Check-In and Out was easy! Young lady checking us in was friendly and engaging on 8-22; Large modern room that came off clean. Nice size TV with overall good channel selection. Comfortable bed. Quite night sleep 😃 Phone plug-ins by bed😃 Plenty of hot shower 💦 water and good pressure! Love BW towels ! Breakfast was your standard if not equal to most BW's, seen so many better ones🤫 coffee creamer selection was WEAK😡! Coffee taste was just okay. At $218.00 a night this BW is way overpriced , we stay 90% of our stays with BW.

Do not stay here if you value privacy, safety, or peace of mind. My recent stay was entirely unacceptable due to hostile management and a complete disregard for guest boundaries. • Severe Privacy Violation: I left my room briefly to move my vehicle, leaving the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign clearly displayed. While I was gone, General Manager Connie Wilson entered my room without permission or cause. A colleague in the neighboring room witnessed her entry. Entering a guest's room under a DND sign is a massive security breach. • Hostile Management: General Manager Connie Wilson treats people horribly, acting as though guests are beneath her. She was incredibly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional on the phone, and equally combative when I confronted her at the front desk. She claimed she entered to confirm the room was occupied, which was a blatant lie; she had just called my room to ask me to move my truck and entered the moment I stepped out to do so. the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign was also still on the door. • Undisclosed Renovations: The hotel is actively undergoing construction, which was never disclosed prior to booking or at check-in. When I went to the front desk to address this, staff members were actively printing out notice signs to post around the property—falsely claiming guests had already been notified. • Constant Disruptions: Workers repeatedly knocked on my door to perform construction tasks inside my living space, completely ignoring the DND sign. Renovation work should be scheduled between stays, not forced upon paying guests. This establishment completely lacks basic hospitality standards, safety protocols, and customer service. The best part were the two staff members when checking out were kind and professional.

Excellent location beside the trans canada highway. Rooms were clean and not crowded with furniture. There is a bit of final construction/renovations but had 0 impact on the stay. Friendly staff at check in and check out. However the star of the show was their breakfast buffet. We've both stayed at hundreds of hotels of every brand, and this was the best. Judy was the breakfast room employee and did an amazing job. All the food was fresh. Nothing sitting and getting old.

DO NOT STAY HERE if you have a pulse or children. Not enough characters to list the deficiencies. Worst treatment and customer service of my life. Keep looking!

WARNING - Do not ask for late check-out in the evening!! We did and were granted a late check-out. Yet the next morning, while I was out at the dentist, my ill husband was abruptly woken by the staff and told to vacate the room immediately, or we'd be charged another night. The manager was not helpful at all.

In town for business. Nice clean hotel, convenient location. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good- able to work from room no problem. There is a fitness room and a pool with water slide. Would stay here again

The whole experience was very relaxing from check in to checking out, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable.

room stunk of urine. they take a 250 damage deposit which is refunded on check out without even looking at the room. money grab.......breakfast was okay. the folded over egg was cold and like rubber I thought it was an omelet not too sure.

I am a diamond select member who travels for business all the time and BW Plus in Brandon is not worth the money. My towels were like rags you could see through and frayed on the edges. The TVs are old and losing color. bathroom fixtures are loosing chrome and wearing out. the drain and tub rust had rust and black marks in caulking that had peeled away. All this for $200 plus a night. Until the rate is appropriate for the service and amenities or they reno and upgrade the rooms this is the only BW I will stay in going forward

The cost too high. the table light shorted. severe cost increase from previous stay. i would like an explanation at to the higher cost. publish an answer. too large a lineup when checking out. not enough clerks at checkout. Some patrons in the restaurant were not clean

Very good experience for the most part. Nice rooms with all the amenities plus a hot tub in our 1 BR suite. Nice breakfast buffet. Really nice latte/ capafrapacino machine in the lobby. Used it every day. Friendly helpful front desk.plenty of parking. The only disappointment was the temperature of the pool area and the pool water. Noone could figure out how to turn up the temperature. But you can warm up in the hotub and sauna and the little one had fun on the slide even tho her lips were turning blue .

Heat didn't work in the room. Toilet ran all night and wasn't fixed. The pool unavailable because of maintenance. This was two hours after we asked if it was open since we were staying with kids. We went for an early supper and when we came back staff said it was closed for Maintenace. Staff was terrible and rude

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I found the bed to be a bit hard, but this is my personal preference, nothing to do with the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Can make your own waffles, and there were eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Great offerings and choices for breakfast.

Our group was on a work retreat. First off when we arrived we noticed an out of order sign on hot tub. We were not informed at booking about this and did not think to ask. Would be nice if when booking somone would say...by the way, hot tub is out of order. We were looking forward to some R&R time in the hot tub. Secondly, the rooms had no hand soap. We were told supplier issues - go to Walmart and buy some? No soap for guests is plain nasty. Sure you can use the body soap in shower but why, just buy some soap. Thirdly, the room was gross. The smudges and smears on handles, doors etc (of who knows what - prob dirty hands from no soap) was disgusting. I am not a very picky person, but this was over the top gross for me and I will never stay here again.

The hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very dated. Needed a lot of TLC for creaking doors, sticking etc. We had dinner at the Restaurant onsite and it was very good. Breakfast was buffet only at the same restaurant - lack of staff. It was ok but cold.

Great room The whirlpool tub was fantastic and nice fireplace. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and they have real plates and cutlery . very nice pool and hot tub Great stay. very easy access to the hotel. Lady at front desk was vary helpful. Nice King size bed and nice sofa shampoo ,etc was excellent Quality.

We love staying at the Best Western Hotels because we always get great service, good price for the stay, and we love the included hot breakfast with our stay. The kids love the waterslide and the swimming pool. This location has a taller/bigger/faster waterslide vs some of the other Manitoba locations. We love the new coffee machine at the front desk that is available 24/7, it does have decaf options, and hot chocolate for the kids! The pet rate is a bit high at $25, and this hotel is a bit on the pricier side compared to other BW locations. The rooms are always very clean, and newer looking, the staff is always very helpful and nice. We never had any issues with service at a Best Western hotel. This location also has lots of grassy area near by to take your pet out . Conveniently located on the #1 HWY and there are some fast food places walking distance.

This is a nice property that checks the important boxes and should suit the needs of most travelers. I especially liked the "adult only" pool & waterslide hour from 9:30 - 10:30 PM, and took advantage of it to bring out the "inner kid" in me as I had the waterslide all to myself. One downside of this particular stay is that there was seemingly a little league baseball team staying there, so the pool area and fitness room was overrun by noisy, obnoxious adolescent boys . . . and a couple of them were staying in the adjacent room making noise . . . it was getting late and we were almost ready to "say something" but then they suddenly quieted down. You can't really blame the hotel for this, but it did detract from the experience. Adult chaperones/ leaders: please advise the kids under your supervision of basic etiquette and courtesy in environments like staying in a hotel, and then monitor their behavior and step in if needed. I used the fitness room the next morning (when it was quiet and not overrun with kids), and appreciate that the equipment was in good working order. The complimentary breakfast was "standard issue" for mid-tier lodging, with a mix of hot and cold offerings. One kind of weird thing was I was looking for a spoon with which to eat oatmeal. The hotel uses real cutlery, not plastic, which I appreciate from a sustainability perspective. But, they were out of spoons. I asked the breakfast area attendant and was told, "we only have 8 spoons and they're all in the dishwasher". I was almost ready to say, "if you'd like to pull a few dollars out of your petty cash box, I can run over the nearby Wal-Mart and buy you some more spoons". A second attendant then offered to manually wash a spoon for me. I might recommend to the hotel that they invest in more spoons. I appreciate that the hotel allows pets. Our dog enjoyed her stay.

The Best Western is the best hotel in Brandon. It is very well managed and maintained. Rooms are very private, you never hear any noise from adjoining rooms. The breakfast is always well stocked, vacant tables are promptly cleaned. The hotel has very reasonable rules that ensure large groups do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment.

Very friendly staff especially the cleaners and the kitchen staff were polite and helpful. The reception had some very nice staff but one or two not so friendly. But overall neat and nice home away from home. I also love the fact that coffee/tea was always available to us. Great place ?

This hotel is a great place to stay. Easy access and friendly staff. I experienced a noise issue latest stay because of some inconsiderate guests who felt that it was ok to be loud and party all evening and then after they came back from where ever they went. I would think that this might be a one off and will give them another chance. I gave a low score on value and sleep quality based on the latest stay only.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The service, cleanliness, and upkeep is always up to date. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was in a good location off the main Hwy. Lots of parking. Well maintained building. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Large washroom. Tasty hot breakfast. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Do not stay at this hotel. If you are travelling with children, multiple families, sports teams, or for an event, do not stay here. This issues stem from the management of the hotel. I was told directly that there is no talking at all in the hallways or common areas. Word for word. So if you happen to make noise, any noise, at all, even at a conversational normal person level, the hotel management has reserved the right to deem you noisy and will threatened to evict you from the hotel which is simply unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I have never seen guest be treated with such contempt as the management at this property. Stay away at all costs.

I could go in to detail , but I'll save you from a lengthy read with my review and highly recommend reading the reviews from the last few months you'll find yourself down a dog train that sounds made up and my review is here to confirm they couldn't be more spot on- referencing a prison camp , and the gm Connie being an extremely rude and unprofessional individual is spot on on accuracy. To top that all off the room cleanliness is awful we found someone's sock under the lounging chair in our room and mold growing around the drains on the sink and tub, they don't provide you with any extra bedding in the room and I called the night auditor multiple times for an extra blanket that never came . The front desk staff are all very kind and friendly unfortunately they probably won't be employed there long if that manager remains I imagine the staff turnover rate is extremely high, it's a disappointing property that I highly recommend avoiding especially if travelling with a group, they treat groups with complete disregard and as if we're staying their for free. Just do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel .

If you are a hockey team looking for a group booking DO NOT stay here! They allow guests to take video and photos of your minor children. They are down right discriminating against hockey teams and will not allow you to book a room to accommodate a family of 5 just because we were part of a group booking.

The Manager and staff are absolutely miserable. They are more worried about talking about other guests, and gossiping amongst themselves than providing a positive experience for their guests. They are unprofessional, rude and very unacomodating. There are other hotels in Brandon, I highly recommend using another chain.

Do not stay here as a team. They are rude from the very beginning. They do not want teams there so they should not accept these types of groups. They ruined our experience by not allowing the kids to do anything.

