Best Western Plus Hotel Kungens Kurva

I recently stayed at room 414 from 10th June till 15th June and was highly disappointed by the housekeeping service. Despite politely asking the front desk to service our room, our bed was never made, trash was not cleared, and fresh towels were not provided. For the price of the room, this basic expectation should be met without having to chase down the staff."

You are in doubt whether it is the room or the elevator you have entered - the room is that small The internet doesn't work at all! On day 2 I complained about it at the reception, but nothing happened ! 5 parking spots for the entire hotel - always fully booked ! (then you can park out site for 230 kr. per day !!) No working TV chanels ! Garbage remained in the room for 5 days.

The worst thing a hotel can do is lie. This hotel lies about parking intentionally when they market this hotel to have "free parking". The clients come here expecting to find a spot for their car but there is basically none. The hotel has 10 parking spots (yes, I counted) and 1 invalid and 1 MC spot. At least half of the parking sports seemed to be used by personell and 5 of the 10 spots were up a hill where you don't even have space to turn the car so you have to reverse back. If you arrive later to the hotel, the streets were full too, so problematic. They really should not market this hotel as having parking. The room was new, clean and comfortable but very dark and hot. The breakfast was good but not enough to alleviate my irritation about the lies about parking. Would never stay again. I will post here 2 pictures which show ALL parking this hotel has.

We are in Stockholm, not Huddinge! We are however at the Hotel with that name. Thank you for opening here even though it's been since Christmas! No less! It's our first night here. Thanks! We like the area Kungens Kurva and all the shopping. There is a lot to do. We could stay forever prob! Thank you very much! There is even two Donken! Alas we slept mostly!

Warning to visit their Eatery I have had my late lunch because of my curiosity. Staff had never paid intention to welcome a new guest. I felt to be forced to order my Pizza Margarita. Meanwhile it was served during I visited washroom. It was half cold and very salty. I told to the staff but they never paid any intention and reaction. Paid and gone and none of the 4 staffs wished a single word hi and welcome back. The staff was very loud and were having some loud chat next to my table. That's a shame.
