Nice new building, clean rooms, vanity mirror did start flashing on and off, sink was slow to drain, and could not figure out how to close the window shade (was stuck). Overall was clean, breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

The people who work at this hotel deserve 10 stars. They are fabulous. I will stay again.

I traveled here with my friend Sandi, and we had an amazing stay! This hotel is wonderful, and the staff truly made the experience special. We had the pleasure of meeting Sady, who I believe is the housekeeping supervisor, and she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special shout-out to Jordan, the blonde girl at the front desk, who checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic and made both me and my friend feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was also outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from each morning. Overall, we had the best time and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean, well stocked, wonderful pool and hot tub. Wasn't overwhelmed with chlorene. Accommodating for smokers outside. Kid friendly. Nice staff. Good room temperature. Good parking. Restuarants near by. Nice area.

I travel a lot for business and I wish every hotel was as clean and comfortable as the Best Western Plus Isanti. The breakfast menu varied from day to day with nice options. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The noise from Hwy 65 was unbearable to sleep throughout the night. Both of us recieved no sleep as you could hear every car, truck, semi, motorcycle and anything else traveling throughout the night.

Lovely hotel. Room, but king bed dipped so uncomfortable to sleep in all night long, and Thursday-Fri night highway noise kept several of us awake! Location great. Staff were awesome! Lobby very nice. Breakfast ok. Overall, VERY overpriced. It's by a wedding event center--1 of 2 hotels--So sells out. But cost was higher than downtown Minneapolis or high-end hotels in a small town.

Wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were clean. Pool area was nice size - enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was AMAZING! Proper meal options with lots of variety. I even had gluten free and dairy free options. Well Done!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights over New Year's, and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Every team member had a genuine smile and seemed happy to be there, which speaks volumes about the great management. Breakfast was a daily treat—I especially loved the waffle maker that made four little waffles alongside the big one! Our room was spotless, cozy, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud. We were bummed that we forgot our swimsuits because the pool area looked so inviting, but it's a great excuse to come back. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're visiting family in Isanti!

We chose to stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We usually stay in Princeton but chose this Best Western since it was new and most of the reviews were positive First the good Nice building.. well appointed lobby.. Kat at the front desk was extremely helpful.. The bad We were there for 4 nights. The trash was never emptied had to ask for more towels soap Kleenex make up remover cleaner pads Breakfast was adequate. However the food was only served until 9 AM No way to sleep in after traveling over 500 miles. Also On Wednesday, the person in charge of food had 2 relatives come in, who were not staying at the hotel 2 Kids ,plus an older gentleman. who came in later and also ate then they all went swimming. On Thursday they ran out of the waffle mixture When I asked for more the person said we close In 10 minutes. There were two people behind me waiting for more . She agreed to make a small amount . There was also mold on the underside of the fold down seat in the shower. The coffee cups were very small. We were extremely disappointed.

From the friendly check in clerk, to the cleanliness of the room, lobby and eating area I was impressed! Would definitely stay here again! Did I mention the delicious breakfast ? The choices they have available for breakfast would please any traveler, even the picky eaters !

Traveling for business and after a long day I just wanted to go to my hotel and relax. I was greeted by welcoming and very friendly staff, the first impression was very inviting. My room was very nice and clean. Woke up to a very good quick breakfast and again very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay.

Friendly staff, check in was easy. Was. Ice to receive water and cheese crackers at checkin. Very clean grounds, lobby, and room. Great location! Breakfast was very good and a variety of choices. Kat at checkin was helpful with dinner locations.

