Best Western Kennesaw

This was the worst Best Western I have stayed in. Nothing worked in the Hotel from the lobby door to the hair dryer. Water was of and on throughout stay, I mean no water at all. Rooms smelled like cat urine and cigarette smoke. Hotel also had rooms with homeless staying in them, up all night smoking weed and making noise.

Both check in (in late evening) and check out (in AM) clerks were very friendly with genuine smiles. Our stay met our expectations for a quick overnight stay while traveling through.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Best Western to all my friends.

Very friendly staff!! When we checked in the lady, I believe her name was Christie was really nice. She started up a conversation and talked to my whole family. At breakfast we got down a little late and my child wanted gravy that they had the previous time and the person that was cleaning up stopped and went and fixed her some. The guy that works the front was really nice. Not to far when playing at East Cobb and worth to money.

Rooms where clean and comfortable. Great area with access to stores and restaurants. The staff was approachable and friendly.

The food was cheap and mediocre at best. The problem with the noise at night from teenagers on our floor was not addressed. Although the day and evening desk people were great, the one on at night was not. Take your own toilet paper, because I didn't know that what would be available would be useless.

Room bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The road noise was incredibly loud! Breakfast was a slim margin above continental! (No meat choice scrambled eggs & hash browns) was told sausage gravy & biscuits would be available which were not! So don't stay if you're hoping for a great breakfast!

The chemical smell of the whole second floor is overwhelming and gross. There is mold in the ice machines- and just a dirty feel of the whole hotel. Plus, miserable insulation of rooms - don't expect to sleep!! And don't use EXPEDIA to book - they charge double.

Disgusting! Subpar breakfast. Family run and you can tell. Some of the front desk staff is amazing, others... absolutely useless and petty. Not worth what they charge. There are PLENTY of other options in the area that offer better quality rooms and service. Try Hampton Inn...Marissa is AMAZING, OUT OF THIS WORLD EXPERIENCE THERE!

Staff was friendly. Would love a little sitting area near elevators on each floor. I am mobility impaired and it would have come in handy while waiting on the elevator. Great location! We were close enough to everything we came to town for. We had plenty of options for dining while be easily freeway accessible.

Great stay staff was great clean inside and out breakfast was really good the staff treats you more than just a customer they actually carry on a conversation with you. Pool was very clean well maintained clean the hotel over all was great thank you

The shower head... y'all... this was one of the best hotel shower heads we have ever had. Hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Mitch at the front desk was super in every way. The toilet in the bathroom was super short and small, but that may have been just our room. Location is easily accessible from 75 and Barrett Pkwy. We also frequented the grill/bar next door. ;)

Do not recommend at all. Musty, moldy odor everywhere, room felt damp and smelled awful. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything. Elevator worked sometimes. No breakfast unless you call scrambled eggs and potato wedges breakfast. Parking lot is tiny and pool is in the middle of it by the road. Rooms need a desperate remodel.

Stay away! Looks nice on the outside, but rooms are cramped and need updated. Doors are not soundproof and could hear people using the ice machines all night long. Breakfast was horrible! Eggs looked moldy. This was our last stay at a Best Western. They're turning into the Days Inn.

We were traveling from south Florida to Cincinnati and had to make an overnight stop. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the room was extremely clean for our last minute reservation. I highly recommend this place.

We stay at this property several times a year, good location and good price point. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

Booked this hotel for location and price. The elevator was intermittent, the breakfast options were very limited and the highway noise on that side of the hotel woke me at night. The hotel had a musty smell throughout. The staff are very welcoming and tried their best to deal with what they have to offer.

Breakfast was terrible. No fresh items at all. No eggs. No potatoes. No fresh fruit. Stops at 9a…… Crazy.

Very clean, lovely hotel. Breakfast was very limited, but options were delicious. Elevator did break during stay, but staff were very accommodating and helpful while they worked around it

Over all had great time at best western hotels across the country this location Kennesaw Ga was great very clean and good size rooms, shower had good pressure and nice and hot, towels were big and fluffy and soaps shampoo etc great, small issue with faulty microwave which was fixed straight away

Dirty musty room and linens. Horrible hotel stay. Air barely worked. I recoup find a different hotel.

I wasn't impressed at all my room smelled there was a link and the staff wasn't that friendly and the breakfast wasn't what I expected

Hallway and room smelled damp and musty, wold not recommend staying! Breakfast had very little food!

I've stayed at this Best Western a few times while on a work assignment. Normally my go to hotel while in Kennesaw. It is always very clean & the bed is comfortable. The staff is always very polite & professional. The breakfast is average hotel breakfast items. i normally have to checkout very early, so I miss it. The price is usually a little more reasonable than surrounding hotels. There are several restaurants within a short drive. The Hudson Grille is a great casual restaurant.

I look forward to my next stay. It is centrally located to everything you will need. Amenities were maintained as expected and staff and housekeeping was very helpful.

A great place for a good night sleep. The location was really good, and it was easy to get in and out.

The hotel is typical, rooms are standard and set up with a modern feel. Very little interaction with the front desk. Towels are stained and thin, ask for more. Walls are thin. No shower pressure. The gym is an absolute joke! Carbon monoxide warning sign and a treadmill that doesn't have a power source!

The negative reviews sadly are true-crappy breakfast with watery eggs and soggy potatoes instead of breakfast meat, windows don't open to air out the room. The door to 402 is so damaged it takes effort to open or close. The only positives were good mattresses and laminate flooring instead of typical grungy motel carpet,

I wanted to get away for the night & this Best Western was perfect!!! It's was super clean & a quiet atmosphere. Excellent customer service as well. I'd recommend family & friends to stay there. I'm definitely revisiting this hotel.

