Warm welcome and nice orientation to hotel at front desk. Room (Dog friendly! YES!) Was clean ... bed very comfortable. Close walk to reytaurants. Pool clean and refreshing temperature. Hot tub msy need better filtration but was relaxing. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place, clean, friendly staff. From check in to the next day at check out, everything went well. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very good. Kept everything well stocked and was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure everything was clean and neat.

Nice location, many restraunts close, nice for families, comfy beds, good size pool and hot tub. Breakfast hostess was friendly and efficient. Fitness center could use more free weights (only had a 5# and 10# set).

Your breakfast gal is TRULY a GEM!!!! She is welcoming and kind and friendly and treats you as if you're someone she's known her entire life. Her smile and sweet words will forever stick with us!!!!!!! Thank you for such hospitality from all the staff!!!!!

Amazing staff as always. I left an item on a previous stay and did not realize it until i missed it during my last stay and asked at the front desk if they had possibly found it and Yes they did and they still had it. (Expensive Phone charger case) this hotel and staff never falls short in any area! ❤️❤️❤️

Great all the way around. Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Everything was well stocked! Easy access to restaurants! Cattlemen next door was great! Jacuzzi was nice, my husband was glad to get to unwind in it before dinner, after a long drive.

Clean and convenient right off the freeway. There are several food choices near by. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of water pressure. Not noisy even though located next to freeway. We did not check out the breakfast. Front desk was quick with checkin.

Staff super friendly. Great breakfast area. Rooms are nice and clean. Products available in bathroom. Travelled with two small dogs, staff were great with them and there is a nice area to walk them. Will be staying here again in our travels next year. Easy access off i75.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly. and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and conveniently located off of I-75.

Everything was PERFECT….front desk personnel were fantastic….hotel is Spotless….morning breakfast outstanding…the Hostess was very personable and made sure everyone was attended to….THIS is the best hotel that i have stayed in for a very long time….I can tell that they are proud of their property….I was very impressed by it all….Slept like a baby…..We intend to stay here every year on our snowbird journey….I want to thank you all again for a great stay and great value…..WOW!!

I had the most enjoyable and comfortable experience while staying at BEST WESTERN PLUS in Georgetown, KY and the CUSTOMER SERVICE was SECOND TO NONE!!! The breakfast was THA BOMB!!! I'll definitely stay there again on personal time and will also recommend to others!!! SAAAAAAA-LUTE!!!

Nice, clean, safe hotel. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were very friendly and attentive. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Despite being right next to the "balcony" that over looked the front desk/lobby and next to the elevator the room was quiet. Breakfast was descent. I wish all the Best Westerns were as nice! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend,

Would have been a five based on the room which was very clean and comfortable and on breakfast, which was delicious! A shoutout to Tonia who served breakfast; she is an asset to your organization! Gave it a 3 star based on our check-in experience; no smile, no greeting, just one word questions and appeared bothered she had to put down her phone to assist us. This individual should be reassigned to the a position involving zero public contact or sent to customer service training for hospitality! Our room was updated but this appears to be an older property and the hallways could be refreshed. Would stay here again. Also, ask for a copy of the receipt; they said it was emailed but we didn't receive it.

It's not the first time we stayed at this hotel, it's clean, it's quiet. The room is always clean and organized properly. They always have a large selection at the free breakfast that's included with your stay, and Tanya, your breakfast hostess, is always making your stay memorable

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast selection was wonderful. The staff were prompt to our needs/questions. The pool and hot tubs looked wonderful but didn't use them. The cost was very affordable and they gladly gave us our reduced rate as we are seniors and AARP members. Would recommend this place to all.

Great king room, breakfast hot and plentiful, close to restaurant, warm cookies and popcorn in the lobby. Staff wonderful. Hotel clean and comfortable. Beautiful lobby. Easy to find from the highway. We went next door for dinner and had awesome steak dinner

This visit was for valentine weekend we got this room 100% for jacuzzi tub. It would not hold water and wasn't able to enjoy that amenity. Staff was great. This is the only thing wrong but kinda ruined the experience of the weekend and the purpose of the stay.

The rooms are nicely decorated and clean with an office desk and nice chairs for sitting along with two queen beds microwave and fridge still had necessary space to move around. Beds are comfy! Property is in a good location with restaurants and gas stations nearby. I would stay again at this location.

Good location and quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice (although I would have liked to have had an option for bacon or something other than sausage). Breakfast host (Tonia) was very nice and helpful. Girl at evening check-in was also very nice.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From our checkin, room and especially our breakfast experience, they all met, no ecxeeded our expectations. For those cash coonscious, it is a good deal. As well for for those with a Speedway gas card, their station is close by.

Very clean room. Comfy bed, jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Very close to some really good restaurants. The snack shop had exactly what we wanted. The breakfast was excellent, and with the exception of the trainee the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very nice and friendly staff and very comfortable hotel and room as well as big breakfast. The only thing that was off a little was they were varnishing the paneling of the walls during my stay which made for a very smelly experience unfortunately.

Besides the smoke alarm going off at 4:30 in the AM. The start was great. I think they need to get rid of the eggs that are folded with cheese there should be another egg option besides the eggs folded with cheese is so gross. But the staff was great room was great loved the hot tub very clean!

We have been traveling a great deal looking for property to relocate to Kentucky. We had a king room with a Jacuzzi tub. The room was large, but felt a bit cramped with the oversized chair that partially blocked the entrance to the room. The towels and bedding were clean and soft. The best part of the stay (in my opinion) was the breakfast lady. She was very nice and attentive to both the line and the guests. Like all hotels there were some maintenance issues in the room that need to be addressed. When I brought them to the desk clerks attention at check out she was very polite. She took note on the issues and I felt like she would address them instead of dismiss it as soon as we left. Our only suggestion would be that breakfast go until 10 am instead of just 9. Wish the price point was more affordable to be able to stay at this chain every time we travel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They tried to find the best rate possible for the nights stay. The hallway to the room was cold, the temperature might have been controlled a little better. This is what possibly caused the room to be colder than it should have been. Other than that the room was very clean , and a great breakfast.

Breakfast wasn't the same since Tanya wasn't there. The lady at front desk was nasty and rude because she had to come inside were she was sitting and smoking with another lady room was a mess coffee pot not working air the conditioner didn't put out cold air pool was cold not heated

Greated with smiles and thanked for being a rewards member. Clean and spacious rooms. Pillows were soft Bed was quite high, so I jumped..lol. love being able to get hot tea at night and chose Best Western for all of my business needs because of hot breakfast.

We enjoyed an overnight trip to this Best Western Plus in Georgetown, KY. The room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped with outlets and USB charging outlets, WiFi & hard-wire internet connection, fridge, microwave, k-cup type coffee maker, hairdryer, iron.... Mattress was very comfortable. Desk & chair plus easy chair in room. Large (like 4'x2') bench to lay suitcases on. Staff were fantastic from Rajenee who checked us in to the lady who checked us out. All were very friendly. Tonia kept the breakfast area stocked with a wide variety of foods including eggs, bacon and sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits along with fruit, breads, cereals, oatmeal & toppings, waffles with toppings and whipped cream. There were 3-4 types of juice along with coffee and hot tea. Everything was nice! Wish we could have stayed longer!

nothing fantastic with this hotel outside that it was clean. The check in clerk was not friendly at all but the checkout clerk was very friendly. The window AC unit sounded like a washer and was very loud, the window shades would not block out the parking lot lights, the clock in the room was unable to adjust and the battery light was blinking, breakfast had fake eggs and not a great selection of choices.

The rooms are clean and neat, the staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are nice and the morning buffet is spectacular. What more could you ask? We are traveling with an in training service dog and the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were quiet and there is an office area for guests. While we were there the printer was down and the desk staff offered to print the document for us. If you have food allergies or have special dietary needs, the lady hosting the is very accommodating.

The hotel was great - very clean. The breakfast was good. The noise level was minimal. We did have 2 issues: the grab bar in the shower broke when my 86 year-old husband was taking a shower - he almost fell - we reported it to the front desk, but nothing was said. I have attached pictures. Also, the in-room coffee contained all the grounds. The coffee in the breakfast area more than made up for it, but we like coffee as soon as we awake, so were a bit disappointed. I'm sure I followed the directions, and we have Keurig coffee makers, so I know how to make coffee with that type of coffee maker.

Great front desk , and Breakfast Host , very good breafast foods , had hot breakfast , potates, gravy and biscuits , bacon, great coffee , clean will stay again , Clean bathrooms , the beds was very comfortable,

The lady serving breakfast was amazing. She took the time to make sure all guests had what they needed. Our room was clean and quiet. The pool area was clean with plenty of room for multiple guests. Pool was opened until 11pm giving the kids a chance to unwind after a long day in the car. Will visit here again when we make another trip to TN.

The room was very clean. They provided an excellent continentalnbreakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. We did only stay 1 night. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

When ever we travel through Kentucky, we always stay at the Best Western in Georgetown. The hotel is always clean and orderly. The staff is fantastic, mostly Tonya who runs the breakfast. She's great... very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and check-in usually very efficient.

I have stayed at several Georgetown area hotels and have this to offer as my comparison. The Best Western Plus has everything you want in a hotel and nothing you don't. The rooms are pleasantly appointed with modern tasteful decor. The extras are really why the is a BW PLUS! Pool, hot tub, well appointed exercise room, HOT breakfast and the most attentive staff of all of the hotels within this general area.

Loved the price, cleanliness and the hospitality. Even offers a steakhouse in walking distance ( for those who do more that moderate walking) behind the restaurant. The downfall was it was hard to locate after getting off the highway No clear visible signs so one needs to use gps or phone maps. Over all we would stay here again

I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and in a good location for what we had planned to do and the breakfast was decent as well. Booked a king size bed room with a jacuzzi. Would definitely book here again!

I was looking for a hotel when I came across this one after reading the reviews. What a surprise ! The hotel was clean and the front desk at check in was helpful and friendly. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. Best of all the price was right.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always professional. Rooms were clean and well kept. Enjoyed the pool, the breakfast, the bedding, and the service. I would tell my friends to stay here if they are seeking a place to stay while on vacation. Your hotel made my trip to Kentucky very comfortable.

This was a stopover stay on our way to the Carolinas. When it is an unfamiliar hotel, sometimes you just hold your breath and hope for the best. Though we did not use a lot of the amenities advertised, we were very pleased with our choice. The manager was very warm, friendly and welcoming, which is always a good start when you are a loyal BW member and a traveler who appreciates service. Access off I-75 was easy. The area has lots of amenities nearby, certainly many choices for eating, both sit-down and fast food. The hardest part was choosing. Also, there is a Walmart Super Centre within 5 minutes of the hotel, several gas stations, a strip mall and various shops -some that were closed because we were here on a Sunday. Our room was large, functional and comfortable. The bed was excellent and afforded us a good sleep on our travels. We liked the extra couch, the longer luggage rack that held both of our suitcases, the in-house coffee maker and the usual fridge and microwave that we have come to expect. The A/C worked perfectly and was not noisy when the fan was not on continuously. Some updating could be done. The pull knob to use either the shower or the tub was not working - shower option only. Special kudos to the breakfast lady, Tonya, who was superb in her service and preparation for the included breakfast. As well, the offerings were varied, fresh and simply excellent. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, patties, hot and cold cereals, two waffle makers, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, great coffee and a variety of juices. PLUS all the spreads, toppings and sauces to go with everything. A great way to send travelers on their way with a satisfied tummy. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great for the two days being there. The location is excellent as there are other restaurants around, plus a Walmart not too far away. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. We like the fact that the sink was outside as well to allow others to use the bathroom without holding others up. Breakfast was good and hot. The staff was nice but one thing to note is if you need housekeeping you have to let them know in advance...if not you would be out of luck. Would stay again

Friendly staff from front desk to cleaning crew to breakfast cook. Spacious room with good work area, mini-frig and microwave. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Great breakfast selection. Easy on/off from interstate.