Recent storm in our area lost power for 2 days stayed at this hotel. Absolutely recommend. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of food options in the area. Totally felt safe walking my pet at night. Great pool and hot tub and breakfast. They're shining star is there service they are exceptional

Not worth the price. Housekeeping staff is extremely subpar and skimps on changing sheets and cleaning the bathroom. The stay was extremely disappointing and I will travel the few extra miles to stay at the GrandStay in Cambridge. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I consider it an option. The price was extremely high and the room was disgusting, no staff could be found around after check in to let them know of issues. Also, they need more linens. You have to ask the front desk for a pool towel before going to the pool and our room, with two queen beds… had 3 towels. Order more linens, keep proper par levels and stop letting your guests suffer because you can't properly manage the property. Any potential guests, save yourself a trip and stay in Cambridge, they also have a good breakfast, just remodeled their hotel and their service is 500% better both with their cleanliness and friendliness. Plus, they will do stayover service with you if you ask, whereas BW is stuck in 2020 and still doesnt provide stayover services.

Great clean hotel. I've stayed here in the past while visiting family. Sadly on this occasion it was for a family funeral. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Everything was last minute. The hotel is close to the highway with Caribu Coffee, Dairy Queen, and McDonald's within walking distance. We were able to use the pool and fitness center. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful breakfast and options for gluten free. Lovely hotel and the rooms were spacious. Towels had someone else's makeup on it and the staff could have been friendlier. Not very attentive. I would stay here again. Overall this is a very nice hotel close to many stores and activities.

My husband I stayed here after our wedding. We didn't check in until 12:05 am and the staff were more than accommodating. They are a pet friendly hotel so we were able to bring our Goldendoodle! The room was clean and we loved our King size bed! The breakfast area is awesome and was a great place for our family to gather the next day! Thanks so much for making our wedding night a success! I highly recommend this hotel. They also let us put up a sign for the shuttle.

Brand new hotel, close to everything, clean, beautiful space to come to after the wedding festivities. Staff is uniquely helpful. So willing to help and with a smile. Seems weird to say, but it's not always a given anymore sadly. The staff here get customer service and it shows. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you for a great weekend!

This is an awesome hotel; friendly staff, lots of parking. Easy on and off main road. Very close to a variety of eateries. Swimming pool (I didn't use because I didn't bring a suit) is a big plus!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay! The staff were very polite and helpful. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast had lots of options, and the pool and hot tub were used quite a bit by our family! Would stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations when we arrived. We were allowed to check in an hour early. The room was clean, quit and cool. No problems during the evening. Breakfast was very nice. We will use Best Western again.

This is a newer hotel. Beds were comfortable. We had a room with a couch. Bathroom shower was filthy. Probably NEVER cleaned. Had orange & black mold & scum. Sink had the same. Cleaned it myself with bleach bathroom spray to kill the mold. No daily housekeeping. Hotel provides clean towels if you put your dirty ones in a laundry basket outside your door in the hallway. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I did receive a discount when I informed staff of dirty bathroom, so that was good. Upon checkout, staff also said they would address the bathroom issue with housekeeping. Overall, stay was good.

A large group stayed at this motel for a wedding. The management and staff were so helpful and kind. Definitely happy that we picked this place to stay. Clean, modern, and a great price. For two nights in a row, our large group gathered in the lobby/breakfast area.

Overall clean, but overpriced. Not a lot of options in the area. The rooms are spacious, but could use more lighting. It just appeared that they were trying to save money or something…we were only allowed 2 keys per room, there was no extra toilet paper, and the pool towels were completely gone.

Great clean and new hotel. Price is a little high, and it is a bummer they do not do hotel blocks any more. But they were great to us as the bride and groom. Breakfast could go a little longer, 10am is a little tough for people that were at a late wedding

We were in the area for a wedding and stayed here for 5 days. It is a very well run hotel. The beds were comfortable and clean. The AC worked very well and the lobby area was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. One of the nicer Best Westerns we have stayed at.

