Best Western Bonnyville Inn & Suites

This hotel has great staff. Great rooms and comfy beds and pillows. Another cool feature was that there were shampoo and conditioner bottles hanging in the shower for you to use. I like the tap keys they have to get in the rooms. No more fumbling around to swipe the card. Just tap and the door unlocks. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. A buffet breakfast was a great thing for the morning.

Great hotel. Excellent amenities. Golf and driving simulator in the hotel that is free to use. Games room also free with Pool Table, Ping Pong and Foosball with a 50" TV. Now my hotel of choice for the area and I travel her a lot.

This is probably the best hotel in Bonnieville by far ..very goid beds had a great sleep every night..awesome breakfast games room Fantastic gym, very nice rooms , clean hotel friendly staff ...Definitely recommend this hotel when in Bonnieville

I always stay at the Best Western when in Bonnyville. There is a great variety of breakfast items with a large eating area. The breakfast is ready before the time posted which makes the morning quick. The hotel has clean rooms and fruendly staff. There is a new digital TV system installed which can be tricky to those who are not tech savey. There are restaurants in the parking lot including a Tim Hortons.

This time our stay was met with extremely firm beds causing back aches for my partner and I. Then the breakfast was rubbery eggs, mouldy tasing seasoned potatoes and a few choices of some bread for toast. Was disappointing as I swear when I stayed there just a month ago it was an amazing experience.

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The facilities were brightly lit, well maintained and easy to access. Lots of yummy breakfast options, the fitness area was also clean, well maintained and bright. Good internet. Clean and comfortable rooms. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay!

Hotel is always clean and staff are courteous! Never had an issue after 15 plus stays over the last year. Internet, Exercise facilities, and breakfast have always been top notch. I tell everyone that passes through Bonnyville to utilize this hotel!

Room was pretty clean. I am picky in this regard, but found it reasonable. I booked a family suite for our family of 4. It wasn't exactly as described but we were only in town one night so it was fine.There is an area for oversized parking which is good for trailer, etc parking. Staff was quite good. It was on the pricey side. Breakfast was included and it wasn't crappy continental style either. Gluten free options for cereal (Chex) and bacon and eggs. GF toast upon request in the back with a separate toaster. Impressive for a small town. I was surprised they could accommodate my celiac child. There was also a games room, a sports simulator room and a race track/car simulator room (no charge) that my kids (10 & 13) enjoyed. Overall, would stay again-and I don't say that about many hotels.

Wonderful reception when we arrived. Rooms very clean and well serviced. Lots of variety offered at breakfast. Hot water for a lovely deep bath after a long day at work. Looking forward to staying again.

As there is no pool or hot tub, I find it best to stay here for business (rather than when I bring my family) as there isn't a lot extra for kids to do (yes there is a pool table etc, and internet) but it seems that I seldom see kids here - certainly not running up and down the halls heading to the pool. It's pretty quiet overall, very suitable for those who need to sleep and be ready to work the next day.

We have been coming to Bonnyville for the 5th time over the last year and each time it has been a pleasure to stay. Hopefully you will get to meet Karen as she is absolutely a gem. The facility is maintained and very clean. The rooms and beds are so comfortable.

Amazing beds. Lots of pillows. Lots of hot water. Room was quiet. Complimentary bottled water at check in. Very clean facility. The room had a nice set up for a multi night stay (wardrobe, dresser, microwave, fridge, desk)

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well kept and the beds were comfortable. There was a gaming room for the kids which was nice as there was no pool. There are a few restraints and fast food places within walking distance.

So many options here. It doesn't have a buffet of hit things.. but it has dispensing items that I've never seen anywhere before. Most importantly they open early and that is awesome. Front Desk staff was very professional and made check in easy.

All around great trip. No problems. Didn't have to think about my room. I even extended my stay without incident. Recommend their points plan to anyone who travels extensively. It's great after traveling around for business to take the family somewhere.

Very clean property with plenty of parking. Unfortunately the plug in my tub could not be opened so the shower water, soap etc stayed in the tub. Luckily I didn't have a shower upon checking in to my room as I take one every morning and it would've been gross to have to stand in shower water from the night previous

Like almost all businesses, this hotel is struggling with being understaffed. But unlike the coffee shop across the parking lot or the chain sit down restaurant around the corner, service at the best western met my expectations.

The best western was one of many options in Bonnyville. Our group hotel was fully booked so I booked Best western. It was far better than the neighbouring competition. The room was fantastic nd comfortable.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location in Bonnyville. Close to everywhere important. The staffs are very courteous and highly professional. They love what they do and are great at it. The breakfast here is amazing and the room plus hotel are very clean. Sufficient parking and dinning very close to hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms and lobby and very clean and inviting. The hotel was nice and quiet at night!!!! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Typical best western. However this one had an amazing games room. The was pool, Foosball,table tennis,arcade racing, and a virtual sports simulator. This was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Highly recommend.

The Front Desk Staff made us feel welcome and at home. Very friendly, smiling and helpful. The staff in Breakfast Area very accommodating, considerable and friendly. Maintenance staff and housekeeping very friendly and keep the hotel in great clean condition. The General Manager was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Overall our stay was so comfortable and relaxing.

The BW in Bonnyville was an amazing hotel. The gym facility blew me away. there was so much equipment and it was clean. The breakfast was great and the hotel was clean. The room was very clean and the bed was the perfect amount of softness but also firmness. I haven't slept that well in a hotel in a long time!

It is a very nice property, well maintained in the small town. Good breakfast. But all these features ended up with a low rating because of the bad behavior by the staff especially the front desk person during my check-in. I wanted to give a 10 rating.

We had a relaxing and beautiful place to stay in Bonnyville. The service was exceptional, professionalism, and very kind well- mannered from the front desk clerk Robert. We have stayed at many different hotels and have found this to be the best place overall very clean, an excellent quality breakfast. I was surprised they had an exercise room , ping ball table, foosball table , pool table and indoor virtual golf for absolutely free to use while staying at the hotel. Overall, I would stay again soon because of Robert being very helpful , polite and kind . Overall the front desk are very good. The best hotel in Bonnyville. Thanks Robert for the great service .

the inn and suites room was comfortable but the continental breakfast was not good at all. the potatoes were not cooked. whatever the eggs were supposed to be were soggy and tasted as bad as the sausages did

We enjoyed our mini getaway to Bonnyville very much. This was our second visit to this lovely town and we were able to enjoy the Museum tour across the street from the hotel! The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful!

I travel here for work every week and I will not stay anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are always spotless and never have I seen anything worth complaining about. They have great wifi if you need it as well. The amenities seem great, I have yet to try the sports simulator or the driving simulator, but I can say the gym is excellent. Oh and the games room with foosball and ping pong seem great too. What more do you need to stay here? Even though they don't have a pool or some big waterslide that isn't working this week, doesn't mean you can't keep yourself entertained.

