Pool is awesome! Warm and very clean. The room decor and amenities are cleaner/newer than in prior stays! Breakfast had a better variety of selections than in prior stays. It appears they have updated the hotel which was needed.

Very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the hotel and pool and hot tub facilities. Great to use on a cold December night. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with many hot food choices, as well as a variety of juices and fruit and yogurt. We were very pleased with all the options given for breakfast.

Nice hotel conveniently located in Sidney, Montana. I stayed there on business. Most mornings I had to leave too early for breakfast. If they had a few "Grab-n-Go" breakfasts for those who don't have the time to sit down to breakfast, that would be nice.

I was on a road trip across the US and randomly found this hotel for a quick stay. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable, and service is great. There is also a nice hot tub as well. If you happen to be in the area, highly recommend this place!

The receptionist upon check-in was very polite and accommodating. The rooms were so exceptionally clean I thought I was in a TV show.When we checked and it was very quick I felt safe in this hotel as well. The pool was exceptionally clean as well and parking was extremely convenient.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and was helped without delay and was asked if I needed anything just ask. I did notice how clean the place was and had a great stay and was pleasantly surprised at this location having a FULL hot breakfast. for it guests. .

Really was very disappointed at the Breakfast for $130.00 A night. Waffles, Rolls, Biscuits, and Gravy. How cheap can a BW be . Was close to Devil's Tower and room was ok. But the poor breakfast really wrecked the say. Please purchase at least some Breakfast Sandwiches and the Guests can heat up.

I do wish you would have had a better stay at the hotel that this review was intended for in Wyoming. Unfortunately TripAdvisor won't do the right thing and remove or transfer this review.

We enjoyed our stay & the price was great! Took in a wrestling tournament that our two grandsons participated in so the hotel was VERY busy. The desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. She was very busy with ALL the kids running around. The place was clean and actually pretty quiet even with kids running back & forth to the pool etc. Bed was clean & comfortable. Yes I'd stay there again!!

Very nice and well kept hotel. The staff was extremely helpful in checking road conditions and weather conditions before I left for Billings. Not being from the area it was a new experience driving in snow and ice. I certainly would stay here again if I was in the area.

This is a more comfortable stay than we've had at other places on our Montana trip. We stayed at a Best Western Plus the previous night that doesn't measure up to this "standard" BW. Quick check-in process and it appeared they actually read the room requests that I included when I booked and "pre-registered" (most Best Westerns don't). The property is in good shape, and the room was spacious and clean. Wi-fi wasn't very fast, but was blazing compared to the Best Western Plus we had just come from. A semi-disappointment is none of the other guests were wearing masks in public spaces -- and even one employee wasn't. (Kind of remarkable how common this among guests at Montana hotels.) Breakfast was bleak, even for COVID times. Other chains are doing a better job at this than Best Western. Also, hotel's public computer requires using an outdated Internet Explorer browser. It's so outdated that the Google applications (ex Google Documents) can't be used on it.

I do apologize for our grab and go breakfast which is limited to pre-wrapped breakfast burritos, pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches and pre-wrapped muffins. We look forward to providing a bigger buffet once again.

My first choice when traveling now is the Best Western's. I've joined the BW club so I can get a little discount when I check in. I used to always go for Motel 6 which I still like but the BW is a step up in comfort. And my wife likes to stay here too. The rates are good and the room are quite large.

Arrived here on March 1st 2020.. the front desk was very friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early and explained about the fitness and pool area.. plus complimentary breakfast that had two types of eggs.. meat .. potatoes and so forth. Lady at the front desk even mentioned to give her a call for anything she can help us with. The pool and hot tub was so relaxing.. the room very clean.. large and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when coming thru the states on holidays.

Clean pool and exercise area, excellent breakfast and coffee, Rooms are always Clean, The best part is the staff they are all friendly and helpful, It is the only hotel I use anytime I am in the area .