This property is new and the grounds are nicely kept up. The hotel is pet friendly and had a relief station. The breakfast had limited selections - a few kinds of sugar-coated cereals, limited breads and few yogurt choices. The coffee machine was nice. The staff were friendly. I was disappointed in the lack of transparency on how BW gift cards were applied. We had to check-out early, and after numerous phone calls and emails, still have not received a copy of the bill. Unfortunately BW does not provide this information on-line. We were not charged correctly for weekend nights and I don't think a gift card was applied. Frustrating This experience is disappointing because e-mailing a bill should not be difficult. I also question why I should go through the effort to enroll in offers that involve gift cards. They are a hassle to use - most front desk staff have no idea how to apply them. Other chains, like IHG, have offers that accrue more points which gives me more control on how they are applied.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast employee even made fresh hot cinnamon roles and handed out. Room was great. Beds comfortable. Loved the electric blinds. Only drawback was some idiot broke a glass in the pool and they had to drain the pool and hot tub.

I have stayed here twice now and think this hotel is a great place to stay. It's fairly clean, friendly staff, and it's new and updated. I will be staying here again. This is in a nice neighborhood as well.

Spent 3 nights here. Everyone was friendly and helpful here. Clean room and room was nicely furnished. Breakfast area was very nice but we could have used some healthier cereal rather than kids sugary ones. Eggs were good. Coffee machine was the best. Good string coffee!

Great room, great prices, good breakfast buffet, great outdoor patio area with lounge furniture and fire pit! All the employees were very polite and cheerful! I would definitely recommend staying here! I took off one star because the fire pit was out of fuel..we asked that it be replaced, but it never was. We were there 4 nights and really would have enjoyed the fire pit.

The staff was friendly with all interactions, quickly adjust to our booking needs, and worked to rectify a minor issue with the TV in our room. Breakfast options had a wide selection to choose from, something to fit everyone in our family. They were quick to refill and keep stocked all food options, making sure everyone got hot and ready food. The small market next to the register at the front was well stocked and maintained, with reasonable prices.

Never thought I'd join a rewards group, but if you join one this is it. HUGE to and ensuite, nice sitting chair and 2 ottomans. Tastefully done, smells brand new. Extremely ADA/service animal kind and friendly. Marriott type pillows and bedding. Accessable from highway, close to Caribou, O'Reilly's, Coborns and a Municipal. Lovely entry way with a family table separate from reg tables for breakfast and even a small offset lounge area with a tv. Either for mornings or just to take an edge off. Quiet hotel with respectful guests and staff. Wifi is slow, idk if it's that all the time. Pool is clean, warm. Def will stay everytime I'm in town

The manger and her entire staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding and were delighted by the great service we received on the phone and upon check-in..Very clean , spacious lobby and breakfast area. Nice variety of breakfast choices and great coffee. We would definitely stay here again! Easy to find and right off the local highway, but we didn't here the highway at all.

Ruined my life. Room had fleas and other bugs that bit me while I slept. Unfortunately despite all of my precautions, some of these critters for loose in my home and it was pure hell to get rid of them. I stil get anxious going to any hotel now since that experience.

Price was great, even better when we got upgraded after entering our first room of it not being cleaned by the day staff (bed not made, garbage full). 50-50 chance I return as location was far out of way, travelling through Minneapolis on interstate - price was extremely affordable though

We came to Isanti for a wedding, the staff were exceptional in letting us check in 1 hour early to be able to leave on time for the event. The room was very modern, clean and well kept, WIFI worked, and the breakfast in the morning had a variety, you have to be fuzzy not to be able to enjoy the morning meal

Poorly designed room if you are in a wheelchair. Tight spaces around the beds making it hard to get in and out of bed. The bathroom accessibility was difficult as the door opens into the room forcing you to make difficult manipulations to enter.

The breakfast buffet is amazing! Clean and spacious rooms, will definitely be back! Wish I would've brought my own pillows, since the hotel had no extras. The pool was clean, and the hot tub was good sized and hot!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and organized. The only thing is the sheets were paper thin. If they maybe upgraded those to a softer sheet that would've made the stay 10/10. Breakfast was great. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again!

This hotel is above all expectations. We travel the lower 48 states for work so we stay in lots of hotels. This place is a God-send. Very immaculent. Staff is amazing. Totally updated furnishings. Shower even had lots of water pressure!!!

We went for Bmx racing. Within 5 mins from the track. The suites are roomy to fit bikes comfortably. My girls love the lounge couch, the pool and delicious hot breakfast. Their tired of the grab and goes from all the travel.

