Best Western Hotel Inn Tooele, Tooele

we were not just guest here, Since Dec, 05, 2021,we have actually been living there due to our home was being cleaned up from toxic mold. The all of the staff here from front desk, breakfast area, housekeeping and maintenance, treated us as if we part of their family and not travelers. From getting us a room that we could live in to breakfast every morning to helping with a personal vehicle break down. the staff here went above and beyond of what they really had to do to make sure we was comfortable and happy. I highly recommend that if you are traveling through Tooele Utah and need a room for a night or more to check into the Best Western Inn Tooele.

I stay at Best Western hotels often when traveling but this hotel exceeded my expectations. I loved the layout of the main section of the hotel, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, liked our room location (suite room) and room size, hot tub was nice & breakfast was very good with the most pleasant & helpful breakfast supervisor who even offered to make waffles for us. Would love to stay here again! P.S. It is also right next to a 7-11 which is very convenient.

Room was dirty and stained. No coffee in the morning. Told the pot has been broken and their waiting on parts. Food was terrible. Tin with bad eggs, 1 lukewarm sausage, gross potato's. All these in one tray of badness.

On behalf of the staff at the Best Western Inn Tooele, I do apologize that we did not exceed your expectations and that you did have have a great stay, that is not typical of our guests at our property. Unfortunately, things do break, just as they do in our homes and we are at themercy of our contractors but they have been contacted and we were working on it. We do have coffee in the rooms. We would have loved the chance to correct the issues you had breakfast while on property, as the breakfast items are made each morning and we could have easily corrected that!

Our car had a mechanical problem on the way home from Wendover Nv. We got a very nice room here and spent the night. The next morning I was able to find a repair shop and schedule a time in the afternoon to get our car repaired. The manager of the Best Western was very nice and helpful. She told us to relax and stay in the room until our car was ready to go at 5pm.

This Best Western is one of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed in. The breakfast attendant was super friendly and helpful and served a great breakfast. We were only going to stay one night and maybe look for another motel if we weren't satisfied....but we stayed all 3 nights here!

They only have 2 handicapped rooms. Only 1 was acceptable to us. The hot tub was closed waiting for a part to repair. The breakfast was adequate but not many choices. The employees were friendly and professional.

A modest hotel that appears very normal from the outside until you step in and the AMAZING STAFF makes you feel like you are right at home. Room was super clean and breakfast was a home run all three days. I wondered how a small, otherwise unassuming hotel could have such a great staff and be so obviously well run until I met the manager, Lisa, and all questions were answered! Lisa obviously cares deeply not only about her guests but her staff as well. Every single time I had contact with any staff, I came away feeling 100% satisfied that they were not only doing everything in their power to make me happy, but were happy to be doing it. I CAN NOT say ENOUGH great things about my stay!!!!!! HIGHLY recommended!!

The rooms outside of the beautiful indoor pool are quite nice, quiet, and very clean. Reservations are very difficult to obtain because of the loyal following of repeat customers, but well worth the effort.

Stay here whenever business/lineman school requires and it is wonderful, depends on availability but we stay here whenever it's available. The hot breakfast is the best part and they have figured out how to make it covid friendly.

The room was spotless the staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent put in carryout containers due to covid nice change from cereal bars and an apple ! Laundry room was very clean and reasonably priced i would recommend this hotel to everyone! When in the area again i will be there ! Big thumbs up from me !

As good of a stay I've had in a hotel. Met all my expectations. Clean, friendly staff, quiet location, comfortable bed and good coffee. I would stay again and would recommend. Price was reasonable for a good experience.

Decided to take a night away from home and picked here. Interesting property. Indoor pool and hot tub. Room was nice, bed seemed hard to me, but i slept good. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Room overlooked pool. Wish we'd been on ground level with my heavy suitcase. When we come back, will ask for ground floor by pool.

Open and doing business. Very clean and decorated tastefully. Landscaping kept up and done very well. In the process of renovating, but you couldn't tell. The room we stayed in was immaculate and very quiet. Loved the outdoor smoking area, even though I don't smoke.

