Comfy beds, immaculately clean room and bathroom, loved that we could spread out in the suite, hotel clean throughout, lots of breakfast choices, friendly and efficient check in and check out, close to most everything we wanted to see......Michael made sure we were away from the elevator and ice machine since we are very light sleepers....very happy with our experience

Wonderful staff, great breakfast, clean room. Pet friendly is a plus for those who are traveling with a dog or cat. Also, there is a covered picnic area with a grill. I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed here many times in the past.

Accessibility was great. Very clean in the room and outside. Quiet!! No cars close to rooms. Staff was very accommodating. If we were staying longer would have used more ammenities like fitness and pool. Will definitely stay again.

The bed was comfortable. Like many older hotels the walls are thin and I could clearly hear the next room occupants talking. Lucky I have earplugs. One of the bed lights was burned out. The thermostat was off by about 5 degrees.

The Hotel is immaculate, very clean and inviting from entrance to room. Room was fantastic with clean restroom, the most comfortable bed and pillows I've experienced in a BW. I had the best sleep. Great quality bed linens and bath towels, very above average. So far this trip the best BW I have experienced and the best of all of my other BW stays. Kudos to the management and housekeeping staff!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great location and very clean rooms. The pool has been out of order for months according to the staff. If you are staying in the area, there are all kinds of dining options within a few miles of the hotel!

We recently had a house fire and we are so grateful for the staff here! Everyone is so kind and helpful. William started our stay off with a kind and helpful attitude. He was patient and so kind! Mathie was amazing beyond belief. She answered any questions we had and was constantly there for any of our needs. We will be back for the staff! Food was good, clean hotel, and close to everything!

Excellent room! Couches and bed were amazing! Couldn't ask for better. My wife and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the pool once its complete. The staff goes the extra mile on every level and I was very pleased that the night staff was able to communicate my billing needs with the day staff which made my stay completely worry free!

I stay here frequently, but do not usually enter reviews. In the past, my stays have been excellent. Even during covid, the stays were five out of five. During this most recent stay, there were problems with the room and I am writing to say that the very professional staff took care of those problems quickly and to my satisfaction. They're prompt attention to my requests were efficient and their solutions were effective. I was very pleased with their follow-up and their follow-through. Kudos for their business communication and customer service.

Hotel was quite nice and clean. Very convenient to downtown square in Georgetown, which was main criteria for picking this hotel and location. Room was a little pricey, but this is a popular destination so that was understandable as hotels are expensive in this area. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we take another trip to Georgetown in the future.

Zero stars…. Roaches in our room the size of a lighter… they didn't honor their side of the agreement to have us continue to stay there… charged us anyways and since stafff changed over of course I must have been wrong… I handed him his roach and the lady on 3rd shift stated they just had an exterminator there and they are aware they had an issue… gross! Do not stay here! Terrible all around!

The people in the lobby were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the stay was enjoyable. It was quiet and I appreciated that as I was there on work and kept long hours. There was a smell that I believe was coming from rooms that were accommodating to animals, alhtough it wasn't overwhelming. If I had been assigned those rooms I would have requested to relocate. I prefer not to stay in rooms that have had animals.

Everything about the hotel and the staff was excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and went above what was expected. The hotel lobby and room was very clean. The breakfast was good. I can highly recommend this hotel. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Really nice, comfortable beds. We LOVED the breakfast. Also, that Citrus bath soap was so luxurious! Enjoyed showering with it. The only (small) problem we had was wih an inoperative table lamp which was quickly fixed.

I had to fly in the night before for a business meeting and made my reservation 20hrs the night before. The next day two hrs before my flight took off the meeting was cancelled. I called to cancel my stay and was addressed VERY rudely. I was told no matter what they will still charge me even though the meeting was called off due to unforeseen circumstances. Then the lady said she would have her manager call me. NO ONE CALLED!!! Lastly I am a Retired Navy Vet and I'm 100% disabled vet permanently disabled. This lady clearly hates her job and clearly we see where she gets her training from. The funny thing is that in TN I stayed with BW for over 45 days and I believe my bill was around $6500.00. I was going to make this my primary hotel but after being treated like this not anymore and all that money lost on their own account. To all my fellow VETS, stay away from this hotel!

Convenient location close to town. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was early and coffee was good. Would definitely recommend staying here and I will be coming back. Lots of lightning in the parking lot.

Great location, friendly staff, pet friendly and very clean there are nearby places to eat and it is a really cute town to visit. Breakfast was great and have pet areas outside for your pets would stay here again

This hotel was an average motel 6 but cost over $200. The room needed upgrading especially in the bathroom. The wall are so thin you hear your neighbors cough, talk, snore, and their TV. The bed squeaked every time I turned over and was not comfortable. The AC did not work properly and the lighting was marginal. Breakfast and coffee not available until after 7:00.

Price point seems high but is worth the value for this site and area. Breakfast has excellent variety. Staff is friendly. Room comfort very nice- king bed for 2 nights. Lighting good throughout hotel. Clean

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast was disgusting and the orange juice tasted like mildew. There were crickets in the room. The air circulation was awful unless you set the AC on extremely cold, the internet would go in and out constantly as well. All in all just avoid this place.

Express check-in is very important to me. It allows me to check in through my iPhone app and open my assigned room using a digital key (also found in the phone app). None of that worked as advertised. When I asked the person at the front desk why my express check-in and the digital key didn't work, she didn't know what I was referring to and told me all check-ins need to go through the front desk. She assigned me a room, made me two card keys, and sent me on my way. It was already occupied when I opened the door to my assigned room! Thank goodness no one was in the room at the time. (Just their luggage and personal items) I felt extremely violated for the guests who were already occupying that room. We headed back down to the front desk to let them know there was a mistake. The puzzled look on their face was priceless but we headed back up to another assigned room (clean and vacant). I require internet on all hotel stays because of the nature of my work so I look for "high-speed internet" Clearly, this is a marketing term for Best Western because all I could get was about 1-3 Mb down. TERRIBLE! My phone got better internet speed and I ended up using it as our room hub. The staff were never rude and always helpful. They just need training. Assigning rooms already occupied is a huge privacy and security concern.

This was a great hotel for my family and I as we visited Georgetown, Tx for the first time. Erica at front desk was friendly and quick when it was time to check in. Throughout our stay, both of our rooms were comfortable and clean.

All was fine for our 3-night stay until the last evening. The guests next door were a nightmare with noise from their overly active children and two barking dogs. The children ran, jumped and thumped to the point of us banging on the wall and talking to the front desk to call and ask them to be more considerate of adjacent guests. It got worse when the family left for dinner but kept the two dogs in the room to bark incessantly for HOURS! Guests were angrily walking the hallway to determine the Room Number to lodge their complaint. We called the front desk to request a different room but were told they were full. We said we aren't paying for the evening if we can't sleep. At 10PM a flustered staff member knocked on our door and gave us the key to another room. We appreciated the move and paid our reservation in full. If there is a regulation in place to protect guests from such egregious inconsideration then it needs to be enforced. Remove the dogs from the room and evict the guests when they return. The Staff tried to assure us all that “Oh they will be fined!” Well that was little if any consolation to everyone who was affected for several hour and I seriously doubt it occurred. It pains me to write such a review because this has been our go-to place for years, but we will not stay here again.

Perfect location, the rooms are clean & the beds are very comfortable. Located is a great spot for access to the Square in Georgetown and several restaurants. Ive been traveling to George Town for 25 years and this is the best hotel in GeorgeTown Ive stayed at.

Room was very clean and the woman at the front desk that did my check in was very kind and professional. will recommend hotel. restroom and room were very well cleaned and didn't have to be waiting in line for check-in. Quick and easy check-in.

Needed a place to stay between moving out of a rental to closing on our house. With two dogs and working remote this location served us well. Internet was acceptable, food was hot and ready on time, staff was always helpful. Stayed at this location for 10 days in January and again another 8 days in May. Very comfortable and nice location.

Awesome and understanding staff, GM was great at understanding our change of plans and worked with us. Very friendly and helpful staff I will definitely be staying here again as I come for more training in the area.

Attended a conference at the Sheraton, a five minute drive away, and this hotel was perfect. Parking right there, full breakfast buffet included, friendly staff, comfortable, clean, quiet room, and the rate was really reasonable! Didn't bring my dog, but was happy to see they are pet friendly.

First - Minnie. She is a customer service rock star!! She was on the front desk when we checked in and was pressing some table linens for a wedding party because they came back wrinkled. Later in the evening we had an issue with the picture on our television and she got the problem fixed. She was smiling and pleasant while completing both tasks. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and also to the Georgetown Square. Our room was very clean, the beds and pillow comfortable, and the property is quiet at night. Overall, good value for your money.

We were visiting for a family wedding. The hotel was clean! The staff was great and friendly. Anything we needed they were quick to help. Breakfast was good. Wish there would have been a few more options like fresh fruit.

I enjoy staying here because it's tucked away in a nice area, so I feel safe. Also it's very clean and seems to have been updated with modern decor. The manager is always nice to me and helps me out when needing to secure a room when I come to visit my son who is at Southwestern University. Plus they take pets! My Frenchie loves it. Finally, even though it's the standard complimentary breakfast, it's actually very good with Texas shaped waffles and the employee working the kitchen and serving areas made sure it was always clean and stocked up.

