Best Western Executive Inn Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie

I've stayed at this property a few times. Both times, staff was so friendly, and i was even able to borrow a charger. Being a BWP current hotel GM, I have high expectations anytime I stay at any property, and I'm going to be going back. Thank You to everyone at this property

I stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn Kenosha/Plesant Prairie Feb 29-March 3. We were in town for a sporting event at the nearby Plesant Prarie Rec Plex. On the second night of our three-night stay, I was woken up at 4:30am by a stinging sensation on my arms. I snapped the first photo at 4:30 as I tried to figure out what woke me up. I had been bitten by bugs!! The next morning I alerted the front desk staff and showed them the bites on my arms. They stared at me stone-faced and didn't seem to care. I was not allowed to switch rooms until hours later. In the meantime, I purchased hydrocortisone and took Benadryl, because the bites itched horribly. The hotel didn't seem to care that there were bugs in their beds, they seemed more concerned about me not telling other guests. My second room was not infested with bugs, but we checked out as soon as we could on the third day. I packed all of my belongings into contractor bags because I wasn't interested in infesting my car or house with the biting bugs from this hotel's beds. I was glad that my child's bed was not infested with bugs and he was not bitten. I received over 30 bites on my arms, face, hands, and back. I developed a severe allergic reaction to the bites and missed a day of work because I was embarrassed by the swelling on my face and lips. As soon as I returned home, I reached out to Best Western's corporate office and requested a refund for my stay. They said the hotel management would process that request. I also emailed the General Manager Mr. Patel and he has neither replied to my email nor my request for a refund. Don't stay at this hotel. They are infested with bugs in their rooms. The bugs are in their beds. And they will bite you.

From the moment we arrived, we had fantastic service, including a welcome bag of treats and two free drink coupons for the hotel bar. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast featured everything we could want, including omelettes and waffles, all fresh and hot.

We were not welcomed as gold members, offered the traditional water as gold members. Seemed like there were a party of kids everywhere we went, the lobby, the pool/hot tub was taken over by unsupervised kids, and was eventually closed down both nights we were there due to kids throwing up in the pool. Kids were running up and down the halls knocking on doors throughout the night. This is by far the worst experience weve EVER had at ANY Best Western!

This is a nice hotel with a great staff!!. Room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Hotel is located near I-94 with easy access. Nice lounge on premise. Plenty of Restaurant choice close and some within walking distance

love their cleanliness, friendly staff, hot breakfast. Bar or lounge opens at 5pm daily and they have some house created and mixed drinks which are so good. bar tenders are very knowledgeable and friendly too.

The Best Western in Kenosha Wisconsin is a beautiful hotel to stay at while traveling, it was very clean and orderly, the staff were all pleasant the breakfast was delicious and a nice lounge to enjoy a cocktail and unwind without having to leave the premises.

hotel was right off interstate with plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. They allowed us to check in early by an hour which was good. Breakfast was one of the better ones we have used

Staff was great. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Didn't go to the bar or restaurant as it was closed on labor day. Hot tub worked well. Pool was to cold to use. Did not get up in time for breakfast. Lots of restaurants close to hotel.

Pleased with our stay. Enjoyed pool and hot top both days we were there. Two bed room normal sized without carpet flooring. Nothing put of ordinary. Overall clean. It was close the Bristol Renaissance Faire. Close to Kwik Trip and restraunts.

Well decorated hotel in convenient location. with cordial staff, & great amenities in free breakfast, lounge, & fitness center Good dining options nearby. Would be perfect if three wasn't a charge for pets..

I love this place, friendly people, rooms are very reasonably priced. Pool area is nice to relax in, probably more during the winter months, now it is families in there but that is ok. Overall this place is great.

The best in the business, the staff, the bar, the pool and hot tub. Nik you rock and your staff follow an awesome leader. I know your Manager Patel is Proud. We will never stay at another hotel when we are in your area you guys made our trip awesome.-Larencia

Large selection of things to satisfy your pallet for breakfast and everything tasted so good! Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, that don't happen very often! Excellent bar for refreshments before retiring and the staff were extremely pleasant and help full! answered any questions with I had with professionalism!! I will stay at Best Western Executive Inn again!

On the last minute, we reserved a room here because it was just south of Milwaukee. Great luck and choice. Nice place, easy access to the highway and super friendly staff. The little lounge was perfect for relaxing after a long road trip.

When we got to the hotel. We walked in to check in. Once we checked in they asked us if we needed help with our luggage. They got us a bell hop cart to load up. They even assisted us by bringing the luggage upstairs as well.

The room was clean and they have a decent breakfast. My daughter enjoyed the pool. They also have a whirlpool. The room has a fridge and microwave. It is a quiet hotel. The staff were all friendly and checking in was quick and easy.

I was unsure how far I would get the evening we stopped at Best Western so had no idea what to expect. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. Of all the places we stayed on our family road trip this Best Western was by far the most pleasant and the best deal. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was the best tasting. This place by far out did the much more expensive place we stayed at in Minneapolis.

Giselle at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. All the staff interactions were friendly. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice assortment of items including a hot breakfast buffet and waffle makers.

we were in town for a sport event and spent the weekend in the spa suite. in addition the room was top floor and away from guests which was a BONUS. room was clean and the bed was comfortable in the suite you have a couch and small kitchenette, the frig was a little on the small side for storing left overs. the spa tub was amazing and clean, all the jets worked, be prepare to be filling it for a while, felt like they had a bath sink faucet filling it. the food was hot and prepared bright and in early. bonus there is a (Wawa of the north - convience store) next to the hotel and a mcdonalds if you really need pancakes at 5am, drive over i tried to walk over and the dinning area was closed (here i am sunday morning standing in snow in the drive up window order pancakes) anyway. you have food options. finally the gym was too small and cramp for me. i enjoy stretching and doing yoga. i just gave up on it and did that in my room. the pool and hot tube (was hot and working) opens at 7am. you need a pool card to get into the pool area. i was up early, did a little working in the tiny cramped gym, so i thought i go soak in the hot tub. Other hotels have been accomindating in the past when its off hours. NOT the night manage as i could gather, she said NO, pool opens at 7am. that was the bummer of the entire weekend. a little flexibilty for guest would go a long way. this is why i cannot give a 5. small gym and the opportunity for customer service for an early hot tub soaked left me high and dry.

I'm not going to lie, it's not a 5 star hotel but it's well worth the value. The staff were super friendly. The shower pressure was fantastic! The pool area and hot tub were great. Also the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk check in with Nick was a breeze. 3 day / 2 night stay= Attentiveness = checking to see if anything was needed by Jenni was above & beyond! Such a sweet gal! :) Great breakfast w/other guests was a kick @ 6:30 am. Highway/construction workers were so kind & sweet way to start the day! Will choose to stay here every time!

Raj Patel, Nik Patel and front desk clerk Stephanie went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 40 people total, with rooms and allowing us to use room for our party. They were friendly & helped in all of our needs.

I was working between chicago and wisconsin I picked this hotel for it's location. a good pick for me I usually stay at best western for price and for cleanliness. this fit both. I would stay here again no problem.

Called to request an early check in if room was available. Was told yes but there would be a $30 charge. I had a reservation, was ready paying for the room, I'm not sure the reason for the charge. I declined. Place was pretty shabby.

We always take the Bus from O'Hare to Kenosha and again back to the airport. The hotel is a minute walk to the Brat Shop where we catch the bus. We have always had good service at the Best Western and we always get a good night's sleep. And the price is right!

ok to stay for awhile. We had no problems when we were there. Would stay again. Breakfast should be served until a least 10 am , some people sleep a little later, when there on vacation. Isn't that the point of vacation?

We stayed at the hotel one night to go to the Ren Fair and we enjoyed our experience. Everything was clean in our room and worked. The breakfast was amazing with variety and quality(for a hotel breakfast anyway). All employees were friendly and the WiFi worked amazing for it being a hotels.

Good location and a quiet room. The maid service of towels, trash can emptied etc.. never happened. Breakfast was less than average and very bland everything. Orange juice tasted like OJ and apple juice mixed. I expected a lot better for the price I paid!

The hotel/room/pool area was very nice and clean! That is something I specifically look for. The breakfast was also very good with a variety of food.. I wish the refrigerator in my room would have had a freezer as I would have liked to refreeze my ice pack from the day but that is such an insignificant thing

Easy access right off the freeway and easy to get to our other destination in the Kenosa area. We had very nice HOT breakfast options and room was spacious and clean. Overall great hotel for the price.

Excellent service highly recommended. They cater to all my needs even when I check in late without reservation. Breakfast is delicious. Pool and hot tub are very nice also. Kwik trip is next door along with brat stop very convenient. Rush street in house bar is also convenient

Hotel was fine, but Fox news blaring on every TV in every public area, lobby, breakfast room etc. No thanks. I hope they have enough MAGA customers to be successful, but I am not going back to be propagandized while I eat my waffles.

