Best Western Plus Hotel Midwest City Inn & Suites, Midwest City

Great little hotel near Tinker AFB and I-40. Free breakfast is a definite plus, pool is clean and indoor. Quiet location. Front desk staff were very sweet and helpful, as was the cleaning staff. No complaints!

I enjoyed my stay. I arrived late for my check in by hours. The clerk was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom was the same. I recommend staying here.

Remarkable visit to this hotel. Upon arrival, my room was available. Since I am handicapped, there was a parking space close to the door which really helped. A cart was available at the door so I could get my luggage to my room on the second floor. Once I was in my room I was able to adjust the temperature quickly. All in all, I was quite pleased.

The front desk people were great. The room was nice clean and well maintained. One problem was using the laundry as the person before us did not come and get their clothes. It is not the fault of the staff but they could not really help. The other problem was the TV remote had no be easy if looking at a guide. This was a real annoyance.

My daughter is stationed at Tinker AFB and it is a couple of minutes away from the Main Gate. The rates can vary quite a bit - and I was not happy for the exorbitant rate I was charged. That was very disappointing. I will otherwise come back and stay here because of proximity to Tinker.

Hotel and staff were clean and inviting. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location was great for dining in or out. We enjoyed the availability of the fitness room and pool. Overall a great stay.

This was in a good location just 1 mile from lots of great stores, Starbucks, Target, low gas prices at Sam's, all without having to get back on the interstate. Clean hotel, friendly staff, plenty of parking. Only downfall was the noisy kids constantly stomping down the hallway.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, very spacious with wonderfully accommodating staff! We stay here often when we are in town. Our job puts us in Oklahoma fairly often and the Best Western Midwest City is our first choice for hotel! The breakfast is wonderful with a great staff, the parking lot is very nice and very easy to access. We will most definitely return!

Hotel is convenient when visiting Air Force Base. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakgfast is great. Front desk staff has always been attentive and helpful at check in and check out. I stay here every time I visit family at Tinker.

I just love this hotel the staff is amazing. the manager Fal is amazing. Michelle at the front desk makes me feel like I'm part of the family. it's always clean and well stocked. they do more than go above and beyond. I really can't ask for more out of any hotel. it's not a luxury as far as the decor but the 4 and 5 star hotels could learn a thing or two from this Best Western in Midwest City, Oklahoma

Much quieter than the BW I stayed at the night before near Nashville. In better shape, too. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard - wide range of options, although I wish hotels would provide skim milk and whole wheat bread.

She helped me sign up for the rewards, made sure I had everything in my room that was supposed to be there. She even called my room to let me know my clothes were done in the dryer downstairs. Deborah and The Breakfast We're The Best Part Of My Stay Other Than how Beautiful The Place Really Is.

A very nice, well maintained hotel. The outside grounds clean and maintained. The hotel itself very clean and maintained. Staff courteous and professional, just not friendly. Keep in mind the interstate right next to the hotel is under construction and made it somewhat difficult to get back on going west bound.

They went above and beyond for anyting that you needed. A fantastic goup of individualsworking for the hotel. Highly recommended. The buffet brakfast was of great quality and plentful. Always hot and replentished when needed.

Not only was I charged over 500 dollars and upcharged rates that i had locked in before even arriving at the hotel but this is not the first time this hotel/franchise has done me like this inn y own hometown at that they a profiled and choose to give me the rooms that always have problems but they treat me like a 2nd class citizen and not like the veteran that I am. If it was not for me there business center would still be out of order *"your welcome by the way" There was one point of time I was acutely considering moving into one of there studio suits long term stay for my business travels and or leisure getaways like a vacation inside my home state. But something major will have to happen that ever cross my mind again thank taking the time to read my review hope it helps anyone else have a similar experience?

I am so sorry for your inconvenience! But I think you did not stayed with Best Western Plus Midwest City.

Best Western in Midwest City 5 star hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent services from housekeeping, front desk to management. Room was very nice and clean and was impressed with their sanitizing the rooms. Breakfast has very good choices from hot to cold foods. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. Value was great and no surprised charges.

Family trip to the Oklahoma Zoo. Ended with a night at Best Western hotel. Enjoyed their pool time on a very hot day. Breakfast was a full breakfast for a change. Our room was awesome. A great place to stay.

I always check tripadvisor.com reviews before reserving a room, and the reviews for this hotel were spot on. It's convenient to the base, to area restaurants, groceries, gas stations, etc. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was limited due to COVID precautions, but there were still hot food offerings. We'd stay here, again.

Again, this facility had great front desk personnel, very clean facility, easy access to highway. We had a noisy group next door and the front desk did a great job of asking them to hold it down when it was after 1 a.m. They need to replace the side chair seating in the rooms as they are showing wear.

This was close to everything we needed. The motel was clean and staff along with management were friendly. Staff including front desk and housekeeping were responsive to our needs whenever they were asked. Bed seemed a little stiff and there were noises like a rattle in refrigerator and the heater fan running all night. Fixed refrigerator by tapping on it so not a big deal. We have competition in area every year or two so we will stay here again. Price was just right and cheaper than others in the area.

Just a one night stay driving cross country. Spotless room, quiet air conditioner/heater. Comfortable bed. Spotless bathroom. Great tv. Staff was 5 Star. Nice bagged breakfast. Coffee/tea available 24/7. Gym open with 2 people max Highly recommend. Would return.

Great value, location and service when visiting family in the Air Force. We will always come back to this hotel when in town. Rooms are big, staff is helpful, breakfast is great! Beds were comfortable, shower was nice and hot!