We loved our stay at this BW hotel. It is in a very convenient location. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the Downtown square. When walking east on San Gabriel Village Blvd, make sure you take the squiggle shaped path on the right down to the river. This leads you either into town or if you hang a right on the other side of the river there is a walking path leading to the Blue Hole park and an interesting old cemetery. We visited the Inner Space Cavern, which was a quick seven minute drive. Also drove to The Oasis on Lake Travis, which was about a 30 minute drive. Back to the hotel: The breakfast both mornings was served buffet style, with warm foods like eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, and make your own Texas shaped waffles. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, and muffins were also available. Everything was fantastic and started off our day nicely. The hotel itself looked new and was clean and looked well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean. My wife and I slept great on the comfortable king bed. Hotel employees were polite, friendly and professional. Laurie, who was working the front desk when we arrived early, was able to get us in our room after about five minutes. Laurie went out of her way to help us out. We can't wait to go back to Georgetown, and when we do, we will definitely stay at this BW again.

The staff at this hotel really care. It shows, through the friendliness of the front desk, to the clean grounds and room. The breakfast was hot and had a good selection. I brought my dog, and she was very comfortable there. We walked around the area.

Came to see my nephew at Southwestern. The room reeks of weed and the walls are paper thin. I did not enjoy hearing the all hours sexual escapades of the people in the next room while here with my 14 year old daughter. I got very little sleep. We will NOT be staying here again.

We had folks stay there for our wedding . . . and you know how things go--there was a medical emergency, confusion on who was paying what and a lost firearm. Your staff handled every situation with the utmost of grace and professionalism. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of our group!

I had a great night of sleep. The beds were firm and not soggy which is good for my back. My son slept well. The tv channels were somewhat on the light side but all in all the experience was good. I would recommend this hotel.

pleasant professional staff at front desk. room was clean and quiet. bed was comfortable. biscuits and gravy and cold boiled eggs are not the breakfast a hotel of this caliber (cost) should be offering.

I really don't like to give negative reviews, but this hotel warrants it. The room furnishings were so dark and dated. It was just depressing. The place was clean. The bed was relatively comfortable. However, the pillow were weird and small, like throw pillows. But the pillow cases were standard size and folded to fit. It just didn't make sense. The staff was nice and polite. But the entire property needs a face lift.

1. The reservation was for a room that had the door to separate the living quarters. When I booked the room online I called the hotel to verify my reservation and to ensure I was booking/getting the correct room and it was verified. When I made it to the hotel, checked in, and went up to the room it turned out to not be the room I was informed that I was getting. I was told that because I booked through a third party there was nothing that could be done but give me a $25.00 credit. The worst costumer service from the desk guy. 2. The odor of the room smelled like a dog. It was horrible. I immediately called the front desk to report it but was told I had the only room with two rooms and nothing else was available. This is why I would not recommend stay. 3. There was a drip right by the door. This was looked at by the maintenance guy but couldn't be fixed at that time - no problem. 4. The light issue was not reported, the room was very dim. But, was workable, no major issue.

Building is 22 years and needs electrical work for the 21st century including charging usb ports in lobby, breakfast room and bedroom. Staff well trained and eager to please. Maybe the fireplace room needs a little snack food. It is a nice gathering area. I watched a football game there.

I have stayed at this hotel for several years and have always had a very good experience with the staff and rooms, they have always been friendly and the hotel breakfast has always been good. I come for continuing education and have always looked forward to staying in this location for it is almost a straight shot towards Austin and anything else that we need to do. Very satisfying. Also I was happy with the cost.

This was my most horrible stay at a hotel ever. I was over charged based on an assumption made by staff due to a item that was thrown away. The staff was rude even admitted to making an assumption based on no provable facts. Never again will I stay with this hotel chain.

General manager Vital Patel was extremely helpful when we had a special request during our stay. All of the staff went over and above expectations to help us. From our very first contact with the front desk to the time we left we were treated well and Mr. Patel went out of his way to give help when we needed it.

Loved the location! The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was too hard for my liking but everything else was amazing. This hotel is right by the river, many food places and downtown is walking distance. We will definitely visit again!

Everything was good. Change the coffee it was horrible. The staff was great. Room was clean. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to others. More handicap parking and rooms are needed.

Elevator fell 5 feet Thought I was going to die Ok broke the next day I was on 3 rd floor and could not get down down for hours microwave did not work. No one cared elevator broken and could not get off 3 rd floor

I was very pleased with the price that I paid. I had called the hotel itself to get a rate. I spoke with a female on the phone and she was very polite and helpful. No problems upon arrival but I can say that the front desk was not very welcoming. It was just who are you, I need you DL and credit card. Here is you paper, sign an put your dirty pen in the other cup (really). We were told that there were two sports teams checked in and if they were to loud or caused problems to let the front desk know, they were not bad. Never heard them. I'm guessing the ice machines are on the 1st and 3rd floor, never saw a sign for it, I gave up. Found the before mentioned at the next nights hotel BW. I was not impressed with the friendliness of the hotel and all other BW we have stayed at have been so far.

I gave it a four only because of the online check in process. We arrived 2 hours early because it asks what time you will arrive for check in. We chose 12-2 and were never called or contacted that our room wouldn't be available at the time we picked. Don't ask time of arrival if it's irrelevant and you're not allowed in your room until 3 pm. Staff was very friendly and room was great!

Easy to find, helpful staff, close proximity to downtown Georgetown and the university. The rooms were very clean and the bed was most comfortable. Good breakfast choices and covid 19 regulations were being used by staff and most guest. This was certainly A+ change from other places and businesses we have been to in Texas and Louisiana.

Our room looked like a cheap motel. Sorry. Cheap furniture, thin towels, no bedding for pull out couch, no extra tv for our “suite”. No separation. Bed was not comfortable, and not impressed with the bedding. Again, cheap. Due to ice storm, no breakfast.

I cannot recommend BW Plus Georgetown enough! We had an incredible experience and received unsurpassed customer service from the general manager and the entire staff, making our stay a memorable experience that will not be forgotten. I cannot remember the last time we recieved such wonderful customer service and we loved everything about our stay. Exceptional customer service, beautiful rooms, clean, and an all-around terrific experience. A gem!

This is a really nice Best Western Plus. The rooms are decorated well and the beds are really comfortable. They offered a pretty well stocked breakfast that included rubber gloves to help reduce the chance of covid spreading. We've been staying here for over 3 years. Our grandson is a senior at Southwestern University and we always try to stay at this BW when we visit him.

We have stayed at Best Westerns over 25 years. Always find them nice. Until COVID, the breakfasts were enjoyable but the rooms have been all generally good and the value good. Free nights don't hurt either!

A very quiet comfortable place to stay. A couple of good restaurants are nearby. Their breakfast was adequate but no hot food. The Pet fee is excessive, $20.00 per pet per night. This comes to a 50% surcharge if you have two small dogs. Most other places charge the same so there are few options. I think that a flat fee for pets would suffice to cover any "accidents".

I stayed for one night. The room and bathroom was extremely clean. I used the microwave and it was clean. I made coffee in the morning as well. I slept well on the clean bed and sheets. The modified breakfast in the morning was good as well and it was nice as I didn't have to worry about getting something to eat for my class at 0800 at the Texas DPS Tactical Center The guest service representative was nice, cheerful and helpful.

The hotel was very outdated which online pictures did not reflect and it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I had to wipe everything down myself. The light switches were coated in dirt or some sort of black grossness and the doors looked like they had something dripping from them and it was now stained. The microwave didn't really work which was fine because I was disgusted by it anyway so we opted not to use it. The overall smell in the room and the hotel was just odd and off putting. I didn't even sleep under the covers as I wasn't comfortable enough to do so. It was just for a night so I dealt with it but we definitely will not be back to this location.

The staff was friendly and everything seemed clean, though I still brought my own cleaning supplies because I'm not going to take chances. It's not the newest hotel, nor is it the quietest. I stayed for two nights. The first night was somewhat loud with, I think, gladiator games in the room above. You could also hear the conversation in the room next door. It is set back far enough from the highway that you won't get noise. I'd recommend asking for a third floor room. But, I'm not paying for a super high-end hotel and can't expect the sun, moon, and stars. One thing I think should not be too much to ask for, however, is that guests should be required to show up at the breakfast buffet with something on their feet. Go barefoot at your own house. Showing up barefoot in a public eating space is just gross.

One of the best hotels to stay at in Georgetown, Texas. Very clean, accommodating, helpful, and professional. The welcoming staff and the cleaning staff were very friendly and were ready and willing to assist in anyway.

