Le centre d'affaires offre non seulement navette, photocopies, traduction, achat de billets et autres services, mais il propose également des services de secrétariat, y compris le traitement à distance de documents, machines de transfert, service d'étage sur commande et organisé par le service de liaison d'affaires. "Not so good for a 5 stars hotel"

I will rate this hotel not more than 3 stars. Hotel bit run down. Cleanliness not so good. Cabinet under basin is horrible. All piping, dark and dirty. Toilet bowl function not so good. Hotel television not functioning well.

"Good Location - But Not Much More!"

Overall it is acceptable in cleanliness, however lacks character and ambiance. Staff struggle with English though they make their best effort to be helpful. Arrived late at night and the restaurants were closed. They ordered a meal for me online and had it delivered to my room. In the morning the Front Reception Guest Relations guy, Tony helped me at the local ATM – 30 meters away – with withdrawing money form an ATM, appears all the ATM's don't accept foreign DC/CC cards. If you are into Chinese food then the buffet breakfast is good – works for me! – else Western fare was not that great. There's a bit of shopping in the immediate vicinity – street stalls and small shops. The nearest shopping mall was said to be 15 mins walk from the hotel.

First trip to China and was very impressed with this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good Chinese food for a good value. All the workers were friendly and there was always someone in management who spoke English! All I had to do was ask! The service was awesome! They went out of their way to be helpful and they went over and above to help me out of a couple of problems I got my self into! I can not say enough to compliment this hotel and its staff!!

"Need a massive upgrade"

I have stayed 103 days, between Dec 2016 and Aug 2017, in this hotel (booked by employer,…). The welcome during check-in process was quite cold, staff behind desk is speaking barely English. I have stayed always in room 2401, a bigger room compared to the other ones with a separate bedroom and separate living room. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. The rooms needs a massive upgrade, carpet is dirty, wallpaper is yellish, the bathroom has stains everywhere. You should not walk barefoot in these rooms. In the early stage I asked to clean the carpet with a carpet cleaning machine which they did, the difference was massive, but then you come back after 1 month, same same all over again, cigarette stain's everywhere, dirty spots on carpet. The cleaning staff, not worth the name, comes into the room to empty garbage bin, make up bed and then the walk away. No cleaning at all!! Laundry, same disaster, all is coming back washed, but completely wet, all needs to dry in the room on cloth hangers. Breakfast is not worth to talk about, really bad, especially when several busses with tourists arrived the evening before, impossible to get food. There was 1 person who tried to do his best, Mr.Tony Song, brilliant man,he speaks very good English, always willing to help, to fix things but his hands are tight as well!! In a nutshell I would not recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is fairly well located, with comfortable rooms. Unfortunately very few of the staff speak anything but Chinese. It is also a very popular hotel for coach tours, meaning that breakfast in the morning is a bit of a scrum, as there are literally hundreds of people pushing and shoving for a chance to get tables and food. Admittedly if you can take breakfast later in the day and not when breakfast starts, it is a lot better.

I cannot complain about this hotel. We just stayed 1 night for business here and we're working the whole day. I just came to take a shower and to sleep. The bed and the wash room are clean and I cannot complain about noisy environment. The breakfast was ok as well. I would visit it again.

"Comfortable stay"

We stayed here with a tour group. Room is clean and comfortable and we had a very good night sleep. There is a indoor swimming pool at the 27th level. Breakfast is mainly Chinese food. To our delight, there are a few book stores nearby.

"Not a international branded hotel"

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel, and I was very disappointed with this property. I chose here because it is a global chain hotel, but when I arrived at the hotel, I found that I made a big mistake. I found there was only one staff who can speak English, other staffs did not understand English at all. I made a phone call for room service as I needed some ice, but the staff on the line did not understand the word "ICE", I was able to get the ice after saying Chinese word for ice. Breakfast was a nightmare. Breakfast restaurant was dirty and served abominable foods. Best western Yantai will not be considered for my next visit to Yantai.

"NOT a 5 star hotel"

when I booked this online it was rated as 5 star, but it certainly is not a 5 star hotel. Having said that, it was much cheaper than other 5 star hotels online and probably good value for what we paid. However, the breakfast is very Chinese, the room quite sparse without a mini bar or bath. There was no English on the switches so it took a fun game to work out the do not disturb button and all the lights. Staff spoke very little English. There were only 2 elevators which always took forever since we were on the 27th floor. Worst thing was the swimming pool, which, while nicely located on the roof, involved walking through the bar, up two flights of stairs, changing your shoes for their slippers and feeling like you were being policed like a teenager at a public pool. All of that said, the room was comfortable and had the look of a nice hotel, so if you don't plan to spend time eating or swimming there it was nice enough. Good wifi.,,,poor TV channel selection.
