Best Western Green Bay Inn Conference Center

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Green Bay Inn Conference Center for a Packers game. The hotel is right down the street, walking distance. Excellent location. The front desk staff was extremely nice and we had an easy check in. The room was cleaned and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely come back to stay again if visiting Green Bay!!!

The location was very convenient to our event. After reading previous reviews is why I decided to book at this hotel. I was not disappointed at all. The beds were comfortable and linen and the blanket provided was awesome.

Beds were too firm, blankets were too rough. Who wants to sleep with a rough blanket Carpeting was sticky. Pricey place for the lack of quality Pool was perfect, great job cleaning the area Breakfast was adequate

Had a super enjoyable weekend at the hotel. It was a wild it hotel. Packer game, wedding, tailgating, parking, busy bar.. And the hotel was always clean, the staff on point and surprisingly quiet. Great stay and would definitely go back next time we're in Green Bay.

The room wasn't real clean and really needs upgrading. Walls needed repair and painting. So frustrating when checking in said they accepted AAA and then said but won't apply to this room 2 kings. If you accept AAA it should be any room. Sofa sleeper was disgusting and had tears in cushions

As someone who manages hotels and stays in them frequently, I am a harsh critique. I don't write reviews unless I am impressed; I don't post poor reviews because I know how hard it can be sometimes, especially since COVID. That being said, I am very impressed with the state of repair of this old hotel. It does not have modern decor or anything fancy, but it certainly has everything I need and has exceeded my expectations. Despite being outdated, the condition of my room was well kept. A few opportunities for some deep-clean dusting and minor repairs, but WOW, am I happy with my choice to stay here. Kudos to your GM, maintenance and housekeeping teams. Thank you for the work you do and the dedication you clearly show for this property. Hot-tub and proximity to Lambeau Field make this a for-sure bet for me in the future! Go Pack!

We didn't stay for anything going on at Lambeau, but it would be perfect for that. We also didn't bring children, and it's main customers seemed to be children due to it's pool area. I would say good for kids and field access.

The overall hotel wasn't bad. Our room felt very damp and there was hair in the shower from the previous guest. The beds are small and very hard! Quality definitely did not happen. We did eat an appetizer from D2 the combo platter. I would highly recommend that.

This hotel is horrible.I wouldn't let my dog stay here.The rooms are way out dated.The hotel has a musty smell throughout the hotel.It triggered my mom's asthma and left a burning sensation in the back of my throat.

The hotel is located right next to the Resch center which is why I booked it. I have stayed here numerous times and it has not been updated compared to many others I have stayed at. The pool is cold so we don't use it and one of my children found a half drank bottle of Dr. Pepper under one of the beds. The side door we were supposed to come in would not open with my room key. Others must've had issues too because it was propped open with a stick when we left. Our tub barely drained. Since it was one night and the location we didn't leave and the price for the room was pretty high even with booking very far in advance.

We were traveling for kid's volleyball team that was playing at the Resch Center. This hotel couldn't have been better located because we could walk between both. Loved the room layout with a nook for micro/fridge/drop zone. Plenty of exits for easy parking near room. We didn't use the pool area but it looked fabulous with all of the activities centrally located with a sun dome.

Second time of was at this place and was excellent service. The staff kept our table cleared of dishes and offered to replenish our beverages, told us we didn't have to leave at a certain time that they were happy to serve us.

Very impressive customer service. Excellent breakfast. Pool and hot tub were in good working order. Excellent location since we attended an event at the Resch Center next door and could just walk over and not worry about parking.

Rooms smelled,the heating and cooling unit was broke and falling out of the wall. 3 of the outside doors would not open with key card, and they let 2 and 4 y/olds in their hot tubs. Bar(food) over charged.

I was not expecting much when I booked this hotel I didn't look at any reviews I just saw that it was the closest to my conference and was a very good price. I was blown away by how clean everything was and how nice the rooms were set up. The pool and hot tub were very clean and it was a great place to socialize with other guests and the breakfast every morning was incredible I will definitely be back next year

We came to green bay for a short getaway we had a double king room it Was beyond our expectations, large, clean and everyone was very friendly. Made to order omelets and breakfast were perfect and the food in the bar/lounge was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff (outside of breakfast staff) is not friendly, rooms are dated, beds are hard, sheets are like tissue paper, shower gets hot and cold all within seconds, water doesn't drain properly. Definitely would not recommend.

If you are attending a Packers game the location is one of the best. However, the wall heater oscillates throughout the night and sounds like an old truck. Our room was across the street from a very loud night club that could be heard until they shut down. The shower had good water pressure, but the water temp while taking a shower varied from scalding, to warm and cold without adjusting the temperature. The staff was fantastic.

Rooms are dated and heating system needs to be updated in common areas. Breakfast area was very good with made to order omelets and very clean with employee very attentive of our needs, Motel manager not on duty two of three days during our stay?

Walked in to hotel the front desk rep didn't show up for 10 mins. We called and walked around and saw no one. Once she arrived from the rooms section, she was rude and snobbish, crumbs under the sheets

We rented 7 rooms and the staff made sure we were all together. The rooms were neat and clean. Great pool!! (Tiny pool towels, however.) It was open from 8-11 and they were wonderful about enforcing those hours. Great family stay. Super staff, very accommodating and pleasant. We were able to gather poolside and party together. Great location near Lambeau, bar and restaurant attached, other bars and restaurants close by.

If you are looking to go to a Packer game. This is the place! Its right in the middle of everything and just a short walk to Lambeau Field. The staff is outstanding and the hotel bars are a great way to get your tailgating started! This place is a 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is great for Resch Center or Lambeau Field events, park your car and walk! Our king room included a chair and ottoman, along with a desk, fridge and microwave. The room was clean and didn't show the signs of wear and tear that we expected to see for a hotel so close to the football field. Everything including the hallways was clean. While we didn't swim, we walked by the pool area and could see families enjoying the spacious area. The NFL flags are a nice local touch. The best part was breakfast. The staff were friendly and provided made to order omelets, what a great way to start the day!

10 out of 10. Great food for breakfast and in the bar area for snacks/drinks. Wonderful staff! So kind and easy to work with. Would highly recommend. No complaints. A ++++! Short walking distance to Lambeau Field. Love the atmosphere on game day in Green Bay! Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is right across the street from Lambeau Field. If you have never been & are looking for a true Packers fan experience & want to be within walking distance of where all the action is this is the place for you. It's pricey but I'm sure you will find all Green Bay hotels are on game weekends because they can.

The swim area is very nice for parents to relax and watch the kids swim lots of room and they have a bar restaurant down the hall way wish is nice if you don't want to go no where for dinner definitely stay there again

Even though the property was a bit dated, it was still very comfortable. Desk staff could be a bit better trained and friendlier, especially concerning the layout of the property, and proper check in procedures.

Wonderful staff and great location. Clean rooms. Nice pool area and nice bar with a patio. The only reason we're down a star on the rating is the Matress comfort. There was none. Very warn out and little cushion. Honestly, I hope not all the rooms are like that. We will try again, but if the matress experience repeats, the rating will be much lower and we won't be back.

Relocated from Green Bay to Canada. Came back for 10 days to visit and stayed here. We were well taken care of, and valued our time in Geeen Bay. Shout out to Matteo, you were very good to our family.

It was so easy to book our room on-line. And then the amazing breakfast was included. What a great place to stay. And the beds were at a great height that we didn't have to "jump up" to get into them.

Booked a room with queen size beds for 4 adults and because we had our dog with they give us an old room in back with tiny beds held up on wood blocks, dead bolt that didn't work, and a shower knob that was broken. Best part of the stay was breakfast.

Somewhat older building, but remodeled. We had a king size bed. Spacious, comfortable room. The breakfast room was large with plenty of tables. It was well run. The food choices were a step above the normal motel fare. There was the usual bagels, toast, cereal, plus make your own waffles, and two types of scrambled eggs, plain and ham and spicy. Fast, efficient check in and check out. Good, well-trained staff. Overall good experience.

The hotel is in a perfect location but it is older and needs updating. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. With air freshener it Took us two days to get rite of the smell. Machines did not work correctly or at all.

6 minute walk to the football stadium, 5 minute walk to Kwik mart, 4 great bars in the immediate area, more within walking distance. 4 minute drive to Target. The on-site restaurant/bar is fun. Pool side room is worth the extra price. Breakfast potatoes and sausage were not tasty but waffle was great!

This hotel was excellent. The workers could not have been more helpful. The location is great. The hot breakfast is great. Pool was great. This hotel is very family friendly. We will stay here again. Our only issue is there is no elevator.

The hotel is dated and run down. The beds were comfortable, but the room smelled. We had noisy neighbors who kept my family awake until 3:30am. Multiple calls were made to the front desk, but no remedy to the problem. The pool was ok, but not the greatest. The breakfast was fantastic. The location near Lambeau Field was a big reason we chose this place, but we would not come back unless the facility was renovated.

We stayed here with a small group for two days while visiting the area over the Summer holidays. The hotel is in a great location with fantastic bars and restaurants nearby, as well as being one block over from Lambeau Field. We visited Green Bay Amusement Park, Green Bay Museum and the Nature Park, and all three were just short drives away from the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless, and our rooms (King Doubles, Queen Doubles) were all huge with well laid out rooms that included couches and a 4 seater dining table in each. The hotel pool is amazing, large, indoor, with a huge skylight roof overhead, a hot tub, and towels provided. Breakfast was well appointed, and the two ladies doing the omelets were fantastic. We will absolutely stay in this hotel the next time we visit Green Bay.

The hotel is just 1 block from Lambeau Field which was awesome. Check in was fast pleasant and easy. The room was more than what we expected. The only problem was the Manager arguing was a gentleman who was trying to check in. The gentleman's voice was calm and normal tones but the managers voice kept getting louder and louder. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Clean rooms and facility, great breakfast, nice people especially the girls making omelets! The pool and hot tub were great. I wish they would have completed the flooring in the pool area. The fitness room was perfect!

Clean hotel with a friendly staff. Excellent place for kids as there is a very large pool, ping pong tables, and pool tables. A great breakfast with many choices is offered in a large dining area with excellent staff. The hotel is nearby Lambeau Field in case you are coming for a game or just want to take a tour.

The person at front desk was extremely rude and also was shutting lights off in pool area on our 15 families and about 5 others because he had a head ache and his voice hurt to come talk to us. When confronted on it being a safety issue he then threatened to kick me out of hotel all together.

Terrifying experience on Saturday June 18th 2022. Our kids came to the pool Saturday evening. There was several kids in the pool and it was busy. The pool is situated in the middle of the hotel with rooms surrounding it. It's in a large atrium and noises naturally travel. My kids were in the pool when all of a sudden the lights went out. It was 9:30 pm (well before the 11pm curfew). I panicked and couldn't see my kids. Another parent went to the front desk and the kid behind the desk said he turned off the lights because it was loud and he didn't feel like coming over to tell anyone to keep it down. No more than 5 minutes later BEFORE we could get the word out and settle the kids - he does it AGAIN. I went to the desk and the kid behind the desk was laughing with his other coworker as they were looking toward the pool area. I work in healthcare and have seen kids brought in from drownings.. This was not a laughing matter to me. I told him to turn the lights on as I need to be able to see my children. I explained that this was a significant safety issue. He rolled his eyes and put half the lights back on. Still very dark and unsafe for guests still in the water. He was asked again to turn them all on and reluctantly did so. Please Best Western do better about training your staff and inform them of the dangers of drowning and this game your team members are playing. You need to clear a pool area before shutting lights off. If anything happens to a swimmer at your hotel - this is on you!

Great for our wedding and reception. We had the bridal suite. The only thing that I did not like about it was the bathroom windows were open and could see into the bathroom while not in the bathroom. We had a great time!

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was incredible! We had custom-made omelets. There are lots of other items to choose from also. The staff was very helpful. The only issue was the faucet in the bathroom was difficult to operate. We reported it to the desk person and she said it would be taken care of.

Room was musty/moldy. Bedding was as well. A/c was on heat and room was warm. Eyes were watery and itch as will as sinuses irritated the whole next day after. Was not worth the price paid to stay. Can't speak on the breakfast as I had to leave for work before it was out. Check in was quick and simple.

While taking showers, the water got hot and nearly scalded us about a dozen times. It was like it changed temperature every time someone in the hotel flushed a toilet or something! I'm used to that at home, but not a hotel! Also, husband was looking forward to using the hot tub but they closed it due to high chemical content. I had issues with the hair dryer in the room. I had to reset the outlet and the hair dryer three times before it worked. Finally, they didn't allow any later checkout than Noon despite an event - a marathon - that wouldn't end until a time where most people wouldn't be able to make it back to the hotel. Fortunately, they did have bathrooms we were able to use to change and cleanup. Oh, problems with the key card and opening the exterior doors, too. Old swiping method, not tap. Tough when your hands are full! Great location, though, close to our event, Lambeau Field and restaurants.

We stayed here in early April while attending the Wisconsin State Bowling Tournament. The staff was rude. Told one group who were with us they only have a room for one night, even though all rooms for the group were booked at the same time for two nights. We thought it was fixed at check-in but they gave them a bill in the morning and they had to go to the front desk to get a second night. We bowled Friday night and when returning to the hotel at about 11 PM we found there was no parking. The hotel had sold all the parking to the venue next door. They expected us to park at the hotel across the street. The second day we returned from bowling and found they had disabled all of our room keys. So we could not get into the hotel or our rooms. Every one in the group had to go to front desk to get new keys. The water in the shower fluctuated it went from hot to cold to extremely hot to extremely cold etc. while taking a shower. We found a stain of unknown origin on the bed sheet. The rooms were dark and gloomy. When talking to the staff at the front desk about the issues they were rude and told us there was nothing that could be done about it. I will not stay here again.

Room was over priced, dirty and needs an update. Floors were not fully vacuumed, dirty walls, hot and musty. Kept windows open due to this. Good location and wonderful breakfast options. Needs an update and then pricing would be fair.

Stayed for a concert at the Resch and chose this location specifically for convenience and the hot tub and atrium. We checked in, ate at the bar, soaked in the tub and walked over to get in line at the show. No issues with parking and no issues finding our way back. A lot of reviews complain about the rooms or pool area being cold, I thought the climate was perfect.

The rooms were very clean and accessible. Continental breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. The pool area and water were very cold. Kids were hogging the hot tub and running all over the hotel. Check in staff had no smiles and were unaware of other activities going on. The Saturday morning check out staff was very cranky. I had asked one small question and she instantly snap'd at me.

This was the best hotel we've stayed at. Nice employees. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing. The room was big and clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pool is very big and real nice. Perfect for families

I had previously written a bad review from a stay at this hotel 4 years ago. This time was completely different! We had an amazing experience! Hotel staff were super friendly. Rooms & pool were very clean! We stayed in adjoining poolside rooms 113-114. Room location was extremely convenient. We ordered dinner from D2s (attached) and the food was great. Kids had a blast and we can't wait to go back!

Stayed over night for a concert. Percect loction next to the resche center in green bay and a block over to Lambeau Feild. Breakfast was great! Beds were cold no comforter and tub wouldnt drain. I would only stay here for convience, breakfast, and pong table in the pool area

Ants were crawling through room upon arrival. Maintenance came right away with a towel to grab them off the floor - was hoping he would also leave an ant trap or two in the room. The problem persisted through our stay. Not an enjoyable sleep knowing ants were surrounding us.

We were there for a long weekend getaway. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel was booked, but very nice and quiet. The breakfast lounge was awesomely stocked, but the server, "omelet maker" made my day! Overall wonderful, relaxing stay!

Staff was excellent to work with and check in was easy considering they were full. Complementary breakfast was very good and had plenty of options and space. Hotel a bit out dated and smelled a little old, but the location couldn't be beat!