Hotel was ideally located and very pet friendly. Rates were reasonable for room and for having pet (better than Drury Inn and Candlewood). Continental breakfast was provided instead of full breakfast due to Covid 19, but was adequate and coffee was good. I would stay there again.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. They were clean and comfortable. Would like to see the breakfast come back someday. Feel like I paid the same price as before but got a little less. Nice hotel

The staff were very friendly. And super accommodating. Can't say enough good things about the staff. But the hotel...needs work. Dead plants in pots out front should have been a clue. Heads up that bc of COVID there is no breakfast buffet and the pool/gym access is restricted. Pool is not a salt water pool. Tub looked stained and one of the jets was stuck at an odd angle. Shower rod just placed on lip of shower enclosure so it kept falling off so water went everywhere. Shower curtain stained and torn. Tissue box, empty box. Pillow cases torn. Previous guest left a hair tie on the floor. TV was unhooked so hubs had to move furniture to reconnect tv. We had a two room suite but only one AC unit worked. It was hot. And just being picky but some lights were the soft lights and others were daylight leds, so the lighting was odd. By day two I was done. I hate posting this bc the staff were absolutely amazing. But this place lacks quality control and during this COVID thing, I just couldn't get comfortable somewhere that doesn't have quality standards no matter how nice they are. We went to Holiday Inn...much better.

Mediocre hotel at high price for the amenities they provide. Room was not well cleaned and coffee maker looked dirty so I did not use. They request I submit more words .... so find a better hotel and a reasonable price.

Erica was awesome @ the front desk, friendly, informative with great knowledge of the area & amenities .. Room was clean & comfy, Location of Hotel was perfect for our needs. Bagged breakfast was OK, but happy something was offered during this time of unrest (May 2020)

My wife and I had occasion to spend a couple of nights at this hotel, located close to the frontage road for I-35 and sufficiently set away from the main noise that it proved a fine choice for a good night's rest. The hotel more than satisfied our expectations and we enjoyed our two night stay at this well run and clean hotel.

We were "upgraded" to a room with an adjoining door. The kids in the room next door were noisy, screaming shouting crying and the TV on loud all night. They constantly were trying to open the adjoining door, rattling it, etc. I was scared they would get in, and scared to report this in case of repercussions. It was a miserable stay. The check out clerk did not ask how our stay was, if he had I would have told him. No, I will not return here, there are plenty of other hotels down the street.

Room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous I had no problems during my stay. I will be staying here again in the future. I would definitely recommend for overnight business trips.

We spent one night in Georgetown for a wedding. Checked into the hotel (very quick process, which allowed us to get to the wedding on time). After a wonderful wedding, we returned to the hotel, which had plenty of well-lit parking. The room was clean (the hotel is fairly new). Breakfast was very nice, several options were available, just the right start to the day. Checkout was a breeze. Will definitely stay again, if in the area.

The hotel was in a convenient location for us and our dog. A place we could safely walk our dog and get something to eat. We were in town for a basketball tournament. Would stay at this location again for a pleasure trip only.

We had a nice one night stay at this Best Western Hotel coming home from San Antonio. The bed was excellant, the room was large and clean. The breakfast was good. Georgetown is a nice little town with a sweet little down town area that I hope hope we can come back and spend more time.

This room was booked in order to reduce travel time and was done in very short notice. The staff, room, amenities and location we're great. I will definitely stay here again if/when I am in the Georgetown area. It is minutes from downtown and multiple restaurants.

Since the walls seem to be paper thin, we were awakened by other travelers. More annoying was the noise that the cleaning staff made. We heard loud music being played by the cleaning staff and they spoke loudly or yelled down the hallways at each other. It sounded like they were in our room!

The a/c unit was extremely noisy and my room was not available as requested using the pre check-in. I was told by the hotel staff that the pre check-in site doesn't mean anything. My question to him was, “Why have sites available for the customer if you're not going to abide by the response.” He just shrugged.

The room had an off odor, the towels were scratchy and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, reasonably well appointed and except for the odor clean. Noise from the hall and rooms next door really carries though. Breakfast was a bit above average when compared to typical continental breakfasts and was kept well stocked. The grounds were clean and the location itself very quiet and convenient to town. Nice little river walk across the street. Except for one young man who checked me in the front desk staff weren't exceptionally welcoming or friendly and I had the feeling they felt they were doing me a favor by tending to my stay. At check out my key stopped working early and I had to walk around to the front desk and ask them to redo it so I could retrieve the rest of my things. No big deal in one way but they didn't seem concerned or as if they cared. No sorry about that or anything, more just like another pain in their rear to tend to. I stayed an extra night because it was easier than looking for somewhere else. If I find myself back in Georgetown, I'll make the effort to look for so where else.

Over all checkin, room, breakfast were all outstanding. The fitness room was like going back in time. Stationary bike was on its last leg, everything else was seriously outdated. For as new as the hotel is, you would have thought someone would have purchased new equipment.

The hotel staff was great, The young man working the check in desk when I arrived helped me get into my room very quickly, after having a very rough flight to the area arriving 5 hours later than I should have. He was very polite and professional, and accommodating. He could tell that I was very tired, and needed some good rest. I appreciated his attitude very much, and he represented the Best Western Hotels in a very positive way. If I'm ever back in this area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again hoping to see his friendly face again.

My sister recommended this hotel and it did not disappoint. Good location, clean, quiet, nicely decorated room, breakfast much better than some hotels we have visited. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again.

My stay was great. Everything you wanted in a room. The room was very clean and near alot of eating places. Checkout time was great, at 11. There was no one rushing you out of your room when it was time to go and I really enjoyed my stay.

This was a disappointing place for my wife and me. The room was clean, but dark and spartan in furnishings. The TV worked well and the ventilation was fine. Having dogs in the hotel was a negative. The bath towels were rough and the tissue thin and rough. Breakfast was ok. For the price we paid, this should have been a really nice hotel and it was not. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again unless I did not have another option.

Room dirty. Foam pillows requested but never received. After playing golf all day I expected to have clean towels when I got to my room at 3pm. Then the service room attendant, after multiple calls, tried to talk me out of the towels and changing the sheets

Room was Clean, bed was good, internet work without any problems, Breakfast was worth eating. The motel was quite. We used the lobby for a Family get together, it was clean & very well maintained. We were allowed to use the room with out any charge. Very nice.

This what I expected for a quick 2 day stay at a Best Western. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was average but got the job done. Don't plan on being in the area again but if someone asked I'd have no problem recommending a stay there.

The hotel is conveniently located off I-35 and it is very quiet. Our room was located on the third floor. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower & sink drained properly. Most of all the staff is very courteous! Definitely recommend to travelers.

overall good stay. breakfast looked pretty good but i did not partake. room was good. had fridge and microwave and bed was comfy. was in a good location, quiet. there were restaraunts and gas stations close, not walking distance close but less than a 5 minute drive.

Loved this hotel. It was very clean with a comfy bed and good pillows. WiFi was good. Really liked their pool too. Enjoyed the breakfast. We were there two nights so enjoyed 2 breakfast. One morning was scrambled eggs with sausages. Next morning was an omelette with bacon. Of course they had all the regular breakfast fare too. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of parking and even walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Good value toi!

Stayed 4 nights. Very comfortable room. Spacious. Right across from the elevator on the 3rd floor. Very quiet. My two brothers stayed at this hotel as well. One next door and one on the second floor. They liked their rooms as well. Breakfast was different each day. Always scrambled eggs and either sausage links or patties. One day there was ham. Biscuits and gravy were offered twice. Nice pool in the back. Not used by any of our group but others took advantage of it. It would be nice to have a little covered area outside just to sit and chat and have coffee. Night staff was more friendly than the morning staff. Was greeted each time we left or came back at night but not once in the morning. Fridge and microwave in room.

Great Customer Service good clean area would stay here again, close to everything and a good place to get too also for the first time I did not get lost. Would recommend and will be back soon on our next trip

This hotel has very clean rooms however the front desk staff was not accommodating and was on the rude side. We stayed at this hotel because of the weather I feel the price is much too high. My sister and I want to stay near each other however we are put on the same floor at opposite ends. We requested this when we stopped by the hotel the day before.

i cannot say enough about the courtesy of the staff - the convenient check-in process; the cleanliness of the rooms; the healthy choices of breakfast and our overall comfort while staying at the Georgetown Best Western Plus.

Stay here for softball tourney , nice hotel, close to fields. will be staying here again in July and maybe august. Not far from downtown Georgetown but also not far from Salado which is a nice little shopping area north of Georgetown.

We have stayed in this Best Western several times over the years. It is clean and comfortable. Good beds, nice breakfast, very helpful staff, and for our purposes the location can't be beat. We will stay there again when our travels take us to Georgetown. We did experience some shortcomings this trip which might or might not influence your decision: (1) the wi-fi was extremely slow, ok for my purposes but maybe not for a business traveler; (2) the somewhat rounded tub is very slippery when you use the shower; (3) the shower curtain was too short and would not keep the water in the tub. As I said, we will stay there again.

The location is great, but the worst shower I've ever had in an American hotel. None of the showerhead settings came anywhere close to getting the soap out of my hair. It also took an inordinate amount of time to get checked into our rooms, despite having paid in advance.

The curb apeal of the hotel is amazing. The entry way is better than expected. We had multiple rooms booked all with varying arrival times, most before the standard 3:00 check-in time. The room selections were available as requested and early. Staff kept us in blocks which made communication easy for the 9 or 10 rooms we had.

The staff was very kind and helpful! I made the reservation for my elderly parents and the staff went above and beyond to help them get into their room! We will definitely use this location for their next visit!

