Best Western Plus Wewoka Inn & Suites

Hotel was really nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. We went to the pool and hot tub. Very clean. But hot tub didn't get hot. That's the only thing I can complain about. I had to leave early the next morning so I didn't have the breakfast. But coffee was GREAT! And there is a great Steak House right behind the hotel.

This is the nicest place to stay in or around Wewoka you won't be disappointed. The pool and breakfast was great and so was the staff. Our rooms where clean and all the toiletries where we'll stocked.

We had to move 3 times. Room smelled like pot! Staff even said that was what it was. It got into all our things. The first room the door would not latch or lock when we wanted to leave the room. The hot tub was broke and the inside pool was very cold.

It was a very relaxed and trouble free stay and the breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff with only one exception was excellent. It was located perfectly for our purpose.

The best western in Wewoka was immaculate, well staffed with employees who were well groomed friendly and polite. They were eager to help answer questions or assist me as needed. Theresa checked me in and answered questions I had about using my rewards points. Angie keeps the breakfast bar stocked and it is immaculate. The management was friendly and helped answere questions about room rates and reservations. I will stay there again when I come to town!

The staff is great, but the facility is substandard. So many things don't work. They advertise to have a gym, but after trying to work the treadmill for several minutes, I was told it has been broken for over two years. Yet they have it plugged in like it's working. Wanted to go into the spa, but they said it was not working. Other than those the rooms are clean. They have a kitchenette, but they are no plates forks no utensils, no pots and pans. No cleaning supplies. So bring your own pots and pans and cleaning supplies if you expect to use a kitchenette.

Motel was clean, beds were great, breakfast was good. But the highlight of the trip was the staff. They went put of there way to make sure all of our needs were meet. The motel is new and worth the trip. If you are in the area check out this property. You will not be disappointed

When you are told check in is 3, you don't expect to rate until 3:45 to check in. When breakfast is included, you expect all breakfast items - eggs, jam selection, fruit juice, fresh fruit, no spiders and no water coming from the shower all the way across the room to the toilet.

Very nice place. Clean and very comfortable. Susan, at front desk is amazing. Super friendly and very helpful. Definitely will stay there again. Hot tub and pool were both working, and an enjoyment. Breakfast was really good. ( need flour tortillas) lol.

Hotel was a great option for the area. Rooms were clean and orderly. Internet and other amenities were great. Other business are limited in the area so you may want to keep this in mind while staying. Great steak house next door.

We booked 3 room for our stay; but, had to modify a couple of times. Sheila and Marcus never hesitated to accommodate - thank you so much. This staff is amazing, our rooms were very clean, as well as the pool. If you are looking for a great deal, as well as an incredible breakfast, you will not be disappointed. We will be returning to Wewoka and will definitely stay here.

Very friendly staff, check in and out went smoothly. Clean and comfortable room. Great amenities. Nice pool and hot tub. Laundry room was clean and efficient. Hot breakfast was great tasting and they had plenty of choices.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to be your own housekeeper. We walked into a room that had obviously not been cleaned, they just pulled the comforter up and made the bed without changing sheets. It was absolutely disgusting, it was so bad that the lady at the front desk took pictures of it. Not only did the comforter have hair on it, so did the pillows and sheets. We went down to the front desk to switch rooms, no rooms available. Asked for someone to clean our room, no housekeepers were there. The only option they gave us was to give us clean sheets/comforter to switch them ourselves. They also gave us cleaning supplies to clean the shower. We switched the sheets/comforter. The shower had so much hair in it that I cleaned it myself. We didn't even use the jacuzzi tub that was in the room (and paid extra for) because I can only imagine the last time it was cleaned properly. Still paid full price because no manager was available. It was poorly managed, the more you looked around the room you could tell nothing looked installed properly. There were half inch gaps in between the ceiling and sprinklers/fire alarm. As if our room wasn't bad enough, we had a friend stay there as well. Their AC started smoking when they got there.

