Local Stay Hotel, BW Signature Collection

The hotel doesn't have an inside pool and their outside "heated" pool was closed because "it was too cold and rainy". In May, while it was 20+ degrees. The fitness room was below expectations - cold, with insufficient and/or broken fitness equipment. One of the reception ladies was especially inexperienced and rude, welcoming us by demanding that we pay our stay in full and being incredibly unhelpful when we needed her assistance. The pillows were terrible and we couldn't rest properly. The surroundings around the villa weren't fully finished as well - there were hanging cables and a rough road. We only fully enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant.

Local Stay, a Best Western boutique property, is incredible. My family and I frequently stay at Hilton Grand Vacation and RCI locations and sometimes Marriott Vacation locations, and we found this property to be just as good, for a fraction of the price. Plus, sumptuous breakfasts are included. Bankso, a down-hill ski mecca of Eastern Europe with an historic downtown, is 15 minutes away by car. Numerous hiking trails in Pirin National Park are located minutes away. Staff are super helpful and friendly. One and two bedroom units are spacious and spic-and-span clean. Outstanding authentic Eastern European restaurants, several with regional folk music ensembles, can be found in Bankso and Dobrinishte, but you can also eat at restaurants on property or across the street at a country club, or eat in if you prefer because units have their own kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this Local Stay, or to return. This is a great property at an unbelievably affordable price. It's a real gem!

Great place for work and vacation. Modern facilities. Apartments are spacious and cosy. Restaurant is great, food is delisios. Good surprise was the Vietnamese restaurant in the property. Unfortunatly working only weekends. Relax center is small but practicle. I spent a lot of time in the saltroom. Unfortunately my vacation was disturbed by urgent office duties, but there is coworking very convenient with a magnificent view. As addition coffee, tea and water are included in the fee. And the best part was yoga retrait held in the weekend. The retrait was open, so I joined it.

Has two restaurants one Spanish and one Vietnamese. Great place for work. They have coworking space as well. We had very nice time. The place has a outdoor swimming pool for the summer which is great because the view is breath taking. For the kids has
