This hotel is very nice! Clean, good food, large parking lot suitable for larger vehicles. The staff were friendly. They had a cappuccino machine as well!

Do not stay here! The management is unresponsive and obviously doesn't care about us customers. We were put in a room that was infested with flying termites. HORRIBLE experience. The front desk guy did find a much lower level room for us to move to and promised that management would take care of us with a huge discount. I think all they did was charge us the amount the lesser room rented for--very disappointing. No apology, no response to my emails. At a minimum they should have comped the room and given us an apology. Nothing!

We had a mini staycation here for my granddaughters spring break. After spending the day in DFW shopping with my three pre teen girls, we checked into our hotel. The front outside of the hotel was covered in scaffolding as they were repainting the hotel. Inside it was spotlessly clean. The room itself was neat and clean they had replaced the room carpeting with laminate flooring. No mystery carpet, yay. The bathroom was clean but the door was very worn. It was midweek so we had the indoor pool to ourselves. It is the cleanest pool I have encountered at a hotel. Very well maintained. The breakfast bar had both hot and cold choices. Loved the POG juice. Every staff member we encountered were very nice and accommodating. We definitely will return again.

We stayed one night, we were greeted by a friendly person. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were very impressed with our room - it surpassed our expectations! A king bed, a nice sofa, a microwave & sink! The bed was very comfortable. This is the best hotel we've stayed in that had so many amenities for a reasonable price. The i hot tub felt wonderful, especially after a long day.

This hotel is currently being updated and rooms are being remodeled, but the older rooms are still in great shape. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, and the king sized bed very comfortable. The staff here is amazing! Our welcome upon checking in immediately made us feel right at home. Breakfast was standard, but hot and plentiful. The breakfast attendant, Annette, is so friendly and kind, helpful in getting our breakfast and doing an excellent job in making sure we were well served. Each person here contributed to making sure we had a good visit, and we did. This hotel has easy access right off the highway, and there are many restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again when we travel through this way.

Was told this was a “ non-smoking” hotel. I am sensitive to odors…especially cigarette smoke and strong perfumes. The Elevator reeked of smoke; room was stale so we turned on the floor unit-compressor/air conditioner thinking it was just the carpet. In hindsight, we should have left right then to find another place to stay. As we lay down, the bed was so soft it nearly swallowed us. We then realized all sheets and covers had been drenched in Fabreeze. When the compressor kicked on it was very loud. We tried to make the best of it but were unable to sleep, the smell was so uncomfortably strong. My husband wanted to know if I wanted us to go sleep in the car. It was that bad! When we left, I mentioned it and was told they probably used fabreeze to cover up when people don't adhere to the “ no smoking” rule. Other places I've stayed at will charge a large sum if someone violates the no smoking rule. After this stay…I will never, ever stay at a Best Western again.

It is a great location with a friendly staff and clean rooms/lobby. The room was spacious, with a microwave and fridge, a small freezer, and ample space for food or drinks. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the indoor pool. We would return to this location in the future.

Good price. Location close to shopping and restaurants. Have a voucher for a free appetizer on check in at a good restaurant. Bathrooms need updating and cleaned better. Good mattresses. Nice front desk staff though. Good breakfast. In a pinch it is an okay stay.

AJ at the front desk was wonderful and patient, even with a full hotel. We were very thankful for the dog-friendly atmosphere. Site was convenient to the interstate. Texas Roadhouse was a short walk across the street, with a free appetizer coupon provided by the hotel. Breakfast was the only negative, as selections were very limited.

I gave this room a two for being extremely dissatisfied as the bathroom is what we could start with the plug that was in the bathroom did not have a cover on it which was in extremely bad fire hazard, unfortunately I did not get a picture of this. Next would be the door, on the back side of the bathroom door half of the door was coming apart and was not even there So it was able for somebody to get a splinter other than that it was fine there was no fan in the bathroom which you could tell from the water that was dripping from the ceiling and the walls after someone would take a shower. The area with the faucet and microwave and mini refrigerator was okay and the mini refrigerator was very good at keeping things cold. Next we can move to the bed which was a king size bed and I can tell you that it was very very uncomfortable The pillows were basically not even there and for the two nights that we did stay we got cranks in our necks and it was very hard to move by the time Sunday came around The blankets that were on the bed were basically sheets and so during the night the air conditioner would reset itself down to 60° so you were basically freezing and it almost felt like you were starting to catch a cold. The only other complaint that I would have would be that after logging into the internet after every 10 to 15 minutes it would kick off from your device and you would have to relog in every single time so I just stopped using it which unfortunately was very hard for my service provider to even get through with not using the Wi-Fi. Overall unfortunately I would have to say that this experience that this hotel was not satisfying I would maybe recommend someone to stay here in another room or if it was just real quick and there wasn't that other option but unfortunately for the amount of money that we did pay this was a very unsatisfied trip stay.

GOOD: Beds were comfortable, location was great & near many different amenities. Very nice staff and hotel! UNSATISFACTORY: Breakfast was generic and lackluster, nearly the same thing every day. Rooms remodeled with hard floors, so you track in anything on the bottom of your shoes.

This hotel was clean and a good value overall. Most impressive was the swimming pool and hot tub. Often a hotel will say it's heated but it'll just be mildly tolerable. This pool was nice and warm from the beginning. The kids loved it!

The place looked beat up at all the door facings and corners. The door to my room did not fit frame. From door knob to the floor was a gap that I could see hall floor from inside room with the door shut. The crack was wide enough at the bottom a pc. of toast could be pushed through and not touch the butter. I didn't feel safe at all. Someone could have easily looked into the room or jimmied the door open. I used a couple of towels to stuff and block the crack and a garbage can, ironing board and hanger to help keep anyone out. I won't be staying here again. It was a clean bathroom and bed, I'll give it that. I took pictures of door before and after I rigged it up. They don't do it justice on just how wide the crack was. Didn't do the breakfast, I just didn't trust it.

Very clean, pet friendly and close to the highway. Beds are comfortable, microwave, refrigerator with mini freezer and pod coffee maker. 4 types of Coffee to include espresso & cappuccinos, hot chocolate, tea and instant oatmeal available 24/7. Heads up, coffee machine only requires a soft touch like used with phones/tablets. If you press too hard it will not work. Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, dry cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, self made waffle, yogurt, oat milk…. Something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Texas Roadhouse just a crossed the street. Definitely recommend.

I stay here every time I come visit my granddaughters. Great family running the hotel. They always make the girls feel special and welcome. They go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need.

This hotel is very well maintained, pet friendly and provides a good, hot breakfast. The staff are friendly and the rooms are well equipped. The beds have wonderful mattresses, great sleep! We will come back!

After paying $250 for a subpar experience at a different hotel on a long road trip, I was happy to find this Best Western for a very reasonable price. The room was spacious and the check-in staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great (for a hotel, of course). There were options with protein and a neat coffee machine. The pool, although I didn't have time to use it looked cute and clean. I would happily stay here again on my way through the DFW area.

Don't let the pictures fool you. Rooms smell like smoke and it will dry out your throat. thin walls so you can hear a convo from the room above you and next door. When we got here it wasn't even 15 mins before we got a noice complaint for entering our room and putting things away in the decent dressers. If you travel with a big group of people the phones only work to call front desk, never room to room. But hey! That's where cell phones come in handy. The couch that has a pull out bed doesn't have sheets and it's so thin it's basically sleeping on the springs. Places that have short staff are always the rudest. They're friendly when you walk through the door but when it comes to needing something it's the end of the world. I've read their responses to other reviews and I'm shocked they have the audacity to reply so rudely. Guess they can't take the constructive criticism very easily. We will not be staying here ever again. Coming from a different state, I thought Texas was going to be the cleanest and nicest.

When we arrived, the elevator was not working but was being worked on. Fortunately they were able to move us from the third floor to the first floor, just had to wait for it to be cleaned. When we got to the room, there was no hand soap. We were told it was on backorder but they could give us bar soap, which was fine. But when we came back to the hotel later that evening, they did have handsoap. The biggest problem was how uncomfortable the beds were. There were extremely firm, and we did not sleep well at all. The toilet also started running in the middle of the night. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. We've stayed at Best Western Plus in the past and didn't have the issue with the beds.

I arrived late and was greeted with a smile…I mean late….12:30 am. The wonderful lady helped me on where to park my rig….F250 with 24' trailer. I had a great room with lots of room and it allowed me to have a very restful sleep.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch. We were warmly greeted. There are two beautiful statues on the second floor, overlooking the lobby - mermaids riding dolphins. Our room was large and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a K-cup coffee maker in the room and a cappuccino machine in the breakfast area. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Attendant was very attentive to refilling items. There were egg omelettes, Sausage, gravy, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, and bread. And a pancake maker! I would definitely stay here again.

Elevator broke down, with passengers aboard, both days of our weekend stay. Location is very near to quality chain and local restaurants. Although the Inn is next to IH20, you did not hear the traffic noise in your room. Room AC worked very well, outside it was 106, inside room was 70.

The staff was exceptional! So Kind and helpful! My 2 yr old even decided to take a ride on the elevator solo to the first floor but front desk saw him on the camera and was waiting for him when the door opened and brought him back up to the waiting person. The water was a little warm and the bed was a little hard for my liking but we would definitely be back because the staff experience was memorable.

Changed our reservation without notice, apathetic and very poor service and reaction- can't help you it's the system. Queen rooms are terrible, beds six inches from the wall and no outlets. The so- called “system mix-up” and the customer service reaction equally bad. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Our Best Western days are done.