Ask for a room away from the highway. The road is very busy and can be loud. The breakfast area was big and the breakfast had many options to choose from. Hotel staff were helpful. There is a Caribou Coffee across the street if you want something other than hotel coffee.

I have never been so displeased and disgusted with a hotel. Our room was completely filthy and smelly. We checked in late and brought our dogs. When we got to the room, we quickly had to pick up all the trash before the dogs could get at it and possibly get into something that could hurt or possibly kill them. There was food in the fridge, drawers, and on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and full of hair and grime. The pillows on the bed were all torn up. Luckily the sheets looked clean. I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned my own hotel room because that's how uncomfortable I was. The lady at the hotel at night was extremely rude. She was taking with friends and you could tell she didn't want to be bothered. Acted like I was a total inconvenience. I spoke with the lady in the morning and she was extremely nice and friendly however I was informed the room was never cleaned before our stay and that was obvious but still makes me upset when you pay so much for a hotel room. They decided to comp half the first night which at least was something but I don't feel it was enough when my dogs could have possibly died if we had not picked everything up in time. The icing on the cake was being charged 4 pet fees when I only brought 3 dogs. The same unfriendly lady at night said she was charging extra because we talked about a 4th dog which was my sisters at her house. We wouldn't have even been at the hotel if it weren't for visiting family. However, her dog was never at the hotel! Ever! We were just making small talk and she assumed we were lying about a pet even though we walked through the lobby numerous times with our three.

It is close to the freeway so bring earplug's but it was so nice I'll put up with earplugs. Breakfast has a lot of variety the whole appearance from lobby to room is clean . and sharp. They also accommodated me goofing up on the reservation and switched it at no charge.

Great stay - hotel very clean, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Pool area clean, nice that deepest part was 5 feet for ease of watching children! Breakfast was great - hot food hot and cold food cold, large variety and all food fresh! Side note - we learned that the eggs are hand cracked that morning!

Need more handicap rooms, need staff to be more knowledge on guest paying cash at checkout, lower the shower heads, not everyone is 7 feet tall and please clean with something that is hypoallergenic. Also ask the guest if they have allergies. This is important, I didn't sleep all night due to whatever was used to clean the room.

We stayed at this location to meet up with family in the area. We were disappointed with how cold the swimming pool was and how dirty the hot tub was. Hoping they will fix this in the future. Otherwise decent hotel.

We stayed at the Best Western Isanti, MN this past weekend for a family Wedding! We found the hotel clean, convenient and staffed by friendly employees! The breakfast in the morning was great too! I would highly recommend the Best Western Isanti, MN if you are in the area!

The woman who was working Saturday and Sunday morning was wonderful! (10/23 and 10/24) She was super nice and friendly. She did her best to try and get our wedding party in early. Much appreciated! Kudos!!! Also, the hotel let us utilize the meeting room complimentary for us ladies to get ready in. Thank you so much!! We all had a great stay. I do apologize for the noise complaints I'm sure you received. I've been in the hotel industry for 10 years, so I understand the frustration. Thanks again!

Definitely a great hotel! From the whole feel of the hotel to the breakfast, the fitness center, the pool, the beds, the linens, the pillows - it was all perfect! The only thing lacking was the pullout couch mattress- eek! Like sleeping on springs - but other than that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in quite awhile - it seems as though hotels take advantage of the "covid" label and use that as an excuse to not service their guests - this Best Western did not! It was a nice change up!

I was having hardwood floors installed in my house and needed a place to stay that would accept my 8 pound little dog. This location was very clean! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly with any question that I had. I was happily surprised with the hot breakfast.