Do not stay here. Horrible management, and very shady clients. Drug use is rampant but hockey team are required to remain silent at all hours of the day. Would not recommend for families or groups. We were told congregating is not alllowed and talking in hallways at any hour is prohibited.

The carpet in our room was buckling in several places. My wife has MS and this was a trip hazard for her as she has balance issues. We also could not get the fan in the room to a speed to get the room to a comfortable temperature (we found the room too warm). The TV cable package does not have TSN 3 which is the standard feed for TSN in Manitoba. Had to watch the Jets game on my phone. The hotel is not worth the rates that they are charging. We stay at hotels in the city for our respite weekends an probably would stay somewhere else next time.

I will start off with ore first interaction was with front staff Alex she was very polite and got us all set up quickly. We were never given any rules when we checked in and noticed a long list posted in elevator. Our room was very clean and spacious. We were happy with our room. Overall thought the hotel was clean.breakfast buffet was great and we appreciated the great coffee machine. Now this is why I can now say our experience was awful, Connie the general manager was extremely rude, talked down to not only us adults but was extremely rude to our kids. I am sure Connie will say otherwise. She never approached us with any respected right from the start was rude. Her customer service approach was awful especially for being a general manager.She had expressed not only once but many time that her staff was not trained to handle guests properly that why she was coming in after she already worked a long day shift to handle guests. I should mention that their front staff never approached us with any problems as I'm sure if they did, we would've abided by any rules that they were asking to abide by .Connie even went as far to say that the pool area was gross there and that we could supervise our kids from outside the pool area. She said she would never sit in the pool area cause it's gross and laughed while saying this statement. We thought that was an odd statement coming from management, perhaps it was her trying to be funny. We thought the pool area was fine and our kids had a great time in the pool. Well as soon as 11pm came Connie's rudeness became over the top more like a warden in a prison. In fact, one of her staff members, which I will not name because I don't want her to get into trouble agreed, and said that the hotel was like a prison she fully agreed. You could not even walk the hallway to get ice or visit the vending machine with out being yelled at by Connie to get back to your room. She continuously uttered threats. This didn't personal happen to my family but was directed at families that were apart of our booking group.There was no soft approach it was straight up rude. Over all the experience was awful I would love to continue writing this review as I have plenty more to say but I will be writing an email to the district manager. If you are wanting to stay in this hotel with a group I would highly recommend not staying here. I think management forgot that they book 3 hockey teams in their hotel and didn't have the proper resources or straight up kindness to handle this many people all at one time.

they tried to lock everyone in the rooms they wouldn't let anyone congregate the hallways. It wouldn't give us conference rooms for the breakfast room to rent so the team could hang around. It was absolutely horrible and honestly felt like they were still on Covid protocols in 2024

If you are wanting to be on lockdown at 11 PM, then this is the place for you! No mini sticks allowed. We almost couldn't bring our playing sticks in. There is zero place for parents to socialize other then the business area in the lobby which has 4 chairs but if you're there past 11pm, you're banished to your room, even if you're whispering! Plus multiple overcharges after checkout. Made our hockey tournament experience horrible.

We stayed with a hockey group and it was obvious they did not want us there. We were presented with lists of rules and the hotel was littered with signage telling us how to behave with threats of fines and expulsion from the hotel. I understand groups of kids can get out of hand, but it felt like we were being punished for the bad behaviour of others. We were told anyone 16 or under needed a parent with them to be in the halls, go to the vending machine or walk to the pool (A 16 year old can drive, but not get chips from a vending machine?). Anyone 12 or under could not be in their room alone. The pool signage says 12 and under need supervision, but for some reason we had to sign a document that changed that age to 14 and under. And even when a parent was already supervising the kids in the pool, he was yelled at by a staff member that he wasn't supervising right. Nothing about this hotel felt welcoming. The main areas of the hotel seemed clean, but my room was in dire need of a proper clean. The longer I stayed in there, the more dirty things I found: the sink drain was crusted with black goo, the bottom of the toilet had old dried urine spots, dust was very noticeable in many places, the doors and knobs were covered in fingerprints, the carpet had a gross stain that had never been cleaned as it was still crusty and I had to wipe out all the drawers before I could use them due to debris left in them. I did mention it to front staff and they took note of it, but did not apologize or really seem to care. That being said, the bed was comfy and the hotel was decently quiet even for being right by the highway. The breakfast was fantastic and they even had gluten free options with a dedicated gluten free toaster which impressed me a lot. If you got a clean room and did not travel with a group of kids it would probably be a good place to stay while driving through Brandon.

Pool was out of order. Fitness facility was closed. Asked front desk and they said pool was out of order due to numbers not being correct. Fitness centre was closed due to a broken clock I was told? I asked for a reduction in rate and they said the issues were out of their control so it was what it was.

Looking for an affordable, clean, quiet room when in Brandon, check out the Best Western, you will be glad you did. Their staff are super friendly and the hotel offers a a lot of great features like big rooms, a pool, a continental breakfast with so many options you will want to try them from hot to cold, premade or make it yourself, trust me you will love this place.

First I want to give a big shout out to Heather who went above and beyond for me. I needed to do some banking, but I could not get a signal on my phone, even though there were plenty of bars and it was charged. Turned out that my phone just wouldn't work in most of Canada, but we didn't know that to start out with. So she at first tried to get wi-fi working for me on my phone, but when we figured out that wasn't going to work, she reminded me that the house phones were secure for 800 numbers. Thank you Heather! Then a little later that night, she got swamped with two small bus loads of middle school kids and their teachers and chaperones, along with all of the usual people that come in around 8 to 9 p.m. But she took care of it all with grace and politeness. Very impressive. (I noticed this because I had to go back to my car for something.) The room itself was excellent. Comfortable bed, quiet room, perfect housekeeping. Breakfast was also good. This was a great choice. Even the price was good, in the $150 range with BW Rewards.

I stay at hotels 2-3 times a month for work and my favorite is the Best Western in Brandon. Most Best Westerns are fantastic but the one in Brandon Manitoba is by far the best. They treat you with respect, kindest and gratitude. It does not matter how busy they are - they are professional and very gracious.

Stayed 2 nights, heard very little road or hallway noise, good bathroom amenities and towels and good breakfast with great coffee in the lobby. TV is situated so that it's hard to watch from the chair or from either bed, and only has basic cable with no Netflix or other enabled wifi services, and the remote didn't work well.

Very clean hotel and guest rooms with very friendly staff. Gluten free options at breakfast was a very pleasant surprise and great for people with food allergies. Great and convenient location off the highway.

We arrived late after a long day of travelling. front desk staff was efficient and friendly as she could tell we were tired. She moved thongs along quickly and we got to sleep quickly as the hallways were quite and the room was clean.

Rooms were extremely clean, beds were comfortable and everything exceeded expectations, well worth the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee bar was great but the breakfast was a bit sub-par. Here are some more words to reach the minimum requirement

very well located right next to the trans-canadian highway. building is well noise isolated, I had a very good sleep. very comfy bed and good A/C in the room. very good breakfast with good variety of food for all taste. very efficient and professional staff.

Great Breakfast, no place to work or sit collaboratively. Noisy hallways by elevator rooms. Room a/c worked well in heat wave but upon stepping into thrid floor hallway smells musty moldy, likely from dirty building a/c. Overall good clean facility, JUST REALLY BUSY.

BW in Brandon is the best option. The highway noise many worry about is not an issue. The pool, hot tub, and steam sauna are amazing. Very clean and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Brandon.

As a family, we had 3 rooms booked. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool, waterslide and the hot tub. Breakfasts were great, with a nice variety to choose from. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for an enjoyable time out with family or friends.

Staff very friendly and helpful, there was a power outage just before we arrived. They did everything they could to find us a room and get checked in. The room was nice and comfortable, bed was nice. The breakfast was nice.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament, along with 6 other teams, and it was an AWFUL experience. Quiet time was listed as 11p, and we were being yelled at at 830pm. The general manager and another employee were extremely rude. Yelling at our children, kicked us out of pool because of noise complaints at 900pm. There was a regular guest who kept making noise complaints, at 830pm, yelled at our children, called police, etc and the GM and 1 other staff yelled at us. If you are planning to stay here with children or groups... DON'T!

This hotel made you feel almost at home. The staff were friendly and always smiling and happy. They engaged in normal conversation and we knew several in the first day. The Manager showed genuine concern for her staff and the guests. The breakfast was above average. Everything was clean and worked.

We had the best stay! As a young family, we do not travel much and this was a great first experience! Everything was clean, the pool, slide, hot tub and sauna were a hit (and everything was functional)! The continental breakfast was amazing - the options were endless and delicious. Definitely would stay here again!

Due to very limited visibility the aircraft I was in was unable to land and flew on to Brandon. The team at the Brandon, MB airport and the individuals working at Best Western put together, on very short notice, a place to stary at short notice. The staff at Best Western handled this sudden over-load professionally and welcomed us as if it was a regular occurrence.

Stayed 2 nights in a king suite (my second time for this type of room) and it was excellent. Bed was comfortable, room is very spacious (and clean) and the breakfast was really good as well. The staff is also incredibly courteous and professional. Will definitely return.

On the highway but not bad location. You are safe and don't need to worry about random people breaking into your car or damaging it. 2 minute drive into Brandon. Pool and water slide were great, nice hot tub.

This hotel has 2 great accessible rooms. It is equipped with a shower chair, adjustable width shower head, safety bars, and roomy vanity that is wheel chair accessible. The washroom and the room itself have ample space for a wheelchair. It was clean and very tidy. The breakfast was standard buffet.The food is ok, but not anything to write home about. The waffles are the best tasting part. The eggs and such are reheated from frozen and taste like it.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was clean. Did not make use of the pool. Will definitely be back for my next trip to Brandon Thankyou!

I can't remember the last time I slept at a hotel on a mattress so comfortable that I didn't realize I wasn't home or where I enjoyed breakfast so much I had it twice! The staff was all welcoming and helpful...stay here!!

The pre check in was easy to use and allowed things to be set up for you in advance. We ended up arriving early and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Room was a great size and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a great hotel. There is a pool with waterslide and they have complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and updated and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Brandon.

i grab this hotel any chance I can when near Brandon... love the hottub that is HOT, really great rooms, and of course, breakfast with bacon and hashbrowns, coffee and orange juice is a solid start to a day! just a really good hotel to stay at.

I recently stayed at the BW Brandon and was extremely pleased with the service immediately upon arrival. I arrived to the location early and they checked right away to see if my suite was cleaned and ready for me to move in. I was so grateful that they went above my expectations, and didn't just follow “check in time” protocol. With service like that, I will always go back!