Stayed in a pet room. Dog food everywhere, floor was stained, garbage on floor, and light switches had smudged dirt. Internet was very very spotty had to keep resetting every 30 min. Staff were friendly

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for our stay in Bonnyville for a family member to have some surgery done at the local hospital. The property and room was very clean. We all know how stressful it is when health issues arise. I was waiting for a phone call from the hospital saying I could pick up my family member. The hotel staff were aware and offered me a later than normal check out -- how kind! When you have so much to worry about, that really meant a lot! Thank you for the comfortable stay, and for the kindness. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel totally met our expectations for our stay while in Bonnyville. Rooms were set up nice and we the hotel staff was courteous and friendly. We would totally recommend using this hotel while staying in Bonnyville.

Thuis is a very nice hotel. The room is bigger than many Plus versions. It was well equipped with 2 Queen beds plus a desk, chair and a very comfortable easy chair. The room and bathroom was spotless, making one feel very comfortable in this time of Covid 19. The staff (reception and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful.Even with everything being perfect, the room rate made it the place to stay.

Overall my stay was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly, and during COVID they made me feel comfortable and safe. The room was very clean, and the rest of the hotel was clean and organized. Great hotel to stay at!

I was travelling for work, and I did not know if the hotel was even open, because of the COVID 19 pandemic. When I arrived, and for my entire stay, staff tried hard to make me comfortable and safe, and often asked how I was doing. I felt safe in the hotel, which was important to me.

I loved that we didn't have to sign any paper at check-in or check out, so it helped us to void contact with people. The hotel was really clean, the lobby was really beautiful and you could see that they care about the guest's protection and safety. The room was clean, comfortable, and pretty. They didn't have breakfast, but they had grab and go and some options to drink (coffee, juice, water). The receptionists were really kind and friendly, Roberto at the check-in and Richel at the checkout. They were amazing! We loved the experience, definitely, we are going back there!

As the title suggests, this is our hotel of choice when staying in the area. The staff are always friendly and always go above and beyond your expectations. The price is really affordable. The hotel is located next to a Tim's, which is really convenient if you happen to miss the breakfast. Note* With regards to the current pandemic, this hotel has upped the cleaninig and sanitation. Rooms are not booked back to back. For example, the room you are staying in will have not had a guest for at least 24-72 hours before you. I really liked this as it lets me feel that they are taking the sanitation and cleaning of the rooms during this time very seriously.

I always stayed at this hotel chain for business, due to covid, they had to shut down this location for a while, But was glad to hear they where re-open, given the extraordinary circumstances Best western is doing an amazing job at try to work around it, thank you to the management and staff for the outstanding job,

Conveniently located hotel within proximity of restaurants. Cheerful staff. The fitness Center is well equipped and bonus is the simulators which helped pass a pleasant evening. The breakfast has a good selection of healthy options. Overall... the hotel is good value for money

They make you feel welcome ! I drove down from Cold Lake specifically for this property. The management and staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Check in to check out I have never had any issues at this property I highly recommend it.

The hotel staff is awesome. The housekeeping is second to none. Friendly front desk staff and incredible entertainment right in the hotel. The building is new and clean but the staff make it a home away from home.

Awesome service all around. They follow up with you before you arrive, very nice helpful staff and the facilities for kids was excellent. The free breakfast is great and the morning breakfast room is comfortable and clean. The ping pong table is a noce touch to use.

Room was over the front sliding doors which kept me awake all night. On checkout day a letter was placed under door telling me to leave by 11 cause they were sold out. No tact whatsoever. Horrible customer relations.

Unbelievably kind staff. Kim at the front desk went out of her way to help me when I needed to get to catch my bus in order to get back home. The breakfast was out standing. Hotel was very clean and well managed.

The staff at this hotel seem to understand working people like me, who stay with them. Service is friendly and efficient and I was never delayed. I appreciate the support. For me the location is central to my work sites, and the good service and price is a bonus.

We were upgraded to a suite room, very nice with small kitchen sink and fridge, couch and second TV. Room was very clean and comfortable, it's a great location with fast food restaurants in the parking lot and a 3 minute walk to the recreation center. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had lots of choices. Will definitely return on out next stay in Bonnyville.

I recently stayed at this property, and was instantly welcome by Linda. She was very welcoming and helpful. The room was just what I needed, and the bathrooms were pristine! Breakfast was good, loved the variety of items. Needless to say, I will definitely be back! Kudos to Linda and her staff for a wonderful stay!

I stay at this location frequently and I must say this is one of the best BW locations around. Staff is always super friendly and courteous. They have a great facilities for working out in the gym with a massage chair that is fantastic. Rooms are always clean and comfy.

Great options for breakfast. Have hot food, lots of cereal options, pancake maker,c juice bar, toast/bagels/pastries and of course coffee. Friendly staff who bakes fresh cookies daily. Pet friendly!!!

We were impressed with this Hotel, it was reasonably priced and the breakfast was actually very good, with lot's of options! The Jacuzzi room was wonderful, clean and quiet, we enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Even though this facility is lacking a pool, there was no shortage of options to entertain our family. My husband and son (8) played games on the sports simulators and the racing simulator while I enjoyed the very clean and equipped gym, after my workout a nice massage in the massage chair and then on to more fun at the ping pong table, pool table and foozeball table. The hotel in whole was very clean, and sanitized, down to the supplied boot covers for the construction workers. The beds and pillows were amazing and upon waking up the breakfast was plentiful with so many options more than any hotel we've stayed in recently. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. This was an unplanned stay, but most enjoyable.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning/room temperature controls work well. The beds are comfortable but I personally didn't like the pillows. The hotel is conveniently located with restaurants just a short walk from the front door. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good with a selection of hot and cold items. The fresh cookies at check-in are a nice touch!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great games room for the kids! Yummy breakfast! The rooms were clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable with very nice sheets and pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

My coworker and I stayed at this hotel for business (field trip). The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the rooms were excellent. The beds were very comfortable as well. This hotel is in a great location with a Tim Hortons directly across (great for grabbing snacks before heading out on the road, though the breakfast included is quite good) and a Boston Pizza in the lot beside. Both of us had a great time with the sports simulator (the hockey game is very cool!) and if we come back during this project we look forward to trying out one of the driving simulators or the ping pong table. Top it off with cookies at the front desk - what more could you ask for.

One of the best stays I have had at any hotel. The staff where amazing and fun. Always had fresh cookies and candy at the front desk. Always seemed to be one step ahead when it came to service. I even got a care package for having the cleanest room and making it easier on the staff. Keep up the good work.

My stay was very enjoyable, I was tired after the long day of travelling. I checked with the first hotel coming into town and it was full? Finally Googled and I was glad to hear there was a Best Western? I immediately found one, because I been here before and also am a member of Best Western!

