Best Western Hotel Spinnerei Linz

Clean and modern hotel, nice restaurant and good breakfast Not far from the motorway Austria is showing the whole world how things could be done when you go to work not just for being there but to offer value

The bed is just great, i have never felt so well rested after a relative short sleep (allways went to bed after midnight and still woke up early fit and ready to rock and roll.) Foot was also very nice, but would strongly advise to book a table asap, the restaurant is very popular.

They proved to have zero customer orientation and care. I had a delay and when I realised I cannot arive in time (check in till 22:00) they told me they don't have any solution for me and my family, but they are covered by their regulations. So I had to do a different rezervation somewhere else in the neighbourhood. They just don't care and didn't even bother to think to such scenario, for which others have solutions. It is a pity, from pictures it looks nice and others were happy here, but for me it was the worst experience with a hotel, so I cannot recommend.