Internet was terrible--super slow. Worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel; fitness center was underwhelming. Building looked and felt like it was constructed in about a month--walls were thin, could hear lots of noise from inside and outside. Room however was clean and staff was wonderful!

For the rate its a great value! Pool was down which disappointed my little girls.....fan in bathroom has a short in it and rattles 24/7.......nice breakfast for a franchise hotel! Very nice place to stay in Sidney.

I frankly wasn't expecting very high standards in hospitality in rural Montana. The Best Western really impressed. The staff were extremely friendly, the adjoining restaurant was quite good, and it even has a hot tub and pool! They were understanding of us having some loud kids sick of being in the car. Overall I'd recommend highly!

Stayed here on a motorcycle trip this past summer, the front end gals were funny, friendly and quick to answer questions about the town and the hotel, the rooms are typical of best western and are kept clean and maintained, the breakfast is really good and they have to go bags too. The staff were kind enough to let us park the bikes under the canopy and let us know they would keep an eye on them. There is a small beverage roomnext door that offers beer or wine and some fried foods. Will be back for sure next time we are going that way.

The hotel is abit dated but the staff and and amenities in the room make up got it The breakfast was wonderful very fresh great variety very clean The staff are friendly and made great suggestions as to where to eat and things to see

Best breakfast and clean rooms . Front desk ladies rock . Stay here often and always treat like we are there every day . We stay at least 6 times a year . We have a lot of equipment and they give us a room to store . They also don't mind us leaving our pick up with them . Great place .

New Best Western, very clean, friendly staff, beautiful pool, and an outdoor area with a grill. Wonderful breakfast with 2 kind of eggs, 2 kinds of meat, real muffins, almond milk, grapefruit cups--as well as the usual. Easy to get to and located near Fort Union Historic Site and the North Unit of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I travel to Sidney frequently , I have stayed at pretty much every hotel in Sidney. This is the Best one. The breakfast is good , Definitely has the best coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful . The only motel I use anymore in the Sidney area.

6yrs ago I stayed here while interviewing for a oil field job, and knowing how it was then, I decided to stay here again, the room was clean and comfortable, wifi was great.. my only complaint would be, having a room at the front of the hotel,, I heard a lot of highway noise.. after 8p it quieted down.. the breakfast was typical breakfast, but it was presented well and was good. this is still a place to recommend when staying in Sidney MT

This property is a gem and a delight to experience! Cleanliness, sink and shower drains that work as designed (no clogs), very comfortable mattress and pillows, even a Keurig coffee maker make the rooms very appealing. Ample seating in the breakfast area makes it easy to relax and enjoying the wide variety of hot and cold breakfast items...and the coffee is the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff is friendly, the location is convenient and the price is right. All of that translates into great value and I would stay here again whenever in the area.

This location is a no brainer. In every way this is a good place to stay. Up-to-date, friendly, etc. No knocks and lots of pats on the back. Easy to find. If you are in the area, make reservations here!

Stayed for 2 night for a class reunion. Great hotel. The room was VERY clean and roomy. Very quiet with a great coffee shop right across the street. The breakfasts were munch better than other chains we have stayed at. Staff was wonderful and even helped taking group pictures with our guests. Great Hotel!

Sidney's biggest weekend and staff treated us like we had the place to ourselves. Really great breakfast and nicely appointed room. Issues were handled right away and we lacked for nothing. Anxious to visit the tap house across the parking lot on our next stay.

This hotel was recommended to us, so we recently booked in on a trip to the Black Hills. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and we had such a good sleep, we decided to stay again on our return from South Dakota. Again, we were impressed with the quality of sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful and their advance check-in service was efficient. I definitely would stay again at this hotel whenever I travel in that area of Montana.

This is a phenomenal best western! The nice thing about our stays at best westerns is that I can usually write a great review-but this one stands out-this one is fantastic. We had a lovely upgraded suite-everything worked great and the bed was excellent. The staff were top notch and friendly. The decor and hotel itself was very attractive. But now let's talk about the breakfast-we awoke to the smell of bacon frying...like real bacon-and we were in awe. And we aren't talking about that processed bacon in the tiny strips-this was REAL bacon being fried up. It's amazing to think that we would purposefully look for a reason to make our future trips pass through Sidney Montana so that we could experience this best western again. Thank you for an excellent experience-we were sad to leave. This hotel is a credit to the best western name.