Friendly staff, unclean room, curdled baby bottle under one bed. Candy spilled under the other bed. Gross stuff on the relaxing chair, towels were dirty. Pool was cold and hot tub smelled terribly. Not highly recommended but convenient when attending Lambeau field or Resch Center

We stayed here for 3 nights with a group of people that go every year on Super Bowl weekend. This was our 2nd time going. They've gone for about 20 years now. The hotel is walking distance to Lambeau Stadium so you know this hotel gets full very often. Because of that, the hotel is not in perfect shape, but that's ok. That's what gives it the charm that it has. It totally does the job and some. The staff is absolutely great. The pool is in excellent shape and the water is warm. The breakfast is wonderful. It was great stay. You just have to know it's not a modern up to date swanky hotel. It's clean and in total working order and very homey.

The entire hotel needs an update. Carpeting ripped and frayed entering rooms, beds were rock hard and did not have adequate mattress protectors, several black hairs found in bed, bath tub spout inoperable, bathroom fan very dirty and loud, mice running in hallways. This is not an over exaggeration. I loved the location and the pool area was great for young guests.Breakfast was wonderful with several options for everyone to fill up on and attendant was very kind and happy. They also have guest laundry which was perfect bc we had a sick traveler. But so sad to see the establishment neglected and unkept. Would love to stay here in the future if they make some changes.

The hotel is so close to many nearby attractions, and walking distance to great restaurants. Pool area is very nice, great hot tub. And the breakfast was very good! Overall great service--Mary is the best!

We stayed at this hotel as a part of family group. Upon check in the heater in our room didn't work and the front desk knew exactly what the symptoms were so this must have been a reoccurring problem. Another person in our party were assigned an already occupied room. The room itself you can tell is well used. The bathroom was super basic. The bathtub had a lot of chips in it. The toiletries didn't match brands. Minimal amount of towels available. The beds were ROCKS. We did not sleep well. We had a pool adjacent room. The pool area was FREEZING! I did not want to swim with the air that cold. I sat huddled up next to a heater in a hooded sweatshirt and I was still cold. Many people were dressed that way also. The rooms have zero sound reducing. We could hear everything that went on in that pool area at all hours of the day and night. When the door to the room adjacent closed it would shake everything on the wall it shared. Breakfast was meh. Eggs were cold and watery. Hashbrowns were cold. Of course there was along line at the waffle station too. The dinner that was reserved was very good though. I really want to get some of their stuffing and mashed potatoes for take out! Overall, it was more like a cheap place for groups that were hoping for a nice place to stay as a group but the structures are not updated to provide it.

Loved how we could walk to Lambeau Stadium. Staff was kind. Rooms were run down. Water temperature was dangerously erratic. Breakfast was mediocre. Overcharge during Packers games. (x6 normal prices).

Rooms are sized well, clean, and convenient. We chose a poolside room and liked having a view is the pool/atrium. Good breakfast, helpful staff, and The location is excellent for walking to events near the stadium, and you can reach the D2 sports pub for drinks and food without going outside. The beds were a little harder than we like, but overall still a good stay.

staff at this place are great from housekeepers to reception. wonderful place close to many attractions the complimentary breakfast is the best Maria will hook you up with an omelet made just the way you like it she is a doll.

Once again I LOVE GREEN BAY! my go to hotel, love the location to food and drink. Friendly staff and good stay for the money. Saved some money on room rate by calling 1800bestwestern. Check in was fast and friendly. Parking lot was full from outside activities but stay was nice,

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. We went here because it wasn't a Packer weekend, but we still wanted to experience the Lambeau Field entertainment district. The hotel couldn't be beat for location. Also their breakfast (made to order omelettes) was GREAT! The lady who made our breakfast was so pleasant and accommodating--she deserves to be recognized. Thanks for a nice Sunday.

If you have a special event this is a great location, Breakfast bar is excellent, restaurant food was good, staff was friendly but hotel is dated, water goes from warm to freezing, shuttle service is contracted and is below par, and room key was de activated a day before leaving.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Green Bay Inn and I'm glad I picked this hotel. We came in for the Packers home opener and it was smack down in the middle of the action. The value you get for your money is way worth it. At check in I was helped by a real nice girl who gave us directions to our room and explained all amenities. The room itself is a very good size and has all the amenities you can possibly need(microwave, fridge, in room safe, wifi, cable, etc) I had the pleasure of using their indoor pool and it was nice and clean. Their hot tub was also clean and very warm which was perfect for me. It was also nice to have access to a washer and dryer to clean up your swim suit after each use and I can tell you that the machines work very good. The restaurant was open during game day which was perfect because everything around the stadium is either too pack or you have to deal with traffic around the area. The food was delicious and once again for a reasonable price. The service was prompt and friendly. I would go back for sure. The hotel itself offers free parking which to me is a steal considering you can walk to Lambeau Field without moving your car. Its also centrally located so everything is no more than 15 min away from the hotel. On game days parking can be expensive and it's nice to know the hotel reserves spots for all guest and monitors to make sure everyone has a spot. HSKP did a fabulous job cleaning our room and making sure it was clean by the time we came back. The best part of our experience was the staff. Everyone that we had any interaction with was so friendly but Carlos and Maria in the breakfast room stood out like stars in the sky. From the moment you walk into the delicious complimentary breakfast room, they greet you with the biggest smile, what a great way to start your day. They also offer to make you an omelets of your choice and let me tell you, it was the best omelet 'I've ever had. Their kindness and friendliness is the one thing I'll take away from my trip. The bottom line is that this property offers so much value for your money. It's a perfect property for families, business people, tourist, or of course any football fan. We are already planning our next trip out to Green Bay and you better believe we will be back here. Thank you guys

This hotel was great. Everything was clean and the rooms are so large and spacious! I love that you can get joining rooms if you have a larger group also. Conveniently located so there is never a dull moment.

This hotel was very conveniently located within an short walk to Lambeau Field. It had a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub, Very reasonably priced and quite inside despite music or other noise outside.

We used the pool and the hot tub, VERY CLEAN! We ate breakfast in the restaurant area, very very good. Lots of food to choose from. We were here for the PACKER GAME, distance to stadium was perfect. They even had a tailgate party at the hotel.!

Getting ready to check out of the best Western as I write this. I have been to many hotels in the Green Bay area as we travel here quite often for family and couples trips. This is definitely one of my absolute favorites. Everyone here is so kind and informative and friendly. Maria, a bright ray of sunshine with a 1000 watt smile, in the breakfast room makes the most amazing omelettes, all the staff I spoke with are friendly and happy to help with anything. Room was immaculate spacious and very nice. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and great pressure, air conditioning was quiet and kept the room Nice and cool even in this 90* heat. Pool area is beautiful and clean. Perfect location with lambeau field and resch center within a block. Lots of cool bars right around the hotel. Prices were very reasonable and it is always a fantastic stay.

In the heart of Green Bay. The hotel staff is wonderful. Enjoyed the bar at night. The bartender Stephanie will definitely make you feel at home. Morning Breakfast is fast easy & the staff definitely will make sure you start your day with a great breakfast

This hotel was wonderful! All of the staff were very helpful, the pool area was beautiful in an enclosed atrium with a hot tub as well a couple of pool tables and a ping pong table. The breakfast was amazing with a made to order omelette bar as well as waffles and all the other usual things in a breakfast that is included with the hotel stay. The rooms and lobby could use some updating but overall it was clean & everything was wonderful. Can't beat the location 1 block from Lambeau Field!!!

This Best Western is a gem of a survivor of the Holidomes from our youth. We'll kept and updated with a modern workout room beautiful salt water pool and hot tub under a clear dome. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hot made to order omelets and hash brown potatoes along with full cold breakfast offerings. Location is best in Green Bay for Resch Center/Convention center and Lambeau Field.

Free parking. Indoor pool park. Spacious accommodations. Great location for football games but kind of pricey for normal vacations. Looks like a good spot to tailgate. Walking distance to entertainment and the stadium.

We booked this hotel at the last minute before Packers Family Night. We were so happy to have such a great location in which we could walk to events around the stadium as well as have a clean, comfortable place to sleep.

Amazing trip amazing room service and amazing food. I really enjoyed fresh cooked omelette in the breakfast area everything was good and fresh.. people were very understanding to our situation and very reasonable

We stoped at best western at the end moment and the service we received was just out standing. The manager Saharrak and the staff Lee, and others we met such an amazing people. We received free breakfast with Maria who served us amazing service.

Really nice staff, manager is extremely helpful and willing to understand situations. Great breakfast with Maria! Really enjoyed at the Pool. Excellent property and very convenient activities inside. Overall, I had a great experience with my stay and was perfect for our girls trip!

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Our car broke down in the middle of the highway and this was the only hotel that had the room available. We came in midnight. We had nine people with us. The staff was so friendly he also helped us look for a hotel that was open that late. The Manager helped us out so much. She was so nice to us and and she took care of us. Had a free breakfast in the morning. Let me tell you Maria make the best omelettes. The rooms we very clean and sanitized also. We were so worried about what we were gonna do but after coming here we had such a great service that we forgot about all the worries LOL. Thanks to the manager and all the staff. BEST SERVICE!

The staff in the hotel are all great. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the manager. Manager is very cooperative and understanding. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We loved the breakfast with Maria.

The hotel itself was not a bad place. Little run down but not horrible. Staff was rude and unprofessional!!! I called to make reservation. They told me $150 a night. Upon going, They charged me $197 a night, and gave me a bill everyday at 7am under our door instead of the total amount after all the days like most hotels we've stayed at. While bringing this up they apologized and “refunded” us the money.. but never actually gave us the refund. Older lady at front desk was beyond rude, and checked us out without our stay even being over with. Had to go back and get a new key card for our room with all of our belongings in it because she “thought we were checking out” when we already booked for a three day stay. Have been going in circle with management for days. If you could stay ANYWHERE else… please do so!

Room 211 should defiantly be re-listed as a smoking room. Very strong odor on entering the room and caused my Fiancée's allergies to flare up making the rest of the trip unenjoyable. Tried opening window and airing room out but smell was persistent. Beds are very hard but slept ok on them, if you like a more pillow-top bed or hotel type comforter you would not like this bed. Very neat location near Lambeau but would only stay in this hotel if the price was close to $100/night

Great pool area — loved having access to see the pool from our room. Great location to walk to Lambeau and nearby restaurants. A little loud at night with nearby bar having a band but tolerable. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast had plenty of options as well.

The amenities were OK (pool area). We rented two rooms. One reeked of smoke, and the other was a smell I could not identify. The rooms and the lobby need a complete remodel. The hotel staff worked to help, but we're not very professional. I had to deal with the front desk is she stayed on an obvious personal call. For the price of this hotel, I would find an alternative, or I'd pay a little extra to get a substantially better environment.

This Best Western Plus clearly has earned its "Plus"....the building has a 'recently updated' feel, the breakfast was up to the pre-COVID-19 standards of the better BW hotels, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was a little humid, but we were told that the rain Sparta was experiencing was the cause for that. The beds were comfortable, so even with the somewhat elevated humidity in the room, we slept well. We'll return to this BW Plus if ever we're in Sparta in the future.

This hotel is dated and needs an update. The non-smoking rooms smelled like fresh smoke. The pool area was OK. The breakfast was great and the kid made a awesome omelet. This would be the perfect location to see a Packers game(walking distance.

We traveled to Green Bay for our 39th wedding anniversary. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly and the staff even remembered that it was our anniversary (I had vaguely mentioned it when making the reservation). From the start to the end of our stay, the staff made this visit very enjoyable and memorable. This is our go to place to stay for any future visits.

What a great hotel. Staff was phenomenal, rooms CLEAN, POOL CLEAN AND FUN! Saltwater pool, so ZERO heavy chlorine smell. Made to order omelets at breakfast from Maria (sweetheart!). Cant say enough. SUPER ENJOYABLE!!!! Will be regulars.

The hotel was clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was great, all requests were met with a smile and carried out. The breakfast server was a bit of sunshine in the morning, and the staff at D2 were awesome.

Breakfast was amazing and the lady making the omlets was so friendly and kind. We also love the saltwater pool. Looking at bringing the grandchildren for a night of fun! They have pingpong tables and lots of other things to do.

Intoxicated groups of adults with children were loud, rowdy and took over pool and pool area. Others were not able to use the facilities. After reporting concerns to front desk, was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Stayed at the Best Western Conference center for the Super bowl game. Great stay and conveniently located to bars and dining. Great breakfast with made to order omelets. Pool area is nice and clean, beds are comfortable.

With Covid there was a limited breakfast. Maria did not disappoint us with her homemade omelets and fresh coffee!!! Front desk ladies always greet you with a smile!!! We had a Fun Weekend....See you next year

The staff here goes above and beyond. We got a phone call after checkout that we left some things behind in the room. They informed us that it would be shipped to our house as soon as possible. What would have been an upsetting situation was resolved before we even realized it. Great location to walk to a Packer game as well!

Nice appearance great breakfast close to everything. Rooms were NOT soundproof, could hear ice machine, pool noise and 2nd floor guests, and bands loudly on the weekends a few blocks away! The business center with computer and printer worked really well. We booked and paid for 4 nights, but after 2 the cards were changed so we could not get into the building via side door or our room. Front desk said our phones messed up the cards but not true, I believe they changed the codes as when we went to the desk they looked at our room and said "2 nights right?" So very inconvenient to have to walk all the way around the building to enter front and get new keys.

While the location of the hotel is ideal the overall hotel stay was not. If you are looking for a hotel that has basic cleanliness, and up to date amenities DO NOT stay here. Our room looked like it was updated and cared for 2 decades ago. The bed felt like sleeping on a board. The water in the shower fluctuated from extremely hot to cold anytime someone in the hotel used water. If someone in your room attempted to use the sink or toilet while you were showering the water would burn you. I would not stay here if I had children due to the hot water. The carpeting in the room changed colors depending on where you were standing. The main stains were located by the entrance of the room. We even had what appeared to be little blood marks on the wall.

There were blocks of wood under bed legs and husband stubbed toe , Lots of black mold under heat register all over wall and had to wait for door to be reprogrammed because the keys did not work !!!!!!

We recently held our youth conference in Green Bay and used the Best Western as an overflow hotel. We love Their rooms and they do a great job with breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it's in a great spot close to Lambeau Field and the Bay Park Center Mall. We have been using this hotel for around 10 years as an overflow hotel for our youth conference and would highly recommend this Best Western. Mary, Chirag and the staff there at the Best Western go way beyond the norm to make sure your experience is good!!

Hotel and pool area very nice. but got kicked out of the pool area right at 12 on new years. would be nice to have a few minutes to say happy new year. Restaurant food was bad couldn't eat it. old meat and cold. Waitress acted like we were unreasonable to expect to be served at 9 (they were open and serving until 10)

We planned our stay for the kids to swim. Great water temperature and size of pool was adequate. Hot tub was very nice. Plenty of seating and towels. Poolside room was very nice. We had a great dining experience in the hotel restaurant D2. Great food, great drinks and friendly staff, also very affordable. Nice location near Lambeau Field (walking distance), the Resch center and many other local establishments.

I was given a quote confirmation of $525 5 months before our stay for 2 nights. Then the week of the trip 3 nighs before I travel they charged me $740 saying the other quote wasn't correct and I would have to speak to management. I called 3 times in 72 hours always being told by a employee named Brittany there was no manager and I would have to call in the morning. I did so and each morning still no manager. Then when I arrive they say there was a computer glitch so they aren't honoring the original quote and basically telling at me so I can't stay there unless I pay 740. The whole situation was sad and made me write a review which I've never had to before. Never stay herenl until they hire competent managers.

Stayed for 2 nights when we were in Green Bay for a concert at the Resch Center. Hotel is older, parts have been refurbished. Found it to be clean. People were friendly. Breakfast was great, many choices including freshly made omelets. Walked out the door and into the Resch Center for the concert. After the concert ordered a pizza to take back to the room. It was amazing. Freshly made to order, loaded with toppings, not the typical frozen type! Good location to Lambeau Field as well. Restaurants near by. Warning though, there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues or a ton of luggage to tote up the steps you might want to reserve a first floor room!! Bed was comfy. Quiet. Outlets next to the bed in lamp base. Bathroom is small, no storage space but worked out ok for our short stay.