This hotel and the people that work here, really make your stay enjoyable. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and you just can't find service with a smile like this anywhere. We drive coast-to-coast a few times a year, and we will be staying here again!

They take larger size dogs, and plenty of places near by to walk your dog. They allow larger dog when many other places have 50# maximum. It's not super fancy but clean and well kept up. Many places to eat nearby

Nice clean place to stay. Great staff, friendly, courteous, and professional. I have stayed at this location probably three or four times in the last five or six years and always get the same great value and service. I really recommend this hotel over all the surrounding hotels in that area.

The BW Cutting Horse in Weatherford is a convenient stop on my journey home each year as I return from the holidays after a long drive of 770 miles from KY westward capped by a stressful haul through the metroplex. AJ was on the desk and did everything possible to accommodate my 97-year-old mom and in this case with the elevator just having gone out, it was critical that he did so. The room was immaculate in condition, location, amenities, and all necessities. This part of Texas has a strange TV remote system which is sort of like the Enigma Machine once it was figured out, all was OK> The breakfast bar opened early, which was a plus. I like BW and won't hesitate to stay at this location again despite the fact that the west side of Fort Worth is booming and there is plenty of competition. Texas Roadhouse is right next door, and the weary traveler can also take respite from that.

Getting here from the highway was okay, but leaving to get dinner was a challenge because you can only turn right when all the restaurants lie in the other direction. The room was spacious enough and pleasantly appointed, but the noise level from outside was higher than I would like.

Only had one night here. The place is in need of a good refurb, bed was ok, room spacious, bathroom basic. Breakfast was also very basic but ok. Staff friendly. Was just here one night but glad the stay wasnt longer - could have become tiresome.

Made this reservation on the past experience with Bestwestern PLUS. This was awful. If we were earlier in the evening, we would not have stayed. Room was in bad shape. Curtain torn, toilet continuously rain, carpet detached at bathroom, and bathroom tile was separating. However, it was clean. I will attach photos. Bed was ok. Past due for attention. Everything was unplugged. Had to go behind nightstand to plug in light. Very light weight blanket. My husband always brings me a light breakfast to the room, but there was a sign saying no food to room. He said breakfast was below average.

This facility was very surprising. My room was very clean and quite. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of water pressure in the shower making for a great relaxing shower after working all day. The facility was clean and taken care of.

Honest. Simple. Pool was dirty. Didn't swim. Weight room small but functional. Thin walls. Could hear the neighbors next door. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was edible and filling. Nothing special but not bad. Staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Room had mini kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge & upgraded coffee maker. Sofa & coffee table to prop your feet. Spacious & bathroom had extra long vanity which was large enough for 2. Breakfast had good variety including hot options (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy). Excellent coffee. Very close to wedding venue, which was to our benefit. Many restaurants & stores all nearby. Would stay here again!

They are remodeling and the front reception area was Inaccessible. The side door was still unlocked at 10pm and I'm glad I brought my gun in. Didn't feel as safe as usual especially since you had to use the stairs since the elevator was down.

Excellent hotel. It is beautiful and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. It is close to everything. This was our 2nd stay and we will always choose it when we are in Weatherford, TX. I looked at other hotels online and this one was the most highly rated. We see why.

After staying at many Best Westerns over the years, I will now be looking for another brand when traveling. When having a reservation for weeks in advance, I believe a suite should be fully prepared. Our stay began with no towels or wash cloths, landline phone, or iron upon arrival. When requesting additional bedding, linens, etc, we were told that we needed to pick those up at the front desk and that the staff could not bring to our room. We requested to have our room serviced with fresh towels and take out trash after the 2nd night; unfortunately, we were told that housekeeping only comes every other day. We were in town for 3 nights to work as a vendor for the local festival and had long, hot days. Subpar breakfast, no access to the hot tub/pool upon arrival back to the hotel, running out of toilet paper, and full trash bins were not my idea of a comfortable stay.

I always stay here when I visit my grandchildren. The hotel is always clean, the staff is always friendly. The staff pays attention to details, The hotel is always clean. In breakfast the are always cleaning, I never see the garbage overflowing, food is always great, hot and available.

Beautifully decorated with pictures of horses and riders. Nice wood vinyl floors in the rooms. Very clean well designed rooms. A block off the main highway so noise from highway was a minimum. Nice breakfast- cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, baked goods.

We loved our one night away here. Room was above expectations, breakfast was hot, fresh and the Texas waffles were great! We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub for entertainment. Always choose this location when wanting a night to relax, unwind, and enjoy some family time.

Very clean and staff very friendly, great place for pets. The heated pool was great and very clean. It was too cold outside but they also have a convenient patio with sitting outside. Would definitely use again!

Stayed here on a cross country roadtrip. The room was large and comfortable and allowed us to have our dog with us. It was close by to a Texas Road House. The staff were were very friendly and accommodating.

Tucked away so it was (at least our room was), quiet from road noise. The lobby was nicely decorated. The people were down to earth and helpful. The breakfast was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts we've experienced. The eggs tasted fresh. The waffle maker had the state of Texas imprint. (Cute detail.) There were some choices that were not loaded with sugar. YAY! I like western art so the pictures in the room were nice for me. The pool and hot tub looked inviting but we didn't use them this time. There is a Texas Roadhouse within easy walking distance and other restaurants not far.

We are a family of 5. Our room had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Overall, it was suitable except the sofa bed because the mattress was so uncomfortable my kids didn't want to sleep on it. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options from quick pastries to eggs, sausage, and Texas sized waffles. The coffee was very hot! The indoor pool and sauna were a big hit. The gym's equipment was good except for the elliptical. We will stay here, again!

This was our first time to stay at a Best Western chain. I chose it for the reviews of how clean the rooms were kept. We were very pleased with the cleanliness & fresh scent throughout the hotel. It was impeccable! We will definitely stay here in the future when traveling to the area.

So happy I chose to stay here! The entire hotel is very clean. The room was very spacious, yet cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Weatherford!

After travelling all day, my husband finally decided to pull over for the night. Not sure what we would find at the last minute, I was relieved when I consulted Tripadvisor and found that the Best Western coming up had great cleanliness reviews and accepted pets. I immediately booked the room! We were not disappointed! The room was very clean and so relaxing! The staff was very friendly! It was exactly what you need after a long day on the road!

We really enjoyed staying here. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast had hot sausage patties, links and eggs and big Texas waffles. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially when my husband needed a razor. Water pressure was good too. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everytime I am in Weatherford (which is every 4 or 6 weeks) I always stay here. The front desk people are friend and very attentive. The hot tub is a big attraction and I make sure I use it on every trip!

The staff was amazing. They truly go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. In this day of "we take what we can get" for customer service they have retained some great people at the Cutting horse BW.

Staff was fun, friendly, and fun. Rooms were clean, appliances worked, and water pressure was great. Kids played in the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub which was nice, just wish they added the chlorine after pool hours were over. Gave us as many towels and toiletries as we wanted without question. Breakfast was delicious and had a good spread. Definitely recommend this hotel

We (lots of family & friends) stayed here for my sons wedding. We couldn't have been happier! The rooms were clean and the staff was so accommodating and kind with each request, i.e. early check-in, extra towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again when in the Weatherford/Ft Worth area!

Room Stunk, No Internet all weekend long that we were there. The hotel is a dump ! Staff did not answer phones when we wanted to know what was going on with the Internet. Glad I had a place to go during my time in Weatherford just to get out of that hotel. I should of just packed up and went elsewhere.

I am so surprised to see the good reviews about this hotel. I am not that picky but thought it was a dump. It is an old, run down, smelly hotel with bad lighting. When you first walk in you are hit with the overwhelming smell of some aromatic Pine Sol and the dark lobby. The smell was nauseous. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms across the hall and next door. It was the noisiest hotel I have stayed in. The toilet ran all night and the internet stopped working after the first night. Calls to the front desk about the internet went unanswered. I tried calling the morning I checked out and again, NO ANSWER. I decided to check out early. When I passed the desk, the clerk was sitting in a chair on her smartphone. Apparently she was too busy for customers. On a good note, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and it had good sheets. I won't be back.

Walking into Best Western Plus immediately the atmosphere was that of a joy. All employees smiled and greeted. They all went out of there way to make sure everything was ok... It was my sisters 50th birthday and we used the conference room and everything was perfect. This is a place to stay! Very clean and atmosphere of joy! Hospitality at the highest level! Highly recommend the Cutting Horse Inn at Weatherford, TX. We stayed for a family wedding and the staff made us feel extremely welcome. They were all so kind the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

My car broke down and I ended up staying a night, based upon Tripadvisor reviews, at the BW Plus in Weatherford. What an unexpected high value experience! Check in was swift, and I was assigned a quiet room on the top floor, at my request. Hotel occupancy mid-week was light. Rooms are large, as others note, and I slept so well. The King bed was excellent for a 3 star hotel. Decor is dark but it appears newer (fresher carpet, no frays). Clean as a whistle. Hot breakfast is back!! They serve a basic, but good hot and cold breakfast with multiple choices. I was very satisfied. I even worked out in their fitness room, and although small, found the treadmill to be very good, and sufficient weights to pump some iron. Service is exceptional. This is not a 5-star hotel mind you, but for price paid (last minute I got a $114 room cost + taxes), you just can't go wrong.

Our room and property are extreme,y clean and well maintained. Felt very safe in the room, everything was spotless and worked. We were greeted by the front desk, offered coffee and immediately felt we were at our home away from home. Parking was easy. Breakfast was fine.