I always stay here when business takes me to Sidney, MT. Usually 8-10 times a year for the past 5 years. This hotel has been consistently a quality place to stay for both staff and cleanliness of the rooms! I strongly recommend it.

Clean, so comfortable, and SO QUIET up above town. Worth a little bit of a drive to town. The staff were very friendly and personable. Beds were very comfortable. Best Western always seems do do things well.

We stayed for about a week. Nice pool. Clean room. Friendly staff. Only downside was, some mornings, the coffee at the continental breakfast was lukewarm. More often than not, everything else was perfect.

We stopped here for one night on our way home from the Black Hills and the hotel was nice, it was clean and roomy. The free breakfast was one of the best I have seen. They had biscuits & sausage gravy, bacon and thick cut sausage pieces (not those little rubbery ones you see) eggs, hash browns, waffles and other stuff. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

Everything from check in to check out went with out any problems. Pleasant and helpfull staff. The bihg plus for us was we were able to have our dogs with us. Means alot when we consider them a part of the famiy. Breakfast was very good with a great selection to choose from. We were ony there for a short time so were not able to use the pool. Look like a nice area.

The place was clean. Since we reserved our room late, we ended up with a handicapped room, which is fine. Had a place for a closet but no closet door. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and answered our questions. One room had a slow draining sink and they came to alleviate that problem while we were gone.

the hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and it was a convenient location to the highway. There's free breakfast in the morning with good options. It was definitely a good value for what we paid for it.

It was a welcome retreat from a stormy evening. Our Room was great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast items served in the morning were very tasty. We definitely would stay in Sidney if returning to the area.

The overall appearance of the hotel is clean and in good repair. The beds are too stiff for me, but comfortable for others. The breakfast is much better than some other hotels I have stayed at. The coupon offered for a local business is a nice perk for staying here.

We had a 10 room block and conference room reserved for my parent's 60th anniversary party. The rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the service, EVERYTHING was outstanding. From top to bottom, the best!! From Bryce, to Jaimie, to Lavainche and Teresa along with housekeeping and the catering from Taphouse, I couldn't have been happier. THANK YOU for making this really special.

What a great place to rest, clean rooms it was very refreshing and what a relaxing night I had. The bed in my room was very comfortable, it's the type of bed you lay on and in the morning you wake in the same position you were in when you went to sleep. I would recommend this property to anyone who need rest and relaxation!

We stayed here 2 nights for a hockey tournament and found every staff member that we encountered, to be supremely focused on going above and beyond. Best Western in general is a solid choice for mid-range/economy stays but this property's focus on service, really made it a stand out for the franchise. Kudos to the front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping for exemplary service every time we needed anything at all. I was very impressed. The noise level was normal given that there was a large youth hockey tournament staying there. We found that you couldn't hear too much once inside of your room, above the given door slams or occasional loud stomper. The room itself was very spacious and well appointed. This property provides free bottled water in the room and at the front desk if you ask. That was a really nice touch. The only complaint we had were the comfort of the beds. They were extremely hard and so we all woke up on both mornings a tad sore. I myself, had a hard time sleeping (no pun intended) due to the firmness of the mattresses. However, given that everything else there was superb, I would stay again. Also, if you enjoy Mexican food, you MUST go to Mucho Si! The front desk referred us there and it was amazing!

Nice, clean hotel. Close to ice arena and places to eat. Good variety of breakfast items. We traveled with our hockey team to play in a tournament in Sidney, MT, The staff was very friendly in helping us set up our block of rooms. The prices of the rooms were fantastic. Cheapest rates we have for our whole hockey season.