I really liked staying here and the staff was remarkable and everything was clean and the sheets was fresh and the bed was so comfortable. The amenities that I really enjoyed was the breakfast, they had a lot of varieties to choose from.

Staff outstanding - no one who wasn't helpful and friendly, but Lisa, .Michelle, and Cathy were exceptional. I paid through a third party, and had a shortened stay, the third party at first refused a partial refund, but with Michelle and Lisa's help, it was resolved.Cathy was the best breakfast host possible! Good value

The staff at Best Western in Tooele was very nice, and helpful. The rooms were very clean. I had a stay over with my grandkids they loved the pool. The breakfast in the morning was very fresh. I will be staying here again.

We stayed here two nights with two children. Rooms are clean and newly updated, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The breakfast is awesome each morning. Happy with our stay overall, glad we found an affordable option for a great room in Tooele County.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The outside grounds are kept emaculate. Staff here are very friendly and willing to help. The room is excellent, just remodeled and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. The breakfast area is very clean and food is always fresh. The extra care taken to prepare the breakfast is outstanding. I wish all hotels were this great.

We have stayed here before and will continue to when visiting Tooele. Great value, redecorated rooms/suites. Indoor pool, good breakfast, included in room rate. Pets welcome (see website for guidelines), 100% no smoking property. Coin operated laundry, soap at front Desk. Ice machine, daily housekeeper, walk to restaurants. Please Note: My husband and I travel often, usually staying in hotels. Sometimes we are luxury travelers, sometimes budget, though not too cheap. I review hotels/restaurants at a relative level, not comparing a $100 room to a $400 room. To be fair, I adjust my level of scrutiny accordingly. My husband and I were on a road trip, traveling for 14 days, staying in hotels along the way. We stayed here 3 nights, in one of the hotel's 3 suites. The hotel also owns a house next door, which has 2 apartments with kitchens. Call the hotel to reserve them. Rooms are nicely sized with a writing desk and a 2 chairs dining table, adequate size bathroom with commode and shower over tub. Good water pressure, very high good shower head. Vanity sink is in the pass through area to the bedroom, with the blow styler and convenient plugin. Microwave, generous sized mini refrigerator, 32” flat screen and Free WiFi. The WiFi is slow. We use our cellphone hotspot, more secure and much faster. Bed were very comfortable with all white linens and down pillows, both soft and firm. Medium weight white hotel towels, plenty of linens and nice toiletries, replenished each time housekeepers came in. Ask at Front Desk for more, if needed. Closet with iron and ironing board. Coin operated laundry machines. Big breakfast room, good seating looking out to pool, with Belgian Waffle maker and Omelet maker. Toasts, muffins, fresh fruit, cereals-including granola, yogurts, coffee, juice and tea. Good brekkie. Very nice Lady helping out in the breakfast room. Warm, courteous and kind. Wipe towels for your car/motorcycle in a basket in the lobby. Nice touch! Pretty cool indoor pool and hot tub with towels poolside. Exercise equipment in a room that looks out to the pool area. Parents may peddle while watching the children enjoy a swim. The room has a stationary bike, elliptical machine, cable resistance machine and treadmill. The hotel also offers 2 free guest passes to a local gym. Check-in at 3pm, check out at 11am. 1st floor accessible, including pool area and breakfast room. Roomy parking spots. Newspapers available in the lobby. Safe at Front Desk for your valuables. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Good people at this hotel. We look forward to another visit at this location.

Room and staff are great. Smoking area needs to be cleaned properly. Looked as if they dumped the butt container on the ground and walked away. Beakfast was ok, but only had slices of orange rather than a whole

