My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff—Kiwi, Elle, and Krit—were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay truly memorable. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience even better. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Bangkok. It's just a short walk to the Sanam Pao BTS Skytrain, which made it easy to access all the key attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants around the city. This convenience saved me a lot of time and made my trip hassle-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Despite being so well-located, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, which was a perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing, considering the quality of service and facilities offered. It's rare to find a hotel that combines such a great location, exceptional staff, and affordability. This place certainly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

This Vib by Best Western Hotel is very close to BTS Sanam Pao. The rooms are very clean and nice. The staffs are kind and helpful . The foods are great. If you are hungry at night, there is 7 Eleven store just next to the hotel. Overall you will love it by staying here. Ploy Chock Kiwi

Stayed 2 nights, very clean hotel. They also have friendly staff with excellent service, especially from Ms. Fang from front desk. Great location and near to BTS station with 3 minutes of walking direction. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The location is great. The hotel is very close to Sanampao BTS. The room is clean with comfy bed and 4 pillows. Our room is on the 8th floor and quiet at night. Coffee machine in the room is a plus. Mini breakfast is good too.I'll definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, near 711, just 1-2 minutes walk to bts sanam pao, even though next door is a bar but still quiet in the room, room size a bit small but overall everything is good, has a lot of plugs for charging, provide amenities and hair dryer, has coffee maker machine

A very conveniently located friendly all staffed hotel. There was a fitness center off the lobby, and a good TV on the Wal in the room. The room had a little desk area with a fridge and a Nespresso coffee and tea maker with provided bottles of water. There is a 7-11 next door for snacks and the Seasons Mall a few minutes walk away. The room was very modern and clean, with good amenities. The Hotel is two SkyTrain stops from where the airport train lets you off, and there is an elevator that drops you right in front.

The hotel is very close to the bts sanampao. It can be seen right after you come out of the third Exit. The lobby room smells very good. I have been here before and it still smell so clean. The crew are extremely professional, they have left such a nice impression for me, especially Khun Kiwi, Khun ploy and Khun Kit. The accommodation is not too big but incredibly convenient. There is a coffee zone with coffee machine , desk slipper and robes are provided in the room. If you visit BKK, this hotel will provide you with the best experience that you wished for.

My stay was very enjoyable. The hotel staff were consistently helpful and attentive, and the facilities were well-maintained. I appreciated the convenient location and the comfortable accommodations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.And my stay was excellent, and I can't think of anything that needs improvement at the moment. Just continue providing the same high level of service and comfort, and I'm sure my next visit will be just as enjoyable.

The hotel is so close to BTS skytrain and is easy to commute from place to place in the city and connect to other services. However, please do not expect to get many benefits or be recognized as a diamond select member. The room we stayed was pretty small though.

Very nice hotel , very good and professional staff . Hotel is located next to the Metro station and convenient for buses as well. Lot of stores and nice restaurants around the hotel. We stayed for 4nights and enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come back ..

I stayed at this hotel on 7 - 9 June 2024. The first time I arrived at this hotel I was very excited because the hotel is very beautiful and clean. The bts in front of the hotel. Easy to go anywhere. When I entered the lobby, a front office manager named Kiwi greeted me very friendly and I get excellent service from him when checked in. Kiwi gave me the room I asked for which is higher floor and far from elevator. Thank you so much Kiwi. The room is very clean and comfortable. Beyond my expectation. This is the 4th time I stay with Vib best western sanampao. The hotel located very close to bts sanampao, also close to 7-11 so it's very convenient. The staff “Ployfah, Elle and Kiwi were very helpful. Would definitely come back for more and more.

The hotel has such wonderful services, once the room is ready they'll just allow you to get in. And the staffs are so kind, especially Elle, Yves and Kiwi. The staffs can tell you almost everything about the route briefly to your destination. You should try once!

Hotel is beside BTS sky train station. It is very convenience to go everywhere in Bangkok both of sightseeing and shopping and easy to International Airport both of Suvarnabhumi and Don Muang Airport of Bangkok. Staff service is also good.