We had a shocker. In October, our area suffered a massive ice storm through the State of Oklahoma. Our city was not the exception. Our home was without power. The temperature dripped below 30 degrees. It was cold. My wife and I opted to stay in a hotel. Best Western Hotel was the best option for us. Hotel representative was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly. We stayed in Room 117, which was a standard studio with king-sized beds and one bathroom. The hotel amenities included complimentary Wi-Fi access. A complimentary breakfast was also provided. The hotel was a great location in this time of an emergency. The employees were kind and consideration. I would recommend this location for the excellent location and price.

I'm traveling for work, and this room was booked late, since we needed a block of rooms near where we are working. I read recent reviews that said rooms were clean, and that's a concern during Covid. However, the linens, desk, sink, shower, were all clean. I noticed a few things that were missed like some coffee on the coffeemaker, some dust on a lamp, and the heat apparently hadn't been run recently (tonight was the first time the temp dropped into the high 30s in the area). But, the front desk staff was nice, the pool is on limited hours, but it's open, and the workout room had extra cleaning supplies available. There was a large group of electrical or utility contractors, with a bunch of service trucks in the lot. So, this seems to cater heavily to work travelers, and I imagine it gets a fair number of people visiting family stationed at Tinker. I expected something on the cheaper, more spartan end of hotels, but even with reduced Covid service, it was stylish and in better condition than I expected. The room had a comfortable king bed, oddly mismatched chair and ottoman (maybe intentional, for the color scheme??), fridge and microwave, and a good iron that worked well. I didn't even turn the TV on. Everything else worked as expected. I only have two complaints. They use the blue-white LED lighting in almost every light in the hotel, which gives the entire hotel a harsh, industrial feel. I've always found it unpleasant, and with five different lights of that type in the room, it gave the room a depressingly harsh feel. The other thing is noise. The hotel is right by a major highway, and I could hear road noise most of the night, and all morning. I also heard music, apparently coming from the restaurant next door. I have a sleep tracker in my watch, so I know for a fact that I slept well. However, my wife probably would have been up and down several times. Some folks may want a white noise machine or app or ear plugs... Neither of those things were so serious that I felt like there was a major issue, but while traveling during Covid, you're probably going to spend more time in a hotel room than going out. It better be comfortable. It was fine for a night, but your mileage may vary.

This property is just across from the AF Base where our grson is stationed.Very convenient for s visit. This BW Plus is in the top 10 hotels,that we've stayed in. Immaculate grounds,and common areas. The bkfast room was ready for early risers,with juices,coffee and a grab n go bag with fresh fruit,a sweet roll,a trail mix bar and a bottle if water. The GM here, Mr. Andrews, was so personable making sure are needs were met. Our suite was a #10. Great bed and extra nice linens,for bed and bath. The TV, very clear picture and our couch was great, and we relaxed,while watching our POTUS at the Presidential Convention.A relaxed atmosphere left us rested and ready for a long road trip today,to see 2 grand daughters and families,in Ft Hood Texas.The area of this property is close to various restaurants, as well as major shopping to walk and relax,after being in a car for hours.Rarely do yu find a property that's darn near perfect,but this is close.Because of C-19,their indoor pool is closed,but it and a gym room,will open as soon as the restrictions are lifted, as well as, a good breakfast. Great choice.

Checked in book a king room, given a double. Went to room and pulled back comforter on both beds long black hair and other kinds of hair all over sheets on both beds. Called front desk asking to clean sheets and clerk decided just to give another room on the third floor. One bed was clean. The bed against the wall had long hair in it. At that point we decided to leave. I was there for a procedure. Megan though was nice. I expect my refund in the next few days.

The room was nice and close to the freeway and restaurants. Two complaints are children running up and down the hallways until late at night and then the use of a roll away bed. When we made the reservations we asked for a room with two beds. They only had a king available and we told them that would be OK because we travel with an air mattress. They told us that they could put a roll away bed in the room for us (BUT they did not mention the $$). Since it was one less piece of luggage, we said yes. Upon checking out we were charged for the roll away bed. Just a warning to other people.

We found our hotel room to be very clean and bright. The front desk receptionist was excellent offering a good choice of a local burger place. Very nice and friendly lady. We would definitely return to this hotel on our next trip through the area.

I stay here often for work, this is one of the best staffed hotels. Thanks to Justin and his team of caring people they make my stay great. Even when the owners glare at you and stare you down with hatred contempt. It would be best if you never came to hotel the staff takes care of you very well and they are probably under appreciated. If you treat your guest with hatred what you do to your employees is and will be far worse than to a paying guest i know for a fact. Have a happy Holiday Best Western Mid West City. Good hotel, I stay for business so I don't use much more than the room, but the check in was good and the room was comfortable. Even had the breakfast and it was good. I will stay again when I'm in the area.

The accommodations were nice, the breakfast was the same from my visit a few years ago, updated the rooms, not the fitness room. The amount of nights I stayed hope they would have offered more of a discount.

We were in Oklahoma to attend the Buick Club of America's National meet. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the meet and was $25.00 cheaper per night. It is a very nice hotel. The rooms were large and well appointed

Need ventilation in bathroom, hot showers lots of steam could cause a problem in future. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Not great WiFi, if a lot of people staying at hotel.

Booked this hotel for a business trip due to location. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel had a good fresh smell upon entry and the room was clean. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable, but the most memorable party of the hotel wad the staff. All personnel I came in contact with were very pleasant and happy to serve guests.