Not only was this hotel beautiful and clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. There were 3 wedding parties/groups staying there for the weekend and yet the staff were so quick to respond to whatever we requested and did so with a smile. The entire hotel was full on Saturday night but Sunday breakfast was just as good and well stocked as Saturday morning with lots of variety to chose from. My father-in-law needed hearing aid batteries and they just gave them to him, didn't even charge him for them. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for several days while in the area for my wife's class reunion. Our room was large and comfortable. The only complaint about the room would be it would have been nice to have another reading chair. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large and well laid out. Everything was very clean. Our room was close to highway so we got a lot of road noise. We sleep with earplugs so that didn't bother us, but if you don't you might want to get a room away from the highway side. The free breakfast was nothing special, but I don't expect amazing food at a hotel free breakfast. I like oatmeal for breakfast, but they only offered it every other day. Apparently they use the same dish for oatmeal and gravy, so on the days they offer biscuits and gravy, no oatmeal. A better selection of cereals might have been nice, but again it was free, so I can't complain too much. The staff was friendly and professional. If we make it back in another 10 years for the next reunion we'll probably stay here again.

Came here for a high school reunion. This hotel was super clean, comfortable, and very helpful responsive staff -- very friendly and professional. The breakfast is standard fare, but was really nicely set out, and the food was fresh and and buffet area well-managed. My room was very clean, and the hotel was quiet. Lobby and eating area was spacious. All around a terrific three night stay.

Great place to stay, I would come back. Staff was very pleasant and the rooms were nice. My new wife and I enjoyed the stay. I definitely would recommend this place to other people. The lobby was nice and clean and the breakfast was good.

Love the updated decor, additional room offered with suite, breakfast options, etc. With a background in public health management and as a previous owner of a cleaning company, I like to check the room where cleaning is generally overlooked and NOT done. Noted that exhaust vent in the room's bathroom and tops of the higher places- doorframes, bed headboards, pictures, etc. have not been dusted in a long time.

The room was very clean -- beyond clean. Nice spacious room. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have been in. Reception area was inviting. Front desk person pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

I was so impressed with this "hometown" hotel. We had sold our home and needed to stay at least 1 night possibly up to 4 nights. So, they recommended that I reserve the 4 nights and cancel as needed. First of all I had interactions with 3 front desk employees and the manager. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Our room was very clean and easy access to get outside to potty our two dogs. We were on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable and we had a refrigerator and a microwave. They were able to get our closing ready earlier than anticipated. At 11 am we were told we were closing at 3 pm that same day. So, I went to the front desk fully expecting to have to pay for the night because of the "late checkout". Well, the manager was very nice and kind and did NOT charge us for that night. There is a McDonalds, Chinese restaurant within walking distance. There is also Wintergreens for a sit down restaurant close by. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I was very impressed. We did not use the pool or the workout room at all but they looked nice also. Oh, the breakfast was very good also. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, hot oatmeal, bread, muffins, fresh fruit, and more. Plenty to get you started in the morning. Thank you very much for a GREAT stay at a very stressful time!!!

Clean, but nothing special. No balcony and very small rooms. This was disappointing for the price I paid and that I got a "suite." It was no bigger than most hotel rooms. The pool was very small and cold for being "heated." I will say the staff was nice.

This is a very nice place to stay. The exterior and interior are very nice. My room was beautiful and very new and up to date. It was quiet in my room. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Also a nice and easily accessible location.

Our large extended family stayed here for a big family wedding at nearby Erickson Farmstead. The hotel is very conveniently located, new and modern. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet in the mornings and the pool and hot tub in the evenings. All the staff were friendly and helpful! Terrific experience!

This hotel was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. We were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend it anyone that is looking for a hotel in the area. The entire group of friends and family that also stayed there were 100% satisfied.

Mold in the shower in a new hotel. Water pressure very low. WIFI speed non existent. If hotel is full impossible to use. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was warm in that you could have a waffle but no sugar free syrup available. Premade cheese omelets that they want you to zap to get warm. Bacon soso and sausage made us both sick.