Hotel was average. They do not do any cleaning unless you ask 24 hours in advance. Pool was nice and warm at the beginning of the stay but cold by the time we left 5 days later. Called and asked the front desk for more towels and they hung up on me twice. The pool area was very dirty and not kept up either. The tub in our room did not drain well either. The gal at breakfast was very friendly and helpful though. For the price it was a decent stay.

Very comfortable beds. They also have an indoor swimming pool and Hot tub. Very clean and staff was friendly. This is the second time that I have stayed there in past 2 months and will continue to as long as it stays the way it is.

Heated indoor pool was great! Hot tub was also very nice. Breakfast was amazing and Tonya was an excellent breakfast server. Coffee was amazing and available all day with actual creamer not powdered. Offered popcorn and cookies in the evenings. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Very close to several restaurants and attractions. Only staff to mention my rewards status was the nice woman who checked us out, which is abnormal —most best westerns mention at check in and thank you for being a rewards member. Overall a very nice 4 day stay.

Been staying here for years and it is consistently good. Easy off and on interstate. Decent restaurants around as well as gas and groceries Prices have been going up but premises remain the same. Always clean always safe. Good parking.

Judgmental desk lady, the room was not ready, they had difficulty finding us a new room, the room floor was dirty and I saw dirt under my feet in the shower after walking barefoot to the bathroom, there was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, just not a good experience overall.

The room was extremely clean, the staff from check in all the way to breakfast hostess, Tanya, and check out were extremely friendly & helpful! The work put room does have dated equipment, but still provided an adequate experience. The breakfast in the morning was typical of hotel continental styles- but Ms. Tanya greeted everyone & explained the options available. She went out of her way to assist patron's needs, and she cleared the tables like a waitress. The beds were the most comfortable of our travels. Overall, it was an excellent facility. We would stay at this location again!

The beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Great location and this is our go to place when traveling through Kentucky. There was a strange noise at 3:00 in the morning and we notified management. They seemed genuinely concerned about it. Still not sure what it was but we will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back. Texas Roadhouse is close by. as well as Cracker Barrel and many other restaurants. They have a pool and hot tub open til 11 so adults can get in after kids are gone to bed. Lots of hot breakfast items like oatmeal with several choices of topping, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, sausage, sausage gravy, waffles with several toppings. i like that a manager is on duty. Elevators were quick and room was enjoyable. There is a gym that is nice and cold for a hot workout. Parking is a bit tight and pool-hot tub deck could use a good scrubbing. You are only 1/2 hour from Ark Encounter (plan to spend a whole day there)

The Manager and Staff at this Best Western are AWESOME! My son left his wallet and Amit ensured it arrived safely back to us... in Toronto! The check-in staff were warm and welcoming. The Breakfast hostess was fun, helpful and friendly. Highly, highly recommend this Best Western!!

Great location nearby local restaurants. Room was clean and ready for us upon arrival. At breakfast the next morning the person in charge of the area was friendly and explained everything that was offered. She went over and above. I would stay here again if in the area.

The Best Western Plus Georgetown Corporate Center Hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Special shout out to Tonia, the breakfast attendant, who made sure we were greeted each morning with a smile and a hot meal. Definitely recommend this hotel - the hot tub and indoor pool was a nice amenity too!

I stayed two nights this past week. It was a safe and comfortable stay. The staff was outstanding in being willing to help and readily available. The desk and breakfast staff went out of their way to serve and make the stay more enjoyable. Everything worked fine in the room. This property like many others could use a little updating and refreshing of things like carpet and appointments. However, this is the case with many places as we are exiting the age of COVID-19. I am sure they are doing their best, and that is good enough for me at this point. I would stay with them again.

Best of the Best Westerns I have stayed at (Platinum member). The lady who managed the breakfast was on her A game every day and was very personable and helpful. Front desk associates...all 3 that I interacted with were also good. I think of it as a give in that one will be rude but not the case. Room was clean and comfortable. Issue was the sound of the elevator was pretty noticeable as the room was next to the elevator. Value was very good

There was limited housekeeping but the staff took care of whatever was necessary. The breakfast lady was amazing. She would do anything she could do for you, even when there was a plumbing issue. The lobby and room was clean. Management was fine.

All around awesome stay very comfortable very hospitable greeting employee and attendance. Great breakfast selection and good size swimming pool and public hot tub. Tonia and the front desk lady did especially well yesterday or they had a pipe busted very professional and let everybody know what was going on Tanya in kitchen would get coffee or make us food and bring it to us while she was still trying to clean up all the water the lady in the front desk did everything possible to make sure we were accommodated

Good visit, good place to stay. I would stay again. It was 20 miles from our destination, but we wanted to stay here as it is a clean motel and kept up. I especially liked the floor we were on, as you walk down the hall, you can look down and see the lobby.

The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The biscuits, sausage, and gravy were good. The Froot Loops cereal was a generic brand. The staff was very nice. They accommodated us with extra pillows.

Passing through Georgetown and selected this hotel based on high rating and it did not live up to that. It was probably a bit higher than a 2, but total rating needs to go down for future stayers. Bathroom was eclectic; new vanity and floor, old noisy toilet and tub. Bathroom was kind of clean (?) if you didn't look close, same for rest of room. Connecting door to next room made the quiet room we asked for quite noisy. Beeping outside all night, not sure what from. Breakfast similar to all others. Small breakfast room, hard to distance. Staff was all very nice!

The last time I stayed here they had bed bugs. I did report it. This time the bed was sunken in and uncomfortable. However the breakfast lady is awesome and good fitness center. Breakfast itself was average with good options.

This hotel was clean and inviting. The bathroom was the cleanest one I have stayed in by far! The greeting I received at check in was great and included all the information I would need. I would definitely recommend it to all.

Stayed 2 nights and found it to be consistently good. Food was good. Staff friendly but professional. Rooms clean. Could use a little more counter space in handicap bathroom and a shelf in the shower for the soap and shampoo. Overall good though.

The Best Western Plus Georgetown provides clean rooms and friendly service all at a reasonable (though like other things, motel rates have jumped). Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were quite pleased and recommend this facility.

After reading reviews we booked our stay at the Best Western and I am glad we did. Room was clean and spacious. Our room was a nice place for us to come back to after long days exploring. Highly recommended if going to Gettysburg.

Fairly convenient to I-75, US 62 & US 460; parking was a little tight. Staff that we met were friendly & helpful, especially the Breakfast Lady. Place was clean and the area seemingly safe and quiet. Bed was comfortable, HVAC worked well (we appreciated the "constant on" function), and the bathroom was a good size with a good shower. TV and wifi worked well. Breakfast was great (different eggs and breakfast meats each day, biscuits and gravy were excellent; also had cooked oatmeal, cereals, pastries, diy pancakes, juices, coffee, tea, fruit, etc) and the Breakfast Lady was very helpful and friendly.

Extra blanket would be nice. The one you have is kind of thin. Hair dryer you have is bit worn out. Need to replace it. Sink needs cleaning out. The service and staff had been very kind. Room 308 in Gtown KY

My wife and I have been visiting this Best Western for years. Two years ago, we stayed there twice and the experience was not what we were use to or expecting. We were considering to never visit this BW location again. We recently were passing through again and decided to speak with the management. We spoke with "Sam" and he informed us that the hotel was under new management. We gave the BW location one more chance. We were very happy with what we found. The staff was wonderful... helpful in every way and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean, organized and cared for inside and outside. The breakfast they served was great as well as the kitchen staff, "Tonya", who was helpful, communitive, pleasant and very cheerful. We will be regular hotel guest again. Mostly because the price is far better than most hotels in the area. We recommend it to others.

Hot Shower water was great. The towels were the softest Best Western towels we ever had. Lots of TV channels. Even though there were a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, it was very quiet. The Breakfast Lady, Tanya, was simply amazing making sure everybody was taken care of at and during breakfast. This location was perfect for the KY Horse Park that we had visited for 2 days. Would definitely stay here again.

We were on a family vacation. Our first stop was The Ark Encounter, so we needed a hotel fairly close to that attraction. This hotel was exactly what we needed, the price was decent, the rooms were spacious and clean , the workout room and pool were in good shape, the breakfast was very good, and the front desk attendants were top-notch. l wish more hotels could be like this regardless of the price.

Everyone was so friendly. Tonia, in the Breakfast room was amazing. She was very friendly and just wanted to do everything for us. It's very convenient to restaurants, shopping and I-75. We had 4 rooms and they did their best to have us close together.

It was great, more than that...it was pure excellence. The gentleman at the front desk killed us with kindness. His name is Sam. Then next morning the lady at the breakfast bar did a superb job! I adore the customer service at this place, hard to find good people serving you with excellence nowadays. I will go back just for the staff. KEEP IT UP, Fam.

Just a normal stay. Nothing overwhelming but nothing underwhelming. Only negative is the AC system would turn its self into energy saving mode if no movement was detected. If you like a cold room, it's hard to get that here. It want to stay at 73-75 inside.

Friendly staff, nice heated jacuzzi and pool, good breakfast, and clean rooms. Not particularly busy so the place is quiet and easy to navigate and it is close to all the interesting places around Lexington without being caught in the center of all the traffic.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were delayed due to car trouble on the way to the hotel and the front desk person was so nice and went above and beyond to do what she could to help. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.

My family and I recently stayed here 2 nights while visiting The Ark Encounter in Williamstown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will try and cover things that I wondered before booking.. while reading reviews. -Breakfast: so good and Wow, the other reviews are spot on...Tonia truly goes above and beyond! She really cares and does her absolute best for everyone. I have never had any hotel breakfast staff do as well as she did! Seriously!! My family absolutely adored her! Such a kind-hearted blessing each morning! -Staff- Check in went smoothly, very helpful. I was pleased that they actually read and try to honor your requests made during online booking. We later had an issue with our room and the front desk clerk handled it very well and made sure that we were happy and comfortable. She was just so nice and truly caring! -Area: The area where the hotel is located seemed very safe. Also, there were several places/restaurants nearby in case you needed anything. -Pool- A bit small but really really nice! Also, they had a hot tub which was a nice bonus. The room where the pool was kept very clean and did not reek of chlorine. They also have an area for pool towels for you to use and a basket to return. We appreciated this since we forgot to pack pool towels! Overall experience...very pleasant and if we return to the area to see the Ark Encounter again, we will definitely choose this hotel for our stay! This place was very clean and hospitable and had amazing staff! My family loved it! *One last sidenote.. we were very pleased that the hotel offered the military discount to active duty as well as veterans. We truly appreciate when businesses do that!

Very nice clean room with lots of space! Lots of extra seating in the room! Very nice swimming pool and workout room. Breakfast was awesome!! As well as many other restaurants to choose from close by!!

The location is great, near many places to eat. Beds are super comfortable. Hotel is clean. The breakfast lady makes everyone feel welcome, is very friendly, respectful and helpful. The pool was clean. Fitness center small but neat.

Tonya at breakfast was awesome! Was a bit disgusted how a dead bird was handled. A large dead blackbird was outside the pool door. I reported it to the front desk and a man reluctantly came to clean it up. He took a piece of paper, picked it up, walked past a garbage can, and threw it and the paper towards a tree/building.