Nice easy access to the highway. Clean, warm and comfy bed and room. Friendly service all around. Good good coffee! Breakfast looked very good, I only had a few simple items, but had many more choices. The showers are hot and relaxing. After a 2 week hunting trip, this BW was a gem of comfort and quiet. All the employees I had contact with were friendly and helpful.

Poor lighting, room very cold and heat not working well Either dust mites or perhaps the cleaner chemicals used created respiratory problems---not usual for me The breakfast was of poor quality, not hot a not good quality food

The stay was refreshing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and way down to earth. No arrogance at the front desk. Your team was accommodating friendly and accurate. The breakfast as the best I have had in years at a morning buffet style. It was actually food not prepared institutional grade food.

This is the best hotel to stay at when in Sidney, MT. Staff go out of there way to accommodate guests every time. Breakfast bar is the best of many we have tried. Such an enjoyable experience to stay at this hotel.

Had to stay for work but the lobby and the rooms are very up to date. The bed is super luxurious and the breakfast has a huge variety. Very impressed. Close to downtown and within walking distance to several eateries.

We were on a long distance trip and chose to stay at the Sydney BW rather than the other options crossing Montana. It was a surprisingly excellent decision since smaller communities usually do not have such a fine hotel. We enjoyed the pool very much. It was clean and warmer than most. And the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself appeared to be relatively new and very attractive. And the staff were very caring and friendly. If you are visiting eastern Montana, skip the larger communities and stay are the BW Sydney.

Came to my hometown of Sidney for a funeral. My adult son was with me. We had adjoining rooms. Very well treated by staff. They did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Loved my bed. So comfortable. My son left his glasses and you were so prompt to return them. Thanks so much. Other than the funeral it was a great stay. Mary Ellen Harper Zachman

Very helpful check in lady. Was very friendly and pleasant. The room was very nice up on the 4th floor. Thank goodness for an elevator, that was close to the check in area and our room. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food items.

Hotel was modern and spacious. Room and hallways were all quite spacious. Breakfast was very good. Very large selection of items. Room was clean. Small pool but was fine for our kids. Would stay again.

Easy to get to and good parking, the check in staff was very helpful. Room size was bigger then normal, very clean, with good amenities. The breakfast was less then other motels, but it still tasted good and was better for you.

I stayed at the Sidney Montana Golden Prairie, and in my opinion this part of Montana is lacking in most choices and comforts. In other words there is very skimpy options. But this particular Best Western was extremely comfortable with pool and excellent daily breakfast, good selection of tv entertainment, and a very accomadating staff.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed going to the nearby restaurant and just relaxing for a bit after a long day of riding. The hotel also offers guest laundry which is super nice for bike riders. We will definitely stay here again once we are in the area.

It was our first time in this town, but we wish we could come back. The community is nice, and we would LOVE to stay in this property again. The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely appointed. They even upgraded our room for no cost.

Very nice clean place to stay with an accommodating, friendly staff. Breakfast has always been good at this hotel as I often stay here when on business in Sidney, MT. Rooms are modern and spacious. I have been going here for over 3 years now and have never had any issues to speak of.

I prefer this BW when in Sidney for Business, rooms are fresh & clean. Only small issue was the beds & pillows are more firm than I prefer, other than that would recommend this BW for the traveler. The rates are reasonable.

My stay at the Golden Prairie Inn and Suites in Sidney, Montana was very pleasant. The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. Fresh cookies were available. The rooms were clean and neat. My only complaint, although minor, was the bathroom fan had no separate switch and therefore, ran continuously.

The room was large and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room smelled good and everything was clean. The breakfast had a good variety and everything I ate tasted really good. The value really very good. I've spent a lot of time in hotels the past few months and this hotel was one of the best.

This was a very nice hotel. Friendly desk clerk and very helpful. Put on fresh coffee for us. Had fresh cookies at the front desk as well. Very welcome after 13 hours on the road. Nice big parking area for trucks. Comfortable quiet suite, very clean. AC worked very good. We were happy with our choice. Good breakfast in the morning, bacon, eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy and waffles as well as cereal, bagels you get the idea. It was a nice very clean well kept hotel. Don't be afraid of this one it's a good choice.