Clean, friendly and affordable. Great location and the staff are amazing! Only place I stay when I'm in the area. Make a reservation though, LOTS of people feel the way I do, and it fills up fast. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. Wonderful staff and a great hotel. No complaints! We have stayed here on and off for over 2 years for business and have never had a problem. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Check in is 3pm and we decided to go to the outlet mall first and arrived around 5:15pm. Thank goodness we didn't come any earlier as we were told our room wasn't ready. Waited 30-45 minutes a d was able to go to our room. Entering the room it looked great, no issues. We left for dinner and then the pool so we didn't spend much time in the room. At bedtime it was pretty noticeable the duet wasn't changed due to stains of some sort on it. I sucked it up and went to bed. (Slightly grossed out mind you). Next morning, opened the shade, sun shining in and it was VERY clear that housekeeping hasn't wiped down any tables, stands or shelves in sometime. I could literally wipe my hand across the stand and you could see where I went across. Not pleased. I wish I would have said something at checkout but we were running late and had to get going and others were already at the counter. However, we did appreciate your staff starting breakfast earlier for our dance team as we had to leave prior to when breakfast actually started. I would recommend this hotel, however with covid and cleaning I would have expected more.

Checked in at 3:10pm for a wedding we were leaving at 4:30pm for. Our room wasn't ready until 4:15pm. There wasn't really time to actually get wedding ready. Lobby was full of angry guests in a similar situation. Front desk staff was irritated at each other the whole time. It was stressful and frustrating. Even when we got to our room it appeared it hadn't even been vacuumed.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our group had to leave prior to breakfast starting and they were wonderful by setting up a little early so our kids and parents could have something to eat before their competition!

For the second time in less then a year I had to be in Isanti for an extended stay (47 days) and once again it was a pleasure to stay at this well run Best Western Plus. Manager Charity and her entire staff went above and beyond to ensure another great stay. Tammy even helped me catch a train (sort of, I needed a shot of the train going through downtown and Tammy knew the train schedule better than the railroad!) If my son plays for the Mallards again next season I'll look forward to staying here again.

We arrived and was surprised how busy it was! Must be a good sign. Walked to entrance and the woman outside the door smoking asked if I was checking in. I said yes, so she came in and checked me in. She was nice and friendly. We went to the elevator and a group of teen girls got off and none were wearing masks. Disappointed. Went to our room. Very nice! Left for supper and several kids were having fun heading to the pool. Again, no masks. I talked to the woman at the desk and said I was concerned. Her reply was “Do I have the right to ask them if they have health issues”! Again, disappointed. The breakfast during covid was very good. I had the breakfast burrito that you just have to microwave. I opened the microwave and a piece of burrito and a piece of egg was on the plate. Never cleaned. Disappointed. Overall this place would be great for families with kids. No one enforces covid concerns. We have a wedding to go to in Isanti in June and this was the hotel suggested . But if covid is still out there I think I'll pass.

Stayed 2 nights by myself and it was an exceptional experience until check out when I was accused by the very rude women of sneaking a dog in. It was very awkward at 10am infont of others having to defend myself for something I had nothing to do with. They should just check cameras and bill instead of the public trial that took place.

We live near the hotel and had booked a stay just to take the kids swimming and for us to use the hot tub. I called the day before to confirm both would be open and working since it was going to be a cold weekend. They confirmed they would be. We went to the pool and quickly realized it was not warm. We had to wait awhile to use the hot tub as another family was in there and didn't want to invade their space. Once it opened up we were extremely disappointed. It was not hot at all. I talked to the other families in the pool area and they confirmed it wasn't working and that the hotel was aware of the problem. The next day I thought they may have had a chance to fix the problem so I called the front desk to see if it was fixed and they said yes. For everyone ready to swim and went down and both the pool and hot tub were even colder than the day before. The room was very nice. The workout room was clean and the equipment was nice! Our only other disappointment was the breakfast offering. We knew it would be different because of COVID but the options were very limited and the amount of food provided was minimal. We really were hoping for a better experience as this hotel is so close to home and we are always looking for a fun little getaway. But for the price, we didn't get our money worth swimming and we could have just as easily slept in our own beds and had a bowl of cereal at home.