This was a good choice for our stay near Kenosha. The room was just fine, and the location good with several restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast, though the standard hotel breakfast, seemed extra good.

Great place to stay for value. Pool and hot tub was nice and breakfast was amazing! You must try the pancake Machine! Guest service was nice and friendly! Room was clean and a/c worked great. Tv was kinda small but other then that everything was great!

Biggest issue was that when staying at a hotel you are charged at time of check out not checking in. For some reason that did not happen here. King bed in an odd shaped room with the door having to slammed shut. Water pressure was low along with not much hot water for 2 people to take a shower. Breakfast was small and tan out quickly with no one around to stay on top of it for guests. I can recall 2 times where I saw someone at the front desk. When checking out no one was around. Would not stay at this location again for the $205 they charged for a night.

Were in town for a Job interview for my son, Hotel was very class to interview location, Was clean staff were above and beyond super friendly , If you stay as they recommended to me walk over to the Brat Stop you won't be disappointed! I would have liked 2 longer pillows instead of 4 short ones. reason for my sleep rating being average. comfort of bed was reasonable

Great service, nice rooms, good value for the price of the stay! Staff was friendly and accommodating and, due to some circumstances that arose during our stay, they graciously allowed us to stay a couple additional hours beyond our check-out time, which was very helpful!

Never here again, I would find near by hotels which seems better accommodating. Outdated rooms, and building. $100 for 1 night, really? Bit pricey for the condition of the hotel. It's going downhill no doubt about that. bar looks even dated

I have stayed at several other hotel chains in the area because I goto Kenosha weekly for work. They have been the best hotel that I have stayed at by far! All the staff members are great and super friendly. They take very good care of me and I enjoy staying there.

Check in was easy as well as check out. Everything was as i would expect at a hotel. Breakfast wasnt the best, but cant complain for a free breakfast. (mainly just wasn't a hot breakfast as expected).

My experience at this hotel was excellent and every member of the staff was extremely enjoyable to work with. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone. Also the restaurants and places to visit right down the street from the hotel was also.

This hotel was very clean, including the room and lobby. The breakfast was adequate compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the past. The front desk staff upon check in, were kind and courteous. Overall we had a positive experience and would stay here again.

Nice Hotel, friendly people, very clean, pool was great, nice room, The hotel is located perfectly. Right off the highway. Brat Stop right next door. That's a plus. Close to a lot of fun things to. Went to Renasaince Fair in Bristol. That was different!

We've stayed here in the past and were quite satisfied. We'll definitely be back. The property was cleaner and the staff friendlier than our last stays at a major chain. Great location. Breakfast options were not all carbohydrate bombs.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would change is the pool. It is a little on the small size. The breakfast wasn't the best. The bacon was greasy and the pancakes were like rubber, couldn't even cut them with the plastic knife.

Hotel room was very dirty, cigarette burns on curtains, black/green in shower, black window seal, horrible smell of mix of smoke and cleaning supplies as someone attempted to cover up smell. Very expensive

Conveniently located just off the interstate within easy distance to eating options, gas stations, and shopping. Three-year-old grandson managed to get himself locked in the bathroom and staff was very quick to get him out before he freaked. They got us rooms on the first floor so the kids didn't disturb other people. The pool and hottub were nice after a long day on the road. Staff was very nice, and the rooms were comfortable.

The room was unclean, the bed was an old spring mattress ready to be thrown away. Worst sleep ever. The staff was rude and no one helped when we asked. The bartender/restaurant staff were unaccommodating and the front desk night attendant made rude and unprofessional remarks to us. When we called him on his behavior, he replied, "What do you expect, I'm lazy. That's why I'm the night guy!"

Irena Kitchen staff member went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed , I was very impressed with her All Star service! Julie another Hotel staff member helped us bring our luggage cart back to the Hotel so that we can get on our way. You get the best Hotel service you will ever experience !

This hotel has not been updated in decades. Save your money and stay at new hotel Springhill suites across the street for same price. Every chair in pool area was ripped, dirty pool. Rooms and bathrooms were outdated. Old heat and AC kept clanking.

Linda at the front desk was amazing! She was very helpful and accommodating with our group and with the pool procedures due to Covid restrictions. The bed was very comfortable. Overall cleanliness and hotel experience exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Spacious room. If you look older modern appearance then this is the place to go. Check in / Check out was easy. I didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities because of the quickness of my trip.

We have stayed at this hotel and have always had a great experience.. My only suggestion would be to use fabric softener when washing the towel. There were plenty of towels but drying myself was like using sandpaper. The young lady at the desk was wonderful and very efficient. The "grab-n-go breakfast offered plenty of options and was very good. We will definitely be back.

The photos online made this hotel look much nicer than it was. My 3 daughters stayed here after a day of shopping and by the time we actually went into bed, there were blood stains on the white sheets on my daughter's side!! We were too tired to bother switching rooms so my one daughter slept on the other bed and I just stayed on my side. YUCK!

The hotel has been recently updated, the room was very clean and the shower was one of the best I have ever had. The host were very polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very pleasant stay!

My partner and I decided for a little getaway from everyday life and responsibilities and decided to stay here. Although the pool was not operational, everything else reached and exceeded our expectations. Very clean and the service was impeccable. We will stay again.

Hotel was close to airport shuttle stop and near restaraunts. The staff was very helpful gave directions to shops on the otherside of interstate. Gave us extra towels. The bar had nice selection of drinks

Reservations for this location was very easy. This Best Western is located in a very easy accessable location just outside of Kenosha and next to I94. The rooms were easy access and comfortable. Our room was well equiped and all devices such as refrigurator and micro wave were new looking. A very nice stay even during CORVID 19.

We paid $114/night -- and discovered we were locked into a non-refundable situation when we found a $60 room rate nearby. At the hotel, we observed holes and breaks in walls and tile -- albeit with nice paint on the top. It would be a fine hotel at $60/night -- but was nowhere near nice enough for the price we were forced to pay.

No drinks, balls or music allowed in pool area. That would mean you are having too much fun according to the front desk. We were told to get rid of our drinks (which were not glass) our ball, our music because it LOOKED like we were having a pool party. We made friends with other guests and were all co mingling together and having innocent fun and were told to stop. No one was out of line, causing destruction or acting inappropriately. We were totally confused and didnt understand the reasoning as there is no sign saying any of those things were unacceptable.

Property felt new. Very clean. No smells. Room large and clean. Pool and hot tub awesome, towels available at pool. Breakfast delicious. Just be careful, black ice in parking lot. Great value for rate below $80 per night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Executive in Kenosha, WI. The hotel is well located off of I-94 and WI 50. We decided to stay in the area after some appointments to Christmas shop in the area. A relative used to live in the area and we miss some of our favorite local shops. The rooms were nice. The pool/whirlpool was clean and very relaxing after a couple of days in the car and shopping! The staff was friendly! They had a puzzle out in the lobby for guests to gather around. Just a friendly place. We would definitely stay here again!

We looking for a hotel to stay for 1 night in our last minute, and we got a great deal by booking at BW website. The entrance and the lobby was nice and clean and smell so good. The reception is helpful and clearly told us all the information. We very enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was awesome, they have a big breakfast room with nice view. The room that we stay was so nice and big. Definitely come back

I stayed a month here while working. It was very pleasant. The bed was really comfortable. Food in the lounge/restaurant was very good. Service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect.

My room smelled like mold. The bathrooms were incredibly small. And 2 queen beds turned out to be 2 full size beds. And on top of that they charged my card twice and they will not refund the second charge on my account.

Our mini room fridge stopped working and when we went to complain the front desk lady had an attitude while trying to fiddle with the mini fridge it was taped over and had MOLD! Will not be staying again.

Great old hotel with good employees. $160+ in Kenosha! OMG, I'll plan ahead. Small bathrooms, otherwise all good. Clean, safe and pleasant stay Food and Beverage OK, even with a full house things were filled regularly.

Great hotel in the Kenosha, WI area. They have a bar and grill, decent breakfast and all the other amenities. Very close to Lake Michigan and the revitalized shore and harbor area. Seems they have quite a bit going on there from Spring through Fall.

Don't bring your kids. The other guests hate children. I checked in at 330 with my family. By 350 I was told I was gonna to be thrown out because guests said we were being to loud. Kids get excited and run back and forth. They were not being that loud. Is 330 pm really quiet hour? Had there been another hotel available I would have left right then!

Newly remodeled. Very clean. The staff is incredibly welcoming. I loved the puzzle. I stay here once a month and would never consider staying anywhere else. Close to the expressway and good dining. Ask for the Texas Roadhouse coupon.