This motel was clean and very busy. Parking was a bit of a challenge but other than that everything was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. They had a free hot breakfast that wasn't bad. Not as good as some of their other locations, but not bad. Can't complain when it's free. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby including a steakhouse right across the street. It was a very good experience.

This hotel was nice, clean, convenient, and affordable. The staff was polite, helpful, and informative. This hotel is located in a great area. Lots of eating places, and shopping, and some of those eating places are within walking distance.

Pros: Hotel is clean. We observed the staff cleaning daily. During breakfast there was a staff member wiping down counters and tables immediately after people left. In this COVID era that was reassuring. Management was super friendly and helpful. Allowed us to change rooms when we asked ( we are light sleepers so asked for a room on the top floor that was quiet). Central location. Cons: We could hear someone who apparently had a bit too much to drink through the walls, as did our family who were on another floor (but that is the case in most hotels). Our room wasn't cleaned our last day there. No big deal since we had extra towels. Windows are super dirty! Would have been nice to open the curtains a bit but the windows are in serious need of a wash. Good place for an overnight stay.

Our family traveled to Texas for a wedding. Six members of our family stayed at the Best Western hotel. Service was awesome, people were friendly and hotel was very clean. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

My apartment flooded and I needed a place to stay. I was referred to Best Western by my carpet cleaning company. And boy was he right on the money. Very clean hotel with upbeat happy to help staff. I am very happy with my experience!

We stayed two nights. The hot water in the tub/shower was maybe lukewarm. I reported the issue and never received any response. The issue was never addressed. We would have changed hotels, but there were no rooms available at nearby hotels. Also, request an upper floor room to avoid noise of above rooms.

....among other hotels in a cluster.Friendly check in, good rate, indoor pool hot breakfast bar. The room was big enough with a good shower/tub combo.Only one tv in the bed area and not in the living room area, which I thought was cheap.Slooow elevator when it worked.Quiet location.

This is a first class hotel. Great facility/rooms. Great staff. Great food. Great price. And as a plus it has easy access to I-20. It's a stone's throw to the interstate. You won't go wrong checking in here. Oh. I almost forgot to mention that you are not in the DFW metroplex.

What a wonderful Best Western Plus !!! We had a very clean room and it was quiet and we had nothing more to ask for. The breakfast was a cooked meal of scrambled eggs and sausage and Texas Waffle . The coffee was great and multi selections of breakfast food. I could go on and on . This is a MUST Stop for the traveler to enjoy a great location in Weatherford. close to shopping are too.

I first room had a bathroom issue and they quickly moved me to another room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed is awesome. There is good hot water and pressure which is a major plus!! This was my 2nd stay in 2 months. Will be back again.

My room stunk with glad plug ins when I got into the room. I unplugged them. Left for dinner and when I came back it stunk like cigarette smoke- which is why they prob put the glad plug in in!!! Mentioned this to the guy behind the desk and he did nothing. I WILL NEVER STAY AT YOUR HOTELS EVER AGAIN. Horrible customer service! Gross rooms :(

My wife and I stayed here for one night in September and were very impressed with the hotel and the management Mr. Morar with whom we visited briefly on checking out. The room was more of a suite with quality furniture and a very good, correction excellent, mattress set. We read the reviews of several other local hotels before reserving and while several were good the reviews were not as good as this hotel. Finally....the breakfast was excellent. Eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, waffles, etc. etc and very good coffee and orange juice..

We're here now for 4 nights. The room is large and great but $135 a night for a bed that is as hard as the floor is really disappointing. We paid $500 total for the 4 nights we're here and probably going to have to spend additional money to buy an air up mattress to at least be able to get some sleep the next 3 nights. I would have given this hotel an excellent rating because everything else is great, but this bed ruins the whole room. We're big travelers and have stayed in a ton of hotel rooms, and I hate to say this is the worst bed we've slept in.

This family owned and operated hotel provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced at any hotel. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. They clearly take great pride in the property and services that they provide. Spotless rooms, hygienic hot breakfast service, great location and value. Great housekeeping staff! Kishen and his family really went out of their way to make my stay fantastic! I highly recommend staying at this property!

When asked about getting this resolved we were told that they couldn't come inside the rooms. They knew the phone didn't work as they front desk guy mentioned it. Tells us there is nothing he can do but that we can talk to the mgr in the am after we sweat all night and can't sleep. Do not stay here! Terrible customer service and they do not care about the customer at all! I've never been so disappointed. I will not stay in a Best Western ever again if this us the service customers receive. At over $125 a night, you should expect more!

This hotel was conveniently located close to the Interstate. Parking was plentiful, well-lit and spacious. Sarah was extremely helpful when booking our room. Our room with one king bed had a sitting room that was perfect! Fridge, MW and large TV complimented the room. We'll stay here again.

The check-in was efficient and welcoming. The GM of this Best Western greeted us when we arrived and checked us in. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a nice conversation and I felt relaxed and really welcomed into the hotel. Our suite was clean, comfortable and roomy. I could sit on the sofa and read while my husband was napping undisturbed on the far bed. The breakfast presented a nice selection of choices. The wait staff for the breakfast was friendly, helpful, and smiling. She was verifying that items were available, replacing, or straightening to be sure that all was orderly and clean for a positive breakfast experience. There were dispensers for coffees, milks, hot water and juices that space saving and convenient. I highly recommend this Best Western and hope I have a chance to stay there again.

As of 2019, Weatherford in the boundary between the mega-city and West Texas. This is a great hotel property that is clean, safe, well lighted, quiet, and comfortable. It is a good location to stage yourself for the onslaught of conquering West Texas or the mega-city if going east.

We went ahead and booked a room for New Years so wouldn't have to drive home and it was quote nice. Very clean room and the staff was very nice, I highly recommend this Best Western. Make sure and give them a try!

We were headed home from Arizona on vacation and just couldn't drive anymore. It was a nice, quiet and clean room for the night. Breakfast area was busy the next morning but food was hot and fresh. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Great place to stay. The people are very nice that work there. Any time I stay in Weatherford TX I stay there. Rates are good they work with you if you are stay for long periods. Never had a stay were I wasn't happy.

Highly recommend-I have been staying here when I visit my mom in a local Assisted Living for many years . It is conveniently located, clean and comfortable.The rooms are spacious , and the staff is courteous and friendly. From the housekeepers to the breakfast coordinator, Sandra to the owners. Don, Silvana & Kishen, you will feel welcomed, and likely become repeat guests too !

My husband and I stay at this hotel frequently for get aways. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is top notch! The location is central to shopping and dining! There is an indoor pool and hot tub that we enjoy every visit!I highly recommend this hotel!

We don't' understand how this is the best rated hotel. The proprietor was nice but the room was horrible. We were in room 302. The arms on the desk chair were cracked through so you could not put your elbows on them without getting pinched - hard! The windows were filthy inside AND out, covered with dust. The tub was filthy and had zero water pressure. The toilet ran constantly. The TV cord was loose and kept falling out, making you get up and push it back in. In fact, all the outlets wouldn't hold a plug...our chargers kept coming out, the hairdryer plug would fall out. There were only two master towels, This was a horrible stay, and the lady at the front desk commented how we got a great deal, the room goes for $200 on a weekend night. I can't imagine that!

This is my second time to stay at this property for business reasons. I ended up teaching several classes over a 4 day period and opted to stay at this location because of its convenience to where I was teaching and the cleanliness of the hotel. It's a well maintained property, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and it was nice to come back and relax in the evening. I would highly recommend this property if you need a comfortable and safe place to stay in Weatherford.

The rooms are very spacious comfortable with new beds and new quiet AC. The parking lot lights did not come on until an hour after dark. All staff are very nice and wonderful to share a conversation with.

Very nice motel that was very clean. The lobby area smelled good, the rooms were clean and smelled good. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a couch. The room was very large which was good and bad. The room was a little warm when we came in and the air conditioner didn't cool it down properly until the middle of the night. Our stay was very quiet and I would stay here again. The breakfast area was clean and continually monitored. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The egg patties and microwave sausage are just not good. The biscuits were very tough and had to be cut with a knife. Overall you can't beat the quality of the stay for the price. Eat breakfast somewhere else.

Everyone was very helpful. Everything was clean and well decorated.Pool was nice and the hotel provided some pool toys for the kids to play with. Breakfast had plenty of options and the hours were reasonable. Parking was easy, and location was great.

Spacious, updated rooms. Pet friendly and quiet. Located just off I-20, easy access to restaurants and shopping. Super friendly staff. Hot breakfast, fresh fruit and baked goods. Definitely recommend, and will absolutely stay here again.

Got to hotel was told i was getting the 'last resort' room. A/C wouldnt stay on for more than 30 seconds at a time. Never went under 75 degrees. Breakfast attendant would rather sit on her cell than do her kob. 1 egg for 8 ppl in the dinning area. No waffle mix no meat... JUST A CRAPPY HOTEL, go to FW or Granbury DONT STAY HERE!!!

I was thrilled to find such a nice place. I stopped to rest up on a long drive home and front desk had a room I could check in a little early to get some rest. The room was perfection. She even cared enough to get me a quieter room.

Conveniently located right off Interstate 20 but still very quiet. We had a quick, efficient check-in and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and smelled good. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is served as well.

Greeted by Friendly staff and nice rooms for our one night stay. for our stay we had 2 adults and 2 dogs and were well accommodated. Typical features in the BW brand. Good value for the price. convenient location.