We have been driving from long hours and all of us were so tried, but its was busy day for the staff because of the game. But still she make the time to find the room very fast so that we can take the rest BEST WESTERN IS THE BEST

This hotel never disappoint us. Their friendly staff, clean rooms and a large variety of breakfast items is wonderful. They even have gluten-free breakfast choices which is hard to find in most places.

Our family stayed at Best Western Plus Brandon with our son's baseball team. Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and good coffee before our busy days and the comfy beds after the long days. The pool was excellent! Fun for the whole family! Great location, near shopping and food options.

Didn't use the pool this time but it is great and could see a number of families using it.

We had a very good experience overall, extremely good sleep, the pool is a must, the breakfast was excellent for a hotel. Not far from the road 1 since we didn't want to go to far in the town and the price was fair according to the experience and the other hotels around.

Our stay at Best Western Plus was really fun. Our kids loved the pool. They especially enjoyed the slide. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel and its staff were fantastic. Our room was ready upon check in which included a crib set up for my daughter. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and fitness area were very well kept and enjoyable to use. I would absolutely recommend and stay at this hotel again. Such a great experience.

This is the best of the three Hotels that we stayed at on our vacation this summer of 2022. We liked it that much we planned our trip to stay at it on on way back home when we came home. The bed was to dream on. :)

Best Western is always my go-to hotel if it's around my area. It was a little over priced this time, however, it is a worry free stay and sometimes that's all you need at the end of the day. I do wish there was better lighting. All of our lamps and lights were different colours/hues. I feel like that can change the experience immensely. Other than that, safe and reliable as always!

We felt appreciated by the staff from the moment we checked in. Our need and expectations were beyond met. The hotel is nicely situated off the No.1 hwy, where you can easily access any of the major routes.

We traveled through Brandon to visit family and our stay at the hotel was wonderful! We were greeted by a lovely staff member who checked us in quickly and was so sweet to my daughter who was talking her ear off.(I didn't catch her name but she said she was from the Bahamas) All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable that it was hard to get my kids moving in the morning. I will definitely choose this location again! 10/10!

The price I paid for this hotel was $75.00 less than at a Canad Inn. The hotel was clean, inviting and very safe. Check in was quick & friendly. It was a great location and I would definately stay there again.

We got caught in the 3-day Winter Storm. When we got to the hotel in the evening, we were first greeted and then informed there was a bad storm coming. We were not aware of it. Were we ever glad they told us. Highways were closed and the storm went on for 3 days. Don't know how we would have managed out there in that kind of storm. There's more... after the storm, our SUV died on us. Got it towed to the local Canadian Tire shop (over the Easter long-weekend) and was told that the engine needed replacement and we had to wait for 6-8 weeks for an engine. We had to rent a vehicle to get back home - Ontario. In the end though, we were safe and things could have been a lot worse. The staff on duty were excellent, caring and available. Good team. Thanks everyone!

We checked in on April 9th. The room was on the second floor facing the east. We did have a concern however, it was dealt with very quickly by Connie at the front desk. During our stay, we encountered the “storm of the decade” so we were able to watch the blizzard as it closed the highways. We were not sure if we were able to leave due to the closed highways however, Connie was able to assist us and remove that stress from the visit. We very much appreciated the staff at the Best Western. There were hand sanitizers located throughout the hotel which was appreciated. The gym was missing some weights but I was still able to get a workout in along with use of the swimming pool. There were fresh clean towels in both locations. The gym had sanitizer supplies for the machines and equipment. The breakfast provided a large selection of items to choose from and everything was fresh and plentiful. Coffee was always on and the carafes were full. The areas were kept clean, everyone was cheerful and welcoming! Thank you!!

Our stay at the best western was fantastic. The rooms were clean and very nice, the breakfast had a lot of option and has treats to grab all day long. The best part of our stay was how courteous the staff was here in Brandon MB. They let us spend the entire day after our stay to try and wait out the storm and head home. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

Very nice hotel to stay at ! Excellent staff. Breakfast covered all bases. Was greater by all staff throughout the hotel. King suite, room 104 was very roomy. Lots of coffee service. Plenty of electrical outlets. Clean bathroom !

Everything was great. Rooms were good. Mattress was excellent. Pool was clean. Elevator was even quite.staff were nice. Little room to sit in and play games worked out great. The room was hot so had to put the air conditioner on as the temp wouldn't go down by adjusting the heat lowers.

I do understand she was full hotel night Before . Manager was very nice . I do understand from she said sorry to me . I was hope compensation because I am best western platinum member . I have stay with this best western in Brandon most every time I came to Brandon for winter fair But the hot tub jet are very weak The hot tub nice temp . One night stay with the family and this place didn't disappoint. Kids enjoyed the pool, location was perfect for our family event in Minnidosa 25 minutes north of here, there's some good restaurants near by (Boston Pizza is tucked just a block away, McDonalds for the kids too), the room was spacious enough for the five of us with fridge, microwave, coffee. Continental breakfast was absolutely perfect with hot items, cold items, really something for everyone. Cell service isn't the best in the room but it works for your phone and texting but if needing data use the free wifi for a better connection. The bed mattress wasn't the best quality but it wasn't the worst either so all in all, decent value here and we'd for sure stay again. If you're doing anything in Brandon, it is a bit of a drive into town to most of the city action but if you're passing through, it doesn't get better than this.

While driving across Canada i don't usually stop in Brandon however this past week we drove direct into a storm luckily we knew within 75km we would be arriving in Brandon and we had a reservation so as soon as we could see the lights of the town on the horizon we were soooo happy, this location is just off the hwy on the very first exit into to,. My God we were so glad to get of the road seeing the BEST Western Plus brightly lit up sigh

It was. A nice and clean place to stay with friends and our family. We stayed in 2 rooms. Keeping this pandemic in mind everything was managed so well, from cleanliness to grab bags for breakfast. The staff was good. It was a clean and no tension experience especially during pandemic. even the location is perfect - right on the highway as we were driving down to Alberta from Ontario. All in all a great experience.

It wasn't a good stay this time around, we couldn't even use the pool facilities that entire evening because there was a giant group of adults sitting and using up every chair, and tons of kids in pool (which is great) the adults were sitting unmasked, drinking alcohol from coffee mugs, it was too dangerous for my small family to get in and enjoy the pool. Nor did we want to put up with boisterous crowd, and there was no where to sit or place our belongings. They were in there the entire night!! That is the main reason we came to the hotel to enjoy the pool area and we did not get to do that. That night the room above us was soo loud ! We couldn't get a wink of sleep, and I called front desk that morning to get a late check out so we can rest and manager said 12:00 is latest I can do, even after I explained to her the situation. .

Stayed here with our family as a Christmas vacation get away. I can't say enough about this hotel. Pool area is a little small but kids loved the slide. Room was large and updated. Hot breakfast was great. The hotel manager (she was working pretty much the whole time we were there) was friendly and went way above and beyond and each interaction. She was boosting guests vehicles in the morning. Can't say enough about her. Great stay, highly recommend!

It's always a pleasure staying in the the Best western in Brandon. Great staff , great breakfast and great room's. Always accommodating and everything clean upon arrival. I will stay there Everytime it's the best.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in early November based off of online reviews and it was definitely worth it. The king room I stayed in was very comfortable (love the tall ceilings) and everything was nice and quiet. The supplied desk only has one electrical outlet so if you have to plug in more than one device I'd recommend bringing a power bar or powered USB hub. I didn't really take advantage of the supplied breakfast but it looked to be standard fare of waffles, fruit, snacks and drinks, but at least there's a wide selection. If you want to dine out there are plenty of nearby restaurants. Hotel was quite clean and COVID protocols were being followed, which included checking for double vaccination status if you want to dine in the breakfast area. Hotel staff is very polite and professional as well. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in Brandon.

This hotel was clean, friendly, full of amenities, and everything I would want in a hotel. The breakfast was great with lots of selections hot and cold. The pool is nice, small, but with a great waterslide. There is also a hot tub and a steam room.

If you are hoping to sleep at night, this is not your hotel. We paid a premium for a suite. What we didn't know was that located directly below the outside wall of the suite was one of several HVAC units for the building. When the unit started, it sounded like a Kenworth semi was parked right beside the building and was starting every 5 minutes. It would start at high RPM and slowly decrease RPM and stop after roughly 2 minutes. When it started, the room shook and while it was running, the floor vibrated. This went on all night. When we complained to front desk that night, they said they would look into it. When we complained to management the following day, they deceitfully claimed they couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia. It took one week to catch up on the lost night of sleep.

We're on a LONG road trip. This is the 6th hotel we've stayed at so far and was by far the most pleasant. The staff were eager to be helpful (despite being under-staffed the day we arrived), the rooms were spotlessly clean and well furnished. The worst thing I could say is that on the 3rd floor, maybe the water pressure is a smidge on the 'low' side (but still totally usable). The *best* thing I can say is: "20'-high corkscrew water slide!" Using their vaccinated-access-only pool & slide was just-the-thing after a long day of driving. There was a nice variety of quality items served at the hot breakfast (even for us vegetarians). We'll be back this way in 3 weeks and will definitely be staying here!

Very well located, very clean hotel, large, comfy and spotless rooms. Breakfast a bit limited but we have to understand....this is Covid. Even thought we did not try the pool, it was extremely clean, would go back any time

We spent 2 nights in this hotel while in Brandon. It is located right on the Trans Canada highway at the Highway 10 North exit. Very handy to the airport if you need that feature. Located right on the north edge town. On our second day we went up to Riding Mountain National Park and it was a quick left turn onto highway 10 and an hour drive to the park. We had a NS, King with a microwave, fridge and sofa bed. Nice big room. Smaller bathroom but had a decent sized vanity and a tub with a nicely tiled shower. Everything was very clean. The property seemed fairly new or was in very good condition. The carpet was in good condition but was loose in a couple of spots so had a couple of rolls. Had a continental breakfast that was OK. We were on the second floor and the ice machine was on the first. Don't know if the third had one. Only reasonably close restaurants were Boston Pizza, McDonalds, and Humpties. The hotel was pretty quiet for being right on the main highway. With the AC and fan running we didn't really hear it. A criticism is that this place for appearing pretty recently built is woefully inadequate in the electrical and charging port/station department. At the desk I had to unplug the coffee maker and move it so I could plug in my laptop. I didn't notice until the second day that there was a USB port on the alarm clock. But that was it. There were no other free electrical outlets except in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on our way back to Ontario. It is a beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. Service was great. There was lots of options for breakfast. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a few nights to golf in the area. Room was clean - they do not clean the room daily unless you ask at the front desk - which we were not made aware of. So waited for towels etc the following day and was a bit unhappy with that but they did come clean when we asked. I thought the hotel was nice but my main issue was the walls are so thin - I'm thinking this is the case with every hotel —- but it was so bad and I hate to say this , but I could hear the guy “ beating it “ in the next room. Really uncomfortable. So , I don't know how they as a hotel can avoid that but I would look for a place with better soundproofing That is my mission in life it seems lol.

