Aiden by Best Western Biberach

The hotel was very close to the train station and within walking distance of Old Town which was perfect for our family. Our room was clean and inviting. We were able to watch the parade from our window. We didn't notice any excessive noise from our room. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. There was a huge variety of items and everything we tried was delicious. We also ate at the restaurant one evening and our service and food was wonderful. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful for our needs.

This hotel has Exceptional Customer Service because we could tell they understood the needs of their guests. Both our room, which was gorgeous, and the rest of the hotel were thoughtfully laid out and effectively delivered.

The air conditioning was broken and it was 35c. They couldn't get a technician for a week? Then I opened my window and hundreds of bugs flew in. Couldn't get me a room till morning? The hotel lobby was hotter than outside. Never stay at a hotel who don't care about their guests.

My room was very clean and quiet, and was above the little inner garden of the hotel. The comfort of the bed was awesome and so was the quality and diversity of food for breakfast. I would come back without hesitation !