As the parent of children with food allergies, dining options tend to sway my decisions often. I choose Best Western Hotels, because they always have options for my children at the continental breakfast. One of my daughters is allergic to milk and eggs. We can always find soy or almond milk for her at Best Western. During our trip to Kenosha, Best Western Executive Inn not only had silk, but they also had vegan butter. Additionally, they prepared fried potatoes. My wife asked if she could see the ingredients. To our surprise, they were not prepackaged, and the employee was able to named everything she used to make them.

I stay in Best Western hotels often and this was not very good compared to the other ones. The hotel was pretty dated and was one of the older looking hotels I've been to recently. The rooms were average, beds were fine but the bathroom was really small. Breakfast offering was alright I guess, average quality, warm food. The potatoes were almost tasteless, there was cereal but they ran out of milk. The coffee was good. There are definitely better hotels for the price.

On mini vacation and booked Best Western. Linda who was the check in person was very friendly and helpful. I had spoken to her the day before to make reservations and then upon arrival was greeted by her. The hotel was very clean and nice. I even checked some of the stairways and they were clean. Did not find any cobwebs anywhere. Chocolate chip cookies are always nice in the evening too. Breakfast was good as they alternate between sausage and bacon on the menu. Overall experience was great.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Mall of America and this was a great stopover. First and foremost, Eleanor was awesome. One of our favorite front desk clerks ever. She was warm and pleasant and suggested great places to eat and shop in the area. We paid a fair price for a clean and comfortable room. The hotel is easily accessible from I-94 at Exit 344. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stop over night.. Very easy to find and welcoming staff. We enjoyed the room which was quiet and nicely decorated and love the fact they have done away with those wasteful little plastic shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles. The king size bed was very comfortable. They have friendly and helpful people on the desk and made it quick to check in and check out.

Your average hotel stay. Negatives: it took a long time to check into the hotel, staff wasn't very friendly, and the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet so the bathroom was definitely tiny. Positives: room was clean and a decent size, the king sized bed was comfy and we had plenty of pillows.

Arrived at my room to the smell of dirty socks which was coming from the air conditioner, went to look for a tissue to wipe my daughters nose and all I found was an empty box, other than that I cant complain

I've stayed here before and still have no complaints. This time around I actually ran into several issues but the staff was super helpful and swift in getting them resolved. The only thing I dont like if some of the other guests but we cant all be great! Definitely a good, clean, professionally staffed placed to go.

Place is clean & updated. Breakfast definately adequate. Personnel were the best. Very easy accessibility. When the check in clerk learned of the reason of my stay (family member hospice), she gave me a room that would be quiet (many athletic teams were at hotel).

The staff at the Best Western in Kenosha are EXCELLENT!! Very personable and friendly!! They went above and beyond to make our group stay accomodating. We will definitely come again! Eleanor--the desk clerk was above the top great!!!!!

What a great staff! TOP NOTCH SERVICE! First we worked with Eleanor directly via phone to help our mid-sized group figure out last minute room situations, she was kind and very easy to work with. The next day, we worked with ANDY via phone to help solve an emergency change in plans. Both Eleanor and Andy are excellent staffers who make me want to come back to this hotel! They really went above and beyond to impress our small group of 'sports moms' and we strongly recommend you give this hotel a try due to their excellent team. KUDOS! What awesome customer service!

We had a short stay, but were very pleased with everything. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The AC/heat unit worked very well. The beds were comfortable. The room had nice amenities such as a blow dryer, iron/ironing board, microwave, fridge and access to a washer/drying on the same floor as well as a vending machine and ice. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of things from cereal to bacon. The indoor pool was a nice size & the hot tub was great with enough room for about 12 people. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go back here again.

Great experience. We live just few minutes away. We go for the pool and breakfast. Beds comfortable, rooms were clean, excellent front desk staff, convenient & close to many things to do. A bit disappointed in breakfast bc food was served lukewarm but thankful for it being an option.

We really enjoy staying at this Best Western. Our son says we are creatures of habit, but why change something that is good and fits our needs. The staff was very happy and helpful. Your internet is set up to get boarding passes for our flights super easy. Breakfast provides everything anyone might want. The mattress was super comfortable.

Love this motel and staff. We stay here almost every week and it is like our home away from home. In the few times that we have had any issues the staff has been amazing about fixing it very quickly and to our happiness

Friendly staff,Clean room, bed comfy, breakfast is OK Elevators are a bit slow, but they work. close to the outlet mall for shopping Free pool in the bar We stayed there a St. Baldrick's event at the Brat Stop we got back around 2 am and the front desk staff was so friendly even at that time. We always stay here when we are attending this event. Have done so for the last 13 years.

Poor value for actual cost and service received.1 “out of order” treadmill in the exercise room, desk staff could not tell me when or if it would be replaced or repaired. Breakfast offering was poor, low quality, lukewarm food to go along with the lukewarm coffee and tea. Plus, the breakfast pastry was cut in half before being made available for guests. Bath toiletries were cheap, poor quality, in bulk dispensers. No chair in the room, furnishings and bedding very outdated.

Overall, this hotel is an amazing place that is worth paying up for. The building itself may not be perfect and the comparable hotels in the area might seem like a better choice, but the amazing staff is what makes this place worth every penny. Their hospitality truly makes you feel at home. Also, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful for the most part since most people do not find this hidden gem. The only thing I must warn you about is that this hotel is not hypoallergenic. I visit each year and experience allergy-like symptoms. So... people with allergies, DO NOT stay here!

I stay in this hotel when I visit my family and I will continue to come back. It is clean and quiet. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. My children and I love the breakfast. The beds are comfortable.

Stayed for extended length of time and the staff were great at meeting our needs. The coffee maker in our room repeatedly spit out water with black chunks (I tried 4 times just in case it was just left over coffee grounds but it wasn't). Not sure what it even was, but I only run water through as I brought my own Starbucks Via instant coffee packs. I advised the staff that next morning and I just switched to warming the water in the microwave. Breakfast was okay except the eggs always tasted like rubber. However, this is sadly typical of hotel eggs and wasn't a surprise or a hindrance as there were many other options available. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! If you mind the noise from the karaoke bar on the weekends, don't stay on the first floor right next to the lobby! They happily warned us and offered a different room, but we needed the handicapped access so that Saturday night was a bit rough. Also, the gym is basically nonexistent due to missing pieces for some equipment and others out of order.

Great location close to the on ramp for I-94, yet very quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is the usual American buffet with 3 choices of cereal, several types of bread, eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. Walking distance to restaurants and there's a gas station nearby so you can fill up before heading out for the day. Would definitely stay here again!

I think we had new carpeting which gave off a chemical odor that we noticed immediately. Fortunately the windows were operable and had screens, which we appreciated, so we aired out the room with the help of AC and bathroom exhaust fan, and this took care of the problem.

The front desk woman Elenor (I believe her name was) she is amazing!! I had a problem with my best western gift card. She called for me and helped me figure it out. It was corporates fault .. long story short. She was great! I can't say enough about how fabulous she was.Room was clean, bar had a few couples in it bartender was nice and quick. Breakfast was good I saw the woman always filling and making everything neat and picked up. I would definitely stay here again

Jennifer who we met at the front desk when we checked in was so efficient, pleasant & welcoming. Just the kind of person you need to greet you after a long drive. The hotel was excellent too. Room beautiful, comfortable and immaculate, WIFi & TV worked well. Excellent hotel with exceptional staff.

Well run property. Safe, convenient location. This is a good choice. They accept CLC, parking ok for tractor, limited space for a few campers. No place to plug in block heaters. Friendly staff. Bar just off the lobby which is very nice. Fitness center adequate, could be a bit larger.

We had a family wedding here. The acoustics were not the best. The sound from friendly conversations was a bit overwhelming, but a beautiful spot with lots of room for nearly 300 people. The room was silent other than our room fan, which was much appreciated. The hot tub was hot and yummy. The breakfast was pretty comprehensive and well tended.

The front desk welcomes you and are very friendly and helpful. Ask any question about the area, and you have yourself a few suggestions. Stayed here for 1 week for business, and slept pretty good each night. Air conditioner is a little loud, but not too bad. Its nice the windows open so you can get some fresh air when the temperature is lower. I could hear some road noise, but that has to be expected in any hotel. Never checked out the pool, but saw quite a few people there each day. Breakfast is a pretty standard continental breakfast. Don't expect anything more. The staff is very friendly. I would like to make sure that everyone knows. Clean rooms.

Hotel is very clean great staff and breakfast was very good and hot..Rooms were a nice size and had just what you needed in them. Bathrooms were a little on the small size. Very clean and beds were comfortable

Room was spacious for my family of five. I had two pack and plays and still plenty of space in our two queen bed room. Very clean and in great condition. Bed was very comfy. The hotel was very quiet even on the weekend. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. They were very helpful as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again or at another Best Western.