From the moment I stepped through the front door, the experience was great. Very friendly younger gentleman at the front desk. The rooms were super nice with comfortable beds. The pool had a couple kid floaties, which was a bonus. The continental breakfast was probably the best one I have had ever.

For a small town this hotel the Best Western Golden Prairie Inn & Suites is one of the best hotel excellent service and very good breakfast. I recommend it to anyone go see for yourself very good all the around.

Very good place to stay. Large, clean rooms with comfortable beads. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is close to the North Dakota oil fields and there are workers who often stay at this hotel but never a problem.

This is the 2nd time in 3-years since I stayed at this BW in sidney MT. the place was still looking fresh, and the rooms & property were very clean. The breakfast bar was well stocked with hot items, with both bacon, & sasuage, which is uncommon at other hotel's but a nice chioce. The bed was a little too firm for my liking and the soft pillows not so soft, but was ok. I would recommend this BW if in the area, the rates are so, so..depending on the season.

Again my apologies on the bed, when we purchased them we bought the softer "pillow-top" however they are still slightly firm to stand up to the extra usage. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this part of Montana. It was almost a luxury experience at very reason price. Also, the breakfast was better than the usual standard carbohydrate-loaded motel fare. Plenty of protein, decent coffee.

I travel to northwest Montana fairly often on business. Myself and my co-worker always stay at the Sidney, MT Best Western when we are in the area. Love their breakfast!

This was a very pleasant and accommodating motel. Even though it is near the mainline of the northern route of the BNSF we were hardly aware of any noise. There must be city ordinances of train whistles. The breakfast area is especially attractive. The front desk staff was most helpful and delightful.

We have stayed at many Best Western Hotels over the years but this is our first stay at a Best Western Inn & Suites. This new hotel was nice and clean, very comfortable. A spacious parking lot and the warm greeting and helpful front desk staff were a nice start to our visit. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. We appreciated the little extra touches like nicely scented soaps, and cleverly folded towels.

3 nights and the Management and staff were the best I have ever seen. The rooms are big and the beds extremely comfortable. I wish I could clone this Best Western at all of my many stays at Hotels throughout the year. The Manager was always available and went above and beyond for our group.

Pretty standard hotel nothing fancy. The gym is only available until 10. The pool was nice and the sauna was not working. Not the cleanest and it's actually the least cleanly hotel I've stayed at. Water bugs The door to the bathroom is so close to the toilet it scraps it Room has microwave and refrigerator I think it's cute that they leave you towel animals :) also, there is a local restaurant next door and the hotel offers coupons. Breakfast was great!

Very clean; excellent staff; wonderful breakfast; just simply a great value at the end of a long day of travel. So happy to find this room as we had not made reservations ahead of time. We could not have been happier.

Not the cleanest, no warning or consideration given that roofers would be starting project and make a racket that disallowed sleep after 7 and didn't stop until 9:30 first night. Chairs in room uncomfortable. Bed halfway made by housecleaner--I could have done better. Breakfast was good.

Very pleasant staff and spacious, clean rooms. Often come to Sidney for business and regularly stay at the Best Western. They also offer coupons to the pub/bar located next door. Sidney is a safe, family friendly town and the hotel is fairly new and well maintained.

What a gem of a hotel. Friendly folks and a great sleep. On top of a great sleep and stay at the hotel, Sydney is a wonderful place to visit. We pride our selves on choosing great hotels to stay at no matter where we are. So many times it is a BW. The very best customer service is indicative of knowledge of staff. For instance, 'where to go to have a good steak?'. Coming back to the hotel we reported that the steak was awesome. Good job.

