SureStay by Best Western Summerville Flowertown

I am posting this because the condition of the sheets and the spots/stains found in numerous rooms is completely unacceptable. Despite these conditions, you still want to keep $50 for canceling the reservation. This is not something that should simply be blamed on renovations. The cleanliness and condition of the rooms are a serious concern and need to be addressed. At this point, I believe the Board of Health should be made aware of the conditions while rooms are still being rented to guests. Renovations do not excuse unsanitary or unacceptable room conditions. I have picture and video!!!!

Bed was made every day and the aqua aerobics in the pool Sunday morning was a game changer! Breakfast was also ready to go by 5:30 am too during the week. Pool was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Lots of great dinner options available in the area too

Clean room, blue outdoor pool, staff is great, love the 24 hour coffee machine! Breakfast is real sausage and the waffles have a heart in the middle! There is a gas station a few steps away from hotel, restaurants across the street. Great location!

The staff is very accommodating. I definitely will be booking again. The location is great it's near everything , it was a boutique hotel so no need for a elevator the breakfast was very fresh and hot . The outdoor pool is very clean and the water felt great.

I arrived around 9:30pm to find construction workers hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. I had to find another place to park. Inside, the signs said that they were renovating and that the workers would be working from 7am-8pm. So, I couldn't figure out why they were still hanging around in the parking lot. The desk clerk was very nice, but when I got to my room on the first floor, that same construction worker was literally outside my window. When I pulled the shade, it was FILLED with holes and slashes. Apparently, my room had already been "renovated", which apparently means, slapping a coat of green paint on a wall in the bathroom. The room was gross, I used way too many antibacterial wipes ALL OVER and didn't want to touch anything. Also, at 5'9", I had to duck in the shower. The soap and shampoo (no conditioner) were so small, had I stayed my entire trip, they never would have lasted. I was supposed to stay Mon-Fri, but checked out the next morning. It is worth the fight with the 3rd party to get the money back.

Our room was comfortable and clean so we had a good sleep. The sink is outside of the shower and toilet which I like so it can be used while someone is using the other facilities. The shower stall is very big and tall so adults of all sizes will fit easily. The front desk person was most helpful. The pool is outside across the driveway in a fenced area. We have stayed in Sleep Inns before and have not been disappointed. This hotel provided a good stay and we would stay again.
