Wanda, Josh and the whole BW Team were super kind + helpful! They made sure my family had everything they needed. I was surprised with the abundance of healthy breakfast options fully stocked in the am.

This is a good hotel that, compared with other similar hotels in the area, is very reasonably priced. Good value for the money. This may be the only available hotel in Paradise, CA at the time, so it is great that this option is available for those who want to stay in Paradise.

I normally stay at Marriott Hotels, but Paradise Best Western was excellent! The reception was great at check in, my room was clean and cozy. The hotel is a little out there, but I will drive out again, it is worth it!

This hotel is the only one Standing in Paradise so it's convenient, clean and reasonable. Walls are thin as usual can hear neighbors Tv, conversations etc Still under Covid restrictions so minimal continental breakfast choices

Good hotel environment but problems with maid service. Room had king bed, desk and recliner and was very functional. Breakfast was continental but well supplied with very good coffee. The maid service is under staffed and not supervised.

Thank you Dean, for your review. Since the Campfire, two years ago, burnt 90% of our town, we were lucky and our facility survived however, it had to be fully renovated. Prior to reopening we were hit with Covid-19 which caused our work force to decline. We are slowly recovering from Covid and our occupancy is increasing. So now we can justify hiring additional help. As for our housekeeping being unsupervised, we always have a Manager on duty as well security cameras that can be seen from the front desk & General Managers office. Thank you again for your review.

The hotel looks new. Everything was fine except we found a previous guests women's tank top in our bed after we had slept overnight. We doubt the room was cleaned very well. The mattress was also extremely firm causing a back ache in the morning and very poor sleep.

Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and we take feedback like this very seriously. I've spoken with the head housekeeper to review our cleaning procedures and to make sure this does NOT happen again.

Very close to my worksite. As I had to leave very early the next morning, the nite crew hat hot coffee ready for us in the lobby, and I thought that was very nice. I expect to be staying at this hotel in the future.

It's not a hotel from Las Vegas Nevada. It's a hotel in California. You can check in and you can check out but you'll never want to leave. I am in the process of moving to Paradise California and the people here made me feel welcomed. After I checked in turn and started for the elevator I heard Wanda say to me, welcome home.

The staff was outstanding, modified breakfast but still appreciated and the hotel is beautiful. What a beautiful place in a town that had so much devastation that will rise again like the Phoenix. Will be back

Clean and convenient, friendly and helpful staff. Pool and exercise room are not yet functional. Rooms look like they get a lot of use but are roomy and functional. Blackout curtains! YEAH! since we often have to work at night and sleep in the day. Some better sound isolation between rooms would be nice but it was quiet enough once the earlier risers had left. Great location if you are working in the Paradise area. Ace hardware just a couple blocks away.

My Wife and I have stayed that this Best Western Hotel for over 25 years. We have always enjoyed the location, service, cleanliness and delicious breakfast. Most of this has not changed. However, some wear and tear is starting to show. We had to switch rooms this time as our usual room consisted of well worn sheets. My wife always checks for bed bugs when we enter a hotel room. She didn't find any bugs but did notice that the sheets had black marks on them and were very worn, They looked very old. The room we switched at least had once of the beds with newer sheets. I'm still recommending the hotel for other reasons (as listed above) but am thinking of checking out other, newer locations.

We drive from Boise to AZ and need a place to stay with our dog. Clean remodeled rooms. Restaurant on property. Nothing fancy but good food. Breakfast included and dog fee only $10. Gas station next door. Great stopover for us. Microwave and fridge in room which is great as we can heat up food.

New facility, or at least it appears very new. Rooms are large and tastefully decorated. WiFi was adequate. Cable channels limited but this is rural California so not a big media market. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was courteous and friendly but did not know much about local attractions nor was there a brochure rack about local attractions.

Wanda was incredible, tending to our every need and request. Rooms were clean, breakfast better than average. Bed comfy, extra pillows provided when requested and help with our boarding passes. Stayed there before and will again.

Just spent 4 nites with this location. Staffb was great and location is pet friendly. Highly recommend!! Great breakfast and access to highway. Can fill up quickly so make reservations in advance. Will book again when in area.

Enjoyed this hotel while visiting family nearby. Room was quite comfortable for single traveler, breakfasts were quite nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating of my family visiting with providing a late check out on last day of stay.

This Best Western is very clean. Newly renovated, great decor, large hot breakfast with many choices, friendly staff & all around great atmosphere! Would highly recommend this hotel. Location is great, short distance to shopping & food. Bowling Alley next door for entertainment.

Nice change while attending a granddaughter masters graduation ar Chico state. Great breakfast, clean rooms and super parking. Desk help very knowledgeable and friendly. Very close to Chico. I would recommend this hotel .

The hotel in Paradise, Ca. is very pretty on the outside and clean, well equipped rooms inside. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices. Staff was professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel staff was super nice, the room was clean. Didn't have a problem finding parking. Distance to Cal State Chico was fine, easy to find which the pool could be a little bigger. Family was overall happy with our stay.

There was a big bike ride in Chico that many of the guests were in town for. The staff went out of their way to cater to the cyclists' needs - even providing "to go bags" in the morning for riders who were leaving before breakfast. And the staff started preparing breakfast early so riders could have a good breakfast before taking off. They were awesome!

Nice clean hotel in the Paradise area. Comfy beds with soft sheets. Personable attentive hotel staff. Excellent Blueberry Belgian Waffles in the complimentary breakfast. Pool always looks gorgeous with the hot summer weather.