My choices of reviews are a 3 star which is average, and a 4 star which is very good. If I could, I would rate this motel 3.5 stars, because overall it was Good, more than just average. Let me start by telling the things that were very good. I thought the rooms were very good. They were very clean and look like they had recently been updated. They had a decent TV, a microwave and refrigerator. The included breakfast had a nice selection of hot items. Waffles with delicious toppings, eggs, sausage, potatoes. One morning they served bacon, though it was only half cooked. They also had a machine to make your own fresh omelet and had great toppings to go with that. Now the things that weren't so great. This facility offers a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub is something we definitely look for when booking. When we arrived on Monday we learned that the hot tub was broken and awaiting repairs. It should be repaired by Thursday, well after we'd checked out and gone home. Obviously, these things happen and they can't help a broken hot tub. But it's still a bummer for customers and a 5 day repair time seems a bit excessive. Though they did offer a complimentary snack bag of chips at the front desk as an apology. That's delightful for the people that didn't want a hot tub in the first place. For those of us that did, not so much. As I mentioned, we checked in Monday evening. I woke up on Tuesday morning thinking that I might go lay by the pool for a while. So I waited for it to open. And I waited and I waited. They never uncovered the pool. I began to think that the pool must be broken along with the hot tub. Finally, I got over wanting to go the pool and moved on with my day. That night, after dinner, I noticed that there was a huge group of 20+ teenagers causing quite the ruckus in the pool. Apparently Best Western Tooele doesn't open their pool unless a guest requests it? That's ridiculous. If I want to run down and take a quick dip in the pool during pool hours, I should be able to do so without having to make a call to the front desk and wait for them to find someone to uncover it. The final thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was my second day at breakfast. I knew the breakfast closed at 9:30am and headed down at about 9:05am, plenty of time ahead. When I got there, I realized that the large group of teenagers that I'd seen in the pool the night before had also chosen 9am for their breakfast. I had to literally stand in a line to get my waffles and finally at 9:25am, had it ready and topped. That's when I discovered that they had run out of spray whipped cream. I asked the breakfast attendant if I could just get some more whipped cream for my waffle. She was very nice, but said she was sorry, the bar closed in 5 minutes and they don't bring new things out that close to closing time. Here is my problem with this. . .The bar wasn't closed yet. I wasn't asking her to make something fresh - eggs, coffee, waffle mix. A girl 5 minutes before had asked for some more 2% milk, even though skim was still available, and she'd happily refilled the milk pitcher. And spray whipping cream could certainly be opened today and still be perfectly good to be used tomorrow. Absolutely no waste and minimal effort. So I said to her, very nicely, "If you opened a can now, you could still certainly use it tomorrow. Could I just get a quick squirt for my waffle?" She once again responded that she could not because they don't bring things out so close to closing time. So I guess if I'd have been able to get my waffle when I actually got in line for it or if I'd have asked even 5 minutes earlier when she refilled the 2% milk I would have been gold, but that window had closed and there was no reopening it. So, I took my waffle and walked back to my room with an awfully bad taste in my mouth over a simple can of Reddi-Whipped no doubt located in the refrigerator that I could see about 6 feet away from where we were standing. I'm probably being a bit picky, but it really is the little things.

I apologize for the hot tub being out of order, that was an unseen issue we came across Monday. I apologize for the wait time on the part, unfortunately we were at the hands of the repair people. We would have loved to have it up and running sooner. Thank you for your suggestion regarding the pool. That is a suggestion we will put into place and train staff to have pool open. Our goal is to make the stay for our guests as easy as possible. I am sorry it did not go that way. I truly apologize for the 'miss' with breakfast. It is not our practice to advise our guest that we cannot help them. It is our practice to help all guests get their breakfast even upon that close time. We do have some new staff and will do some training. We do value our guest feedback and will take those suggestions and implement changes to ensure future guests do not have those same 'misses' with their stay. I do hope that if you are this way again, you give us another chance to 'WOW' you. Once again, we do thank you for being our guest and we wish you safe travels.

Nice hotel on Main Street... Very nice pool and hot tub.. Hotel only has 29 rooms and is very quaint.. Breakfast was good... The rooms are being updated now.. The room was very nice, clean new and modern.. I give this room and property a 5, based on the other properties in the area... obviously it's not the Ritz...

Booked this hotel on a whim and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. Best breakfast if any hotel we have stayed at this week. The hotel is undergoing renovations but is still an excellent place to stay. This would definitely be a place to stay on our next visit to Utah.