I would definately recommend this hotel. Clean property, friendly staff , loved the use of an indoor pool and hot tub, the beds were extremely comfortable! The decor was very modern. This will be the first hotel I call when in need of a stay in Weatherford, TX

Friendly staff. Beautiful room with linens that smelled so fresh. Large bathroom. Nice pool and hot tub. The only issue was getting into the pool area. Apparently the latch was old and hard to get it just right to open. No lights at 8pm and could not find a switch. Fortunately the hot tub was lighted and comfortable and the parking lot lights lit the room enough to find you way around. We'll definitely stay here again. Great breakfast. Very accessible to highway.

I would rate this hotel as very nice but there were some service issues. As a frequent traveler in my professional life, I expect certain things from chains, this one fell short of that. The welcome was far less than the 'normal' Best Western as I didn't get greeted as an Elite rewards program member like usual, she really didn't want to be bothered by me either. Enough downers, the place was clean and fresh, the breakfast was awesome. we had a ground floor King room that was great. By the way, I used program rewards points for this stay.

It was very clean! The pool and hot tub were both very nice. BUT we probably won't be back. We have children, and the walls in this hotel are paper thin!! We heard every car driving by, every conversation in the next room and hallway.. it was a nightmare of up and down all night long with our kiddos :/ It doesn't help that the bed was hard as a rock. We chose this hotel because it had the best reviews in weatherford, but that's really not too hard to do considering they all kind of miss the mark it seems! Just not what we expected for the amount we paid to stay here. Again, won't be back! Not one thing relaxing about this place.

We have stayed twice in the last couple of months. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. They have an indoor pool that is ideal for cold weather swimming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice indoor pool. Pull out bed in large room is a joke. It's just springs in your spine. Workers were not the most accommodating. Breakfast is pretty good for continental. Room was satisfactory, but sheets are awful.

Stayed a night passing through Weatherford. Nice modern clean and well priced. Pool and spa was working. Breakfast area looked nice. Hotel looks like it is fairly new and it is well kept. Very satisfied just dinged point for kind of slow checkout

We stayed one night at the hotel. We were at another hotel and that hotel was awful. The moment we walked in the Best Western the service was great, the women's bathroom down in the lobby smelled so good with potpourri and looked very clean. I am picky but sometimes finances don't allow me to be that picky. But after the first hotel experience, we were happy to pay a little more. The hot tub was clean, quiet and hot (some hotels make it cooler bc kids get in), the pool was heated appropriately. They actually had enough towels for everyone!! (pet peeve of mine). The breakfast was nice, I'm not much for breakfast but they had a good spread and they had people cleaning the tables and keeping up with the food and stuff. I just had coffee.. my kids ate. My husband, 3 sons, and myself relaxed and were very pleased. I wish we could've stay both nights but next family vacation West we will. Highly recommend!!

I do not think you can find better people and service anywhere in Texas. The rooms are large and clean, the breakfast choices are excellent, and the staff go out of their way to help with anything you may need. The hotel is less than a minute from any restaurant you can name, any store you may want to shop and a movie theatre. Indoor heated pool and hot tub are immaculate. The staff are happy, friendly and work hard to make everything perfect for their guests. You must stay here.

Stayed on our way to Louisana and it was such a nice stay. Out of several hotels I have visited it has the best indoor pool we have seen, very clean and big. Has dolphins and turtles painted in tiles of pool, kids loved it. Breakfast was good and service very friendly.

Wonderfully updated! Everyone was so nice. Very very clean! Slept great. Very fresh and nice breakfast. They even have a heated indoor pool along with an excercise/workout room. “Kishen” was great! We would even go out of our way to stay there again

Nice clean hotel, room layout was better than most, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a typical free hotel meal. The TV seemed to have a sound volume govern in that after you raised the volume to a certain level it would not become any louder. My husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for a wedding and reception at the Springs in Weatherford. The hotel was not only convenient to the venue but also to food and activities. It was great to spend time with friends who were also there for the wedding.

We just completed a family wedding at a local wedding venue in Weatherford. We occupied at least 90% of the rooms and had a great stay. The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating to our group. They offered us their meeting room for our use. The entire staff was very friendly! The room seemed very quiet since I could not hear groups visiting out in the hallways. I have no hesitation in recommending the Cutting Horse Inn & Suites and would stay there next time I am there.

The room was fine but for the second time in 6 months, a Best Western that I prepaid for through a travel site charged me for the room a second time on my credit card given to them for incidentals. If you stay at a Best Western, make sure to check your credit card statement to make sure you don't get charged a second time for the room. At this point I'm curious if this an error or a scheme for unsuspecting customers. My stay was paid for through GetARoom and we stayed there on Saturday Dec 15th.

The staff, breakfast and room were all very nice and at a good price point compared to other nearby hotels. We felt safe and comfortable on the first floor. The large, well decorated room had many amenities, a comfortable bed, a sofa and a nice bathroom. The noise was minimal except for Sunday morning when kids kept running back and forth down the halls being very loud as if they were outside. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again should an occasion arise.

Twice a year, for nearly 10 years, I have attended a retreat held at the Best Western Cutting Horse. The hotel is always CLEAN, the rooms are always QUIET and COMFORTABLE. The staff, from the owners to the cleaning crew, is HELPFUL and ACCOMMODATING. Their mission is to make sure you have a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this hotel.

Our cross stitchers needlework group has been coming to the Cutting Horse Inn for years. The family who runs this lovely inn make the entire getaway a pleasure. They are always so accommodating and friendly and make sure our visit is a pleasure. The rooms are so clean and pretty and the beds are very comfortable. The room we use for our daily get together has all we need to make it the perfect place to hold any group activity. I look forward to my twice a year visits and am always assured that my stay will be comfortable and enjoyable.

Our goal was to have a relax weekend away, and the hotel provided that in spades! The staff was amazing and very courteous. They provided a very clean room and a great breakfast. We look forward to returning here again in the near future for another escape!!!

My Wife and I have stayed at the Best Western Cutting Horse Inn on several occasions, each stay has been a very pleasant experience, all of the staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. The Hotel is clean, well maintained and centrally located, the rooms are comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Our most recent stay was extended as we were awaiting the closing of our new home, every day we were greeted by the staff with the same warm, friendly demeanor. We highly recommend the BW Cutting Horse inn!

The room was very comfortable even with the four of us. Priced right, friendly, and very accommodating when we had a last minute issue and needed an extra night. The only drawback is we had two separate issues with our room card keys...they were swift, apologetic and fixed the issue right away. If you are traveling eastbound on 20, watch out the turn most GPS systems gives you is a dangerous and immediate right, at the end of the off-ramp. I suggest exit, make your way over to the right lane, turn right at the light, and then make the next immediate right, it'll take you right to the hotel.

I loved it here. I thought the room was very nice, the room was nice and clean and the bed was super comfy and easy to sleep on. Also the staff was awesome, they had such great attitudes and if I needed anything they were there to help.

Our room was clean and bigger, but the property isn't up kept well. The pool is useless as full of swimming lessons. My shower tub was clogged and we spent the week showering in a puddle that would drain so slowww. The towels were fraying, the toiletries were random and the lotion was used. The fridge has no dial for setting temperature and just froze all liquids solid. The breakfast is microwaved eggs and sausage and one day the gravy wasn't even warm. The bed was hard, pillows tiny, and the blanket was scary. Last, the vending machines were out of everything. No bottled water to be found in the whole hotel. I dont understand why this hotel is more than neighboring properties. I also think the owners must hop on and inflate these reviews.

We enjoyed this Best Western, the staff was very friendly and had great customer service skills. I really liked the room as the floors were no carpet, and carpet in hotels is often a little sketchy to me. So I was very happy about the wood look laminate floor. I enjoyed having a mini-fridge in the room. The breakfast could use a little help, as far as "hotel" breakfasts this one was a little below the average, limited choices. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was perfect, the only thing I question a bit is that they use the pool for community swimming lessons during the day, a child had an accident therefore the pool was shut down for the rest of that evening and night. We would stay here again if we pass through Weatherford.

We were in town for a family wedding. There were some issues with the reservation, but we had a very large group. The staff did everything we asked and more. We had a very nice stay. The hotel and amenities were very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you!!!

The Best Western Cutting Horse in Weatherford Texas is always our hotel of choice when we are anywhere in the area. The owners and staff are always off the charts amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who might be in the Weatherford Texas area.

Everything was great except the girl who checked us in, she was young hispanic girl who barely talks above a whisper. We stood at the front desk for about 4 or 5 minutes being ignored while she sat in the corner before we finally said something to get her attention. Then she acted like we were bothering her and was an inconvenience to her. She never said hi or welcome to us just asked us what we needed. I have never been so mad and would have just walked away but it was to late to cancel my room and didn't want to be charged for not staying there. I have always had great experiences here however if i call to make a reservation again and find out she is still working there I will not be making a reservation. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Very nice clean accommodations, reasonable rate, staff very friendly and helpful, good buffet breakfast with ample selection. Less than a block off Interstate 20 near downtown Weatherford. Close to a number of good local and chain restaurants. Several golf courses within 15 - 25 minutes travel.

We were unimpressed with the Plus in the name.It was not that much better than other Best Western that we have stayed at but it was the most money of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

The wedding party we were invited to booked this hotel. We were very happy with the accommodations. Friendly greeting, nice clean hotel. Pretty standard free breakfast but the lady looking after it is in too big of a hurry to take down breakfast.