After noticing hair accumulated in the corner of the bathroom, I notified the front desk. I requested extensive cleaning for the bathroom. When returning the next afternoon, the hair was still there. T

Whenever my wife and I are traveling overnight, we always choose to stay at a Best Western hotel if one is in the neighborhood. Why Best Western? It has been our experience that Best Western knows how to treat its guests and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We've never had an unpleasant experience at a Best Western, from Kenosha to Murfreesboro to Gainesville and elsewhere. Our most recent stop was at the Best Western Executive Inn at 7220 122nd Avenue in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Located at the intersection of I-94/US Route 41 and Route 50 in Kenosha, the four-story, 114-room hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a large room with a king-sized bed and more amenities than I can count, including free wi-fi, internet access, spa, indoor swimming pool, 32-inch TV, microwave, refrigerator, ATM, concierge, elevator, dry cleaning, fitness center, 24-hour business center, even a pool table. In addition, there are two restaurants and a bar/lounge. We discovered to our delight that we didn't have to leave the building to enjoy breakfast and a later dinner. The hot buffet breakfast is complimentary with pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, meat, pastries, yogurt, toast and juices. Later, in the Rush Street Lounge, which serves from 4 p.m. onward, we enjoyed a 1/2 pound of beer battered shrimp with fries and fish and chips with battered cod fillets and fries. On our travels, north or south or east or west, for an overnight accommodation, we always look for a Best Western.

Stayed here for work. Excellent helpful staff. Pool, hottub, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent value. Here for business and would definitely return. Lots of parking free buffet style breakfast included

We stayed at this Best Western while dropping off our son going to college. Although this hotel was not the closet to college, we like its location and the price. We were not disappointed. We will be back this year. Good Job

While I did have a roof over my head the space below was not air conditioned. The air conditioner was not working. I honestly thought the price was too high for this room or any room but we needed a place to stay. The breakfast was most enjoyable so I guess things look better int he morning...

We attempted to stay an evening while on a family trip. We booked a room, and went out to dinner. Came back to use the pool, and there were some men in the pool area drinking. One looking to pick a fight, and began to threaten my husband in front of the kids. We left the pool area and went back to our room. My husband later went outside for a cigarette, and found decals torn off the car. The man saw him outside and threatened to kill him, clearly drunk and high on something. He tried to drag him into his room, but my husband managed to get away. We let the management know, but nothing was done other than saying we can call the cops if we like. We decided to leave, as we were sure our car would not be in one piece in the morning(not to mention the trouble we'd have if they figured out what our room was). We were told by the desk clerk that management would call us on the situation, but they did not. They got their money, so what do they care. The facilities were nice enough, but I get the feeling this is a hovel for riff raff to stay. Desk clerk didn't seem at all surprised or alarmed; must happen all the time! While she was helpful on seeing us to the door, I couldn't help but be a bit alarmed by how common place it seemed.

We stayed here during the Illinois swim meet this past weekend. It wasn't bad for the price. It would not have been our first choice, as I prefer something higher end, but we booked late for the meet so most places were full. The Inn itself is a bit tired, the bathrooms are extremely tight, and our tub filled up with water due to a clogged drain. However, the rooms are clean and very quiet and the beds are comfortable. The location is good, and it is right off the highway and right near multiple places to eat. Also, the have a good free breakfasting in the morning. Finally, the front desk lady was a doll. As someone who travels a lot, I often take note on how well the front desk reception treats patrons. I must say, she was one of the friendliest and most helpful a I have ever come across, even better than most four and five star resorts.

We had a 2 night stay that was highly disappointing. After being a card carrying Best Western Club member, I was expecting more perks and service, which we had gotten at other Best Westerns. Not so here! Although the facade is clean, and by all appearances well run, the actual people that work here do a poor job of customer service. There is this very correct card in your room that tells you to save sheets by not having them changed during your stay, reusing your towels, etc. Well, in the midwest we like fresh towels every day due to the high humidity levels. We enjoyed a morning spa so left the do not disturb card on our door so we could wash up when we were done and THEN have the room cleaned AFTER we left at about 11am. We placed the card on the pillow as directed to just have them make up the bed instead of changing sheets because we like to be eco friendly and placed our used towels on the bathroom floor so she would know to change those out. We then removed the do not disturb card it had only been there about 1 hour. We saw the housekeeper down the hall cleaning the check out rooms, so figured she could do ours in the afternoon. When we got back at 1pm it was still not cleaned, so we called the front desk and asked to have our room serviced. She said it would be taken care of. When we got back to our room close to midnight, the room had not been touched, so we called the desk and said we our room had not been cleaned, she reported to us that the maid skipped it because we had a do not disturb sign out!? Really, is that her excuse to skip a room? It was only on the door for an hour! And what of our 1pm phone call when we said it could be cleaned? What time do the housekeepers knock off anyway? We were told to fetch our towels at the desk if we wanted them. No one ever came to make up our bed or removed the wet ones. We told the front desk person that we would place the wet towels out in hallway floor, she said ok. They were still sitting there in the morning! Also, the elevator floor was always wet due to pool users and never dry mopped, this is a slip hazard! There is a management/communication problem here! I would think with so much competition in the area, they could do better. We also saw the same piece of trash on the 4th floor hallway for almost 24 hours before it was removed. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. I felt cheated since I paid the same rate for both nights, but had no room service!

There was a odor on our carpeting. However due to my surgery recovery we did not want to be inconvenienced in moving to another room-so we instead purchased a neutralizing spay to use on the carpeting. The swimming pool was cloudy for the entire 3 days we were there. The best part of the stay was the host that checked us in and the bed was comfortable.The room (kind) was small and the bathroom was tiny, cannot shut the door once seated, so to speak.

I was on my way home. I have stayed here over the past years on way home from work in Mi..The hotel was very clean inside and out. The rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful with a problem I had with a/c unit not cooling. It was late so night manager moved to another room down the hall. This a great place to stay and is close to attraction and places to eat.

We have stayed at this hotel exclusively for the last 4 years while our daughter was in college. Much of the staff we have encountered have been there all 4 years.and take great care of each of the guests. Breakfast is excellant!

We needed to stop after driving many hours. Hotel was clean. The bathrooms are small. Some rooms have sofa with king beds and some do not. The breakfast was extensive and adequate. Large breakfast room.

Place was clean. Front desk people were nice. Person at the front desk asked if we were part of the wedding party that checked in before us. We told her no, we were there for business. She said she would switch us to a different room that was away from the wedding party to make sure we got a good nights sleep. It was perfect! We didn't hear anyone the whole time we were there. Check in was a little slow because it was busy. Nice place for the price. Would stay here again.

Was welcoming to have friendly desk people, see inviting lounge area, and a soft bed! The adult lounge is well suited for groups to relax at tables and not just sit at a bar. Large hot tub and large pool, clean, relaxing.

I've been to this hotel quite a few times and I'm always satisfied with everything. The staff is awesome and you pay a fair price here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. And there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. And the hotel is right off of I-94/I-41, but you don't even hear the traffic going by. Definitely a great place to stay

I needed to stay overnight at the last minute and found the hotel very accommodating with my last minute stay. They were very friendly. I enjoyed the convenient and extensive breakfast. The hotel was very clean and well decorated.

Very disappointed in my stay on 2/3. Front Desk was on her cell phone when I was trying to check in, than she placed us right by the elevator she did however move me to a different room but had to get her attention since she was outside smoking. Was waiting to go to the hot tub since there was at least 7-10 people in there and kids going back and forth from pool to the hot tub. When I finally went down there about 7:30 sat down for no more than 5 mins since it was cold and hair and whatever else was floating in it from the kids not being watched by parents who thinks it's a good idea to have alcohol beverages at the hot tub. From the hot tub to the shower I went than I'm ready to just go to sleep and music is so loud I call to front desk and ask when the bar will be closed mind you I'm on the 3rd floor, when I call down she goes oh I was about to call you and let you know the hot tub is open I said no I'm good can you tell me when the bar closes she was like oh 1am I asked if she was serious she said yes we have karaoke I'm like no I was asking because it's loud and I'm trying to sleep oh she said. Seriously not at all what I was expecting well the next day comes I wake up and low and behold my hair is green (NOPE DIDN'T GO IN THE POOL). The front desk clerk for the morning shift goes oh you went in the pool, I'm like no I didn't obviously she was shocked also. She took all the information down and passed it to the GM he then called me and was not apologetic or anything he just goes well I didn't take your points. Your right you won't take my points since it was horrible. He didn't say anything else like is there anything I can do for you just I didn't take your points and bye. I'm not to happy with this location. And mind you I'm in Florida with my kids during spring break and the Bestwestern there is fantastic and friendly. I will also be writing to corporate.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and comfy!! Bar was a plus and bartender was a great person!! Room was very clean!! They even leave the cushions up on the couch in room to show they clean it, which I have never seen and was a nice touch!! Pool is open till 11 which is great!! Staff were very friendly and helped advise on dinner and even buying cheese!! Hotel was also right off the highway which was very convenient!! Overall great place!!