Turned out to be a great choice. The property is undergoing some renovations/upgrades but that did not hamper our experience at all. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Easy access to parking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I'm not a big breakfast eater but looked forward each morning to the real egg "made to order" omelette option. There were many other breakfast items available too (french toast, yogurt, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, etc.) - unless you are looking for something very specific, no need to go elsewhere. We did not utilize the pool/hot tub but that was only because we were often returning to late or were to tired from our days activities.....

This is very fine up to date property on Main Street in western Utah city. All needed services nearby. Rooms are generously sized and peacefully quiet. A great place to spend the night if you don't want to fight SLC freeways at the end of the day. Manager Craig extends a friendly hello and efficient checkin. Indoor pool is a plus.

We choose our accommodations based on value. There may be more expensive choices in Tooele, but we found the quality of the room, the amenities, the breakfast and the service to be equal or better than other choices, at a very reasonable rate.

We stayed overnight at this hotel. It was comfortable and clean. We were greeted with a smile and enthusiasm and check-in was quick. There is construction going on at the hotel, so be aware of this. But, no work was done during our stay. Obviously, they are accommodating guests. The rooms are good sized and the breakfast is very nice. The breakfast room is small, but it appears this is because of the construction. Good selection of hot foods, cereal,, juice and coffee/tea. Good value for the price. Tooele is a bit off the road, but worth the drive of eight miles or so, not to be in a "highway 'hotel

I travel a lot for my business and stay in many motels. I always enjoy the stay at the Tooele Best Western as the employees are very kind and gracious. This location is my go to when in the area. They are always so friendly. The rooms are not fancy, but they are comfortable. They provide a wide variety breakfast for those wanting to sit and enjoy, or grab and go.

Best Western Tooele has tractor parking and convenient location to other places in Tooele. Love the suite with the bedroom and living room separated by the bathroom. No outside noise when it is time to sleep. I'll pay a little extra for that feature!

My family is moving out of town and we chose to spend the last night at the local Best Western. The room smelled a little weird but otherwise was clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were on our way back from the Redwood forests of California, and had traveled extra hours just to get to a Best Western, knowing they have clean rooms, comfy beds & pillows as well as all the other amenities including a pool & breakfast! Upon arriving at the hotel (at night) the staff checking us in were very nice and informative. Our room located within the indoor pool space is just the best with a very large living area with a separate bedroom and bathroom in between. The living room has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and small sink area. This hotel is super clean inside and out. The breakfast is a standard free hotel breakfast but it just tops all with all the extras. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful. We could easily stay here for weeks if needed. I would give it 10 stars.

Very nice hotel for my family, breakfast was very good. The staff inducing maids were nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean and cozy, and i love that the pool is rite by the rooms so i can watch the kids even when i'm in room doing work.

I was here on business, working nights at Dugway, so my experience was different than most. However, if you need to sleep from 6am to mid-afternoon, this is a good place to do that. Housekeeping always honored the Do Not Disturb sign, and I rarely heard talking outside my room. I had one of the few rooms with a window facing Main Street; and even rush hour traffic in the morning was barely loud enough to hear in my room. A little light leaked around the room-darkening curtains, but the room was darker than I am used to at home. My room was very clean when I arrived, including bed and bath linens. The furniture was in good shape, the minifridge worked fine (including the little freezer section), and the bed was just right - not too firm, not too soft. While the TV would probably handle hi-def, the cable signal was lo-def. The wireless internet was adequate for standard use (signal strong, download speed measured about 10Mbps, upload less than 1Mbps). I only had a chance to try breakfast one day, but it was better than typical free hotel breakfasts. They have the standard waffle maker, but they also had strawberries and whipped cream, as well as several additional toppings (meant primarily for oatmeal I suppose). So waffle with strawberries, chocolate chips, and whipped cream YUM! They had hot food items as well: breakfast burrito, sausage, home fries. And they had an omelet making station (which the breakfast lady would help you with). Also had pastries, fruit, dry cereals, etc. The indoor pool looked clean and was somewhat more suited for laps than general playing around. They also had a little fitness room. They kept the pool covered most of the time to reduce the humidity because most of the rooms opened into the pool area (but I assume you could have it uncovered whenever you wanted to swim during posted hours). Due to having to leave for Dugway at 5pm each night, I never was around when the pool was occupied, so I cannot speak to the noise it might generate. There are some restaurants within walking distance (without crossing any streets). The hotel is located fairly centrally in Tooele, just a couple blocks north of "downtown". The staff was friendly (but not intrusively) and helpful.