Stayed here while attending a funeral in Ft. Worth. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our clock/radio was not working properly. We reported it and by the time we returned to the hotel a few hours later, there was a new clock/radio on the night stand. Hotel was very clean--had a microwave, bar sink and fridge in the room along with a little sitting area with a couch that made into a bed. Large T.V. Beds very comfortable--not all "slept out". Room was quiet. One warning--Weatherford water tastes terrible. We went to a shopping center close to the hotel and bought bottled water. No vent fan in the bathroom so mirror fogged up but with the door open a little cleared very quickly.

I stayed on February 24th with a group. The hotel staff is all very polite and pleasant to deal with, there are some things that would absolutely have to change before I would ever stay here again. The view out of the window in my room (206) was of a bunch of discarded crap that the hotel had dumped there: moldy old couch, broken appliances, and an old bath tub. Picture attached to this review. It gives a really bad first impression, and didn't give me a good feeling about the staff caring about keeping the place up. I was allowed to check in early, which was very kind. I put my bag in my room and went to the group activity that I was there to participate in. By the time I was back in my room, I was very tired and more than ready for sleep...but I wanted a shower first. I ran the shower for 15 minutes and couldn't get ANY hot water. Hot water came out of the sink just fine, but not the shower. I tried multiple setting points on the dial, but couldn't even get warm water. I gave up and went to bed. Next morning I got up and tried again. Let it run for 20 minutes at the highest heat setting...no hot water. Moved the dial and let it run again...nothing. Turned it on and gave up, as I was going home that day and figured I'd just shower at home. Went downstairs to join my group and there were multiple complaints from members of our group about the showers: either lack of water pressure, too much heat, or NO heat at all. There was also a complaint of a 1 inch crack in a bathtub. When I checked out, I told the manager about my experience and his reply was "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm glad you told me...sounds like I need to reset the pump." I'm giving the hotel an average rating because the hotel staff was otherwise very friendly...and the breakfast area was clean, with a nice variety of choices...and because I didn't call to complain that night to demand a new room. I wouldn't stay here again. They need to properly dump their unwanted furniture and appliances...and fix their issues. You can be nice all day long, but if your facilities are not kept up it ultimately says you don't care. Sorry to have to leave a bad review.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was good ! Plus they had no issue answering all of our questions. Lights had went out due to bad weather but facility assured us they would be back on within the next 10-15 mins. As promised they came back on quickly. I would recommend to family coming into town or if you need it like we did due to icy weather.

We love best western cutting horse inn in Weatherford Texas. Cleanest hotel I've stayed at and beds are super comfy. Air and heat is always good. We have never had any issues here. Stayed here for years every time we visit family.

We always stay at Best Western, we get points and we can save them for future trips. We have had great comfort at Best Western. The breakfast is a nice plus so we don't have to go out and find a restaurant.

This was our second stay at this particular facility. Overall it was good. Breakfast could have been a little better.Overall I would recomend this facility for a overnight stay. Location to shopping was great and parking and access was great as well.

We had a quick trip for a basketball tournament in the area. The Best Western offered us a great rate with everything we were looking for. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a great selection and was hot and tasty. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I recently had my pre-wedding accommodations at this hotel and everyone had a great experience. We have a large room block and the hotel accommodated all of our needs and were excellent through the planning process. The restaurant for breakfast is great quality, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly.

Weatherford's Best Western offers clean, quiet, and capacious rooms. The chain honors military discounts, an important plus in our travels. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the Texas-shaped waffles we've come to expect in our in-state travels. We would stay in this motel again should we be in the area.

Stayed at Best Western Plus, Weatherford, TX. Experience was non-eventful. Clean facility, Great Staff. getting to the location is kinda tricky. Just keep eyes opn for signage when you turn of I-20 to 51st

We were recently in town for a funeral. We basically had to break the bank to get there and make all our accommodations. They helped make our stay as comfortable and as stress free as possible, holding the room daily when we couldn't pay the whole stay in one transaction. The indoor pool is great too when you're traveling with children. The beds were comfortable and I got better sleep than I have at home in a while. They were even good about extending our check out time so we didn't have to rush out - my husband had to take others in our party to the airport and come back and by the time he would be getting back I would have had to have been standing on the curb with our luggage.

I love Best Western, the whole package! I have never been disappointed... great service, great quality, great time! My stays are generally very random during the week. They always have great accommodations for me no matter what time of day or night.

Excellent room exactly as described. Found a great restaurant in town if you are a fan of Mexican fare, Oaxaca was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not a fan of hotel breakfasts as a rule because of dietary issues but we were able to eat and get back on the road feeling satisfied.

This place is awesome. Recently had numerous out of town guests there attending my daughters wedding. Used the meeting room for a rehearsal dinner. The staff went above and beyond. They are also very pet friendly which was a great selling point, along with competitive pricing , complementary breakfast , nice size indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi , The rooms were Clean spacious and a couple rooms had three double beds , which is great for some of the larger families ( or bridesmaid rooms ) and very friendly helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They ROCK! Even searched the whole premises for keys that one of our guest accidentally lost their keys the manger even searched through the videos to help determine where they were lost , they were found in the trash where the guest accident dumped them when cleaning his vehicle ( way above normal expectations) . They were very reasonable on their booking price one of their managers Silvana even called prior to the cut off to ensure we had all the rooms required . I totally disagree with one of the ratings stating road noise was an issue since this Hotel although close to the other hotel it is not on the main drag and sits back from the access road and behind the others Hotels with the busy 171 and felt that noise was very minimum compared to others we have stayed in that same area with higher price ,( please verify by Goggle map ) others reason we felt the hotel made every effort to focus on their customers comfort was the nice size indoor pool although attaches to the hotel had a walk way and at one end of the hotel instead of the middle of the hotel , with out the residual chlorine smell , even the stairwells were carpeted to minimize noise . We were told by many of our group without solicitation that they were impress by all of the Hotel staff . Thanks again. Very satisfied customer.

We stayed here after visiting Fort Worth and going to the Red Stegal Cowboy Gathering. What a great time . This place was clean and friendly and easy to get to. Highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely stay here again. What a great town Weatherford is. Lots to do.

Hotel was average with the free breakfast nothing special at all. My main complaint would be the road noise from the highway. Not much sound proofing at this hotel. If you are a light sleeper you probably want to stay elsewhere. Really do not see how this hotel gets the good reviews shown on this site.

Staff is very friendly, caring, helpful, always smiling and cheerful. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean rooms, easy access to highway and close to shopping and restaurants. They even have Texas shaped waffles!! Thank you to all the staff!!

This is the only place we stay when in Weatherford. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel very quiet. We get a great night's sleep every time! The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly.

Stayed here about two weeks ago. Didn't have a reservation. Check rates with the desk clerk and found them higher than what was on their website. Asked about an AARP rate and was also quoted one higher than what was online. The clerk said that he would honor the online rate but as it turned out it wound up being several dollars higher. We were tired and didn't feel like going anywhere else. The room was very nice and very clean. We were on the second floor and unfortunately for us the folks above us were very loud. Had a kid running around and it sounded like he was actually in our room. Not great sound insulation for sure. Contacted the desk clerk about the issue and he apparently call the third floor folks to inform them they need to tone it down. Helped a little. It was clean and comfortable. Would consider staying again but would request a third floor room for sure. The breakfast wasn't great. Decent selection but the eggs were not cooked anywhere near done in my opinion thus we passed and ate elsewhere.

The reviews online were highly rated and so glad we choose to stay, we were on our way back home after a surgery in Dallas and was very happy not to have any issues with anything and a friendly and helpful staff made it even more comfortable I have stayed in a lot of places in my career, and this one is at the top of my best list. Keep up the awesome job, great team!!

A group of 29 ladies checked in on Friday, September 22, with all room cards ready to hand out for the speediest check in I've witnessed in a while. The rooms were spacious, clean, and many amenities we did not expect for the very reasonable price. The meeting room was convenient for all guests and very accommodating to our program. We will definitely use this motel again.

There were several rooms booked for a wedding. Check in and the stay for everyone went off without a hitch. The Best Western was complete with everything we needed or wanted. The best part was the attitude of the staff: very friendly and accommodating!

My wife and I spent one night here. Very few other guests made it extremely quiet. We were quickly accommodated to a new room when a toilet needed service. The room was clean and well-furnished. Furnishings in the room were not new but of good quality. The free breakfast provided the normal items and the personnel were always friendly and helpful. We would return if we travel again in the area.

Stayed here because of previous reviews and also was a good price. Did not disappoint. Very quiet, clean, (did I say clean?) my room was immaculate. Only disappointment was the bed, I prefer a softer bed and it was hard. So, a personal thing. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff were all so nice and helpful. We were there for a date weekend and everything was just perfect. We needed extra pillows due to being old, HaHa, and they cheerfully got my husband 2 extra pillows. During breakfast they sweet young lady that was attending to it made sure we had plenty of anything we might need. They had a little more than just the typical high carb breakfast so many hotels offer. It was presented very nicely and was presented with a smiling face. When we are in the area again we will stay here again.

We stayed at the Cutting Horse Inn 8-17 through 8-22. We were in town for mom's funeral and the whole trip was very stressful. From my first phone call till we departed we were very well treated. The staff was Texas-friendly, very accommodating and easy to reach. The room was excellent! Large and very well-appointed, it was perfect for my wife and I, my elderly father-in-law and two pups. The free breakfast was good. Using my AAA, it was an outstanding value. We will be back!

This Best Western was a nice place to stay -- quiet, clean, reasonable price, very helpful staff. Convenient location to get to I-20 or downtown Weatherford. The cleanest waffle iron I've ever seen in a restaurant!