Staying here always help eliminate any stress associated with the travel. The place is really a home away from home. The team here are well trained and very willing to help and they are also unassuming. The game room is fantastic

BW Bonnyville treated me right. I had a long journey and arrived late. I called ahead to inform them that I would be late. They were very polite and welcoming. My the room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed! I would recommend them to anyone who is heading up to the Lakeland area.

Best Western is always my hotel of choice, but this staff went above and beyond. I was in a car accident late at night on my way to Edmonton, and was unable to drive my car. After being dropped off at Bonnyville Best Western, Chantelle (at front desk), seeing the tow truck and my lack of luggage immediately asked if I was okay. After getting me checked in, she went into the back, and came out with an arm full of toiletries. The bed was perfect, and the room was a perfect temperature over night. The complementary breakfast was SO yummy! And there was so much variety! When I approached the front desk to ask for a late checkout (I didn't have anywhere else to go until the insurance company okay'd a rental car), Kassi recognized me from an email Chantelle kindly sent out describing what had happened. A late check out was arranged, and Kassi gave me the number of a great local rental company and taxi service, as well as some food coupons for lunch. She was so empathetic and caring! As sucky as a car write-off is, I'm grateful to have met so many amazing people along the journey of getting home.

I've accompanied my kids on a couple tournaments and usually the hotels are not very prepared but the staff at this place was spot on! I was a bit surprised to find out they had no pool but their games room and simulator rooms more than made up for that! Very pleased with this experience all around thank you so much for the great hospitality

I travel a lot and am in many hotels and it is a joy to stay at Bonnyville bestwestern with everything you want in walking distance and a staff that makes you feel right at home to watching hockey on the big screen in the lounge area

Having just finished a two week stay in the hotel I have to thank the fantastic staff, it's been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are so friendly and helpful, treats at the front desk every evening, friendly face to welcome you back every evening (Emma is fantastic on the front desk!). 5 stars all the way! (great prices for an oil field location hotel to!!)

This property is easy to find and has a few amenities within walking distance (pizza, Timmies, liquor store) that is much appreciated after a long drive. Cookies in the lobby upon arrival was a nice touch and loved the automated boot/shoe cover at the entrance to help keep flooring clean.

the hotel staff was excellent, our room was very clean, the breakfast was great, lots to choose from. The sports simulator and driving simulator were both really fun. Express check out was offered and it was very convenient.

I was staying at a different hotel in town but had a colleague refer me to this hotel. I was surprised to say the least. Their breakfast ranks pretty high when considering your average hotel breakfast. They had ham that tasted very fresh and home cooked. Bacon too my second morning but the ham stood out. They have a golf simulator which sold me. They have clubs which is a nice plus. I heard about the massage chair and didn't try it until my second night. I then asked if I could take it home with me and was told no. My biggest complaint. Very unique hotel. Shocking that they don't charge for the extras as I find most hotels do. Clean rooms, comfy bed. I'll be back next month and recommend others to try them out.

Right from the moment you enter the Hotel i knew i made a right choice. The staff were awesome the room was spacious and comfy beds the breakfast was quite good many choices. Overall excellent hotel I can't wait to be back which will be Nov5th

I've had two extended stays at the Best Western in Bonneyville. I truly cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly; everyone of them. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the amenities are excellent. The fitness room has top of the line equipment, weights, machines and even a massage chair. The motel doesn't have a pool but it does have a sports and a driving simulator along with a games room with a pool table and a ping pong table. Food choices are in the same parking lot (Tim Horton's, Mary Brown's and Little Caesar's), a liquor store and within a 5 minute walk is Boston Pizza. The hotel provides a great breakfast every morning with eggs, meat choices and pastries. The front desk always has treats available for their guests; cookies, candies and even dog treats for their four legged guests! The best thing though is the staff and manager (Linda). They are exceptional. Friendly and very personable; they make me fell welcome without coming across as put-on and always address me by my name. I highly recommend this establishment.

This was one of the most lovely hotels I've stayed at. The room was amazing and was more then I expected. It was super clean and spacious. Very modern and I loved the Asian inspired theme of the room. The soaps and shampoos smelled amazing! We checked in pretty late in the evening but check in was super easy as was check out. Only thing that was confusing was that when we got there, we did not notice that when you enter the parking lot from the road that the first entrance was for the Convention Centre and not the main check in part of the building. Not that big of a deal at all however.

Great amenities. Virtual games were alot of fun. Staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Beakfast was better than most. Rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. Absolutely no complaints,. I love staayin here when on the road.

This hotel is awsome they have a bbq onsite for guest to use also close to restaurant in waking distance , front staff goes out of their way to help you out, very clean and all you can eat breakfast for all ages.

We came as a big group, Alberta Spay Neuter Task Force, and as always our accommodations were awesome. The manager Trevor is great to deal with and is always super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the location is perfect. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Staff and accommodations are excellent. This hotel is five star and I leave rested and relaxed every time I stay here. The Beds are super comfy and the hotel is located close to all my needs. I alway have easy access in and out of my room and there a lots of good sized parking stalls for my truck.

Once again when I check in it's like visiting my home. They are extremely polite and from the very beginning they want you to feel welcome. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Even the morning kitchen staff remembers my name. The buffet breakfast has all the essential for a healthy meal to get you thru the day, assuming you have your own lunch. With Tim Hortons across the parking lot, it's all there for your day of work.

We've stayed at a lot of hotels on work trips and this has been the best so far. Staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Games rooms that included sports simulation, racing simulator and another separate room with ping pong, pool table and foosball table with large TV was a treat for me and the boys I was working with. Very good breakfast and nice, large clean rooms.

Visiting friends in the area and stayed two nights at this B/W location. The hotel is on the outskirts of the town in an area with several other lodging establishments - it really is amazing how the oil industry has drawn all these hotels into these locations, but back to the review. Front desk staff professional, hotel room was large and perfect for our needs for wheelchair access, Clean (as it should be !!), very well appointed with large TV, fridge, micro-wave and coffee maker. Comfortable bed with great pillows, and as with all (I believe) Best Westerns these days a good selection of food in the breakfast they provide. Highly recommendable.

My husband was staying in this hotel for work, so my little girls and i went to visit him. The staff was amazing, we missed breakfast everyday but they always let us in, and they gave us a free upgrade to the family suit because they thought we would be too crapped in the standard room. Not to mention the awesome coffee stand and the free muffins/cookies/ candy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We are a few weeks into our stay with Best Western Bonnyville. We have work in the area, it was a easy choice to host our employee's at this venue. The facilitates are superb. Gym, Massage chair, and the simulators! Lots of common area for social gatherings, and an amazing comp. breakfast! Special mentions to Trevor @ the front desk. Very accommodating, from FAQ's to questions from left field, he is your guy.

We were in town for a hockey weekend a few weeks ago and Trevor and the other front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a great job and went above and beyond. Anything we needed, the staff at the hotel was willing to help out. Great hotel with fitness room, games room, virtual games and race car driving as well as a wonderful breakfast. Great customer service and they catered to the hockey kids and parents. Very affordable as well.