We were greeted warmly at the front desk and given our keys. The room was very nice: clean, well decorated, lots of room for luggage and lounging, very comfortable bed and pillows (even though I prefer the softer ones). The bathroom shower head was great. I see that attachments have been made where hopefully dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash will be available in the shower. Really like those in other hotel chains. The AC was nice and cold allowing a good night's sleep. We appreciated a good breakfast choice especially as we're on a keto friendly (low carb) diet, so the cheese omelets and sausage patties hit the spot.

Nice breakfast, good location. We stayed there on the way to the Ark Encounter. 30 minute drive. Lots of restaurants in the area. Georgetown is a lovely area. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice service.

Truly enjoyed our brief stay. We were traveling from visiting a sister in Tennessee back home to NY when 1 sister became ill and had to be hospitalized. Was able to get a room at a very reasonable price and the continental breakfast was amazing. Can't say enough about Tanya's delicious food and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again. Sister #5 is doing well.

This was a super nice hotel. The staff was exceptional. Tonia - the breakfast attendant - was so friendly & helpful. She greeted everyone that walked in - literally! The girls at the front desk quickly answered our questions about the area. I would definitely recommend staying here. Very convenient to a lot of attractions.

Rooms are fine. Clean, everything works and beds are comfortable. Rooms are dated with dark brown colors, very nineties looking. The issues are the grounds surrounding the property are not well maintained with cigarette butts, etc all around. The major issue is they allow pets and the room next to us had a loud barking dog most of the night. Management did nothing to correct this problem. Breakfast area was good except for the oatmeal that was undercooked. Probably would not stay here again.

The staff was amazingly friendly and the breakfast was the best we've had post Covid. It is an older hotel but very clean. We would definitely stay again when in traveling through the Georgetown area.

Check in went well, and the breakfast attendant was wonderful. Bed in the king suite was good. Pool closes at 11, so kids come yelling down the hall shortly after. The fridge was loud when it cycled on, so I had to unplug it. The kitchenette had only 2 small stovetop pans and a turner. No other dishes. The room seemed clean, but needed a deep clean behind furniture. Shelves in bathroom looked dusty.

Rooms were fairly clean & quiet...the food was good! The lady in the dining room was very nice & knowledgeable about the inn! She made sure we knew what foods that were offered...a very pleasant experience.

The people that were extremely friendly the breakfast lady was exceptionally awesome and the food was praying we will be back, the room was clean, the pool was clean we didn't go in it but we looked at it. The breakfast lady was so helpful and sweet!

Front desks employee cheerful, friendly at check in. Breakfast Hostess Tanya was the joy of our morning breakfast ( food was great) The varnishing work on molding and doors-is a little bite to be desired.

We had a 3 day stay to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Hotel was 30 minutes to Ark and 60 minutes to Creation Museum, but we had been disappointed with previous stays at hotels in the Florence area. Great hotel, easy access to I-75 and restaurants (A fantastic steak house - Cattleman's RoadHouse - is nearby). Great hot tub and good breakfast.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always stay at BW when in Georgetown. The rooms are very clean although somewhat dated. The bed is always comfortable and I I'm rested for the next day. They serve breakfast. There are so many choices on the buffet. Tanya, who handles the breakfast area, is delightful. She greets each guest, explains their morning choices, cleans up after them, and engages in conversation. She is a gem!

A great hotel in Georgetown Kentucky highly recommend staying here. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is super friendly. It's like your home. They have a great weight room and an excellent pool. Good restaurants are close by.

Best Western always great. Good location, Clean, Nice breakfast. Wish we wouldn't be asked for reviews all the time! All was fine. Routine night on the road for a week. We like BW for reliability, safety, cleanliness, good service and staff.

The stay was nice, people were friendly, and the lady working the breakfast was very friendly. I think the price was too high (around $225) though. But it was a weekend night and I know rates tend to be higher on the weekend.

This was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again. The reason for my title is due to the fact that I called 4 different times to ask for an upgrade and only one person was willing to do it. I'm not sure if it was due to not knowing how to do it, availability or lack of management approval, but it would've been nice to get what I was hoping for from the very beginning. A special thanks to Cassidy for making that happen. We also got great service from Lauren. This hotel is quiet and comfortable. We were definitely satisfied with the accommodations

Staff is courteous, not friendly or helpful. No flexibly for check in time. If you arrive before 3, be prepared to sit and wait “somewhere” until 3. No housekeeping, even for an extended stay of 4 nights. No hot food selections for breakfast.

My family and I were not able to sleep well both nights due to loud people and dogs. The doors have a large space under them and the joining rooms are as if they are in the room with you. I would stay here again but the doors need weather stripping and insulation in the walls first. We heard dogs next to us and across the hall. It was so loud!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. We really enjoyed the stay and will be returning in the future. The breakfast was okay, but don't look for freshly made items. There were two waffle makers, however.

I have stayed at this hotel many ti.es because it is always clean and the service is always good. The location is convenient to everything in the Lexington area including Keeneland and the horse farms and visiting breweries on the ourbon trail. There are also many good restaurants in the area.

We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Considering COVID-19 protocol, the breakfast was as good as it could have been.

Some remodeling was in process, but they are not quite there. Keep up the good work. The stone entrance and palm trees are beautiful, the rooms are partially remodeled, but the toilet and bathtub were not good. There was some rusted stuff and the doors were in rough shape.

Clean, seamless onlline booking, quick confirmation, pre register, fast, emailed receipt, larElevator was not busy so little to no wait times. Location close to gas station for fill up, also easy access to I 75 south ramp.ge and comfy beds, clean sheets and lots of pillows.

I love taking short leisure trips where we can stay in a nice hotel. And I realize everyone's definition of nice is different. We are usually pretty loyal to two different chains , but we were unable to find what we needed at either of them this trip. So we decided to take a chance here. I know a lot of the things that bothered me are trivial, and since I did not report any of them, it could seem unfair towards the hotel as they had no chance to make them right. But, it's more of a matter of these shouldn't be issues in the first place. There were 2 burned out light bulbs. In the 2 room suite, each room had a thermostat. One appeared to not work at all (bedroom) and one was flashing low battery. Fortunately we like our room on the cool side, as the temp stayed around 67 in the bedroom The room is in need of a deep cleaning! The carpeted areas in our suite were quite dirty along baseboards and under furniture. I found a dead moth and a dead tiny beetle between the bed and nightstand after my pen rolled off the nightstand. The sofa had a dirty tissue and an old sock stuck under the cushion. (We were playing a board game and I knocked a few pieces off the board and found those items as we were looking for the game pieces.) I spilled a glass of water in the non-carpeted room. The only thing to wipe it up with was a white bathroom hand towel. The poor towel was filthy after wiping just the one small area. At one point during my husband's shower, the water disappeared from the shower head! He had enough of a trickle coming from the spout to bend down and rinse the shampoo and lather off. If you're not as persnickety as me, the place isn't all bad. The staff we encountered were very pleasant. The breakfast, needing to be pre-wrapped due to covid precautions, offered lots of choices. The room was quite spacious.

The team member who checked me in first sent me to the wrong (already occupied) room. However she quickly acknowledged and corrected her mistake. But then when I entered the correct room, someone had the heat turned up to 85 degrees! I have to think it was a disgruntled staff member that did this because I can't believe anyone would be comfortable in that heat. I called her again and she claimed there was a thermostat on the wall, which there was not. Fortunately I was able to get the window open and change the temperature setting directly on the window/floor unit. She came up quickly and was surprised to find no wall thermostat as she expected. Anyway within about an hour the room had cooled down and from that point on my stay was very nice. Quiet hours appeared to be strictly enforced which I greatly appreciated. Sheets smelled vaguely of bleach which I LOVED - sanitary and clean. Beds fine. Breakfast meager (frozen breakfast sandwiches for microwave and waffles only things besides cereal) but I think this is the same across most hotels of this class due to COVID. Good water pressure/plumbing in room and I was on top floor. Staff makes the difference and turned what would have been a nightmare into a pleasant stay.

We love our in room jacuzzi after driving for so long! We love getting our dinner food at the nearby steakhouse! There are also many places around to choose from for eating. Georgetown is a sweet town with some nice antique stores! The area is lovely!

The quality that we expect from Best Western, this was a convenient location and the recommendations from the staff on where to get an evening dinner worked well. Breakfast was good, we liked the gluten free option for the muffins. Very tasty.

We stayed here for one night and it was quiet, room was large and bed was very comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but turned out our room was not the cleanest. After using the bath towels from the bottom shelf of the bathroom cabinet, I noticed you could see right where they were because the shelf was so dusty! It was quite obvious it hadn't been dusted in a long time. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

Vey cordial and attentive staff. Great place to stay with your dog. Food was adequate; your typical items that are pre-packaged, which is good these days. Grounds were nice, but didn't see any bags to pick up dog "poop."

This was one of the best stays. The manager of the hotel runs a great place from the staff to the rooms being nice and clean I wanna thank him and his night shift lady Jamie for going above and beyond.

We have stayed at this hotel 3x driving to Florida and always good service. We travel with a small dog and never a problem. The only issue is we have strict covid precautions at home, but nothing here at all.

Don't stay here, there are about ten hotels within walking distance.. choose any other! Other hotels back to room cleaning at least upon request, not this place. Front desk very unfriendly, many things not working.

We had traveled 8 hours and were dead tired. We stayed, but will never stay there again! We were both too tired to argue or change rooms. The front desk lady was nice ...but again...just too darned tired to complain. It was disturbing that people left messages in the dust and it was never addressed.

Called to make reservation to the actual hotel. When we got there front desk person whom I talked to to make reservation could not find reservation. I finally had to ask her if they had rooms and just book me another room. Not a nice surprise after traveling all day

Our room was very clean and we had lots of hot water for showers. Even near the interstate, the room was quiet and well appointed. The only downside was that the carpeting needed to be replaced because it was pretty smelly -- either it was formerly a smoking room or someone had some smelly dogs in there. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Waffles and (not often available) Soy Milk for my coffee!

Carpet Stains. Furniture chipped. Mattress needs replacement. Shower head pipe loose inside wall.. Breakfast had only a few choices.. milk was non dairy and expired.. then they used gallon jugs the rest of the week. AC on occupancy sensor and takes forever to get comfortable again.

Front desk very helpful, ones serving breakfast were very good. We were on a day day trip with all happening to be BW. You were the best. Real dishes for breakfast. Do not require 200 letters for entry. In a hurry. Not time to wrote a book.

Excellent service, clean and spacious room. Comfy beds and lounge chair. Free hot waffles you make yourself. Lots of other options for breakfast available as well. Just a short drive to the Ark encounter. Nice indoor pool and hot tub.

For our wedding anniversary we treated ourselves to a whirlpool room for the weekend. Well.. when filling up the whirlpool...hairs were floating on the water.. they looked much like men's body hair. Then.. once I had rinsed out the tub and refilled.. not all of the jets worked. Disappointing. The room after that stayed very humid. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. There was only 1 trash can. Little things like that. Just wasnt as romantic and cozy has we'd hoped. When checking in, we had to wait for the clerk to stop earing and come greet us, then she made us give her a $150 CASH deposit (something we knew nothing about when booking through expedia). When checking out, again we had to wait and then had to ask for our deposit back, as this clerk knew nothing about it.. Again.. little things like that. We enjoyed ourselves though.. but I doubt we would book that room again and pay $180/night for it.

