bothersome and we were going to mention it but they already had a pest control guy there. Like I said they were not bothersome at all and obviously the hotel was very prompt at addressing this. Definitely staying here again when we make our Colorado trip next year. Oh and very reasonable price for the services they offer!

Clean and comfortable for a nights stay after a late arrival at DEN airport. About 30 mins from airport on our route across to Nebraska. We arrived at 2am and got a good nights sleep and a good breakfast with juice and coffee before we left.

We stay at this hotel a lot since it is right near my husband's office for nights when he works late. It is convenient to highways and restaurants and the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the TV was not HD and didn't work properly and the remotes were not the original TV remote but had been replaced with some cheap remote that didn't work effectually. The attendant at night was kind and moved us to a better room and gave us a discounted rate. But the TV in the new room didn't work any better. We were tired and weary and just wanted to relax and watch TV! This was our first and last time to stay in a Best Western.

Enjoyed my stay in the Brighton Best Western, eventhough I found it a bit pricey. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, up to date decor, nice rooms with extra touches...microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer.

My husband and I stayed at this Best Western for a week and it was a great experience. We came for a wedding and to see our children and grandchildren. The room was a little on the small side but very clean and had everything we needed. A good size mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a full length mirror, extra towels and lots of pillows on a very comfortable bed. The complimentary bottled water was a nice surprise.The breakfast was awesome. Great selection of hot food items along with fruit, cereal, bagels and yogurt parfaits. One day they even served Santiago's green chili. Our favorite! The attendant was wonderful. She was kind and made sure everything was well stocked and kept the room very clean. The location was also very nice. Sonic, Arby's and McDonalds are all within walking distance. They have a patio with chairs and tables in the back (with doors opening to the indoor pool) and a nice sitting area in the front. I must say though what made the stay exceptional was the customer service. From the front desk attendant to the people cleaning the rooms. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. They even let us bring our children and grandchildren to the hotel to enjoy the pool and spa with us. We come to Colorado a couple of times a year and have stayed in various places but never at a place where we felt like it was the perfect one. Until now...we will definitely be back! Thank you!

The staff is so friendly, kind, and polite! I couldn't even believe how nice these people were! It's such a nice environment! Clean linens and all the necessary amenities. I certainly enjoyed my stay here. My only issue is pets... wish that there were pet free rooms. Other than that, everything was great.

I recently stayed at this Best Western and had a very pleasant desk attendant named Andreanna. She was extremely helpful showing me to my room and answering questions about the area. She took her time to explain directions to various places. The room was very clean with all the right amenities. The breakfast bar was well stocked and again attended by Andreanna the next day. I had no problems during my stay and would recommend it to others. Andreanna deserves credit for her attentiveness to the guests! :)

We stayed here one night on our way to Estes Park. The place is easy to get to from the airport toll road. It has recently been updated and is very clean and comfortable. Check in went fast and they even had cookies and snacks in the evening. The place was full (I had heard the clerk tell that to someone on the phone) but it was so quiet that I never heard other quests. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub that we used. And the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices including eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries. All the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this Best Western. Tip: There is a Sonic just across the street with outdoor seating. Easy place to get a quick meal or snack.

"Best Western in Brighton is a reasonably priced, decent hotel"

We stayed at the Best Western in Brighton while en route from the Grand Teton National Park to Denver International Airport. After 10 hours on the road, the Best Western was about what we expected. The room was clean and roomy. It's located about 30 minutes from the airport, but not nearly as pricey as the row of hotels close to the airport. There's an indoor pool and hot tub, and we found the laundry room helpful. The front desk was very accommodating. The continental breakfast did the job. There's a Sonic right across the street. I recommend this hotel for a one night stay in the Brighton area.

We have always heard good reviews of best western and have never had a bad stay! This place was so clean! They always greeted us with a smile when we walked inside, and were available to meet our needs. The rooms were so clean. The beds were soft and big. The rooms had multiple plug in locations for all electronic locations. The bathrooms were lovely and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Also, there are tons of fast food places to eat, near the hotel. Every morning they offer free breakfast, and its delicious.

The service here is extremely incredible!!!! I'm not even kidding, this hotel is clean, looks good, and has amazing service. If I had a choice for any other hotel in Brighton, I wouldn't go. This hotel as gone above and beyond the call of room service. If you ever have a chance to stay here... stay!!!! The pricing is affordable and extremely cheap!!! This place was disgusting, I checked in at 11:30pm after driving for 15 hours. The hallway and room smelled nasty and dirty. The bedspread and sheets were stained and hadn't been washed. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had in 20 years of traveling.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice with fluffy eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. The beds were comfortable and I love that there is a variety of pillow types (soft to hard). My daughter likes hard pillows and I like soft ones. We both found a wonderful pillow.