We went for a weekend of hockey for playoffs. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The amenities were wonderful - the pool room, games room. An unexpected and fun extra for filling time between events for the kids and adults alike. The rooms were very clean. The way the staff was accomodating to help our weekend go smoothly - the use of the breakfast room for team dinners and breaks was great. One restless parent in our group mentioned that they enjoyed fresh donuts in the middle of the night when they went to the lobby!! There are restaurants very close within walking distance which can be handy for individuals or groups coming on busses. Thank you for being so helpful as we competed in our events and worked with our team and their families to make it a wonderful weekend. We would definitely come back again. They could not have made it easier for us than they did. Thanks again!!

Our family had an excellent visit at this outstanding Best Western with our hockey team! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean and we can't say enough about the common areas that allowed our parents and players to unwind and make fabulous memories together!

We stayed at the Best Western in Bonnyville. The front staff are very welcoming when you check in. The hotel is very clean thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff. Breakfast in the morning was of course great. They have to simulator rooms for the kids to use and a recreational room which is a great feature, it kept the boys busy with something to do.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for a hockey tournament. Although there was no pool there was plenty for the kids to do in the games room and Sports game room. The breakfast was excellent and the property was very clean. We had a dog and they were very accommodating as well. Very friendly staff. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

I stay in Bonnyville for work a lot! The first few times I stayed at a couple of the other hotels however I got booked into the Bonnyville BW. It was very clean, beds were great and amenities excellent. We've all had that before however we don't always get the 'family' attitude that I get here....home away from home! So many things; I'm a huge coffee drinker and they always ensure a newer pot is on (once I went for one at 11pm and it was empty, which is probably good at that time. I went to my room to have the front desk call me to tell me he had a fresh pot on for me...wow!) Trevor is always a hoot at the front and I certainly apologize for not knowing ALL by name as I should. Today I walked in my room to have a gift bag and a note from Amanda with cleaning services, it was a thank you for having a clean room....so cool, what a gal. This is a shout out to the Bonnyville BW staff for all they do for me as it makes me look forward to getting back to my second home every night. Excellent continental breaky also....list goes on. Because of this service my wife and I try and use BW when we are elsewhere. Had trouble clicking on review ratings but they would have been top notch. Thanks again Bonnyville BW

I travel all over the world - I'm a comedian and often work as MC for big corporate events .. so depending who i'm working for, the hotels can range from super fancy to to fancy to just standard. Well the BW Bonnyville was a total surprise ! It fell into the “standard” category .. But the service was AMAZING ! Trevor W at the reception went way out of his way .. and this was late at night- to accommodate myself and the string quartet I was travelling with ! He was the epitome of the perfect host - welcoming, friendly, efficient and going that extra mile! And it seems he well represents the whole team at this exceptional BW .. Megan, Marilynn and Claude were also fantastic ! You're gonna start thinking that I WORK at this hotel or something to give them such a rave review ! Well you know what - I WOULD ! If you're ever in Bonnyville - and you should go - we had a blast ! You know where to stay ! I'd pick the Bonnyville BW over any fancy hotel every time !

The check in process was good and the staff were very nice. I switched hotels because the bed was not a good fit for me (too soft) and the room was a 2 queen (I had booked a king suite which was changed because I was traveling with an assistance dog). I did find a hotel that worked for me (King suite with a firm bed - also reviewed on TA) and when I called to cancel the staff was disappointed I hadn't given them a chance to try a different room. Oddly enough, it was because the day before I was at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edmonton who were resistant to my trying a different room because "they're all the same." I appreciated the desire of the staff to accommodate us and her efficient, no hassle canceling of the reservation.

We had the privilege of staying at the Best Western in Bonnyville. This is an exceptional hotel for the price. Attractive, clean, awesome breakfast, incredible staff. We will recommend this place to anyone!

Stayed in Bonnyville Dec11-15 for work - appreciated always being greeted by the friendly staff at the start and end of each day. Rooms and hotel were clean and breakfast room offered enough variety each morning of my stay that I did not get tired of selection. Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza, McDonalds, and liquor store all within walking distance. I will stay there again

Room was great, staff was excellent amenities were very nice. Loved the games room. Bed was cosy with great pillows. Hotel was very clean and decorated very nicely for xmas. Staff takes the time to make sure your stay is comfortable.

And I was worried that the kids would miss having a pool! Thank you for the kindness and all of the extras while our team was staying at your hotel for hockey. The staff were fun and helpful. The games room, sports simulators, gym and massage chair were amazing. The kids loved all of the choices at breakfast and the cookies and jelly beans at the office. The whole place was beautifully decorated for Christmas and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Newer hotel in east end development. Typical BW Plus. Good rooms, lots of parking, decent wifi but no restaurant. Breakfast is included with the usual fare, cereals, toast, juices and a couple of hot items. Coffee is ok but Tim Horton is right next door.

Came to Bonnyville for a hockey tournament and was very impressed by the service provided at the Best Western. Trevor handled our group booking and was nothing less than exceptional. He ensured our kids got time in the games rooms together, and provided our group with an area to gather and visit. The service and great group rate was much appreciated and we would definitely book as a group again!

The details were all covered, and the stay was amazing. No-swipe card entry into the room with strong WIFI and cable on a big TV. Everything was amazing to guy who travels a lot and sees all the ways hotels can improve. It's great to see a place that obviously has fixed the common problems that haunt most places. The high-light was Trevor Wolosiexicz whose attitude and friendliness put me in a great mood after a long drive to get there. It really means a lot when someone enjoys their job and does it well. Trevor was funny and friendly, and it meant a lot. A great place to stay when you're in town. Thanks Trev!

Lots of family were in Bonnyville for a family funeral. Trevor at the front desk was unbelievable. Very welcoming and let us use the breakfast room in the evening so family could gather . Very much appreciated and would stay again for their great hospitality. One thing I would recommend is change your pillows very uncomfortable. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

I always stay at Best Western Bonnyville when I am in the area visiting family. The staff are courteous and warm. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff here have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make me and my family happy and comfortable. I stay here at least 5 times a year and have never had an issue.

My husband and I stayed at the best western in Bonnyville while visiting some family this past weekend. Every staff member we passed along the way had remarkable customer service. The guy who checked us in was very personable and funny. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is very well taken care of. The breakfast was great and had so many options. Even almond milk and a list of gluten free foods they offer, which you don't see often at hotels. We will for sure be back the next time were staying in Bonnyville. Thank you for a great stay :)

This is by far my favorite hotel in Bonnyville. Jim and Trevor at the front desk always make me feel welcome and are a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast and the games room are an extra bonus. This is my go to hotel when I am in town for business, usually once per month.

I travel lots for work and this is by far the most accommodating hotel in the area. Trevor and the rest of the hotel staff are always nice, helpful and the most welcoming. This hotels breakfast is always top notch they actually have meats and hot food and it's free by the way, not just bread and cereal like some places I've stayed. If you have a chance I would recommend checking out the games room they have at this hotel which is a nice added bonus.

