One of the best motel. I was looking for room last night happened to stop by best choice I made. Stuff is very helpful. Everything in room is working fine. AC and shower makes it worth coming back. I booked for three extra days. And manager gives me good rate. Thanks

Nice clean stay, it's currently undergoing renovations but that did not interfere or bother us at all. The breakfast had a variety to choose from also, waffles, bagels, toast, biscuits/gravy, fruit, cereal and juices. We would definitely stay again

The remodel of the building is beautiful. The owner at check in was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was prepared well, and the staff was very friendly and interacted with our grandsons in a very professional manner. Overall, I would highly recommend this Best Western hotel.

The staff who checked us in and out were friendly. The hotel room was spotless, UNTIL we discovered a large amount of poop stuck to the insides of our toilet. We did not notice it until the morning of checkout of our one night stay, or we would have asked for another room. We went out, came back late, and did not use the toilet until the following morning. Then, some employee screamed at my son for supposedly spilling milk on the breakfast counter, which I do not think he did. We should have yelled back at her for not wiping off any of the breakfast area tables, but she looked scary and did not want to mess with her. Then, as we were leaving, another lady from the front desk said have a nice day.

Another Choice Hotel. Usual level of quality, comfort, etc. Clean, comfortable room, bed was fine, pillows were those too-small ones that are becoming industry standard, sadly. Wi-Fi conn tected easily, everything was fine in the room. Wouldn't have rated a second thought except for the amazing service we got from... ERMEKA! After a long day that ended with a late-night interstate haul, we were greeted by her smiling face and friendly chatter as she checked us in. My wife has added "are there ice machines on every floor to her list of check-in questions after being burned more than once in the post-covid hotel world. The ice machine on our floor was broken, so Ermeka took it upon herself to fill an ice bucket for us and leave it our room while we parked the car and got our luggage together. She made a long day end on a high note for us. Many thanks!

The square pillows that BW has switched to as a chain are awful but this hotel is great. Nice and quiet, very clean, polite staff.

Horrible stay. Do not recommend. The manager Mr. Hemal Patel refused a refund when Amber at the front desk overcharged us the pet fee written on their own website. Website states $30 per day for 2 pets and they charged us $30 per pet per day which is not what their own website states. I've stayed at multiple best westerns and hotels that follow their policies written on their websites, and this location did not follow their own policy. Amber said only the manager can do refunds, and he works in the morning, but when we checked out, only Amber was still working (more than a 12 hour shift alone). We didnt have time to sit around waiting for him to show up to do the refund so Amber said the manager would call as soon as he got in. Mr. Patel never called us like he was supposed to, and when we called him about the refund, he was extremely rude and told us to take it up with corporate because he refused to refund us. We complained to corporate about his bad manners and horrible customer service so they submitted a ticket to the owner of the hotel. The descriptions of the hotel do not cover the state of renovations that are being done. The website states that the pool is being renovated only, but the full first floor is still under construction (it's been months of this according to other reviews). The air conditioner was loud and didn't cool off the bathroom in the room or hallways. The elevator and stairs desperately need to be updated. The toilet seat is square and really uncomfortable to sit on without falling in. There was no ramp for the carts at the front of the building to load/unload our car. Had to lift the cart over the curb. For over $100 a night, I expected way better. And better customer service than Mr. Patel gave us. We will not stay here again.

Hotel is under construction. Owner let us know that at check in. He was very polite. Talked family bit. We realized we didn't get any milk for our baby. We are transitioning her to regular milk and he didn't have what we needed either. He sent his wife to Walmart to get the milk. Refused payment. We will stay here again.

Was full and that was not true and sent me down the road to this hole in the wall motel that the a/c was conpletely out of the room and i got another room by the time i got to my room i was so tiried ijust wanted to go to bed and then i go to the bathroom and there was poop all over the toliet and they would gie me a refund i slept in my truck and i went to best western the next morning and got a room and they wasnt full at all

Having to do last minute business in town and needed place to stay very convienent for other amenites pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast has sections in motel for smoking and non smoking offers great value on line for room

By far the worst hotel in northAmerica, maybe south America as well, the worst front desk I ever met. No help rude, as just simply told us to go away, no one on duty, just front desk clerk, answer to an of your questions, talk to manager, no manager o n duty back in two days, email from manager, "gutted" same response to all others who complained, no apologies, no compensation, just a request to come again, no way here, we now drive around town stink from hotel keeps us away

Checked in to the rooms and one room had a leaking toilet with a wet towel behind it to catch the leak. Our other room had raw unthawed moldy chicken in the fridge. After we requested a new room due to the raw chicken juice spilling onto the carpet when they tried to take the chicken out. The next day when we were checking out the front desk lady was rude and treated me and my family like we were an inconvenience. Stated she would have Jack the GM call us as soon as he got in and have not heard from him since. Once the front desk thought we were gone she proceeded to loudly complain about my concerns and make fun of my family to another employee and other guests. I do travel healthcare and stay in hotels the majority of the year but will never stay at a Best Western again due to the customer service and how my family was treated.

worst 3-4 hours at hotel, elevator control panel taped shut..need ice? direct to liquor store. 4 rooms reserved rm 1 no amenities no heat moved to rm no heat: rm 2 paint smell moved to rm dirty moved to rm: rm3 electric plug exposed and a mouse. rm 4 no smoked detector .Son accosted in lobby by Mexican man. wanted us to pay for night until we asker for cooperate number. RUN RUN as fast as you can
