Best Western Hotel Watertown, Watertown

Im here for work been here for two months now and have another month to go for work. Reason here is that this is the closest hotel to my work. I rate hotels by there internet and this hotel has the worst internet I have ever had at any hotel I ever stayed at. When you call there net company you get a recording saying that they can not answer the phone and please leave a message. That right there is a big no go for me the staff here is great but other then that this place is a place you should not stay in if you do not have to stay here for long periods of time. I would say stay here if only a day or two at the most do not say for months at a time for it is not worth it. You can not do anything on the internet with as slow as the net is so really you are paying way to much for little in return and I still have a month to go in my stay here at this hotel that is not worth saying in.

Clean, quiet, a great night of sleep and a good location with surrounding places to eat. Easy check-in & checkout and a very pleasant staff. Will definitely stay on our next trip to Watertown to visit family.

For Best Westerns, my expectations are usually middle-of-the-road, however, this property was very nice, it was clean, they had very friendly service and staff, a nice location, I really liked the room layout.

This hotel was clean in the rooms, hallways and dining area almost every day. Almost everyone seemed intent on keeping up with the trash and keeping surfaces sparkling clean. The pool needed a bit of attention, but I'm sure it's tricky to keep the proper balance of pool chemicals. We did not use the pool because the water was not very clear.

A great hotel to stay in and find a warm, clean, and first rate accommodations. It was very inviting from the beginning to the end. A nice pool area. My son enjoyed the hot tub. The area had some good restaurants and easy access to everything.

We needed a place to sleep and this hotel was perfect. Clean room, good staff, good location. The breakfast had a great assortment of individually wrapped pastries but lacked a hot item (pancake or waffle maker). There were breakfast sandwiches available to microwave and the one I had was good.

Staying here for my two months contract work, nothing to complain about this hotel or the staff. They even have a coin laundry service for a long term stay like I am. I noticed there's lot of long term stay guest for a contract work. Room seems to be always fully booked. Breakfast included from 5 am to 10 am. Hot drink mini self serving bar open 24/7. I always stop by for a cup of hot chocolate every night when I came back from work. I'm staying in a Suite, there's sofa, big TV with cable included, microwave, coffee table, chair and desk, and a good size fridge are in the room. It's highly recommended.

For the last 25ish years we have stayed at this Best Western (was Holliday Inn Express) Watertown WI for a yearly get together of friends & family. We rent the conference room for us all to gather during our visit. Cheryl, and all of the employees, are very polite and helpful with anything we need during our weekend stay! Thank You All

Pros: Good breakfast choices, Seattle coffee and Teavana tea offered 24/7, clean room, comfortable bed, professional and friendly staff Cons: kind of run down, cigarette smoke in hallway, hallway dimly lit

Our family went with a group o other families. Rooms were clean, staff was courteous and helpful an amenities were just what we wanted: pool, wifi, and continental breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel previously and d had a good stay as well. Only thing I would change is the allowance of dogs. This is a personal opinion as I am allergic and dogs can be loud and dirty.

i just wish you gave out more free rooms its not like your not making any money and this one that i stayed at should have more hot food for breakfast but other then that it s a ok place to stay and get away

I was pleased with the newer facility I have not been a fan of best western until now if they continue to invest in there properties I will continue to stay. The Watertown wi location was very nice kids were happy.

We stayed at the Best Western in Watertown for a wedding. The rooms and halls and breakfast area are all in very good condition, looked newly renovated to me. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the hot tub doesn't have much power to it, very low key, seems to need some work.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. Hotel was super clean and appeared recently remodeled. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great variety at breakfast. Pool area and fitness center looked nice.

The hotel was being remodeled so there was some construction noise & debris, but nothing that interferes with our stay. The staff was especially helpful & gracious; always ready to answer questions. Would happily stay here again!

Have stayed at this hotel for years. Have never had any problems or issues. All the folks there have always treated me with respect and kindness including the Manager. Would highly recommend staying there , nice hotel nice location and very nice folks who work there...

Staff was extremely rude regarding my request for a late checkout. The front desk woman actually knocked on my door and rudely asked "Are you checking out today?!" and then walked away after I said yes.

I recently had business in Central WI, and Watertown turned out to be a spot that was convinient and had a Best Western Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was new, or newly renovated. Rooms were clean, modern, and quite. Got a good nights sleep as well. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Site is finishing a recent remodel. Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet, convenient location. Standard mask requirements in public spaces. Did not use the breakfast service, but it was available, just not currently in buffet form. Will stay here the next time I'm in town.

Cheryl was amazing from the time we made our reservation until the time we checked out. Customer service was top notch. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff were very accommodating. Facility was clean and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the pre check-in option was great. Was able to just stop in and pick up the keys. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The internet worked great. Overall this is a great place to stay.

It is a great place to stay close to restaurants and amenities, friendly staff and recently remodeled with a super comfy bed, the room was really clean and so was the hotel, even during this pandemic the staff went out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable while you stay, I will definitely be back next time I'm around there or to any other best western hotel

Watertown Wisconsin doesn't have a whole lot of things, but this hotel really went beyond our expectations. It's in a small town so therefore it's a smaller hotel with just 2 floors. It was extremely quiet. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the local school. The Room was very cozy and had everything that we needed including a comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator, and a great variety of channels for the television. Check in was very easy. The breakfast was very well maintained and it was very good as well. A lot of choices for many different people. The ladies attending the rooms were very gracious and asked us if there was anything that we needed wall we stayed there. We will definitely be back if our path leads us back to Watertown for next year's volleyball tournament.

I used to stay here monthly but it had been awhile since my last visit. They did remodel but the front lobby and breakfast area seem more crowded than the other design. It's still a very usable hotel but it's an older version now. Front desk services were outstanding and our room was very clean. Heating unit is a bit noisy. There are a few dining spaces nearby. All in all, its the best in Watertown but it's an average place.

We were visiting family in town. There are not many hotel choices and we always stay at a Holiday Inn Express if we can because we know they are nice hotels. Front desk staff was hard to understand and didn't communicate well. Breakfast was awful. The pancake machine was broken so my kids didn't eat anything. The breakfast nook was so small only one person could be in it at a time. There was no seating. Our room had a broken toilet, which was unsanitary. Our bill was totally incorrect. It took a long while to sort the bill out but the front desk person did offer a discount for not having the toilet repaired. She was very nice. The walls are also very thin. We were awakened by the phone and conversation in the room next to us. Unfortunately, this is the best hotel Watertown has to offer so when we visit we don't have a choice. The only reason I did two stars is because the nice woman at the front desk offered a discount for our troubles. Otherwise it would be a 1 Star.

Was very happy with the accommodations and location. We stayed for one night for a wedding and the hotel was clean, they were able to accommodate an early check in for us and the location is great. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Nice location clean an quiet. Morning staff very friendly and helpful. Made up for the fact that the breakfast was a bit tight and missing our favorite hot oatmeal. This location rooms seem a bit small and dated but are clean