This is a very pretty hotel. The price was right on for a "all suite" hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we had ample fluffy, thick towels. The hotel is located a bit off the expressway, so that made it quiet for a good night's sleep. The breakfast room was well maintained and selections adequate. The only issue I had was that the elevator was extremely slow! I was glad we chose this hotel and would recommend.

Really up to date, looks just like the pictures on line. Clean, no odors, well maintained, pool was great, spa was great breakfast was great and staff was perfect. Had a problem with reservation and was promptly addressed and even got a better room. Can not say enough about this great place.

The experience was AMAZING!!! The staff was very helpful and happy to help us. The lady at the front desk has great customer service and was very friendly. The house cleaners were also very polite, the rooms were immaculate, as well as the rest of the hotel. Loved that it wasn't too big and it was very quiet.

This hotel was very nice and we were impressed with everything there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a travel card to redeem and had never done that before so I wasn't sure what to expect but the girl who checked us in called her manager to make sure she did everything correctly. The pool area was nice and clean. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have an issue with noise and didn't feel rushed to leave the next morning by having housekeeping knocking on our door bright and early like some hotels do. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if the need arises.

Stayed here for one night after a long flight into Dallas. We stayed in a King room that was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We didn't have time for breakfast as we needed a lie in! The staff are friendly and polite. This motel remains our top choice in Weatherford.

I just completed a second stay here while visiting my mom who is in a local assisted living facility. The first time (April 2017) I had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately! I was pleasantly surprised at the courtesy and rapid response. The rest of that visit and this recent one were great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is beyond the standard continental. All of the staff- front desk , cleaning, maintenance , and food service are friendly and caring. By the way-This is my first time ever writing a review on the internet, but since I rely on reviews when buying anything or staying anywhere, it seemed about time for me to help out others.

This property is all suites so it's rooms are nice and big. Loved that the coffee machine was NOT in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Our tv didn't work very well so when I finally got it to a channel appropriate for my grandsons I left it there. Breakfast was pretty much as expected except for the coffee...it was Folgers!! I usually drink a much darker blend but just having decent coffee and not some stale brown water was great. Elevator is slow so be prepared if you are carrying a bunch of stuff. Indoor heated pool is a plus but it can be loud. Overall a decent place to sleep at a good price.

Super clean. Awesome staff. A great place to call home away from home. The owners are hands on and on location to make sure your stay is amazing. The breakfast is good. The decor is modern but not off the wall like so many places. I highly recommend this place. It's the only place I stay in Weatherford.

My husband and I have been finding different places to stay in Weatherford and this hotel is our favorite. The rooms and spacious and clean. The hotel has a large buffet in the morning and an indoor pool.

When visiting the Weatherford, Ft Worth, Dallas are the BW Cutting Horse Inn is the only hotel we will stay in. This is the best hotel across the board! The staff is outstanding! The facility is pristine.

We were heading east on a Friday, so rather than driving the busy highways of Dallas - Fort Worth during the rush hours, we decided to stop over in Weatherford and make the drive early in the morning. We were happy we did. The person at the front desk was friendly and we were given the room we requested. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a refrigerator and microwave. We had a crying baby next door, but turning on the A/C fan and our white noise device drowned that out. We did have a quiet sleep that night however. The breakfast was good; it had the traditional cereals, pancakes, etc. and also warm items. The area was clean and the items were well stocked. It was a good stay; we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were here for an event and our group had to leave early each day before normal breakfast time - they made sure they had breakfast out early so we had time to eat. That's service. Some of the friendlies people and one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. We were in a King room and I was surprised to see it was a suite for the price of a regular king at most hotels. Made our stay so comfortable.

For the price I paid I would expect the beds to be more comfortable and for the walls not to be paper thin. I heard the people in the room next to me having sex on and off all night and people talking all hours of the night in the hallway I got zero sleep.

This is a newer, modern property. Nice lobby, good size rooms. Everything very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Pool is good sized. Is very nice w/colored lights in the pool. Kids love that. Good size Jacuzzi. Plenty of good towels at the pool and in the room. Will stay whenever I'm in the area.

Our sheets were dirty at check in. Make sure you check the bed before you unpack. Housekeeping changed the bed in our presence - front desk did ask if we wanted a new room. No comp. though. Hotel is in a good location.

This is the place I always stay when I get off work in Odessa ,tx . It's family every time I walk in the door . I've been staying there over a year now, the owners are great and the room service ladies clean very well and are nice ladies .

We took a large group here for a work event and it was great. The staff was some of the nicest people and were so patient and kind to our group. The hotel has a nice modern feel and the rooms are clean and comfortable as well as spacious. Breakfast was free and good!

I stayed one night at the Best Western Plus in Weatherford for a nearby wedding. My room was nice, spacious, and clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff was super-friendly and the location is very convenient.

This was a very nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the decor and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, but the beds were a little hard for my taste, but just right for my spouse. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Even as a pet friendly hotel, there were no odors or musty smells.

Had an amazing class in the meeting room. Clean hotel and the staff is always nice and very helpful. The rooms are very spatial and clean. The services are great. If your going to stay in Weatherford, Texas. Look no further.

Overall this was a nice hotel but was disappointed is using the pool as there was swim lessons going on. Swim coaches weren't very friendly. Also the housekeeping people could have more pleasant when asked to come back so we could finish getting ready for wedding.

We have had very good comments on previous stays with Best Western Plus, however this one was disappointing! The hotel was extremely outdated and the roach was not appreciated! When I told the clerk in the am about the roach, he said "was there more than one?"

Overall it's an ok place. The main problem.....thin walls. You can hear the next door people talking and also their TV. That's a deal breaker as far as I'm concerned. It's a limited breakfast but probably sufficient.

First, When I called to make a reservation, I did not receive a confirmation number. Upon check in, I was not welcomed. Instead I had to listen the lady complain about her allergies. She never explained breakfast hours, check in/out times, etc.. They reuse that little paper holder that holds your room key. Can you imagine where that's been? People carry these in their pockets, wallets, & purses. GROSS!! As you can see from my pictures, there was what looked like a camera mounted next to the bed. My coffee had an oily residue in it. The water was disgusting! One cup was filled from the faucet in the bedroom area and one was filled from the faucet in the bathroom. You can see for your own eyes the difference. Upon check out, I was not asked how my stay was. I will never stay here again and hopefully you will not either!

This was the most wonderful place I could have picked for my twin girls 13th birthday party. We had adjoining rooms and that was the best. The staff is sweet and extremely accommodating. My girls and all their sweet friends were treated as if we had rented the entire hotel. It was great....I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

We stopped here while traveling with family and just stayed one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and very nice. The bed and pillows were great! We had the free breakfast the next morning, they had a really good variety and everything seemed to be fresh. The biscuits were a little hard but I guess everything can't be perfect. I thought the price was very good especially since I have stayed in higher end hotels that weren't this nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As a Best Western Plus, this is a very pretty hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are great, but the hotel management practices are just classless. Here are some examples. 1. They have a skimpy breakfast. Little egg omelettes, and biscuits. No gravy. Apples and bananas. No other fruit. The juice machine doesn't work half the time. And breakfast ends at 9 a.m. The person who's supposed to replenish the breakfast sits there playing with her cell phone. 2. They have signs posted DON'T TAKE BREAKFAST ITEMS TO YOUR ROOM. (I prefer to work at my computer in my room, and always take breakfast to the room. So, I hated this.) 3. They have signs that say WE ACCEPT PETS BUT KEEP THEM ON THEIR LEASHES AT ALL TIMES. I agree with the concept, but the snarky signs seem unnecessary. 4. Their pool closes at 9 p.m. 5. The ice machine on the second floor was broken for days. The drink machine had no diet drinks. Those things being said, it had very good wifi throughout the hotel, and it's conveniently located near the interstate. The air conditioning worked well too.

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to see our granddaughter in Weatherford. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are nicely appointed and very clean and the breakfast is more than adequate. I would highly recommend the best Western plus.

I have stayed at a few of the hotels in the weatherford area in the past 6 months and always enjoy my stay here . The property all though not the newest is well maintained and clean The staff is always helpful and accommodating. The only improvement I would make would be more variety on the breakfast. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area

New construction can't hide the fact that Best Western is just one step removed from camping. There's not much to choose from in the area. All the other hotels are just as crappy. Stay away from the free breakfast.

This place is great! This location was just off I20, easy in and out with eateries very close by. I loved the pool, one of the best indoor pools I have seen. Service was friendly and prompt, breakfast was well stocked and clean. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Handicapped suite with 3 beds was very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. When we came to the hotel checking on availability of a handicapped suite, Sylvana (at the front desk) personally took us to look at the room. She was very kind and sympathetic to the problems we'd encountered at a nearby hotel - went above and beyond to be helpful to us. Her son was manning the front desk when we checked out and was very personable. All employees we came into contact with were professional and courteous. We will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is first class. I always call the hotel directly to make reservations. From the start the staff was outstanding . Throughout our 4 day stay everything went smoothly.. Average but adequate breakfast. Next to I 20 but very quite. Highly recommend. P.S. Mom, Keshawn needs a raise!

First off let me just say this is a really nice hotel. Everyone was really nice from when I called to book, to the very end of our stay. It was almost perfect. There were a few odd things that I think you should know about as a traveler though. We went to the very nice indoor pool a couple of times, but they rent out half the pool to a swimming lesson company, so you won't ever have the pool to yourself. That was a little weird and I wished that there were times we could swim without a bunch of screaming kids learning to swim. Also, housekeeping would come to clean our room right after breakfast everyday. We were on California time, so we didn't really leave our room until noon everyday and they would knock on the door and ask if we needed service. I just got towels each day because we weren't ready to go. They should maybe have some afternoon cleaning options. That was it. Everything else was great. The beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great, we enjoyed the breakfast, although the malted waffles were really dry tasting. Overall, we had a very good stay. Weatherford is a cute little town and we would stay here again.