Hotel was clean and staff were great. Overall a great hotel. However, the rooms are located within ten feet of the swimming pool (all inside). So the noise and 24/7 lighting of the pool area all filtered into our room making it impossible to sleep. If you want a clean, fun hotel, this is great. If you want sleep... Find another option.

Again, I do apologize for the issues you had with your room during your stay.

I had a great experience at the Best western in Tooele Utah. Friendly and helpful staff and great tasting breakfasts. they had a little varied in their breakfast offering everyday. The pool and fitness areas were great too.

A nice place to stay especially with kids. Nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi area. Also has king bed rooms with Jacuzzi. Hot breakfast buffet and make your own omelettes. We will stay here again. Friendly staff.

I stayed at Best Western for my 14 year old grand daughters birthday. We asked for a room right by the pool as this was most important to my grand kids. It was amazing to go right out my door to the pool and the little club house behind the pool was amazing also. It was decorated for Christmas and the tree lights were on and it was perfect for our little party. I couldn't have been happier and the kids had a great time. The staff was so kind and helpful. This is a 10 in my book.

I stayed at the Best Western in Tooele Utah for approx. 8 weeks. The entire hotel staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly! The housekeeping crew were very professional, attentive and through, the front desk crew were very professional, friendly and all billing was 100 percent correct. The room was very well maintained and clean, linen was changed accordingly and room was cleaned accordingly. Indoor pool and hot tub very clean and morning breakfast was fresh with a very good variety. This hotel is very safe and secure I would recommend that company or individual travelers coming though Tooele Utah stay here!

My husband and myself stayed for two nights. The room was nice. We got a room with jetted tub. Place has indoor pool. They have complimentary breakfast and a really nice lady is there to help and make omelets. Small but very well equipped for a nice breakfast. Very friendly and homey. Was really impressed by this property from beginning to end. Our group rate was honored, email confirmation swiftly sent, we were cheerfully greeted upon arrival, an early check-in was honored and a second luggage rack was promptly provided. The breakfast had many options such as scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, granola, fruit, toast/muffins/danish, waffles, almond milk (yay!), cereal and made to order omelets. One morning we left prior to breakfast and the front desk made sure we had to-go bags. You can walk to a few nearby restaurants and Jim's Family Restaurant has a variety of options and 10% off with your room key. A good size fridge and nice linens made our stay very comfortable. There are exterior rooms and rooms within the pool enclosure which require a card-key entry. Consider the second floor if you are a light sleeper. The staff replies to the Tripadvisor comments which tells me the team truly cares about the guest. Michelle took the time to ask about our event and made sure we got breakfast before check out. Michelle, the breakfast host and the entire staff were professional & so friendly and provided a great experience from service to cleanliness.

This BW is currently rated #1 in Tooele which I find odd. It's OK, but best in town? It's an older motel, likely built in the 60s. Most rooms open to the indoor pool which means noise is ricocheting off the walls and ceiling. Seeking quiet, we requested a room in the annex in the back. The staff was very welcoming and handled our request for early check-in. Our room was clean and orderly, with comfortable beds. (We slept well.) The shower had great water pressure. Being in town provides many dining options within walking distance. All in all, it was a fine stay, but with so many other hotels in town, we'll probably seek a newer facility next time we're in Tooele.

The rooms were great, large & spacious. The refrigerator is one of the largest I have ever seen in a hotel. They have a microwave, coffee maker, coffee, makeup remover wipes etc. Free wifi is included in each room. The pool is a large indoor pool and a separate spa, There are even lifts over both the spa & pool for handicap accessibility The included breakfast has quite a variety, waffle maker, cereal, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, bread, pastries, etc..

