I am here for work and I love this place! It's so much quieter than I expected it to be, and the vibe is awesome. Doesn't feel corporate but has everything I need: great WiFi, amazing beds, mini kitchenette…no desk, but I'm making do with a stool and countertop! I cannot wait to come back for fun w my kids and husband!

This hotel has been completely remodeled. It's been done in such a beautiful way. It was very comfortable and every amenity I could think of was available. It's got a beautiful pool area. I was very clean inside our room and the breakfast was awesome. I would recommend staying here.

Without a doubt the cutest hotel/motel I've ever stayed at! Like stepping back in time to a precious retro Las Vegas motor Inn! Also reminded me of a Desilu Productions back lot sound stage! Super clean, crazy comfy beds,friendly employees, great breakfast every morning! Beautiful relaxing pool with cabanas! And I felt very safe. Don't pass it up!

Traveled from WI to AZ and only stayed in BW. This hotel was by far the best!. Staff awesome and friendly.

Great stay Clean rooms always, staff doesn't change your thermostat while you're out so it's at the perfect temperature when you return back for the day Helpful staff as well yaniz was a great help always attentive as soon as we need assistance with issues or help

When we first arrived we were guilty of judging the book by its cover. But once in Jr. was extremely wonderful, friendly and professional! And he was in top of breakfast in the morning- thank you Jr! We truly appreciate wonderful staff like yourself!!!

Stayed for 10 days and it was perfect for us. The people that work there were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Kitchenette was a plus and heat and AC worked perfectly. Pool was well maintained and the set up around it made it feel like a little resort oasis in the busy surrounding area. Center to all things Gem Show related and felt very secure with the key card access gate. Funny part was during my first Gem Show 16 years ago I stayed in that hotel when it was America's Best inn. It was so shady and dumpy but was all I could find. Fast forward to this stay and it was like night and day. An amazing job renovating and breathing life into a once less desirable area. Will stay again for sure. Thanks for a great stay :)

From the initial view outside and the staff greeting, it was amazing. The remodel was done with beautiful style and taste, truly brings life to this place. The lounge area and pool are very welcoming and the breakfast layout is quite nice! I would definitely recommend staying here for one night or as a base of operations to enjoy Tucson and the surrounding areas thumbs up way to go. It was definitely the best day of this trip of 10 days cross country thank you so very much Kennedy hotel!

This place is perfect for an overnight stop on a road trip - right off the highway, free hot breakfast, a dog park, arcade, jungle gym, laundry, fitness center, and coffee and hot water in the lobby at all times. I'd hesitate to recommend it for a multiple night stay/vacation as we did though. It's not in a great area (though parking area felt secure with key card access). The walls are quite thin though and we could hear the entire conversations of our neighboring room as well as the snoring of the person upstairs. We were here for three nights and each night was a hit or miss amount of sleep based on who our neighbors were that night. I'd recommend you bring ear plugs and an eye mask if you're a light sleeper! Black out shades are provided but don't cover the entire window area. There is a “kitchenette” area provided but as of Dec 2025 there were no dishes/silverware/soap/sponges/etc - just a microwave and a refrigerator.

We had a team of 21 U15 players and 4 chaperones. Everyone working the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our team. All the rooms were very clean, fun in the pool at night and the team really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area to bond over the games of the day. Kids had fun playing the arcade games, we had a blast. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back into town.

The remodel of this hotel was really well done. Updated, super cute, clean, comfortable. The location was in a sketchy area though. They did have gated parking so it did feel safe to park your car there.

Had to come to Tucson for an unfortunate reason. This hotel was very close to the VA hospital. I absolutely loved this charming hotel! The pool was amazing. The staff all very helpful and nice. The hotel was very very clean and the AC cold! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone. I'll be looking for more of these BW surestay hotels in the future.

What an absolute gem! This classic local hotel was recently completely remodeled and redecorated. Our room was so clean and spotless and really nicely appointed with might be called as a small kitchenette - countertop, sink, coffeemaker and a full-size refrigerator! The beds are extremely comfortable -- easily the nicest hotel beds I've stayed in for a long time. And lots of pillows on each bed -- very nice ones too. I slept exceptionally well. It may be near the freeway, but I couldn't hear any outside noise when inside my room. The outside areas and the pool area are absolutely wonderful -- this was such a great place for my relatives to meet up for pizza and a swim. The deck around the pool was amazing -- even at temps over 100 degrees outside it was cool to your bare feet. I absolutely love all of the seating areas and cabanas! It's all just so inviting and incredibly relaxing. While the 'neighborhood' may not be worthy of five stars, this hotel is an oasis that is worth 10 stars. The property is gated and well monitored, and we felt completely safe 24 hours a day there. But best of all was the staff -- every person we met there were so kind and really helpful. I loved talking with the manager more about the hotel, and despite having relatives in the area, I would 100% come back and stay here.

Absolutely LOVED this adorable hotel! First time here and it won't be the last! Rooms are great size AND so bright and clean! All the staff is SO friendly and helpful! Norma in particular gave us a great tour of the place when we arrived ....gated FREE parking; cute pool area with daybeds and games; a FREE arcade and even breakfast in the morning! Can't beat it! Look for the beautiful mural on the wall ...easy on/off from I 10....and best vibes in Tucson! Tell Norma we said hello and we will see her again soon! 😄

It seems this Best Western has recently been remodeled and they did a great job. Clean white building with very pretty yellow doors leading into the rooms. Lots of trees planted and flower pots outside gives a very welcoming feeling. On the side of one of the buildings there is a beautiful mural I was told was painted by the owners son. Beautiful pool with plenty lounge chairs and some games. We booked an accessible room and that's what we got not just a grab bar stuck to a wall like so many hotels have. Large spacious room with a small kitchenette. The room is given a cozy feel with the addition of a large area rug under the bed. The bathroom is one of the most well appointed handicapped room we have ever been given including not one but two shower seats. Applause to the designer/decorator. Usual Best Western breakfast, (which is a good thing to us) in a very nicely decorated lobby area. All that said there is one gray area. The TV programming. Large flat screen Roku brand TV but nothing for local programing. No Fox News (or CNN if you watch that) no networks or any other comparable programs. You can sign into your own Apps on the TV to watch programs are just not comfortable with doing that. Lastly, great staff. Friendly, pleasant, quick check in and just super nice people. There are 5 Best Westerns in the Tucson area, pick this one. You won't be sorry.

The place is absolutely charming. This hotel must have been recently renovated and whoever did it, did a great job 👏🏻 Outside is 60's style (pastel colors, light and bright;-) The rooms are very comfortable equipped with a mini kitchenette, big TV and great coffee maker. There's even a steamer for your clothes. The pool is pretty big and OPEN!!! (A lot of hotels we've been to in this area have their pools closed;-(😊 Breakfast is served in a big space by the reception and offers a decent selection of hot and cold treats. I highly recommend ❤️

So clean!!! And comfy, and quiet. We were so tired and were so happy to find this place at such a great price. Easy on/off. Pleasant staff. Very secure parking. Kurig coffee maker and great breakfast the next morning in the lobby. We even hung out by the pool in the morning.

It was a little boutique of a hotel. We reserved two rooms for a family of 5 and had zero issues with check in process. The rooms have been remodeled and the beds were comfortable for a one night stay. We had enough towels and the showers were great. There is awesome game room for kids to enjoy and a work out room where all the equipment works. They do have security on site should you have any concerns of the area.

This is the only place that I stay at when I travel to work in Tucson. Staff take pride in this property as well. You would think that they are part owners. Clean, specious, tons of amenities, and staff are extremely helpful unless you them for a kidney, then you won't get it.