We had some business to do in Brandon, we only needed to stay one night. Rooms were clean, staff was courteous, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay, will consider staying there again next time we are in town.

Not very comfortable bed, slow draining tub/shower, slow front desk service, questionable cleaning practices…ie: re-using toilet paper rolls between guests during a global pandemic. Water bottles at the front desk are a nice touch, but again, not great for infection control and prevention as everyone is able to help themselves and the bottles sit in a tub of ice water all day

We got the whirlpool suite. Room doesn't look clean. No shampoo/conditioner so we called to ask also for extra blanket and pillow. Took them more than 30 mins to bring them in. The pillows they brought has a huge old blood stainon pillowcase, the other one doesn't have any pillowcase at all. We tried to call her back before she left but she intentionally ignore us (some guests from hallway heard us, but the staff didn't even look at all) we end up not using them so we slept with one pillow each. And this is a $239 suite btw.

This hotel was very modern and clean. The hot morning breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and spacious. They had a nice gym area and a pool with a large waterslide. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I travel to this Hotel every 2 weeks for 3 days for work. Everyone always goes over and above to make sure that I feel welcome and all of my needs are taken care of. From making sure there is Green Tea for me as I do not drink coffee and always greeting me with a smile!!

This was our first time stopping overnight in Brandon on our many trips out west! Thrilled to find a BWP with all the services that we look for on our road trip! The rooms are modern and well decorated! You just cannot beat good service!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Internet is fast. With the advent of COVID you now need to collect whatever toiletries you may need at the front counter when checking in.

The room was very clean I mean area very very clean The staff very friendly The general manager check us in on feb 12 The general manager was friendly . They had free hot breakfast. they had great bed and pillows but the pool and fitness centre was closed for covd 19 prevention They are doing a great job on covd 19 prevention to keep people safe and keep thing clean . They still have free coffee in lobby . If You want paper cups for coffee and water Cup shampoo and soap you have to ask staff. Thank u best western Brandon I had great a stay feb 12 to feb 14

Needed to get away for a mini retreat. Pandemic restrictions were causing us to feel stir-crazy looking at the same walls everyday. This hotel fit the bill well. The room was exceptionally large and the two person jacuzzi greatly added to our relaxing experience. Found the hotel staff to be very courteous and helpful.

Menu is included but the same everyday. Gets tiresome especially when they run out of items Our room had a fireplace but it did not work If you need to keep warm when you sleep bring a comforter from home as the linens are very light and the extra blankets they provide are the scratchy kind.

Best Western Plus generally satisfy our needs while travelling through Canada and the U.S. Staff is friendly and it was nice to see Christmas decorations this year. While we are experiencing covid, the staff used mask protocol and we were comfortable in that atmosphere.

Have been going to this location on a regular basis for over the past two years. last year the "manager" they had was never there and had staff working like dogs, only a couple left from then that i can recall. the new one thats there now is there more but continually looks ans sounds annoyed with everything. ive tried speaking to her on different occasions in person and through email and ive gotten nothing but nasty attitude and rudeness. some of the things i saw her staff doing was in ridiculous yet i was told it was their duties.( maintenance man doing heeps of laundry, front desk lady helping clean rooms???) the manager sitting in her officce while the phones ringing off the hook and the front desk lady having to come running out from doing laundry to answer it instead.The rooms are rarely cleaned when requested due to being short staffed. the rooms are not up to par for cleanliness and its only gotten worse over the last couple months . i will never set foot in this establishment again unless the upper management or owners realize this is two strikes in choices of crappy managers and they have a couple great gals that should be running the show. Personality and a genuine love for their jobs helping their guests. get with it Best western!!!! do better!!!!!

Glad i choose this hotel, clean and good service from start to finish.Check in was easy and the gentlemen at the front desk was nice and professional. The price was equal or above the quality and the location made it easy to get on the road in the morning.

the front desk staff was ok at check in, the place seemed clean until you get into the room. beds looked like someone had already laid on them, pillows couldnt even be centred. dust on the tv stand, condom under the bed my fiances dog found and was chewing on ..disgusting.. remote was grimy, tub had pink solution on the walls so they obviously werent completely cleaned, shower was mediocre at best for pressure, beds not comfortable at all, noise from highway was annoying. for breakfast the eggs werent really eggs they tasted like fish, but the rest was ok. for the price paid and size of hotel it seemed odd that staff seemed to be doing multiple jobs. wanted to speak to manager but she was not there and never did receive a call from her as we were told we would. definitely wont be back ..gross for over 140 per night plus pet fee( room smelled like urine so im guessing they dont do any extra cleaning in the pet rooms??

Despite the best efforts of staff, this BW Plus property falls short of the mark. Rather cramped and loud, with the small, awkward check-in area throwing "social distancing" out the window. Most distressing was to be handed my "breakfast"- a pre-wrapped breakfast sandwich (no other option) the afternoon before, with microwave instructions. Hard Pass. Keep driving. The BW Plus Winnepeg West is a much, much superior option.

Stopped here for one night during a road trip from Calgary to eastern Ontario. Were a bit concerned due to Covid - however- had a very good experience. The hotel felt very clean. Masks - sanitizer - wipes were all required. Front desk staff were very helpful - answering questions re safe places to eat, etc. Room was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Clean quiet room. Staff following Covid regulations. Efficient friendly front desk staff. Pool closed due to covid. Grab and go packed breakfast which warmed in room microwave. Major windstorm went through we heard nothing.

It was really not a good exp. Won't recommend this hotel. First, they lack staff. One front desk lady who was busy with housekeeping I guess. So it took a while for her to check us in.. No complimentary water bottles, upon asking she said it will be available in the morning.. like what are we going to the for the entire day? No veggie option for breakfast. Asked for toothbrush and paste, the agent said someone will have to come down n pick it up. When we went down they searched for it for good 30 mins n then said we dont have it. They should have told us before asking someone to come down. They didn't have anyone to provide service, for everything you will have to go down. Their refrigerator was not working either. Everytime you go down, we have to wait for good 10 mins for someone to appear and help us.. they won't even answer phone, whenever you call front desk.. We were going to extend the stay but we decided to switch the hotels..

We stayed here while travelling. Great value! Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was great. Stayed with kids and dog. Pool is closed due to COVID restrictions but looks awesome! Quiet, truly never heard another guest at all. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel, clean place and great value for the cost.

We found this hotel to be a great deal for the price. It's the best hotel experience we have had in Brandon in many years. If your are a traveler it's perfectly situated on number 1 highway and access to Brandon, only 5 minutes away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Brandon area.

We stayed overnight on a trip from Ontario to Alberta after a funera. Good hotel. And staff were very accommodating. Especially the girl on the checkout in the morning. She went above and beyond. No buffet due to covid but breakfast sandwich and a goodie bag was best we had in this trip.

Due to the nature of my work (sales) I have to travel to Brandon and surrounding area every 2 weeks for a few days, so naturally I have stayed in many hotels, until I found the Best Western Brandon. After my first stay in this wonderful establishment I knew I had hit the jackpot!!! ( and I find myself scheduling my appointments so I am able to end up in Brandon so I can stay here. ) From the second you walk in the door they make you feel like you are at home!!! No matter what time of day you are always welcomed with a huge smile and a hello from one of the wonderful staff members. A huge thanks to Heather, Spencer, Grace, Tia, Alijanha, Sreh, and Marisha!! For always making sure I have enough blankets, pillows and Green Tea!!! Your customer service skills are hands down the best I have experienced! Also to WILLOW for listening to my silly stories I consider you a true friend and always look forward to catching up! Last but not least the GM Sherise!! A ray of sunshine that has to be doing everything right in the way of leadership as the staff is always happy and in the 1.5 years I have been staying here I have never had a hiccup!!! The beds are unbelievably comfy, the pool, hot tub and shauna ( during non covid times are nice). Breakfast is always a treat. Love the breakfast buffet but due to covid they are doing grab and go. However don't let the name fool you. They even stepped that up a notch by offering a bag ( yogurt, fruit cup, granola bar, juice, muffin) and now Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches!!! It's the little things like this and the Stevia for my green tea that makes this place sooo special. I don't know how they do it but they think of everything!!

We stayed the last week of May 2020 during COVID. They handled this beautifully. We checked in through plexiglass. Breakfast included every day provided in a paper bag. Housekeeping on request only. We were very impressed with their strategy. The room itself was well appointed & very comfortable. We had called a few days before to request top floor and opposite the highway , & that is exactly what we received. We were very happy with this experience. We can strongly recommend

Stayed here for one night with a dog while driving across Canada. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Large rooms and friendly staff. Many restaurants were a very short drive from the large hotel parking lot.

We had just driven 1200 klms as we rushing to get home from Florida. Needless to say we were exhausted and wanted to make sure due to the coronavirus, the place was clean. We were pleasantly surprised and the customer service we received and the place was very clean. But more importantly and normally I don't comment on this, but the linen and pillows were so comfortable! We had a much needed rest. Thank you BW for a very restful stay!

I hadn't planned to stay in Brandon that night, but the roads were crappy and the visibility had been awful and so a 2 hour drive that turned into a 5 hour drive ended with me deciding to find a hotel. The staff were amazing when I pulled up and did their best to find me the best rate possible for one of the 2 rooms that were left for the night. The room was clean, tastefully decorated with all the amenities I would need. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was one of the better ones that I have had in a hotel "included" breakfast. The person working in the breakfast room was also attentive enough and yet not overly so. Just enough to feel cared for but not "in your face". The food included both hot and cold items - I ate the eggs and bacon toast option. There were also pancakes, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, great toppings for the oatmeal, lots of breads a few pastries etc etc

The Plus says it all. Wonderful room, super comfy beds, very clean and up to date. The amenities were fantastic and that continental breakfast was divine. We will definitely stay here again. Staff was wonderful as well

The long road trip was exhausting but it was nice to be greeted with professional and welcoming staff. They were helpful and provided us information on the type of amenities they offered in the hotel. Rooms were excellent and quite nice. Very clean and pleasant stay. For my partner and I, It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The breakfast area was nice and inviteful. Breakfast served each morning was nice and hot and quite delicious. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my freiends and family.