We were very pleased with our stay at BWI Tooele. The pool area was great. After sweltering in many tiny hotel pool areas, I really enjoyed the spacious, outdoor feel to the pool area. The breakfast lady was really nice and we were pleasantly surprised with the fresh made omelette option. Kind of a random thing but our room smelled really good like a nice cologne.

i always like staying at the Best Western in Tooele when I need to be in town for business or pleasure. It's just a comfortable stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for several nights and had a great experience. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the pool was nice, the breakfast was outstanding. The inside of the hotel was a little older, but they are currently updating, and were very accommodating.

All the employees were extremely friendly & helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The breakfast had an adequate selection of items. There was an attendant that made the waffles & omelets for you. The guest laundry had one washer & dryer, but was was inexpensive & clean and open 24 hours.The pool area was a nice place to visit with family from Tooele. Hot tub and pool were comfortable temperatures. The outside small sign made it hard to spot.

Only 2 nights but the room was well appointed and stocked, internet was fast and reliable, pool looked inviting but I forgot a suit. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great location for my purpose (attendance at Ford Performance Racing School), very close to the track, quick trip.

Another consistent Best Western property. Really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the breakfast was very good - personalized omelettes were appreciated. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to find on the main street.

I do not frequent businesses who show Fox (Faux) News in their lobby, breakfast room, or restaurant. I am just giving people who agree with me a chance to not give this motel their business. If I had know they were Fox News supporters, I would never had stayed.

Thank you for being our guest. I do apologize that your stay was overshadowed with a television station that happened to be on the breakfast room t.v. during your stay. This is not a channel we support nor is a station we ask our employees to set the t.v. to; but it is one of the many channels available from the satellite service provider. Many of our guests regularly ask for specific programming from weather, morning news to cartoons resulting in the t.v. channels getting changed often based on these requests. We would have happily changed the channel if you'd brought this to our attention. Again we apologize. We wish you safe travels.

It is truly a great home away from home. The breakfast is great, the room is good and pretty much everything is just nice and great! thank you all for all you do to keep my stay s pleasant as possible

It's Halloween weekend and the front desk had a pumpkin decorating contest going on, where costumers could vote on their favorite one. Cookies and ice water were available at the front desk. Clean room and had lots of extra accommodations that were unexpected(small kitchenette). Staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, lot to choose from, and decorative plates for the occasion. You could tell the staff enjoyed working there and made for a wonderful relaxing stay. Thanks Best Western!

Had a great stay. Stayed for a week with business. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. I recommend it to my friends and family. I enjoyed having breakfast and using the things the hotel had to offer.

This is the best home away from home. The rooms are always clean and the staff is the best. The staff has offered to get us something for breakfast, after we have missed the breakfast times. Every time we come in the door they treat us like family, we love it.

Hedy was in charge of the Breakfast Area and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. She made us omelettes which were great!! It was a great way to start our day!! You could tell she loved her job, which you don't always see. The rest of the hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was that our room was right in front of the inside pool and next to outside door. We were lucky that no one used the pool while we were there. One evening 3 people were in the hot tub and because of where our room was, it was noisy. The left at 9:00pm and the rest of the evening was fine. Just take this into account when booking and if you are a lite sleeper, you may want to request a room away from the pool.

This hotel was wonderful find. The people at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Haley who was in charge of the breakfast area was extremely nice. She has so helpful and enjoyed her job. She made us omelets each day we were there. The only draw back is that some of the rooms are next to the pool, so if you are a lite sleeper you may want to request an outside room. We had one night that 3 people were in the hot tub and it got a bit noisy. They were out by 9:00pm and then it was fine. if you were they when they was a bunch of families and kids it could be a problem. pool closes at 10pm so depending on when you go to sleep whether it would be a problem or not. All in All we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed for a work trip, and all of his tools were stolen out of his truck. Not a single employee or the manager would work with us to watch surveillance video. Promised to get back to us, still have not after a month. The manager wouldn't even talk to us. She kept telling her employees to tell us that she would call us, and never did. Such a frustrating experience.