Hotel is OK - our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good options compared to other places we stayed on our 3 week trip. One quibble and management addressed in previous post: A couple of times during my stay I went to front desk, no one there. Also at checkout no one there. Observed them outside smoking. IF this is allowed, they should at least be aware that guests are at the front desk. Not good customer service.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean as well as our room. The only downside is that it could use a little updating. The bathtub was old but also very clean. Very close to the highway and restaurants.

We tried to get checked in before going to the festival and all of the employee's were smoking outside when my wife asked if we could check in! They said no that check in was at 3, we did not want to leave our suit cases we just wanted a key. When we finally got back to the hotel they told my wife that they were going to cancel our room since we were not there at check in time, lol! Other than that the room was not clean 100 percent and parking was very tight when a bus took up too much room

Stayed here before the rooms are clean and well maintained only a grab and go breakfast as of 9/23 excellent restaurant next door. Since some nut thinks you need 200 character's to give a good review needs to go back to school there hope he is happy

Our room had dust, lint, hair and filth all around the beds and night stands. There was something gross and dried up on the night stand cabinet. We were travelling for a family funeral, and all other hotels in the area were booked, otherwise, we would have moved. On Sunday morning, around 7:30 am, there were loud noises (?equipment) near our room, waking us up. The property looks nice from the outside.

This is a very clean hotel and easy to get to when traveling through Kentucky. A lot of close by sites to visit. Very friendly staff and helpful. Don't let the "corporate center" keep you from choosing this hotel. A lot of families were there during our stay. Nice pool and fitness area inside the hotel.

It was a quick overnight stay, the suite was clean and spacious. Water pressure great. Breakfast was a good variety. We did not get a chance to use the pool. We felt secure and comfortable. We would stay again.

Have stayed here a number of times and always friendly staff, accommodating and great with our dog. Have a number of restaurants close and right of interstate. Get up and gas right down road...beautiful set up for a value...

All I can say, the hotel is QUIET AND I'M HERE FOR IT! NO SLAMMING DOORS, NO THIN WALLS, just a quiet sleep without any nonsense. Front desk folks were nice too. Weird mix of half modern updates, half old school style...but like I said.....who cares if it's quiet LOL

Was told I had to leave my room for one day because they booked it when I told them I'll be there until November paying every 2 weeks. It was no more hotels available to rent in the area slept in my truck at the job.

Theres no reason a prebooked check in should take 30minutes. We were also met with and unexpected $150 cash deposit, luckily we had it. Many people dont travel with cash so beware. We were annoyed but forgiving about the slow check in, things happen. However, check out was the same. We stood at the desk for quite some time with no employee in sight. Thats when my husband decided to go ahead and load luggage and found the receptionist outside smoking with another employee. If it wasnt for the wasted time checking in and out the experience would have been a 5 star. The room was clean. The pool was nice. It wasnt noisy. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean.

Stayed 2 nights. Got in late but called ahead to the hotel to let them know. Easy check-in and my room was ready. Clean and no insects (I wiped down and sprayed Lysol anyway). Hot shower and slept well on comfortable mattress. Used the fridge and microwave. Coffee maker in room which I did not use. Can't comment on breakfast as I slept past the time both days. Hotel situated with other hotel chains in a great area right off I-75 with several food options and gas. My only angst was the small parking lot and only 1 elevator. I would stay here again.

Great little hotel! The rooms are super clean, all staff were very helpful, and although the breakfast was altered there were plenty of choices. I would definitely recommend! (Honestly, the next week we stayed in a Comfort Inn and Suites in Cincinnati that was more expensive and had a horrible experience. Next time, I will book another Best Western…seriously!)

friendly staff, met my acceptations. one thing that was not very good was we stayed in the room right next to the weight room. do not do that. all you could hear was the clanging of the weights until they closed the room.

Good property for what we were doing in the area. Room was comfortable and clean. Problem with alarm clock and microwave were quickly "fixed" by the hotel manager. Only problem was taking the time to do the "pre check-in" procedure was a total waste of time.

The employees here are a joke. As i came in the lady symone was very rude and tried to rush through which she then blotched terribly. You could tell she just didnt care to be there. The next day there was a lady named stacy I believe and she was super kind and attentive literally the only one that should have a job after this experince. She was are go to person during this trip. BUT then as my husband went to ask for an extra pillow probably around 3 am the lady was asleep in the cafeteria... not once not twice but three times we caught her asleep during our stay!!!!!! WHAT. i think her name started with a j. This place was a joke. I would look into hiring employees that care. We spent way too much money at this hotel to have to deal with rude people. I asked for the manager and the first lady said they arent here right now and when I asked when the manager be there she didnt know and didnt care. Train your employees on how to deal with customers please we stayed here a week and we avoided certain employees just being we didnt want to deal with the sas of symone and then the only girl couldnt even stay awake enough to talk to her. Management where re youuuu???

My wife and I spent one night here because of an early medical appointment nearby. We chose Best Western because of their reputation but we were very disappointed. Upon first inspection, the room seemed clean enough. However, there was no remote control for the tv. My wife finally got one by asking housekeeping when they went by. After awhile, I went to use the restroom. When I took the roll of toilet paper off the hanger to make it easier to reach, there was smeared poop on the side of the toilet paper roll! Yuck! I notified the front desk and the clerk asked me what I wanted her to do. She offered to move us to another room but it was late, we were tired, and all of our stuff was unpacked. I told her I'd like someone to maybe talk to housekeeping but that we would stay in the room. Even if we'd changed rooms, if housekeeping missed something like that, what else might they have missed? I just couldn't feel comfortable after finding human feces on the toilet paper roll. We'll be finding another place to stay for my wife's next medical visit.

Driving through and stayed here overnight. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room, clean, very convenient to I 75. Breakfast was Grab N Go with limited selections which is understandable. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous room, excellent location, service was outstanding. General Manager Stephanie is superb and desk attendant Samone is wonderful. I had the best time and will be back. Now I know why Best Western is called Best. This location should be the barometer and standard for how others implement their hospitality.

This hotel needs a major updating. The water pressure in shower was high and then low. The beds were not bad. However, the employees were very nice and the rooms were clean. Like I said they need to put money into this hotel and update it.

If you don't mind a filthy dirty bathroom with tons of hair (yes, that kind of hair) in the corners then this is the place for you. The light socket in the bathroom had broken pieces of wall around it and there was a dust covered lump of something on the same shelf as the bath towels. Didn't look long enough to see exactly what it was....something dead perhaps? The heating/cooling panel on the wall just flashed ERROR...so that wasn't good. Tiny, weird, square pillows on the shabbily made bed. Lobby is nice so mistakenly thought the rest of the rooms would be nice also. Got there after a 12 hour day of driving so too exhausted to look for anything else once we got to the room. So take my advise in advance....don't waste your money here. It's dirty!!!

I stayed at Comfort Suites a couple months back and it was excellent! I thought I would try out Best Western since Comfort Suites was sold out. Im glad I did! I had a wonderful stay at Best Western. The hotel was very quiet and clean and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Perfect hotel and perfect location. Will stay here again for sure! It did not disappoint and the manager was lovely. They went above and beyond to make sure I got a clean and quiet room. Beds were comfy and had a great night sleep!

Traveling from South Carolina to Michigan, booked a room for the night to catch some Z's before continuing our travels. Front desk greeted us immediately and got us checked in quickly. Clean and looked as if Covid protocols were being followed. Our room was clean with all essentials. The only complaint was that our bed was a bit uncomfortable. Still didn't stop us from getting the needed rest so we could continue home.

Where do I start! Pillows like rocks sheets rough and smelled like too much bleach. Room odor was unacceptable. Internet poor. Clogged toilet on our arrival. We got the plunger from housekeeping and did it. No room cleaning service for 6 days. Poor Covid protocol. Staff without masks at front desk. Guests in lobby without masks talking loudly (7) Staff outside lobby smoking and complaining loudly on phone on our arrival. I could go on..

Multiple problems. No room cleaning. Bad Internet. Horrible sheets and rocks for pillows. No response to my emails Will never stay there again NO Covid protocol enforcement!!!!! Toilet paper was so cheap we bought our own

The room was disgusting, trash behind the bed and under couch, carpet is stained, and only a few lights actually work. Hot water only lasted about 2 minutes, and the AC doesn't blow cold. We went to the pool for a little swim before we had to leave, the pool water had a greenish tint, and smells like a fish tank.

We arrived at the hotel very tired form traveling all day. I was greeted promptly at the front desk and checked in quickly. This was greatly appreciated! The front desk was very helpful and courteous. Our room was comfortable and clean. All in all, a great stay!

I stayed in a non smoking room, yet the bathroom smelled just like smoke to where my 6 year old commented about it. Under the bed was dirty. You can hear EVERYTHING. If you're a soft sleeper, do NOT stay here.

The BW Plus in Georgetown KY was clean and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the digital thermostat was convenient to keep the temperature where we wanted it. The staff were nice and helpful and our experience overall was very good.

My friends and I come down to Lexington each year for a race. We found this hotel on our first visit down in 2016 and stay here each year. The beds are comfortable (lots of pillows). Rooms are not overly cramped (we usually stay in a 2 queen bed room). Pre-COVID, they offered a great breakfast--and we hope that comes back. I would recommend this hotel. Lobby, rooms are clean as are the grounds. Easy access to the highway, lots of places to eat around the hotel.

Have stayed here three times with great results! The rooms have been exceptionally clean, personnel outstanding, very courteous and helpful. The first time I stayed, I had my cat and dog with me and we had no problems with anything! I like the fact that the hotel is close to eateries and gas stations. Great place to stay!

Very nice,clean. Checked in at 11 PM. Left @10 next morning. Only thing I would change in their breakfast hours. Was not up to eat by 9. nice staff comfy bed, good location. Great price. If you miss breakfast like we did go to waffle house.

We go to Best Western pluses because they have pools with covid precautions in place. This one did too. For some reason we didn't get maid service so I had to go down and replenish my coffee. The room was clean except there were 2 spit wads on picture and wall, I left a not for maid to remove before next guest. The room temp wouldn't go below 71 and I have to have it cold.. these are minor issues and wouldn't stop me from coming bacm. Pool was warm enough which is always a plus! Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. We slept through breakfast time but saw that it was according to Covid precautions. Stayed 2 nights and the beds were awesome! Very comfortable and we woke with no back aches, which usually happens.

Nice stop on way to Florida. Stopped to sleep and go in hot tub before heading back on the road. Not much else to say. Just trying to fill 200 minimum requirements here only at 179, not sure why they do this

We checked in early and paid to get in early. We were notified the next night we had to move to another room. The hotel had a planned maintenance fix in the rooms on our “wing”. (This was not mentioned or I would not have paid to get into a room early, if that was the only room option) This should have been planned better to refrain from moving people, as the hotel was not fully booked. The next room smelled of plumbing products and had not been dusted after maintenance had been done. Then we were woken up by the neighboring room until 3am. The hotel staff was informed, but the noise persisted. I was was told “sorry, I didn't know you were in that room. I didn't mean to put him next to you..” Sounds personal and like that quest is a frequent and known for being loud. The hotel seemed nice overall. Just poor planning on their part that could be easily fixed in the future. The staff members were kind.

We stay at this Best Western Plus every time we are in the area. Covid has not diminished the level of service. Location offers a great spot for one night or multiple nights stay. Many restaurants in the local area to satisfy drive thru or dine in.