The staff are the best you can get.the location to all the great events in green bay is also great.i can not say enough about the d2d sports bar staff.where else can you be in walking distance to the greatest football complex in the nation.

This place is a exceptional place to stay. Family owned and very accommodating. The owners are so very nice and will go out of their way to see that your stay is one of the best. You won't be disappointed.

Some of the rooms are outdated, but clean. this is my Go To Hotel. Perfect location and great staff. Bar price s are higher but plenty of other places to go. Pool are is great to sit and relax. drinks along the pool and wings are Tasty in the bar

Stayed here for two nights. Average hotel room with the usual amenities. The final day of the stay the hotel turned off the water to my room and others without notice. The water was turned off at 10am even though check out is 11am. I hadn't showered earlier. Called the front desk about the lack of water. Management's response to the lack of water was unacceptable. I was told I could take a shower at a hotel across the street. It would have been better if the management would have notified me before the water was turned off. The sports bar on a Tuesday night was fun.

We went for a girls weekend and were happy with the hotel and the location and convience of resterant and bar right in hotel. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will stay again when in the area. We could also walk to other bars within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the room a good size.

On the positive, you can walk to Lambeau. And the staff are courteous and responsive. Food good and priced right – free full breakfast included. Unfortunately, below average condition of hotel. Needs serious updating. Toilet backed up 3 times in 4 nights (not our fault LOL). Room staff woke us up twice at 7:30A with loud talking and vacuuming. The cost to stay here for a game is $400 plus a night - way excessive!

I have stayed at this BW in Green Bay for Packer games and when the Packers are away. When Packers are playing at Lambeau it is throbbing with excitement. When they are not it is quieter around the pool area and through the facility. I always enjoy their breakfasts in the morning. The variety is great. The location is easy to sample other sports pubs and of course, Lambeau Field. The price is rally advantageous when the Packers are out of town.

The staff was nice. The pool is a central point, and plenty deep and big. The complementary breakfast was one of the best I've seen. The location is great. It's not that the hotel is *bad*. But the hotel really looks and feels its age. You can tell from when you just drive up it's dated. The interior feels only slightly newer than the hotel looks, but at least it's clean. On the whole, it just feels tired. Not a 3-star hotel. Maybe a 2.5. There are better places out there that you might want to pay the extra $10 or $20 to get.

I guess this place would be great if you're in town for a Packers game. Other than that, neither the hotel nor the location is anything to write home about. Bad smell all through the place, either from the pool or just from moisture. Space heater running in the hallway day and night. Some rooms are a long walk away from the front desk. Back parking lot closest to our room was deserted, dark, and nasty. Dumpsters and port-a-potties. We had to park out front and walk a mile to our room. No elevator we could see. The restaurant is mostly a bar, don't expect any kind of dining experience. Breakfast is good though, great omelets. Room and beds were okay, but not great. A woolen blanket between two sheets, no comforters. No restaurants nearby. Again, this would be great for a football weekend, as it is in walking distance from the stadium, and has a huge bar area and open pool area for after parties. They will make you sign something that you can't have a pool party though. But if you're in Green Bay for any other reason, stay someplace else.

We were in town for a funeral. We checked in the afternoon so we'd have time to iron our clothes, change and get to the funeral in plenty of time. We discovered that the iron was getting hot, barely warm, so my husband took it to the front desk. He came back to the room empty handed, but within 5 minutes of his return a staff member delivered a brand new iron that worked perfectly! Check in & out was extremely easy & quick. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Slept great!!! The breakfast the next morning was awesome, lots of choices and great staff working the breakfast area.

Such a great experience. The hotel is so clean and lovely. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will stay here every time I'm in Green Bay, for sure! Pool was warm (salt water) and clean, hot tub was super hot and clean... pool tables, ping pong... so much fun!

Beds were very noisy, creaky. You could not move in bed without waking the other people in the room. Were told by front desk that the mattresses were brand new. Only in one week. No one slept good because of beds.

Went to the Little Big Town show at the arena. Great location. Had a very nice stay. We will definitely try to get a room there in the future. Since it is very close to Lambeau, it is frequently booked.

I always enjoy staying here, a lot of amenities, clean updated rooms and facilities. The made from scratch omelettes Maria makes that are included with the free breakfast are to die for. And she's a great lady.

Our room overlooked the pool and billiard room. It was noisy until about 11 PM. The bath tub had a very slick bottom. Luckily there was a grab bar. The service was good, room was clean, and breakfast was fine.

This is the Best place to stay in Green Bay!! Anytime we are in town this is our choice and they do not disappoint!! Very nice Team from front desk to homemade omelets and cleaners. I cannot sign any of the complaints I read reading reviews. The hotel is very nice, offers great amenities as the pool, whirlpool, gym and also the business center. The rooms were clean as you would expect it in a very good hotel, the staff was very friendly and it also offers nice bars and the famous Lambeau Field within one block, including the in-hotel D2 bar. If I go to Green Bay, Best Western at Armed Forces Dr is my place to go. Feeling home.

The pool burned our eyes so badly that we couldn't even swim the next day. Way too many chemicals were used evidently. The rooms felt paper thin and we could hear people come back in the early morning after bar time.

Often stay here for Packer games. Management and staff are the best. They handle the craziness of Packer weekends seamlessly. Easy walk to Lambeau Field, The Jersey Store, Stadium View, and other bars. Will stay here many times again.

08/11/2019 (3:30pm-7:30pm) HAZARDOUS WARNING: My mom was in town and booked a room at the Best Western on Armed Forces Drive in Green Bay, WI. My kids stayed with my mom for the afternoon and evening. She took them down to the pool to swim and they enjoyed several hours of swimming with Grandma. When you call the hotel, while on hold, it states, “come and enjoy the newly renovated salt water pool.” I am not sure what type of chemicals are used in a newly renovated salt water pool. However, something was VERY wrong with the pool water. My daughter's hair is now straw-like and bleached. She had it in a low pony tail and the part that was consistently hanging in the water went from dark brown/almost black, to light brown/dirty blonde. Her swim suit went from black/and navy blue to shades of brown. The suit is ruined and we have tried numerous things to work on her hair, at the instruction of a professional hair stylist but it is so fried that we have an appointment with our hair stylist, next week (the soonest we could get in), to determine what steps will need to be taken to fix this complete disaster. She may have to get her hair cut. So much for the years of growing it out. She will go from having waist-length hair to having shoulder-length hair and will have to start all over, growing it out. My mom called and spoke with the BW Manager (I believe, Chirag D) who advised her that there were no other complaints and the kids were not allowed to be swimming there, since they were not registered guests. They also told my mom that she is no longer welcome to stay at their hotel. Hearing this, shocked and really, really upset me. My mom is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She stays at that same hotel at least once a month, if not more, when she comes to visit and she always takes the kids – they are her grandchildren. Going forward, she will find a new hotel to stay at. Interestingly enough, the Manager did call back and apologize for what had been said. They are crediting my mom for her room but that is all they are willing to do. My concern is not the money but the safety of the pool for any other patrons of the Best Western hotel – my mom informed me that there was a baby in the pool while they were there. If the water did this to hair and swimsuits, after one swim, I question the hazard to the prolonged exposure to peoples' eyes and skin, and wonder what would happen if someone accidentally ingested it. If you plan to stay at this Best Western or any other BW with a “newly renovated salt water pool,” please take my advice and stay away from the pool. Completely dissatisfied and extremely concerned.

Spacious rooms with 2 beds. Well equipped. Rooms are ringed round the indoor pool and game area, which gives some noise. Good breakfast which opened 5-10 minutes late every day when we were there (5 nights). Ample parking. Sports bar in the hotel, others are nearby. At a stone's throw from the stadium.

Spent a night and was impressed with cleanliness of hotel. Evident that maintenance staff to front desk do a outstanding job. Pool could use some attention. Room was spotless. Made to order egg omelette were outstanding.

Mainly booked this hotel due to it's location to Lambeau Field. Lots of parking available (on an event night, we were able to park one vehicle for free, and had to pay to park the second car). Was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Was transport back to a time of the travelodges. Sure, the rooms a little dated with the decor, but room was very clean and comfortable. There is also a very nice breakfast in the morning. We weren't told about it at check-in, so I was happy to stumble upon it. If I go back to Lambeau, would not hesitate to stay here again.

This Best Western is walking distance to Lambeau Field in Green Bay Wisconsin.The morning breakfast is fantastic. The pool area is also a great place to hang out and meet other Packer fans. The staff is very friendly.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's always clean and welcoming. It's such a short walk to the stadium. Also, they are good restaurants nearby and a Kwik Trip. The pool at this hotel is wonderful and our kids always enjoy playing ping pong.

Pool and hot tub smelled and was yellow/green in color. Roof leaked when it rained above pool area. When taking a shower water pressure and temp changed to either scalding hot or ice cold when someone used water in another hotel room nearby. However, staff was friendly and nice and rooms were clean.

We traveled to Green Bay to run the Packer 5K. The room was large and clean. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful and good. The breakfast room had plenty of seating for everyone, the hotel was fully booked. The attached bar/restaurant had good food also. Location was great, just a block to Lambeau Field. We will be back again.

Pillows were horrible, probably the original ones purchased for hotel. Sheets felt like sandpaper. Water in shower vacillated between freezing and scorching, nothing in between. Thumping base from bar across the street went on until 2 in the morning and kids in the pool first thing in the morning. No amenities in the room. Free breakfast was sub par. Won't be going back when there is a Hamptons 10 times nicer across the street.

Had a good time at this hotel - great atmosphere near Lambeau Field, good pool, excellent breakfast buffet ! Maybe not the cheapest place, but many good restaurants and bars close by - not to mention Packers training camp across the street

The location was great, room was bigger than expected. They could definitely spend money on the beds. There were visible depression in the mattresses. The breakfast was good. Outside was a little iffy looking but inside was in line with the price of the room.

This place is equivalent to Motel 6. The water in the shower varies from cold to scolding hot. The shampoo dispenser in shower does not work. The room is marginally clean. They need to be updated with new carpet and paint. The reason the can gouge prices is location!

Located in the Ashwaubenon stadium district this older hotel has only two stories. Room was spotless. King bed was comfortable. Easy check in and check out with friendly front desk attendant. Lots of parking. Excellent hot breakfast. Good value.

Lots of stairs to get to our room, and there is no elevator. Our room was really nice, the king bed was comfortable, more toiletries in room than I have ever seen...like tooth brushes and paste! The breakfast was the usual and the kitchen staff very nice. The food was good, but when you travel a lot scrambled eggs, sausages, cheap breads and muffins loose there appeal. The yogurt was the best thing and the room coffee was great. The swimming pool, hot tub and ping pong table was inviting, and I would have played ping pong, but no time. Great place to bring the kids and close to many places to eat and drink, and they have have their own bar and restaurant.

Basic hotel close to stadium. Has a pool if you like that but air temp in lobby and atrium was very high due to pool and humidity. No view of anything but parking lot. Room was comfortable enough and quiet enough but we were not there on a busy time. No shampoo in shower, even after I told housekeeping. Hotel was picked for a meeting otherwise I am not sure it would have been what I wanted. I bet they make a ton of their money on football days.

Stayed here for the Cellcom Marathon weekend. My son was running the 5K so it was I and him. We had a two queen poolside room for one night. The hotel was very clean and the rooms had microwaves and fridges. Our room opened up to the pool which was great for my son. It was a huge pool space which my son really enjoyed. Breakfast had the option of an omelette bar which was really nice! The only thing I really didn't like was there was a graduation ceremony going on at the Resch Center and there were no parking spaces available...I feel that parking should be reserved for hotel guests. Other than that it was a pleasant stay with great location!

HOtel is clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately there was a hockey tournament for adolescents and the parents did not monitor their children in pool and they used hot tub as second pool. They also allowed them to run up and down halls all night.

Centrally located in the Lambeau Field neighborhood, this hotel is nice, clean and well priced. The room is a little dated, but well maintained. If you want a modern up to date room, this is not your place. Pool facilities are indoor, spacious and well maintained. The surprise here was the complementary breakfast. As with most hotel breakfasts that I consider miserable, Best Western has a cook making fresh made to order omelets! So next trip to the Green Bay Area, I'm definitely coming back here!

I needed to stay here because of the location. I was concerned because of negative reviews written by others. However, my stay here was nearly perfect. I had a king bed room in a quiet area far from the lobby and pool. The room was nice. Everything in the room seemed new - carpet, paint, decor, refrigerator, microwave - so perhaps it was a recently updated room. The air was fresh with not a hint of cigarette smoke. The hotel does bill itself as 100% smoke free so I am not sure why others had this issue. The pool/hot tub area was busy every time I walked through so I can see why people with rooms facing the pool may find it not as peaceful. That area also has a pool table and a ping pong table and additional seating with tables. The breakfast room is huge and the breakfast was good. I especially liked the homemade style hash browns and the sausage links. Service was excellent. When they ran out of hot water for hot chocolate they immediately brought more out. I did not have any parking issues either as others have said. There was plenty of parking. There was an event in the area and the hotel put out clear signs at the lot entrance that said parking is for the hotel only. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that there was no channel guide for the TV and they told me that they used to provide that but no longer do. There are lots of channels so you have to scroll through to find what you want. One more thing. This hotel has two levels but the second level is reached by stairs. No elevator anywhere that I saw. So if you can't take stairs be sure to ask for a ground level room.

We stay here fairly often and lately it seems to feel quite rundown. The room we had actually had no toilet paper holder which seemed odd. Decent enough but could really use some updates. Also stay as far away from the pool area as possible unless you like a lot of screaming and kids running past your room constantly.

The pool was crowded with numerous parties 24/7. No rules enforced! Beds were hard as rocks. Rude staff at front desk and most importantly one particular guy bartending at restaurant. He called us names while high-fiving others and eventually kicked us out because I was paying for my son's drinks who is 26. Not sure why he thought it was his business. He later threatened to take out my fiance in the parking lot. Will NEVER be back. Nor will the rest of the group I was with!

We went for an overnighter to sight see during the day and then to use the pool and hot tub later. We got to check in early which was nice but in going past the pool, it was LOADED with kid parties all over the place! We expected when we got back later we would be able to use the hot tub and pool, but nope. Still a ton of kids and people all over the place. I guess next time we need to ask how many parties are going on in the pool. Funny thing was, at check in I had to sign something saying I wasn't going to have a pool party.

We really liked the location! Walking distance to everything. We just wanted a one night getaway to swim with our kids. The pool area is huge and there are pool tables, beach balls, and a ping pong table. There is a lot of seating but some large families hogged several tables so we were left with one lawn chair for the 4 of us. The pool is nice but not too big. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast we good and the eating area was very clean. The room needed updating. The doors to the rooms had large spaces between the frame and door. The bathtub looked gross. We ate supper at the adjoining bar/restaurant and it was tasty and reasonable.

They didn't have our second night reserved, beds are old, hard. Reception was not helpful. NO additional towels/pillow/blankets. No staff to help. Water leak in room by toliet/sink. Ran out of towels in pool, had limited amount and most of them were kitchen hand towels, don't wrap around anyone older than 12months of age.

Booked for two nights for a boys basketball tournament aroudn the area. Saturday night was a fiasco back at the hotel as there was not any parking for hotel patrons as they sold spots out for activities around the area that night. Highly disappointing when you pay money to stay at a hotel and can't even find a place to park.

This hotel was overall a good place to stay. But the other guests were rude and very noisy near the pool area. The other guests spent longer time in the pool area after 11pm when it was suppose to be closed. There was so much noise, my group had no to little sleep. The check in service was exceptional, but the lady later in the day was rude. The lady was different from the check-in person, and she seemed to be very short tempered. We needed to reactivate our key cards since it wasn't working, and was not deactivated by a credit card, keys or phone. I would recommend to stay there but watch out for unsupervised children, some rude guests and lots of noise at night.