We wanted to be near Tinker Air Force Base to visit our grandson. It was less than 5 minutes from the gate to the hotel. There restaurants and stores very nearby. The breakfast was very satisfying and offered a good variety of food and good hours. Lots to do in OKC. We were also there for the Big 12 Baseball tournament and it took about 15 minutes to drive to the stadium area.

We asked for an early check in, no problem. They had a nice room available. The customer service deserves 10 stars! Asked for plates for our pizza, no problem, coffee shop type experience in the dining room. That evening we had a accident and needed new bedding, they gave us a new room. Becky was an absolute southern gem. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Everyone who works here is really nice. Hotel looks new and is clean. Beds are too hard, but you can't win them all. Easy access to downtown and Tinker afb, lots of restaurants nearby and I-40 entrance to take you anywhere you want to go is adjacent.

Good Stay! It was only an overnighter, there for work. Shopping center within walking distance, the base only block down the street. Easy on and off the interstate. Used the pool and gym, both clean and well maintained. I'd stay again and i guess that's the best thing you can say about most places.

Checked in, Becky is absolutely the best. Have decent directions, super friendly, obviously knows what she is doing! We had an issue with the Jacuzzi in our room, maintenance came up did what he needed t to do and within a half hour we were completely satisfied with the fix( more hot water). Rooms clean and updated, comfy bed. felt safe.Will definitely stay here again if travelling through Oklahoma! Leaving a very happy person! Again Becky, needs a raise!

Great staff, very clean/nice place to stay and only about a 2 minute drive to Tinker AFB, if visiting an airman. Only about 15 mins to downtown and only about 20 mins to the airport. Highly recommend!

Two incidents of crime in the parking lot. Vehicles broken into. Camera recordings were not available for some reason. The worst of it was the lack of hot water. It ran from warm to cold and back again. We complained each day (4 days) and it did not improve. Soundproofing was terrible. Lots of noise from other rooms. STAY ELSEWHERE!

Thank you for your review. We checked everyday the hot water tanks and they are all working fine. We had a company come and take a look for us also to see if there was anything other than what we would know might be wrong with it. They didn't find anything wrong either. WE are sorry about the hot water issue. The car that was broken into was really a sad event for the guest. We had called the police pre hand and they do have recording of the video of the car leaving that broke into their vehicle.

So much to say and not enough space. Charged 3 nights and we were only there 2 nights, and have been ignored about the situation. Originally told the room was paid for got there and we were on the street with no place to turn Taking further steps for resolution

Your card was never charged for the room when you booked the reservation. When you put your cc to book the room it only holds the room until you arrive. And we did fix the 3rd night couple days ago, The card was only charged for 2 nights stay. when you left on 12/11/18 around 10 am.

Staff is unaware of policy, and the owner will throw you out even though you were informed by staff you could have a pool party there. The Staff will trash talk your children to guests. They are not worth booking, plenty of reasonable places with FRIENDLIER staff in the same area.

I'm glad that I had this place to stay, I loved it. The front desk and housekeeping staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hallway smelled nice. There was plenty of time to have breakfast, choices were many. Coffee, tea, juices orange and apple, 3 types of cold cereal, instant oatmeal, breads, bagels, sweet rolls/danish, scrambled eggs or rounds, sausage patties or links, biscuits and gravy. There were many condiments for bagels and bread, and waffles. Oh I forgot to mention they have waffle maker. By the way the room had fridge, microwave, tv, desk and extras for your use such as iron w/board, hair dryer, desk with chair and arm chair. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

Personnel at the front desk were very professional. They were friendly, eager to meet your need. The room was very clean and the breakfast offered was very good. The only negative was that the first room we were given had a "cigarette" odor as we walked in the door. We called down to front desk and they were quick to give us another room and they met us at the new room to open it up and make sure it was all right.

This was one of the nicest Best Westerns I've visited, and I use these hotels often. My room was large, nicely decorated, very clean and new. TV, A/C, internet, shower, all the stuff worked great. There was a good amount of wood-look tile, which I like, and which was used well. The internet worked well, and the breakfast was fine, typical Best Western (please put bacon into the menu regularly, BW).Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not too expensive. Overall, it was a good experience. I was exhausted, slept well, had a good breakfast, got going early.

Yet another Best Western that didn't let us down. It was clean, priced right, had friendly staff, and a great, free breakfast offering. The only reason I rate this one as Average and not Very Good is that compared to the other 2 Best Western's we stayed at during the same trip, it just fell a little short. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but are not terrible. The room felt a little tired, and I missed having the loveseat we found in other BWs we stayed. The room, however, was clean and well-kept. My only other complaints were that the hallways smelled strangely of a hazelnut coffee candle, which caused my 4 yo to say

Thank you for the review. We did change out the candle smell this past week. They change them every 2 weeks it was a new one the company was trying but we have gotten many people saying it smelled a little different. We did finish our remodel of all the furniture in the rooms this week as well. please come back and let us know how you like them. Not all rooms got a loveseat if you need a loveseat we do have king suites we would be happy to give you a free room upgrade.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and will again in the future. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed the indoor pool. The continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices.

It was clean with a comfortable bed but the sheets and towels were a bit rough. The walls were so thin it sounded like our neighbor was in our room. Breakfast was good. The good Mexican restaurant next door was a plus.

My trip to Oklahoma was for 2 nights.I had never heard of Midwest City.I had not used Best Western hotel in over 15 years.The difference in the decor of the hotel is great.The style and quality is great.The price of the room was a great value.I will now add Best Western to my list of hotels when considering making reservations for upcoming trips.