We went for a wedding and stayed one night at the hotel. We missed the breakfast because we slept in past 10am, but everyone was nice and the hotel looked great. There was easy access in/out, too, with the parking lot directly in front of the entrance.

Hotel was pretty clean. We stayed 5 nights while visiting family in Weatherford. Breakfast was out of several staples including juice 3 of the days. Staff was irritated if you ask about it. They were so quick to leave and would shut down 5 minutes early. Beds were comfortable. I'm not confident sheets were changed every day if that's a requirement for you. Not sure I will stay here on the next visit. Hotel got good reviews from other visitors. It was fairly quiet to be so close to I 20. Very convenient to everything.

I have stayed twice at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels in the bathroom. Check in and out is fast and friendly service.

I misplaced my backpack (with wallet, keys, and diabetes supplies) after a wedding and was frantically searching for it the next morning. The nice lady at the front desk noticed my discomfort and assisted me by checking with housekeeping staff. Every time I passed she asked me for an update on my search and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find it. When I told her that my friends were going to drive me to the reception property to search, she called the owner of the property to have them open the gate for us. Without this, we would have been stranded at the entrance! Luckily, a friend of mine delivered the backpack not too long after. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the level of SERVICE I received. PLEASE STAY HERE.

Enjoyed our stay at the BW Cutting Horse Inn & Suites in Weatherford, TX. The property itself is wonderful & the hotel is all suites. Our suite was super clean & the beds were perfectly comfortable. The bed linens were fantastic. So many other places give you way to much linens (down comforters, etc) but this hotel had it perfect especially since we were traveling during the summer & a horrible heat wave! Everything about this place was top notch & we won't hesitate to stay there again when we return to Florida later this year! THE MAIN REASON WE STAY AT BEST WESTERNS IS BECAUSE THEY ALLOW OUR DOG FOR A VERY NOMINAL FEE. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN!!!

Have stayed here a few times and it is always clean and the staff is always very helpful. The breakfast is very basic which is fine for me. Great hotel with easy access to I-20. If you ever need a place to stay in the area I highly recommend this one.

Great Location, loved the indoor pool. Breakfast room was very busy. ck in and ck ut was easy and painless. Outside decor was very nice as well as the lobby and corridors. Very Quiet. The only problem I was was there was no ice machine on my floor ( 2nd )

Great little hotel off of I-20 in Weatherford. We stayed in Weatherford over the 4th of July weekend due to unavailable vacancies down in Granbury, Texas. We were only 20 minutes away from the Brazos river and lake Granbury - which worked out fine for our needs. The hotel is pet friendly which is a main reason we selected this BW. Very clean and comfortable.

I was overall satisfied with this hotel. The management was caring and very nice. The rooms were very clean. The indoor pool was very well kept. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. I loved it.

Our visit was for just one night. While the hotel was full, we were able to secure a room. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. In anticipation of of our arrival, the staff had made sure that the air conditioning was set to a cool and inviting temperature on a very warm day. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The owners, management and staff are very friendly and most willing to do whatever it takes to make ones stay restful and enjoyable. Finally found a hotel in Weatherford TX. I had to stay 2 more days and they kept me in the same room. The coffee was great, never made it down for breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy. the staff was polite and helpful

Spent the night in King Room. Room was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Beds are made for a great nights sleep. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and attentive. The General Manager Kishen Morar, and Silvana exceeded my expectations by offering assistance before I actually had requested. I looked at the reviews online prior to choosing this hotel and they had the best rating! I will highly recommend the Best Western in Weatherford to anyone planning a trip or needing accommodations in Weatherford.

Absolutely cleanest room I have ever spent the night in. I know the hotel was built just a few years ago, but the housekeeping staff have gone above and beyond. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent the night here in a king room. Room was spacious and pretty clean and the air con was good. Pillows were a little worn and lumpy. Staff on front desk were polite and friendly. Didn't have time for breakfast or use the pool. We have been here several years in a row now and this will probably be our choice again next year.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Our room was perfect with a large sitting area and comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Since we were checking out prior to the breakfast Kishen Morar, provided us with some food to take with us.

Had a spacious king suite on 1st floor. Modern, comfortable room with breakfast included. A/C worked well, shower good, bed comfortable. Microwave & fridge as well as wet bar area and small sofa. Towels were of good quality but only went around 3/4 of my torso. Requested quiet room but heard next door neighbors enjoying life next door at 1130 & elephants on 2nd floor at 6am! The trickiest part was finding the hotel!!! Driving west on I20, take exit 408 & drive west on service road TO LIGHT. DO NOT TAKE U TURN RAMP! At light turn left to go over top of I20 and proceed straight about a block. Then turn right into street with multiple chain hotels.

All staff were very helpful when I stayed overnight at this hotel on my way from Dallas to Lubbock. They went out of their way to direct me to local services when it was my first time in this town - arriving after dark & not knowing my way around at all!

Really really nice rooms,location was easy to get to, lots of restaurants right across the road, just a Great stay great customer service and very pet friendly, we got in very late and everything was set and ready for us to be there.

Staff was very helpful on driving directions to hospital and clinics we needed. Also, gave us information on several restaurants in area and theatre location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly to w0rk with.

We stayed at this hotel for a school event. Booking was easy and they were more than willing to make accommodations for us as needed. The location was great. There are several restaurants nearby, WalMart, Target, gas stations, etc. Easy access on and off the interstate. Texas shaped waffles are great! :)

This place is great at twice the price (but please don't raise it because it fits our budget perfectly). Friendly, helpful staff. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of room to spread out. Great place to stop before or after braving the Dallas and Fort Worth traffic.

Stopped here overnight while visiting Weatherford. Well maintained property and rooms. Polite and helpful staff! We visited the pool/Jacuzzi twice...once in the evening and once before check-out. The pool is large and indoor and kept at a very inviting temperature! Breakfast was standard for Best Western. A good variety including pastries, yogurt, fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs and sausage. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I/we can't begin to say enough good things about this Best Western. We live about 40 miles from this hotel and my in-laws were traveling through the DFW area on their way to Atlanta; but with their travel schedule, they really needed a hotel to stay at that was close to the interstate vs driving all the way out into the county to visit us. We all decided on Best Western Cutting Horse to be our meeting place. First off the hotel owners/staff were so accommodating and willing to find us the best price for the night. They went through every option and club membership. We were very pleased with the nightly rate and did not fell taken advantage of. Upon arriving at the hotel we were so pleasantly surprised how clean and nicely decorated the rooms were. It was nicer than the photos on-line. The beds were just as surprisingly comfortable; a total notch above most hotels we have stayed. I personally get grossed out easily and don't like a lot of hotels. But I/we felt very comfortable and at home in this hotel. As for the morning breakfast it was much more than expected. Fresh fruit to choose from, along with a good mixture of baked goods, fresh waffles, cereal and pretty good coffee. The hotel has nice pool that was recently resurfaced and had the cutest designs on the bottom of the pool. All that went well with the swim lessons that go on there. Even with the lessons going on, they had it well organized, plenty of swim space for us and it was a fun atmosphere to play and relax in. We loved watching the cute swimmers as they did their lessons. I/we never once regretted our decision to meet our family and visit at this hotel vs them driving out of their way to come to our house. Our experience has opened up a new option for us and we will be visiting there again soon and will gladly refer any other friends and family to this hotel. Old food wrapped in a bath towel in one room and some sort of soda poured out in the ref ridge of the other room. Management had no concern and after promises of calls back...Nothing but lies. Best Western Customer Service isn't much better.

I am active duty military and have always decided to stay at the Best Western hotels due to the military discount and the likelihood to have reasonable pet rates. We stopped at this location while traveling cross country on orders and was very satisfied. The king suite offered room to relax, was very clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality to start our day of traveling. The staff members were polite and helpful, but that is usually not on my list of priorities to evaluate. Overall, this establishment is on my list of places to stay at in the future for our next cross country trip.

This was a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend to any and all. The staff was very friendly, courteous and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. Would absolutely go back!

This was one of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed in. It seemed relatively new and everything was clean. We were in town for a funeral so we had a few rooms. We had no complaints with ours but one of our party had issues with their TV, can't speak to it really as we had no problems with ours. The breakfast was the typical hot fare that is pretty much standard. The gal working the breakfast area was very friendly and accommodating as was the owner. Be mindful that the hotel is right off of Interstate 20 and you can hear it. We definitely recommend.

It was a nice getaway for our family while my husband had to work in the area. The lady running the breakfast area was very helpful and kind. It was a nice quiet hotel and our kids enjoyed having the pool area to themselves for the most part.

I highly recommend this hotel. From my first point of contact, all staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. The general mgr in particular, Mr. Morar was especially helpful considering this was my first time to the community. He insured that I understood the best traffic routes to take and was thoughtful in making room adjustments. I requested a quiet room and received one. The breakfast staff was also cordial and accommodated my request for a tray to take food up to my room.

Our organization held it's third Stitch Away this past weekend at the Best Western Plus Cutting Horse Inn & Suites in Weatherford, Tx. As usual, we had a terrific time! The owners, manager, and staff are terrific and very customer oriented. Making the group's reservations was easy via e-mail and was confirmed via management in a very timely manner. The management also went out of their way to accommodate our group in the large meeting room we rented for 2 days. Additionally, the hotel's rooms were very clean, cheerful, and comfortable. This is an extremely well managed establishment and I recommend it for a get away or for even holding an event. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I spent three nights at hotel while visiting family in the area. From the moment we walked into the hotel until we left, the management and staff very pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that all our needs were met. We could not ask for anything more. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and will stay there again when the need arises.

