SureStay by Best Western North Myrtle Beach

King suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and we parked right outside the door. Having a sink and couch in the living room was very nice. The sink area needs some lighting and the fridge frozen everything but, overall, a great experience at a reasonable price. Tiffany at the front desk was very welcoming! All hotel staff was very nice!

I was sad that the hot tub was not working...but I was offer the room with the hot tub in it...but it only had one bed and my daughter was not having that😭🤣so we got a double and was fine...now Tiffany on the other hand...was really nice and made me feel welcome...she always had a smile and always ask if we needed anything just ask 😀 the house keepers were nice also...but I wish I could get in the hot tub tho😭😭

The place is near grocery stores, malls gasoline stations and most importantly the beach The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

This is a Motel. Open the foul smelling room door and you're in the parking lot. Photos are deceitful and cut off. False advertising. This is not a hotel. This should not be called Best Western. Dirty property. Uncomfortable bed.

We felt very welcome and appreciated during our overnight stay. Very happy with the cleanliness and the location of the hotel.

When I arrived I 1 st spoke to a very abrasive lady with tattoos on her neck who made me feel uncomfortable. This was not the greeting I was expecting after reading the reviews of the hotel. The next morning I came in for coffee and found a beautiful smiling face, very nice lady named Tiffany who treated me like valuable customer. What a huge difference in treatment between the two. Like night and day! The room was clean and comfortable except for the bed that neeed a new mattress. The tub didn't drain very well and I ask Tiffany if she could have it fixed. When I came back from lunch the room was cleaned and tub drain fixed. Tiffany is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! I'll be back!

Stayed here in the off season, rates very reasonable. Booked a king suite, very comfortable, clean and large room. Bed is super comfortable with 5 pillows to choose from. A couple of them were kind of lumpy, but I just didn't use them. Had good water pressure in the shower, and bathroom was clean on arrival. Front desk staff were all nice. Continental breakfast offerings are very high in carbs, but there was fresh fruit and instant oatmeal. I've stayed here twice now, and would stay again.

We stayed for 1 night and we're very pleased. We arrived early and was told a time to be back for our room. We went back a few minutes early and the room was ready. The property is clean, our room was comfortable. This property is on Hwy 17 but we were not bothered by any road noise. There are restaurants and shopping near by. We didn't eat the continental breakfast but did enjoy the coffee. The staff were very friendly. We were ver pleased with this stay no complaints

Staff interaction was absolutely great & pleasant. My room could have been better, did not like being on 2nd on the outside, the ice maker flet like miles away. We killed a roach in our room. We did report any of these things, because we was only there for one night. I could say my money and splet in our car.

Decided to do something small for 3 year anniversary and Myrtle Beach was the deciding location. All of the hotels lining the beach was very expensive so I researched and found this location. Very good choice.

This is a well-maintained motel with clean rooms and friendly staff. If you are looking for a 5 star fancy hotel then keep looking but if you a clean, comfortable room with nice staff then this is the place. Ignore the negative reviews. The breakfast could be better stocked but it's free. The coffee is great!!

Very friendly staff - room was below standards of cleanliness for my liking and the bathroom in my unit was near disgusting. On a positive note, the beds were well made and the sleeping area was clean and tidy even if the furnishings were a bit dated. We found it to be one of the more affordable hotels for the area and there is an "Applebee's" type restaurant that is walking distance (basically the same parking lot). I would not stay again, but overall it was not terrible - just poor, do not set expectations high, and I think you will be find.

We moved into one room with 2 Queen size beds but had requested King size. After we moved in and were settled we discovered that our door would not lock and couldn't be fixed and had to move to another room. That room had different bedspreads that were shabby and one spread even had a cigarette burn. I'm thinking that the end we stayed in was under renovation and rooms weren't completely finished. Needed painting especially the bathroom. This is the first BW that we stayed in that was not up to BW standards. We could have stayed in a nicer Marriott Comfort Inn for the same price.

We visit the Myrtle Beach area several time each year because we are very close to the Atlantic. We most always plan our stay at a Best Western because of the fair room rates and the rewards program. The stay is always pleasant.

Upon walking into my hotel room, I could smell cigarette smoke and another unknown smell. The bathroom vent fan was running. I turned on the A/C to help dissipate the smell, plus I keep air freshener in my truck, for my dog that used to travel with me. (dog recently passed away) I sprayed the room. The room was outstanding other than this. Upon checkout, I informed the desk clerk (I think she was the Manager) of the smell and the vent fan was left on. She very hatefully said, "We leave all of our vent fans running all the time" ! (Why, I wondered) At NO time did she say, Sorry for the inconvenience of the smell or anything. I told her, thank you, have a nice day. This lady is in dire need of customer service training.