Kids wanted a quick VACA with shopping. The best western is our go to for just that. The rooms are updated buy lighting and air quality could be better. We stayed poolside and it worked out great. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be back

We stayed in this hotel during the WAMO pool tournament. We didn't spend a ton of time there. Everything in the lobby was clean, the breakfast wasn't bad, the room wasn't terrible. The issue we had was with the shower!! The water went from hot to ice cold, to scalding hot.. It was hard to take a relaxing shower..There was no telling when it would change.

TLDR: rented a non-smoking room, it was smoky when we showed up, I tried to negotiate a fair reimbursement with the GM and she became extremely aggressive with me, explored BBB and got nowhere because Best Western didn't respond. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It was a bad experience. I booked a room at the Best Western Green Bay Inn Conference Center for the evenings of Saturday December 29, 2018 and Sunday December 30, 2018. I booked the room as a standard room, 1 king bed, non-smoking for two adults. I arrived for check-in the evening of 12/29 around 5pm. After checking in at the front desk, I went up to my room. The room reeked of smoke. I immediately went down to the front desk and asked to be re-located. The staff said that they couldn't re-locate us that evening because they were booked solid (due to the Packers playing the next day - we were in town to see the game). At that point I requested a discount. I was told that this needed to be discussed with the front desk manager the following day as the night staff couldn't make this decision. During this discussion, the night staff front desk clerks Krista and Brenda informed us that the previous night they rented the room to an individual that they described as unkempt and sketchy. They considered not renting the room to this individual, but they were fearful of a confrontation, so they decided to rent the room out, even though the man appeared to be unkempt. Therefore we spent one night in a room that was advertised as non-smoking, but clearly had a smoky smell. The following morning, I went down to the front desk around 7am to discuss with the front desk manager Mary. I had left a note with Krista and Brenda for Mary, but that note never got forwarded to Mary. I discussed the issue with Mary, and she said that a discount would have to be discussed with the GM. She offered to re-locate us for the evening of 12/30, but did not explain the relative proximity of the room nor whether it was equivalent or not to the room we were currently renting. She was busy because it was the day of the Packers game. It was explained to us that the room wouldn't be available until 3pm on 12/30. I told her this wouldn't work for us since we had plans for the entire day, and it was extremely inconvenient for us to move rooms due to our plans for the day. Mary explained to me that since I booked the room through Expedia, that Expedia would have to credit me for any discount that the GM offered. At that point I called Expedia to file a complaint about the smokey room. Expedia explained to me that they would sort out the issue with the hotel. This all happened before 10am on 12/30. As I checked out on 12/31, I asked to discuss the issue with the GM. The GM informed me that she would issue me a $43 discount for one night (for context, we paid $255 per night, and the room typically rents out for $135 when there is no Packer game. Additionally they charge guests $250 for a smoking fee - they probably weren't able to collect this, but that's the businesses problem, not mine) . I stated that this seemed unfair. At that point, she became very aggressive with me and very confrontational. She acted very rudely, and I felt uncomfortable continuing the conversation with her. She seemed unwilling to negotiate with me in person, so I explained to her that I would file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, since I have rights as a consumer. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 1/8/19. After multiple efforts by the BBB trying to contact the business, they eventually closed the complaint because the Best Western never responded. I'm trying to resolve matters through the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection Bureau of Consumer Protection currently, but figured everyone else should know about my experience.

Pros: The Best Western is in a great location if you're going to a game or concert at Lambeau Field or the Reusch center. The pool area is great! Especially for large group gatherings. There is also a ping pong table, which my kids loved. The rooms were clean. Cons: On game days, parking at this hotel can be difficult. The beds were uncomfortable! And they were only double size beds! There was no elevator or access the 2nd floor with luggage.

Great access to the Resch Center and Lambeau (within walking distance). It was the main reason why we chose this hotel. They seemed to be doing some work on their parking lot, which made it difficult to get in and out of, but they did offer free parking. We never found where to get the free breakfast before leaving. The pool area looked great. There was a pool, hot tub, and ping pong available that we seen. There is NO ELEVATOR, so keep that in mind. The hotel could use some updating and maintenance work. Our room must have had a previous ceiling leak because you could tell where it had been patched, but yet there was still additional damage. Some of the staff came off as very rude. There is a restaurant/bar attached. Pool is open until 11pm, so if you want an early nights rest...don't get room facing the pool. My husband and I got a kick out of the kid yelling CANNONBALL at 10:46 pm before he splashed in.

We have used this hotel over the years as an overflow for our Youth Conference. We love using this hotel as they do a great job of taking care of our youth groups that stay there and we are happy with the rooms and breakfast they serve the groups. They have a nice pool area and also are close to lots of things in Green Bay!

This was our 6th year returning to this hotel. The reason we return is due to amazing service received by all staff members. Rooms are newly decorated, beds are very comfortable!!! Pool area is always clean and welcoming. Special Thank You to Mary & Chirag for accommodating our group every year. Rooms are already booked for next year...See you then. Another plus is we see a lot of return guests like ourselves that we enjoy visiting with and look forward seeing them every year too!!!

This hotel has a great location and we loved the restaurant/bar attached to the establishment. The room was okay, but we were a little disappointed. The water went from cold to scolding hot while showering, making it a very uncomfortable situation for my children (the tub drain was broken). The room had items left over from other guest in it making us question the cleanliness of the room. Also, the three children with us all ended up with rashes after swimming in the pool, itching and complaining the whole way home about their skin.

My family and I stayed at this Best Western during a Packer Game Weekend. We love the location of this hotel. Walking distance of the football field and local bars! Friendly staff. Hotel is very clean.

Worst experience ever! Booked 2 rooms. I got there with my comf # they said I cancelled. I showed them my email. Then they thought I was someone else. The lady in line says they booked her under my name. My family had 4 other rooms there. Every one was messed up. The pool was freezing cold!! They rented the parking lot out for a concert at arena next door. We had to walk a block with our luggage or pay $7 each to park. I check my bank statement and they charged my account for 3 rooms when I only had 2. I called and spoke to the owner she was very very rude and told me to take it up with my bank. I told her she emailed me the invoices if she could please look. She told me to call the police and hung up. She could not speak very good English or understand English. I travel quite a bit. This was the worst hotel & service from an owner of a business I have ever experienced in my life!!

Maria Kitchen in the kitchen makes amazing breakfast. Very friendly The hotel hotel is very amazing. Staff very kind and helpful Would would come back and stay here everytime. Enjoy the location. Located near a few bars!

I will say that the hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. I do think the hotel seems a little out dated. One major plus to the hotel is it is within walking distance of Lambeau Field and the Resch Center Complex! With it being so close to the Resch Center I noticed that they sell hotel parking spots for the Green Bay Gamblers games. One thing I would suggest to the hotel would be to have reserved parking for hotel guests so they don't have to park further away due people parking and going to the Resch Center. Otherwise it is a nice place and I would recommend staying here if you're going to anything nearby!

You couldn't ask for a much better location to Lambeau field. That was where the good ended. The room was adequate, we paid $250 for one night, the bathroom is setup with the sink and only mirror are in the bathroom. So with three people, you couldn't even get water for coffee if someone was in the bathroom and no one could put on makeup, etc., bad layout. The beds were the absolute worst I've slept on in a hotel in many many years. We didn't even really sleep. Three people and we all had backaches and felt horrible in the morning from lack of sleep because the beds were just that bad. The restaurant and bar were way over priced and the food was adequate in quality at best. Nachos were terrible, chicken strips were small. Drinks were made weak and very pricey. The breakfast was awesome. Huge variety, clean area and they kept it well stocked and fresh even on a very busy day. The front desk staff at check in were just short of rude. In their defense they had a concert the night before a Packer game, however, they call it customer service for a reason.

My stay at this hotel was brief as I was part of a group that arrived late in the evening, went out to a concert in the area and then left at check out the next morning. The check-in process was a breeze and the clerk was very helpful in fulfilling my request of a room closer to my group rather then the originally assigned room which was farther away. My room was on the second floor and as you can see from the photos did not have much of a view which was fine with me since I would not be staying in the room for any prolonged amount of time. The room showed obvious signs of age but there was nice updating, i.e. furniture and the art on the walls. This hotel did not offer complimentary shampoo/conditioner/lotion as most places do but opted instead for dispensers in the shower that gave out shampoo and body wash only. A face bar was also given. There were ample amounts of towels which was very nice. The faucet in my bathtub was dripping the entire time and the door jamb to the bathroom looked like it had previously been kicked in or damaged. There was a fridge included in my room which is always appreciated but it made a lot of noises. The heater worked very well and I could always find a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, when I turned the heater off (which created a great amount of white noise) it was unbelievably how much I could here other people in the hall and on either side of my room. There was pool in the hotel but unfortunately we did not have a chance to partake.The hotel had a great location especially if you are staying overnight for a Packer game. There were many bars and restaurants around within walking distance. Overall my stay was enjoyable but that may only be due to the fact that I spent very little time there.

First off, I will start by saying the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. We also loved the pool area. It was quiet, large and plenty of seating and the hot tub was the perfect temp. We loved the attached bar/restaurant..Fish fry was great! Breakfast was also very good. Loved the inlet bar with cook preparing each one as ordered and fresh! Now the real problem!!! Our room was swarming with ants. I had been bitten before I even noticed there were ants! Lighting is very dim at night all over the property. In our room, the ants were easily camouflaged in the dark patterned carpet! It wasn't until our son dropped a piece of snack sausage on the floor that we noticed them. Within minutes they were swarming the food! I had seen ants by the poolside earlier in the evening on some crumbs.. but didn't think much of it. But in my room! It was insane at how many there were. I was bit and it burned all night! Didn't realize it was big welts until I got home because it was high on my back thigh neat but buttocks. :( So painful and disappointed. Told the desk clerk of problem.. she offered us a new room. The morning clerk comped our room after telling me the ants were our fault since we had snack foods out! I told her I've stayed days at other hotels with snacks and drinks and never i my life have seen this! She then became polite and comped the room! Seriously lady! That was the only rude person there! A man came to our room quickly with a can of raid. Which tells me the hotel obviously knows they have an ant infestation! Beware! Don't let your young kids play or sleep in the floor there! I was sitting I. A chair when I received the painful bits shown! I will opt for another hotel in the future! Reviewer from Green Bay, WI

So close to Lambeau Field and right next to the Retsch center, you'll have lots to do. Beautiful salt water pool and hot tub, an excellent restaurant and bar on premises too! The staff is always so nice,friendly and helpful for whatever you want. Rooms are clean beds are soft and lots of pillows. I always go out of my way to stay here. They also have a wonderful nice hot breakfast in the morning, to start your day off right after a good night's rest.

You can see Lambeau Field just two blocks up the road from the entrance. On game day, tail gate parties everywhere - atmosphere buzzing But counter that with ants in the room - in the bed for that matter; and the invasive smell of swimming pool, you struggle to balance the pluses of convenience with the deficit in quality. Many of the people working g there seemed pretty grumpy too. Not all bad - some happy staff; decent breakfast (great omelette); and good price. Good size room, comfortable bed, clean (last two both subject to coping with ants!) I'd probably try a different, convenient hotel but would not be averse to returning here?!?!?!

We we're in town for packer foundation luncheon. Tuesday. Staff were great bar/restaurant was fine .no tap beer but wings were .25..close to lambeau..if you are going to game you want to stay here. Free breakfast..great omlettes

I stayed at this hotel for a girls get away. They treated us very well. Was very clean and had nice room by the pool. Great location with alot of bars and restaurants to walk to. I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future.

Rooms are very clean and room to move. Breakfast was very good. The whole establishment is very clean. Wonderful staff. Parking is available all around the hotel. The hotel is secured at the entry points other then the front door.

So we opted for Best Western for our first visit to see the Packers. It was opening game against the Bears so hotel choice in the area was very limited Best Western does what it says on the tin, purely just for sleeping, it is very outdated and smells musty but it is clean. The pool does have a strong chlorine smell and area can be quite loud so wouldn't want one of the rooms that are directly alongside but our room was over the back so weren't affected. The bar on the hand is great, really big and service great and prompt, we spent most of our time there. It does get packed for their own tailgate but was still really good would go again!

HORRIBLE! Kids in pool till 2:00 a.m. yelling and screaming. front desk said wedding going on so kids could stay in pool. no sleep that night. no elevator to 2nd floor. 2nd floor rooms dark even with lights on. no air circulating and smell pool right when you walk in to lobby. But then again it overrides the cigarette smoke from outside that everyone including desk staff smokes at. so chlorine or smoke are also an amenity they give you not listed. 20 of us and most has issues with reservations that were incorrect at check in. lucky had confirmations with us.

For the cleaniliness and functionality of the amenities in this property, I expected better based on the $303/night charge. You are definitely paying for the location next to the stadium and not the quality of the hotel. Very disappointed in this particular Best Western property.

Stayed overnight for an event at the Resch Center. Couldn't ask for a better location to stay. Resch is located behind hotel within walking distance. Rooms were quiet and clean and hotel staff were very friendly. They offer an excellent breakfast in the morning with made to order omelets included. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend if any events are located at the Resch, couldn't do better!

Hotel is an older hotel which I don't mind but was in a more louder area than I prefer. But it's location that is to be expected. I love staying at best westerns but I was just not a fan of this particular one. I will keep staying at best westerns in the future.

Nothing like a Packer football game to result in a hotel jacking up the price for a stay well beyond anything that would seem reasonable! However, it was expected and since the hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Lambeau field, you have to expect that they need to make their money when they can. The front counter staff was OK as some of the people were pretty friendly while other people, not so much. Check-in on a Friday was easy (we were able to store our bags on Sunday while we went to the game and then picked them up after the game) and there was a taxi service for free from the airport ((you need to call the hotel when you land) and back to the airport (arrange it when you check in). There is a small exercise room, laundry, indoor pool and whirlpool (did not use either) along with a large sitting area. Since the pool is indoor, it was pretty warm in the corridor as we walked to our room. The room was OK, with a couple of double beds, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TV and a pretty standard bathroom (the cleaning staff never did replace the hair soap in the shower and on Sunday morning, the water pressure was so low that the toilets would not flush. The front desk said that it had to do with so many people showering at the same time but it took about 3 hours to return to normal). There is also a heating / air conditioning unit in the room (not central air) so although it was not noisy, it did go on and off (a/c) constantly. There is a large bar attached to the hotel and a bunch of bars in the area along with the Resch Center arena (hockey, basketball, concerts) so the location is quite good. Although it was a football weekend, there was very little noise in the hotel room area, which was a pleasant surprise. Great location for a stay for a couple of nights and expect to pay a hefty premium to stay so close to Lambeau. There are other hotels / motels in the area but I would expect that they would all be about the same so the BW is an OK choice.

This hotel has seen better days. When we arrived the front desk person was on the phone for 10 min. while we stood there. She finally asked person on phone if she could call them back. Finally our rooms were assigned. The room was clean except for the carpet, in fact all carpeting needed changing, you made sure you kept something on your feet at all times. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub warm and comfortable but in dire need of a cleaning. The price was reasonable, I would only recommend to those on a limited budget. .

Front desk would not change our room when we arrived so we could be on the first floor since there is not an elevator. The hotel was no where near booked. Called for an extra blanket at 10:00 p.m. and was told that maintenance was gone and they could not bring a blanket. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was good.

In the future I will spend additional money to stay close to Lambeau without the poor accommodations and customer service. For over $200/night *Pre-Season* you can wait 45 minutes to check-in because the front desk is understaffed, dark hallways and rooms, ours was clearly a smoking room in the past and very must, beds were adequate, but it just desperately needs to be updated. Also, even though the room was a double occupancy room, we still only got one parking pass and had to pay an additional $20 for the second couple joining us, I would've been less annoyed had this been clearly communicated to me when I was reserving. They should take some of that additional money they're making off parking and put it towards remodeling. I will add though that the breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options, even healthy ones.