I booked our reservation online through hotels.com not knowing the area and did read some of the reviews on trip advisor first (my "go to" before planning a trip on my own). I got a great rate after selecting the criteria that we wanted. Love the fact that on hotels.com you can select that you want free breakfast, free parking, free wi-if, pool plus select the area of attractions you want to be in!! When we got to the hotel I was not only amazed at the location, but the cleanliness, the size of the room and the great "full service" breakfast that is included! Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. Location was so convenient to highway and very close to downtown Georgetown to go to local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend! One tiny tiny negative....rooms have thin walls (don't all hotels?)..... pack ear plugs....we always travel with them in our cosmetic case. Oh......one other negative.....pillows!!!! Bring your own if you have problems sleeping ..... pillows are not very comfortable.

Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and made us feel at home. Went here for a kids football game and had a great time. Would stay here again if I needed to. No issues at all. Would reccomend!!

Booked here because our preferred hotel was priced like the Ritz-Carlton the night we passed through Georgetown. Glad we did. The hotel is a little aged, but clean, somewhat updated, well kept and a fantastic value. Bed comfortable enough for a good sleep, ample choice of cable TV stations. Excellent breakfast, lots of choices. Near downtown Georgetown and good places to eat, close to the expressway for easy on and off, although be aware the hotel is tucked at the end of a street with a condominium development, but still just off Austin St, one of the main drags. Excellent experience for a good price. We will be back again when in Georgetown. Recommended.

The Best Western hotel is one of the nicest Best Western hotels I've stayed at. The check in process was painless. The staff was very accommodating when I changed the king size bed for two queen beds. The breakfast was the Best Western standard fare and unimpressive.

Nice appearance but misleading. Photo sample of washcloth in bathroom. If your staying more than one day be ready for maids to strip your room and leave it that way while they do other things. Poor building construction for a relatively new hotel where you hear noise from guests above you and beside you - and these people weren't being loud.

The hotel looked nice. I bet the environs looked great in the spring and summer too with all the leaves, but not much looks good in cold, rainy winter. The location was pretty good also once I figured out I could get there from the I-35 feeder. All the staff I met were pleasant. Breakfast was standard 3 star hotel fare - not good, but not bad enough to complain. My room was clean and mostly comfortable. I can't pinpoint anything specific about the bed, but it wasn't very comfortable. The pillows were very sad. Bathroom was nice and clean. The handle in the shower was loose and needed maintenance because you couldn't get a good mix temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. I forgot to tell the front desk. Maybe the manager will see this. All things considered it was a good stay and I'd stay there again

Outstanding service and hotel. This is the only place I will stay in Georgetown. When traveling, it is always refreshing to be greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. Each stay has been exemplary. There is no other choice in hotels that I would stay at or recommend to colleagues.

We had a room with two “queen beds” (using quotes because the beds are queen length but are very narrow with not much more width than a double). Our room location was the second room from an exterior door on the ground level. The noise from that door slamming closed starting about 5 AM was jarring. The walls in this hotel are also pretty thin, with conversations in rooms next door easily understood. We didn't get any sleep after 5 AM, and strongly recommend you try an upper floor room to avoid the hall traffic noise and door slamming. On check in one of our hand towels was clearly dirty with lipstick on it. The shower water was either boiling hot or cold, with no way to adjust it in between. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant and the breakfast offering is above average (although there was no decaf tea available). Also, there is a nice walking trail across the street that leads to a river, making dog walking very pleasant.

1st 4 nights was great, 5th night we changed rooms due to neighbors... That didn't help.. 10pm the room above us had dogs and it sounded like a marching band going on.. front desk went up to times and asked to keep it down to minimum. Still didn't stop, front desk said there's nothing that can do.. breakfast was ok, worked for keto style.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful in checking in and at checkout. The decor is very new and fresh in appearance. We enjoyed the breakfast very much.

I found the hotel to be very comfy and clean.Lovely big soft bed...breakfast was ok, just the usual processed american breakfast but it got me up and going in the morning.Staff were friendly and helpful. Not too far to walk into the town center.

I have stayed at a few different Best Western Hotels and all of them have been great. The staff is very friendly and the overall cleanliness of the Hotels that I have stayed at were amazing. I would deffinately reccomend staying at Best Western to others.

Need better walls between the rooms - not only could I hear voices, TV, baby crying, etc. - I could even tell what they were saying (they were not shouting). Add to that, the beds are back to back and the rattling headboard will knock against the wall off and on all night right behind my head. And the doors can't be shut quietly even if you try to, which most people don't, and the sound echoes down the halls early in morning til late at night. Can't get help from the desk because they will just say they don't know because they haven't work there very long. (On another day, the same man said he is used to working a different shift, so he couldn't be very new) Slick tubs and when others in my party (we had 5 rooms for 6 nights) asked for a bath mat, we were told to use a towel on the tub floor; then a different person asked next day and got a rubber tub mat. It didn't seem like anyone wanted to take responsibility for problems, but everyone was cheerful and friendly when you passed them in hallway. Hair dryer didn't work. So sleep deprived I couldn't get much out of the expensive 5 day workshop I was attending.

Clean and bright facilities. Awesome staff. Great rooms. Cold ac. Pool on east side so shade in afternoon. Ample parking. Great location. Ample breakfast with hot and cold offerings. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a newly remodeled hotel & well worth the stay! Very clean! This place is centrally located and just a few minutes away from Georgetown's loved Blue Hole Park as well multiple highly rated eateries.

All I care about is clean and well maintained. This Best Western fit the boot in both categories and they had wonderful staff and a great variety for breakfast.slept like a baby ( which I do not normally do )..

It's a pet friendly place so it smells like a dog (heavy chemical smell trying to mask the dog smell). Neighboring room was letting little kids scream incessantly after midnight. Call to front desk rectified situation fast. Overall a decent place to stay for the price.

What a tremendous hotel experience!! This property is first-class. It offers a clean, modern, quiet, comfortable experience. There is a gym, pool, office and amenity store on site. Full, hot breakfast is included. Room was spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. It was the perfect place to stay after a long day of driving, and located less than an hour from San Antonio.

We stay at this hotel several nights per year to visit family. Never disappoints, very consistent in every way. We like the 3d floor rooms, much quieter. Easy walk into town. Great little restaurants there.

Very nice room and staff. We were able to check in early,which was a great help as we had a memorial service to attend at 2:00pm. The room was very well appointed and clean. We highly recommend this location. There is an easily accessible back way too the hotel from Austin avenue which saves time and negates the U turn problems.

Place was nice however the beds killed all of our backs. Food was great in the morning and the staff was very helpful ht e only negative was the uncomfortable beds . I would stay here again IF they could provide a more comfortable mattress

clean room, very good beds. Room somewhat cramped but we did have 4 adults sharing. breakfast decent but nothing differentiating it from others. Just wished these places were close to enough to walk to dinner. once you've been on the road for 8 hours, it's nice to stretch your legs:(

I stayed at the Best Western Georgetown Inn and Suites on a two day business trip to Georgetown, TX. The property was clean and well designed. The staff as friendly and efficient. All and All an enjoyable stay.

We enjoy staying at Best Western in Georgetown because it is very comfortable, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, the bed is very comfortable and the room was great! We like the convenient location also. We have a small dog that is always welcome there!

Excellent price, especially for the high cost area, and the facility just completed a renovation, making it smell and look brand new. Turn left out of the parking lot and your close to the historic downtown area. Staircase on each end of hallways and elevator in center.

The room and view was great and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely used them again. Loved the view from my room and the location of the hotel. Close to the river and restaurant and shops.

This hotel is very clean, the new renovations are excellent, the staff was super accommodating with scheduling our stay(s), breakfast is tasty (I understand they're adding a yogurt bar in the near future). We will use this hotel for friends and family who come to town to visit. Also, it's very quiet.

This property was centrally located and easy to access freeway and other main thoroughfares. Everything was great! The only drawback was the visually overstimulating carpet in the guest hallways. Also, our room was a little dim. However, the hotel was quiet, and we enjoyed a good stay. Breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for a family wedding and was shuttled back and forth from the hotel to the wedding. Everything and everyone at the hotel was totally pleasant. The manager was amazing. It was one of the best hotels i have ever stay in. All because of the stuff.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the veteran's discount. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the building itself. We were one of the first down for breakfast and everything was ready and tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so friendly and attentive, they even knew our dog's name. Rooms were clean and very quiet. We were impressed with the air conditioning in our room. It kept us nice and cold at night. We will definitely stay again when were are in town.

This hotel was in an excellent location...close to the beautiful Georgetown Square and so many restaurants close by. Easy access for day trips, too. Breakfast was different and good each day. Room was great. Booked a suite so hubby could get up early and let me sleep. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here as we were traveling from Florida. The room was clean and shower supplies were provided. The towels are a bit frayed at the edges but the terry is still ample. The room was clean and quiet. There were quite a few updates- bath design, ceramic floors, new ceramic in the tub enclosure. The breakfast was ample and the coffee smooth and with a full flavor. I would stay here again. Judy, the front desk staff ,brought me a bath mat personally when I called the front desk to advise I didn't have one in my room. I found that service commitment very touching and I would like to commend her.