This was a hard and uncomfortable bed and made my stay here unpleasant. If you love very firm mattresses, this may just be your little slice of heaven. First, the bed. On my rating scale of 1-10 with 15 being my Sterns and Foster mattress at home, this bed scored a 2. For reference, earlier this week, I was in a sleeping bag, on a blow up mattress, in a tent with either 35 mph wind gusts or 27 degree (Fahrenheit) temps and I would rate that as a 3. It actually started out as a 5, but every time I woke up sore somewhere and had to turn over to relieve the pain, the number dropped. Since it was clean and free of pests( bed bugs) I stayed at a 2, though my back tells me I should really rate it a 1. We were lucky enough to also be staying on the same floor as a little league team here to play “probably the bears”. I say lucky because they were up past 10:30 at night joking, laughing, making noise with the door to their room cracked so their merriment could be enjoyed by all. Sadly, I fell asleep before the monkeys descended and roamed the halls with pitter patter of feet up and down the halls. My partner, not being as tired as I was, was able to enjoy this encore to the above mentioned festivities. Had I still been awake for the parade of feet, I would have contacted the front desk to express my thoughts on such parades after 10 pm. My partner is a bit more patient than me and believed that at some point, everyone goes to bed. This room did not have a remote control sanitary cover (AKA shower cap), but the bathroom did have a curved shower rod. Because of the extra firm bed, extra sore back, and restless sleep, we both missed the breakfast I had read others raving about. The room was neat and clean. The staff were average. Overall, we were tired from driving all day and this hotel provided a safe, dry, warm place to sleep. It could have been better, but also could have been worse.

Thank you for the review. The beds are being replaced as we speak. Later this month they arrive so we can begin to install the new beds. We are sorry about the ball team they can be a hassle and we do offer shower caps at the front desk with our free bathroom aminties of the forgot items.

Very easy to make reservations over the phone, and it was very convenient to use Best Western rewards. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well organized. Very convenient to Tinker Air Force Base and great places to eat in the area. Good stay!

Hotel is located just off I-40 near Tinker AFB, can be seen from the Interstate. Hotel has been going thru renovation since my last stay. Lobby is very nicely decorated with new floors just like the breakfast area. You can't hear noise from the Interstate which is nice. Many eating places to choose from just down the road. Worth your time and money to stay here.

Rooms book very fast. I tried to stay here but they only had one room left at over $200 per night. I opted to stay across the street for a cheaper price and a brand new hotel. Springhill Suites. They had a dance competition in town so rooms were scarce. The location is great and the hotel was clean when I went in and talked to them. Also the staff were very quick to attend to me even with only one room left :-)

The hotel is very well kept the indoor pool was excellent, the staff met all my expectations. The location is ideal for shopping and getting on the highway. There is a full service restaurant near by. Your only five minutes away from OKC. The area is well lit for security there is a lot of parking places.

This hotel was recently remodeled so the room was nice, clean and up to date. We were going to an OU football game and it was very easy to drive to the stadium from this hotel location. Will definitely stay there again.

This Best Western is a very good place to stay for the price. I have never had to contact staff or management for a problem. They are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The tv and internet are good. Even the breakfast was well laid out and tasteful.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was easy to find. The staff was professional and friendly. The price was very good especially when other hotels went way up on their price because it was Veteran's Day weekend. Very pleased with our stay!

Good place to stay on the East side of OKC. About 10-15 mins to Bricktown area. 20 or so mins to airport if no traffic. Nice staff and amenities. Free breakfast. Was very quite. Room is average. Grounds are clean. Satellite TV. Would stay again.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. From the first time I called to make a reservation to checkout. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, very clean, & had everything in it we needed for our stay. There are a lot of stores and places to eat not far away. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and plan to stay there again on my nest trip to OKC.

Hotel was under renovation. The bed was very hard (from age - not firm). Equipment in the breakfast area did not work - waffles would come out of the waffle maker. The coffee was very weak. It is right across the highway from Tinker Air Force base and lots of military flight takeoffs and landings during all hours of the night. Little to no sound proffing .

This is a hotel that works. The southwest motif is really well done. The most impressive service for us was the breakfast buffet. You need a ticket to get in to this restaurant buffet. I All the food was freshly prepared and delicious. I will look for another stay here on our next trip to Oklahoma City. The price was reasonable and well worth it.

Good room. Mexican restaurant across the street was great. Breakfast was very tasty. Pool was heated. No hot tub/spa. Laundry room small, but worked well. Front staff was amazing. The swing shift person researched the ingredients on the breakfast foods to find out if there was an allergen present that little one couldn't have. She then tried to come up with alternatives for us.

Poor greeting and hard bed. Food was not good. Reservation was not what I reserved. No good explanation as to why. Had better sleep at other chains that were less expensive. I do not recommend this location.

We are sorry about your reservation, I will look it up to see why it was different and see what happened. The bed are a little hard, we are renovating and the beds are going to be changed soon. We are waiting on word from BW whitch bed they want us to order. That is an issue we do know and we are fixing.