Very clean and modern hotel. The staff is likely not coached on how to receive a guest that frequents the Brand , I stay over 125 nights in different places with different brands and find this property not really interested in earning my on going loyalty. Acknowledging my earned loyalty status would go a long way. Especially when I am traveling with family.

Will be staying again. My mother is 93 and she enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was like a feast Lots to choice from. The rooms and beds were nice and clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We need a handy parking spot which we got close to the door as we had two walkers.

This is a wonderful hotel just off Hwy #1 on the service road. The hotel has a great Manager and is very well run. Staff are great and rooms are clean and spacious. Pool , hot tub water slide. Nice little gym very clean and Equipment works.Great place to stay

Hotel was clean quiet and had a very good breakfast. The girls at the front were all very friendly. Also many hotels need to take note of their pool water. It is warm and the hot tub is hot and not mild like you usually get. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

stayed at the brandon location as i have a few times over the past couple years, but this time will be my last. things have gone down hill over the last year and im baffled at why. staff at check in was ok but very hard to understand as he spoke very quietly and had a thick accent. i asked a couple questions about places that were locally owned (not chain) for my supper and was given the usual Pizza hut and Boston Pizza ...i had wanted a king room and was given a standard queen room, yet i had specifically asked at check in to ensure it was a king? didnt bother to go back as i figured the language barrier would just continue being an issue( im french and i have a hard time with soft spoken accented voices..my problem not theirs). the room was ok but was miffed at the over all look being that of someone else had been in there and sat on the bed, remote was out and the binder with info was open and on the tv stand?? but the room seemed to have been cleaned except for the paper cup covering the sprinkler on the wall up by the ceiling...weird... then in the middle of the night like around 3 am or so ( was so tired i didn't pay that much attention to exact time) to constant droning sound..went to check it out in my pjs to find the overnight staff vacuuming the front lobby carpet??!!! wth?? who does that in the middle of the night?? i was so confused by this i just went back to my room and tried to sleep again. weirdest experience other than the last time i stayed i had a housekeeper walk into my room unannounced, thankfully i was dressed, but at 930 am they shouldnt just be walking into rooms without even a knock when check out is at 11.

The Brandon best western plus stay was a very enjoyable one. I met my family there and all were very satisfied with their stay. The water slide was excellent, breakfast was the best and beds very comfortable. A very good family experience.

We had a wonderful lady named Velma that was amazing to us! Helped us map out our travels to unknown territory for my hubby and self. Gave us places for food and gas, time lined it for us so we wouldn't be too tired. Pre booked our hotels for us there and back to her on our way back home to ontario!!! Way beyond helpful and so kind!! Her bubbly personality on the phone and in person made us glad we chose this hotel!! Only person we've ever had in 40 years give this type of amazing service! A group of us were staying at the BWP in Brandon for a birthday party. I tried booking the hotel for 2 nights 3 times and each time I encountered some sort of difficulty. No return phone call, rude staff or major confusion resulting in only one night being booked and not the other. Once we got to the hotel. The gentle man that checked us in was pleasant and efficient but mentioned that we may have to move rooms for our second night. (We ended up not). Although I was speaking to him, his coworker chipped in and quite rudely and condescendingly overtook our conversation when I was asking about room availability. Unfortunately, the next day, my 4 year old daughter fell ill with a stomach virus. When we asked for extra bags for a pail we were met with resistance despite explaining it was to use to line a bucket in effort to make less mess while she was vomiting. As it would happen, a small amount of puke ended up on one of the blankets. When my husband went to the desk politely asking for an extra blanket they said they didn't have anymore. In disbelief he tried to explain the situation. The same rude woman working the night before was working again and says to him "uh, sorry, I don't just poop blankets!" Ultimately he brought the blanket down to the front desk for it to be washed. My husband was quite put off by how we had been treated by her and emailed the manager listed on the card at the front desk. We have yet to receive a reply regarding their customer service and our experience there. I will also note, most things at the breakfast were empty at 8:30 including the waffle mix, eggs, breakfast meat and juice. I did bring this to their attention and it was taken care of. I understand it was a busy weekend at the hotel but I don't believe it is any reason to have such poor customer service.

Quick check in, Clean room. Easy to manouver from room to pool. Pool area and waterslide was clean and functional. Personal pleasant, maintenance took the extra time to turn on the water slide. Contential breakfast was good - kinda disappointed when the young adults came down and there was no waffle mix. Good place to stay.

Whirlpool suite tub made high pitched whining noises from the faucet and ruined my sleep. Front desk unhelpful. I told them about the issue and they did nothing. Will never use best western for business again.

Staff makes me feel welcome every time I stay at my regular locations for work. They always remember our past conversations and some of them knows me by my name . It is nice to see the friendly faces away from home

Chose this hotel for its location and reputation. Poor choice. Our initial stay was in a room with chipped doors and furniture. Our second night , a few days later, was in a room with a broken refrigerator, iron burns on the night table, and windows overlooking the pool that hadn't been cleaned in some time.The "breakfast" was adequate, but not as advertised. At $180. + per night, I would certainly not recommend this property. If we had not reserved this hotel with the cancellation policy they have, we would have cancelled our second night and stayed elsewhere.

I have stayed at this hotel before, its a beautiful place, but I found the price of 170.00 total for single occupancy on a Monday night, THAT also is after my CAA was applied, beyond rediculous. It wouldnt of stung near as bad if it was gleaming clean. I had a hot bath, the tub was clean, but laying there looking up at the tiles was disgusting. They should of been gleaming polished and my guess it had been a couple months or more since they had been cleaned. Now if the room was a 69.00 room, I would of let it slide, but it cost 170.00 on a Monday night! Not impressed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The shower pressure was good. Everything worked in the room though they needed to fix the toilet seat as it was not secure which I did mention when we left the hotel. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food including the waffle machine. The breakfast room was clean and well taken care of. There was also coffee and tea in the lobby. The front desk clerk gave me a bottle of water when we arrive which was nice. The room rate is a bit higher than we like to pay but we were only there for one night.

Great hotel. clean, comfortable, and freindly staff. If I am to travel to the Brandon area again I would not hesitate to stay at the Best Western again. I would highly recommend this convienently located comfortably apointed hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

I always stay at the hotel. Love the breakfast and rooms very clean. enjoyed that they had popcorn. The coffee and hot water for tea which are complementary could be a bit warmer. Overall stay was perfect.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did find some trash on the floor under the A/C unit and A/C filters were dirty. The shower did not work properly. When post was pulled up on faucet, the water only partially went to the shower mechanism while the rest continued to pour out of the faucet.

We stayed at the Best Western for our daughter's wedding and it was very clean and priced well. However there were a couple of rooms that the phones didn't work and if they did the front desk wouldn't answer. Also had problems with front desk before checking in some family and friends couldn't reach the management or staff for 3 days. They wouldn't answer their phones.

Excellent experience here in Brandon. The hotel is very modern, and the rooms are very clean, and spacious. I've stayed at many of these hotels, and after staying here this sets my standards. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool is also very nice, and the People working here are very friendly, and offer great privileges for their guests to enjoy this Hotel. Excellent experience.

Check in was very welcoming. Pool and hot tub were popular among the younger crowd. Fitness facilities looked adequate. Rooms are a good size and beds were very comfortable. Pillows are a bit too soft. Breakfast was the usual fare of waffles, eggs, sausages or bacon, breads, yoghurt, etc. The eggs and sausages seemed to be overly salted and weren't very good. No sugar free syrup was provided for the waffles. The fruit topping for the waffles was still frozen.

Our stay here was excellent! While I found it quite expensive for being a Best Western it was worth it for the excellent service and sleep we had. Upon check in the man at the front desk was awesome! We requested a cot and he brought one up to us no problem. Kids were very excited to try out the waterslide and as soon as he saw us head in there he made sure to turn the slide on! Slide was very fast and the kids had a blast but maybe not great for younger swimmers. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. Breakfast was really good. Make your own waffles and omelette station is a nice touch! Would stay here again for sure

This hotel has good access to the highways for visiting nearby towns. Our king room was a good size for a 5 night stay. The continental breakfast was always bacon and scrambled eggs but they were very good so we didn't mind. The staff were friendly. We didn't use the pool but any kids in it were having a good time. This was our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Second time staying here. Stayed in Oct 2018 as well. Nice rooms with modern amenities. Easy access from the Trans Canada Hwy and good restaurants nearby. The only issue we had was the Internet was intermittent to non existent. I see many other complaints about the same thing.

Our reservation was booked wrong, but a nice gentleman on the day desk got us two nights with our Service Dog and the guest behind us gave up the last pet friendly room. The popcorn machine was a nice touch. Great breakfast too.

Great staff, comfortable bed, pool area was great, breakfast was hot and plentiful, clean and quite hotel. Would stay here again if travelling through the area. The location was great. The cost was higher then what I usually spend.

Return visit... turns out this at the perfect distance for our daily drive. A great spot with lots of trailer parking nearby. Room right by the back exit.... perfect!! Friendly service, updated rooms made for a comfortable stay. We'll be back.

The front lobby is being upgraded so the reception area is located in a trailer outside. They offer a smaller breakfast than usual due to lack of space but offer you mcDonalds vouchers for the inconvenience of you wanted something hot or toasted. Rooms are very nice in size with fridge and microwave/coffee. Pool has a fun slide, it is a dark, quick slide so if you have little ones they may be scared. Not a lot of space for spectators to sit around but can accommodate a normal amount of visitors nicely. (Many sports teams the nights we stayed-but staggered groups to the pool so all played out well). Enjoy your stay!

The lobby under construction was inconvenience to staying away. Breakfast wasn't what I was used to from a standard of Best Western plus. My reward points were messed up. after setting up my Express checkout and giving a email I wanted it sent to they still sent it to wrong one.

Check in was in a construction trailer. Lobby under construction. Jackhammering loudly that shook room. Breakfast served out of hotel room and hallway - had to eat in room. Pool out of order one morning. Hot tub out of order the next. Booked months in advance and there was no warning at that time. All hotels in Brandon full for fair/spring break so nowhere to go. Price paid at hotel high due to this. Manager has not followed up with me as promised.

Hotel DID NOT mention anything of noisy construction until we actually checked in (Office was an ATCO trailer - too late to cancel). Horrible pool maintenance. Throat was burning from noxious fumes. Sauna failed to work. Pool water mirky. Breakfast not what was advertised, more like continental breakfast in a cramped room with no seating due to unadvertised construction.