It was my first time in Bangkok and i choose to stay with Vib best western Sanam Pao, it was a very good stay with this hotel, very convenient. The hotel right next to the BTS sky train. The staff at front desk his name was Bank very helpful, friendly and warm welcome.

It has been an absolute pleasure staying at Vib Best Western Hotel Sanam Pao. Everything was very clean and the hotel is close to public transport. The staff was very kind, especially Bank at the reception. Breakfast was very good too. Definitely recommend!

Easy access to tourist attractions and airport thru public trains include Sky Train BTS, underground MRT, Airport Rail. Request a room at the back of the hotel and on high floor, away from main road and noise. Breakfast is basic and sufficient. Select "breakfast included" at booking and pay half the price. Staff are super helpful, assisted in GRAB booking and talked to driver in Thai. Room is compact. I moved the chair to entrance to create more space at the desk and get better access to fridge and safe. I don't mind the compact size as I was out most of daylight hours. Room is very clean and beds are very comfy. Remember to bring own iPad or tablet to watch programs in English using free wifi. The TV in room only shows program in Thai or Chinese. There is a Baobao Bar next door. Two doors down is 7-Eleven for food, beverages and essentials.

Excellent services, room clean, good price, good location near BTS, 7-11 easy to go to many places. All staff (Yves, Tubtin, Fang, Play) are so cute, friendly, good take care. If i have chance i will go back to stay at here again. And i recommend all friend should stay here

Staff Khun Yves and Khun Turin was exceptional with their service in terms of helpfulness, and being polite. Facilities was clean, better words to describe it would be "well-maintained". Location wise is great. in front of hotel is BTS station, the hotel is very convenient for tourist to go to weekend market and Siam area.

This hotel has a very good feeling of use. We arrived at this hotel sooner than the check-in time to head to Ayutthaya. Even though it was earlier than the time, the front desk welcomed us politely. In addition, they kept a large suitcase, and I was able to spend the rest of it comfortably. Also, if I have a chance to stay, I would like to do it.

Rooms were spacious. Amenities include kettle, fridge, huge tv, safe, wifi, many electric plugs and charger friendly. They also have buffet with a reasonable price but pretty simple western breakfast like boil egg, cornflakes, bread, danish and some thai stir fry, rice, porridge. Overall couldn't ask for more everything was great. Service was excellent too. Thank u:)

Amazing choice for travelling, the hotel is right next to a BTS station which really convenient. There are also shops and restaurants nearby you can enjoy. Room might be a bit small but overall was great. Bathroom have bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash for you. Oh, there is also a coffee maker machine with capsules for you. Would recommend.

Come stay at the good Vibes accommodation, just a few steps away from BTS Sanam Pao, Vibe Best Western Hotel, Sanam Pao, which has a delicious coffee shop, Quick Service Café, has an Eye bar, and what really wows us is the Game Zone open for business. Service available 24 hours a day, allowing us to relax with both Playstation and Xbox games in 3 rooms. In addition to having a game room We also like the design in a modern style that fits in with today's lifestyle. And what is impressive is the excellent and friendly service. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. As for the rooms, there are two types: Superior King rooms. (single bed) and superior twin (double bed). Every room is very functional. For example, the chairs in the guest room are ergonomic chairs from the Herman Miller brand that support sitting and working. Sitting and sipping coffee in the room And there is a capsule coffee maker ready. Convenient for both business travelers and tourists. Soft mattresses. There is a fitness room below. The facilities are very complete. Prime location for travel to various tourist attractions and connections. At a pocket-friendly price Breakfast is also available. I really like it. Anyone looking for a place to stay next to the BTS Skytrain, easy to travel to, invite each other to stay here.