Stayed one night and was really pleased until the morning. The night staff was very friendly and professional. They recommended the restaurant next door and we joked about it when we returned. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked just fine. It was confusing getting there because you have to go through a gas station and in front of the restaurant. But when we went to eat breakfast, there were only 4 people in the area. Two were on one side eating and one on the other side eating with what I thought was a customer talking to him. I found only 2 biscuits and one small old egg. There was enough gravy for maybe one teaspoon and several pieces of sausage. We decided that even though there was more than an hour left before it closed, that was all it was going to be. We grabbed a couple of bowls and started on the cereal (which was old). By the time we had finished our cereal the "customer" (turned out to be over the kitchen) decided to quit talking and check on the food. He brought out some more eggs. We never saw any gravy or biscuits. He was also dressed with his shirt hanging out and white sloppy jeans. We saw no sanitation gloves. This ruined the place for me. If you can't do the kitchen or food right, I don't know what goes on when you're cleaning rooms. Won't be back.

I was in town for a funeral and to see family. My stay was a distracted one at best; upon leaving my clothes hanging in the closet, I was quickly contacted by the gentleman at the front desk and told he would be holding my clothing for me. It was so very nice that they would go out of their way for something I'd left behind rather than to toss it in a lost and found for it to remain there for all eternity like some other places might.

I was pleased with many aspects of this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bathroom was large, and the price as compared to similar chains was a good value. However, the sheets were noticeably scratchy. Average would be fine for me, both these were below average. That is the only reason I would consider a different place. Everything else was very nice, especially at the price point.

Overall clean and friendly, excellent bed. I was staying for a conference at Rose State College. Moments southeast of the college, this facility is much easier to navigate than the clump of hotels to the northwest. All the eateries, Starbucks, and local shopping you could wish for north on 29th Street.

I stayed there 1 night with my son. The staff were all very pleasant and the room was satisfactory. He loved swimming in the pool. The pool was indoor and had a bit of a closed-in smell, but it wasn't bad enough to leave.

24 hour coffee/hot chocolate availability; very friendly/attentive staff; no noise issues. Super breakfast; no Internet connection issues - even needed to have printing done - no extra charge here. spacious room, comfortable seating in room to work. Our second extended stay here and highly recommend.

We only stayed 1 night while traveling back home but the staff was great and room very clean and easy to get to... only trouble was leaving to find the entrance back to interstate hwy, otherwise it was great to have On the Border next door to have a meal.

My husband and I have stayed in a number of Best Western hotels. This one was by far, one of the better ones. It is located near an Air Force base but barely heard a sound. Great area and restaurants in area.

Happy to stay there! The bed was the only think I don't like it was very hard for my back . Like it to be a little more soft. Need to work on that ! Happy person with the stay will be back but will bring a soft support for bed.

Very nice property with an excellent staff. The hotel was fully booked, yet the staff handled everything very well and the property was quiet. The breakfast was well done and the common areas were spotless even with a full hotel. I highly recommend this property.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the internet was very slow. But overall it wasn't too bad I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Loved that the bed had a lot of pillows. The hotel room was 80 degrees when I walked in and I was unhappy with that.

The hotel was very clean and some updates had occurred since my last stay there almost seven years ago. Great Location !!! Right off I 40 !! Near shopping and many restaurants. Enjoyed everything about the hotel. The handicap room was one of the best we have had in any hotel. Bedding and pillows good quality. Roll in shower and equipment great. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel

I paid cash $102 for the room for one night on 3/8/2017 when I checked in. When I checked out on 3/9/2017, the male desk attendant would not give me a paper receipt. He said that I would receive a receipt via email. It has been 2 days and still no receipt. I can not prove that I paid for the bill. If Best Western sends me a letter and says that I did not pay, then I will seek legal advice.

We stayed here while visiting our son at Tinker Air Force Base. The hotel is just 3 minutes from Tinker Visitor Center and has lots of places nearby to shop/eat. It is also close to Oklahoma City if you would want to see some sites while there. Breakfast was good, free Wi-Fi and staff was super friendly. Airport is about 18 minutes away and ~$16 for an Uber ride. Very good location and a good deal for the money.

I booked my room, and planned to stay here for two night including Thanksgiving night. The desk attendant was curteous and lobby appeared clean. When I got to my room, I was overwhelmed with the smell of a cleaning product with a strong floral scent. It was so strong, that within minutes my throat constricted, and a headache began. I tried turning on the fan, and the smell became worse. Ten minutes later, I checked out of the hotel. I was offered anpther room, however the product used that created the smell is used in all rooms The desk attendant again was curteous, and issued a full refund. I could not have slept one night in this hotel.

Great value, good breakfast, location close to interstate, excellent beds, quiet clean caring people.!!! Will return and recommended to others. Maybe to far from city. This review requires to many words.

I've stayed at Best Western many times; and have always had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and quiet; the staff professional and helpful. The free breakfast consisted of a varied yet healthful variety of foods. The pool and gym were well maintained. The hotel is smoke free; and since there will probably always be smokers, I would suggest the management make a dedicated smoking area outside away from the entry doors.

The rooms were very nice. Not overly ornate but very nicely arranged. The WiFi was fast and the bed was very comfortable. The tub/shower was clean and the room did not have a faint smell of smoke as so many do. If I have another early appointment to OU medical or something in the area, I will stay here.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was well located and priced competitively. There was a good hot and/or cold breakfast with several options. It was a good stay.

Clean, comfortable, attractive. Good location. Quiet. Right next door to On the Border restaurant. Very good breakfast bar. Extra perks on breakfast like shredded cheese and salsa for eggs. Toppings for oatmeal. Handicap room has very good bathroom. Only quibble is the check in is too tall - people in wheelchair cannot see the people behind the counter.

