Hotel Villa delle Fate, BW Signature Collection

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the view of the mountains from the rooftop terrace was stunning. The breakfast was very nice, and the breakfast room was stylish. Having parking available close to the hotel was also a big plus. Things to note: The spa is not included in the room rate and should be booked in advance. We were not aware of this and were therefore unable to reserve a suitable time slot 😢 The bed and pillows were far too firm sleep comfortably. A four-star hotel should offer much better-quality bedding. The air conditioning in the rooms is not available during the summer (this was not mentioned on the hotel's website when we booked our room). Even in the mountains, July nights were very warm, and keeping the windows open did not help cool the room at night.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, Mr Alessio made our stay extremely welcoming and comfortable. Thanks to him, we enjoyed our exlusive Spa, great restaurants around and Skiing experience. He was very helpful with our request and super hard worker. Hotel itself was very clean and in beautiful location. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast ok, not too much selection. Great location for skiing and enjoying Sestola town.