You are not staying at this hotel for the great room. You are staying here for the ability to park here and be close to Lambeau Field for a game. It is excellent for tailgating and parking. The breakfast is very good. The pool area is very nice. It is dated and run down. You are close to the action. The staff is very friendly. You can over look the rooms if you are coming for a sports attraction and will not be staying much in your room. My biggest complaint was I was in a boot cast and they have no elevator. I was forced to use the stairs. Depending on where your room is it may be hard to get around. I am just making you aware. If you cannot do steps choose a first floor room.

I remember going to this hotel as a kid, when it was the Midway Motor Lodge. That was a bit ago and the properties are getting older, but this one is taken care of fantastically! It does have a bit of a chemical smell from keeping it clean, but nothing major. The bed was comfortable, the room really clean, and the continental breakfast was fantastic--way better than I would have imagined. Anyone who reads my reviews knows I love a waffle maker and that was there, but so was an omelette making station. And the man making the omelettes was incredible. They were really good and overall, the selection for this breakfast is probably equivalent to a $10 brunch somewhere, making the room and experience an even better deal. If you are Lambeau bound, staying here makes a lot of sense!

My family stayed at the Best Western during a sports event in June. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have an elevator so I was forced to use stairs over the 4 day stay. It was very hard for me. They do have a very large pool, hot tub, pool table & ping pong table for all to use. This area also has a glass ceiling which was a very nice touch. There is also a restaurant and bar included in the hotel facility which was very nice. This hotel also sits next door to Lambeau Field and practice field. It also is next door to the hockey complex arena. All in all great except for no elevators.

We have stayed here for the last three years as part of Packer Family night. The rooms keep getting worse - the floor was so dirty your feet turned black. Bar changed for water on the hot day of family night while the rest of our stay the had free glasses of water. Front desk staff where uninformed and not willing to help. Any time we asked a question ,we were told to come back and ask the next shift. Pool was nice.

If you want to be near Lambeau Field this it the place! 1 block away! across the street is the training camp and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great Bar/Resturant right on site, Fantastic Food and service!!

A friend and I stayed here since we were running the Packers 5K. We had a pool view room. There was one thing that we thought could be improved. It would have been nice to have a mirror that was outside of the bathroom. When two women are trying to get ready, a mirror outside of the bathroom would have been helpful. The breakfast offered a lot of options: Sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, cereal and much more. The location is perfect as it is a 2 block walk to Lambeau Field. I wish I could stay here when we go to games, but the rates are just too high on game days.

Stayed here with my fiancé for a few days just to get out of town. Slept in a pool side room. It was so incredibly noisy. We were on the second floor and I could hear every word people were saying at the pool. I turned the tv volume up, could still hear them. Put in ear plugs and that didn't help much either. It took me about 2-3 hours to fall asleep. Comforter on our bed was not warm or cozy at all. Room was pretty clean overall. The shower turned super hot randomly for both him and I. I would stay elsewhere next time.

We had a reservation elsewhere but decided not to stay there and ended up here. Its and okay place. The pool area is great, relaxing for adults and fun for kids. The hotel was very quiet. Kind of outdated but clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great! Front desk staff was kinda meh, not unfriendly but not enthusiastic by any means. Perfect location if visiting Lambeau. I would come back here again.

This hotel was dated and the shower temperature changed all throughout the shower. Our room was spacious though and the staff was friendly and the pool was really nice. They also had a very nice man making omlets for breakfast.

Stayed here while on business in Green Bay. The place is old, outdated and dirty. Also, it is set in a noisy bar area with drunks wandering around the area. I would not stay here again. The only thing this place has going for it is location if you are a Packers fan.

It is within walking distance to Lambeau, several restaurants within walking distance as well. Pool area is indoors and it's very well kept. The breakfast area is very nice, omelets made to order! Beds were very comfortable. I'd recommend it for anyone.

Location can't be beat. Great breakfast. Amazingly quiet - of course, we ran the heat/cooling fan all night. Room is worn and room temperature can't be controlled very well. Water pressure in shower is wonderful! Good value for the price.

Staff was not helpful and seemed uninformed of everything. There was poor signage for room entrances and where breakfast was. The hot tub was broken and the staff didn't even know it. The pool area was only 20 feet from the front desk. We had problems with our room keys not working and got locked out of the hotel in the parking lot.

Great location. Right by The Resch Center, The Don Hutson Center, and Lambeau. Close to bowling in Ashwaubenon. Nice large pool and hot tub area. Also had games and a gathering area. Wonderful breakfast. Made to order omellettes were delicious. Nice rooms. Clean. Would recommend to stay here.

Always enjoy staying at the Best Western In Green Bay, WI. Good Location, has a bar and restaurant in the motel, pool area is awesome. Within walking distance of other bars/restaurants, and the Packer Stadium

Allow food in pool area. Owner tried to work with us but all meeting rooms were full. We have a large family and get together and have a pot luck on Friday night. It was difficult to get all in one room.

We planned to stay only one night but ended up staying 3 due to a blizzard. The owner of the hotel made sure we had everything we needed and Maria did a great job with breakfast each day. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel had a really nice pool area. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you to this Best Western. We came in for a conference and got snowed in and Best Western was soooo accommodating. They took awesome care of us! I would stay here again! Shout out to the owner who took personal care of us!

We booked this hotel during the kids spring break for a fun impromptu overnight. I searched online SPECIFICALLY for a poolside room since we had an infant along and needed to be close range for the video baby monitor. This was the ONLY reason we booked this hotel. Upon arrival I was informed there were NO poolside rooms. All rooms were shut down because apparently they were getting new furniture that day. At this point I felt like we had no other choice but to stay (where else would we be able to find a poolside room so late in the day). They offered to upgrade us to a bigger room and assured me they gave me the closest room to the pool available (which was not all that close). This really meant nothing to me. I would rather a smaller room if it meant being closer to the pool. Meanwhile I saw another guest checking into a room closer to the pool. Got the kids ready to swim and headed to the pool. It did not seem clean. The grout was stained black and it appeared to be muddy all over. We saw tons of ants eating food off the ground. (The hotel was not busy at all. In fact we felt like the only ones there most of the time. Not sure how long those crumbs had been on the ground and they were right next to the hot tub). The entire area looked clean from far away but close up we were disgusted. Later on back at our room (which is so extremely outdated and had lots of stains everywhere - furniture, walls, carpet etc) we noticed more ants under the sheets. The next day back at the pool we noticed it had not been cleaned. The same gunk was all over the ground (hair, food etc), and the ants were still there. And by the way, we saw no furniture coming or going from any of the rooms the entire time we were there. Right before we left we did see them bringing a shop vac into several rooms though. The kids had fun and they don't notice this stuff so it wasn't a complete fail. But I am extremely disappointed that I spent the money I did and didn't get what I bargained for. This hotel has so much potential.. it's a shame they don't invest more money back into it. I'm sure they get plenty of business being so close to Lambeau and the Resch so what do they care. But I remember this hotel being so much fun as a kid and it's a shame what it's turned into.

Our hockey teams usually stay here and they always have a great time. Great pool area and lots of room. The boys played pool and pingpong. Ate at the resturant and they have great food. The hot breakfast is great.

This hotel is well located and has a nice free hot breakfast. It is quite dated and needs a makeover. It was quiet and room appeared to be clean. No microwave in room is not a game changer, but no hot chocolate or tea available and coffee in lobby in am only. The major complaint that was voiced by many people is the hotel is more interested in making extra money selling parking spaces for events than accomodating their guests. The vendor is supposed to save a stall for each registered guest but it still forces paying guests to drive all over the lot looking for a spot to park. I don't know the arrangement between the attached bar selling the event parking and the hotel; but it is a selfish disrespectful practice that would keep me from staying there again.

The convenience of the hotel can's be beat if you visit the Resch Center. Nice stay, clean room. Great that restaurant is attached since it is March. Other local amenities within walking distance. Would certainly stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay here - the room was warm and everything was really clean. The interior is quite dated - this place really needs a revamp. The fitness centre has three treadmills - that's it. The sports bar is good - a great atmosphere and our bartender was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic - there is a huge selection to choose from. We chose this place to stay given the price and proximity to Lambeau Field and it served that purpose but nothing to write home about.

Feels a bit outdated, but not too bad. Didn't realize the pools is surrounded by the rooms, so the noise from the pool was heard easily in my room. I downloaded a good noisemaker app and was fine though. Shower water temperature is all over the place. Sometimes it would get crazy hot or crazy cold, which is never a welcome surprise. Breakfast was fine. They made omelette this morning, to order, which was great. Coffee is meh. The rest of the breakfast was normal for hotel continental breakfast standards. No backup blankets in the closet, and the bedspread was pretty light. Hot tub and pool are nice. Overall a fine stay. Doesn't feel like a nice place, but did the job for an inexpensive night.

It started with us arriving and finding the hot tub out of service, which was a huge disappointment. When I called the front desk, I did not get a very friendly or helpful person. We hit the pool only to find an ant colony had set up camp on the pool edge. This was strange to see in the middle of winter. Walls are super thin, could hear the kids next door all night long. On the positive side, breakfast was delicious!

We came into town for the Jeff Dunham show. The staff behind the counter was not very helpful. The room was nice A little small, but the heater work very well and it was very quiet. We went down to the pool 4 the hot tub it was lukewarm at best very disappointed. It was a bit cold outside we wanted to warm up. The breakfast the next day was outstanding the food was very good and hot and a lot of choices. That was the best part of our stay.

Pool area was really cold - water was not near warm enough for younger children. Breakfast area needed tending to - wipe off tables and clean up carpet . Not enough room for people with hot tub - large families took area up.

Got a good deal on the room, through Expedia, so that's a plus. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was ready before 3. Staff was friendly. Got up to the room, was surprised at how large the room was!! King bed, very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker (only decaf in the room). Also had a seating area with chair, coffee table and small loveseat. Sports bar attached to the hotel was nice. Not cheap but lots of food and beverage options. Hotel was walking distance to Shopko Hall and Lambeau, great location! The hotel rooms are situated around the indoor pool. It was quite when the pool was closed but was loud (kids having lots of fun!) when open. I would have given them 4 or even 5 stars until I took a shower in the morning... all was good until BLAZING HOT water came out of nowhere! So I turned the shower cooler. All was good until FREEZING COLD water took my breath away! I was kind of done then. Check out was fast, however, they wanted to charge my card again, I had to remind them I prepaid for the room.

Good over all experience besides front desk worker got an attitude due to us checking in after 6 because road conditions were horrible. But she got an attitude because we were paying cash. But we didn't let her ruin our stay.

Can't beat the location for a Packers home game! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. That's really all we needed. If you need quiet, ask for a room that does not face the pool area. Ours did, and the noise wasn't bad, but if it were more crowded, it could be an issue for some. Overall, I would recommend!

I thought being so close to Lambeau Field that this hotel would be A-1. Not so much. Having the pool on the inside is a smart idea. The breakfast was very good. Made to order omelettes are great. But the rooms had out dated furniture and the floor board were extremely dusty and dirty.

I was on a business trip. The hotel is fine, a bit old but clean and everyone was very nice. Right down the block from Lambeau Field. Go Packers! The bar is huge and the food is great. Nice pool and hot tub area. All in all a fine place to stay.

The stay was awesome, the rooms were clean and pleasant the beds were comfortable, close to the venue, great bar, lounge and the breakfast was great, will stay again in the future....very happy with the experience.

13 of us spent a fun filled weekend. Never had to leave the premises. Nice pool area and fun sports bar. Only comment: the showers could be updated - the faucets were not very functional. Breakfast was convenient and good. Pool area very large and relaxing.

This hotel is only two block from Lambeau Field, so if your coming for a game or touring the field this is a fantastic location. There are a number of restaurants within a few block that offer a variety of food choices. We were greeted and check-in as soon as we walked in. We arrived at dinner time and they offered a number of suggestions. The facility is heavily used, so it's a bit tired. But I certainly understand given it's location and how it would be a preferred hotel for games. They had a very nice breakfast, with a wide selection that could satisfy anyone. A young gentleman made use fresh omelets. He took time to talk with us and give us a bit of the history of the area.

The hotel was clean, the service was great, the food was good and we were in the vicinity of entertainment, the Packer stadium, pro shop,and restaurants and night life. We stayed in a poolside room. I was worried it would be loud, but it wasn't. It was also quiet in the morning and we were able to sleep in.

Checked in early (1:30 pm with our any problems. Check in staff was courteous and helpful. The room turned out to be a king size bed which we were hoping for but didn't ask for. Breakfast was excellent and the dining area was clean and friendly.

The location is great if you plan to see the Green Bay Packers. The walk is just right as far as getting to the stadium could not ask for a better accommodations. Friendly staff with a great Packer atmosphere. Easy on/off major highways and close to any shopping/eating places.

In town for Bears - Packers game. First time at a Best Western in a decade. Unimpressed. The staff will be able to identify me. Hotel security is deficient: (1) exterior door on second level does not lock, cannot lock. I mentioned it to Reception three times in the 36 hours that I was a guest. "We told Maintenance." (2) Reception writes guest's room number on the parking pass, which is a great way for persons of ill intent to track who might be in his/her room, who might be travelling alone, whose vehicle is out-of-state, etc. Facility is old and tired. Room was musty and stale, but fortunately, the window opened, so the room could be aired out. Small, coarse, thin bath towels. Fitness center an afterthought: 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, no free weights, no weight bench or exercise mats or balls, no scale, no mirrors. Breakfast sufficient quality, quantity and variety: apples, bananas, oranges, yogurt, breads and muffins, waffles, hash browns, eggs, sausage. I'm a frequent sleeper at a different family of hotels - where I stayed both the night before and the night after Green Bay Best Western. Vastly superior in cleanliness, freshness. If it weren't for proximity to Lambeau Field, I would assign a "2" rating, rather than a "3".

Best place to stay when you are in Green Bay for a Packers Game. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Stadium is very close and their is no extra cost for parking during your stay. Entertainment is close and the people of Green Bay are very friendly. Everyone me meet thanks us for coming to Green Bay for the game.

Don't get rooms near pool if you have little kids that need to nap or go to bed earlier. Pool area gets loud and is open till 1100. Great location for Packers and restaurants. Breakfast was good and staff in breastfast area was amazing!!

Enjoy staying here for the location, near relatives and of course Lambeau Field and stadium amenities. Convenient to highway also. Sports bar looks like fun, but we are not interested in that type of venue for having a meal.

We had a great time at the BW-Green Bay for the Bob Seger concert. Bar/restaurant was a great deal of fun. The Video DJ was awesome. The proximity to the Resch Center was outstanding! Room was comfortable and the bed was especially comfortable! Thanks

We took grandson to Green Bay to see Lambau Field,and the Packers Hall of Fame. We stayed at the Best Western, the room was pool side, it was clean and nice. I was surprised that it was quite, even with the pool so close, and it didn't smell of chlorine! The breakfast had a lady making special order omelets,they were great! .

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. Staff has always been very nice. Hotel is clean, great pool area and wonderful breakfast! A great place to get together and relax! We have and will stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to the Green Bay area!

The Best Western may not be the newest hotel on the block, but it is definitely my preferred place to stay when visiting Green Bay. It is clean, the staff is friendly & the indoor pool is always a great place to hangout at the end of the day. The free breakfast included a made to order omelette station & a great variety of other breakfast items. This was our 3rd stay here and will not be our last.

It is a very good place to stay in Green Bay and well located for what we wanted to do. Their breakfast was very good too. The only problem we had was the noise from the pool area. The pool is in the center of the building and most of the rooms open to the pool area. Sometimes the noise gets to be rather high. Next time we go there we will ask for a room away from the pool.

Right in the middle of great restaurants and Packer training facilities. You can walk to all venues related to Lambeau Field and see it all. Lots to see and do, even on non-game day visits. Take your camera so you can capture all the sites in and around the Packer's home field. If you like to walk and take it all in, this is your spot to stay!