I travel quite a bit for work and of all the hotels in Alberta that I have stayed in Best Western in Bonnyville is definitely my personal favourite. The staff are very welcoming and friendly especially Trevor, who is one front desk staff. He welcomes me by name, and that is pretty impressive with all the guest they get! This hotel offers much more than great rooms such as an awesome gym, a massage chair, an entertainment area and other fun activities to do. Most importantly the breakfast is good, it has lots of variety. Also, recently Best Western upgraded their wifi and internet services! I always enjoy my stay here and Trevor makes me want to come back!

I practically live in hotels all across Alberta because I travel so much for work and the Best Western in Bonnyville is by far my favorite. From stepping in the door the front desk staff are always incredibly friendly and will help you with whatever you need. In particular one front desk staff named Trevor is there most of the time we show up and he knows myself and my coworkers by name and always makes us feel at home. The workout room here is top notch, all new equipment as well as a massage chair that is awesome. The breakfast is pretty good with hot options available for food. The WiFi and tv service has just been upgraded and is extremely fast and there are lots of channels to choose from on the telus optic tv. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the bonnyville/cold lake area. Even if we have work closer to cold lake we will drive the extra bit in order to stay in our favorite hotel in bonnyville and see Trevor when we walk in!

We go to Bonnyville every June 4th (our great grandson's birthday) and we stay at the Great Western every time. The staff know us by now (been there over 7 times) and they treat us like family - as they do the other patrons. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms clean and tidy - and T.V. to watch as well. Their FREE breakfast every day is a wonderful experience. From hot food to cereals - waffles and toast and all the tea and coffee you want (decaff as well...). We look forward to our yearly stay.

Had to stay here with a sports group and it's was as unimpressive as I remembered. The rooms are not clean and front desk staff was uninterested in making it right. As with prior experiences...the management was rude after I filled out an online survey of the property.

The front desk managers, Jim and Trevor are amazing and very helpful. The rest of the hotel staff does an excellent job at keeping the hotel clean and cheerful looking. This is a good place to stay for work or pleasure at reasonable rates.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. When not serving customers they are constantly cleaning the common areas. Great in house leisure activities like virtual sports. This will always be my go to hotel in the area.

The golf simulator and race car simulator were pretty neat. I didn't get a chance to use them but they looked like fun. Definitely a good place to stay if you have extra time on your hands during your stay.

I have stayed in numerous hotels throughout the year and this one make me feel at home, as they call me by my name when I enter and when I leave. Most hotels don't care after you check in but this one phoned up after 15 minutes to check if everything was acceptable.

This was an incredible hotel! We were visiting Alberta for a special reunion with my birth family, and this was such a nice place to stay! Large rooms & very clean. Fabulous complimentary breakfasts - the best I've ever seen in a hotel! They also gave us an extra discount, maybe because they felt sorry that we had a previous bad experience at another place of lodging in town. The staff was very courteous & helpful! I went to visit my fiance at the time for the weekend while he was working near bonnyville, it was 2 weeks before our wedding. The room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable. The staff there were all amazing and so friendly. They went over and beyond and surprised me with chocolates, a bottle of wine and a card on the bed when I arrived for me and my fiance. I was so impressed and surprised by it all. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know that will be traveling thru Bonnyville. I met Trevor and Jim and they were awesome. Excellent customer service, everything was nice and clean. I enjoyed most of the extra's at the hotel. At night it was nice and quiet but the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Tim Horton's is in the parking lot which made a good cup of coffee convenient. I have stayed here many times and really like the hotel.

Hotel was very good but price was on the high side, could nor accommodate 2 persons for 2 nights in same rooms. A/C units were very noisy but cooled fine. Breakfast was very good and selection was adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated in a good place and there is easy access to restaurants.

This is a newer hotel with a fun gaming lounge to hang out in. Very professional staff. Do not hesitate to stay at this location if you are in the Bonnyville/Cold Lake Alberta area. There is lots to do in the area and this is a great location to access and have as a home base for your stay.

Great Hotel, very nice staff who are always looking to help. Games Room & simulator rooms were awesome! The complimentary breakfast is a 10 out of 10 and the fitness center provides just enough equipment to get in a good workout. Best Western is now the only place I will stay when ion Bonnyville.

Great managers, worked nightshift and the staff were quite quiet and helpful. had some issues with the elevator but they made up for it with steaks. Overall great experience and the breakfast was to die for!

Stayed in a room with Microwave and fridge so was able to buy meals to warm up.It was nice that they had had an exercise room where I was able to get in couple work outs while staying there. Had a wonderful 1 week stay, great facilities, gym was good size for a hotel and had everything you need for a good workout along modern cardio epuipment. As an added bonus there is an awesome massage chair that is free to use. Staff were amazingly accommodating and seem to go above and beyond compared to other places of stayed.

Great place to stay there are other options in town but the friendly customer service you receive here surpasses all the others. Would recommend evrryday breakfast menu offers lots of selection and all good food just adds to the value.

Stayed at this hotel during my son's attendance at the Pontiac prospect camp. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast room was excellent, great decor and lots of food choices. Room Rate was an incredible value. No pool or hot tub but a very fun games area with simulators. Didn't use the exercise room but it looked well set up.

Were here for the Junior A camp 1st time in BW Bonnyville. Excellent service from reservation(Jessica), Front Desk (Ann & Trevor) and Housekeepers (Susan & Russel) made our stay like home. The facility is very clean, staff are willing to help & very efficient, hardworker & approachable. Service with a SMILE at all times! Breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of varieties, food is hot, they replenish everything in no time and lastly very clean & sanitized dining room. We will be back from sure.

While volunteering in Frog Lake during May, I stayed at the Best Western hotel. The staff was wonderful from the fast, efficient welcoming check-in to quick, bill-spilting check-out. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the water hot. We received an exceptional rate from an excellent Hotel.

When I Visit the area it is great to be able to stay in such a clean, friendly and accommodating environment as the Best Western in Bonnyville. I travel all summer with an Animal Wellness Group and we do a lot of work in this area; the Best Western is fabulous and supports these projects. Could not have a better experience.

Staff are great, always ready to help answer questions or provide you with what you need. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Beds are also comfortable. Their television system is awesome. Free movies and cable.

I work for a local animal welfare organization that was doing work in a community near Bonnyville. We work in communities all over the province thus requiring us to book rooms for over 80 volunteers. This is our second stay at the Best Western in Bonnyville and I can say without a doubt the most accommodating hotel we have ever stayed. Every single staff member welcomes you with a smile and we always feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious and spotless. We stayed up there last weekend while volunteering for the weekend. They could not have been better, Friendly helpful staff would do anything for you. Good snacks in the morning. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Plus the added bonus of a Timmy's right in the parking lot. lol I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Our stay at Best Western was a great one . The staff made us feel welcome and they even welcomed our dog with a treat. Only problem is we wish we would have more option of rooms like a room with a sofa when we want to watch t-v or just relax . When you bring in your dog with you the rooms are limited . Other than that everything was pleasant , super quiet and the breakfast was really good with a lot of choices . We will return for sure .