First off the location was great. It put me right in the middle of where I needed to be not to mention great food and good shopping. My stay was spur of the moment but booking a room at 9pm wasn't a problem at all. I travel with my pet and the made her feel like a normal guest( aside from offering dog treats) Check out was even better, not required to go to front desk. I was offered speedy check out when I checked in. Saved me some time. I will definitely be staying there again, its simply everything I need in a hotel.

Great place to stay, clean, close to Interstate. Good value for the money. The only issue I had was that the bed was a little to firm for my taste. Other than that a great place to stay. Safe area....

This was a lovely well maintained property. We were promptly greeted upon arrival and had a speedy check in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. There were several nearby restaurants to choose from and the modified breakfast due to COVID still had several options. We were traveling with our small dog and he was welcome and there was a large grassy field to walk him next door. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Over all it was a good stay. I would recommend a suite with a king size bed,mini fridge,microwave,and jacuzzi in it. It was quiet and calm. The only issue I had if u can even say it was an issue I had to ask the lady 3 times about my deposit but it was finally given to me

Front desk Sherry was rude hostile. I was called a liar and treated with disdain. Have never been treated so poorly. Cancelled my stay and went to Country Inn solely because of that employee. Bad days happen but that was RIDICULOUS.

Easy access from the interstate was the reason for this choice. We were very pleased with our short stay. Check in was quick and the evening manager was fastidious in his attention to sanitizing. We felt quite good about our last minute decision. The room was clean and quiet, a comfortable bed with fat pillows. The grab and go bag breakfast that has become common is available from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The only disappointment was the fact that when we checked in we were told there would be a hot breakfast in the am....and there was not. Apparently the truck that was bringing the hot foods didn't show up. So, we then had tge added expense and time to go find breakfast elsewhere.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Staff is wonderful and caring. The hotel looks clean and safe. Will highly recommend the penthouse for sure. Full kitchen and a bedroom with whirlpool. It was fabulous.

We've been staying at this hotel for the past couple of years every time on our way back from Florida. We visit our friends down there at least 3 times a year, so we are kind of regulars now at the BW Plus Georgetown. Every stay is perfect. Clean, nice, cozy and welcoming.

Best Western in Georgetown is amazing the staff is kind and inviting. Hope checked me in.She was pleasant. All the breakfast ladies are so sweet. I like that the are taking the covid-19 seriously. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK. THANK YOU.

I would highly recommend this hotel!!!! Walked in to the lobby it had a fresh clean scent. Staff at this location is very warm and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do. My room had a fresh clean smell as well. When we arrive we always check the room. I was surprised on how clean it was. Not many hotels are this clean!!!. GREAT JOB! I saw the General manager spraying a cleaner when asked what it was. He explained that it is a mist that will kill the covid on contact. That alone made me feel safe. Can't say enough Great place! I am definitely returning for another stay if i am stationed in Georgetown ky again,my 4 year old GRANDAUGHTER even loved our stay here.

Walking in room smelled dirty. We have stayed here once before with zero issues within the last two years. Both beds were stained and dirty with yellow stains by feet and head. Had to sleep on top of bedding with no blankets.

It was a decent hotel, nothing fancy, and a good value for the money. Clean room. Check in/out was seamless. Breakfast was kind of lame - a bag with selection of items but not much to choose from. Close to many stores and restaurants and downtown Georgetown.

We stayed here one night while driving through Kentucky. Front desk was friendly. We had a nice, clean room. No complaints. Good location to area attractions. Breakfast was fine. We would stay here again.

By far one of the best managed BW Plus hotels I have visited. The front desk clerk wasn't excellent, professional and friendly. She politely checked me in, even enrolled me in a promotion with BW that would give me a $25 gift card. She was so careful about Covid-19 precautions, even sanitized the credit card and pen. Breakfast included your choice of several food items, even breakfast burritos and sausage biscuits that could be warmed in the microwave; protein, not just carbs. It was a quiet, clean stay. I felt safe and cared for.

Spending the amount of money I did for this hotel I expected a little more. Room was a bit cramped, minimal breakfast choice, and the small market the hotel offered was very lacking. I'd try another hotel in the area at the same price point in the future.

I was very surprised at the high quality, and friendly staff. Great night's rest, clean updated room. I'm very happy. I will stay here again that is for sure. I arrived late at night, but the staff was their waiting for me. Overall you will like the Plus in Best Western. No I don't work for them. lol But I've stayed at many of their BW hotels, this was the best one. I will now always look for the Plus.

When staying in a hotel we've never been stayed in before, we never know what we will get. Our top priorities are cleanliness and safety. This one was a clear winner and is on our radar for our next trip through. High tech with the keycards. Lovely facility and surroundings, cozy feel, and nice staff. The parking lot didn't seem to have enough spots for the size of the building, though. Either way, the warm fuzzies we experienced while staying here will bring us back!

Cleanliness on point during this pandemic. Highly recommend staying here. Everyone super nice, customer service is amazing. Would stay here again and love the fact they still provide a grab bag breakfast in the morning.

We needed to travel in early May to get to an elderly relative. I was very relieved and pleased with the level of sanitation at this hotel. When checking in, the front desk employee, Stacey I believe, pulled out a cloth towel, sprayed it with disinfectant and asked that I place my credit card and license on the towel. Then she proceeded to wipe them off before using them. When returning my cards she once again sprayed them on the cloth, wipes them with the cloth and slid them back to me. Upon entering our room, I could immediately smell disinfectant in the room which is good. The TV remote was found in a special pouch that was labeled “fresh remote.” I would recommend this hotel now and at any time.

I had called ahead and booked the reservation and they were most helpful and continued to be helpful when we arrived and checked out. Everything went smoothly and we were treated very nicely. They also fixed breakfast and had a very nice pre-packaged variety of things to chose from. I can't say enough nice things about their staff.

We stayed 1 night on our way to MI from TN during the COVID-19 epidemic. Only traveling due to family medical emergency. The front desk wore gloves, sanitized our credit card and pen. The room you could tell was disinfected, but we also brought our own sanitizing products. It was a comfortable and comforting experience. Thank you BW for putting us at ease during a very difficult time for us and you.

Friendly staff, good rooms, nice breakfast with meat, egg, etc. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free cookie and free popcorn! Not much noise from highway. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again!!

In difficult times live this Coronavirus pandemic is when you appreciate what you book . Initially I booked a BW in a different town but my return to Canada plans changed and I have to re book and chance city and decided to stay here one more time ( we were here before ) . Really enjoy the breakfast , the most kind person help me with my regular coffee in the morning, offer me make a toast for me , and grab a paper bag with everything I want ( delicious double chocolate muffins , orange juice, cheese danish ) cereal, apple, banana ,et c) they went above and beyond . The place was absolutely clean and comfortable . We definitely will be back . We are loyal to Best Western Plus

Excellent and helpful staff. All seem concerned about are well being and took steps to make us feel safe. They wore protective gear and assisted us with all our requests. They deserve a hands up and a high five too

The Best Western Plus Georgetown was easy to find...right off the highway. It is a new hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed (we had a king) was very comfortable and the pillows were as well. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic breakfast was not served the next morning to the guests. Instead, one gal (Hope, I think) and the desk clerk were taking orders and fixing plates for the guests. Hope stated she was supposed to leave at 7:30 AM but she was still serving well past 8:30. She was doing her best in a difficult situation and did it with a smile on her face. Her efforts were certainly appreciated. If we return to this area, I would stay here again. The night clerk recommended a nearby restaurant and it was perfect.

I think you need to put better coffee makers in room s as this would be more sanitary for all personal most people I think just want a good cup of coffee before you hit the road The room was very nice and the beds were awesome

Fast,easy check in and out. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool, hot tub and work out area. Good area for dog walking. Excellent hot breakfast! Especially like the cookies and popcorn from 6-8. Even got a huge milkbone for our miniature schnauzer upon check in! Great staff!

Whenever we travel we stay at Best Westerns 99% of the time. This one has definitely been the best one we've stayed at. The breakfast was amazing! There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits abs gravy, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, etc etc etc. The girls at check in were very friendly and helpful! The only thing we didn't like was that the indoor pool was cold and a had 2 little girls with us so we couldn't stay in it very long. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was great however we were on the 3rd floor and my husband is handicap and the elevator went out. That was rough for him but overall great hotel. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.

Not a brand new hotel but extra clean and bright. entire staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms an A+ and the breakfast buffet was loaded. eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. again, staff was exceptional!

The rooms are clean and staff is wonderful. Spent all evening in indoor pool and the kids loved it. Did not like the soap and shampoo so make sure you take your own, it was some natural soap and did not like the smell. Other than that great place to stay.

Biscuits were old and hard. First time I've had a bad experience at Best Western Plus breakfast and I have stayed at this Hotel before. The last time we stayed here breakfast was wonderful. I had a good nights sleep. Beds are really comfortable. Staff is really helpful. Rooms are clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on Valentine's Day. We went to a concert in Lexington and stayed the night here. It was perfect for us. Plenty of food options very close, it was clean and had plenty of room. We stayed in a king suite and had a jacuzzi tub out next to the bed. It was everything we needed for a pretty good price. I'd consider staying here again.

When you walk into the lobby, the first thing you see is a massive beautiful crystal chandelier. Our room was large and clean and everything was comfortable. The breakfast was also way above the usual continental fare. We belong to the Best Western Rewards and were very pleased with the price of the room.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was updated and clean. Their breakfast is delicious and set in a pretty dining area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They serve fresh popcorn in the lobby in the evenings! We will definitely stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoys staying at the Best Western in Georgetown. The ease of check-in, clean rooms and the friendly breakfast lady (Wendy) makes our hotel choice in Georgetown an easy one! We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed!

This is the best Best Western I've stayed in. My room was very nicely furnished and clean. The bathroom was larger than the average room in this price range. The bedding was comfortable and I got a good night's rest.

We both travel for pleasure quite a bit - the property was VERY clean - to include the pool area/hot tub. Staff were wonderful - the room we occupied was HUGE! Front desk attendants were friendly - AK

The bed was super hard. The fridge didn't work and the front desk was not the nicest. I would most likely not stay here again. The bed hurt my back like crazy. The best part of my stay was the pool and hot tub.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating they made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed.The parking was close to our room and the lot was well lit.

The service was excellent and attentive. The receptionist was helpful. The weather was cold and wet, but the room was warm and cozy. The bed and bedding appeared to be clean and was very comfortable. All was good.

We have stayed here many times and have always found it to be clean and friendly. We have stayed in other hotels that allow pets and found stains and smelly rooms but not here. They keep on top of cleaning. Very friendly place! Value is fabulous also!

Room seemed clean until I noticed the bathtub. Caked on dark scum all over the interior. I scraped some off with some toilet paper to make sure I was seeing things correctly. It was absolutely disgusting and I refused to step foot into the tub for a shower until someone came and cleaned/bleached it. Pillows were very lumpy/uncomfortable. Ended up with a sore neck after two nights. Breakfast was okay but certainly had much better experiences in that area as well at other similarly priced hotels. Front desk and Breakfast staff were friendly & helpful.

The stay was amazing! Very clean and staff was very friendly! Will definitely go back if ever in Georgetown again. The food was great and everything there around the food was kept very clean. The dining room and pool were very spacious.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Georgetown, Kentucky. The service was very good and the room was acceptable - not the best that we have stayed in but also, not the worst. A hot breakfast was included with our reservation.