Check in was great, hostess was fun but I sure wish she had put us in a different room. When we made it upstairs, and I opened the room door, it was cold. The wife used the washroom and I turned on the heat. The thermometer on the heater read 44F I said we should ask for a different room but the we didn't. I set the heater at 72 F and it never did make it there by the time we left the next morning. Breakfast was ok for continental and plenty of hot water. A gentleman whom I assume was an employee helped me brush the snow off my truck. I understand trying to save some money and not heat all the rooms but you could at least go turn up the heat in a few rooms anticipating guests.

I stayed here for three nights for my best friends wedding being held in town. Right off the bat when I checked in the woman working the front desk, Linda, was incredibly receptive and accommodating. There were 130 guests for the wedding that were staying at the hotel and the hotel put us all on the same floor. It was incredible to be near all of the other guests there, especially old friends and family we hadn't seen in a while. This was a great move on the hotels part to put us all together as a block. The bar is open pretty late and we even had a mini get together before the wedding one evening and there was enough room for more than 15 people. Definitely recommend this hotel for larger groups, all of the staff is very accommodating within reason. Great location as well!

Best Western Diamond Select Member. Based on conversations with staff of authority at this property, it is very apparent and outright expressed that Best Western's most frequent guests are a problem. Specifically, it is due to frequent guests usually paying a lower rate for stays. Accordingly, ownership and/or management have determined that they will not be recognizing elite status earned by members, nor any of the benefits earned with such status. In fact, I was specifically told to my face that BW elites were less desirable, as they spend less money and cost the chain money when they redeem points or gift cards. Furthermore, this property will likely try and defend their position by citing that there was no qualifying stay. This would be in direct violation of the BW Rewards Program rules which state, “Individual hotel rooms that are billed directly to a corporate account but where you are individually responsible for authorization of settlement at check-out constitute an Eligible Stay.” So, their excuse does not carry any weight. Regardless, frequent travelers should indeed honor this property's wishes by staying someplace else, where your frequent stays are desired and valued. A FREELOADER I surely am not. Therefore I will avoid this property at all cost. You should too.

Me and my wife Jojo, really had an awesome time at the Best Western hotel in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The staff make us feel at home, every time we stay there. The Rush Street bar is a nice place to meet people. And their fried mushrooms are very delicious. Carl McGee

No working hot tub and staff had not ETA on repairs( this is the main reason we stay at best westerns) . Someone would call our room at 5:22 AM each day( 2 day stay). Staff offered no resolve. If we would have stayed for a 3rd night we would have left phone off the hook.

Large guest room, clean, comfortable. Staff professional and courteous. Convenient location, not real far from Kenosha lakeshore, nightspots, music.. Bar-lunge is friendly and pleasant, good drinks, okay bar food and popcorn. Pizza is fine.

We stayed four nights in early Dec 2017. Hotel is well maintained, clean and beds comfortable. No issues with parking, noise level (in room). Breakfast is good and well stocked. After 4 days it is a bit boring but same can be said for all chain hotel/motel breakfasts. Access to Interstate Highway is a bit tricky but okay after one learns the route. My complaints (otherwise rating would be a 4 of 5). 1. Bathroom is incredibly small - the door clears the toilet by 1-2 inches. It is one of the this bathrooms in which the door is useless or one has to always open and close the door to get to toilet and bath/shower area. 2, Lighting in swimming pool area is inadequate.

It was meedyoca...to say the least...no available tractor trailer parking on site... I had to park on someone's else's property...hoping not to get towed...which was next door... unable to see it from my room

Very clean & spacious rooms. The staff was terrific !! The staff was helpful and the hotel is close to the Interstate, yet, the room was quite. Great nights sleep at a good value. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Staff is very helpful and the guest rooms are clean. My Adult daughter and I had a very pleasant time. The desk clerk was very helpful with choosing a resturant in the area. The pool and hot tub were nice also.We had a very good visit to the kenosha area. We even rode the trolly which was very nostolgic

This was my first time out to Wisconsin and I loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff make you feel like you're at home. Erika was super nice whenever I interacted with her. Paula was really sweet. Terry the bartender was also delightful. Ken the maintenance man was totally cool, too. But the star of this hotel is Eleanor. She just has that charm and attitude that makes me want to live here and never leave. She was superb. Great Best Western. I will definitely stay here again.

We stay here once a year to do Christmas shopping at Gurnee Mills. Always enjoy our stay. Staff is great. Easy on and Off the freeway. The breakfast is always nice to get your day off to a great start. The kids enjoy the pool.

Stay was outstanding and the late night receptionist was extremely courteous. Room was clean and warm upon entering room on arrival. Extremely well prepared breakfast, overall my stay was satisfying And relaxing.

Overall the hotel was very good! Room looked very nice, the hotel is right off the hwy. Hwy 94. Service was great and the breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of coffee and the indoor heated pool was pretty nice. Overall A+++

Everything went great at this Hotel. All the staff were friendly, the room was clean and I got a great night sleep. The breakfast in the morning was enough to get me going in the morning. Will be staying here again if I get back to this area.

The bartender was very friendly as well and helpful with recommending places in the area to eat. Found the hotel to be clean. Did not have a chance to use the pool.

I would highly recommend the Best Western In Kenosha WI. Very clean hotel, friendly staff and close to a variety of restaurants and the outlet mall! Also a short drive to Chicago for a shopping trip without paying the high price to stay in Chicago.

Not very good breakfasts and terrible coffee. Old and loud air conditioners in the rooms. Musty smells in halls and rooms. (buy a plug-in for the room and it makes a big difference). Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

Love the experience, it was a great hotel and nice staff. I loved the ammeneties, the pool was great except the floor was very slippery. The room was nice and comfy and decorative as well. The vending machines need to be filled lol. I thought it was cool that they had washer and dryer!

We needed a hotel for a funeral and this was perfect. We didn't use the pool, but there was one. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast which was very good with lots of options. The room had 2 queen beds which were comfortable. The bathroom was a tight if the door was open, but it was only for one night. We would stay again and recommend this property. We checked in around 10 on Sunday September 17, the lady working the front counter was so nice and helpful.

Eleanor at the Front Desk was very helpful with dinner selection and was very nice to talk to. We really appreciated Mel in the breakfast area. She kept the food well stocked and was patient with all of our questions.

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The owners were very customer service oriented and went out of their way to be sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything we needed was being provided. The front desk help were all extremely helpful and polite and friendly. The room was very nice and very clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants around the hotel to choose from. The room was large and clean. The pool is a little small and could be cleaner. The Jacuzzi was great the temperature of the water is at 102 degrees.

Very enjoyable stay room clean, staff was wonderful, good breakfast and plenty of fresh coffee. Room had a frig and microwave. They have a bar with a pool table and slots. It was close to all the attractions Kenosha has to offer. We will stay there again.

The reception at the front desk was pleasant. The appearance of the lobby was clean and modern. The rooms were again clean and updated, with a tremendous shower. There is a lounge there but there are many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

Well, as you will be able to tell from prior posts, we have been staying here for YEARS. The owners have always taken care of the property and improving things every year. That is not saying that it was bad, dirty, or just poorly taken care of. Just good maintenance. If there would ever be a problem they would take care of the guest and the problem promptly. That being said, the staff is wonderful. The housekeepers, Becky, Jackie and the others are great. Eleanor at the front desk is so helpful and so are the others. Now Judy in the breakfast room is so warm and caring. The folks in the bar are very nice. So, how are the owners? Well, they really take care of all of us. It truly is our home away from home.

We were greeted at the desk by Eleanor who did a very efficient job of checking us in. She made sure we were in a room that was quiet. We were very comfortable. She was very friendly and accommodating as we requested extra items which she brought immediately. The room was beautiful. The beds comfortable. Very clean and inviting. Everything was new as the place was recently redecorated. The free breakfast was great with a nice variety of hot and cold items. The staff worked very hard at quickly replenishing food as needed. Overall a great experience. We will return.

Very good stay for the price, I would recommend the hotel to others. The fitness center needs some attention, if more than one person is in there it feels crowded, and the treadmill is nearing the "end of life" phase.