Most convenient place to stay for a trip to Lambeau field. The breakfast is great! Beds are a little less then desirable, but it works well enough. The check in staff seemed to not want to be working, but the check out was smooth and effortless. The have a few restaurants near by, and this is very easy to get to from the interstate.

Have stayed here many times and will return again. Pool area is wonderful! Staff has been pleasant and helpful on each visit. Their breakfast is one of our favorites, because they make your eggs/omelet to order, exactly as it pleases you and cooked to perfection. We are normally in Green Bay outside of football season, but always enjoy the walk over to the field and Packers store.

Stayed here to see a Packers pre-season game. It's half a block away from Lambeau, on the Tailgate Village side. Could not have a more perfect location for a game day. Was allowed to check in early. Check out was very fast. Look was maybe a little small, but nice and the area abound it was pleasant. Fitness room only had 3 machines, but all I wanted was a treadmill, so I was happy. Didn't try the hotel restaurant because Green Bay has some awesome local restaurants downtown that we wanted to explore.

Came for the GB Packers game. Walking distance to the stadium. Lots of fun places around the hotel Staff fixed A/C but it still didn't work very well. Pool for kids. Good pizza & pop deals for hungry kids

Stayed for Training Camp. Great location, right across the street from practice field. Decent size rooms, 1 smelled like stale smoke and the toilet ran all the time. Beds were uncomfortable, hard and noisy. Nice pool area with plenty of seating, ping pong, pool table, & video games. Air temp could of been better, big fans and AC running made it chilly to sit around even fully dressed & dry. Kids were freezing any time they got out of the pool. Asked the front desk if it air temp could be adjusted but they never did anything about it. Breakfast was good, nice big seating area & plenty of food choices.

Green bay packers preseason trip. Sent to dirty room with feces and blood all over. Front desk girl rude when went back to desk like it was our fault that she sent us to a dirty room. No one apologized at check in out check out..only stayed for 1 night..left and went to better hotel...maintenance man who we stopped in hallway of dirty room was the only one who acted like he cared. It was a family vacation and freaked out my son. Disgusting. Staff could care less about customers. I gave never complained about a hotel and we travel frequently. ..stay away from thus hotel!!

This is a nice hotel that is located almost directly beside Lambeau field. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. For breakfast, there is an omelette station instead of the normal "make your own toast/waffles etc." (Which are also still available) and the Lady making the omelettes does a fantastic job! Inside the hotel, there is a great bar area that is regularly busy, with a nice outdoor area. The hotel has a huge pool area for those that want to swim or just sit and relax. There are a number of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Very convenient location. Within walking distance to Lambeau field, and the Hudson Center practice field. Restaurants and stores nearby for Packer souvenirs. Easy check in and out. Was able to park in close proximity of our room.Clean. Breakfast very good. Friendly staff. Requested a first floor room and they accommodated us. Gave us AARP discount. Good value for the money.

Close to all things Packer related, restaurant at hotel very good, great pizza and reasonably priced. They did raise their rates with not much upgrades but still cheaper than the other hotels within walking distance. Great for families with kids, pool and hot tub very nice. I would not recommend a poolside room because it is a little noisier but second floor requires stair climbing...no elevator. Beds were super firm...Breakfast was good, waffles,omelets to order one day, hashbrowns,scrambled eggs the next

This hotel is the perfect location for a Packer fan going to a game. However, be very careful when u make a reservation. Make sure you get the room requested and promised to you. My family was put in the middle of a large group who was suppose to have conjoined rooms. The people continued to knock on our inside connecting door as well as door in the hallway thinking we were a part of the group. The front desk said she couldn't do anything because the hotel was sold out. I understand that but if I would have had the room I was suppose to have, this problem would have been avoided.

Staff was friendly, the location was perfect and the breakfast was good. Room was a little rundown, phone and shower did not work correctly. We were in town for the Packers family night so we were able to walk to and from Lambeau Field.

Very old room. Ceiling was cracked and hanging down in the bathroom. No shampoo in bathroom. Not a good value for the price we paid. Great location if you want to be close to Packer stadium, but quality just not there.

Little things in the room are shabby. Tiles, shower, ac, fridge, bed,...all meh.... just not what it used to be. The hot tub was near scalding! The staff didn't seem to care to solve the problem or have the know how.

Great location within walking distance of Lambeau Field and all the sports clubs and retaurants . Very nice pool area and great breakfast . Great newer lounge arae too . You will not be dissapointed with the great location .

Wonderfully close to the stadium which is a plus if that is your destination. The attached restaurant and bar is also a wonderful convenience as you don't have to drive anywhere. The hotel is older but the rooms are clean and the breakfast is fabulous. Real sausage links, and real potatoes, and the orange juice tasted fresh squeezed.

The only thing good about this hotel was the sports bar. It gets a 10; from the quality of service to the quality of the food. It was excellent. We would definitely recommend going there to every one. We will revisit the bar ourselves. Breakfast seemed pretty standard but we did not eat, so I will give that a 7/8. Upon arrival we were assigned rooms other than the pool side we were told we would have at the time of reservation. Our room smelled like a dirty ashtray. The hair dryer started on fire once we were able to get it working. The mattress was wet and the sheets kept pulling off while we were sleeping. The water went from scalding hot to ice cold during use in both the shower and the sink.The hair dryer was replaced quickly. The exposed wires and cracked plug on the hair dryer should have been indication enough not to use it. The explanation for no poolside rooms was that there are no king sized beds in the poolside rooms, which is not what we were told at time of reservation. As for the wet bed, we have no idea what that was all about. We thought it was damp sheets. Then we realized after two days that the sheets were damp because the mattress was wet. I informed the clerk at check out. She said she was going to go check the room herself. An effortless apology was given but nothing more to encourage us to give them another try. We believe you can red what needs to be corrected at this establishment. We were in room 134 if you're curious.

Our stay was great once we got settled. We were given a room that was already taken due to a mistake at check in. It was solved and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. I think it was due to the lady in charge at check in who was rather rude to her fellow workers.

A very nice hotel in a great location...YOU CAN SEE LAMBEAU FIELD!!!!! No elevator to 2nd floor but we're very capable of carrying our things up a flight of stairs but could be a problem for some. Also, very humid due to pool being open in the middle atrium area and our room was poolside. But a very nice hotel - super clean and awesome staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Could see Lambeau Field and Don Hutson Center from hotel, 5 minute walk at most! No elevators to second floor and with luggage for 5 days, elevator would have been nice. Make sure you request to get your room cleaned prior to 3 o'clock even if you are in the room during the day or sleep in late. We had 2 of five days without cleaning and did not have a do not disturb sign out for one of the days, by the time we alerted the front desk all housekeeping was gone for the night. Room was average and amenities as described.

Walking to the bed in bare feet just felt gross! I then wore socks all the time. The room just didn't feel very clean overall. Nothing special about the place but I am sure it does good business with Packer Games

We stayed here for one night on a weekday in July. We visited Bay Beach and toured Lambeau. We got a great rate from Hotwire. The hotel is in walking distance to Lambeau. The pool area was spacious with plenty of towels. The breakfast was good, too. We appreciated the made to order omlettes. The rooms were adequate and clean. The hotel is outdated--like most Best Westerns I have visited. We had a good stay and would stay again if the price was right. My opinion is based on the excellent rate that we got and the proximity to Lambeau.

Close to the stadium. The price is much better than the area hotels. The bar has happy hour specials. The staff is very friendly even under pressure. The hotel is a little older then some and has a strange smell that went away with a little air. But the value can't be beat!

If you're there for a game you couldn't get any closer. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices for food and setting areas, inside or out. There was a wedding reception going on at the time so right outside the entrance there was plenty of drinking and smoking going on. Would like to see that way cleared so going in to register wouldn't be such a hassle.

This is a very nice place to stay in close proximity to Lambeau Field. Rooms were adequate, clean and spacious. They are an older establishment and probably ready for major updating, but still very adequate. Nice pool area and has an attached bar/restaurant.

If travelling best place to stay close to football field great tours and close to down town, great food and cold beer. Pool for the kids and a work out room.Rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly, within walking distance to the packers football field . Prices are very high when the packers are at home, but very good when they are not there.

Traveled with my husband and 2 teenage boys. Boys scheduled the Lambeau tour. This hotel was within walking distance of the field/food/bars. Was able to check in early. Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious. The pool area was great. Kids loved relaxing in the hot tub. We played ping pong. The breakfast was amazing. The kids went crazy with making their own waffles with chocolate chips. Also the omelet station was amazing. Overall I was highly satisfied with our stay.

The hotel was adequate. The room smelled like Fabreze. I don't understand why scent is used when so many people are sensitive to it. The room was also outdated in decor. However, it was clean and the location was great for the event at the convention center next door.

Walking distance from Lambeau Field. Parking gets filled up quickly. Nice room, clean, had a table and a couple of chairs for family meal. Had extra counter space. Nice pool, unsure why personal liquor was allowed poolside. Great hot breakfast.

Location was perfect for my Spartan race at Lambeau Field. The restaurants in the area were great, to include D2. The indoor pool was spacious, and even had a ping pong table and arcade games. Breakfast had lots of options, there was something for everyone.

The beds are like sleeping on the floor, the pillows are globs of fabric, the hot water cannot be regulated and the service at the front desk is the worst I've experienced in years. When I asked for two extra pillows, hoping for some better ones, they were never delivered.

One block from Lambeau and one block from Badger State Brewery. Other good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everything is clean and tidy. The free breakfast was lame but most free breakfasts are.

We enjoyed our stay in Greenbay. We drove along the Bay and toured the Greenbay Packers Hall of Fame. We are at Brett Fares Restaurant and the Restaurant in the Stadium. We ate both breakfasts at the hotel. We enjoyed all of our meals. We enjoyed the hotel and received excellent service.

Vacationed in tje Dells, shot up to Green Bay to tour Lambeau. We stayed at the BW just 1 night, but had a great stay. Room was huge, double king suite, and clean. Price was more than reasonable for 6 people. Pool was great and the hot breakfast better. Host cooked us made to order omelets that were pretty tasty. Rest kf the breakfast options were plentiful as well. Everyone was nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

Parking lots all around the building, easy to navigate, delish breakfast, nice clean room, enjoyed the stay and convenience to get to Antiques Roadshow just a short walk away. Ideal for Packer Lovers, Lambeau Field only a block away.

This was the first time I had stayed at this hotel and overall, nice, comfortable with very few disappointments! What was really nice was that our room was a pool side. When we would walk out of our room, we were literally right across from their generous size swimming pool, which as far as noise goes, I couldn't hear anything from my room, so it's perfect for late morning sleepers. I love that all rooms have a mini fridge and microwave without having to pay extra for them, like you would with any other hotel. Cleanliness was good, no complaints there. Now as far as slumber goes it was just okay, the bedw were tolerable but then again everyone's needs are different, but the pillows I must say I did not care for; very small and lumpy so maybe bring your own pillow. The location was great! Next to the Resch Center and Lambeau Field with restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely come back.

Good quality room, excellent breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. Great value (although I had to negotiate with the clerk to get the rate that was on the Internet). Within easy walking distance to Lambeau Field, and an easy drive to the downtown river area. People at the hotel, and everywhere else for that matter, were very friendly. Every hotel stay should be this hassle-free at a great price.

Great place to stay if you are planning a visit to Lambeau Field (just down the block), or if you are going to an event at the Resch Center (right next door). I have stayed there a couple of times now, for concerts at the Resch Center. It's great to have a place to park and a place to stay. Bar and Grill on the property, so there is no need to go anywhere else after parking the car. Affordable, clean, nice rooms, comfortable, very good morning breakfast, friendly staff.

Ideal location to visit Lambeau Field, nice restaurants and bars also within walking distance. Good value for money and excellent breakfast with a selection of hot & cold food. A very friendly cook made us a fresh omelette on request. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a ground floor room which was clean and well equipped for a couple of nights stay. Would return if in the area again.

A very nice hotel, great pool & internet, very good breakfast & presentation. Could use an elevator(2 floors). Extremely convenient, walking distance to Resch center and Lambeau stadium, and some great restaurants.

Great place to stay, the only thing that would make it better would be an elevator. Climbing stairs is hard when you are in your late 70,s but it is possible to do that even so. Perhaps it is possible to have an elevator installed at some later date.

We enjoy staying at the Best Western Green Bay Inn and Conf. Center because of it's location and quality of service. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. When I report a problem, it is usually taken care of fairly promptly.. Well satisfied and would recommend to friends and family. Very glad we were able to reserve a room when we called. They fill up fast for our convention

I've always stayed at this Best Western in the Green Bay once a year for the Jehovah's Witness convention. It is a great place. The employees are super. My friend and I have always had a great experience at Best Western.

Stayed for a convention, our first stay at this hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, treated us as though we were best friends from school years. I would highly recommend this as a must stay for comfort/relaxation.

We stayed one night on a road trip to visit Lambau fields. The location is perfect for that, you can see the stadium at the end of the block. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We had ground floor room and that was quiet. Pool area lovely for a little relaxing after a full day on our feet. Free wi fi worked well and plenty of parking. Breakfast was ok, standard 'free buffet' fare . We were here out if season but I bet this place rocks in game days! Close to many bars and restaurants and short cab ride to city centre

Hotel is getting a little dated and could use some freshening up. Bed was a very firm bed and while I slept ok, my girlfriend didn't. The room was good. The temperature of the air in the pool area was cold on the day we stayed.

For $120+ per night I would expect a better kept hotel. The carpet in the hall was worn through and faded, the linens were thin and crunchy. You can hear every noise from outside and the heating/cooling unit was not well insulated so outside air came in resulting in the unit running all night long. The door did not shut on its own we had to pull it shut behind us in both rooms.

Very nice place to stay if your attending any events at the Resch Center or the Shopko Hall. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and the lounge has great food especially their pizza. Their drinks are great and the bar staff is awesome and welcoming. I always stay here when I go to Green Bay.

hotel needs to be re-done on the outside. pool area was nice. sauna was removed which we were not expecting, looking forward to the sauna...it was there every other time we stayed pool area had plenty of room for our large family to gather people working at breakfast had phenomenal customer service

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay. Complimentary breakfast. Next door to the Resch Center where we were attending a concert. Also 5-10 minute walk from Lambeau Field. No complaints.

We wanted to take our daughter and a friend to a hotel with a pool for the night so we booked a room with pool view. We were on the second floor overlooking the pool. The pool is great. we settled into a corner table by the hot tub and the kids proceeded to have a blast. We ordered food in the restaurant and they delivered it to our table poolside. Food was really good. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. We will be coming back again!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend being part of a group that was in town for Men's State Bowling. The hotel was very noisy. While trying to sleep we could here everything - doors shutting, people running up and down the halls, etc. The bed was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The part that upset me though was 3 of the 5 rooms in our group had ants in them. There was also a towel in our room that had something stuck to it. :/

Great walking distance to many things. Pool and hot tub are nice, bar inside is nice, other then the female bartenders arguing over stocking and shifts on Saturday night the first of april , the bar was good

Bad experience. Loud, rooms not sound proof. Fiixtures falling off wall, shower runs hot then cold suddenly. Temp in room hard to regulate. Good value and convenient location if you want to put up with all the noise.

If you are looking for fancy, this is not for you. It is an older hotel....The shower was not very great (tub did not drain) and the outlet did not work in the bathroom. OTHERWISE, you cannot beat the location nor the price! Easily can walk to a variety of bars/restaurants, to the field or to the Resch center. It made our concert-going experience easy. We didn't have to worry about parking and driving. The best thing about this place was the full breakfast included. There are many choices not just waffles. We did not use the pool or hottub but there were people in them everytime we walked by. I would stay here again if I was going to another event and that is why I gave it a rating of 4. If it was not in the location it was at I would have given it a 2.5.