We stay for business trips they have plenty of parking because we are pulling a trailer for work, breakfast is great and pool and hot tub let you calm down after traveling. Staff are very helpful, rooms are clean

I stayed here 2 years ago, and it was an outstanding experience. However, things have changed. I stayed 2 nights and found 23 bugs in my room - most of which were still alive - crickets and beetles. I reported it the 1st day, and was told that the hotel did spray for bugs. The 2nd day, I asked when they last sprayed and was told that it had been done the week prior, that sometimes they couldn't fumigate rooms because people were in there, and that the hotel had been built on top of a field with bugs. Sorry - I was on the third floor and don't buy it. The hotel has a huge bug problem. Yeeck. I won't be staying there again!

It's in nice location very quite only thing around is a restaurant overall for relaxing and peaceful time this hotel is in a great palace the front desk people are th he most professional team I ever dealt with

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great. There was a nice selection of breakfast. The pool was clean. But, we were in town for a wedding, and the bathroom is lit like you're having a romantic meal. If you need to apply makeup, it's way too dark. Bring a lighted mirror.

The hotel was super accommodating to my family and I. They made sure we were all by each other even thou we booked separately. The front desk lady was great and so was the housekeeping. Very respectful and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! One of the best looking that I have stayed at. I only wish I could of tried the breakfast I was looking forward too. Due to covid that wasn't possible. As good as the hotel was I will bet the breakfast is too!

we haven't been their best customers but they have gotten plenty of our money, but not anymore. The owner won't let their website be updated to inform people that they are no longer serving breakfast, and the pool and hot tub are out of service as well. At a time when a lot of businesses are trying to help people resume a somewhat "normal" life by lowering prices to attract more customers this owner is removing amenities (breakfast, pool, hot tub) and jacking up prices as much as possible. We were informed that the manager was paying for the food that is in the coolers by the check in-out desk out of her own pocket because the owner won't give allowance for that. So when you steal that food whoever is working the desk at the time has to pay for that food. So please don't steal, they work for their paycheck. Now about our room, it was clean and comfortable because the few employees that are still there do their jobs. Although the toilet bowl does have several cracks in it because the owner will not allow repairs. We were informed that the owner has other hotels that he is focusing on and just doesn't care about this one anymore. So If you want an overpriced place to stay with no amenities at all this is the place! The next time we travel to Oklahoma to visit family we'll check recent reviews for Green Country Inn in Henryetta. As long as its a clean place to shower and sleep we'll be happy. A note to Benjamin and the nice girl who checked us in (I'm sorry I did not get your name), Thank you both for all your help and for being so nice to us. We had a great stay we go here once a week some times we stay more than one night the staff is very friendly and helpful everytime we stay our check in is fast and so is the checkout also next to a great steakhouse

We needed a last minute place to stay in town and found this one. Staff is extremely friendly and it's located in a quiet area. Enjoy your stay and the friendly atmosphere. We would recommend this to anyone travelling through!

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are amazing. The hot tub is my favorite part, but the pillows are a little uncomfortable to me. Still 2 thumbs up, will definitely come here again on my wife and I's anniversary.

Nice room. Guest amenities could be better, smoke kept going off. noise level at 2 am consisted of children running around until 6 am in room above us. When reported was told" yeah they are just real loud" decided not to stay a third night. Never received washcloths, coffee, soap products, cups for second night.

We were just passing through trying to get back home to TN during the Covid-19 outbreak. So glad that we booked this BW. Out of the way with not much around but that was exactly what we were looking for. Extremely clean and nice property and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great place with friendly staff and always clean. Breakfast buffet was always hot and plentiful and attended by staff. Parking lot is well lit and access to town amenities was easy to get to. There is a great steak house next to the motel. Ate there one night and was impressed with the food and service. Looking forward to going back again.

Staff was very polite. They worked hard to get breakfast items out and cleaned up for those that couldn't or didn't want to. Very friendly. Hotel was very beautiful and room was as well. The only flaw was the shower curtain did not go all the way to the floor so water got all over the bathroom floor. But, even that wasn't so bad.

The manager lied about the hotel being sold out to justify charging me $131 instead of the advertised $93 on the website. I tried to reserve a room a week in advance online and it said no rooms available. But when I called Amber she said they had 7 rooms available. Can the manager manipulate and falsify the settings on the website to deter guests or charge a higher rate???