Checked in to the hotel and was treated with truly amazing service by Meghan at the front desk . She truly went out of Her way to show us the many facilities and to help the crew settle in . This is one of the better hotels I have visited. I have said multiple times I will write a review for you Linda and am finally doing it. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is good and there is simulators and games to use at no extra charge. My only complaint is when the jelly bean machine is not put out. Yes you have cookies, donuts, candies and fruits but I like jelly beans!! :)

Fantastic stay the staff was great and the pool table ping pong table and foosball table were a great item for entertaining our children. The car and sports simulators are very awesome and the kids couldn't get enough of them. I highly recommend this hotel

We arrived late but were still able to book the Jacuzzi suite. Very reasonably priced. Love the games room and breakfast. For someone who stays in a lot of hotels this was the best breakfast we've seen included with a room. Nice room comfy beds very helpful staff. Overall great stay.

We stayed there over this past weekend. This is a great place to stay! We were treated very well upon check in and by the entire hotel staff (by everyone from the GM Linda to the staff in the breakfast nook) during our time there. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was great as was the pillow, I had no issues sleeping whatsoever. The complimentary breakfasts we enjoyed each morning was top notch. You had your choice of meats (different ones each day) eggs, hash browns as well as a tasty fruit cocktail. They also had a waffle maker, the standard cereals, fruit, yogurt and the list went on. There was a terrific selection, far exceeding the standard fare at most other hotels. But the best part was the recreational amenities offered by this hotel. I have never stayed in a place that offered so much for their guests. There was a golf simulator there, Yes a golf simulator!!!! I was in heaven! It could also be programed to be a hockey or bball or football simulator as well. The fitness center was by far the best that I have been in (for a hotel) My workout was great. It also had a foosball table, a billiards table and a ping pong table for patrons to enjoy. I have never ever stayed in a place like that. The final touch was the warm cookies one could enjoy in the late afternoon or evening (had some every night) that were located in the lobby. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The friendly helpful Staff makes staying here a pleasure. Clean, attractive, quiet rooms with an awesome staff makes staying here an easy decision.

The BEST breakfast room in the province I'd say! Sandy is the most attentive and friendly hostess ever:) Only place I stay when in Bonnyville! The beds are amazing too. Super clean rooms and awesome housekeeping. I get some of the best sleeps of my life here:)

The Best Western hotel in Bonnyville is a very nice clean hotel. The staff are friendly, courteous and always professional. The rooms are always clean, quiet and well kept. It offers very good value during travel.

This hotel was clean and had everything that I needed. The room was spacious and the TV's are flat screen (they are swivel and tilt). This hotel doesn't have a pool or hot tub, but they have a decent gym, massage chair, race car simulator where you race other players, golf/baseball/hockey simulators as well. There is an electric car plug-in. The breakfast is above average with waffles, and other warm items. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a tims in front of this building. The hotel isn't walking distance to much else though.

I have stayed here (Best Western Bonnyville Inn) a number of times and every time the stay was fantastic. Small extra things the management does to accommodate. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location as well. Every room has a microwave and a fridge so you can keep a few items if you are on an extended stay.

We were extremely impressed in this Best Western Hotel. We were staying as a part of a large group staying three nights. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The breakfast room was comfortable with a large selection of hot and cold meals. The staff were pleasant and knowledgable, in particular Trevor who went out of his way to be of help more than once. Absolutely will be staying here again.

We were there for a wedding and stayed 4 nights. The room we got was amazing, Very clean, quite, beautifully setup. Breakfast was the best breakfast we had at a hotel for not having a restaurant. Hot food was hot and very good, lots of selections from cold cereal, muffins, waffles, toast, eggs, juices, good coffee, etc... The staff and service was above all, very friendly, professional and new what was going on. They knew about the bus service for the wedding, they had placed a large photo of the bride and groom in the entrance. They were willing to help with anything we needed day or night. The warm hospitality when you enter, coffee, cookies, fruit was available at the entrance for you to take any time. Mom wanted a lower pillow and they had one for her. The amenities was also excellent, they have pool table/ game room (with pool table, fuss ball, ping pong table) , exercise room, simulator game room, race car room. We tried it and had lots of fun. Convenience with restaurants being walking distance away (Boston Pizza, Tims, MacDonald and more being constructed). Like I said in the tittle this was the BEST of the Best Western we ever stayed in acroos Canada. We would definitely stay there again. L. & F. Morin

Service was excellent, friendly and professional. Great hotel to stay at in the Bonnyville area. Booking the room, checking in and the express check out were all good features. Hotel is very clean and the quality of the room was very good.

I called last minute to get a room. Trevor got me into one right away, and beat the competition with a great rate. He ensured I got out quickly in the morning for work, recommending the express check-out. And with a slight boo-boo upon check-in, he apologized quickly and even gave me a small gift to make up for it. Thanks for making my stay a good one Trevor! If ever I'm in the neighbourhood again and needing a hotel, you'll be first on my list to call...

Breakfast is good. Many options. They have a golf simulator with hunting and other sports that was really cool. Nobody else wanted to use it so we got to stay in there for a few hours. I didn't try the massage chair but was given a quick tour and shown it and want to go back just to try it. The racing simulator looks fun too. Too much to do to have time though. Pillows are a little too thick but we made do. Construction nearby made parking a little hard but it looks like another restaurant going in which will be nice for the area. Good visit overall. I spend many nights at hotels across Western Canada and this is definitely one of the top. I rarely write reviews but for this place I'll make an exception. Very friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable, great beds, super fitness center, sport simulator is a lot of fun and great exercise, massage chair in fitness center topped it all off.

The staff were really helpful. Rooms were clean. Complimentary Breakfast was great, good selection of items.The complimentary golf simulator was the highlight. Have simulators for other games as well. Enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend.

When I was working in the oilfield north of Bonnyville/Cold Lake I would pick the Best Western so often it became like a bit of a second home. I liked the location - a straight shot out onto Highway 28 - no traffic hassles (unless you're trying to get into the Tim's drive thru I guess). I always stayed in the basic rooms, and they were always clean and generally quiet. Sometimes one of the beds was a bit lumpy/uneven/uncomfortable but generally not bad enough to request a new room or anything like that. Good sized parking lot as well (which was helpful when driving an oversized vehicle). Breakfasts are pretty standard - no complaints there.