Been here a few times and been to most of the BW in Oklahoma. I'm fairly particular with the places I'll stay and will always go back to places where the staff is excellent. I figure if the room is slightly less than perfect (this was particular, clean and well-kept) a good staff will make things golden. I think the day manager is great. Even if I feel like I'm being a pain, he's made it seem like it's a pleasure for him to help.

We found this to be a wonderful stop on our trip across the states. It was easy off and on I-40, plenty places to eat near by and excellent customer service. What we liked was the size of the breakfast area and nice selection of food offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

We attended a family function in Oklahoma City and chose to stay at Best Western. We have never been disappointed in any of their hotels. Always clean and always friendly helpful staff. Their hotel made our trip very pleasant. Great location.

Hotel is located near Tinker AFB and just off !-40. Very well built as the highway noise is not noticeable. Several stores and eating places just down the road which makes it nice when your tired from driving. Pool area was clean and didn't take your breath away from chlorine smell. Thought bed was a little hard but still rested well. Breakfast area was neat and clean, food seemed better than a few other hotels I've been at. Over all this was a good stay and will return next year.

The hotel looks fine and was convenient to where we were going. Had to wait for the clerk to finish her personal phone call (looking directly at me while talking on her cell phone) before being checked in. We stayed in room 115 and our guests stayed in room 201. The king bed in 115 was horrible. It felt like we were sleeping on a concrete floor. I could not sleep more than a couple of hours at a time. Our guests reported the same problem with two queen beds in room 201. As the main reason that I stay at a motel is to get a nights sleep, I wasted my money at this motel. I have rated this property a 1 due to the inability to get a night's sleep (what I paid for).

We are sorry about the bed issue. On Oct 5th our design team is coming to look at our place and give us a remodel plan and we have asked to make sure they put the beds on the plan once it comes so we can get new ones. The phone issue upon check in we did talk to the lady who checked you in and we are sorry that this had happened. we do hope you will come see us again. if not we do hope you have a safe trip home.

pool was very very very very cold, which was the only reason we went to this one.. kinda pointless and expensive. staff didnt smile, kind of just stared even when smiled at. grasshopper on the third floor wall that was weird.?

I have stayed now at this Best Western Plus so much now that I am now a Platinum Elite Member. The service is outstanding, rooms are extremely clean, indoor pool with a fitness center. Even has a laundry room onsite. A On The Border next door adds to the attraction of staying here, not to mention a shopping plaza basically across the street. Love it and will continue to stay here.

This motel is one of the finest we have stayed at. The staff was friendly and was able to help us out in any question we had to ask. The rooms were clean and comfortable and enjoyable. The motel was easy to get to.

I was working in the area and needed a place to stay for the night. Even with all the other choices I chose Best Western because I've always had quality rooms. The staff was exemplary and always have a great nights sleep and good breakfast the next morning. The convenient part was after a llong day at work , On the Border was right next door within walking distance.

My aunt and uncle came to visit and stayed here one night. They were supposed to say three nights however the smell was so bad, they cut the reservation early. It's old and we could have lived with that. However, when you stepped off the elevator to the third floor, it smells like you are in the middle of a smoke-filled bar. Supposedly they don't allow smoking in the hallway's on this floor with smoking and non-smoking rooms. It smelled so bad bad my allergies started acting up in my aunt and uncle's room (which was non-smoking by the way). Hey call to the front desk allow them to switch rooms to the second floor. Their room smelled like for breeze was trying to cover up something… They wouldn't allow them out of their reservation for that night but they were able to get out of the reservation for the next night.

This is one of the best of the Best Western hotels. Excellent facility easily accessible from US Route 40. Very clean, good breakfast and an excellent value for the price. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel and plan our trips from and to the East Coast to stay at this hotel.

I was quite surprised by how clean it was considering it's affordability. They even have a cleanable remote control!!! This should be mandatory in ALL hotels! I've read several articles about remotes being the most germ-infested spot in hotels and the necessity to use sandwich bags to touch them. I wasn't worried here! The staff is really friendly. The hot breakfast (not continental) is good. At night, the front door only opens with a key card or by the front desk attendant. Every room has a coffee maker, microwave, and decent-size refrigerator! They also include the standards like free Wi-Fi, parking, pool, & fitness center. If applicable, don't forget to ask for the senior rate. Yes, there are much cheaper places, but cleanliness, amenities, and safety definitely degrade with price.

Dear TeamHouston2016; You are very right about the remotes and also the door handles of hotel room are the high touch areas that are germ spots. We do hit all the spots with our cleaning but for the guest to be aware if also helpful for them. I agree i wish all clean remotes were required for all hotel brands. My family and I had a great time swimming in the pool and using the fitness center. We did not have any issues and I'm really glad they had a microwave and refrigerator for us to use. the beds were comfortable and The Ac was cold. I did not like being so close to a smoking room because we could smell the smoke walking down the hallways but inside our room we couldn't smell the smoke.

The hotel appears to have new management and staff. The hotel is improved in all areas. WE have stayed before and what we had this trip in June 2016 was top quality for us. Very kind and courteous. I will stay again.

My family stayed at this location for our family reunion. We could not have been more pleased. The hotel is close to the interstate, the beds were comfortable (I heard no complaints), and the staff was pleasant and very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great. It was a great stay for the value. The rooms were clean and I felt comfortable. Didn't see any creepy crawly things. I would recommend it to others.

Hotel was ok but the beds were super hard. Had several people staying at hotel and everyone said the same thing so it just wasn't 1 room. Some rooms also had a musty smell. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was close to family and places that I was wanting to go. Easy to navigate to and from. Close to interstate, but did NOT have the noise of the traffic. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean, but a little dated. Good enough for what I needed. The best thing about it was the 2 young ladies that checked me in. They were super sweet. It's located near several places to eat and shopping, which would have been great if I'd have had the time.