The hotel always looked clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the water temperature on the first night, I mentioned it to the front desk the following morning and it was taken care of by the time we returned to our room later that day. The room was kept spotless by the hotel housekeeper, every evening when we returned the room looked perfect. The hotel is located just steps from the Sanam Pao BTS station so getting there or going out somewhere is never a problem. The only negative was with the size and layout of the room. The room we were in was small and the way it was designed didn't help matters. There was only about 30cm (1 foot) between the foot of the bed and the wall. There was a “desk” that was pretty much unusable because of how narrow it was and the things (coffee maker, telephone, clock, tray for water and glasses) taking up the majority of space. The space under the desk where your legs are supposed to go is taken up by a mini-fridge, you could probably fit one leg under there but that's it. The room safe is pretty much on the floor so you will have to sit on the floor if you want to use it. There is no closet, instead you get two racks mounted to the wall that will hold 4 hangers each. So you can hang up some shirts or pants but for the rest of your clothing (socks, underwear, etc) you will be living out of your suitcase. I think these rooms are good for a night or two but if you are staying in Bangkok longer than that you may want to look elsewhere.

My first time to stay during my work at Ari area. Room is around 20 sqm but well function and nice stay. The hotel is well designed and location is perfect. It is convenient to walk to Ari and find something to eat. In overall, the stay is good and nice hotel in sanampao area. So happy and will stay again.

As Retired Hotel Exec Member this hotel is cosidered one of the best in this area. The hotel is well managed and maintenance per BW Standard as I have seen in US, Europe, and Asia as well. The hotel is small but in perfect location.

Came here with the family for a vacation, it is a small hotel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. While there is no swimming, there is a gym, and the location is good since it is right next to the train station. Service at this hotel is also very nice.

Smooth check-in, friendly and helpful service staff. Experienced loud banging on doors and fiddling of door lock in my first night and this happened 3 times at ~3am. Requested for change of room and thankfully did not experience the loud noises for the rest of my stay. Room clean-up was decent, basic cleanliness met, although the toilet basin was not tidied up (toothbrushes and toothpastes were still laying around randomly, not arranged neatly).

Hotel is easy to find out, at the main road bts sanampao. Stay only 1 night for meeting and room is ok and clean as normal. No issue during stay, room is clean and good size to stay 1-2 persons. Will back next time

Vib Best Western located next to Sanam Pao BTS station, very convenient to access to airports or anywhere in the city. Even not many restaurants or bars in the surrounding area, but the 7-11 just only few steps away from hotel.

The location of the hotel is so convenient next to Sanam Pao BTS Station, which is very safe for solo travellers, cause you don't have to walk too far. Room is very simple and basic, but very spacious. Amenities are available upon request. This location was recommended by a local celebrity and no doubt this place is wonderful.

Near BTS and airport, there is 24 hrs staff for caring you, near supermarket like 7-11 shop you can going to it just 1 minutes, they have two receptionists but one of them did not smile or looking friendly at me that much anyway enjoy your vacation!

The Vīb Best Western Sanam Pao is a newish hotel located right beside the Sanam Pao BTS station, so it is very easy to access by the sky train. . You can see the hotel from getting off the train. The hotel itself is modern as its fairly new and the staff are friendly and welcoming. When you enter the foyer there is a small cafeteria and a Bar and there's also an area for sitting where there are a couple of private booths with a bench and TV for people to use for gaming or to watch TV which is a new innovative idea. There is no swimming pool and the tiny cramped room which is more of a strage room which they call a gym and it is ridiculously small and there is virtually no room to do anything so it is pretty much useless unless you want to get on the bike or treadmill. House keeping is sub standard and when I went out the next day, I returned after 3p.m. I was disappointed to find that my room had not been made up or touched. When they finally did come and made up my room they cleaned the bathroom, did a quick sweep of the floor and they didn't even make the bed. That is unacceptable. The rooms are fairly small and compact compared to what's usually available in Thaiand and they have an area behind the bed where there is a desk, a phone, a bar fridge and mini bar and an area to put your bags, however the area to place your bags is quite small. The wi-fi which is free and it is quite good. They have a large LCD TV with an extremely poor selection of English-speaking channels. There are no English movie channels, there is no English news channels except for euronews and there is nothing else in English and a very limited amount of channels all together. The bathroom is just inside the room when you walk in but the shower door and entry to the shower is very tight. The shower pressure is average at best and there is a rainfall shower head and a handheld wand but as far as showers go with size and water pressure I would give this a 3 out of 10. They provide bathrobes which are very small and useless as they would only fit small people and would not fit the average Westerner. They do not provide any slippers or dental kits. Cons: House keeping is sub standard The location is very handy to the BTS as it's right beside it but the rest of the area is fairly uninviting and there is not much around at all. You can hear the trains in the straight noise from inside your room. A few hundred metres away there is a small group of shops, a couple of restaurants which are not cheap and which seemed empty all the time and there's a Tops supermarket and next to the supermarket is a street which has a number of street food stalls. My overall thoughts is considering the hotel is very new that they have failed in many areas. It's okay for I night or two I guess, but there are a lot better options available and you can do much better for your dollar.