I came to bonnyville with some friends and stayed at the best westren and am super impressed. The staff is excellent and they asked me to leave a review so am doing it. Great job to everyone here! I was shocked when they showed me they had a golf simulator they let people use for free. We spent 2 hours in there. It has hockey and basketball games, hunting games. I'm sincerely shocked. They also have a driving simulator here we didn't get a chance to try. I feel like I'm at a place I shouldn't be able to afford. This is my last night and breakfast is also very great, beds are good. They are ripping apart there parking lot so parking was a bit tough but thats minor. Breakfast was good although the person working it doesn't seem to like her job much. The next time we are in town we will be back. This is a great place to stay if you want to be able to kill time during the day. Thank you again!

My son and I stayed at the Best Western in Bonnyville. We were in Bonnyville for the Bonnyville Pontiacs Spring camp. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our stay was excellent!

Very good hotel. Good location. Hotel is very well kept and staff show a caring level of customer service. They do all they can to assure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. Great Staff adds to an already 10 out of 10 rating.

Very welcoming and nice staff. The treats at the front desk were a nice added touch (cookies, bananas, candies). The gym was great. Not only did it have a variety of cardio machines to choose from (not the typical treadmill in a closet like in other hotels), it had a Smith press machine, a cable machine, and free weights. Literally any type of workout could be accommodated. The town is small, but this hotel is a 5 minute walk from grocery stores and some restaurants, making it great if you don't have access to a vehicle. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying here or passing through.

The rooms are large and the high speed internet is strong in most rooms (I have stayed here several times). They recently removed the hot tub and but in pool tables etc... seems to get more people involved. The hot tub was generally empty most the times that I had used it. The hotel is a little outside of the city core, but Bonnyville is small enough that you don't have to drive long to get back to Mr. Mikes etc... also with the businesses growing behind the hotel there is now a Boston Pizza and McDonald's within walking distance. Not to mention the Tim Horton's in the parking lot. Nice hotel, friendly staff.... I stay here every time I am in Bonnyville.

The front desk gentleman was superb with his demeanour, helpfulness and professionalism. Lobby had a fruit bowl and was clean. The room was average and dark. The bed in my particular room should be replaced.

Everything at this Hotel would be as you would expect from a best western in a small town in Alberta. Comfortable, clean, standard style rooms, nice staff. They are currently renovating the gym area so they provided me a day pass for the recreation center a block away which was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard. Nothing special. All in all this hotel is what you come to expect.

I've been staying at this hotel for 3+ years now when I go up on business. They were the ones who signed me up for the Best Western Rewards offers & its paid off ever since I did that. From the moment I walk through the doors, they call me my first name, especially Jim! They ALWAYS look for an opportunity to give me a FREE room upgrade at the original rate they reserved for me. The hotel rooms are always clean, showers always have lots of hot water with tons of water pressure. Flat screen TV's with plenty of channels. The Wifi is extremely fast with no issues. They have since added a recreational room for some great fun even if you're alone or with the family. The free Breakfast is always fresh with plenty of assorted healthy options, not to mention the bacon & eggs which is always full. There's also a Timmy's in the parking lot which never hurts at all!

My stay in this hotel was great.Front desk staff was professional and helpful especially Meghan. Hotel room was tidy, bed was very comfortable.My only critic was that, Breakfast starts at 6am, which was too late for me.I had to leave for work at 5:30am, therefore I ended up missing breakfast every morning. Nevertheless there is a tim hortons nearby which helped, But at an extra cost.Change your breakfast time, and I will give you excellent!

Hotel is clean and good location (right beside Tims which is a huge advantage to me). The staff here are so nice, they really tried every effort to help. Breakfast is good and the internet never let me down.

Got a good deal on the room for a few days. Good breakfast, clean. Their hot tub and fitness room are gone they are renovating but say there will be a new fitness room and a games room. Looks cool. I'd stay here again if I was in the area. Nice staff.

Our hockey team stayed here for a provincial hockey tournament this past weekend. Even though there were 3 teams of young boys running around, the service and professionalism of the staff was impeccable. Rather than being yelled at for excessive hallway noise (as I have experienced in other hotels), the Best Western Bonnyville used a more pro-active approach by offering a complimentary parent suite for adults to gather in at night to share "stories". The hotel also offered a free room for equipment storage and let us use the breakfast room for team meals at lunch and the dinner hour. Rooms were cleaned while we were at the rink (which is within walking distance from the hotel by the way) and breakfast was scheduled in accordance with our team's games. This hotel knows how to work with, rather than against, hockey teams! If hockey brings us to Bonnyville again, I will definitely book our team at the Best Western.

I stay here everytime I travel for work and it's always pleasant. The staff know me by my first name and do everything to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast is good and the rooms are always clean. Definitely recommend Best Western Bonnyville to anyone who is looking for a home away from home.

I travel for business a lot and stay in hotels all over Northern Alberta. This is definitely one of my favorites. So clean and comfortable and a wonderful staff. Check in is quick and I am always offered a bottle of water or coffee & cookie. The rooms are great with really comfortable beds, beautiful bedding and towels and well placed plug ins for all my computers and phones. On top of all that they have a beautiful breakfast room with so many choices.

The double room was perfect for myself and a colleague. The room was extremely clean and high end finishes. The service was exceptional, a rare find in any hotel, especially in Northern Alberta . You can tell the staff truly care about their job and continue to go out of there way to ensure you are satisfied. We had to extend our stay for an additional day and they were very accommodating. I have never done a review for any hotel, and I travel for work where I stay in a hotel over 1/3 of the year, but did so as I feel this hotel deserved some resignation. Highly recommended if traveling to Bonnyville.

It was little upset while I was spending time in Best Western. The staffs were rushing, non-organized and even I felt little rudeness. The continental breakfast was not good enough. I would consider again staying here in the future

I booked a group of rooms through Trevor Wolosiewicz (their groups manager) and found him to be most helpful and friendly. I received excellent service with an excellent group rate. The front desk staff did everything to make our stay worthwhile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the Bonnyville area.

I work in the field and ended up being over my driving hours so had to find a hotel. I booked a room online with expedia and showed up at the hotel after midnight. They told me I didn't have a reservation but after further searching realized I booked for the wrong day. She mentioned any changes with expedia reservations they can't do anything and I'd have to phone expedia. It was late and I was tired so she got me checked in and said I could call expedia the next day and that it should be a quick call. She asked me if I had my member card and am glad she asked or I would have forgotten. I got a room upgrade and a gift bag. Not having much money to spend on hotel rooms the upgrade was a great gesture. I got a jacuzzi tub so spent some time in there while watching TV before going to bed. All in all a good clean hotel.

We went to bonnyville for a funeral and stayed here with some other friends and family. The front desk staff were very respectful and helpful of our situation and requests. I brought my mom in for a surgery in the past and we stayed at Days Inn and this hotel is on par with the people who work there. There were no issues and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and fill in some requests. Thank you to the staff for everything. A+ service.