Checked in to a King suite for $139. First room I went to take a shower and the shower head was broken. Went to the front desk and was told sorry and moved to a new King suite. Second room had a big stain on the couch were my 10 year old daughter was going to sleep. Went back to the front desk and was told sorry again and moved to our third room and told they would take $10 off the room. Went into third room and this one also h ad a stain on the couch were my daughter was supposed to sleep. Went back to the front desk and was told sorry and offered to move to a standard king ?????. Then them I was tired of moving rooms and wanted to go to bed. Was again to they were sorry. REALLY!!! And I'm a rewards member.

The property was clean, no issues. Free breakfast was OK, typical. The eating area was clean, and cleaned throughout the morning. There was adequate parking, easy in and out & easy freeway access. I would stay there again. Also easy walking access to the trails along the San Gabriel River.

Stayed here last week for four nights and was very surprised by the current on going renovations. Description says “recently renovated” not “currently being renovated”. Part of the hotel is complete but not all of it. Room was on the third floor, room next door was literally being worked on during our stay (late in the night I might add). Complimentary breakfast was ok, if your just eating cereal. Bagels, and other bread items were hard as rocks. After being gone all day and getting back to the hotel around 9pm we were welcomed to carpet being installed in the hallway outside our room. Literally not even tacked down yet. I would say I was mislead as far as the description goes. If I revisit the area I will not be staying here.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding, and after five nights at this property have nothing but good things to say. Everyone, from housekeeping, up through front desk and even to hotel management provided excellent hands-on service and made us feel almost like family. When I did encounter a problem with WiFi connections, the manager thanked me for bringing it to his attention ("your problem is my problem") and was on it immediately. And then later in our stay followed up to make certain I was satisfied. It takes a team effort to properly manage a hotel, and these guys have one! And, a final bonus. Freeway close, yet very quiet. Downtown Georgetown and a slew of fantastic dining less than half a mile away. (Blue Corn Grill and Monument Cafe were our favorites)

Staff was very helpful at check in. They honored my request for a room on the first floor. The hotel is being remodeled, but the area of the hotel I stayed was clean and neat. I did not hear any construction noises during my stay.

Paint smell was unbearable. Third floor was under construction. Elevator was creaky. Floorboards were gone and room numbers were taped on doors. We had to have service come to the room several times for a broken fridge and a disconnected TV. We also left a bluetooth speaker in the room and when we called, they said housekeeping didn't report anything but that the front desk refused to check the room or call the room (since others had just checked in). We repeatedly have asked for the manager to call us back and we have heard nothing.

Though this Best Western is under renovation, we were most happy with service and our room was very comfortable. The equipment was in good working order. Close to Austin. Breakfast was not very good, but the coffee was excellent.

Directions printed out for dining and pedicures from the front desk. Dining locations great from seafood, steaks, to Mexican food. The front desk was very considerate of all request. Problems were resolved immediately without question. Just a great all around experience.

The staff was very accommodating & helpful! We plan to continue coming to this hotel. I look forward to seeing this in the summer. Have already recommended this to family living here, The hot breakfast was more than we expected.

Had a wonderful time at the Best Western Plus, Georgetown, Tx. Chose it for the proximity to family. Was extremely pleased. The full breakfast was delicious and started our days just right. Great place!

Highly recommend. Hotel in beautiful setting, .9 miles from downtown Georgetown. Staff was excellent, hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was superior to most I have had. Very nice interior and exterior. There were 3 of us and we had a king suite. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable! I would give it 5 stars. And the prices are very good considering all that you get in this wonderful hotel.

We booked this room as it was reserved as part of the weeding. Great hotel with friendly staff. They provided shuttle to the veue as well as rides back. Making for a safe and secure wedding participation. Great breakfast.

Love staying here when visiting my son at college! The hotel is centrally located to campus and the shopping center. The river is just across the road and makes a neat walk from the hotel. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I stayed 1 night and was charged for 2. I've made multiple calls to hotel and even called corporate. Manager/owner is never there and does not return calls. Still no refund. It's been a week. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!

Love the best western but this one really needs to take the carpets out of the pet friendly rooms other then that it was a really nice hotel I would stay there again just wouldn't stay with my dog again not unless they remove the carpet

Stayed here after a very disappointing night elsewhere at an "upscale" chain. Everything was better here at the BW! Everything was bright and cheery and worked like it was supposed to. The pool was spotless with pool towels provided. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to. Location is very close to Georgetown Square and could be considered walking distance (+/- 8-9 blocks) for those with time and/or less lazy than myself. Buffet was good, not great, and the only reason I might knock off 1/2 a star. Love the BW-Texas waffles. We will stay here again.

Clean hotel. Good location. Sadly we got little sleep due to party in next room over. Staff tried to handle it and did ok job, but still didn't help us get to sleep before 2 in the morning. Should have just kicked the guest out

We decided to stay close to our wedding venue, so our wedding party and ourselves stayed at the Best Western Plus in Georgetown. We were offered a great rate for the presidential suite as Bride and Groom, and the room was extremely nice. The decor was nice and well kept, room was extremely spacious with a separate living room and kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and all of our guests staying in the hotel said the same! We were a little noisy having just returned from the wedding, but the staff were very nice about notifying us of our noise level and allowed us to address it personally. Thank you for a great stay!

Good value for the money. All the TVs were set wrong, not to the 16x9 that is being sent by cable. The TV in the room was boxed down to 3/4 size, and the ones in the lobby and breakfast area had the black bars on top and bottom, which are wrong. Typical. There is no recycling ? Cardboard and plastic from the breakfast and there is no recycling at the hotel. Really? Time to catch up to the rest of the country.

Excellent staff service!!!!! All golfers got in Georgetown early to start an afternoon golf tournament. Hotel was not ready at 10 am, but graciously took our luggage to hold for us (20 golfers). When we returned at 6:00, we were given room keys and luggage was already in the room. Other requests were immediately met with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and will be using again.

OK, so fist of all, there's no "full American breakfast." It's basically the same thing offered at better motel chains like Drury, Hampton Inn, etc. Another criticism is that one morning the min-omelettes offered contained salsa in them. That was fine by me, but my wife (and I suspect a lot of others) who have digestive issues would have to pass them up. Why not just have the salsa on the side? The hotel is a bit dated and the single elevator a bit slow and clanky. That said, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again, but I would look for comparable hotels with a better nightly room rate.

I am a reasonable guy, but am very puzzled as to how this place is rated as high as it is. I will say that the staff seemed helpful/friendly, and the room itself was pretty clean. However, in my opinion it was not enough to make up for the PAPER THIN walls (seriously, I heard every word of the person's conversation next door without even trying), outdated decor of the whole place (felt dark/cold and not bright/clean), and hallways that smelled musty and strong of mildew. Also, the additional fee for our dog for a one night stay seemed pointless. By the time you add on the pet fee, you might as well do yourself a favor and stay at the Sheraton across the highway which is top notch for a nominal price difference (weight limit of 40lbs but no pet fee). Really, do your research.

Nice appearance in and out. Nice outdoor pool. Standard Best Western breakfast but hot items could have been hotter and more varied. Right off I35 and close to downtown Georgetown. Nice accessible bathrooms in rooms!

Located close to I-35 and near historic square this is an updated facility with all desirable amenities for business and pleasure. We enjoyed its ample parking and scenic surroundings. Most of all eas how close it is to the Williamson Court House and Museum on Austin St. with The Palace Theater and Wild Fire Restaurant.

Best western has done a great job in rebranding their hotel. I have stayed several times at a Best western in South Texas and have been very satisfied. This trip to Georgetown was for convenience to closeness for a funeral in Austin and burial in Killeen. Beds need to be replaced at this location. A large roach came out of the shower drain when I went to shower. Hallway smelt like smoke although it was a non-smoking facility. I do have to say that the front desk clerk was very nice accommodating us for early check-in although it was a very night. Breakfast was ok but as expected. My wife woke up with a couple of insect bites on her leg. We suspect bed bugs but can confirm. We do understand that do to the weather this year in Texas and the amount of people that stay in hotels bed bugs are hard to control. Three of the seven rooms we had were with reward points which was the primary reason we stayed at this location. The only reason for returning to this location unless upgrades were made to rooms would be the necessity to use reward points. I also have to add that I was not offered an upgrade to my room although I am a Diamond Select member.

Pleasant place to stay. Staff was pleasant and attentive to my needs. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Georgetown area. My only complaint is the breakfast could use more variety. The wifi is a bet slow and unreliable.

A well-kept facility with large rooms, refrigerator and microwave, and hot breakfast that was different each day. The bed was comfortable and the room cool enough to sleep well. Although I was next to the swimming pool, the room was quiet. The location was convenient, also, about a mile from the class I took and no need to get on the Interstate to get there. I'll definitely stay there again.

We stayed six nights in a beautiful suite. Friendly staff, great room, ours looked out onto the car park but it was a pleasant enough view. The breakfast is a basic American style deal, the coffee was great. There isn't a lot close by this hotel but really enjoyed staying here.

They accept pets which is not easy to find.Very courteous staff. the hotel was so close to restaurants that we could walk there. A comfortable and stylish room. We have stayed there twice and will again.

Clean, comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet. Nice that pets are allowed for a nominal fee. Breakfast was on par with other comparable hotels. Location was great if you're spending time in Georgetown. Reasonable choice for staying in the greater Austin area. Overall a great value.