We stayed here two years ago and really liked this hotel. We stayed here again just this last week for a week. We come here to see kids and grandkids living and working in the Bakken. The people here are really nice and friendly while being really professional. Breakfast is extremely good. The grandkids got to swim in the pool with us which I think was super nice of the hotel staff to let them. We had an upper floor with a corner room and it was super fantastic!!! Cannot say enough good about staying here. Will never stay anywhere else. Love this place and the staff!

I blocked rooms for our family reunion several months before hand. The staff I dealt with were so helpful and nice to work with. The hotel was very well kept and the breakfast was the best one we've had at any hotel. We had absolutely no complaints about anything.

These rooms need a deep cleaning. The bathroom floor appeared someone missed the toilet and it was dried on the floor, and it appeared a drink was spilled on the wall and not cleaned off. Behind the furniture was very dusty with small pieces of garbage that had not been cleaned between customers. I strongly encourage a thorough deep clean of each room. Was disappointed.

I stay at the BW Golden Prairie Inn & Suites because it is like a home away from home. The rooms are always clean the staff are always in a great mood and very polite. Breakfast is awesome (not old bagels or stale cereal). The Tap House bar and Grill is just next door so you don't have to run all over town to get some great food also a bonus. after driving long distance (I don't want to have to drive some more.)

When we visit Sidney, MT to visit family there, we continue to book the Best Western Golden Prairie Inn & Suites because of our overall experience we have had on three different occasions. Came to Sidney as a stop over on the way to Medicine Lake for a Music Festival. It was the closest place that had the amenities that we were looking for. The Best Western gave us a great business rate and were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well organized and very good. The staff were courteous and helpful in aiding us in finding a place to eat in town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in Sidney.

Stay was good with the exception of no chair in the handicapped shower, breakfast was excellent. And beds were comfortable. Staff was great. Reason I chose Best Western was because of their hot breakfast, which was great.

I sincerely apologize that type of handicapped shower didn't have a shower chair in it, I have them in the non-roll in showers. We have since ordered a movable one so we can put it into that roll in shower. Again I sincerely apologize I overlooked that. Again we appreciate your business and comments, we always strive to get better with each guests stay!

Just very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Plus with the fire alarm going off for almost 40 min because someone burned toast was a little bit annoying. Finding someones sock in my bed was a little disturbing also.

Tina, As discussed in our emails I sincerely apologize for the poor stay, it is not what we expect nor is it acceptable from our team's standpoint. Our team members take a negative stay like this personally and they will strive to give every guest the best experience in Eastern Montana. I also apologize for the fire alarm going off, I had it shut off in a little under 10 minutes and had an issue with the panel, so again I completely apologize I wasn't able to get it shut off quicker. I sincerely hope you will allow us another chance to provide you with an exceptional stay while in the Sidney area.

We stayed nine (9) nights at this Best Western and enjoyed every one of them. If you are ever in the area of Sidney, Montana and need a place to stay, you won't find a better place to stay. And, the full breakfast that is served there each day can't be beat. Some places offer an outdoor pool, but outdoor pools don't work in the month of March in northeastern Montana. This Best Western has a nice heated indoor pool and jetted hot tub that can be used all year round. The Fitness Room was great, too.

On a side note we would love an outdoor pool as well, however you make the correct point that we could only use it about 3 months out of the year. Very pleasant stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. Suite was nicely arranged for several adults. Coffee and breakfast was very well displayed, planned and served. Lobby is spacious and fresh smelling. Staff friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel last minute on a travel website. Big mistake, I could've saved $20 if I called the hotel directly! The front desk staff were so accommodating. They seemed to go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was vast, however, the biscuits were hard, and the sausage gravy was watery.

Very nice large clean rooms, for me was the best value in Sidney and the right location in town. The halls smell like bacon in the morning and the breakfast is better than most. if your in western North Dakota or eastern Montana a would drive the extra miles to go to Sidney

I stayed here on the way to Canada. The staff was not as knowledgeable about the town and local businesses as I would have liked. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They let me park my motorcycle near the entrance out of the way. It's a short walk into town.