We booked the suite with three queen beds. It was big and very comfortable. Excellent service! Breakfast was great! Extremely kind and efficient staff. Very clean and well cared for accommodation. We felt at home :)

Excellent hotel. The lady who checked me in was wonderful. I've never enjoyed a quicker check-in. Room was clean and large. Internet was fast. Everyone was very friendly. I'll stay here again. I talked to the owners in the morning. They were very pleasant.

I have stayed at several hotels in Weatherford and my experiences at this hotel have definitely been by far the best. I have absolutely no complaints and only praise for this establishment. Everything from making the reservation to checking out was a pleasure. If there was a rating above "excellent" I would definitely give it.

We stayed here two nights while attending a dance performance. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was your typical free breakfast but served its purpose. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.

The two women involved with my check-in somehow charged my card $283.00 for an $83.00 room, this overcharged remained on my card for the entirety of my trip (approx.1 week) which caused unexpected inconveniences for myself and my family. I personally don't believe it was a mistake, I think there are thieves working this location. If you must stay here, pay cash! Other than that, the rooms were okay.

As older guests, we found the handicapped accessible room to be lovely. We were offered a room with 3 beds (for care giver also), which was a first and so handy! I did notice guests with pets which I do not prefer, but I did not notice any pet odors at any place in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and will use it again, as we have relatives in the area.

We stopped during a snow storm Dec. 2015. The alternator went out in our van. The staff couldnt have been more helpful in our situation. We are forever grateful for all their help, taking us to auto parts store, vehicle repair shop etc. The breakfast staff even delayed cleanup to make sure we had our breakfast the morning we arrived. We spent two nights there with three kids and two dogs.

I travel to Weatherford frequently and always stay at the Best Western Cutting Horse Inn. I have stayed at most of the other hotels in town at some point but once I stayed at the Best Western I made it home base when I am in town. My room is always clean as well as the common areas, the staff is always friendly and helpful and their rates are reasonable. I checked in after midnight on one occasion and the girls working the front desk already had my keys ready so that once I walked in and identified myself they handed me the key and told me to have a good night. There are security cameras covering all areas of the property including the parking lot, which is well lit. I have nothing negative to say about any aspect of this hotel and I will continue to stay there each time I travel to Weatherford.

After driving all the way back from Des Moines after a cancelled flight (with another 5 hours more before getting home), the Man Friend and I needed a pit stop. There wasn't anything super fancy about this hotel but it was clean, had friendly staff members, and had a good bed & shower. It was all we needed after a REALLY long day.

We stayed here with family group for a wedding and the rooms very clean, nice hotel décor and nice free breakfast--great value and very nice staff. We had a suite with sitting area and had a very nice stay. Grandkids loved the indoor pool/spa especially because it was January and 28 degrees outside.

Even though I travel with my dog sometimes I don't want a hotel to have any tell-tale signs of animals (smells, hair, stains, etc.). This hotel does not and I stay here even if I don't have my dog with me. They are very animal friendly and the staff seems to really like animals not just tolerate. The rooms are large enough to accommodate a 70# dog. The pool is very large and a comfortable warm temperature for winter swimming.

The hotel was ok. Negative: They are not spending a lot of time maintaining the property. The bathroom had some issues. One of the bulbs was out. The commode seat flopped around when sitting on it. The swimming pool water was at a nice temperature but the poolroom itself was cold. There were two heaters but they were not working or not turned on. There were no pool towels. Each time we went we had to go to the lobby and ask for towels. The hot tub had so much foam you couldn't see the water. Plus: The grandkids loved playing in the pool. The lady running the breakfast was extremely helpful. The room was clean. Wifi was ok. TV had plenty of channels. Location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping.

we opted for this hotel because we wanted to travel a little farther than grand prairie. based on ratings we chose this location. location lived up to its rating. i would consider staying here again should we make this trip again. only thing was the charge for my dogs i thought was little unfair as we were only there about 12 hours and just little hair left behind; we bring in mats for them to sleep on.

Hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the size was good. The breakfast was great and staff was really nice and helpful. Loved that the hotel was pet friendly ($20 pet charge) and would definitely stay there again. Wish it was part of a larger chain for hotel club points.

Very nice front desk! I had come in late from a trip, and the front desk was so amiable for it being so late at night. The room was nice and very clean, and although the breakfast could have been better it still was not bad. It was a nice stay for a quick night off the road!

An upgrade from past stays.... Room was clean and comfortable. The ac fan stays on if you want it to ! Which I love. The doors all slam shut, they need something to slow down the doors.... So got woke up a couple time from people leaving their room. Breakfast is typical of hotel breakfast of Hampton or Comfort Inn. I don't like any of them..... But I am persnickety with my food. I would have liked an office area to print if needed..... And I needed. But it is worth the stay.

Continued excellent service by this family run hotel. I will drive an extra distance to stay at this facility when I am in the area because of the service received. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and i recommend them to all my friends when they are down in this area.

This Best Western is either newer than most or it was recently updated as it was nicer than most we've stayed at. The sheets and towels looked brand new, very white and clean. They do need to tend to small maintenance issues before they become big ones. Our A/C unit started making a crazing noise at 4am. The toilet was wobbly and a light was out in the bathroom. I tried to tell the front desk when we checked out, but the man was too busy and I was only able to tell him about the A/C. If management stays on top of those types of issues, it should stay a nice and affordable place to stay. The beds were comfortable, but I would recommend upgrading to comforters, the blanket was warm but a comforter feels better. The breakfast was good, the eating area could be bigger.

Staff was very friendly & personable. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Really liked the location. Breakfast was good & coffee was excellent. Will recommend this hotel to friends & family to stay at in the future.

The entire staff was most gracious and very helpful from the time we arrived until we left (We actually left twice because my friend had left her jacket in the room. By the time we returned to the hotel, one of the staff had retrieved the jacket and had it waiting at the front desk for her). The staff were most helpful in giving directions to shopping locations and restaurants and even went out of the way printing a coupon to one of the shops. The room was exceptionally clean and well supplied with towels, coffee, etc. The breakfast area was every bit as clean and well stocked with a large assortment of breakfast items. This was a most pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel continues to be outstanding and truly enjoy my stays there.Kishen and family run an excellent hotel and I would rate them as the best by far that I stay in during my travels as they go out of their way to make sure everything is okay. Strongly recommend them to everyone.

Staff is very friendly we come here quite often on business and our rooms are spotless, breakfast is way better than the other hotels we have stayed at, and they are always doing improvements to the place.

My wife and I stayed here for a one night get away. I'm usually not a big Best Western fan but this one has changed my mind. From the parking lot all the way to and including the room, everything was very clean! Staff was very courteous and helpful. We booked a King Suite and it was very nice. Lots of room and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with everything from cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy to fresh waffles. You will not leave hungry. The location of the Hotel is convenient. Less than 10 minutes to the town square and just right across the freeway from a huge selection of restaurants and shopping. We were not disappointed staying here at all!

I had never stayed at a Best Western before. I was very happy with this hotel. It has great reviews online and lived up to those reviews. The rooms were very clean and the quality was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The prices were reasonable too!

Our group of Vietnam Helicopter Pilots use have used this facility for four of the last five years. Couldn't use it that year as they were full for a wedding party, but I think any of us would recommend this hotel. I stay in a lot of different hotels and motels every year, but I always give this hotel a "High Five" for the experience. Definitely Recommend!

This Best Western Plus has very nice large rooms with microwave and refrigerators. It's not quite as nice as some of the newer ones that have a nicer breakfast room and small bar area. I always stay here or the Fairfield Inn across the street. The front desk staff is always friendly and very nice. They now accept dogs and it seemed like they were allowed in all rooms. There were several people with two dogs and very large ones. I have dogs and love mine but I hope they don't use the same rooms for people with dogs and people who don't bring theirs. I stay here twice a year so I will wait and see. Most hotels that allow dogs only allow them in certain rooms. The breakfast could be better and have more options. I've never seen them have bacon and all the other Best Western Plus hotels do.

Always I will check for Western Plus in all my travels in USA or other countries' I hope you continue with this excellent service, mainly rooms, bed and bathroom clean. About the breakfast some natural fruits must be increase the freshness, and another service that I consider the purified bottle water on the room.

All the staff here were pleasant, professional and very helpful!! Beds were very comfortable, had enough pillows!! Clean and inviting. Smoking rooms available for those of us who still have the habit!!

This hotel is clean, the rooms have comfortable beds and pillows. We had a sitting area and a large TV. Their pleasant staff awaits you. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again if passing through Weatherford Texas.

We used the Best Western Cutting Horse Inn for our out of town wedding guests. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had several of our guests comment on how nice the owners and front desk staff were. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast was yummy. Texas shaped waffles were a hit!

We were making an unplanned trip to Fort Worth but ran out of steam in Weatherford, Texas. The Best Western Plus looked clean and in a safe area off the interstate. We spent the night and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and price. We will certainly stay at another Best Western in the future. The desk clerk and breakfast attendant could not have been more helpful and skilled. Thank you for helping to make our trip so enjoyable.

We always stay here when passing thru. We can depend on good service. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Buffet is good. Easy to get to. We know what to expect with no unpleasant surprises. Would recommend this facility.