Pleasant experience, clean, good breakfast, all in all very nice and comfortable bed , staff polite. Only stayed one night, travel for my job and spend most of the time in hotels so it's nice when things are clean and comfortable.

We walked in on short notice and were treated as if we had planned a great stay. It added to all our help and accommodation to a wedding of very important people in our lives. Very comfortable bed, very clean room. The staff was very accommodating as we had our dog with us. They put us near an exit for quick potty runs outside. The hotel is right next to a large, open field and our pup loved it! Easy parking. The pool and hot tub was closed for the season and it's a bit small, but overall, everything was great!

Rooms were clean & friendly people. The breakfast offering could have been a little better but considering how many places even offer a breakfast these days I guess it was about par. The cell phone connection was pretty bad. Overall it wasn't a bad stay.

Chowchilla FFA stayed the night in Paradise this last Friday night before the Chico State Field Day. The motels in Chico fill up very quickly for this weekend. We were very pleasantly surprised on this motel, very high quality and a perfect distance to both Butte College and Chico State.

I made a reservation with no problem. On arrival, my check in was fast and easy. The overall cost was fair and the quality of the services very happy with. Friendly staff members and dedicated to there jobs, I could tell that by the way of how the hotel kept, very nice and clean. The room was well kept and stocked with towels everything needed for a comfortable stay . I found the beds to be very comfortable and clean. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast in the morning or coffee in the room,and did I mention a pool? Tom Bidet could learn a thing or two about quality. Sincerely a very happy customer

This place has been recently renovated. My room was spacious, quiet, clean,very nicely arranged and offered a frig and microwave. The staff was warm and responsive and were practically kind in accommodating an unexpected change in my schedule.

we just spent 2 nights in Paradise, Ca. There's really only 2 worthwhile hotels to stay at, the Best Western and the Ponderosa. We spent one night in each. The Best Western is our choice. clean rooms, the queen beds had 4 pillows each ( I love that). The breakfast was above average. nice showers, clean, comfortable, good service. better dollar value. We stayed on a Monday night, parking lot was 75% full.

Outstanding place to stay. The staff really takes care of your needs. Didn't care for the breakfast though. They could do better with fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, better teas and other hot/cold beverages.

Hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Hotel room was clean and well kept. The setting of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. There are benches outside where you can sit and enjoy the views.

Presented voucher or gift card as printed and presented to clerk on duty They did not even know how to process this card.. It is very counter productive for me and my family to be promised a loyalty to Best western when earned voucher is not even used. I have never before had this experience at any Best Western. We have used Best Western for 13+ years as our Go to Motel but if this is not resolved in some matter I might change my loyalty.

We apologize as we just recently became a Best Western and are still training in this area.

Hotel has recently been taken over by Best Western. Staff was nice! Appears to have been revamped recently - all new paint, room appointments - and very clean. Did not use the pool/hot tub, but they look good. Breakfast was good, internet works well. Fitness center could use some updated equipment. Was very excited to find a Best Western in Paradise! When we initially looked, we didn't see any actual brands/chains as options, but found it had been taken over through comments!

This hotel is very nice and it's location worked well for us. The breakfast was great and convenient. Room was clean, bed was not comfortable. Service was excellent and staff was friendly. Restaurants are close by and are reasonable.

Looks like they just renovated recently. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal. Plenty of parking. Room was plenty big. Beds were very comfortable.

The paradise Lodge is now Best Western. Its been going through lots of renovation which is all complete now. It has completely new Lobby and breakfast Area. The Exercised room is much larger compare to previous one. The Guest rooms been completely renovated. The hot breakfast, Wifi, parking are all free. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool very much. Will come back soon.

Really nice hotel . It's clean , rooms are big and nice . The swimming pool and the hot tub were really clean and that spa area is really nice . The Wifi is fast everywhere on the property. After one month in motels all around california , Oregon and Washington this one was the best one for the price .

There are very few hotels in Paradise, CA. This is probably the best among them, but that's not saying much. The place is undergoing refurbishing, and the mess is understandable, but what isn't is why the walls are so thin, and with all that land, the pool is so small. (Don't be fooled by the picture on Hotels.com!) Also, WHY is breakfast only served until 9am? And, finally, WHY is there nowhere to plug in electronic devices?? They have updated the rooms and yet forgotten that people now need to recharge phones, tablets, etc. The pluses: there is a microwave and a fridge with very small freezer in the room.

We apologize that you weren't completely satisfied with your stay. The only complaints we get regarding "thin walls" are from the adjoining rooms. Plans are already in the works to correct that. Due to our renovation not being complete yet, all of our furniture has still not arrived. Our new lamps will have 4 additional plus ins on them, allowing for charging of multiple devices. Please comes stay with us once our renovations are complete, we are sure you'll be pleased. : )

We booked several nights here due to a horse show nearby. We'd stayed there previously ....but no one mentioned the remodel ...apparently there is an ownership change. There were workers all over the ground floor and it could be quite busy. Not very comfortable as a result. The upper floors were completed and quiet. The remodel seems to be mainly cosmetic (painting etc) but our room was clean, quiet, and had free wi-fi as well as a small frig and microwave. There is a sense of "work in process" with the staff people. Breakfast was free. The gym needs some maintenance. Overall a good stay but check for remodeling...and the local roadwork.

Bathroom and hottub leave a little to be desired but everything else is all new nice friendly clean and quiet. Not the easiest to get to from the main interstate but nice place for under $100. 00 a night.