There for a wedding other good hotels were 30 miles away. This fairly new facility they were still doing some outside work but didn't hinder our stay. They need more lights in the bathroom. Place reminded me of a high end boutique hotel with the fabrics!

Stopped in for a night when we couldn't get rooms in Shawnee/ Henrietta/Seminole due to Memorial Day traffic. Hotel was clean and comfortable/ beds were great and pillows were small but had good form. Got a restful night and enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

I was very pleased with accommodations, amenities and amazing hospitality. We checked in during travels to get out of bad weather not knowing what to expect as I usually stay in other hotel brands for work travel and was so pleased and treated so well... I will now include Best Western Plus among my top choices. Sheila was very gracious, sweet and efficient; she went out of her way/ over and beyond to be accommodating and make sure my stay was as nice as possible. Marcus carried on the tradition the following morning and day. By far this is the best hotel in the vicinity and surrounding towns as far as comfort and value and staff. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Every year my daughter wants a pool party but with her birthday been in February that impossible to do but thanks to best western we were able to have the pool party she wanted and now thata her favorite think to do on her birthday!!

I really recommend this place, staff is great, breakfast, is ready by 5 a.m, and rooms are very clean. Don't forget to go for a swim at the pool and a dip in the Jacuzzi. I've stayed there for a long time and I really have to thank the staff for treating me like family.

I loved the quiet, rural setting. Facility is quite lovely. Rooms are colorful and spacious, WiFi worked well, shower was good, bed comfy. Linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was clean. But I had two major issues: The air in the room, elevators, and even lobby did not seem as clean and fresh as it could be. And as new as this hotel is (built in 2016, I believe), that should definitely not be a problem. Also, the walls must be mighty thin because we could hear people talking and TVs going all through the night. We could also hear all kinds of dings and pops and settling sounds in our room. If these issues could be remedied, I would love to return!

This was by far our best hotel experience... ever! The staff was so nice and beyond helpful! We were staying with 5 kids and the staff made our trip so easy and fun! They brought us extra of everything to accommodate us having 5 kids. We never ran out of anything from bedding to towels to toilet paper! The breakfast was also amazing!

We had a very excellent stay at this hotel in Wewoka. Both the staff avviving and departing were very helpful .The hotel is in a good location for our needs .There is a great steak restaurant across the parking lot. The room was comfortable and breakfast was the usual you expect at BW.

This is a fairly new property, in great condition. The front desk staff would not honor my AARP discount since I book via Expedia. Upon entering the room, I was hit by a blast of cold air - the A/C was set to 61 degrees. It took a while to figure out how to turn it off and begin to lower the temperature (the controls on the a/c were disabled and you must use the thermostat which is in another part of the room. Nice size room, big bed, very attractive decor. When I travel, I depend upon WiFi to stay in contact with my business. The advertise having high speed internet and it is if you consider 7 mbps high speed. Then there is the problem of keeping a connection - it drops after using it for 3 or 4 minutes. After the fifth time of being kicked off, then reconnecting, I gave up. I tried again in the middle of the night, same issue. Tried again in the morning, still could only stay connected for 3 or 4 minutes. There was an ethernet port on the wall but it was not operational. Nice TV with DirecTV. The bed linens felt as if they were coated with sandpaper - very rough. And directly above the bed is a smoke detector with a very bright green light that keeps an otherwise dark room lit throughout the night. The walls, floors and ceiling were not designed with soundproofing in mind - someone on the floor above me had an annoying cough all night long. Breakfast is subpar - the pan holding the bacon and sausage had a deep layer of grease with only 3 strips of bacon. The gravy (to go on the biscuits) only had enough to barely fill the laddle. The waffle station was good except that there was no butter to put on the waffles when they were done. Butter was located at the end of the line but by the time I found it, I already had the syrup on the waffle. The steakhouse next door is OK but not great, but they have a friendly staff. For the price I paid ($150), this was not worth it. To the property management: Set the room temps to 75 degrees and with the money you save on utilities, you can invest in a few more WiFi access points for better coverage.

The room decor was colorful and relaxing. I enjoyed the space. The location was convenient and close to a steak house but other resturants were not available. The only problems we experienced was at checkout as the desk was not staffed and we had to wait approximately 5 minutes until someone appeared.