Hotel is exceptional, even when completely booked they make certain that your needs are satisfied. The hotel and grounds are well maintained and interior is excellent. The Manager and staff goes the extra step to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect. The swimming pool is great.

I always stay at this Best Western Plus in Midwest City Oklahoma since it is close to all the things I do while in OKC.. Right off I-40 and easy access to all the major freeways . The staff is very nice and interested in how my stay is going and if I require anything else. The motel is very clean and accommodating. I have never been disappointed with my stay here.

I enjoyed all the wonderful accomidations for our stay, the service was above excellent and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I will stay at the Best Western Plus every chance I get. There was very minimal noise from other floors or other rooms, we were not disturbed even though there were 3 high school track teams and other softball players staying at the same time. thanks for the good night sleep

Our family arrived on a Saturday afternoon after booking our room earlier in the week through Priceline ($15 less than Best Western's website). The staff gave us a king, smoking room. I had specifically requested non-smoking and my paperwork said non-smoking, double beds. One of our children has severe allergies and CANNOT be around smoking. I tried to work out a solution with the hotel. I was told that there was no solution because the smoking option was based on availability and there were only smoking rooms available. However, the hotel website said that there were 2+ non-smoking rooms available. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and said take it or leave it. After having the staff call the manager and talking to the Best Western 1-800 customer service, I still had no solution because according to Best Western: As unhealthy as smoking is, that is the ONLY Priceline option at this hotel. I even asked customer support about helping me book a room at a nearby Best Western with non-smoking, but she said that there was nothing available. Again, another lie according to their own website. I asked if I could upgrade even if it meant paying more--again I had only saved $15 through Priceline--she repeated that there was only the smoking room as my option. We had no choice but to either endanger our child's life and stay in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, or seek another hotel. We left and paid $100+ for a night at a smoke-free hotel down the road. I will NEVER use Priceline, nor stay at a Best Western again. They both would rather have empty rooms (according the website, the 2+ nonsmoking rooms were STILL available at 11pm) than offer a solution. NO customer service or even human decency. They watched us walk out the door with children and offered NO SOLUTION---even for additional money. They just don't care.

Attended the Oklahoma State Taekwondo Championship in Del City to cheer for our grandson. Close to everything needed. After a long day at the competition it was nice to have a short ride back to the rooms. Just to brag a bit, he is now the Lightweight OK City Sparring Champ 10-11 year old division USATaekwondo Organization and heading to Richmond in July for Jr Olympics and yes we will stay Best Western there too

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent! Comfortable bed. Room and bath were extremely clean with every amenity that you might need. Whenever I have business in the Oklahoma City area, the Best Western in Midwest City is where I will stay!

This hotel served its purpose for what we were there for. Played baseball all day and needed a place to sleep. Great breakfast was provided and swimming pool for the boys were wonderful. My boys called the hotel a "classic". Which I think meant it needed some updating within the rooms. It was compared to their grandparents house. Not really a WOW factor, but definitely served its purpose. We have paid the same amount or less at other hotels which we have given higher reviews in the Quality section. Staff very friendly and this hotel is in a great location with lots of eating options close by. Just my honest opinion!

The Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The fitness room had a variety of equipment and was clean. The breakfast offered was tasty and offered several choices. The hotel was in a good location for us and we would stay there again.

very nice room. used laundry facility. dryer and washer worked very well. breakfast was excellent. it was nice that rooms were inside and there were ice machines on each floor. would recommend this hotel. alittle difficult to find once off interstate

Usually I receive a better discounted price at the Best Western Hotels. Their prices had gone up and my discount price was still high for one night and for one senior citizen. I will check around for better pricing next time.

My original trip wasn't booked for this hotel. I was staying in a city 30 miles away and due to the abhorrent condition of the Quality Inn in Shawnee Ok I found this hotel at 9:30 on a Friday night. This hotel was clean, freindly, and all the amenities that were advertised were working and usuable. The staff was professional and accommodating in every way. A big Thank you to the hotel and staff here. You rescued our family when we needed it the most.

It might not be the Embassy Suites but for the money it is a nice clean hotel in a decent area. The hotel is near Tinker AFB and has plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is in kind of an unusual location so depending on what direction you are traveling, getting to/from it might take some doing.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever seen! I usually stay in 4-5 star hotels more than 60 days per year. Picked this Best Western because I needed the location. Boy was I surprised! The staff was wonderful and it had a full breakfast but the real treat was the unbelievable cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially the room. I will stay here again and again!

Rooms were nice, breakfast was above par, rooms were quiet could have been a slow weekend for the hotel. The beds were very comfortable except for the small pillows. Location was excellent for my destination. Plenty of businesses nearby to eat or anything else I needed. Only issues I had were the maid entering my room at 8 am and a toilet issue that was resolved with the loaning of a plunger.

This hotel is well located off the main highway, was very comfortable, and has easy access to shopping and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Price was reasonable and we would access this hotel again on our cross country trip from Kingston, Ontario, Canada to Palm Desert, California.

I certainly hope our stay here was an anomaly. There was so much air freshener I could hardly breathe; this is not normally a problem for me. I had to take the plastic air freshener dispenser out of the air vent and tie it up in the plastic ice bag. Tried to air out the room by propping the door open, but the hallway air was nearly as bad. Finally the smell got down to a tolerable level, and I actually had a fairly comfortable night. But I would not stay here again.