My granddaughter and I spent the night here on July 28, 2017. We were staying there so we could go to the caverns the next day after spending the day at Magnolia Farms, Texas tea house and the Dr Pepper Museum in Waco. The room was comfortable and clean and everything that I would expect from a best Western Hotel. In addition the lady at the front desk went out of her way to make cookies for us which was an extra treat. The only negative thing that I can say is that we went down to the pool so my granddaughter could enjoy swimming there and there was no shade whatsoever. We both tried to work at putting an umbrella up so I could have some shade while I watched her swim but I could not get the umbrella to come up. Perhaps if I had called the front desk they would've had somebody come out and do it for us but I didn't pursue it.

Hotel looked really nice, the people were really nice. But once inside, the place smelled damp, we had a non smoking room but the whole hallway smelled like cigarettes, size of room was nice, bathroom smelled like a wet dog, and the beds were hard as rocks. Very uncomfortable. I'm a side sleeper and it killed my back to sleep on my side. I was sore on the entire left side of my body for 3 days after the trip. It's not worth wasting your money here. In my opinion.

This hotel was great for $80 a night. The rooms were clean and did not have a bad odor. The lobby was excellent for a Best Western. The comolimnetery breakfast was good with several options. The hotel was in a great location. Close to downtown and right across the interstate from tons of restaurants and shopping. Overall good stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent service at front desk. Clean rooms. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Nice pool area with lots of towels available. Plenty of parking. Convenient location to shops,restaurants,parks. Also close to Inner Space Cavern, which we toured. Hotel is dog friendly, but no dog odors in hall or room, lobby. Great lighting outside at night. ONLY small complaint...the 2 queen room we had was alittle bit smaller than I expected and I would probably get a king suite next time. Would stay here again!

Rooms very clean and overall hotel appearance is very nice. Everything seems new and up to date. Stayed here many times and never had any issues. Breakfast is good as well. Best part of my stay is it's easy walking distance into the town area and restaurants we like to visit. You can also take nice strolls along the river or parks.

Although a tad outdated, this place offered clean, comfortable rooms with outstanding room service and a very friendly and helpful staff. The pool, although small, was very well maintained and was a nice place to relax and cool off. Also, there are several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was well stocked with outstanding waffles and good coffee.

The staff did a fantastic job of service. Mike and Cortney went beyond the call of duty to correct some problems I had with my room. One morning my room hadn't been cleaned while I was gone, and Courtney made sure it was when I returned. The second night I had a loud neighbor, and Mike found a quieter room upstairs, even though the hotel was booked.

We were driving home from San Antonio and took a little too much time birdwatching. The sun was going down and we were still 4 hours from home. We were tired and hungry and decided to see if there was a good, inexpensive place to stay with our dog. The first one to come up in a search was the Best Western Georgetown Inn. The check-in was quick and easy. There was a small fee for our dog. The clerk told us which was to drive for food and there were many close by, as the motel was located on the freeway. This accommodation met all my requirements, clean, convenient, has good air conditioning, comfy bed, takes pets and provides breakfast but doesn't break the bank. The walls were a bit thin but we have learned to play sleep music on our phones in motels and that blocks out any outside noise. The grounds were immaculate and there was a doggie station with doggie bags and a place to dispose of them. There was a park along a river just across the highway with a trail that led to it. Would be a great place for kids to release some of the pent up energy from riding in a car all day. There was a pool at the motel, but we didn't use it, so cannot comment.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 2 yrs while visiting grandkids. The employees are always extremely helpful and even the owner will help out to make your check-in/out quick. The hotel is just far enough from the hiway to be convenient but not hear all the traffic noise.

I have always been impressed with Hampton Inns for the quality of experience and value, but Best Western Plus in Georgetown, TX has exceeded my experience with Hampton Inns. I will definitely consider BWP in the future.

We stayed here for my brother's wedding. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early so we could get ready in time for the wedding. Room was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed on the 3rd floor very quiet Clean rooms the free breakfast had great selections the pool was nice open till 10:00pm the front desk staff friendly and professional housekeepers were great ......

The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. There was a nice lobby area. I wish the rooms were a little bigger, but it wasn't bad for the price. I would definitely be willing to stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a family wedding at a nearby venue. The hotel was good and provided a shuttle to and from the wedding. This was a perfect location for out of town guests to stay. The hotel was nice and the price was reasonable

Very comfortable and spacious room. We normally get a suite, but this standard room was plenty big enough for us. Great location close to restaurants and grocery store. I especially liked the extra counter space in the bathroom and the ability to turn the fan on when needed in the bathroom. So many hotels run the fan constantly as soon as you turn on the light.

Great location near wedding venue. Good value for money. Nice staff, comfortable beds and decent breakfast. Georgetown is a cure area, and only minutes away. There is a walking path across the street that takes you by the river, and a few chain restaurants are short walk away.

We stayed here with our two pups for a weekend in round rock. The room was great, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. Our favorite part was the location on the river. We took our pups for long walks bith nights and loved the fact that they could easily get in the water and swim. Th customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great home base while we traveled to Georgetown for our son's wedding. We came early to help prepare. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was full due to a softball tournament, yet our room was quiet.

Of course our room had to be across from the elevator and our window above the pool provided us with constant noise, pounding feed and loud voices until well after 11:00 PM. I don't know when they built this hotel but it certainly is lacking in insulation and soundproofing. I would never stay at this hotel again.

It was a spur of the moment trip because of my aunt's passing away . The hotel let us check in early so we could make the services on time I was extremely happy about that . The hotel had a great location near several major highways and streets which also helped tremendously .

Internet service was on-point. Breakfast was an added bonus. The room and the hotel itself was kept very nice and neat. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. I'll come back again. Great people, great service.

I stayed at this hotel for two different times over a 5 day period. Both time I was greeted but friendly staff and a clean hotel. The rooms were just like to lobby, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and well presented. The only issue I had was to find seating during breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful at every interaction I had with them.

Thin walls, no insulation between floors, noisy. Noisy neighbors, could hear too much of conversation. Noisy people in hallways. Just plain noisy. Staff tried to help but were unable to. Children jumping up and down running around all night . Sounded like a herd of elephants on the floor above out room. Loved the location and the staff, but won't be able to stay there any longer because of all the noise all over the hotel.

Stayed in a king suite - clean, decent room, if a little outdated. Breakfast was okay, just your typical hotel breakfast. There was always some kind of egg (scrambled or omelet) a breakfast meat, biscuits, DIY waffles, yogurt, cereals and breads. First floor was humid during our stay. Despite several teams staying there, we had no noise complaints or problems. Staff was very friendly and helpful, lobby very clean and inviting. Situated in a very pretty area of Georgetown close to downtown and several good restaurants. If you can afford it/have time, I recommend skipping breakfast in the hotel and taking the trip downtown to one of the cafes (I recommend Sweet Lemon). Overall good stay in a decent hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple weeks over the last 6 months (travelling for work) and the rooms are always well-kept and maintained and the staff always does absolutely anything they can to make my stay the best it can be. The hotel is always quiet, even when full of people. They even go so far as to transfer my luggage for me whenever I have requested a different room type (king => double-queen).

We originally booked this Hotel for a visit to my grandparents in June of 2017. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away 3/20 and we had to get to Georgetown sooner. I booked this hotel for that trip and was so impressed by the staff and the hotel. We ended up extending a portion of our trip which caused us to have to change rooms because the room type we were in was not available for the extended nights. When this happened I accidently left my diamond ring in my room, the maid found it and tracked us down to return it. I didn't even know it was missing. The beds were so comfortable which was a great treat after the hard days following her death. The breakfast was always delicious and the staff way more accommodating than they really needed to be. I can't tell you how many times they had to replace my keys for me because my brain was just not functioning and I either lost the key or deactivated it. I appreciated the hospitality and quality of the hotel so much, I just booked it again for the memorial that is coming up, and I will be keeping my June booking!

Great location in Georgetown, Texas. Very easy access, ample parking, quiet location even though it's very near the highway. Rooms are very large and clean. Hallways have a stale odor and they spray deodorizer to cover it - beware if you have allergies/sensitivities. Breakfast was ample but hot foods were not kept hot. Sausage & eggs were room temp at best. Very nice staff!

I do not know what qualifies this as a "plus" but it is not the insulation in the rooms. We could hear the guy next door sneezing and could even hear they were talking. The worst was the sumo wrestlers upstairs. When they didn't quiet down after 10 PM we called the front desk to plead for mercy. We called again a half hour later and eventually they did settle down. If you don't mind noise, everything else was fine. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and had plenty of counter space for toiletries and such. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Convenient location close to hwy.

My granddaughter just moved to Austin so I plan on going very often.... Overall it was just ok. Had to go to the desk for tp. Room had two rolls with just a few rounds. Room was up to Plus standards and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The main complaint was the breakfast..all three days it was below Best Western standards i.e. OJ was just barely orange, gravy was runny, eggs were 45 days at sea on a Navy cruiser..dry! Plain and simple you need a new breakfast manager.

Good hotel. I had to go through the customer service phone number to get the online rate and discount when I called the front desk. The girl at front desk was courteous but you could tell she was tired and/ or did not want to be there.