Staff were busy talking to each other. We felt like we were causing a issue for them, We were given a room that faced the I-75 had the sound of trucks driving by all night and if you think maybe cover your head with pillows to drown out the noise,WRONG. Pillows were as thin as a stack of Kleenex. Then you think, we'll at least we can have a good breakfast and get on the road. Sorry think again. The coffee tasted awful had one slip and tossed in trash, orange juice was better but that was still watery, speaking of watery the eggs were more like soup instead of scrambled eggs, no choices for meat( bacon, ham, sausage). Only other hot hot were potato tots that were like rubber. We tossed out the food paid the bill and left the hotel. Never to return again

This stay was terrible. Easy check in and location were the only positives. Room was dirty. Spiders in the shower and small bugs under mattress. Phone was not connected to a line in case of emergency or to contact front desk. We were on the 1st floor and people were in and out the back hall door all night long with the door slamming. Breakfast was blah. Eggs were watery and no real variety.

Pulled up to the front of this hotel and set off my car alarm by accident. The manager immediately ran out to assist me. This led to a conversation regarding the room rates ... due to him and the front desk staff being so friendly, and the price being right, we decided to stay the night. We need to pass by the same area on our return trip and liked the place so much that we decided to also stay there on our return. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel is very clean, pet fee is extremely reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, beds are super comfy and overall well worth the price! Highly recommend!

When our AC broke in July, we worried about finding a nice spot to spend the night with our 50 lb dog. But the Best Western in Kennesaw surprisingly provided a very relaxing and comfortable stay that we'd stay at even if we weren't in an emergency. It was very clean, convenient to the interstate and shops, and had friendly staff.

This hotels staff was so professional and courteous. Everyone was helpful and kind . My family was having a stressful time and they did not add to our stress . They accommodated all our needs including our two dogs .

The staff are the friendliest people I have met. Always willing to help or accommodate a request. You feel safe and it's in a good area. It's def still a best western but it's updated and has an open outdoor pool. No hotels have that anymore.

The hotel is located in a great area, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was great, very friendly, helpful and polite. The only issue I had was with breakfast. For the first time ever, my waffles (which I look forward to every morning while on vacation) were raw in the centers. I have learned that on future stays, always check the centers before removing them from the machine, in case extra cooking time is needed. The only other hot breakfast items offered were scrambled eggs and sausage gravy. Also, there was not a microwave in the breakfast area (unless it was hidden in the cabinets, which I did not look)

My stay at the Kennesaw, GA Best Western was adequate, but it could have been better. Previously a guest (one other time), the rooms a/c system wasn't running adequately. It made the room smell like a locker room which is my main criticism. Overall the room was clean with fresh linens,. There is a fridge, but it's absent of a freezer. The hotel staff is friendly and jotted my a/c complaint down without an issue. While I've been a previous guest, I may find a different hotel in the future for the price and experience. We were guests at a different/newer hotel for a similar price with a much better room experience.

When I travel, Best Western is one of the brands I choose but this location fell short. The check-in was normal with a warm welcome, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom is adequate. But the desk & chair in the room for doing my computer entries was small and uncomfortable. While the free breakfast looked good: scrambled eggs, Quaker oatmeal, and a blueberry muffin after taking 1 bite of each , I threw the rest away. I travel with my dog and the hotel was pet friendly but their entire exterior is rock landscaped- pretty but not functional for walking a dog There are many restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel- we chose Applebees

I can't say enough how Mitch helped my family out after horrible experience at a hotel in Marietta ga that night I called you he told me come up he be more then glad to help get us in a room we would feel safe and comfortable and he did so blessed he was working that night 1/21/23 and it's in a great location and easy access to interstate and restaurants and that morning Kayle was awesome also I definitely go back

This site is my goto BW when visiting my daughters in Nashville, Tenn., midway from Daytona Beach, Fl, just north of Atlanta Ga. on I75 great staff, nice clean rooms always accommodate my special requests. great locations, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Does not get a better than this.

Best Western Kennesaw is in a great location! If you need to stop before Atlanta on your way to Florida? This is your place! Great price and great staff! Plenty of good dining and shopping option's! Easy off and on I-75! Plenty of parking and easy. Very clean and good breakfast.

Recently stayed at this property and I was totally satisfied. No carpet on the floor, not in Room 115. Rooms were extremely clean. Pillows were fluffy and comfortable to me. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. I didn't see hair, trash, nothing left behind. I felt very safe. Shopping stores across the street. Restaurants everywhere in the area. Second stay and I was treated well. There is a highway near by but you can't really hear the traffic. Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

This hotel is well run and equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a property at this price point. Rooms are functional, service is friendly, and location is adjacent to I-75 but quiet. Nothing fancy here but I highly recommend this as a base of operations for your visit to the north side of the Atlanta metro

My husband and I both work remotely so every few weeks we get a room at a nearby hotel for an evening away. We have stayed at this property twice in the last 4 weeks and both visits have been fantastic! I am unsure why the reviews are low. Both times, our rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value, very quiet, very friendly staff. Dennis and Janice both were incredibly kind and helpful. The free breakfast was nice. Cereal, juice and waffles, plus some baked treats, what else do you need? The property also has a cute little pool that we have not yet used, but hope so during our next stay! Both times, we paid around $100/night which in this economy is fantastic!

We stayed here on both our way to Florida and the way home. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They had bags with food in them in the morning for breakfast we were able to take. I was happy to see this since so many of the hotels which normally offered a free breakfast are not offering anything because of COVID.

I'm a fan of Radisson hotels so when I came with my family in this places and found several cockroaches in the bastion I was highly disappointed Not even a refund or apologies The room smell bad and we could not sleep because we wouldn't know if the bugs would hop into our kids sofa bed