The Best Western Golden Prairie Inn and Suites is a newer hotel that is kept extremely clean and has all the necessities. Great breakfast with hot and cold selections, plenty of drink options and a staff that is attentive and polite. Great beds and pillows make for a cozy, restful nights sleep. Highly recommend.

I have stayed in many hotels around Montana and The Best Western Golden Prairie Inn and Suites has polite staff and comfortable beds the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The Breakfast is off the chart for variety not just milk and cereal or doughy waffles. if you don't stay here its your loss IMO.

Very clean hotel but nothing fancy. I stay here when in Sidney but wish the town had a Marriott. The front desk help is not always friendly and the lobby is not bright and a place you would hang out and relax. I do think it's the best choice in this small oil town.

My wife and I returned again to the BW Golden Prairie and we were not disappointed. It's a relatively new property, nicely appointed with very comfortable rooms. The morning breakfast is first rate. The immediate area does not have much of interest, but nothing in Sidney is too far away. The staff was friendly and helpful. With family in the town, we will be back.

We stayed here for one night, the service was less than 10 of 10 but friendly. This is a very nice looking hotel inside and out. The pool, hot tub and fitness center were very nice the kids loved it. Very clean, comfortable and friendly we will definitely stay here again. When we return to Sidney we will stay her again.

When I called to make the reservation by phone the staff was very accommodating in making the arrangements. When I arrived at the Best Western and checked in staff was very polite. The room was very clean and the room decor was very nice. The shower was nice and the fact that I never ran out of hot water is nice. The best surprise was the awesome breakfast that was waiting for me in the morning. I will be staying here from now on when I am in Sidney.

This was a nice hotel with good staff, excellent dining room and above average buffet breakfast. Room was spacious, comfortable, bright, clean and well equipped. Would have been nice to have an easy chair and more device plug ins (only one in a room for 4 people). Bathroom bright, spacious, well equipped and wheelchair accessible. On the expensive side though as it's in oil town territory.

I try to stay at this property when in town for the breakfast if nothing else. I stay out over 100 nights a year and this is the best. The property is also quiet and well appointed. Also the bed and pillows are comfortable.

The Best Western Golden Prairie Inn & Suites is an outstanding hotel, newer, clean, well kept and provides all services with an amazing hot breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. The beds, pillows and bedding are great, rooms are spacious and furniture is comfortable. Hotel staff are pleasant, helpful and well kept. The parking lot is well lit and secure. Dining locations are nearby.

Sidney now has several decent hotels to choose from so we basically flipped a coin and went with the Best Western. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is centrally located, quiet and clean - very pleased with our choice. Would stay here again.

They have the most wonderful King Size bed. The pool and hot tub is very nice. It was a great place to stay. The hotel is located on the same direction as the highway changes into the city of Sidney, Montana. It is also just a walking distance to food and brews! You'll enjoy the stay.

Pleasantly surprised on a road trip to visit friends. Very gracious desk check in and out even though staff person was quite busy with several guests. Rooms clean and spacious with comfy beds. Close to major street but was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

When we checked in Bryce helped us. He was very friendly and helpful. I noticed later that he is the regional manager. They had fresh baked cookies at the front desk they were yummy. Our room was very nice and clean with very comfy beds and pillows. We asked for a few more pillows and Bryce ran then right up. The breakfast was the best breakfast at a hotel. The sausage was excellent and they had fresh watermelon and cantaloupe. The breakfast starts at 5 AM which I love because sometimes you need it that early. That was a great customer service act to open earlier. We thought we might need a later check out and they said no problem and asked what time. I told the front desk lady and she said that was fine. They were all very friendly here. There is a restaurant/bar in the hotel parking lot next door. We didn't try it. It is hard to find a place to eat without it being a bar in Sidney. The only negative part of our stay was slow Internet but Bryce has already called to get it fixed. We will definitely stay here if we in Sidney in the future.

This hotel was very clean, the staff were exceptional, and the quality and offering of the breakfast menu was the best we have had in a North American hotel. We stayed there on the way home and it was great once more.