We stayed Friday-Sunday. Have stayed there many times before. Pool area is great, not many people there this weekend, which was also nice. Bar area has been renovated, and is a great place to watch a football game on the many TV's. Made to order omelets at breakfast were wonderful. Always enjoy staying here. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This Best Western was excellent right across the street from a wedding reception I attended....good hot breakfast, comfortable beds, nice activity area by the pool. The reception area was welcoming also....

We stayed here for one night during a week. We were checked in by the GM. She was very accommodating and thankfully was able to give us a ground floor. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. This was a double Queen room with a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was nice and roomy and handicapped accessible. The pool was warm and inviting after a long day of traveling. Nicely decorated pool area everything looked clean and tidy. I am picky about pool areas because sometimes they just aren't clean. That wasn't the case here. I like a hotel that takes pride in its appearance. Breakfast was very good. Randy made custom omlets having green pepper, cheese and ham wrapped up with all thr trimmings of the morning. It was very good. We also have breads and bagels and muffins and the regular fare. The breakfast room was kept up very nicely. The next time we're in Green Bay will absolutely stay at this location. Thank you Randy!

We arrived pretty late at night, probably around 8 or 9, and the front desk attendant was very cheerful and nice. The room itself was nothing special nor was it by any means sub par. The towels were pretty rough like some other reviews said but did they dry me off after the shower? Yes. The best parts about my stay here was the continental breakfast and the proximity to Lambeau Field. The breakfast was great! there were so many options including an omelet bar. Probably one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had. I was there for business so I didn't really get a chance to take advantage of the proximity to Lambeau Field but it was awesome to see just how close it was. (1 block) For out-of-town fans looking to come for a game, it probably doesn't get much better than that.

Me and two other couples stayed here with our high school daughters to watch some state volleyball. It was the most convenient spot we could fine. Sure the rooms could use a little updating, but it was so convenient to every single thing we needed to get to. The breakfast was full and hot!

This is your average hotel. , Rooms were clean, nice pool on site, free breakfast. Cost was very high due to a Packer football game. Not sure what prices are when there is not a game. It is very conveniently located for football games, just 3 blocks from the stadium and plety of partying nearby.

Rooms and halls have a very stale smell. Shower gets scalding hot when the toilet is flushed and could be very dangerous for guests with children and is unacceptible. a good scrubbing is certainly needed. The bed sheets don't stay on and our bed was very uncomfortable. Certainly check around the area as there a many better places to stay!

Went just to relax and visit different bars in the are to look at Halloween costumes. The room was clean wanted a king bed but got a room with 2 doubles really not a big problem. Lots of kids there soccer deal going on. the room on both sides must have had kids in them quite noisey had to call downstairs to ask them to quite down. On the back side of the hotel quite a walk to everything the hotel offered.. The hot breakfast was very good. The bar in the hotel was over priced. The special drink on Sat. night was old fashions for $5.50 I was drinking rum and coke and was charged $5.50 for them. Pool area nice but kids were very loud and the whirlpool stated children under 12 were to have parent with them but not enforced. Location is great No shuttle service until 4pm and wanted to go to the casino earlier than that. Cab to casino is $22 to $25 one way

I've stayed at places with worse beds but not by much. There's a lot that's good but you won't get a good night's sleep! Shower leaks and toilet constantly refilling all night long. Breakfast is typical. Sports bar is great and reasonable price.

I spent last night here. This is an older motel that has been updated. The indoor pool area looked nice. It looked like new carpet in the king suite I had. The bed was comfortable but not a pillow top. The walls are thin and I experienced a lot of noise from the adjacent room. I had an early flight and the motel had a complimentary shuttle which was a plus. Because of the early flight I didn't partake of the complimentary breakfast.

We had stayed here four years ago and not impressed. This time the rooms have been updated, great outdoor bar to party before the game and very nice breakfast. Over priced for a Best Western? Yes, but the location is right in the heart of things before the game. You can't beat that!

The room was spacious. The Jacuzzi tub was outdated but the room was clean. We toured Lambeau and walked to the stadium which was very convenient. The best part of the stay was the surprise omelette bar at breakfast. We were expecting the typical pre frozen eggs and biscuits with canned gravy and there was a cook making omelettes made to order.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a Packer game. This was my second year staying at this hotel for the same. I really like this property. The location is second to none as it's directly in front of Lambeau field and yet across the street from many (fun) bars and restaurants. In addition to it's great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Although it was super busy, they always took the time to answer our questions. I was especially impressed with the front desk staff and the breakfast staff. The rooms are clean and nice sized. They're not the most modern by any means, but due to the cleanliness, it's easy to over look the other quirks. I had breakfast both mornings and it was very nice. By far one of the nicer complimentary breakfasts I've had. All in all another great stay. I'll look forward to another fun Packer weekend next year.

This hotel is so close you could throw a football at Lambeau Field! Loved staying so near and being able to comfortably walk to Lambeau. There is a guest laundry and an indoor pool which is well kept. Nice social area around the pool Everything was quite nice and I would/will definitely return!

This place is in desperate need of an overall. It survives only on its proximity to Lambeau field. Thin walls, see-through toilet papers and bath towels so thread-bare they are rough and do not absorb moisture.

Our recent trip to Best western green bay was 1 day after the LSU vs WISCONSIN college football game which took place @ Lambeau field. You knew the staff had been put to the test with the volume of people in town for the event. Even so all of the staff that we encountered made our stay an enjoyable one. Will definitely recommend this location to others visiting the area.

I was in town for the LSU-Wisconsin football game. The hotel was part of a package deal so I had no say in where we stayed. The location was great. 15 minutes walk from Lambeau Field, Kroll's West and just steps away from several sports bar's in the area. As for the hotel. The decor was from the 1970's. There was an attempt to update the bathrooms in the rooms but to me it was a waste of time and money. The only way you would know it was 2016 was by the flat screen tv in the room. The bed was relatively comfortable. The towels felt like I was using sandpaper and really need to be replaced. It was impossible to take a shower. Although the water pressure was good, the old plumbing obviously has major problems. 10 seconds of comfortable water temperature, 3 seconds of scalding hot water, another 10 seconds of good temperature then 3 seconds of frigid water. It was impossible in both the shower and sink to regulate the temperature. When water was used in other rooms around you there was a very loud sound of water running the entire time. I think the hotel's lifespan has elapsed and it should be razed and something new rebuilt. The staff at the hotel and the people in Green Bay were very friendly. The weather was great. The D2 Sports bar attached to the hotel is obviously a relatively new addition and was great to have inside the hotel. The included breakfast was pretty good also. If you are looking for a great location only for a day or so this could work. If you are looking for comfort and relaxation do yourself a favor and find a newer hotel in the area, there are many to choose from.

Best Western does it again !. Ground floor room as requested. Preferred parking for our motorcycles. Indoor salt water pool was a bonus. Right beside Lambeau Field, with plenty of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity.

We wanted a reasonably priced hotel in this town. This hotel was good. Indoor pool was busy. The hotel is close to the football stadium. Even though there was no game when we were there, most visitors in the town, and in the hotel seemed to be packer fans and were wearing fan clothing. The rooms were pretty basic but the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Close proximity to lots of restaurants, so lots of choices for dinner that night.

Very clean very happy with the staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Check in was quick and no hassle. Price was very affordable. Pool was clean water temp was perfect. Packers stadium is walking distance and a great place to go to dinner. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very clean. Air conditioning worked great.

Second time I've stayed here, both times now arrived on a Harley in a heavy rain. This is a very comfortable hotel with very kind and friendly staff, from the front desk to the barkeeper in the restaurant. It's maybe a little dated, but kept up well and clean. Indoor pool, hot tub and on-premises restaurant with a great hot breakfast. Lunch and supper are good as well, and bar is well-stocked. I have had no problems with my room either time: room and bathroom are clean, bed is comfortable and pillows are fine. Got a decent AARP discount as well. No complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is ok for a one night stay. The rooms need updates as they look very old. The bathroom was clean, the sink faucet leaked all over the sink so you couldn't put anything on the sink. The shower was ok but the water would get really hot and then really cold. The sheets didn't fit the bed they kept coming off all night. The room did have a mini fridge and microwave which is always nice to have. They had a really nice glass covered pool area. Lots of seating and a ping pong table. They also had a free breakfast! It wasn't just cereal and bread. They had eggs, hashbrowns, make your own waffle, cereal, toast, drinks. It was really nice and complimentary! The location was great! We went for the Packers training camp and were right across the street! Lambeau one block away, right next to the Resch Center, across the street from Stadium View bar. They also had a really nice restaurant on site. So if you are going for overnight or maybe even a long weekend, this place was good and reasonable price. Staff was very pleasant. We did order room service for our dinner and they said it would be 15 minutes. after 45 minutes we called to see where it was and somehow they forgot about us or lost our order. We just went to the restaurant.

The room was nice. There is a indoor pool, hot tub ping pong table a pool table tables an chairs. They have breakfast which was good. Across the street was packers training center. A block way was the stadium and packer hall of fame. About 2 miles from national railroad museum. Very nice stay

I did not choose this hotel because it is classy, comfortable, or clean. I chose it strictly because of the proximity to Lambeau (which can't be beat) and the big pool for my kids. My kids had a blast, here. They loved our poolside room. But, I was disgusted at every turn. There were stains on the furniture and floor in our room. There was murky standing water surrounding the lounge chairs by the pool, even first thing in the morning, and the brown grout all over was revolting. Hotel staff was all very polite. But, don't expect anyone to enforce any type of quiet hours. Of course, the Packers had just won their first pre-season game; but there was revelry and yelling outside our window, and in the hall and adjacent rooms well past 3:00 am. I underestimated what kind of party atmosphere to expect here, with lots of drunkenness and some disorderliness. The breakfast was alright, but nothing to write home about.

Pieces of metal/debris fell into the middle of the pool from the ceiling area. Our kids 5th birthday party and couldn't go swimming because of the potential danger for anyone swimming in the pool. The maintanence suctioned the debris from the pool floor and then acted like nothing happened. They obviously don't care for anybody's safety! The front desk staff is also not helpful. I have nothing positive to say because we stayed for 2 hours and asked for money back and will never go back. The lack of care towards customers safety was a shock.

Way over priced for the caliber of hotel. Mold in the room with dust around the base boards. Granted we did stay here for a Packer game but and we expected to get gouged for that but, We were not expecting the 22 dollars in occupancy tax. We will not stay again.

Very close to our destination, Lambeau Field. It is walking distance. We got to see a practice which was free to watch. Our grandson got a certificate for being at Lambeau for his first time. The pool at the hotel had dirty walls and the water clarity was poor at best. Better care needs to be done. There was enough parking and we often were able to parking very close to the front door. We enjoyed the breakfast which was reasonable hot.

There were positives and there were negative about the hotel. The location close to Lambeau Field was excellent. The breakfast was very good excellent selection. The rooms were nice. The two big negatives were. The towels were horrible it was like drying with sandpaper. The other was the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower were terrible.

There customer service is excellent. I was very pleased on how clean the rooms are and it is smoke free. The breakfast had a great selection and the convenience of having a bar/restaurant attached was perfect to wind down in the evening.

This hotel has a great cleaning staff, spotless room except for the lack of support from maintenance. Tub could not be used due to stuck lever, grab bar ends falling off, hole in the microwave door lining (burned?) stains all over the carpets, worn beds. The worst was the pool. Right on the wall is a separate sign saying the health department requires showering before use, no one knew where the shower was, looked all over, nope.Never saw a hotel that expects you to preshower for the pool. The water was so cloudy and dirty and the tiles are stained a dark brown, needs a serious cleaning. We booked a room through orbitz and were supposed to have a jetted tub but they didn't have one, blamed it on Orbitz and still charged us the same price. We tried twice to get that rectified to no avail. I am contacting the corporate office to complain about that practice, bait and switch is just not right. Plus our traveling companions with the same room we got paid over $100 less for the two night stay. Not happy with the service at all. On the up side, the breakfast was great, full meal and the location is great for doing things near Lambeau field.

The hotel is in a great location near Lambeau Field. The pool area is very nice. The staff is very helpful. One thing I've noticed over the years, the rooms are showing some wear and tear (carpets). That area could use a little updating. Also, for the last few years, you are not able to tailgate in the parking lot for Packers games anymore. Overall, its not a bad place to stay, just update it some

Been to this BW for several years now. It is right next to the Packers practice field for training camp and a short 1-block walk to Lambeau. So, you can't beat the convenience for any purpose connected to the Packers. Very nice family-oriented hotel.

Spend 4 nights here, 3 rooms, with kids and grandkids. Property sits next to Lambeau Field. Food venues are around but pricey as near the field. Rooms were ok, mattresses were a bit lumpy. BEWARE this Best Western has NO ELEVATORS. From what i have seen not many sites mention this. We had kids with, lugging Graco baby beds, coolers, we got our workout. Breakfast was okay. We read that they make custom omelets and eggs. Not while we were there as they told us they were sold out. So basically don't count on omelets. Scrambled eggs, sausage and hashbrowns and waffles every day. The only thing that changed was 2 days they had scrambled eggs with ham/sausge in them. Hotel was near everything we wanted to do as we explored Green Bay. Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, Bay Beach Amusement Park, Kastlepark, Neville Museum. All within 15 minutes drive. Nice with kids. Pool was saltwater and huge. Kids loved it. Rooms near the pool were humid and warm. We were in a building off the back. Walkways are all enclosed. Would come back...Priceline had a great deal on this property!

Better than average, better than last year. There have been updates and improvements around the entire hotel. Internet was free and fast. Entire hotel was clean. Staff was helpful and check-in went quickly even with several parties arriving at the same time. Breakfast was included and plentiful. I will continue to stay here when in Green Bay, but this visit was the best visit due to improvements.

I would recommend to go somewhere else, There are lots of other places to choose from in this town. Not nearly as nice as other best westerns that I have stayed in. It is in a great location if you are going to the stadium and close to places to eat. If you are not going to the stadium then you should stay somewhere closer to downtown.

when staying in green bay, we stay here, usually once a year-two years. great location and good restaurant/bar. walking distance to other bars, as well. we never yet had a problem. another stay planned soon.

Was in Green Bay for a softball tournament in mid June. Stayed there for 2 nights with the team. When I blocked the rooms, I was quoted one price. When we checked in, the price was $10 more each day. I had to bring this up multiple times and was told a manager would call me. No one did. At the end, when we checked out, we were given the original quoted price. Our room was not very clean ... sticky old gum on the carpet in multiple spots, large stain on chair and a ziplock bag by the side of the bed. Was not offered to change room until the second night, by then we already unpacked and didn't feel like moving to a new room for just one night. Was told a manager would call me about the cleanliness of the room, but no one ever did. Location and breakfast were the positive. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I'd seen. I personally didn't use the pool, but it looked ok. The pool is in the middle of the hotel with a glass ceiling. So it creates a green house effect. The lobby and the corridors were warm and humid. The pool was opened until 11:00 on the weekends, so kids were screaming until 11:00. Couldn't go to bed any earlier. By the way, this hotel does not have elevator, so people with disabilities or with lots of luggage will have difficulties going up to the second level. Not sure I would choose this hotel again if we ever go back to Green Bay! Might want to try a different hotel.

We travelled from Idaho to Green Bay with a purpose to visit lambeau field, take the tour, see the remodeled atrium and see the Packers' Hall of Fame. The Best Western Conference Center is an excellent choice for Green Bay Packer related visits, being less than a block from Lambeau Field. The staff at the hotel were very well informed and helpful. We had a nice stay there.

Chose this hotel because of location and price. Lambeau Field was on the Bucket List and this was perfect. It's an older BW; it needs some updating; room was very dark; water temp. in shower fluctuated (bursts of very hot to very cold); no area info in the room; internet was iffy; t-paper holder was "miles" away from the throne. But there was something about it that we liked. The rooms encircled the indoor pool; inexpensive laundry room (dryer does need a new latch--inexpensive fix); great breakfast w/omelets to order;and onsite restaurant if you like that (although the pizza was fair.) Wings nite was a big draw. It also was clean! And, yes, I would go back if ever there again. A great buy in the off-season.