For $200+/night this hotel could be a lot nicer and more up to sate. Water pressure was horrible, could barely wet my hair. TV didn't work. Lobby is undergoing a reno (which is stated on their website), so hopefully the improvements will be continued throughout the rest of the hote.

This was my first visit to this hotel. The check in process was easy and front desk team member, Vlad was amazing, fast and welcoming. Way to go! Rooms have been modernized and the bed and sheets were super comfortable. The room was very clean and I had a comfortable sleep. My reason for a 3 star and not higher was that there is no lounge or restaurant on site. This required transportation.

I am writing this review to warn other people so they don't have to experience what my family did. Before I start with my story I will say that the man at the front desk was very polite and helpful and my girls loved the pool, and we thought our room was very nice and clean, BUT key word was thought!!!!! On Wednesday Feb. 6th 2019 we where travelling from Saskatchewan to Ontario for a family emergency and stopped in Brandon, Manitoba for the night, we thought the best western plus would be a good choice and for $180 a night we figured it would be a nice safe clean place for our girls to play and stay. Well that was until morning time anyway, as we where cleaning up to get ready to leave my husband checked under our bed to see if anything got shoved under there, and what he found was a disgusting used needle with NO cap on it. We couldn't believe it, so my husband went to the front desk and was furious about the situation, And the only thing the guy could say was (was there a cap on the needle?) and oh im sorry sir ill give you 25% off your room, REALLY? the health and safety of our children is what our concern was, we based our decision on staying here because of there name and reputation, well you can be damn sure we will never stay there again, Thank god our youngest did not find that needle as any baby, she probably would have stuck that dirty needle in her mouth, If you notice in the one picture where my daughter is standing at the side of the bed, well that is exactly where the needle was pointing outwards, if she would have stepped any closer she would have pricked her toe with it, The room number we stayed in was 110, before posting on here I read through what others had to say, and saw that the management was quick to say excuses for things that other people had complained about, So I am just saying this now, If the management at this hotel replies to this review DONT YOU DARE have any excuse for why this may have happened, because there is no excuse for this AT ALL, and especially when you have children staying in those rooms, or anyone for that matter. There is no excuse for why those beds are not cleaned under after every guest and this situation just proved that they don't.

The cleanliness of the hotel is superb! The staff are amazing! The HOT breakfast rocks! I love the beds and the environment. Its my tranquility place. I stay at BWP as it is my favorite Hotel chains, but the one in Brandon by far is the best. The staff remember me and make me feel like I am important. They are kind and respectful.

The hotel was packed full. The Staff where on their game 110% from everyone!!We vary much enjoyed or stay and truly was a great stay. Room was clean and well restocked every day. Front entrance was always cleaned. Staff was doing a great job from the front desk you where maee to feel welcome on entry. Thank you see you all again soon

Staff is awesome manger is the best , rooms are very clean , breakfast is sweet will go out of there way to make u feel welcome . Never had any problems with anything has nice pool and fitness room good snacks in vending machines lol .

Spent one night relaxing before the big family gathering. Had a king sized suite. Loved that there were 2 separate rooms in the suite. Very clean. Good selection at breakfast. Breaker blew in the room while getting ready in the morning, but it was fixed within 5 minutes! Would like to come here again with the kids. The pool and slide looked like a lot of fun!

I stayed there with my family from Dec 22 to Dec 25. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did their best to provide for our needs. The lady at the kitchen made sure the food was always fresh for breakfast. The building was in great shape. Overall we felt welcome and we saw every employee trying to do their best, even when they were working through the holiday season. Great place to stay.

Stayed here for a stopover on the way to Medicine Hat. Had a great sleep. Nice beds, clean hotel, great staff! Free breakfast with your room. I left something in my room. I called , they were kind enough to get it and said I could pick it up on the way back from vacation. Awesome customer service. Thank you.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament in Souris The team had an amazing time in the pool, the staff were extremely friendly, there were so many breakfast options. We had a very nice sized and clean room. The shower flow was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall nice place to sleep for the night. Comfy beds but could probably use a thicker blanket or more than one blanket. Breakfast has good selection and options. Did not use pool or workout room during my stay.

As per usual, Best Western Plus Brandon provided a comfortable stop-over. Free parking and a nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Internet was problematic. This may have been caused by a possible failure in the local area. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great...sausages, eggs, toast, cereals and more. Disappointed the hot tub was out of order all weekend for our hockey tournament. The rooms were clean and nice but extra blankets in the room would be nice. Also, they kept running out of pool towels and had to go knocking on doors to get more. All in all I'd stay here again.

Truly disappointed in our stay. Was told that the price was going to be cheaper then it was and it wasn't. Hot tub was broken the whole weekend. Had booked the breakfast room for the weekend and paid extra for that and only got it Saturday evening. A fellow hockey parent found old and rusted belly button rings in her bed!! Canad inns was cheaper then this place! Don't think I will stay there again.

I always enjoy my stay at Best Western. From the friendly staff at check in, the sprawlingly spacious room to the wonderfully hearty breakfast options, it's always a delight at the Best Western! The front desk staff is helpful and informative. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The breakfast options are second to none!

Stayed at Best Western Plus in Brandon was a great experience. Room clean. Breakfast was hot. Only thing was that there was only coffee and tea. Evening was cold and would of liked a hot chocolate. I would recommend this hotel.

Had to stay overnight in Brandon for business 3rd week of September, always choose this hotel if I can. Since walking around town is not something I really do, I prefer this location since it's easy to get to and they have more than adequate parking space. I LOVE the breakfast, and it makes life simple in the morning. The hot tub is actually hot, which is also great to see as that is a personal pet peeve of mine in many hotels. Really nice rooms, great bed, and having a microwave and fridge handy means I stay in at night and relax instead of driving around to find supper or having to order in I tend to eat healthier this way too.. and then my wife and i could spend our time hiking in the Brandon Hills instead of looking for supper! It's also nice and quiet here, even on the main floor.

Great room and a great 2 person jacuzzi. They brought us extra towels and bath salts as soon as we asked for more. Great breakfast and great everything! We didn't get a chance to use the water slide, but it seemed that everyone else that was, were having a great time! We will definitely be back to this location the next time we visit Brandon. Oh and there was a Keurig machine in the room too, with tea and 3 different kinds of coffee. A microwave, 2 tv's, and a fireplace were also included in the room

First off excellent hotel and stays at the best western. Early check in made possible, very friendly staff. My biggest complaint was we went to use the pool in the morning. It doesn't open until 9 we ate an early breakfast. At 9am when the pool should of been open they had it closed. Maintenance I was told. (Staff should of started in there earlier) 10:30 it was opened. Check out was at 11. For the amount of money spent on our room we should of got reimbursed I think. Our room was to be 2 queens. I'm pretty sure we had 2 doubles. Room 109. All in all I will continue my stays but not happy as kids couldn't swim.

Awesome hotel and excellent customer service!!! Could not fault anything about our stay!! It was quiet, comfortable and overall an excellent experience!! We will certainly be back on our next trip out west!!

Rooms are spacious, Nice Fitness centre, pool, hot tub, steam room and water slide. Breakfast area and business centre very clean and spacious. Hotel is very just off Hwy #1 and #10 so easy access out of the city. Very close to several eateries.

I stayed here for 3 nights and my room was large and clean. The internet was okay and the amenities were exactly what I needed. This location is easy to find and if you have a car, it's close enough to lots of restaurants and what not. Great parking lot with large spots for trucks and friendly staff. I would recommend staying here if you're in the Brandon area.

This was the final hotel stay of our summer holiday travelling with my family of 5. We booked the room online and called ahead to get a cot. The hotel is nice and new, clean and staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. We checked in late so didn't venture into Brandon as this hotel is on the outskirts, but heading into the town is only 5-10 minutes away. The room was standard and the cot we requested wasn't there when we checked in. There was only one person working that night so he was running around doing his best and was apologetic. Didn't fault him at all and not having the cot right away was not a big deal, otherwise I would have given a 5/5 as the stay was comfortable for our needs. Breakfast was standard affair but again nice to have for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Plus in Brandon MB offers very large, very clean and very quiet rooms. Had a very comfortable stay. There's a pool and hot tub that also has a gigantic water slide. Free hot breakfast is offered in the morning from 6a-10a.

Really nice and clean . Friendly staff . Family ran ,so like to support good community vibe . We will stay here again and again! Makala was super sweet. Nice gym and pool . Easy access to highway and close to Boston pizza ??????

Every time we travel west we stay at this hotel in Brandon Manitoba. The two gentleman Luke and Vlad were very helpful and make sure our stay was the best. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning also the pool/slide.

I'll admit, I didn't expect much from a Best Western. But we were pleasantly surprised. We attended a big family reunion in Brandon, and almost everybody stayed here. We booked a suite because of having two kids in tow, and the room was really great. The room was big and open, with nice big windows, a comfy couch and chairs, and big windows. The bathroom was standard, but nice. The very tall (10 ft? 12 ft?) ceilings made the room feel massive. And the extra bedroom in the suite was also very big, had an unbelievably comfortable king size bed, and a two person hot tub (perfect for kids' baths). Even small details like solid steel doors that offered great sound insulation, and that closed very quietly thanks to little foam pads on the door frames. Stuff like that makes it much easier to keep the kids asleep. The free breakfast was delicious - especially the waffles you can make yourself. Nice selection of fruit, yogurt, sausage, and eggs. Although, the scrambled eggs were odd and gelatinous - probably made from powdered eggs. I wouldn't recommend eating those. The hard-boiled eggs and "egg rounds" were much better. Wifi was fast and stable, and the service was friendly. All in all, a really great option in Brandon. Not the cheapest option, but definitely with the money.

We stayed here for one night in July and were again impressed with the Best Western. We asked for a room on the top floor to avoid any noise during our stay and were accomodated nicely. We've booked here numerous times in the past and WiFi connectively is usually an issue depending on where in the hotel you stay, but we didn't find any complications this time around. We loved the pool/hot tub/waterslide as usual and the continental breakfast offered. Overall, it's a great hotel for long or short stays. Thank you!

The hotel is great. Clean, cozy rooms with a good shower head. Great breakfast, way better than average hotel quality. Staff was fantastic and caring. Close to shopping and restaurants. A must stay when in the area.