Great price and location for this property. They are friendly and are always quick to assist with any needs. The bathrooms need updating and could use some good cleaning. Otherwise our stay was great. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful hotel experience, that included warm baked cookies, a clean room, comfy bed, a good nights sleep and a hot tub/pool area to help relax the tired muscles after a day of travel returning home from our Florida vacation.

Heading towards Lexington and south on my cross country bicycle journey, I had the chance to stay one night at this hotel! The location is perfect and near stores and many food choices. The exterior of hotel seems to be very well taken care of, as was the lobby area. The staff at check-in were helpful and quickly pointed me to my room. Room was super clean and also well maintained. Very comfortable! I didn't use the pool or many other of the accommodations there as rest was my #1 goal. Our stay as always was good. The only exception to our stay is somehow BW Plus Georgetown has changed the type of tp provided. It's terrible. It's the kind you find at rest stops off the interstate. I expect better from BW!

Love booking the Toyota room. Staff is amazing especially the ladies that was working December 22 2019. We cant remember yall names but yall were amazing. I will rent the Toyota room again.our whole loved it

Super place. Very clean, delicious real breakfast (sausages, sausage gravy & biscuits, waffles with fruit toppings...anything you could want!) Really nice and accommodating staff. Very Pet Friendly. Wish I could find a place like this every night. Price was fabulous.

Hope, at the front desk, was helpful to us before we arrived because she made sure we had a room without Febreeze sprayed in it. Once we arrived, she helped us get the heater going. It had to be reset, so she came up and did it herself. The lobby area and dining area is very nice and clean, but the rooms are a bit outdated, especially the shower. They did have plenty of outlets, which was nice. The lighting was pretty dim though. Shower pressure was very strong, but the tub didn't drain. Bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet, except for trains going by a couple times. The elevator is a bit slow and not very big. Breakfast had a lot of choices but could've use5 some more whole grain bagels. Appreciated the Greek yogurt and bananas. The lady who took care of the area was great. Nice to have drip coffee in addition to the instant kind. Not sure if we'd stay again or not. Would like to see them update this one to be as nice as some other Best Western Plus' we've stayed in.

Friendly staff, popcorn and cookies in the evening, breakfast with a nice assortment and fresh, hot food, pool was great for a little exercise, bed and pillows made for a great nights sleep. Overall a pleasant stay on my way north. Quite reasonable.

We have enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Our checkin was fast, the room was clean and plenty of towels (thank you), the staff are friendly and attentive, the breakfast is good (several good breakfast places nearby if more is required). They have a great indoor pool, the rooms are large and up to date, and the location is near I-75 (north of Lexington).

Room was relatively clean and modern. Shower was good. Pillows were square and not too comfortable. Would request other side of the motel for less noise. Wifi was a little funky. Breakfast was usual fare

Every stay is always enjoyable. The staff are wonderful, the location is amazing, and the breakfast is delicious. My husband and I have friends who live near the hotel so we visit quite often. All of our experiences have been nothing but pleasant

This hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The workers are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so great, huge variety of things to choose and and snacks in the evening. We will always stop here on our trips.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The hotel needs an update badly. Breakfast was not very appetizing. Rubber eggs from the microwave each morning.I think the scrambled eggs were a powder blend of some sort.

Service and cleanliness were top notch. Overall the hotel is outdated. Our refrigerator didn't work and was replaced but the second one was just barely cold enough. Even with the couple of inconveniences, I would stay there again.

We always stop here at Georgetown Best Western we have had great experiences from the hot cookies and popcorn to the coffee ready and sometimes full breakfast ready before 600 am the rooms are always nicely appointed and the notes from the housekeeping are always a personal touch

The front desk clerk was fantastic, helping with a couple of minor issues during check-in as well as prompt, courteous service the next day when my travelling companion realized he had left something behind. Also, the breakfast selection was good and the seating area relatively spacious. The hotel itself was nice and on par with what I expect from a Best Western Plus facility, with 2 notable exceptions. First, the bath tub was lined with a fiberglass-like insert that did not fit well and if you did not stand in the very center then you could feel flex in the insert as there was a gap between it and the original tub. Also, the liner was damaged in multiple spots and looked like something you might find in an independent motel in the backwoods somewhere. Second, our room was on the second floor and close to the lobby. The lobby was 2 floors high and there was no barrier between it and the hallway outside our room so the noise carried and disturbed my travelling companion during the night.

A most beautiful hotel with extraordinary service. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The housekeeper, Maribel, left us a handwritten note to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was more then just your usual pastries and dry cereal with a hot oatmeal and six toppings station, waffle iron and four more toppings station, a hot buffet with biscuits, eggs and sausage links. The usual coffee and tea offerings but the juice machine had orange, apple, cranberry and grape! Front desk checkout this morning was super friendly, fast and fun. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a very nice 3-story hotel. The rooms are clean and elegantly furnished. While there is no restaurant in the hotel, they do provide a good breakfast with a good number of choices of hot and cold items. There is also a fitness room, an indoor pool and a hot tub to relax in. Within a short walk from the hotel is the Cattlemen's Roadhouse restaurant. This hotel is well situated next to I-75 at Exit 126 and close to a Walmart Supercenter, Lowes and a number of restaurants. We would recommend this Best Western hotel as a very good place to stay and at a reasonable price.

What stands out most about my recent one-night stay is the form I was required to sign at check-in, verifying that I would not smoke in the room, not damage any furnishings or host wild nude parties (OK, I made up that last proviso). Nothing like a peremptory list of dos and don'ts to make you feel welcome. The room was...decent. The breakfast was minimalist but not too bad. Recent experiences have shown me that the quality of Best Westerns varies widely from place to place. The best ones are really good, the mediocre ones (like this) are tolerable, and the worst are pretty ugh.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. Nice hotel, with clean, quiet rooms. Lot's of restaurants within walking distance. They serve cookies and popcorn in the evening. Good selection for breakfast and they start at 6:00.

We go with friends to Georgetown KY a couple of time a year. We've stayed at 2 other hotels also on Darby Lane but this hotel was the best by far. Very friendly at check in, large clean room and surprisingly good free breakfast..This is our new go to hotel when in Georgetown. We'll be back!!

Decided to book this hotel due to good reviews and we were not disappointed. Front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained, outside and in. Room was clean and bed comfortable . The only downside on the room was a big recliner chair stuck in the corner which was useless. Front desk recommended the Cattleman's restaurant located within walking distance. Food was good and reasonably priced.

The staff were exceptionally nice, helpful and friendly. We had trouble getting other hotels in the area to just answer their phones to make our reservations; Hope answered right away, and made sure we got what we needed and could take advantage of any available discounts for our room. When we arrived, the desk staff knew who we were, even our names! The room was very clean, and breakfast was very good. Staff there was very pleasant and helpful too. We will return!

I walked in and it was like coming home. I was recognized by the front desk staff and greeted warmly. My room was ready and very clean. Breakfast was hot and fast every morning. I always enjoy my stay. This location is so convenient to the college and the horse park.

Spent the night there while on recent trip. Clean place, staff very nice to talk to. Manager is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the area. Coffee/decaf available 24/7 in breakfast area. Also, they have complimentary popcorn and cookies available in the breakfast area until about 20:00 or so every afternoon. Place was right by I-75, yet quiet. They had a printout of restaurants in the area on the front desk, which even noted whether said places offered delivery! Breakfast in the morning was good; usual continental fare, with choices of hot or cold fares available. Always a good night here.

Clean, quiet, and friendly helpful staff. Usually pass this place by because of price. Pet friendly and so we're the other guests I met. Parking was adequate. KFC within walking distance. Only thing I didn't like was couldn't get CC on television.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby is very homey with a two story stone fireplace. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect right off the highway for easy on easy off for us to continue our travels.

Front desk was very helpful and knowlegable. The room was great for the price. Good breakfast - the hot items were not the best but they never are at this level hotel. One precaution. We had a connecting door and we could clearly hear the conversations in the connecting room. Fortunately we are early risers and spent a lot of time out of the room but keep it in mind when you are booking. Overall a nice stay.

Great experience. We decided to stay in Georgetown and take the scenic drive into Williamstown. I'm so happy we did because the countryside is beautiful. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. If we go back that way again, we will definitely stay there.

The staff made it feel more like B & B. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. The breakfast offerings were extensive. The TV provider was better most. Large indoor pool. I enjoyed evening cookies and popcorn.

Great location, nicely maintained, and good location. The only thing they could do better is adding environmental sustainability initiatives, EV chargers for all vehicles, water saving technologies, offsetting their emissions, etc. Then they world get a 5 rating for sure. Oh, breakfast is done at 9 am here so if you sleep in, your not going to eat during the week. I'm always up early so it does not pertain to me, but for some people, this would be an inconvenience when travelling as some like to sleep in when they get away.

The lobby was inviting and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. My room was comfortable and I felt very secure at this hotel. When I checked in, I was running late for a tour. The receptionist allowed me to check in a bit early and helped me get to my tour on time.

Hotel was convenient for our trip to Kentucky and we were happy with our stay. Hotel staff recommended a wonderful restaurant we were able to walk to -- Cattleman's Club. Breakfast was good. We had a good stay and would recommend it to others.

The male employee that word the night had a better presentation of a good attitude then the female working the day. The breakfast was okay as I never had strawberry waffles before which I thought was very nice and very creative.

Check in was easy although other people in front of us also checking in. Location very convenient. Restaurant in walking distance. Cookies and popcorn were provided until 8:00 that night. Didn't see drink machine but are offered for sale in lobby with the prices very fair.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are very nice much like a comfort suites level and I thought the whole facility was extremely clean and well functioning. I thought the staff was first rate and everyone was really nice. Definitely give this one a look on your travels.

We were driving home from Michigan to South Carolina got caught in a heavy storm on I-75 last minute look for a hotel and found the Best Western Plus oh, they did not have king-size accommodations on their website so we booked a queen-size room two beds, what we checked in we asked if there were any Kings and the desk manager Rajini, was extremely professional and pleasant and found us a room with a king-size bed the room was very clean the bed was comfortable the room was quiet the bathroom was very clean we definitely will stay here again.

Great friendly staff--got an upgrade as a diamond member and the hot tub king was a great way to relax after a long drive. Half a dozen places to eat within walking distance. Would stay here again. Easy off and on to interstate. Very nice breakfast and with a nice assortment of breakfast foods.

The hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, clean, bathroom and great choices for breakfast. We had to change rooms, however, because the first one's entrance light and fridge were not working. Our second room,on the other hand, was very nice. It even had a kitchenette complete with stove, cabinets and sink. And of course, the fridge worked. The staff was kind enough to store my ice packs and some frozen food in their freezer as we are on a road trip and there was not enough room to put them in the room's little freezer. My only critique is that the water from the kitchenette tap tasted moldy. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Great, friendly staff. I stayed here on my way to visit my sister in NC. Liked it so much I booked a room for my return visit as well. Very nice room with microwave and refrigerator. Comfortable couch and bed. I enjoyed the pool and liked that the fitness center had weight machines as well as treadmill. Breakfast was very good and offered a lot of hot and cold options. I liked the variety of toppings for the oatmeal and waffles. Good location. Was quiet eventhough close to highway.

Staff was exceptionally helpful, accommodating of my allergies. Room was spotlessly clean. Hotel was quiet, even though there were lots of guests there. Breakfast was wonderful, many options.No complaints at all.

Location and reviews of this hotel is why we chose to stay here. Hope was at check in counter she was so sweet and helpful. Rooms were very clean and quiet and beds were very comfortable. I was having surgery that morning so could not have breakfast, but my mom and sister loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed a couple of days to go to Midway Fall Festival and Evans Orchard with our grandson. Our stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Everyone one was very nice, rooms were clean, and great location. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Would stay again.

