Best Western Click Sathorn 11 Bangkok

Stayed for 4 nights here with our family. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly too. My kids loved the pool. Great options for grab delivery in the neighborhood. Would definitely return!

Stayed 2 nights at BW Click Sathorn 11. The location is pretty good just a short 5 mins walk to St Louis BTS Station. 2 7-Eleven also within walking distance and there are a few chic eateries (Pref, Hidden Yard) just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The room is very spacious and it is very functional. The bed is comfy, and the internet connection is superb. I particularly like the TV which make streaming from YouTube etc flawlessly. The water pressure in the shower is great too. The breakfast is 300 Baht with semi buffet and others though a la carte ordering. It is really value for money. The staff at the hotel were approachable especially Tiger at the front desk. Hope that I will be back one day.

Overall, this felt like great value for money and experience. The staff touch points and interactions felt consistently above average throughout. This also indicated a great training system and culture. The property felt new and clean. The locality around seemed to be office buildings on one side and local residences with small shops, streets on the other. There were multiple Seven Eleven stores nearby, one within 100 metres. There is a BTS station around 200 metres from the hotel, which felt convenient. For those who want to move around in cabs, the Grab app seemed to work quite well. Staff at the hotel reception was helpful when there was a language issue with the driver pickup (rare occurance, as the Grab app in general was translating well). The only area for improvement seemed to be the breakfast options/spread.

I spent one night in Bangkok and stayed here on Feb. 18. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and my room was actually ready which was I appreciated. The room was clean and nice with a huge and comfortable bed. I really liked the location of this hotel. It was a quick walk to the St. Louis train station and 7 eleven. The staff here was also really friendly. They helped me with navigating the area and even helped me with getting a Grab. The next day after I checked out, I was able to store my bags there until my all-day tour was over. Would definitely recommend this place to others and stay here again.

Friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Great view from the room. Comfortable and safe. Had a great stay and well worth the price. Convenient as the train station is a short walk away. Lots of shops on the road, Very close to main attractions, will definitely go back.

The location is great, walking distance to a BTS station and it was easy to get a Grab car or bike service. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean and well-maintained. Equipped with the necessities one needs most the time except for a bottle opener for beer bottles.