We stayed there 11/10/16 to attend a 50th wedding anniversary nearby. Location is confusing as there is a San Gabriel Blvd as well a San Gabriel Village Blvd . The highway service roads in the area are very long. The room wasn't well sound proofed from overhead rooms.The in room coffee service was extremely poor. The coffee was so weak ,to me it was undrinkable . Also, I challenge anyone to pour a cup without spilling most of it. BW should remove or replace the in room coffee.On the positive side the front desk person was very friendly,informative, and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location! Everything is great about this hotel except for the mattresses and noise. Our oversized room was tastefully decorated. It had all amenities, including a nice prep area with fridge, microwave and sink. There are so many good things about this hotel that I regret having to mention a few of the needed upgrades. The mattresses need to be upgraded - it's not that they are worn out, they're just low quality. Also we could hear people next door having a conversation, they were not speaking loud. Lastly, room doors need to be adjusted for a soft close. They close with a loud bang and can hear close-by room doors shut as well. This hotel is well run with professional staff, and there are so many good qualities about this hotel.

My stay was just great and I got a great room and service for my money. The breakfast and comfort of my stay was nothing but enjoyable. everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. clean and affordable is what I would say.

Exceptionally good bed and pillows, slept very well. Good choice for breakfast, good Wi-Fi, parking and a lift. Took a room on the 3rd floor to be away from any noise whic we have experienced in other hotels.

Good location, nice common areas. The room was comfortable but the carpet was dirty (our 8month old had dirty feet and knees after crawling around *cringe*). The staff was very nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and would recommend it. I thought the cost per night was a little high. Breakfast was nothing outstanding but adequate. Would stay again, if price was lower or quality was a little higher.

General Manager accused me of smoking marjanaia in my room and only smoke cuban cigars and did not smoke in my room is had piece of cigar left over and put in my pocket ... very very wrong and I was the only African American staying at the hotel . Front desk maree is always on a phone not professional at all.... breakfast has very poor quality of nutrition

Very clean, friendly staff, and safe. The free breakfast was really good. Yogurt, fruit, cereal, and also eggs, biscuits, waffles and bacon or sausage. Our stay was very quiet. We were very pleased and will be back.

This is our second visit to this hotel and this is our hotel of choice. We have stayed at two other hotels in the area and this on far exceeds others. Not only do they allow our "furor children" (dogs) their employees are very friendly and so accommodating! The rooms are always clean and breakfast is great. We won't stay anywhere else when in this area.

I liked this place. A nice place to stay with a good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area. Beds were nice, had a good nights sleep here. Price was reasonable when I stayed there, call it right on the line of budget and mid-range on the pocket book. I think I paid $99 before taxes for a weekday stay. The only thing I didn't like is people smoking next to the main entrance when we pulled up. Just one lone guy who put out his cigarette as we pulled up and went inside quickly. Why? So he could check us into our room. I tell you, you couldn't pay me a $100 to smoke a cigarette. Anyway Mr. SmokeTooMuch checked us in and we were on our way to our room.

It look great on the outside and the inside décor was excellent. The room was set up great.. The continatal breakfast had a great selection and was good. The service was great and very helpful. The décor in the room was good and the bed was very comfortable. I guess the only thing was the pillows. I have a pillow at home that is better and more comfortable it is called I love my pillow.

We stayed one night here and were very pleased with the entire experience. The hotel looks kinda older on the outside but the insides are very clean and look like they have done work to keep it updated. The rooms were nice and large and as a plus the AC was excellent and kept the room very cool in the hot August heat. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The first night the door on our end of the hotel was propped open with a pair of men's flip flops. When we got back there were bud light cans all over on the ground by the door. The hotel is extremely loud at night. You can hear people up and down the halls all hours of the night. The walls must be paper thin. We must have somehow booked a handicap room that had a walk-in shower. Well the design of the shower was awful. Every Time we showered the bathroom got soaking wet. Our sheets were never changed while we were there. The bar of soap that had fell on the floor in our shower was still on the floor when we got back the next night, making me wonder if the cleaning people even clean. The hotel also has a terrible design. The end we were told to go in and out of has a zig zag ramp with rails to get to the door (not good for people with a lot of luggage). We were definitely disappointed in our stay at Best Western.

If you are near Georgetown, Texas this is the place to stay. Modern comfortable format. Located high on a bluff between the North San Gabriel Valley and the South San Gabriel River Valley. Easy access to the downtown historic square with shops and restaurants. Nearby parks along the river make for great picnics. The Best Western Plus offers a quiet atmosphere to rest up after a busy day, whether work of play. Joseph and the front desk are very helpful. The lobby has comfortable lounge areas to visit with guests.

Excellent location in Georgetown, close to everything. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Joe is the epitomy of an Innkeeper, welcoming, courteous, helpful. Rooms cushy comfortable - whole facility beautifully maintained. If you travel a lot, this property may seem to be a smaller, older - but a wonderful home-away-from-home. Wonderful location! Great experience!

The staff was friendly, got a good deal ( Special Wedding Party Rate). The staff was friendly in finding directions for a couple places. The only down side was, the Printer in the Business Centre was not working.

Really wonderful and accommodating staff. Hotel is right behind a gorgeous river that you can enjoy swimming in. We had 4 rooms total and they were kind enough to let us enjoy the pool a bit later then usual. We will definitely be staying here again. Breakfast was great too!

I was not overly impressed, The room had a musty smell. There was a stain on the sofa. The sheets were turned down there was a hair on the sheets , i think it was an eye lash possible from the person changing the bedding? I flip the covers back and it was clean. Other than the eye lash and the satin it was ok. The bathroom, floors were clean. We got use to the smell. Breakfast was not good. I admit i am a little picky. So if your passing through for a night, It was ok at best.

This is a great little hotel. Off 35 just north of Williams exit, my GPS likes to take a more scenic route...but anyway, its quite and in a pretty area across street from San Gabriel river. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, and breakfast was pretty good. Didn't have time to check out anything else. Will be back.

We look for several "must haves" when choosing a hotel: safe location, quiet, CLEAN, courteous staff and breakfast items beyond bread and pastries (one of us has Celiac's). This hotel fit the bill, and it offered us a wonderful price as well. The room was comfortable and, since we had to bring our small dog with us, they accommodated that with a small add-on fee. It's tucked back from the road, but close enough to all the features of Georgetown if you are just visiting. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed at the Georgetown BW Plus for a full week on a family vacation. In general the hotel was nice and I had no problems with any of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I needed anything. Now for the drawbacks. When I stay somewhere for a week, I like to unpack my suitcases. The room only had 3 dresser drawers (for 3 people) and they weren't the biggest. This meant that we weren't going to be unpacking. I had several nights of not so great sleep. A few nights I could hear the guy in the next room snoring. Another night (different guest) I could hear the woman in the next room talking on her cell phone a little before 1 a.m. All things considered, it wasn't the worst hotel stay, but I have had better nights at an equivalent competitor.

Very impressed with the upgrade. Almost identical to Holiday Inn Express now. The only difference is they seemed to have skimped on the shower heads. Other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall very satisfied.

Very pleased. Close to downtown and river. All the basics. Nice and clean. Breakfast had eggs, sausage and waffles. Room nice and cool. Important in TEXAS. Quiet. Stayed for a wedding and got a good rate for area. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, the location was lovely. The breakfast was disappointing considering it was a Plus Motel. Just expected more choices. The breakfast set up was not user friendly, everyone was congested at on end. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thought it was expensive.

Reserved room at Best Western based on the distance from McMaster Softball Complex for a tourney. Very close and convenient to the complex, restaurants and the Blue Hole park and river. Nice place and I will definitely stay there again especially since it is pet friendly.

Staff is always friendly. Premises clean and neat inside and out. Rooms are comfortable, beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is always good. Fitness room has recently been updated and has quality equipment.

A little noisy ( You can hear people walking in rooms above you), but very clean. Everyone was very nice. The hotel was easy to get to and centered for ease to get to everything. Loved Inner Space Caverns and Wolf Creek Mall.

This is a very nice BestWest in a quiet location alongside the S San Gabriel River Park and just a couple of minutes from Georgetown. It sounds trivial but the air smells nice round here. High quality and clean rooms with good furnishings and big screen tv. Nice bathroom with walk in shower but a bit unfortunate it was impossible to avoid flooding the floor which then turned into a skating rink. I presume the hotel is pet friendly but I had to ask if the yappy dog in the room opposite that was noisy all afternoon could be shut up at night hotel staff helpfully obliged, so then we heard constant shut up comments to the dog. Breakfast typical of free breakfasts bagels or waffles etc. Half the toaster worked which was better than nothing. One day we had crispy bacon, next day some yellow things and some brown things. All in all though comfortable stay in a convenient spot just not perfect.

Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable. Room was large and clean.Hotel staff was "very friendly".Hotel had a "hot breakfast" and 24 hour coffee both in the lobby and room. Hotel was easy to get in and out from IH 35.