I normally stay at Hampton Inns or Country Inns but BW was rated #1. I was staying at a Red Roof Inn in Lexington for 2 nights after visiting the horse farms and then go up to the Ark Encounter and come back to stay one more night before coming back home. The RR got high reviews and for the cheaper price I decided to try it. I did not like it at all. So they let us cancel 1 of the nights and I booked BW in Georgetown so we could stay there when we got done at the Ark. I was very impressed with the BW. It was very nice...I wish I would have stayed here both nights. It's like staying at a Hampton Inn. The bldg was nice and clean as were the rooms. Very nice! Popcorn and cookies in the evening which the cookies weren't good actually. hehe. Bfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal plus condiments like salsa, syrups, sweet toppings, coffees, milk..The even had a small closet room in the lobby with snacks and drinks and toiletries you can buy at decent prices. Check in pleasant, workers friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and was even added to the program for earning points and rewards. I will now look at BW Plus when I consider staying at a hotel out of town. I would recommend the beds be a bit softer but you can't please everyone on that aspect I know. Thanks guys for being a nice clean hotel to stay at! I will mention they are right off the interstate around other hotels and there is a place to eat right behind it called Cattlemans Roadhouse that sounded good. Culver's is a good fast food burger joint up the road with frozen custard and shakes on the menu. It seemed to be popular among the kids as well.

I booked this hotel based on rave reviews without reading them. The room was average, bathroom needed repairs, mattress and bedding were decent, breakfast was terrible. it was very quiet though, especially for being right next to the freeway.

Highly recommend. The hotel is very accessible to I-75. The staff was very accommodating and the facility was very clean. The included breakfast provided a good assortment of breakfast foods and well maintained.

We chose this hotel because of its location and reviews as we wanted something closer to the Ark Encounter and not too far from Lexington. This worked out perfect for us. The first thing we noticed upon entering our room was the hardwood (vinyl plank) flooring in the seating area which had a couch and some ottomans. This is always a plus as we do not care for carpet that much. We found there was plenty of room for us to move around and put our belongings. The bed and pillow were comfy but the TV was somewhat slow. The bathroom had a few cosmetic issues that weren't real attractive and the AC had some mildew forming on the vents. We brought this to the front desk's attention and they made a note of it quickly. We liked the nice mounted, flexible cable extension reading lights on both sides of the headboard area. The noise level was low but some expected traffic noise during rush hour times. In the room is your standard coffeemaker, microwave, small refrigerator, hair dryer and such. Breakfast was a good variety (cereals, fruit, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits, gravy with meat pieces, pastries, juices, milk, coffee, yogurt etc.) and the dining area filled quickly but they did eventually open up a larger room for seating. We would have rated this 4 if not for mildew and cosmetic issues in bathroom.

This hotel is very nice and the front desk person was professional and a joy to talk to. The wifi was powerful and the breakfast bar was better than a lot of Best Westerns. We showed up without a reservation, but it didn't matter.

Upon arrival, Hope greeted us warmly, explained things kindly, directed us to location of popcorn, and she was just preparing to bring out the cookies. She also shared a list of the local restaurants for our convenience. A small marketplace, offering snacks and beverages for purchase, is nearby the check-in counter. Our king-bed room was very nice and clean, including a brown leather sofa/love seat with two matching ottomans. This was very handy for laying our luggage out on. Desk with office chair also. Many pillows on the bed to choose from also. Plenty of nice thick towels were provided. Our A/C worked well, and did not blow cold air over us during the night. The room was quiet, and we enjoyed a good night of sleep! Molly & Katie had left us a nice note regarding our stay, and Ragini, working front desk upon check out, was very friendly and wished us well on our way at checkout. Breakfast included many selections: Waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, fresh made oatmeal with many toppings, breakfast pastries, yogurt, juices, milk, coffee, tea. I personally didn't care for the round egg 'patties' so much, but everything else was very good. We did not use the pool, hot tub, or fitness center, but they looked very nice.

Was at the best western for a horse show at the KHP. So clean and the staff was so friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless and new. I would recommend to anyone in the area! I will come back!

Though the room looked nice, I had NO hot water. When I complained about having to take a shower in cold water, I was told the hot water tank busted. Well, I don't expect to pay full price for a room with no hot water. Also, the microwave oven was broken. I had food to heat up, and could not do that. So a cold shower and cold food. Lovely. When I complained, I was offered "points". That was completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again. Food, was standard fare, not good, not bad. No cookies like advertised, though.

It was ok. Room was clean but felt damp and had a smell which was more pronounced when utility closet was open. I was disappointed in room 125. I should of got another room given a room deodorizer instead. Grandsons enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ok for cold cereal , fruit, donuts and coffee. But folks that is not biscuits and gravy by any standards.

I rolled into the Best Western in Georgetown at 2 AM and was greeted by Aaron at the front desk with "I'm glad you arrived safely." I had called ahead of my arrival to let the staff know I'd be arriving late due to car problems. His greeting was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was fantastic! The only reason I cannot give this hotel a 5, was because the bathroom was not updated like the rest of the room - it felt tired and a bit worn, albeit functional and clean. The breakfast was good and offered tasty GF options.

We stayed at the Best Western in Georgetown while waiting for our house to close. The rooms were super clean, the staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was great. Popcorn and cookies every night in the lobby. Pet friendly. This is the best hotel around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice room. Great breakfast offerings. Not just the typical muffins and bagels, but egg omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits. They even had gluten free muffins! Delicious! They also had fresh popped popcorn in the evening. Nice touch. Only complaint was our room wouldn't cool down lower than 73. Maybe comfortable for most but I was hot all night. Overall nice stay.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. Recognized that we were gold members Room and bath very clean Appreciated that we were given a room as far as possible from the railroad tracks. Don't like cheese omelets for breakfast prefer scrambled eggs. Like fresh fruit apples, bananas cuties, oranges. Good sausage.

Very clean and welcoming. Stacy that works the front desk at night went above and beyond. All employees were friendly and nice. Breakfast was very nice with a large assortment of food to choose from. In the evenings they offer popcorn and cookies, the popcorn was awesome.

After a quick online search for hotels in the area, we called what we thought was a direct number to this hotel (unfortunately we would later find out that we had booked through a 3rd party known as Reservations.com). We paid in advance a much higher rate than expected because apparently a large suite with a jacuzzi was one of their last remaining rooms. Upon check-in we were shocked at how small the room was compared to how the person described it over the phone, but it was late and we were tired so we decided to have a jacuzzi to relax and just get a good night's sleep. However, when I went to run the water I realized the tub was filthy with rings of dirt and lots of hair. It was so gross that we checked the rest of the room carefully and it appeared that it had only been partially cleaned. Thankfully the bed had clean sheets so we just went to sleep for the night and decided to talk to front desk in the morning. Here's where the real fun begins ... upon check-out it was noted that we had not been given the room that we had paid for so the front desk agreed to refund the additional charges and provide a discount for the dirty tub, but then realized that we had booked through a 3rd party (this how we found out we had called an advertisement and not the hotel). Therefore our refund would have be transferred back to us through the third party that made our reservation. I have assigned 2 stars because even though the room experience should be 1 star, the woman Ragi at front desk was wonderful to deal with and very apologetic. Sadly I can't say anything positive about Reservations.com as ultimately they would only return $22 claiming we had automatically agreed to their terms and conditions. I feel totally ripped off, suspect the hotel might have been too as the 3rd party would not disclose the amount refunded ... therefore, I highly recommend that people avoid booking through Reservations.com

Room was very clean and well appointed. Pool was delightful. Breakfast was not to my liking. Too much pepper on the potatoes. Never heard of egg patties before, we're so dry I tried salsa to improve them, with no luck. I really wanted some chocolate milk and there were some children who did too. Would definitely consider staying again.

staff was great! -friendly, outgoing - let us play Mexican Train every night in the breakfast room - staff made popcorn and cookies every night - and even had left a message for one of our group about finding their clothes in closet and staff were mailing them home- now that is excellence efficiency and service - will stay there again when in the area- close to everything

A few glitches here and there. TV out of date had to unlock cable box to connect hdmi port to Amazon cube. Room needed light refurbishing. Overall fine. Not exceptional just fine. Best thing was the staff who were helpful and friendly.

This place is a perfect example how hotels should be run. They have something special going on here. Everyone went beyond to take care of all guests. They spoiled me and others. It was wonderful to have a hand written note welcoming me in my room. Super clean. Everything set out professionally. I could not do d one thing wrong with this place and I'm a picky person.

We have used this same location when participating in family reunions in the area for several years. We upgraded to a suite this year that we became aware of on previous trips. The Suite was excellent, Comfortable bed, handy pull-out sofa/bed for teenagers and even a jacuzi tub in the corner. Large TVs in both rooms with free wifi that the youngsters valued the most. Staff was most helpful and courteous at all times, especially Jani. The breakfast crew were always there when needed and kept all supplies in availability even with large crowds. Overflow space was opened when needed.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent. We had 10 people in our family and the breakfast met everyone's needs. The location was handy for all the sights we wanted to see.

We carried our three small grandchildren (2, 3 & 6) to see the Ark. It is convenient to everything. The staff were AMAZING. One of the housekeepers was so sweet. When we returned from the long day and exhausted, she had taken the time to put their stuffed animals on the pillows, place the toys around the room in different places and positions as they would play with them and the room was spotless. We really appreciated the individual touch. She made them feel special. The receptionist was great. Check in and out was flawless and quick. We would definitely stay there again if we are in that area. Beautiful place.

For a Best Western Plus this was not up to par. The rooms need updating, but especially the baths. Our toilet was loose and had to be fixed. The toilet paper holder was falling off, it was also fixed. The shower/tub was terrible and needs to be replaced. I've stayed in both Best Western and Best Western Plus this summer and this one was my most disappointing.

We found this place to be very conveniently located for a trip to see the ark Check in was flawless with very friendly staff the lobby was spotless when we got to the room we found that housekeeping used an excessive amount of air freshener otherwise the room was very clean The only disappointment was the breakfast it was very skimpy as in not much fruit to choose from and the sausages were greasy Otherwise a nice quiet location

We have stayed here several times and never had any problems that were not quickly and efficiently resolved. It is always clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. The grandchildren enjoy the pool and we enjoy the comfortable room and breakfast!

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Georgetown, KY. I am a loyalty member, very clean rooms and the hospitality was great from the staff at the front desk. Just a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Very customer friendly, I really look at that being in customer service myself for years, the breakfast was good, just needed more breakfast meat variety (Turkey). This was a weekend getaway traveling to the ARK ENCOUNTER just 30 min away very convenient. I will stay here again and will reccomend this hotel. Thanks staff for making my stay enjoyable.

Check in was easy. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Nice note left in the room from housekeeping on the notepad. Breakfast was great. Good selection of hot food including waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, and also cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and sweet rolls. Breakfast attendants were pleasant and very attentive to the needs of those eating. Hotel was quiet at night, and every evening they furnished popcorn and cookies from 6-8pm. Would deifintely stay here again.

This hotel was clean, convenient and good value. The breakfast was great - lots of choices from hot waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon and even a gluten-free muffin! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and the bed was super comfortable. It will be even better when they do a facelift to make the decor more up-to-date. Right now the colors in the carpet and walls are a little dated.