Gray water backed up into sink from toilet. Only offered another room when stated I would checking out for another hotel. Very dirty and front desk help out smoking in front often. Kitceh staff did not always wear gloves.s

Had to stay for over a week for business. Front desk Eleanor and the other ladies are wonderful! Super friendly and happy to recommend restaurants, groceries, etc. Room was nicely decorated and the best part is the spancrete ceilings which meant NO NOISE from upstairs! Housekeeper very detailed. Only thing I found that needs improvement is the washer on 3rd floor doesn't fill up with enough water. Minor detail and I just ran to nearby laundromat instead.

Room was comfortable, spacious. The hotel was clean, rooms and general areas. Good breakfast, good variety of choices. Ran our of coffee one morning when we had an appointment and couldn't wait for a new pot. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms are a little pricey on the weekends.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Only complaint is that the only food vending machine was located on the second floor and was mostly empty with only a few options.

Great experience overall. The breakfast selection was great for the time I was there. The staff all around did really well. There was one small reservation issue in our group, resolved on the spot. I would recommend staying here, the harbor view and restaurants in walking distance was a bonus that I did not know about when booking this hotel. Very happy.

For the money we paid, this was a horrible hotel. Had the option to commute from north Chicago suburbs into Milwaukee and should have! This 1/2 wayish point was NOT worth it. Room stunk (wet shower curtain left to fester), iron wasn't clean, bed/pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast was one of the worst we've ever experienced. TV was to the side of the bed - really odd set up in the room. Just bad. Reminded us that all that glitters (on the outside) is not gold. Won't be back and want to seriously warn you. Had high hopes for this place - dashed. It's Monday morning, and I'm even more upset because I'm exhausted from fitful sleep all weekend.

I am a very frequent business traveler and have stayed in this facility may times this year. The check in staff are always very friendly, and the Hotel is very clean and well kept. This is always my first choice while traveling in the Kenosha area.

Our room had plumbing issues from the start. One day our bathtub/toilet drain clogged up. When I informed the front desk, they told me I'd have to change rooms because maintenance was gone for the day. After that problem was resolved, the sink drain became increasingly slow. When I reported that, the maintenance man came while we were out and turned up the water pressure in the faucet and did nothing for the drain. The pool and spa area are in need of some serious cleaning and repair. Lots of mildew/mold, whirlpool jets broken, and it looks like neither the pool nor spa have been vacuumed in over a year. The make-your-own pancakes are the only thing fresh at breakfast. I hate powdered scrambled eggs, so those weren't an option. The only fresh fruit was some overripe bananas.

Clean, great location and great price. Quiet and easy on and off highway. Tons of restaurant opportunities. Snack bar and bar closed on Sundays. Decor is modern. Large rooms. Average breakfast. Friendly staff.

Enjoyed everything about our experience. Close to everything, easy to find and plenty of free parking. Room was a good size with fridge and micro. Beds and pillows good, bkfst good, easy check in and check out with friendly staff.

This was great location for us. The hotel staff was professional and helpful. They directed us toward restaurants and local things to do. I wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereals.

Motel is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is adequate, restaurants are within walking distance. My granddaughters enjoyed swimming in the pool. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

Clean, quiet. Staff very pleasant. Nice breakfast. The hotel is close to department stores for needed items. It is also close to several eating establishments plus a bar and grill on the premises if you prefer.

This hotel is comfortable and close to everything. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. Beds are very comfortable and they have a pool and exercise room. Also the breakfast is an excellent one. Even though this hotel is off 94 (Route 50) it is quiet and very convenient to 94.

The room was clean as was the lobby, hallways, etc. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Desk staff was above and beyond friendly. It's location was so convenient for the baseball tournament we were attending... no more than a 15 minute drive to the various fields we played at. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by as well.

We stayed here recently for a triathlon my son was doing. Very friendly staff, no complaints about us bringing the bike up to room, and the rooms were really quiet. We were next to the elevators, but never heard a thing! Didn't hear our neighbors either. The breakfast was reasonable.

Okay hotel and in a relatively safe area. Close to 94 so it is easily accessed from the road. The beds are super hard so if that is what you like you will be happy. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff is super friendly.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we visit Kenosha. The staff is very helpful and personable. They are great for offering suggestions for things to do when we have free time from attending our daughter's functions. The breakfast is very good, especially bacon days for us. Our room is always clean and comfortable. Usually no problems with noise in the halls or in rooms around us.

Couldn't shut bathroom door without standing in a hole between shower and toilet and or sink very uncomfortable pool was to open at 7am both days not till 8 but when close at 11 pm they allowed young adults to drink in pool area past hrs making lots of niose

I had a great experience here, as I have at every Best Western at which I've stayed. Their loyalty program is amazing, they always correct any problems (which are few), and the rooms are always clean and amazingly comfortable. I am a BW guest for life!

We stayed at this BW to attend a funeral in Kenosha. Both the check in and out Staff went out of their way to assist and show sympathy. The check in person (Eleanor) even noted that BW had a special Bereavement rate.

Love that the breakfast starts at 6:30! Excellent choices, too! Easy on and off the interstate, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The beds are comfy. There are some small cosmetic things (chipped doors) but overall it is a nice place to stay.

Nothing special. Not good, not bad, and you get what you pay for. This hotel may be overrated. As an "executive Inn" is is nothing special. It is clean and comfortable. If a good rate is available, it is good value

This is a nice, clean, quiet hotel. It has been recently updated. The rooms have adequate plug ins for electronics. The bed are comfortable. Only downside are the small bathrooms. Typical hotel line breakfasts. Friendly staff.

If I could give a twenty star rating I would. The facility is excellent, first rate. The hotel staff will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. If you need anything they will accommodate. Super friendly, I feel like I am home and they are family. On site pub and swimming and spa is awesome. The staff who manages the morning breakfast is on top of things. If you leave the windows open you will wake up to geese in the pond. I will stay nowhere else when in town. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is always very clean and the staff is always friendly! It has an amazing breakfast bar with a large variety. The best part is the hot tub and a nice sized pool!

Linda at the front set the tone as soon as we arrived, very friendly and helpful, she went more than out of her to make sure our stay was great. from check in ,dinner, and breakfast! invited us to use the pool table in the restaurant , even before it was open. Carthage College Parent Weekend- We've stayed at a different hotel every visit to Kenosha so far, with 7 visits to date. This has been the BEST hotel yet. We will be using Best Western in the future. Staff was perfect, we tried the on site pub and the food was yummy, pool area is nice and the buffet breakfast was a good spread. Location to Carthage is about a 20 min. drive but for dining and pit stops you are right in the middle of it.

This hotel was very nice & clean. They had an excellent breakfast selection and even had this really cool automatic pancake making machine... we enjoyed the location as well. The only hitch we had was that the heating unit in our room kept turning itself off and we'd have to reset the breaker... Aside from that it was a very nice stay.

Everything was good the hotel was really nice, only stayed one night I saw the pool but didn't experience it. It looked really refreshing. Staff was very helpful and nice. location was good and there were a lot of places to eat close by.

The staff was AMAZING! Bed was comfortable, pillows too! Love that the room had a small table with 2 chairs, microwave and fridge! Cable channels were of a good variety, as well. Never really heard any other guests. Very impressed with breakfast choices! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here two nights. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! The hot breakfast is really great and a lot of choices. Even a pancake machine that makes its own pancake for you in 1 minute!! We would stay here again! The kids had fun in the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of chairs and tables to sit at also.

We only needed one night for this visit, but we have stayed here many times over the past years. Service has always been excellent and rooms well-equipped (mini frig, microwave) and comfortable. Better breakfast now with over easy eggs with scrambled eggs, also. Best value in Kenosha area in our view.

Desk staff friendly, motel clean, lots of average "eats" close, the hot tub refreshing and our king bed comfy. Breakfast- very average. This hotel provides shampoo and conditioner from in shower dispensers only, oh and soap dispenser at the sink. No lotion in the room. Our room was good sized but the bathroom ... small and the door opens straight within 2inches of the toilet stool and then the door hits the curved shower rod. Therefore the door does not open fully. Different!

The cleanliness of the hotel is important to me and this was a very clean hotel. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub was even nicer. I love the free popcorn in the bar, the hours of the fitness center and the close distance between the hotel and many restaurants and shopping.

This hotel was recently remodeled and very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous.The room we stayed in had new furniture and plumbing fixtures as well as a quiet heating, cooling unit. Continental breakfast was very good. Will stay here again when we visit Kenosha in the future. Many retail stores and restaurants nearby.

Conveniently located just off Interstate 94 in Kenosha Wisconsin. Many wonderful restaurants and shopping areas near by. Staff is very competent and friendly. My room was always clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

I great place to stay. I won't stay anywhere else. On this trip I stayed in Mich. Ill and Wi. Every Best Western was great. They all had a swimming pool, Spa Breakfast, lounge room and a Bar, Also, being a member, I received a great discount.