Hotel is incredibly clean! Staff is friendly and accommodating. This is our second stay and I would highly respect to anyone! Beds are comfy. Pool area is clean and family friendly. Covid measures taken

This was our first stay at a hotel in the last 12 months because of covid.... We could not have picked a nicer location. The hotel and staff were excellent. We had an excellent dinner at a local restaurant that the hotel recommended. It was a wonderful weekend. We plan to be back often...

Very clean hotel and good location. Near Wintergreens could be a great ladies night! Loved the access of tv usb connections - made for playing the Nintendo Switch and hooking up DVD player easy and fun. The pool area looked great! Hope to use it next time!

Charity at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Standard room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, my daughter slept like a rock. The pool was big enough for us to have the shallow section and another family to splash/cannonball in the deeper section without bugging my young daughter. There are a variety of take out or delivery pizza options in the area, well located and felt safe.

We were able to get checked in early in the morning since we arrived early. My cousin forgot something in her room for the wedding we were going to and staff helped me to get in her room after a few security questions. Great and helpful staff!!

Recently spent two weeks at the Best Western Plus in Isanti and was impressed by every aspect of our stay... most of all the incredible staff. Was in town from Canada with my 16 year old son who will be playing hockey for the local Junior team this season - Go Mallards! My son and I each had a standard room but they were nice, clean and surprisingly sound proof. I couldn't hear him playing his Xbox and he couldn't hear me watching movies late at night. The pool was great as was the hot tub (the one day the hot tub didn't work I told the employee at the front desk and it was fixed the same day). The breakfasts were good and because of Covid-19 they were kept in a fridge and you could pick them up as late as you wanted (a nice perk for someone who works late and seldom gets up early enough to take advantage of hotel breakfasts). But it was the staff that impressed me most. Knowing we were new to the area they went out of their way to recommend restaurants and other attractions. You could tell they took pride in their town and with good reason. And knowing my son was going to be in town 8 months when we checked out - his billet was ready - the GM said to me, "If your son ever needs anything at all, we all know him here so just have him come to the hotel and we'll make sure he has anything he needs." I'm sure parents will understand how much that meant. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I visit him each month!

Accommodations were nice rooms large and clean. Good breakfast minimal noise, pool little small water was little chilly but tolerable once you got in. We used the conference room for our gathering worked nice, just needed a tv for the football games.

The hotel itself was extremely clean and well cared for and the front end staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean with a very nice presentation of the food and they used real eggs and stocked a variety of fresh fruit. We have family in the area and this will be our hotel of choice for a comfortable way to relax away from home.

We stayed here for a quick night of sleep before heading to a Conference. When we checked in the front desk staff was professional, polite and helpful. The room was clean, the decor was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay at this Best Western again. .

Just an overall great experience and I stay at a lot of motels in a given year. As good as any. Our group of 16 was very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Might be nice if the cable tv had access to the golf channel..we all missed that.

First time at this location, very nice new hotel, opened for about a year. Breakfast was very good, great selection and nicely displayed, food fresh. Staff very friendly. Pool area nice, hot tub - hot YEAH, nice lounge chaises. Our room very nice, bed comfy, very quiet, all good, can't find one flaw. We will definitely use this location again.

We stayed at the Isanti Minnesota Best Western for a quick night before our Family Christmas Party. The kids were able to swim and spend time with each other. We ordered in Pizza and watched movies on the tv. There were a lot of cable channels to choose from. The bed were very comfortable and the BREAKFAST was amazing. Thank you-

Thank You, staff was friendly and very helpful. Because of Weather Conditions our sons had to cut their Thanksgiving Vacation short. We had to cancel 2 days, No Problem the staff was very helpful and understanding. We thought we might have to pay for 1 or 2 of the nights, but we didn't have to pay for either of the nights. Thank You.

Received excellent care from smiling staff, great variety on hot/cold breakfast, good coffee with creamer choices, clean and spacious rooms. Easy access to highway - a bit of road noise but beds are awesome and price is affordable. You won't regret your visit.