My trip included a personal night plus a business appointment at the same time just off the main highway and very close to the old Georgetown downtown district. A minor issue was the creaking old single elevator. If you are booking a large group be aware this could be an issue. This is one detail they can't change easily. My one big issue is on the Saturday night I stayed there I got booted out of the work out room at 11pm which I got over but then the wedding party that overtook the hotel was allow to carry on well past 2pm in the back parking lot and hallways. So the night crew needs to get a better handle on this. Have a strict quiet hour on weekends like no loud parties after midnight (or fair warn other guest when checking in)? The following Sunday evening the place was really nice and quiet ! Otherwise for the price you get a pretty nice lobby to hang out in and a good breakfast buffet included with friendly serving staff. The outdoor pool and work out room will help keep you fit while traveling. The rooms are large with very good wi-fi, large tv, ironing board, hair dryer, desk, and pretty good black out curtains with nice comfy bed. Electronic key card allows for access to back door entry, pool, work out room, etc. If you bring family there's the outdoor pool for your kids in the back of the building. If I come back I may avoid Friday/Saturday night stays or make sure no large groups are booked that night

I love staying here. My daughter is a student at Southwestern University and it is so convenient. Close to the school, close to good restaurants, great value and great staff. I will stay here every time I come to visit. Within walking distance to the Blue Hole to go swimming if you want! Great walking trails, as well.

Stayed for 3 nights recently. Clean rooms, friendly staff, outdoor pool was open and considering the recent rains in Texas was in relatively good shape. Breakfast was fine and although busy , the attendant kept it clean and stocked. Bed and pillows were great, WIFI Internet good and free.Will definitely stay there again.

I use this property 3 to 4 times per year for business trips to Georgetown. The Best Western Plus is an excellent choice for lodging in this area. It is convenient to get to as well as clean, quiet and comfortable. I have never had a complaint with any aspect of service or accommodations at this location.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was during Poppy fest and Prom nigh in Georgetown. There was some sort of party (after prom party, I believe) that was happening on the 3rd floor. The noise was ridiculous!

I changed next month's visit from another hotel to this one. Most of our senior softball team also made the change. The breakfast was outstanding and the location was within one mile of the ball fields.

Hotel was nice and clean and people friendly. We stayed one nite and left in the morning for Mexico. Went by uber to a place to eat. The guys at the front desk were very helpful and patient in helping us with our transportation to downtown.

We recently spent the night at the Best Western Plus and enjoyed our stay as much as our previous stay last year. The hotel is modern and very clean; the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The customer service is excellent. The location could not have been better for us: it is an easy and pretty walk to El Monumento for great margaritas and to the downtown square to shop and eat. The hotel is a great value!

Our home school group came to town to see Inner Space Caverns, and tour the Capitol. Several families chose this hotel, and I'm glad that we did. We had absolutely no complaints at all. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Only wish the seating had been set up around the pool so we could have sat poolside, even if it was too cool to swim.

Excellent hotel, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a huge room on the third floor which was lovely and quite. Stopped at georgetown to breakup our trip from new orleans to dallas, we had only planned to stay one night but ended up spending another night Virginia who was on the front desk is a very big asset to this hotel, she was friendly, charming and extremely helpful. She knew so much about this quaint little town from where to get a good meal, nothing was too much trouble for her. If we ever travel back to Texas we would definitely come back here

This hotel after being on the road for the past 90 days was the most comfortable and pleasant hotels. The staff is helpful and the check in was quick. The rooms are comfortable and so are the beds. It is in a nice area to walk as well.

This hotel was very nice and the front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good variety and was clean. The rooms were clean and nice. We were near the front desk, so it was a bit noisy. Next time we will choose another floor.

My husband and I with our 2 grandsons were there for 3 night, everyone was so very nice, friendly and helpful. We had breakfast every day, it was nice. We also used that area to do some work and our grandsons enjoyed the tv area.

Excellent, older hotel. Kitschy decor that works somehow. Staff was polite, professional, and informative. Breakfast was just OK. Coffee although not exceptional was fine. A big cockroach showed up in the bathroom on the second day. This is not uncommon in Texas, and Georgetown has a lot of greenery and undeveloped sections. But is was a bit of a shock.

I'm am in Georgetown 4 times every year, and I always stay at the Best Western Plus on San Gabriel Blvd. The staff is friendly, courteous and dedicated to providing great customer satisfaction. The hot breakfast is good and the coffee is excellent. The fitness center and pool are clean and easy to use. If you are going to be in this area I highly recommend this hotel.

we stay here to visit our grandchildren and never considered any other hotels. Rooms are good, beds are comfortable and it is nice to have a free breakfast in the morning. I only wished we could open the windows at night, I dont like to listen to the AC. The windows seem to be nailed shot.

The hotel is acceptable but the walls are so think I could hear the people in the other room clear their throat, blow their nose and snore. Crazy, thin walls, never seen anything like it. could hear everything. can't imagine having a tv on in the room, would be so loud for neighboring guests.

Good quality BW Inn with an excellent location close to downtown, shopping and the highway. Desk clerk was pleasant and accommodating when we asked for an extra pillow and, later, directions. Check in and out was a breeze. Georgetown shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive.

Great location, off from the highway, and really close to the downtown area. In warm weather you could walk, but it is also an easy drive. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but ours smelled strongly of disenfectant the entire stay. There were a few stray hairs that were not ours in the bath, but over all, it was a clean, safe, very decent place to stay.

Our appointment with the local Dentist was within a 5 minute drive. After a 7 hour drive quiet comfortable accommodations where appreciated.The Hat Creek Burger restaurant was a few blocks down the hill. Scenic courthouse and square less the a 5 minute drive,

A very attractive, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel with a great breakfast. The décor was fresh and updated. The location was great for shopping, golf, and touring the caverns. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk people are always so helpful; when calling directly for a reservation and when checking in. They are quick and polite and always trying to give you exactly what you need. Last visit, they placed my parents at the hotel even though they were last minute, and technically the hotel was full. Also, very pet friendly!

Every time I have a meeting in the Georgetown area I stay at the Best Western Plus on San Gabriel Village Blvd. This hotel has without a doubt the friendliest most helpful staff that I have ever encountered. They make you happy to spend the night away from home!

Very convenient to town and freeway, yet in a quiet and beautiful location. Every staff member was great. Wonderful breakfast included. Clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were so good that I wanted to take them home with me.

We ended up staying 5 days because our RV was in the shop for service. This is a very quiet, well kept location. beautifully decorated. Close to many restaurants, easy in and out to I 35. A very nice stay all the way around.

The best hotel in Georgetown. Texas! Nice clean rooms & delicious breakfast. Centrally located and in pretty location of Interstate 35. Easy access to downtown and Southwestern University. Plan ahead, always booked.

This hotel has great access to the freeway, but is very quiet and well maintained. The staff is excellent and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated. The beds, in particular, are very comfortable and there is an excellent assortment of pillows. You will definitely enjoy your stay at this location.

We requested a quiet place in the hotel. What we got was a room above a SCREAMING toddler from 3-5 am. Not at all what we wanted. Do not stay here if you want sleep. Also the doors seem to have one way they shut - slamming. VERY NOISY

I pulled in here about 8pm hoping to get a room. The young man at reception couldn't have been more friendly. He gave me a good price too. The room was lovely. Plenty of room to move, and very clean. My only complaint is i kept losing the elevator - it's painted brown, the same as all the room doors... and i don't think think there's even an EXIT sign near it? I walked past it a couple of times... Oh, and the wifi wasn't that good..... quite bad really.

Stayed in 3rd floor room for several days. VERY satisfied with stay, hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but a good breakfast buffet. Very convenient to many local restaurants and Starbucks. Nice and quiet, WIFI was very fast

I had a wonderful experience here at the BW of Georgetown. The clerks were super friendly. I had to do some late night work for a conference the following morning. The night clerk let me use the business center, even though I'm sure it was not open at the hour I needed (close to midnight!), but he was very kind about it. A little kindness goes a long way. Everyone I encountered smiled and said hello or good morning. It's nice to be acknowledged when you are a guest.

We recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and easy to get to and from this Best Western Plus made it a bonus! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay near Georgetown, Tx.

The Best Western Plus is located in the middle of everything: downtown Georgetown, Southwestern University, Wolf Ranch shopping center, etc. Which is to also say, it's not right next to anything. You'll need to drive to wherever you're going. The lobby and rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. The beds were firm with lots of pillows to pick from. Large TV with standard cable channels. Rooms also have a small refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is the typical eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, etc. Tip: As another posted here, request a room on the third floor. Otherwise you'll hear every footstep and slammed door. (Why does everyone let their hotel room door slam shut?!) Another tip: We usually run the air conditions fan to drown out hotel noise, but the fans here don't run all the time if the AC or heat is on. So use the thermostat to turn the cool/heat setting to "off" and then turn the fan to low or high. Of course, the room won't get any cooler or warmer but at least you won't hear hotel noise.

Nice property. Clean rooms. Well maintained. Staff was very polite. Sink in bathroom was slow to drain. Dont know why anybody would move to this area. Hot as hell. Roads are a mess. Highways are a designed by idiots! Do I have 200 characters yet?

Close to everything. Loved this place. Friendly people at the hotel. Good breakfast. Large rooms.Close to the town square and shopping. Lots of friendly people. Good places to eat. Try the Applebees around the corner.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with the ease of access to the room. I have always been pleased with Best Westerns and this was no exception.