I've already stayed at this hotel last month with my girlfriend. That was our first time here. The room size is a little small but that's fine if you have to stay just a couple of days. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Cleanliness and safety measures are being implemented. The location is great, very near BTS

The Vīb Best Western Sanam Pao is a newish hotel located adjacent to the Sanam Pao BTS train station. You can see the hotel from getting off the train. The hotel itself is modern and the staff are friendly and welcoming and when you walk in the foyer there is a small cafeteria and Bar and there is also some seeding and a couple of private booths with a bench and TV for people to use as gaming areas or to watch TV which is quite a novice idea. The ridiculous part of check in was they wanted to charge 2000 baht to hold for a 2 night stay and the property is not some prestigious place with valuables everywhere, and is far from it its a basic hotel); Then to add insult to that they stated they would keep it and not release it back to your credit card for 2 weeks. I complained and would not accept this. There is no swimming pool and the small room they call a gym is ridiculously small and there is virtually no room to do anything in there unless you want to get on the bike or treadmill. Unfortunately house keeping is substandard and is unacceptably poor. When I went out the next day, I returned at 3:15 p.m. and my room had not been touched. When they finally did come and made up my room they cleaned the bathroom, did a quick sweep of the floor and they didn't even make the bed. That is ridiculous and there was no follow up from anyone checking on housekeeping which is obviously an area that needs addressing urgently.. The rooms are fairly small and compact compared to what's usually available in Thailand and they have an area behind the bed where there is a desk, a phone, a bar fridge and mini bar and an area to put your bags, however the area to place your bags is quite small. The Wi-Fi they provided was quite good. They have a large LCD TV with an extremely poor selection of English-speaking channels. There are no English movie channels, there is no English news channels except for Euronews and there is nothing else in English and a very limited amount of channels all together. The bathroom is just inside the room when you walk in but the shower door and entry to the shower is very tight. The shower pressure is average at best and there is a rainfall shower head and a handheld wand but as far as showers go with size and water pressure I would give this a 3 out of 10. They provide bathrobes which are very samll and usekess as they would only fit small people and would not fit the average Westerner. They do not provide any slippers or dental kits. The location is great, right smack in front of Sanam Pao BTS and there is a 7-eleven store just nearby. The room was very small. It is a hassle to even open our bag. The worst part is the shower door. It is really small and narrow to open the door when you're in the shower. I can't imagine how those foreigners (Western/Australian) stays there, it is just too small. Imagine us Asians felt it was so small. Other than that, the staffs were great and helpful.

We stayed here for two nights in early February. The location is amazing, right in front of the Sanam Pao BTS station, and a minute away from a 7-11. We arrived early (around 10am), and the hotel staff were kind enough to offer us early check-in. We really appreciated this! The room itself is what I would call cute sized. Good for one person, cozy for couples, but a little bit cramped on one side of the bed and at the foot. Lighting is a bit dim, and don't expect any grand views from the window. The bathroom comes with all the necessities, good shower pressure too. The hotel also provides a gym and complimentary use of a PS4 in the lobby area if you feel like gaming during your stay.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel the rooms are modern and comfy and a perfect location for those travellers who wish to travel around Bangkok via the BTS sky train or return to Suvarnbumi airport hassle free .
