Best Western Hotel Tranas Statt

We stayed here one night and got a great family room. since my youngest boy wanted to sleep with me I had to take one of the 2-store beds. Firts impression was that my back would kill me the next day but surprise for me...the bed was great :-) The room was very clean. The breakfest was very nice and good. One downside is that the hotel don´t offer a parking. You need to use the public parking 100m away.

I was in that hotel during a business trip. The welcome was very friendly and good. When entering the room it smelled a bit old and humid, but it was possible to open the window and get some fresh air in. The room was ok, but definitely needs refurbishment. Some stains on the wooden floor (not 100% clean). The bed was fine and internet connection fast. The shower in the morning had only warm water - far away from comfortable shower! Breakfast was good,

I travel to Tranas on a regular basis and have been using this hotel for some time. Good location in the centre of town and rooms are of a good standard across a number of floors. On the latest mid week trip, it was difficult to eat in the Biz Brasserie and was fully booked both nights, which is a positive in itself. Very friendly staff and whilst you do have to wait sometimes at reception, the information is very clear. Would recommend and prefer to other hotels in the town

The hotel is a average with an average room, nothing special, maybe it needs a refreshment. Staff is very nice and breakfast is very complete and good. The hotel restaurant is great with very good food. Enjoy it, recomendable

The room we stayed in was very clean and quiet. The hotel restaurant (Biz Brasserie) is located downstairs, and positively surprised us! There is a small hotel gym at the top floor, with a decent treadmill, a bench, and some free weights.

Well had to recently stop by for an overnighter to Tranås. We had booked this place as it was a Best Western. We arrived late on a Friday evening. The receptionist at that time was doubling as a waiter in the bar at the same time. And yes there is a nightclub in the basement so if you are looking for easy few steps to a drink out that's great otherwise heads up it can be noisy. Woke up early Saturday morning to find lobby and hotel locked down with no one at front desk but they will answer a phone call if you page them. Breakfast is not open on weekends until 8 am so might as well sleep in until at least then! Rooms are ok and had a decent nights sleep. Positive thing is that the hotel is located directly in the center of the city so if you have business here all is close by.

good locations downtown. ok rooms, cleaned & with all basics available. restaurants inside of the building. Wifi - not the best but still working. indeed a basic business hotel in this small town. ok for a short staying or for a night. Do not pretend anything fancy...

My first stay here, and was impressed. Check-in was very quick and efficient. The rooms are comfortable. The Biz restaurant was a revelation. A pre-dinner beer, Norrlands Gull, went down very well. We had the Toast Skagen to start, which was very tasty. My main course of sirloin steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. In spite of the fact that the restaurant was busy, the two serving staff did a great job, and were always friendly and attentive. The free WiFi in the hotel is very good. In all, a very positive experience, and I will be happy be stay here again next time.

Very good Hotel with nice rooms. Spa in the bottom floor and a very good restaurant called Biz. Fresh breakfast and very nice staff! Situated in the central area of Tranås, its the best choice Highly recommended

Nice small town hotel with value for money. Hotel was renovated in 2010. Breakfast buffé above average. In-door parking available in a nearby garage. Will come again when coming this way. Several nice coffeshops nearby on the main street.

The hotel is situated in the very heart of the small Town Tranås. The hotel is a Classic "stadshotell". The rooms are of normal size and normal equipped. There is a spa in the hotel. There are an restaturant hotel in the hotel, where the buffet breakfast also are served. The reception are closed night times. It is a good hotel for a stay in Tranås.