This is a newer property with all the amenities one would expect in a mid-market hotel. We were disappointed that the pool was out of service. This is very important for families traveling with children. The breakfast was good, though we wanted a wider variety of breads and baked goods. The hot breakfast items were only supplied when the serving dish was empty, so there was often a wait for things like scrambled eggs and sausage. The neighboring steakhouse was great!

We live in Wewoka, but we needed a place to stay since our power went out in freezing temperatures. They hustled to get us a room at 6 in the morning. The room was large and comfortable. They had a breakfast with eggs, biscuits, waffles, bacon, sausage, and other standard breakfast food. They have snacks for purchase in the lobby. The lobby is nicely decorated and warm on a very cold day. We would recommend this hotel.

Overall great place to stay and clean. The room looked great. Both beds were firm, but the pillows were clouds! The wifi code didn't work, but that was fine since it was a one night stay. Breakfast wasn't that that either.

We've stayed at several hotels during the last year. This was the third time to stay at the Best Western in Wewoka, Oklahoma and my husband said on our last day, "this is my favorite hotel!" The other hotels were more expensive and not near as nice. Rudy Allen's restaurant next door is an added plus to staying at the Best Western!

Do yourself a favor and give this BW a try. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful and all smiles, everyone seemed genuinely pleased I was there, including the room service providers too.

We had an upgrade and the room was fantastic, but the upstairs guests were ridiculous. We did call down to the guest services, and they went and checked and said it was just kids, they asked them to keep it down, which made them louder. Of course, this wouldn't happen every stay, the hotel room itself was perfect!

Really clean & great hotel. Only issue was door was hard to secure, have to double & triple check to make sure it closes completely. Upon my return cleaning crew didn't secure door & some of my personal wine/coffee amenities were total missing.

Great place to stay in the area, very clean and up date. Front staff very welcoming but thought they should have been wearing and uniform or some form of identification so we would have known they worked there. Check in was efficient and they they were very accommodating. There is a great steak house right next door and food was delicious. Only real complaint was the guests that allowed their children to run and shout in the hallways after hours and the parents that had a party in room 302 that were too inebriated to care.

The Best Western hotel in Wewoka was pleasure to stay. Room was clean. Staff friendly & helpful. Very quiet. Did not east breakfast there, but was impress with what was offered. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a new and modern hotel in this small town and was very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The breakfast was ample. Next door is a very good restaurant. The modern furnishings were bright and cheery. A good ay to end a long driving trip.

This establishment is very new and everything is flawless. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served buffet style but smaller portions are put out and the attendant is continually replenishing with freshly made Eggs, Bacon , Sausage, etc. The Breakfast was typical of most business fares, but it fresh and fully stocked.

We flew from San Francisco to Oklahoma City and drove another 2-/12 hours to this hotel. My cousin was getting married and this was the closest, 10 miles away. So out here in the middle of nowhere is this contemporary, clean and efficient hotel at Best Western prices. Our view was an oil drill and a lumber yard, but there's nothing can be done about the location and it was quiet. We also recommend Rudy Alan's Steakhouse right next door. BW opened last December and Rudy's just two months ago.

This property was clean up to date and the service was great. Breakfast was good. We have faith lynin Holdenville and this was close enough to spend time with them and have the convenience of a separate place to sleep. I highly recommend it.

This was an excellent place to stay! Clean, quiet, and the friendliest staff I have encountered in quite sometime. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to all passing through this humble area.

Wewoka is fortunate to have a hotel like our Best Western Plus. It is an excellent place to spend the night or the entire weekend. It is clean and the service excellent. My granddaughters love to swim and the pool is heated, clean, and well kept.

Great hotel, brand new, very nice accommodations, friendly staff. I would stay at this hotel again. The Best Western Plus brand is much nicer and more luxurious than any Best Western hotel that I've stayed in before.

Great hotel for Wewoka... actually anywhere. Best thing that has happened to this area in a long time. Hope they can keep up the quality. Kinda worried about ongoing quality of housekeeping staff people and management. I don't want to come here in a couple of years and see the hotel with dirty corners, etc. Owners, make sure you stay on top of housekeeping so that cleanliness stays over the years !!!

