Best Western Plus Ten Hotel

The good: plentiful parking, above-average gym, decent breakfast, mini-balcony in every (?) room. Also, we got a good brekky-inclusive rate, so great value-for-money. Not-so-good: the room has no desk, there is a fair bit of street noise from heavy vehicles, and on each day of our stay tourist groups arrived by the coach-load, who then took over the hotel incl. next morning's breakfast. (I guess it's not the hotel's fault that they're successful at selling to groups, but maybe target slightly *smaller* groups in the future?)

Room was comfortable but room cleaning and housekeeping services are not good . Breakfast spread is the same everyday and the restaurant menu is very limited

An outrageous situation. I booked this room for one person. A visitor arrived while I was getting ready; he was supposed to stay for over an hour. The receptionist forced me to pay an extra charge for an additional person, threatening to call the police if I didn't. I paid to avoid kissing the person, but what a scandal! I've never seen anything like it, and I'm a Best Western member. I've stayed in dozens of hotels, but I've never experienced such humiliation.

This nice and budget-friendly hotel, which is located near to Stockholm not far from the airport, can be a good base for radial trips in this area (Uppsala, Sigtuna, a short visit to Stockholm). Quite environment, good service, cleanness, nice breakfast. Recommended.

Too warm. We had to leave. We were traveling around Stockholm, and this was our last hotel before going back to Helsinki. But it was too warm, we had to leave early.

Very comfortable rooms and modern facilities. The breakfast was a typical Scandinavian spread with good options, although the scrambled eggs were a bit dry. The up button on the main floor for the elevator sometimes didn't activate and I had to push it a couple of times. The location is close to the highway, but is a bit far from the city center of Stockholm, however it is easily accessible by public transit bus.

Fantastic modern hotel with impressive public areas and services. They have an ultra modern gym and terrific sauna above the front desk. They have a play area near the front desk and a place to have breakfast and meals. The staff was very accommodating with Linus and Marijn offer personable and excellent service. Room is modern, but could use some artwork as it's very austere. Also the bathroom is one of those half glass affairs that the Europeans love, so the shower is going to spray all over the bathroom from the open back end. Also there was no soap dish which was frustrating and surprising. Nearby is a great Italian restaurant Nonno. Pro tip, if you're coming from the airport don't take a taxi as they'll charge you the full amount to go in a Stockholm and not to this hotel which is 10 minutes away. Take an Uber.