Our stay here was good from the time we got there til the time we left. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice & helpful. The lady at the desk ask us the reason for our visit. When we told her it was for a funeral she gave us a discount. She also told us a little about the area and what restaurants were close. We had 2 rooms & both were extremely clean. We will stay here again if in the area.

This is the first time staying at this motel and usually stay at one of the others in the area. The room was very clean and quiet. In the other motels in the area, if we weren't out of the room by 10am, the room didn't get cleaned. Our room, with this stay, was always cleaned. From now on Best Western will be our first choice.

The room was very clean which is my primary criteria. The breakfast was a hot scrambled eggs and sausage, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. Attractive lobby and hallways. I highly recommend this location and hotel.

My Fiance and I thought the rooms needed updating! We also found 1 bug crawling down the wall and another bug on the floor in the bathroom. We did not report this because they made it clear the the rooms were "NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE BOOKED" I would not stay here again. The employees are extremely nice though!

Newly renovated! Everything was superb! Free full hot breakfast! Great pool and jacuzzi! Room was spotless! Everything looks new! Has a restaurant and bar! Pool tables large flat screen tvs perfect for watching the games! Amazing food! Everything about this hotel is a1!!! Very friendly hotel staff! Front desk is amazing! Felt right at home! Beds are clean and extremely comfy! Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area! Located right by everything! Outlets, restaurants, and only 10 minutes from the light house! Worth every penny!

Look elsewhere, I'm sure there is either better for the price, or else go ahead and slum in a cheaper place. We bought it on a blind site and paid just over $100; that was not a deal. It is not the worst place I've ever stayed (there've been some doozies),and there's a disagreeable lounge attached that will serve you a big drink to take to your room, so that's the plus.The wi-fi was non-existent, my daughter found an empty liquor bottle in our ice bin, and the worst was the "toiletries" were all-purpose washing fluid straight out of a wall dispenser that was actually empty. And it wasn't even quality stuff like at the gym. Gas station grade. I'm sure they have a line of hooey about how this is saving the planet but in this case, beyond tacky and unsanitary to boot. Other hotels I booked on this road trip were in this price range and all were much nicer. I would have expected the price to be below $60.

Stayed here while visiting a relative. This is a clean, no frills hotel with easy access to the highway. It's about 7 miles from downtown Kenosha so plan accordingly if you're planning to go out there. Breakfast was OK but they ran out of most items by 9AM

This was our first visit to a Best Western. It was a last minute decision to stop for the night. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. There was a good selection on the breakfast bar and food was good. Overall I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 5. I would highly recommend especially when the other two local hotels in the vicinity were $30 to $60 dollars more per night for the same amenities.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed was one of the best away from home beds ever! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast food ample and well presented. Some remodeling underway, but this didn't hinder our stay at all. Thanks BW!

Staff were fantastic! Double queen room was relatively clean with newer fixtures but the carpet was stained, staining on walls to include brown smudges on the bathroom wall. Bathroom it's self was so small you could use the bathroom, brush your teeth and shower all at the same time. It was grossly undersized and I question the sanitary nature of using gas station soap dispensers to dispense soap, shampoo and conditioner...one of my first thoughts when I seen the array of dispensers in the actual shower was whether or not it was 100% soap or had a patron diluted it by taking the cover off and releaving himself in it. Sanitary conditions should be implied and not considered...maybe it's just me.

We were so happy to get a reservation at the Kenosha Best Western.We forgot to make reservation for our stay,and called many hotels.We were very ,very happy with our hotel. The front desk staff, the lady that prepared the breakfast all were just great. And the room was clean and comfy. Thank you. See you in August for our next Six Flags Great America trip =)

This hotel has clearly made some upgrades which helps but it's a little odd. The bar attached is basic and not terribly inviting. The only food options are pizza and fried foods. I ordered the mushrooms and mozzarella sticks. The bartender took a bag of each from the freezer and threw them in the fryer. Waste of money. The hotel offers breakfast but it was meager. I guess I've come to expect more from Best Western and this one just doesn't deliver.

Is this a residential hotel? Because it certainly had some of the hallmarks of it ... - a "backyard" garden up front near the main entrance - employees or regulars helping themselves to breakfast before guests - individuals walking from across the street and back again with breakfast items I don't know what's going on here. But given that, the number of cameras in the hotel, and the screaming & monkeybusiness through the night, I am not coming back here ever again ... and I frequent Kenosha often. There is nothing executive about this executive inn than the price. Do yourself a favor ... go to the new hilton property or stay in north Chicago or Racine.

I had been to this hotel many years ago and the last visit was not so good. However we needed a place to stay and this was the cheapest with a pool. We were very surprised at the updates that had been done. Staff was very welcoming, easy check in and room was so clean. We had access to many restaurants and even a family fun center within walking distance. We had their warm free breakfast. It was good. We will stay here again.

Overall very good, no problems with stay. Bed very comfortable. Quiet hotel. Breakfast could be better, tasteless rubber eggs. Coffee weak but you can't have everything. I stay here frequently and everything is very consistent.

I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the hotel. It was clean, didn't have a chemical cleaning smell and the room was great. We were there for 2 days for a college tour with my daughter and I will be using this hotel again if my daughter chooses to go to the college we toured. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and hot as opposed to an continental breakfast. Good service all around.

Clean, convenient location, reasonably priced, pleasant decor! Most important--a happy-to-work here staff who were attentive to guests and seemed to get along with each other. Most surprising--this was the best hotel breakfast we've had the pleasure of waking up to! Everything was hot. Huge variety! There were even craisins, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, anything you could want to dress up oatmeal or cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, eggs, bacon, juices, not only milk but also almond milk! And don't forget the pancake maker! Everything you could want for breakfast! Bottom line? A pleasure in every way!

We were in town for the Wisconsin Marathon. I was concerned about the distance from the start/finish for this hotel. But, apparently, Kenosha is not that big. The hotel was perfect for us. The best part was the hospitality of the front desk. I love it when they remember you. Even if it was a very quick greeting at check-in. I like being recognized at checkout. She remembered our conversations at check-in about going to a movie. She was awesome. Further, the best part was that they didn't make a fuss for a later checkout. I understand the need to turn rooms and keep housekeeping moving for new guests coming in. But they were so nice to the marathoners knowing we only wanted to get a good hot shower before hitting the road. They were great about that. And, I am VERY appreciative! If I come back for the marathon next year, I definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful desk staff from start to finish. Rooms were very nice. We have stayed here several times and quality has stayed consistently excellent. The remodeling looks great! Nice that they are going green at this location.

Stayed there 2 years ago when an unexpected snow-storm and kept us from traveling back home safely. The facility and room were nice. The menu in the bar was pretty limited. After around 8:30 pm, a group of guests came in there that work for one of the local transportation/rail groups and cleared the place out pretty quickly. Their language, appearance and mannerisms were offensive to most. Re-visited this location this year and not much had changed. Will definitely travel the few extra minutes and stay at the location in Antioch, IL (unless it's summer and it's too expensive).

This is a great hotel to stay at while I was visiting relative. This hotel is located close to interstate and place to eat and shop. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is about 5th time I have stayed here while I am going home.

We were only there one night. The bed was super comfy. The rooms are clean. It's nearby to many things. We ended up with a last minute visit from a friend. They have an on site bar with a pool table as well. Indoor pool and spa. It's pretty nice overall. The concierge was nice and friendly too. My only gripes were the breakfast was terrible including the water from the juice dispenser. The bathroom in the room were rather small as well. Otherwise, it matches what my expectations of a BW should be.

A/C fan in room smelled bad. We became very stuffed up. Bathroom terribly small as one has to close door before sitting in there or door hits toilet. Shower head good. Pillows good. Carpeting awful. Bar Lounge closed on Sundays and was not aware of that when we booked. Staff didn't offer to upgrade room even though they were far from full that particular night.

I loved this Best Western. Staff was wonderful at check in and out. Pool was very clean and clear, room was clean and nice, bed was amazingly comfortable and the building decor and design was fresh and uplifting.

The excellent service I received from the staff would bring me back to this hotel. From working to get me the most affordable rates when other local hotels were inflexible to assistance with travel tips and going the extra mile when stated arrangements were not possible, this staff worked hard to give me the best visit possible without hassle.

People are nice and friendly and its close to so many fast food places as well as shopping areas and a movie theater. I loved my flu size bed and the internet was fast. I would definitely go back again and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Friendly, helpful staff! There were cookies upon arrival! Our room had two queen beds with nice linens. The hotel room was very clean and there were nice towels! It was a good price for a good room. We had a nice hot continental breakfast in a large room! The parking lot could be larger but there seemed to be a lot next door which could be used.