We were married this past weekend and one of the hotels we chose to work with was the Best Western. Our group stayed here and loved how big and nice the rooms were. Myself and my husband were very happy at the ease of getting people checked into their rooms as well as handing out our "welcome bags" to our out of town guests. The staff that I worked with for the best 10 months to get everything in order was amazing and so helpful/polite in all of our email correspondence. Charity was one of the staff members I worked with the most and shew as nothing short of amazing to work with! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the Cambridge/Isanti area! The hotel also provides breakfast, wi-fi and a fitness center!

This place was great. Loved the clean, quiet atmosphere. Staff helpful, but not overly so. Very comfortable. Lovely breakfast area. Coffee was weak but there is a nice drive-through coffee place just up the road.

Brand new hotel so everything was really nice. We stayed in a suite so it was a nice big room. No seperations between the sleeping areas though.The front desk was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was a nice bonus! Dog friendly too.

Hotel was very clean. Large lobby area and breakfast area was great! Breakfast was wonderful, many options. The pool and hot tub were extremely clean which was so awesome. The staff was very friendly. A special THANKS to Lindsey(front desk) who was very helpful!

This is a very new facility that shows light and bright and clean and friendly. But it's much more. The design of everything is brilliant and guest-friendly, from the beds, bathrooms, fixtures, storage - everything right down to the size and number of towels, the double window coverings (translucent & blackout shades), TV remotes wrapped and sanitized, 2 large flat screen LG TVs and on and on. The design for the rooms is brilliant and should be a reason for competitors to pay attention.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and a good price. The people working behind the front desk were incredibly helpful, I had to call a few times to confirm and request some things. The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice seating area for work and breakfast in my room! I would stay again.

It was a quick trip...the hotel was nice, and clean. You could still smell the fresh paint. Very Friendly staff. Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable..bring your own pillow from home. Prices were average.

Clean amenities and rooms. New building. Only issue was that the comforters were way too thin and we were all freezing throughout the night. Extra blankets or thicker comforters would help resolve the issue.

If you are tired and really in need of some sleep, stay away from this place. Paper thin walls, barking dogs, slamming doors all night just don't cut it. Sorry I couldn't say it was good. Deanna is great.

Hotel is new and is extremely nice. Charity at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. All staff was nice and always greeted us with a smile. We did have a problem with the cleanliness of the shower. There was hairs and soap on the floor. We saw a housekeeper and asked her to clean it. Great selection of breakfast items. Our room was by the highway which is extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep. I would recommend a room away from the highway if you have trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again in the future

Very clean hotel, but would expect nothing less for a new hotel. One thing that needs to be improved is bigger fitted sheets. The beds were very comfortable, but I woke up numerous times with the fitted sheet off the corner exposing the mattress.

Staff went above and beyond to meet our request! With taking red eye flights and landing very early in the morning, we were greeted with friendly faces and an early check in, which allowed us to get rest before our big event later in the day.

Such a great experience at this hotel. Front desk was great, room very comfortable. This location just opened May 2019. Great options for breakfast and food well stocked. I highly recommend a stay here and can't wait to stay again

We pulled into Isanti Minnesota (about 12 miles north of St. Francis) to a brand NEW Best Western Plus (just opened the week before) at 409 Main Street Isanti MI 55040. (Local phone number 763-452-0520). The hotel is located on HW 65. Going to rate this hotel with a 4.1 hinge rating (Tom's hinge rating scale of 0-5). This rating is a little influenced by the newness of the structure / rooms / facilities and not influenced by the yard work that has yet to be finished. The hotel has 60 rooms, nice indoor Pool and Hot tub, and a very nice morning breakfast. Yvonne and I went for a King suit on the third floor (room 310) at a cost of $143 a night. We are staying two nights thus this was a good choice for our family group of three couples.

I am not a big fan of hotels in general. They tend to be impersonal, loud, and cramped. This hotel is comfortable and has spacious rooms, very helpful staff, and a stylish modern design. There are very limited lodging options in this area and I was delighted when this hotel opened. I will definitely stay here again while visiting family in the area.