Hotel itself is rather dark but clean. Don't understand why the room charge is so much higher than other Hotels. Vlad at the desk was very helpful. Breakfast had a nice assortment of choices. Really liked the omelette maker which allows you to make your own omelette. Would suggest fridges in the room with a freezer section and a power bar in the rooms to allow charging up of multiple devices.

I stayed at this property on my way back from a convention. The hotel is right off the TransCanada Highway westbound. It is a new hotel that is very clean, has ample parking and good highway access. The lobby is very clean, and the staff are very helpful. The room was very well equipped, and has all of the amenities including fridge, microwave and safe. The room was very clean, quiet and had an excellent bed. The included breakfast was excellent, as were the breakfast staff. It also has a waterslide and large exercise room. Overall, an excellent stay except for one issue: too few accessible power outlets. This is a problem that is easily fixed, and that does not exist in hotels in the Hampton chain, in my experience. A power block on the desk would solve this issue. I would definitely stay here again, but it would be nice to have the power supply issue solved!!

Great greeting by Vlad at the front desk and very helpful. Needed to change the original room provided and they made the change with no fuss to accommodate. First room provided was excellent just not my prefer type of setting. I would stay again should I need to return to Brandon. Great team work at the hotel and thank you again to Vlad.

We just stayed the 1 night. It was super clean and updated. The kids enjoyed the water slide and pool. I stuck to the hot tub. Eased the miles away. The room was very clean and well appointed. Nothing to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checkout was seamless. The breakfast was great. A huge assortment of items all fresh and hot. Really good tea and coffee rounded everything out. I will definitely stay here again if it's on my way.

We stayed at the Brandon Best Western for 5 nights while visiting family. Room was modern and tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Was pleased there was a workspace in the room where I can work on my laptop. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, lots of selection of both hot and cold items. Our kids enjoyed using the pool area. Will stay here again when we come to Brandon next year.

We had a great stay as a family at the Best Western. The room were spotless and well furnished. The staff were very friendly and check in was efficient. The pool area is nice and the breakfast is also very good.

COmpared to other place in the area the price was crazy. But it had a water slide and so we stayed. the room was clean. The parking was ample.the pool was clean which was nice to see. I just dont think it was worth the price.

At first I thought this was just going to be another average hotel - but there were plenty of little touches that really stepped it up. Nice tall ceilings in rooms on the first floor, in room Keurig, complementary coffee/tea/cold&hot water all day in the lobby. The beds are super comfortable and awesome pillow selection. Fridge and Microwave in room, outlets that you can actually reach to plug in your chargers. The gym had quality equipment and it was nice and cool in there. The breakfast is certainly above average and the best part is they dedicated GLUTEN FREE cereal/oatmeal as well as gluten free bread, muffins AND a dedicated GF toaster! Thank you to the Brazilian female employee who championed to get a dedicated toaster. We truly appreciated being able to eat breakfast here safely. Really the only negative was that the pool was very very heavy on chlorine. Just breathing while in the pool was tough and would make you cough. Didn't stop us from using it and the nice (hot!) hot tub extensively thought. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend this establishment in Brandon!

We stayed here for two nights at the end of May! We were a group of 30 people! Hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed! Good job guys! Swimming area was a good size and enjoyed anywhere from age 2- 78! Hotel is in a great location and easy access!

Starting to show some neglect but overall a nice place. Pool is very noisy but clean. Steam room door does not stay closed so does not stay hot properly. Hot Tub nice and hot. Good breakfast, and yes Waffles, but no fruit, only fruit toppings. Not enough tables and chairs for breakfast area.

We enjoyed our stay here while driving across Canada. Our room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy, breakfast was typical nothing spectacular but again overall great hotel to stop over for a night across the country.

This was our second stay at this hotel and once again found it to be one of the best. The rooms are large, well furnished and very comfortable. Beds are great and the pillow selection would work for anyone. The variety of breakfast items is the best I have seen in any hotel and varies from day to day to make it more enjoyable for a multi day stay.

Stayed here for one night while on business. Was easy and fast check-in. Hotel was very clean and attractive looking. Rooms were a good size and also clean. The pool area with slides seemed to be a big hit with kids. Breakfast the next day was good and lots of variety. Staff replenished items quickly and were on hand for questions.

Very nice hotel, great pool for the kids, with a water slide and a hot tub. The breakfast is included and it was pretty decent. It had make your own waffle station, with syrup whip cream and fruit available to put in it or make your yogurt cup with granola etc. One day they even had bacon eggs and hash browns in a warmer, also your basics, cereal , toast, bagels, muffins. The room was very nice, comfortable bed and pillows were good too! Would for sure stay there again. Location is fairly close to the airport, with it being on the North side of Brandon on the #1highway. Also nice and quiet, could not hear traffic noise at all. I recommend this hotel especially if you are just passing through, as you don't have to go into Brandon at all. :)

Our stay overall was good. Clean room. Hot breakfast. The pool was like an ice pond tho. The kids and us couldn't stay in it for any amount of time. And the hot tub was out of order for most of our stay. So that was dissapointing.

We stayed there from march 28 to 30 for the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair. The front desk employees were friendly and check in was smooth. the room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the pool had too much chlorine. you should consider salt water but i used pool and hot tub anyways. The breakfast room needs to be bigger and should add pancakes. The orange juice tasted bad. you should consider minute maid juice. You should add another attendant for breakfast room when it is busy. Overall the coffee was good as was the breakfast selection. Thank u for giving me good room rate best western.

Good: - Location right off the highway - Room temperature controls work - Bed was very comfortable & pillows were good - Very little noise - Good Wi-Fi - Vlad the concierge was very friendly, helpful and as always, provided excellent service. Bad: - Price is ridiculously high. I had CAA & am a Best Western member with Platinum status and the best rate I could get on a week night was $165/night. Nothing was going on in Brandon, no Winter Fair, etc. - Parking is a pain unless you get there early. Expect to be carrying and dragging stuff a ways to the hotel. - No room plug ins. Expect to crawl under things and make the decision on whether to unplug the lamp or the TV. - I got bed sheets with holes and rips. Looked like moths had been having an orgy. For the price being paid and this supposed to be a Best Western Plus, I would have hoped for sheets that shouldn't be in the rag bag. - Breakfast was bad. I gave up and drove over to McDonalds. If you expect to save on travel costs by having the complimentary breakfast, not in this case.

Too expensive for the quality compared to many other Best Western hotels and the quality of the breakfast was deplorable. Most Best Western hotels provide a high quality duvet for their beds but here there was some cheap thin cover that provided little comfort or warmth.

I truly believe that the best western c hain punishes you if you don't book direct. My room was ok until you walked into the bathroom. One of the lightbulbs were out, but what caught me off guard was how dirty the shower was. The tiles were filthy... full of grime from previous occupants. Take a look at the pic of the mold along the bottom. Maybe have some pride and clean this up. This is supposed to be a premium best western but it's clearly not.

This hotel overall was very good, but the pool was terrible. The level of chlorine in the water was overwhelming! My daughter coughed the entire 30 minutes we were in the pool and my eyes burned the whole time, which was why we left. One of my main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the pool. We were dissapointed.

this hotel has the customers in mind on all the services from internet that works well to a swimming pool and water slide that is very clean and maintained breakfast has everything that you would want for breakfast

Nice clean hotel. The suite had a cozy fireplace (electric) and a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable though so don't plan on using that. The room was very spacious and the complimentary breakfast was typical fare-but good variety. Like having the cold hard boiled eggs as a choice. Staff very friendly.

Stayed here for a wedding so many of the guests stayed in this hotel. Brandon isn't a large city but has some nice amenities. This hotel is about 5-10 mintues drive outside the downtown on the highway. It is quiet and we never heard the road noise. Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean. It was what you should expect.

Now I should say upfront that we didn't choose the hotel. Our truck broke down and Uhaul decided to put us up here until it could get fixed. And boy am I happy they did! The beds were super comfortable. The room had 2 beds, a good sized bathroom with a bathtub, desk, microwave, mini fridge and a large tv. There was a free hot breakfast every morning we took advantage of, and coffee & tea were available 24/7. Will be back if I'm in the area!

Overall stay was good. Disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance and that we were not told that it would be when we booked. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Although this property is older, it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Had a good sleep, good shower and felt refreshed when we left. We did not take advantage of the Continental Breakfast, so we can't comment on that portion.

Great room, everything clean, good staff and great breakfast. Went for a work trip and it was nice. I didn't use the pool or exercise room but they also looked good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First time staying at this particular hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The internet was very slow but worked none the less.

This hotel is great was delayed to our destination. Phoned them & we had 3 nice rooms booked over the phone in minutes. Hotel has been redone is very nice the breakfast offered was great. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Whenever travelling and accommodations are required, Best Western is always googled. We have always been met with excellent staff, service and quality. Excellent breakfasts are served each morning, the beds are of top notch quality to ensure a very good nights sleep. Cleanliness is top notch. Overall an excellent choice in hotels.

Great location, quiet clean rooms, friendly staff. Good parking and close to Highway. Nicely appointed rooms, actually nicer than the Royal York in Toronto. Pillows were of good quality. Carpets and flooring were well maintained. Bathrooms were spotless. Toilets flush very quietly. Good lighting. Pleasurable experience. Will be a repeat customer.

Was traveling west and stopped for the evening. The room was clean the bed comfortable. Relaxed in the fitness center to get the kinks out from driving. Had breakfast the next morning before I continued on my trip.

A co worker and myself stopped here on our way back to Saskatchewan. The front desk clerk, Vlad, was very friendly and accommodating. Really if everything else was terrible, my interaction with him would have saved the whole experience. Luckily, this is a delightful Best Western with superb rooms and an awesome hot tub, pool, waterslide, and sauna. Vlad went above and beyond to make sure both myself and my co worker felt at home and had an exceptional time for our one night stay. He was there when we checked in and there when we checked out. Someone give that guy a raise! He deserves it!

Continues as one of best places to stay in Brandon. Meticulously clean outside and in. All staff are professional friendly and seem to take a genuine interest in making your visit the best it can be. Rooms are well furnished and equipped with coffee maker,fridge and microwave. Offers free continental breakfast . Variety of rooms to serve every need. Good value for the dollar.

Clean, new hotel. Probably the best place to stay in Brandon, literally one minute from the airport and trans Canada highway. Not much for restaurants or groceries within walking disctance from the hotel but everything in Brandon is less than 10 minutes away by car so this is a non issue.