The clean room was a sight for sore eyes after a long day on the road. The location is a bit out of the way, but drove to downtown Brighton and found a decent place to eat. A dip in the pool and hot tub were a nice way to end the day. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. A wide variety, and delicious. This hotel is pricey, but is competitive with other options in the Denver area.

We arrived late and very tired. The front desk staff was very pleasant and quick to get us checked in. The beds were awesome. Slept like a log and woke refreshed. "Convenient to Boulder CO"

The hotel is conveniently located. We were able to drive to Boulder in 30 minutes. There were a variety of restaurants close by and it was a nice area. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. The wifi was easy to access and we used the fitness center once. We were away from the hotel frequently driving to Boulder and RMNP for hikes at a variety of trails. We would stay at this BW again. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

This is the best Best Western at which we have ever stayed. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We wish that we could have made time to use the 2-person jacuzzi tub. Great hotel with a broken elevator and no concern that disabled senior gets to climb when they put us up stairs. Staff would not make adjustments and said they would have some of the yard workers carry our stuff. But definately a quiet room with a clean comfortable bed

The staff was friendly, helpful, polite, and remembered me. It was a great experience. The free breakfast is the best I've ever had in a hotel. Awesome bed! I brought my small dog, and they were very helpful with her, also. Very pet friendly!

Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices. Every staff member was always smiling and ready to help however they could. The assistant manager promptly took care of a small issue we had with our shower and was very hands on in checking on guests during the breakfast hour. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

will not suggest to others party in next room loud people running in hall way shouting mini frig made noise the whole time of our stay phone did not work properly...asked for a room with two queens...received a room with 1 king ...breakfast was limited

If i cod have understood the person I dealt with in making this reservation better it would have been done in perhaps half of the time. He was patient with me but do to the nature of this trip I was pressed for time..

"Surprised"

I thought the room would be quieter. This is a noisy BW! The bed was hard. The room was clean and spacious, but, there was only one chair, other than the desk chair, and it was small. The toilet, for a handicap room, should be taller, but, there was a hand bar, at least. The shower head was "okay" - it dripped at the connection. The A/C unit was VERY noisy, and when the cooler kicked on, it was even noisier - some kind of humming noise, which was distracting, and made us turn the TV up so we could hear it. WHY do hotels/motels have such NOISY A/C units???? Overall, a bit disappointing for a BW.

Hotel had friendly staff and great amenities. Although limited walkable dining choices (good Mexican within walking distance), many selections were within a short drive. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool area and clean rooms.

"Nice Extra touches!"

When we checked in there were cookies, trail mix, water and Gardettos on a side table for free snacks. Plus, in the room there were free bottles of water, a microwave and a fridge. Bed was comfortable - one of the few with a King Bed that we could find in Brighton, CO. At first my hubby was complaining that i had booked a hotel 5 miles out of our way (unknowlingly) but when we checked out he commented that we should stay there again. Plus, there were restaurants within walking distance - and a Big Lots store to kill some time.

"A very handy Best Western"

We Have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting our family in the area. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are always clean and inviting. We usually travel with our dog and this Best Western permits pets with a small added fee. We normally stay at Best Western hotels and rate this hotel as one of the best we have used.

"Best Western is nice"

I have never stayed in a Best Western but I decided to try my luck. To my surprise it was a great hotel for the rate. It looks like a newer hotel and the room was clean and decent size for a one bedroom. It has a microwave and refrigerator which is always nice when they offer this. They even give 2 free bottles of water, which i think more hotels should offer. I will definitely be back at this location as it was a great buy. And I did not rate this as a charming hotel as it was nice but it's more like a Holiday Inn Express. It worked for a good night stay.

Very friendly staff with clean rooms, Jacuzzi's in room with king size beds, Vending machines could use some different, items No Ethernet hookups so make sure you run wireless, Overall it was a relaxing night with the love one in a warm relaxing Jacuzzi.

"An Angel at Best Western Brighton Inn"

We were stuck at the Denver Airport because the March 23 blizzard caused the cancellation of our flight. We called about 20 different local hotels, which were all booked. I decided to look on a map north of the airport and found the Best Western Brighton Inn. When I called, Mireya said they were booked but a few people hadn't arrived and she would check to see it they were coming, then call me back. She called back in just a little while and said she did have a room for us. When we arrived, she greeted us warmly and said she was so glad we arrived safely. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were even able to get a pizza delivered for dinner since most restaurants were closed. But the outstanding feature of the hotel is Mireya. She went above and beyond the call of duty!

