Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was included and very nice. You order your breakfast at arrival before midnight and it is then prepared in the morning by staff at your choice of arrival time. Fresh, hot and served at your table. Staff were very nice.

You can walk right across the street to great restaurants. • Comfortable Rooms: The bed was super comfortable and gave me a great night's sleep. • Excellent Service: The staff is very pleasant and the hotel is kept clean with a nice atmosphere. • Smart Breakfast: You place your order the night before and choose a time, and they have it ready exactly when you requested. This is the second time we have stayed here. My number one must is cleanliness. This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. You are greeted the moment you walk in and offered a selection of beer and wine while checking in. You are given a link to order your breakfast from. You select the time you would like it and your hot made to order breakfast is served. This hotel has set the bar and I wish others met it. Thank you for another fabulous stay. We will be back.
We decided to stay here, instead of Lynchburg TN. The host and his wife are very nice people. They are very attentive and caring. The rooms are quaint and very clean. The area is exceptionally quiet. They have a wonderful happy hour, wine and great beers on tap! They cook your breakfast in the morning fresh, at the exact time you requested. This is a wonderful place to stay and very reasonable. Driving is very easy, so feel comfortable staying here, regardless of where you're going. 🙂
Facilities/grounds were well maintained and the rooms were very clean. Parking was exeptional! We were able to park just outside our door. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay... and we did. We stayed only one night, but we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. Getting a drink after a long day of traveling when we checked it was a great welcome. Breakfast was fresh and tasted great. I highly recommend this location.

I made reservations last yr 2025 for this yr 2026 Bonnaroo music festival. Mr&Mrs Patel were very professional courteous. Hotel was spotless! Made to order breakfast and cocktail hour was an excellent surprise &bonus. The rides to and from the festival were fantastic. Lots of walking at Bonnaroo. I could only rate 5 on here, but this lovely little hotel is a definite 10-10. Thank you for everything! See you next year :).

We stayed at the Lx for our first Bonnaroo festival. The hotel was very clean and updated. Location was very convenient as well. This is family owned and they are extremely nice and accommodating. We were offered a ‘welcome' drink upon arrival. The owner even gave part of our crew a ride home from the festival!! Would definitely stay here again next Roo!!

We've been staying at the LX for several years now. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and welcoming. The refreshments ain't half bad either 😁. Seriously the place is run how you wish all motels would be, clean and modernized rooms.

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give this place a try when our usual stop in Manchester was asking double our usual rate. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and clearly took pride in their business. While we had to order our breakfast in advance (no whims!), it was presented hot and fresh as ordered, and with a smile. The bed was comfortable and had a ton of pillows. We didn't love the barn door for the bathroom, but it was better than some we've seen. We'd be glad to stay here again in the future!

This a new BestWestern property. They had a cooked to order breakfast, a happy hour at 5pm and the rooms were nice. The bed was exceptional and I will clearly return if I need a room in Murfreesboro, TN.

We took a chance on this hotel and, so happy we did! Check in was easy, the hotel representative offered us drinks, recommended a great local restaurant, was so polite - just an all around great person. The room was spotless and the bed is so comfortable. Six pillows on the most relaxing bed I have ever slept on. If you are ever in this area, I would highly recommend this hotel. You will NOT regret it!

Great service, all the stafff was doing their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Free wine or beer upon check in and took breakfast order the night before so everything was ready for us. Nothing really fancy just a good old fashioned motel that takes care of its customers

We booked after checking reviews and were pleasantly surprised that the reviews were correct. Rooms were freshly cleaned and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was freshly made to order. It means no waste and everything was served hot or cold as it was supposed to come. The owner was on site and very outgoing without being annoying. We will definitely be back.