Been staying here a few nights. Every morning they have a good selection of food that they change every day. They have really comfortable beds and the staff are good. They tend to offer help before you ask for it. I'd come back to this hotel if I was ever in town. Thanks

I'm always working and always staying in hotels. My company always pays for the rooms so I never get a choice. I had to stay nearly through christmas and through new years and have really started to like this hotel. Staff make you feel at home, I get my daily cookie when I get back from work which I look forward to. The beds are very comfortable and they have nice TV's. Pillows are a little too thick but aside from that for a hotel in a small town I'm very impressed. Thank you to the staff and especially the housekeepers. Keep it up! ps. I'm not in hotels very often but this hotel was pretty good. Decent breakfast, helpful staff, comfy beds. Pretty much everything you'd expect from a best western. There is a boston pizza that just opened in the area which was cool. its walking distance. Good enough stay that I'd come back.

I went to bonnyville to see some family and had a 4 and 7 year old. We stayed in this hotel and were very happy with them. My only complaint is the hot tub was small but the kids enjoyed the jets and the breakfast in the morning was more than enough to fill us all up. Great selection really enjoyed the make your own yogurt parfait. Quiet rooms, good enough sleep. Thanks

I have travelled extensively to many areas of the world so it is interesting that my best hotel experience to date was in Bonnyville, Alberta. We were traveling for a school athletic trip and the staff went out of their way to make our experience great. Not only did they reach out to me to offer me a better rate then what I had found online but they were very accommodating to our team travel plans. They gave us an extended check out time and held on to several rooms for us in case we needed to stay an extra night which as it turns out we did. They also bought pizza for my team when there was a miscommunication about the breakfast time. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Hats off to the most helpful and polite staff at the Best Western Bonnyville Inn and Suites. Thanks from the entire team!!

We were at this hotel for the 2015 School Volleyball Provincial Tournament. This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had...and I travel often. The staff were friendly, highly responsive, and went far and beyond what was expected in terms of making sure the team's every need and comfort was attended to. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great with lots of variety and options, and the staff welcomed us by name as we came and went....it felt very safe and comfortable...home away from home. The stress-free stay meant that the team could focus on the games, which ended in a strong finish at the tournament. Thank you to all the staff and management at Best Western Bonnyville. If you find yourself in the area, this is definitely the hotel to stay at!!

Hotel stay is always good here , nice clean rooms , friendly helpful staff , nice breakfast room with good food , across from Tim Horton's and restaurant delivery service to the hotel . On the down side like the Ramada's the tv guide is now just the listing like sportsnet or family channel , comedy and you have to go through the channels to see what is on ! We did 2 loads of laundry and with one dryer down it took 2.5 hrs to get it done . I am sure they will service their machines asap :)

This hotel has everything that on needs for a work related visit. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Front Desk Staff make you feel welcome and there breakfast is over the top.My client met me in the lobby and was really surprized at how he was welcomed while waiting for me. He was invited to have a cookie (which was freshly made that day) a water or a coffee. I have a new account in Bonnyville and always stayed in Cold Lake but I will come back here on my next visit. Very enjoyable.

I have stayed at many Best Western's. This one was okay with the exception of the front desk staff who were both excellent. Hot tub was cold, shower took forever to heat up, and the bathroom in my room wasn't quite clean. Beds were adequate, breakfast was subpar. Beans for breakfast? No, thanks! Building is new and kept quite clean, but all in all, an average stay at best.

This hotel is fairly new and generally comfortable, however when the building was being constructed, the builders cheaped out on sound barriers between rooms and floors. It actually sounded as if someone was utilizing my shower a few times that night and morning and every noise in the hallway was easily heard, and I am far from a light sleeper. Hotel is average at best, and my sleep was less than average for that night.

This is always my hotel of choice when travelling to Bonneville. Professional and courteous staff, clean comfortable rooms and a delicious hot breakfast buffet with a variety of items. An added perk is the Tim Horton's in the parking lot. Trevor at the front desk always remembers guests and is always prepared with their regular requests at checkin.

Desk staff very welcomeing especially Trevor and Anne. Great Breakfast with so many choices and a nice room to enjoy it. Maids are very friendly and rooms well taken care of and clean. Only negative is that there is no pool at this hotel. Otherwise really enjoyable stay.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife to see some friends and was extremely satisfied with the service. we were in town for a craft show and I believe trever checked us in and informed us the centenial center was just a short walk away which was very convenient. housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good. My wife wants to thank joy for helping us in the morning as well. I highly recommend this hotel in bonneville as it upholds the best western standards

Travelling for work and staying in this hotel overnight 2 nights. The service is excellent and I am enjoying my stay. The Breakfast area is large and the food is really good. Lots of choices. I have stayed in other Best western hotels but this one is special because of there staff.

Felt at Home. The feller at the desk is stoked. All;s I did was enter the door ad he were smiling at me, greetin me, and makin everythin all comfortable askin how my days goin so far. My room is pretty & clean & the bed is devine. Grits here plenty to choose from and the room to eat is the largest I seen. Cant find Migas anywhere though. Hint-You should put hot sauce (tabasca) on the Breakfast and have Dr. Pepper avail there too. All and All great service and great hotel. Yall should stay here if you come to Bonnyville, Alberta, Canada

Average stay, Would not recommend giving out your e-mail address as you will be asked to review your stay time and time again, until you break down and give your average review for a average hotel. Could use better beds as both of mine were warped and folded like a Hammocks. Wifi was not working well

I've been staying here on and off for a few weeks. The staff is excellent, the breakfast always changes and has a great selection. Its nice having a Timmys in the parking lot as well. Well worth the price.

I spend most of my days on the road and therefore in hotel rooms. The staff in this hotel are attentive and think ahead. I ordered some food and when asked where from I was told they never give forks. Shortly after a fork and plate were brought to my room and shortly after that my food arrived with no fork. There was a nice size desk in the room to eat and get some work done and a nice new TV that looked great watching the hockey game on. The breakfast was great as well with a ton of choices. I got a water when I checked in and a banana and apple on the way out. Great great place. Thank you.

Stayingat this hotel to visit family and friends and I am very impressed not only with the quality of Service but the warm Welcome from the Staff. Very informative and helpful to our inquiries and needs. Continental Breakfast was included but it is more like a breakfast buffet, it is amazing. Very convenient, Tim Hortons on corner of lot. Our Room was spacious enough for us and very nice and clean. This would be our same choice when we travel back again.

Been staying here every time I am in town for the last year or so. Trevor is always on the desk with a bid smile a warm greeting and with a bit of luck a cookie. The room is more than adequate the tv has just been updated to digital so really enjoyed the ball game and the breakfast is great. Highly recommend

I stayed in this hotel late September of 2015. Trevor was very helpful. I got in late and left early so don't know much about the hotel but I did get a good sleep. The hotel is easy to find, clean and seems well run. Will be back on my next trip out.

The room itself was beautiful, but the queen size bed I thing it way to soft or something was wrong. We both keep rolling into the middle so I would look into it. Pal so in the bathroom the ceiling fan doesn't work, plus in the shower it leak or something the floor was soaking wet.