Best Western has changed. This hotel is very modern clean,inviting and the staff is friendly. Fitness room is clean and has all the equipment necessary. Internet was fast and efficient. A new steakhouse has just opened next door.

Clean, comfortable , newer 2017. We will stay again at this hotel. I LOVE THE LOBBY and dinning area. I wish all hotels could be updated and clean like this one. The makeup mirror area was perfect and accommodating

And it's recently opened so really new! I have stayed here on two different occasions in a 3rd floor mini-suite. Nice hotel at an affordable price with a nice continental breakfast. They also have an indoor pool and nice workout room. Really, the only game in town. I hope they keep up what they are doing. Recommended

Room was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Only complaint is I left a pair of earrings in the room and went back to get them after we had finished our reason for being in the area, and the housekeeping staff said they never found them. I know exactly where I left them in the room and they were in plain sight. I just left from the bathroom and went out the door when we left and failed to remember to pick them up. They were not an extremely pricey pair of earrings but they were nice and had sentimental value to me. Never got them back.

We will be staying at this hotel every year we travel to Oklahoma! The staff and the rooms were great! We travel to visit family in the area and now we can stay in comfort and safety. I look forward to our next visits.

I stayed twice at this location for business purposes, both stays were disappointing. Mold on shower curtains, hairs on linens (human and pet), toenail clippings on floor by arm chair, etc... A coworker's room still had an air cleaning machine in the room and was told it was to "get rid of a smell" that they were having trouble with. Will not be a 3rd stay.

We enjoyed the stay for our high school reunion. We will plan to stay in the same hotel next year and for future trips back to my home town. The hotel is at a very handy location for visiting the area.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Very good experience. A new steakhouse is next door. Located in the center of the Tri-City area and on a major highway. I would recommed it to anyone traveling in the area.

This is a new hotel and well done. My stay was pleasant, accomodations were very good. Staff was helpful. The Hot breakfast was excellent. Since this was a business trip, I will traveling in the area often over the next few months and plan to stay at this hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel and is super comfty. Only downside is that it is more expensive than another Best Western 20 miles away. I don't see that much difference to warrant the increase price tag. The rooms are great, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. You cannot hear anything outside of your room. I absolutely love the pillows (I need them at home).

The staff is what makes this facility shine. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful. Great Stay with Great People. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I've stayed in both the suites and the standard queen rooms and both met my needs. The suites come complete with cooktop range and cooking accessories, which made my extended stay more like home.

This was a new hotel. IT smelled New, it was shiny and clean. The staff was professional, knowledge, and courteous. I had used other hotels brands in this area but was forced to got to Best Western Plus in Wewoka, OK because my first choices were full. Now this hotel is definitely my first choice when I need to visit this area again.

The hotel and our room was nice, clean and fresh looking. not fancy but nice. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was pretty good. It was nice to have a few different choices. The dining room was nice and clean.

Simply a great place to stay with easy access to historic Krebs, Ok and its legendary Italian food. The breakfast bar is special too. The food was well prepared, plentiful and tasty! Did I mention the kind hospitality?

We found BW to be easy to find, room was very nice and staff more than helpful (taking that EXTRA step for you) We would recommend this hotel if you are in the area and needing a nice clean place to stay with people friendly staff.

My little girl had 3 friends stay with her at this hotel for a sleepover and swimming. They had a great time. They swam most of the time we were there. Very nice clean hotel and nice staff. Great breakfast also.

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice, neat and clean. Breakfast had bacon, sausages, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles and most of the dry stuff you see on buffets. It is, by far, the best hotel in the area.

Nice fire place in the lounge area. Just didn't have time to use the fitness center or the indoor pool area.

What a wonderful addition to this area. We needed a nice hotel like this when we visit family here. The staff are eager to please and everything is so clean and new. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to this area.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay was. It's a brand new hotel - rooms are great and it's very clean. The staff was so hospitable and helpful. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The jetted tub was awesome and relaxing while I watched TV!! Breakfast was great as well and the staff was nice and friendly! The price was very reasonable also. Can't wait wait it to return!!