For my birthday every year I take my grandchildren someplace local for birthday fun! This year we stayed at Best Western Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin- they were courteous, welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was great and breakfast choices easy and tasty!

staff is wonderful accommodating and knowledgeable the room was clean maybe some more lighting because i needed more for reading purposes. no problem getting a late checkout close proximity to restuarant and interstate

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. It was really nice to have a "real" hot breakfast. The only issue I had was the cold pool and the pool room was cold also. We go to a hotel now and again just to get away and go for a winter swim. We probably won't go back unless the pool is warmed up!

We booked online and got a great rate... 3 nights during the week including breakfast (which was hot and delicious with a lot of options!) taxes and fees.. Also a fitness center, pool and hot tub... All for less than 300.00!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean...the king size bed is enormous and soooo comfortable! We had a refrigerator and microwave in the room... All added up to feeling like home. We will definitely be back!

5 STAR REVIEW! The hotel is immaculate, the people are very nice.I stay in hotels about 3 times a week and found this one to be top notch! Extremely clean and quiet, the room has very dark curtains for day time sleep, a very, very comfortable bed, in room coffee, microwave and fridge. A super clean tub/shower with a very nice shower curtain. The bathroom offers up both a fan and a hot light to get rid of the steam. The desk staff were extremely pleasant and even suggested a dining spot that was unique and the food was delicious. I'll be staying here when ever I'm in the area!!!! P.S. I took advantage of the breakfast that was offered and found a lot of choices, very clean and a very nice woman taking care of it all.

A fine stay for this location including breakfast for $107. The pool area could be updated and the room were showing their age a bit. A great location for a birthday party at the Brat Stop down the street. It's pretty much a standard BW. Great cookies in the lobby however.

Booking the hotel was quick and easy and the experience for one night was beyond exceptional. The staff was top-notch and the room layout and amenities were perfect. The WiFi was very good and the TV selections were decent as well.

I have been staying here for the last 20 years and it is the only hotel in Kenosha I will stay at. We arrived and was met by Eleanor. She is very pleasant and has been here forever. I told her that it was my girlfriends and I two year anniversary and my birthday. Going for our twice yearly outlet mall and "cheese run" trip. Minutes after arriving in our room the room phone rang and Eleanor upgraded our room to a king hot tub suite. Thanks Eleanor people like you will be the reason we will continue to stay here and only here at the Best Western. You guys really made our weekend away special. Thanks.

We take a short vacation every january and require three things...fun shopping nearby within a few minutes from the hotel but an hour or so from home, a working pool and hot tub and free breakfast. This hotel met our criteria. As for our experience, the hot tub was wonderful...not too hot, not too bubbly or chlorinated and spacious enough. breakfast was good but I dislike powdered eggs. Good food selection overall. The pool was a little on the cool side and could be better cleaned. Towels ran low quickly. Shopping and things to do in neighborhood were fun!

This is the best place to stay for business travellers who are within a budget, hotel offers large rooms with king size bed and other amenities, staffs are very courteous and helpful. Hotel is well maintained and its always kept clean. During my stay 2 of my friends stayed with me over the weekend and the hotel did not charge anything extra even for their breakfast. Only thing which could have been little better is the breakfast, they had the same menu everyday which was little boring as i was staying there for 9 days

Me and my wife stayed here on a last minute decision. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is within walked no distance to several restaurants including the brat stop. After checking in we walked to restaurant and felt perfectly safe. Carpeting in hallway smelled brand new and room was clean .

I have never had a bad experience, The Lounge is the only thing that needs help. bartender and drink wise. The trip to Best Western here is always a joy. I think the 3rd floor is the best. You will be happy to stay here.

I have seen them go above and beyond for the guest. the father works for the housekeeping dept. to make sure everything is good and clean for the guest, and if it not so, he makes sure no one checks in to a room unless he himself inspects it first. they are a good hard working family . the only thing I can find negative to say, would be the lady that is manager, very rude and wishy washy, In fact she was heard talking about guest and making comments about appearances of some people, and she herself was absolutely nothing to look at or even take serious. as for the front desk they were very helpful and professional, and always were positive and very warm. hope they keep these people on, treat them well ! especially Rhonda, day girl very pretty and so sweet, and Heavier guy at the late shift over night was so helpful, I dont remember his name, heavy guy kind of balding, and always talked so highly of the owner and his family, I dont think he still is there I have asked about him and the heavy girl, ( manager ) was not too nice about him, every time we were there he was nothing but warm and friendly. hope he went on to something better !

Everything was excellent; but we strongly suspect that during our stay the VISA card we used to pay for our room was compromised and fraudulently used the next day to attempt a purchase of airline tickets. The card had to be deactivated and replaced.

The room stunk like a sweaty locker room and booze....hair left in tub. Asked if we could have a late checkout and the clerk at the front desk said no problem, just let them know at the front desk in the morning, did that and she told us no way, it wouldn't work out. There were 4 floors there and not even half booked. Breakfast was gross-I think it was powdered eggs, and my daughter drank the milk and said it tasted sour. The worst part was that we booked through a website that quoted a price and it dropped and the clerk at the front desk said she wouldn't honor it...Not worth the $$$$ and dirty and smelly.

We spent a few days at Best Western Executive Inn and a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Everything worked. To make this an "executive inn" the outlets need to be upgraded for charging our devices. There should be more than one nightstand in a room with 2 beds. The hotel needs to run all of the heaters in the rooms prior to anyone staying there. When we first turned on the heater, the smell was so bad I turned it off until the next day. I turned it on while we were out for the day and that took care of me smell. The smell was as if the heater hadn't been used for a very long time. The breakfast had some of the usual suspects (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, bananas, and a pancake maker. The eggs weren't very good and it would be nice to have a selection of fruit. I didn't try the pancakes. There are some really great breakfast places in Kenosha, so we ate out most of the time. We didn't try the pool or fitness facility. So, this is a nice place to stay, but I expect more from an "Executive Inn "

This motel is clean, modern, and has a staff that is very friendly and accommodating. Along with your stay comes a very nice breakfast. Conveniently located near the freeway. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

This was a great weekend away. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. There is a bar/lounge onsite that has great service. Breakfast was hot and was kept full for the guests.

Great stay for one night. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok. Eleanor was great at check in. She was very friendly, helpful, and gave excellent customer service. Definitely would stay there again.

Our stay was excellent. No complaints, look forward to staying again. The staff was awesome, especially Eleanor who worked at the front desk. Made us feel very welcome. We have stayed at multiple Best Westerns that we would never stay at them. We have stayed at 2 other ones that I will stay at are Dubuque, IA. Eagan, MN. Look forward to seeing you again. I was in the area for my 50th high school reunion and needed a place to stay. The Best Western Executive Inn turned out to fit the bill perfectly. First, the senior rate for the hotel made it more affordable than other comparable hotels. The location near I94 and Highway 50 is perfect for someone traveling to local attractions or just visiting friends or relatives. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The staff was courteous, efficient, and friendly. Because I was meeting relatives, I did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but it did look as if it were more than adequate. If one is visiting the Kenosha area and looking for a place to stay, the Best Western Executive Inn should be given serious consideration.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern décor. Rooms were clean and inviting. Would recommend this hotel as a family get away. We stayed here to get out of the busy city of Milwaukee, where we saw a concert. Quiet comfortable rooms.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Clean, up-to-date facility, spacious room and wonderful comfortable bed. Great location with easy access to food, shopping, sightseeing and interstate access. I enjoyed my 6 night stay and would encourage others to book with them as well.

A family get together over Labor Day weekend brought us back to Pleasant Prairie, WI and to a place we hadn't stayed in awhile: Best Western. We generally enjoy this hotel but for some reason gave a few others a shot on previous visits. It was kind of like coming home when we pulled in the parking lot. Our trip usually takes about 8 hours to drive, so we try to get an early start and as such, request an early check in. How nice it was to be greeted like an old friend by Mgr. Andy Gophar when we checked in. Not only did he make sure we got the room we requested, but that is was ready for our early arrival! Yeaa! We were also pleasantly surprised by the upgraded decor. Clearly a lot of new, fresh changes since our last visit. Better yet was the room - we could tell a new bed and soft linens were also part of the changes BW implemented, awesome! Clearly a BW has spent some time attending to details, and it really made a nice difference in our overall experience. Thank you BW. If you ever find yourself in this neck of the woods, for sure give this hotel a try. Very very worth it!

Although the hotel is aging and needs some significant room updating, I still give this hotel 4 stars. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. The location is great, just off the expressway and far enough away where there is no noticeable road noise. Plenty of dining choices within walking distance, or a very short drive. Check in / check out was a breeze. The only complaint is check in parking is very tight. An ignorant guest pulled their SUV up, blocking all others from getting through because there's only enough width for 2 vehicles, and they were well in the middle. Probably better off parking in the lot and walking in.