We had a very nice room, was totally remodeled - husband stayed in the very same room 5-6 years ago - so could confirm that! Very nice bathroom. Big TV, ok TV lineup. Excellent wifi. Very nice looking pool area (our room was close to the outside door, so some slamming!! Breakfast room overlooks the pool, which is rather nice. "Hedy" the breakfast lady was the absolute best! Friendly and welcoming. She did tell us that she makes omelets to order during the week. The laundry room was just inside the outside pool entrance door, which was great for me! Best in-room packaged coffee - Wolfgang Puck. Had a bigger group of noisy neighbors who sat outside smoking, when there's clearly a sign that says not to do that and I believe there was a smoking area designated. Regardless, although a bit hefty on price and nothing of views, etc. ($120) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. This is a motel/hotel, which we prefer for ease of unloading.

Wonderful stay, 14 days. Wonderful staff, very attentive. Beautiful hotel, love the indoor pool and easy access to the breakfast room. Centrally located in Tooele, Utah. Close to lots of restaurants and stores.

The best part of our stay was having Heddy taking care of us at breakfast. The beds where extremely comfortable, The pool and hot tub were accessible til 10. The ability to access a full service gym was a great amenity.

Very nice and comfortable hotel it looks old and outdated from the outside but we were very happy with the room it was very nice the beds were comfortable we were in tooele for a wedding and had a very plesent stay I would definitely stay at best western again.

We have stayed before and this was our second choice while in the area this time (our first choice was booked). The facility is dated, but maintained and clean, only the Heating/AC units are very noisy! The windows are not very sound proof so traffic from Main Street is loud. Easy access even with a trailer as there is a street directly behind the hotel that access the parking lot from the rear of the hotel. When we checked in the attendant kept apologizing as she usually works nights...we asked for an outside room for less noise and she said they were booked starting Friday, this was Thursday night. When I asked again on Saturday, a different attendant said they were not booked and outside rooms were available. We did not move, but I felt like the gal on Thursday did not want to take the time to change rooms for us, it would require her to work, I was right, she could have moved us. I will request outside if we do need to stay again. The breakfast buffet is good, not great, but certainly nothing to complain about for free! They offered scrambled eggs each day as well as a different breakfast meat and a wide variety of cereals (hot and cold) and pastries and muffins and make your own waffles. Two of the three mornings I had to ask for water, it was not out with the other beverages. The room was clean and the shower worked nicely.

I looked into the matter and when you checked in - unfortunately we were fully booked through the weekend so at that time we didn't have any outside rooms available. I chose BW over two more expensive hotels. The BW in Tooele is not the most luxurious, but it is a good value. I thought the staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The grandkids enjoyed the pool.

Excellent hotel and staff. Would recommend it to everyone. Quiet, away from main a bit. Great breakfast. Good value. Easy access to Salt Lake City, but away from all the madness. Traffic was not too bad at all.

When customers have a problem here don't expect sensical explanations from management. They seemed very confused about what rooms were available and what rooms were ready. Also, this location is really a glorified motel. Allergy sufferers beware that this place uses heavily scented perfumes in their cleaning products.

This is off the beaten path, but a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful pool area, breakfast eggs, cooked to order, lovely views of the mountains and a great staff. It is near a large road, but the rooms are very, very quiet. I highly recommend this establishment.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was the best we've ever had. He was incredibly friendly and even gave us recommendations on local restaurants. After 13 hours on the road that day, it was such a refreshing change to be greeted with such a warm welcome. We would come back here in a heartbeat if we ever need to travel near Tooele again!

The room was very clean. First class remodel. Exceptionally helpful, friendly staff. I've stayed here 3 different times while visiting family that lives nearby. I will always stay here when in Tooele.

Super nice room remodel; great business center off the lobby. Thought it was a little pricey for such a small town and several other hotels. Beautiful granite counters, fridge and microwave. Very clean and good sized room.

Worst manager ever. The rooms were ok. The manager claimed the swimming pool was broke because there was more than 10 people. For real, who does that. We have stayed there before and had the same problem with him. We went out on the grass to play a game and he came to watch is to let us know it is time for bed. For real. They need a new manager.