I have two words for this place: FRIENDLY and CLEAN! Staff in the front was wonderful to me during my check-in process. She was so nice and so friendly. The room was so clean! I love it when the bathrooms are so clean it looks brand new (the shower actually was brand new). I wouldn't change a thing. Stay here if you need a place while passing through. Other than the super fancy hotels, this place was the cleanest I've ever been in. Thank you Best Western in Midwest City! Oh, and breakfast was fresh and hot and good too.

The hotel is good and very clean. I would recommend it for anybody.However, the breakfast needs to be improved by adding more items.The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The people were welcoming except for the lady who served the breakfast who was very rude

always stay here as its easy to get to .. Very clean rooms. People are friendly . Lot of great places to visit and dinning with in an hour drive of this location. One of my favorite places to stay while in OKC

Everyone we encountered was super nice! After booking a room online, I realized that I had confirmed for the wrong date. I called the hotel and was told by the lady that answered that she fixed it for me. So quickly that I was amazed. We arrived, checked in and there were no problems with our reservation. The entire hotel was spotless! Our room was great, and we were very pleased! I highly recommend this hotel!

Location is good, value for the price is not. The service was good as is the case in most Best Western hotels. Our complaint is simply based on the poor value for the price paid. This hotel does not meet the standard for other Best Western Plus Hotels. Even if this were a regular Best Western, we would have the same complaint. Room was the smallest we have ever had.

Very nice motel and nice people. It was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We plan to stay there from now on when we visit our grand-kids. It is close to the Highway and shopping centers. The breakfast was very good, waffles and biscuits and gravy, also juice & milk with all the trimmings.

As far as Best Westerns go, this one definitely lived up to the standard. Staff was friendly, there was a fresh scent in the room, and a spacious bathroom. Very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of variety. I saw there was an indoor pool, but we were just passing through town and didn't have time to use it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great hotel! Stayed for one night to visit with my baby granddaughter and daughter. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was really friendly. Even though it was right off the I-40 and Tinker Air Base, there were no noticeable noise problems. Close to great restaurants and shopping. You'll love it!

We have come to count on Best Western hotels for a comfortable reasonably priced stay. The staff is always very accommodating, the rooms always nice. I just wished they served breakfast till noon. lol

The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of choices. We did not get to use the pool or fitness room but they looked very good. We would recommend this motel to anyone.

Convenient to highway. Nice hotel. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. I was on a solo motorcycle trip from Denver to Atlanta. I made OKC my overnight stop. I found this hotel on the east side of town, where I wanted to be, and took a shot. Glad I did. I'd stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was very good, with several items to choose from. We stayed during the time that the Oklahoma Fair was going on, and there was no problem getting our room. The swimming pool was out of order, so that was disappointing, but the comfort of the room made up the difference.

I should have been tipped off when check in took almost an hour. I'm not exaggerating. An hour. They have a "new system" and couldn't get my Discover card to run. I unloaded the car, moved the car, took phone calls, wrote email, surfed the net and read Facebook while they called and called and called and did nothing. Finally they just let me go to a room without being checked in, which, of course, they could have done at 5 minutes in but chose not to. I made the reservation about 6 weeks ago and was very specific about needing non smoking. They put me on the third floor which is half smoking and half non. The elevator reeks. The stairwells reek. The hallways reek. I called downstairs and asked why I was smelling smoke. I confess I'm not used to the ideas hotels still allow smoking. They tell me to come downstairs and they'll move me to another room. They do. On the second floor. Unfortunately, the same elevator services both floors so you still have to deal with the smoke there, or in the stair wells. When they moved me, the woman told me they hear complaints about smoking all the time from patrons. I asked why they don't change it. She looked shocked and said, "because I don't own it." I said, but if you hear complaints all the time, why doesn't the owner change it. She replied that would happen at some point. And just in case you aren't choking enough on what you can smell in the elevator and stairwells, they've conveniently put a bench immediately outside the front door, so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke from people sitting on it everytime you go in or out. Then they call while I'm at my event, and tell me they never got my card to go through and to come by and use a different card. Well, if I wanted to use another card, don't you think I would have in the first place? But, when I arrived at the desk, they told me they had figured it out. In fairness, none of the card thing was the fault of the local people, but whatever corporate office provides their card service. The local desk people were very kind and gracious, if a bit confused. On my second night, I come up to my room and my keys don't work, although I'd been careful to have them in my pocket with no other devices. So, I had to traipse back downstairs after a very long day and then back again. The room is passable, but barely. The bed is hard, there is no desk, only a table and two chairs. The chair upholstery is so dirty I put a towel over it before sitting on it. Nice fridge, microwave and TV. The carpet in this room is new. I'm in 211. I was here for a meeting and just had no free time once it started or I would have moved to another hotel. I booked this place based on its reviews, but those people must have stayed in another place and been confused. I certainly would not ever stay here again. The staff is friendly and wonderful, but there are just too many issues. I haven't even checked out yet. I'm fearful would sort of disaster that could turn into. There are other hotels nearby. Book one of those. As the title says, I'm held hostage here only by my exhaustion.

The area has become quieter since, the business next door is no longer operating. It's average for the area. It's near Tinker Air Force Base and Museum. And the Factory Outlets are within a short drive. Which, rewards the driving effort with bargains at the Polo Ralph Lauren, Bass Shoe Outlet, Dress Barn, Food Court and over 100 other shopping opportunities.