Located close to Lambeau Field & the Resch Center the Best Western is a great location with wonderful amemities. The room was very clean & a nice size. It had a flat-screen TV, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Fridge, Cable TV, & a Safe. The bathroom was roomy & clean. The one issue we did have was that room tempture control was very limited. The Pool is large, well-kept, & very open. Hot tub was clean & at a comfortable tempt. There are lots of deck chairs, tables, & towels. Breakfast wasgreat. Everyday, besides the usual Cereal, Toast/Bagel, Waffel, Juice, options,. There was a Fresh egg dish meast choices, & often Hash Browns. Check-in & Check-out quick & hassle free. Nice stay & very affordable,

I'm a weekly traveler on business, I always stay at a Best Western. Majority time I've had good stays but this one was not good! Majority of the issues was the condition of the building, rooms, and overall maintenance of the building. If somebody spent some money they gained from all the superbowls...this could be a great facility. Example, indoor pool roof leaked from the rain, wall paper peeling off my bathroom, bed hard as a rock, holes in the wall that were poorly patched, and staff that looked like they were straight out of the slums. Dress appropriate for the job and take a shower! Overall great location but poor facility!

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in quite a while. The breakfast was very good and they offered more variety than most. The hotel was new, clean, and beautiful with very comfortable beds.

The best part of my stay here was the cleanliness of the room and the quality breakfast. Pillows were terrible, not sure you could call them pillows. Mattresses were hard Thought for what we got it was overpriced. Needed an adjoining room and did not get one even when we requested one at time of providing credit card. Had not seen our family in two years. What we were given was one room on first floor and one room on second floor. Made visiting more difficult. First time at a BW and it will be the last.

Was overall a very good hotel stay. Wasn't happy with front desk service. She acted if she didn't care at all. When we left she was reading something and just grabbed my key cards and that was it. Never said anything at all to me.

We stayed at the Best Western Green Bay Inn Conference Center recently and wanted to share our experience. We traveled to Green Bay to Visit Lambeau Field and Packers practice. The hotel is full of friendly staff, clean rooms and a FABULOUS Breakfast! We used the pool which was very nice. When our hair dryer would not work, it was replaced within 3 minutes. Check in and out was efficient and friendly. Be sure to check out this wonderful Hotel when you stay in Green Bay!

Always appreciate the comfort and cleanliness of this Inn, and close proximity to events and restaurants. The pool and exercise facility are really nice after a day of conferences or sightseeing. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It would be nice if they installed an elevator, but we have always been able to reserve a floor level room so that's not a problem. Having a refrigerator in the room is great, and microwaves are available.

We were on a motorcycle trip and wanted to stop in Green Bay to see Lambeau Field. This hotel is in the perfect spot for Packer fans. We were able to walk to Brett Farve's steakhouse for dinner. (Pricey but casual dress code. Steaks were delicious!) There is also a store across the street called "Jerseys" if you want anything Packer related. It was open late and we were able to shop before going to the steak house. Toured Lambeau Field the next morning as it is a short walk away. Great location for these things. The hotel rooms were nice but average. Fridge and microwaves in room. Hot tub was nice after a long day of riding and pool was refreshing. Breakfast was good as they had someone making fresh omelettes. Make sure you get one as they were great! Overall, it was an affordable and convenient choice. The staff was very accommodating in giving us a late checkout so we could tour Lambeau and then come back to room before packing. Needs alittle updating but it was worth the price for what the value.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are going to events in the Lambeau Field area.There is a beautiful pool, hot tub and nice workout area. The food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. There is a pleasant outdoor patio off the bar. Breakfast was very good and included hot and cold items. They are in the process of refurbishing their rooms. I had a room that had not yet been refurbished. It was spacious and included a microwave and refrigerator. Unfortunately there was a problem with small ants in the bathroom and the sink was draining very slowly. The ceiling in the bathroom had large stains on it. To the staff's credit they did have maintenance come in a timely manner to fix the sink and deal with the ant problem..They have put dispensers with body was and shampoo on the walls of the tub. There was no lotion or cream rinse. There is a hair dryer. One night I came back from dinner to find there was no place to park. They had been selling parking places to the public as there was a concert in Lambeau Field. I discussed with the parking attendant and he did make a place available for me near the front entrance. I can understand that if the hotel is not full they might want to sell parking spots, but they should reserve enough spaces near the entrance for registered guests. I did find all staff to be very friendly and helpful

Arrived to find the Receptionist on the telephone looking like they had been plucked off the street to do the job. Do think that reception staff should be smartly dressed in a uniform as this gives a professional appearance. Also, the swimming pool is in the centre of the hotel so the smell of chlorine is everywhere and is the first thing that hits you when you walk in.

Great stay. The management was very attentive and on top of my few minor requests. The rooms were well maintained. The breakfasts are too die for. They are included in the cost of the room. The newly remodeled D2 Sports Pub (which is part of the hotel) is a very friendly venue with a varied bar menu.

Stayed at this motel for 5 days and was surprised how many things the staff overlooked in those 5 days. Trash outside the entryway was overflowing from day one. The hotel was full all week so I was surprised they did not staff someone to take care of these things. Staff was uneducated, went to the desk two different times and was told they did not know how to do what I was asking and I needed to come back at 8am on Sunday to talk to a Manager. I was just trying to extend my stay by 1 night. Went at 8am and no manager was in. Staff seemed grouchy and was surprised at the dress code for someone working the desk, dirty jeans and a grubby sweatshirt. I knew the hotel was nothing fancy but not even a microwave, and double beds in a room in 2016. Time for a upgrade! Housekeepers I saw in the hall were great, had a full bag of towels outside the door every morning, nice touch. Breakfast was good, the people working it were awesome. The best thing this hotel has going for it is location, that is the only reason I stayed here.

Ive stayed here several times over the years for events at the Resch Center. Its right next door, you dont have to drive. Close to restaurants, the mall, other shopping. If your a packer fan you can walk to the field. Never had an issue staying here.

Ive stayed here several times and never had an issue. Close to shopping, restaurants and the resch center. The rooms are always decent. The pool area and big. Wish when traveling with a group we could "hang out" by the pool area after swimming time ends.

everything was ok. pool and the hot tub needed cleaning. But overall stay ok. Nice location. Breakfast was nice. We like Best westerns and we like the pool area for sitting and gathering with family and friends. It just needs a little TLC

This hotel is great to work with for groups, the staff is very accommodating and the pool area is very large and open. This is our favorite hotel for family gathering and sports teams. Highly recommend staying at the Best Western Midway, we come back several times a year.

Other than the ants and the complimentary breakfast not being open early enough tt is a very nice hotel, located close to the facility we are working at with plenty of shopping inthe surrounding area and typical Best Western . Very Comfortable.

We have stayed here quite a few times in the past. We always leave feeling very happy because of the fine hospitality shown us. From the time we arrive, until the time we depart, we feel very welcome and are always well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The beds are comfortable and give us a great nights sleep. And in the morning, we are treated to a super fine breakfast by a very friendly lady. What a way to start the day! And upon our friendly departure, we are always looking forward to our return. Our stay here couldn't have been better!

We stopped in on a Friday without a reservation while on a road trip to see Lambeau Field. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to get right into a room even though they appeared to be very busy for that Monday's home game. The hotel and room was older but everything was clean and comfortable and it wasn't too terribly loud. We had access to a pool, decent workout room, free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, and the hotel is within short walking distance of the stadium as well as numerous shops and restaurants. All in all I was very pleasantly surprised and we would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival my co-worker and I found that the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were used hand towels on the sink and toiletries/coffee etc. had not been restocked. The towels could have been washed again as well. Sheets and pillows were cleaned- however really not that comfortable. This is the opposite of my previous experience at this location. Being a diamond level rewards member were were not offered the upgrade per other location policies. Not the most pleasant experience I've had.

Great price for our needs. Pool was nice. Great free breakfast with friendly staff. New beds and pillows are a must!!! Horrible nights sleep! Great location within walking distance to the Stadium District. Good parking. Easy to get to. Rooms were clean.

This is a very old hotel. They are trying to update it. Currently, the rooms around the pool have been updated. But, they are updated very poorly. The bathroom had been updated, but there were a couple of things that were not finished. The tub did not drain, so I showered in several inches of water in the tub around my ankles. The beds were VERY hard and VERY uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the pillows were comfortable. If you get a room away from the pool area, beware. We were first given a king size room, very far from the pool. It was old and smelled very badly. Old carpet with smoke smell from many years of use. The clerk offered to have housekeeping come and spread some carpet power on it. Yuck! The pool area is nice but the pool smell hits you right as you walk in the front door. So, if the main reason you want to stay is to enjoy the pool area, book a room poolside. The common areas were dirty and had looked liked they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. The walls were painted at some point and the paint mess was still there and clinging to the hall carpet. If I hadn't pre-paid for the room, I would not have stayed there. So, if you need the room for the pool, or have to stay there for the stadium, book a room by the pool.

The only thing this hotel has going for it was it was close to Lambeau Field, the reason for our visit. There were shoes left under our bed, there was a McDonalds receipt from February in the corner by the lamp, the one sheer curtain was ripped to shreds. The toilet paper holder was like 4 feet away from the toilet, no joke! The video games in the pool area were a waste of money, as the shooting games didn't shoot correctly and the driving games didn't steer correctly. There is a ping pong table and pool table in the pool area, but you have to leave your drivers license at the front desk to get the cues or paddles. I am not comfortable leaving that info with anyone! The next day we went for breakfast 35 minutes before breakfast was over and they were out of scrambled eggs and hash browns. We waited 10 minutes for scrambled eggs, but they said the hash browns were in the oven. Upon checking out, I handed my key to the girl at the desk and as she was printing out my receipt the phone rang. Rather than putting the person on the phone on hold to focus her attention on me, she kept on talking to them, handed my receipt without a thank you or anything. I would definitely find another hotel the next time.

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located near Lambeau Field, Resch Center, good hotels, shopping, etc. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The lounge was fun, and the pool was great. Would definitely go back.

Great Hotel to stay at during State Basketball Tournaments. Clean rooms, nice pool area for kids and adults to hang out .Pool table, ping pong table were great to have for kids to play besides pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast great variety of food for everyone. Staff was helpful.

This hotel has a great location for Lambeau Field and the Resch Center. However, I expect a little more cleanliness from a Best Western and for the price. The breakfast was great. The pool area was also great.

Hotels a bit of a mess because of remodeling the room was dusty. Hotel needs to stock towels in pool area because no towels were present. In fact I was in and out all day and never saw a person clean up pool area. Pool area had some tops from soda cans which could injure a guest.

This was a business trip. I do a lot of traveling and stay in hotels several nights each month. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I have had a fair share. First, I was told over the phone that the rooms were all renovated. This was a lie. Only a few rooms have been renovated. I got a crappy room, with a bed with springs popping through. After a long day of driving and setting up at the convention center, I wanted to lie down and rest for a couple of hours before going back to the center to work. The housekeepers closet was right across from my room and the housekeepers were shouting down the hallway to each other and slamming doors. I finally opened the door and asked if they could keep it down because I was trying to rest. The housekeeper snapped at me that it was 'the middle of the day', and they did NOT have to be quiet. I then went down to the front desk where they did offer to move me, but at this point I did not have time to move all of my stuff in that short of a time-frame before their other check-in's arrived. All the staff was quite rude, and had no interest in making my stay enjoyable in the least. My room was also next to the stairwell that all the smokers take up and down to the smoking area, so I had to listen to that all night. In my 3 night stay, I averaged 2 hours of sleep per night. On Saturday night, a very loud man came into a room down the hall in the middle of the night. Awhile later, this same man was just below me, outside, trying to come in the side door. He was banging on it and yelling to a woman on his cell phone, using every profanity he could come up with to call her. I called down to the desk and they assured me that the police had been called and that the man had just ASSULTED a woman!

The bathroom wasn't cleaned and the entire hotel is dated. It's got an unbeatable location so they won't change. Only during Packer games is this place full. It's getting completion nearby so maybe they will.

Disney on Ice was going on next door at the Resch Center so there were plenty of kids running around. The hotel did a great job of getting the before dinner crowd in and out of the restaurant to make the show.

They put everyone in our party all next too eachother and some with adjoining rooms.the breakfast bar was awsome alot too choose from and an omelet bar. Pool hot tub and rec center was great. Rooms where just right perfect amount of space. Housekeeping was on point I hate to admit it but we were messy and they cleaned us spick and span! The front desk girls were great answering all our questions, even walked to our room by I think Maria, she's great! Overall great place to stay! Clean clean clean!

I stayed here with my kids one night and booked due to the proximity of the Resch Center. The hotel is seriously in need of a full scale renovation-the decor looks at least 15 years old and is in poor condition. The rooms are directly off the pool-so you can smell chlorine and hear ALL the pool noise in your room due to poor soundproofing. The pool area itself is disgusting-there were ants swarming out of the floor drains (i did take photos) and mold on the carpet. The only reason to stay is the close proximity to Lambeau and the Resch Center. The only other bright spot in our stay was that the breakfast attendants were very nice and keep the area clean and well stocked. At check out the receptionist didn't even ask how our stay was.

A great location and in walking distance to Lambeau Field, Packer Hall of Fame, Resch Center, Brown County Arena, and other dining and entertainment facilities. Great for families to have a getaway weekend with many amenities for the kids or adults.

I stay here at least once or twice a month. I always see that they are updating the hotel and it doesn't bother me at all, knowing that I will be staying here on a regular basis and it keeps getting nicer. They were installing a new Fireplace last week when I was there and they seemed to work around the busy time, because I saw the improvements, but didn't see any mess. There breakfast is the best. The lady who does the omelettes has been there a very long time and does a awesome job. Her son was there last week in her place and did a great job too. I was there right before they closed and he made a great Omelette then offered me coffee. I couldn't ask for better service. The front desk was quick and gave me a choice of what room I wanted. Nice Job and I would tell anyone traveling to go for the room and stay for the Breakfast. Please excuse any type O's

Hotel allowed LARGE motor coach right under our room--loud running engine for two hours after midnight and diesel fumes seeped into room. bathroom wasnt cleaned well---funny odor over and above diesel fumes. rug needs cleaning

Perfect location, however money needs to be returned back into this business. Many areas throughout the hotel need up grades from rooms, to lobby, and pool area. Only friendly staff was the breakfast staff whom went out of their way to keep the area clean and hot food ready. Had to call several times for a roll a bed that was added at the time of reservation. Once bed came had to call again for pillow. We were told not sure if they had any because the hotel was full the day before. We stayed during the week not a weekend.

OK...I get it. The hotel must be a cash cow because it's across the street from the stadium. What's with not having at least one decoration up to great your guests the week before Christmas? Matter of fact, I felt like Ms. Scrooge checked us in. Rooms are below average and the towels are like sandpaper. Only good thing about this place is the bar and a nice lady who makes breakfast.

You can't beat being able to have a short walk to the football stadium from this hotel. It has two bars attached to it with really reasonably priced drinks and decent enough food to pre-game. The rooms are 2-3 star at best. The pillows are terrible although the mattress is OK enough. The towels and toilet paper are John Wayne tough. There is no elevator either. But if you are just coming in for a game I would stay here.

Nice hotel with great pool area. Older hotel which could use some additional updates, but great location to several Green Bay attractions. In walking distance to Lambeau Field, Resch Center, restaurants.

Great place to Stay, Aside from the room rates and two night minimum for Packer games, rates on off nights are average. The location is great for tailgating, restaurant and bar onsite. NFL shops close and walking distance to Lambeau Field!

Family had a great time. Can eat, Swim, and sleep all in the same place. Walking distance to other places of interest if needed. Pool stays open late!! New open air sports bar and restaurant is nice. Mary is nice at the front desk. Great for family or business stays.