"Nice one night stay"

This was a very good hotel and we enjoyed our stay of just one night during a road trip. The free breakfast was extremely good. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was some major construction on the parking lot during early Mar '16 so that was inconvenient but not sure how long term it was going to be. The hotel is also in a very busy traffic area off Rt 85, quite congested during rush hour!

"Moving 2015"

This is an excellent hotel and will stay here again when back in town. Jetted tub was bonus in this area and price range, my wife loved it. Property has a great staff and is will taken care of. There is also cookies and Lemonade in lobby.

"Visiting The Grand Kids"

Once again we stayed at the Brighton INN while visiting the Grand Kids for Christmas. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff was very accommodating. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned and the Assistant Manager waived the late fees and did not charge us for the extra day. Before booking the hotel on a internet booking site I would recommend calling them directly they may be able to offer a better deal. Defiantly will be our place to stay when visiting family in the area.

Stayed here for a family wedding. It was more than we like to pay, but the gal who checked us in upgraded me to a handicap room for the same rate when all I requested was a first floor room. ( I am using a cane due to torn miniscus.) That step-in shower with a seat was so much easier. Anyway, check-in friendly & nice. Because the rehearsal dinner was at 4PM, they let us check-in at 1PM--so appreciated! The room was clean, & king bed very comfortable. Hubby used pool & hot tub which he liked, except Hot tub should have a hand rail. We stayed 2 nights & were so impressed with the full help-yourself breakfasts! Everything from cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, fruits, hash browns, home fries, bagels, pastries, juices, coffee, tea! They even have make-your-own waffle irons with various toppings! A great experience all around; would definitely return!!!

We stayed as a family for my son's wrestling tournament and had to check in late and out early. The hot tub was great for boys sore muscles after wrestling and food great when we left in the morning in time to make it to the tournament. We would recommend Best Western to anyone needing great family place

"Love Best Westerns"

Breakfasts are great! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We will pick a Best Western over any other, as long as the price is reasonable. Please keep it reasonable. Only complaint is the dog fee. We think $25 is a little much, By checking the room and finding it in perfect condition after check-out, credit the fee back to customer. Please consider making the fee a deposit rather than a charge.

"Perfect base for visiting the sights of Brighton"

Right on the seafront, this hotel is perfect for a base if you want to have a nice walk along the front. Not far walk from the lanes either. Breakfast had a good selection and the room was spacious and very clean too.

Great value! Super clean room, with many extras. Staff was friendly, helpful, eager to please. The breakfast was outstanding - so many delicious choices! We couldn't have been more pleased. Definitely give this Best Western a try!

It has the best staff you can come across. Very friendly and they will go out of their way to make the guest feel comfortable. It is nice and clean place, and has great facilities. The breakfast is very nice and satisfying. We loved it and will be staying there every time we are in the Denver area.

I recently stayed at the best Western in brighton ,co. I was so impressed by the friendly lady at the front desk. She was so helpful and treated us like she knew us for years. Truly made us feel comfortable. I remember her name because I asked her how to say it. Meriah. I think that how you spell it. She gave us directions on where to shop and eat in the area. This was a great help to because we hate running around a city we don't know.. we will be back! Thank for you great costumer service Meriah it made our stay worth every minute! Enjoy the snow...

We spent 2 excellent nights at this hotel. We were looking for a hotel where we could keep our smaller dog with us. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the full breakfast. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

as always this was a great stay. close to Airport and close to the Denver area, easy access to all highways and sites in the Denver area. The hotel is very clean, very well maintained great breakfast daily staff is very attentive every day coming and going we were always greated with a smile and hellos. were in town to visit family all over the Denver area and in Brighton and this is a great central location that made the visit go great

"Our stay in Brighton Best Western"

We had a very pleasant stay and will plan to stay again if we get back to Brighton any time soon. Our children live near by so the choice of your hotel works well for us. My children and grandchildren as well as two great grandchildren especially liked the pool and hot tub. My only concern was the weight of the comforter on the beds. They are so heavy that we had to practically remove them from the bed A light blanket would work much better.

"Perfect location for exploring the lanes with a sea view"

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted... and that was a base for exploring the lanes and long walks. The main shopping streets were only a short walk away and the hotel offered parking too. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a good choice.

Room was small, chair was for a child to sit in, bathroom was old and slippery in shower, breakfast a little skimpy, noisy sleeping, for what we paid it was not worth the money. When calling staff for directions, they didn't have clue.

I am on oxygen and can't walk a long way. I asked for a room on the frist floor and by a door. I was given what I asked for with no problem. The man at the check-in desk was very helpful and nice. I enjoyed my stay there and will go back!!

We have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times now while visiting family and we have always been treated with a warm smile and great customer service, they have a wonderful breakfast and the girl keeping things supplied was simply a dream for these days.