Instead of traveling onto Winnipeg my wife and I decided to get off the highway and sleep ?? instead of pushing through the snow. Great hosts, clean room and quiet. See you guys next time we come through Brandon

Stayed there for three nights and was pleased with the location as well as the room. Bedding was very comfortable and the mattress was perfect for me. The fitness centre is travel sufficient and the oool and the hot tub are appreciated

Love the easy access to this facility, either coming east or west down the Trans Canada Highway. Close to service stations, Tim's, McDs as well as Boston Pizza. Short drive to Brandon Airport. The staff are always welcoming and the pool/gym are clean.

Probably my favourite Best Western hotel. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels but this one is just phenomenal. The beds are really comfortable and the amenities are really good. The gym is small but has everything you would need and is very close to the pool. Plus they have a popcorn machine and fresh coffee all day with flavoured coffee creamer. It seems like a small thing but it really helps start the day off right.

If driving through Brandon, MB, this is a great place to stay. With lots of gas stations and a Boston Pizza and a McDonalds nearby, a convenient location! While I little far away from the downtown of Brandon, if you are driving through on your way to Winnipeg, or vice versa, I recommend this place!

Great place to stay, handy high quality breakfast and just a nice hotel overall. Vlad was very helpful, love the hot tub, and rooms have lots of room. Decor is nice, and using a microwave saves us money and time not spent on eating out... watched World Series and snacked instead!

From the time of check-in we were treated very well. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but could be a little better - the eggs were rubbery and sausages not that great. Overall a good experience, we would definitely stay again.

Nicest hotel in Brandon, but still just average because the rest of the hotels in this are are horrible. Noisy from busy highway close by. Will stay again because i have to stay in the area for business.

The best western in Brandon is right on the number one highway so it is very convenient to stay there when you are traveling. The have a nice pool and small water slide if you have children. The room was very clean and spacious I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Have not stayed at a BW for a few years. Recently noticed the new BW signage & decided to give them a try. What a surprise!. Newly renovated facilities, staff really friendly & helpful. Treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel. A super experience!

We had a great stay at this hotel - a clean and comfortable room at an excellent price! The staff, the room, the breakfast - all were great! Best Western has some wonderful properties and they were among our top choices during a five-week long journey.

Very nice place to stay very good people to deal with ,kids loved the pool.one problem the beds were to high as I am a little disabled and count climb on the bed.makes it hard when you get up 4 or 5 times during the night good thing there was an ottoman to climb on. Other big problem the mattress cover was dirty and I took the bed apart and let the maid know I hope they changed it.

Driving from SK to ON in late September. Important to note that at this time of year and into early October in northern Ontario there are tour groups visiting to see the changing of the leaves. You should book your hotel if you want to ensure you have somewhere to stay at night. BW I rated as a B+. Could use a little updating in the guestrooms. Does accept pets which was great.

I use this hotel whenever I am in the Westman region, excellent access for highway travel and convenient to the airport. The airport is large enough to manage most private business planes so this makes it a real asset. The hotel staff is always accommodating and very attentive to Best Western Reward members, I highly recommend it.

I would definitely stay here again! We stayed for 4 nights.Great full breakfast! Staff was extremely friendly! Quiet rooms. Claude who kept the breakfast stocked in the morning was a joy to talk to! I learned a lot about Brandon & Canada. I will stay here next time we come back for the horse show!

we stayed here one night after a long day of driving. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel provided decent breakfast with staff readily supplying the foods and keeping the area clean. We were also able to do our laundry while staying there. $190 tx incl. and pet friendly. Great pool for kids too.

The hotel staff at this very clean and convenient hotel treated me with extra kindness and care. I appreciated the spacious upgrade as a diamond member. The suite was by far the quietest and most comfortable room of all the many hotel rooms I stayed in on my long road trip. The hotel is situated on a service road just off the highway making travel easy.

The hotel is conveniently located off of the Trans Canada Highway. At check-in was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and quite. Due to the location there are few good restaurants close by. The internet reception in the room was spotty and had to go into the hall to establish good reception.

My husband and stopped here for a night. Clean lobby, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable with clean room. We used the hot tub and pool. Nice waterside. Great hot breakfast to start your day. I would be happy to return

I visited Brandon for a work for trip and spent an evening at your absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff were excellent - check in was a breeze and the even called the room, after, to see if everything was ok - a nice touch the is not unheard of but quite a number of hotels forget to do. The rooms are updated and good. The free breakfast is nice. The location is very convenient - 5 minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes to downtown Brandon, and a few minutes to some really decent restaurants! All in all, I'd recommend this place!

Overall good experience. Can't believe they sell $.50 bottle of water that most hotels give away free for $2.00. Shame on you! Paid as much for 2 bottles as I would have paid for a case in the US of the same water!!!! Are you really that hard up for money? Yes, this is a very small thing, but it's the principle. To me and others it's indicative of a bigger problem. I've stayed here before and the customer service has improved over my last stay.

High price per night for the quality received. Lots of other options available in the region to pay a lower price for one night stay. This is NOT a Best Western PLUS hotel! I was very disappointed compared to my last stay at this location.

Located not to far from the downtown core. We had a quiet room. The room was very comfortable with a nice size bathroom. The gym looked descent; the indoor poo was busy & I noticed they had a laundry room for guests.

Friendly Staff great pool and water slide. They made sure we had something to eat before we left. So they have us lunch bags with a snack and water. I would highly recommend this hotel. Looks brand new and it's super clean. Has laundry machines too!

Amazing staff, probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. From the moment you walk in the front door, the staff will bend over backwards for you. Wifi was a little hard to work, but I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Seen lots of changes in past 7 or 8 years. The quality has deteriorated for rooms, beds, breakfast and kids who used to be excited for a Best Western stay now seems uninterested. Looks like Holiday Inn is more clean and welcoming.

Best western never disappoint me. Brandon in located just on the trans-canada highway, Room is clean and all staffs are very friendly. opened 5 years but still looks very new to me. I also like the hot breakfast. will back back again.

My overall experience is realy good except for the Wifi signal in my room who was very week and for some problem with the cleanliness of the room. The personal of the hotel was kind and very polite. It's a very quiet hotel.

My son and stayed here while visiting friends in Brandon. My wife and I had stayed here last fall and after an excellent then decided we would try it again. The check-in was flawless the rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The grounds, pool and hotel are nicely maintained! Breakfast is GREAT. staff attend to all food items and there is a great choice. Very pleased and we will stay again on our next visit to the area.

Awesome - I never stay anywhere else unless they do not have a Best Western. I enjoy the atmosphere. The Staff are fabulous, the rooms are extremely celan and if there is a problem they fix it immedietaly. I would not stay anywhere else. Love the Best Western PLUS!

Pulled into Brandon after a full day of traveling across the prairies and was looking for somewhere quiet, checked into the Brandon Inn and while it's a little higher than I would normally pay I was not disappointed. The facility is well maintained, clean and above all quiet, woke in the morning feeling great, enjoyed the breakfast and then back on the road. I will stay there again

We got the impression that not one extra cent is spent to provide the service that we have come to expect. The bed was excellent, but all BW beds are. The breakfast was a bare minimum attempt at filling their advertisement that breakfast is included. Broken furniture and drapes hanging off the rods does not make for a welcoming atmosphere. Bathroom essentials appeared to be the cheapest available.

Friendly check in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large flat screen, keurig, fridge, spacious room, good size bathroom (low tub with lots of grab bars for elderly) Reasonably quiet considering you are beside the Trans Canada. Breakfast had omelettes, sausage, cereals, breads, yogurt, apples, oranges, good OJ, fresh brewed coffee and a clean, bright breakfast area with good space. Hotel is 3 floors with lifts. Had a room request and it was met. WIFI is slow and needs improvement. Difficult to even send and check e-mail. Would stay here again.

Spend 2 week in Brandon for work. I choose the BW plus and do not regret my choice. Great welcome. The breakfast menu change, I was able to not eat omelette on every morning... what I like the most was to make my own yogourt. Fitness room isnt the biggest one but do the job. Mini fridge and microwave in the room... bbq outside. And few restaurant near by. I recommande and will return for sure.

Destination hotel for a tournament. Rooms were clean, adequately sized for a family. Decent location to the rink. Meeting rooms, breakfast room and ability to BBQ were a bonus. Staff helpful and efficient. Would recommend without hesitation.

Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very comfortable. Breakfast could have a better selection but over all very good place to stay . I highly would recommend this place.

Clean quiet room. Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast with hot options. Outside deck area with bbq (although we didn't use it, nice it was there.) Pool was ok...a little on the small side. Fitness Centre also small but equipment worked

Would stay there anytime...Beatrice at the front desk is amazing (non stop working machine) and Bibi at the Breakfast Buffet make's sure that everything is well replenished...You don't leave there hungry...Clean Rooms...High speed WiFi, Quiet...Pool is great with Sauna, Super Slide and Hot tub...If you forgot your Toothpaste, Lotion or Slippers they will accommodate you in a Flash...Would definitely recommend...Cheers to the Staff... Almost Forgot...There's a Gym there too ,looking into the pool...With more than enough workout equipment... Marc

This hotel is clean, and not far from city centre. Staff are very helpful. Free breakfast is nice. Newly upgraded hotel water slide pool for kids. I would stay here again if ever in Brandon. Good value.

As our family always heads to Brandon for Easter we decided to stay at the Best Western plus again as last years stay was fantastic. Check in was fine but were then informed that the water slide was not in order for the weekend as the stairs were being painted. As this didn't really affect us too much. Even my adult children were a little disappointed. I felt bad for other families that had smaller children that were counting on that as part of their weekend. The room was wonderful. The bed super comfortable. Had a wonderful sleep. The breakfast the next day was very disappointing. There weren't any sausages and the eggs were gross and cold. So besides the sad breakfast the stay was good. As for the waterslide, Best western could have surely sent an email to all the patrons for the weekend notifying them of the shutdown. It would have been an easy fix. We would have still stayed there, regardless of the slide working or not. Just would have been nice to have a heads up.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. There is a pool with a waterside, hot tub and a small but adequate gym. Rooms have a bar fridge and microwave and are well laid out. Located on a service road by the main highway was convenient and not much road noise.

Stay away I will never go back. The end horrible everything not happy with service. Good was like warm and was powder eggs. Super loud next to the highway. Front desk clerk was not helpful. And basically blew me off by lieing

This hotel is a great place to stay. Convenient location and great staff. Offers Gluten Free options at breakfast. Keep up the great work and always consider those of us who require Gluten Free options.

Hotel offered excellent accommodation ,and pleasant staff. We were waiting on the results of a medical emergency and were offered a couple of extra hours beyond the regular checkout time. This was very considerate and we certainly appreciated the offer.