Very Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. I slept well. The breakfast was great as well as the kind and personable lady who cooked my omelet. The next time I stay in Tooele I certainly plan to stay here again.

This was the first time I've stayed in the Best Western Inn Tooele. I have visited Tooele several times and the hotel was always booked and the reviews were really good, so I was glad I finally was able to book a room. Honestly i expected something better, the hotel have some rooms inside the "roofed area" but I was given one outside, so I had a feeling of being on a motel, however the room was clean and functional. Fitness room is adjacent to the breakfast room, so here you are working out with the smell the breakfast... breakfast by the way was good.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Forgot a fitness bracelet and they called as soon as they found it so I could get it back. Breakfast servers were very nice. We actually live very close and needed to get out of the house and chose this hotel because the owner/manager years ago donated a free night stay to a running race to raise money for a local girl with cancer. My 10 year old daughter at the time organized the race and had the task of asking local businesses for donations. Best Western in Tooele was very kind and generous.

Very very nice and clean. Beds were nice and we slept very well. We went to breakfast room and was greeting by the kindest breakfast attendant making omelets for the guest. She was very polite and helpful. I would absolutely stay again....

the staff and employees at Best Western Tooele were wonderful with our team. The reservation process was simple and they were willing to work with our school to accommodate procedures for payment and reservations. Breakfast was delicious and they honestly seem happy to feed an entire wrestling team of hungry boys breakfast. We will stay again!

Loved the indoor pool and using it in the winter to swim with grandkids. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The staff cleaned all snow away from parking lot to make it easier to get in and out.

We stayed here for an event in 2014 and did not hesitate to book again for 2015. Great staff , very clean quite rooms , the maid was great , breakfast service . I can't say enough good things about this hotel and if I travel to the area again in 2016 I will stay here .

Would stay here again when I come back to Tooele. The staff was very kind and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are beautiful and clean. My family was greeted when arriving and then given a tour of where all the amenities were and then shown where our room was so we could park accordingly. The breakfast lady was super sweet and kind. Very happy with the service we got.

This is a nice hotel except on arrival on Sunday night in September the girl on reception was asleep! Overnight the bathroom toilet got blocked and when I reported this to the same girl she offered me a plunger to clear the blockage - not quite the reaction I expected ! Thankfully all the other staff were very helpful and overall the hotel is good value , just make sure you don't arrive late on Sunday when this particular lady is on duty

hotel was good enough. Now that I have some bucks, I can stop staying at EZ8 and cheap hotels that dont even give me cheap shampo. This is an upgrade for my cheap race weekends. Staff were great and coffee was even good enough. Seriously saved me a trip to StarBucks. Breakfast was better than Hampton Inn.

The Best Western in Tooele management and staff do it right. I've never stayed at a hotel that treats me and my family as well as at this hotel. From the front desk employees to the breakfast staff, my whole family was treated like members of their family. They are not only professional but very attentive to our needs and wants and did everything they could to meet them and make our stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. You want to go to a place where everybody knows your name? Plan a trip to the Best Western Inn Tooele.

I can't talk this one up enough. Clean...Clean...Clean! I felt like I was home. The breakfast had the same items as most but an added nice thing was peaches. Hedy, who maintained the breakfast, did a great job...presentation and hot were on target! I left my charger for my phone, they called me to let me know and sending it to my house. You can't ask for better service! If you are going to be near Salt Lake stay here. Only about 1/2 hour from downtown and worth it!

We have just completed a long motorcycle trip around the western states and when we came to vote which accommodation impressed us the most, we had no hesitation in choosing this one. From Patrick on the front desk who was so friendly and gave us a great room on the ground floor, to Hedy who looked after us at breakfast and a lovely lady whose name I didn't catch when we checked out, the staff were the friendliest and most sincere we have encountered. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool was terrific. We were a little late going for breakfast but Hedy was an absolute treasure and nothing was a problem and she kept breakfast area open and looked after us. I can't comment on location as we were headed straight off again next day but I can safely say this is the best hotel /motel we have stayed in based on staff and facilities.