During our recent travels we had unexpected events that found us stranded at Best Western Plus Georgetown Corporate Center Hotel without any transportation. The Staff and Especially the General Manager working there were very kind and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and helped us with several things and their kindness helped me restore my faith in humanity . The Hotel was clean and comfortable, but its employees are the best. and we would stay there anytime we are in the area again. !!

We recently spent 2 nights in Georgetown during Breyerfest at the Kentucky Horse Park - clean room, friendly folks, close to Crackel Barrel, and a couple other restaurants . . . all for a reasonable cost.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but we had a good nights sleep. The beds were comfortable, but the room was in need of renovation. The room is not large, but it did have a fridge and a microwave. Free breakfast satisfied the kids.

These are my 3 criteria for a good stay! And this establishment met all three. Check-in was bit slow due to computer problems. I stayed behind while my husband went out and about early and the maids adhered to my Do Not Disturb while I slept in and slowly got ready to leave by check out time. Breakfast was good although due to many little league players and families, my husband forfeited his free breakfast that morning. Night time hostess stayed a few minutes extra to make sure cookies(little leaguers ate them all) and popcorn was good to go before she departed. Not sure how I felt about the handwritten note on wall in the breakfast bar asking for tips.

A great stay here after visiting the Creation Museum. Next stop Noah's Ark. This hotel was clean, comfortable and accomodating. A nice continental breakfast each morning. The hot tub the first night was a bit too hot but we chatted with the staff and the next night it was better.

Upon arrival I was told only one of the two rooms I booked had a reservation. After showing my emailed upcoming two reservations We were still told there was no reservation for the second room. If I had not made paper copies of the two reservations we would have been charged over double for the last room available. The desk clerk then told us they always keep an extra room just in case this happens. How often does this happen at this motel?

Clean is number one for me, so I was extremely happy with this hotel. The staff is friendly & helpful, very professional. Central location makes it easy to drive anywhere in Georgetown & beyond. Just 25 minutes from the Lexington Airport. Great rates too.

We stayed at Best Western Plus for four nights this month in Georgetown, KY. The facility was very nice. It was clean and had great features inside the double bed room we purchased. The room had a nice sized refrigerator, microwave, and what I especially liked was a full length mirror OUTSIDE from the bathroom. I'm sorry but most men don't think of this fine detail. If your husband (or roommate) is in the bathroom getting ready, I've been in some hotels where the only mirror is in the bathroom. The full length mirror attached to the outside of the bathroom door is so handy! I can still get ready while someone else is in the bathroom! It's these finer details that many hotels miss. The breakfast at the BWP was really good! And the wait staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Everyone there was nice. I would for sure return.

Check in was a breeze, the desk receptionists were friendly, courteous and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable, with newer A/C and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was good and filling. Highly recommend this hotel while traveling!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The room was clean, neat and the staff was wonderful, loved it and would love to visit there again. OH and loved the hot tub and pool. The price was very reasonable, and we were there to go to The Ark Encounter, and that was only about a 30 minute drive. It was a very blessed visit.

Business brought me to the area and this hotel kept me comfortable. Spent the weekend in Midway, Kentucky conducting a wedding. It was a beautiful area and I hope to go back. The hotel was conveniently located near many things. Will probably stay here again.

fantastic check in employees were great friendly and made us feel important. we will definitely stay here again. we checked in on june 19 and the gentleman who was on duty that night was fantastic. we are members of the reward club and they made us feel very important and like they really appreciated our buisness

This hotel was very conveniently located, nice comfortable room/bed, warm and ample breakfast and very friendly staff. But I was appalled at the toilet in our room....I wanted to call the front desk and complain but my husband said he didn't want to change rooms as it was getting late. Please go look "under the rim" in room 324 and you'll quickly see what I mean; maintenance needs to make sure their cleaning staff knows the proper way to clean this area....it was beyond disgusting; the seat bolt was also loose and slid sideways every time you sat down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future with family members to see more of the surrounding area attractions. We were able to walk to eating establishments which is a plus for us. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were surprise amenities we plan to utilize upon our return. We had a room with a Jacuzzi and it was wonderful.

This was the 5th day in a Best Western and the best that we have stayed at. The breakfast bar was amazing. They had 3 different kinds of fruit components for the waffles. The staff was very friendly and professional. The front desk receptionist recommended a tour that was not on our list and we enjoyed it. If you are visiting the Lexington Kentucky area, I highly recommend this Best Western.

Was the best breakfast ever had at Any best western or cheaper hotel. We'll recommend. Rooms were fine and a good pool. Value for money was top class. Lots of dinner type foods around the area also. Go there

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, and were very pleased with the accessibility from the highway, had very clean, modern room. The room contained: large flat screen TV, black out curtains, a firm king bed, refrigerator and microwave, new furniture, spacious bathroom, lots of outlets for charging electronic items, closet with hangers, clean rug. Friendly front desk staff who provided quick check in/out. Breakfast was ready at 6am, large clean dining room, with choices of hot or cold food items. Great shower pressure and drainage in bathroom, with free toiletries and plenty of fluffy towels. Easy to regulate temperature and operated well during stay. I used the washer/dryer, ($1.50 each and dryer operated for 45 minutes) was located near the front desk/dining room. We did not use the pool. The parking lot is clean from trash, well lighted with plenty of spaces. This location was near the highway, and gas station, but the room was very quiet. We slept well, and highly recommend this hotel!

BW+ in Georgetown, KY was an excellent choice for an overnight stay. If I ever travel that way again, I will definitely stay at this location. The receptionist was excellent but the room was much nicer than I had expected. We tried to find another BW+ the next time we needed a room on the way home, but didn't have any luck. I travel quite a bit and this was an unexpected pleasure.

Our experience was good. We stopped here for the night before going to Ark Encounter. Everything was clean. The bed was a little firmer than I am used to, but still comfortable. I would have preferred a foam pillow. Again, my personal preference. The pool was well maintained, and the water temperature was perfect! The breakfast was very good - a lot of variety.

Gave 4 stars due to the pleasant staff. The hotel is in need of updating, for example, the coating of the tub was peeling off. You could see the aging of the hotel in several areas. But the staff were all very nice and attentive. Overall we had a good experience.

The location was good. The rooms were comfortable and well kept. The additional features (pool and workout room) were nice. The breakfast was well prepared and provide many options. I thought the staff was very helpful and always friendly. The hotel was clean and a good value for the price.

I liked the cookies and popcorn from 6 to 8pm in the lobby. Friendly staff, was able to accommodate late checkout due to needing to shower after an event on checkout day. Clean rooms. Excellent location near freeway.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The room clean and comfortable, just right after a long day of travel.The breakfast was good.Sorry we didn't have time for the pool. It looked inviting. I liked that we could walk to the resturant next door. The resturant was good too.

My sister was with me to see my son get his masters degree she is disabled the staff was very helpful with her disabilities. Will look at Best Western Hotels first when traveling. Hopefully they will be like the one in Georgetown, Kentucky Great job and Great people-Thanks

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, located in a nice central area to many KY attractions. Georgetown was the nearest city with last minute hotels available near the Ark encounter. It had been our intention to spend one night then move on to Cincinnati however we enjoyed this hotel so much we stayed 3 nights and made it the hub for all our Kentucky adventures!

Very nice for us...dog friendly. Place next door, Cattlemans restuarant very good service and food and can bring dog on deck. All reasonable prices...good value. BW+ was very solid...not the Ritz but for a C note very good. Excellent staff! Clean, bed comfortable and quiet. For us...perfect...

Before our trip, we had several hotels to choose from. We chose Best Western Plus because of the comments that I had read and it's convenient location right off the interstate and its proximity to the ARK. The breakfast was great; the beds were very comfortable; the rooms were very clean; the hotel personnel were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed the night in the King suite... Loved it lots of room for 4 adults. Got the suite for a Great Deal, better than a 2 queen bed room. Best sleeper sofa we've every had the privilege to sleep on. We got up and had the free hot breakfast, a great way to start our day. Would love to stay again if we're in the area again.

Stayed for two nights while checking out the area. “Froggy”, at the front desk, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This property is pet friendly and happily put us in a first floor room close to an exit for convenience of dog walking. The green areas for walking are limited but available. When in this area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

It was a very nice place to stay, staff was very accomodating, nice continental breakfast, rooms were clean, we had late check in, and they got our rooms very quickly, easy check out - good location off interstate - great Cattelmans resteraunt beside - the best!

Friendly folks at the front desk! Great breakfast too! Nice quiet room on a late nite traveling back from Florida. Nice rewards program at best western too. Looking forward to visiting best western all the time in future trips!

Nice quiet and clean room. Varied breakfast selections in a clean area. Staff attentive. All of the things I expect from Best Western. Location was safe and we were able to park right in front of our room.

Check-in was quick. Beautiful lobby and well-kept throughout. Chocolate chip cookies were offered but I missed getting some as I came back from dinner too late. The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Quiet too. Breakfast was excellent with many choices including waffles, potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. The lady in charge of breakfast is there checking to make sure if items need replenishing and very hospitable and cheerful. Only issue was at check-out when the credit card machine was down and we could not split the room charge between two cards - my friend opted to pay cash instead. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Well appointed room with king bed and extra sitting area with couch and ottomans. The bathtub had been previously resurfaced but needs it again. The breakfast selection was better than some as it included fruit for cereal/oatmeal as well as waffles. However, the eggs were definitely overcooked to the point of being almost inedible.

Hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. My husband and I both slept well. We like having a small fridge & microwave in our room as we travel. That's one of the reasons we booked the room. Cost of the room was very fair compared to others in the area. Breakfast was up to par with other Best Western breakfast buffets. We enjoyed it.

Enjoyed our 3 day 2 night stay. Rooms are nice, little small but good. Everything is clean. Staff was very nice. Good amenities. Breakfast was good as well. Only cons are single elevator that's a little small. And lack of TV channels for smaller children. I'd recommend this hotel.

We were travel weary, and they got us a room early. Thank you! Beautiful hotel, great clean rooms, excellent shower, friendly staff, absolutely zero noise from the outside and even when people were talking in the hallway. We had a great and well needed sleep.The breakfast lady (April 17) really loves her job and it shows. She was smiling all the time, and never stopped refreshing the food items, cleaning tables, and making sure the buffet area was spotless. Great job! And great breakfast. Loved having bacon, and salsa for my eggs, as well as chocolate chip cookie dough waffles with chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts and whipped cream! We will definately be back again, next year on our way to and from Florida.

Stopped here in route home to Michigan from Florida. We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. Room was clean and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We will make this a regular stop on our travels

No problems occured with room check in and checkout. Convenient location to Keeneland, shopping and dining. Have stayed at Comfort Inn before at this location and consider them equally good. Breakfast not the best as same at all Best Westerns on this trip.

Always stay at this hotel when we are in the Lexington area. It's is very nice, always clean, and customer service is excellent. What more could you ask for. It's convenient to Kentucky Horse Park and Keenland. We will stay here next time we're in town.

Absolutely the best place to stay!! Front desk was soo nice and rooms were clean and beautiful!! Totally happy with my stay. 2nd shift at the front desk is the best!! Enjoyed the popcorn and refreshments at the end of the day, enjoyed breakfast and everyone was so nice

The staff were great, the rooms clean,food in morning was hot. Beds were not to bad. customers want soft pillow style mattress that are a comfort to all travelers. hotels need to spend the extra buck for great mattresses. i may stay here again.

Stopped here for one night on our spring break road trip. Nice clean hotel. Staff was great and kids loved the pool. Nice selection of restaurants to pick from around the hotel. We would stay again if in the area

Had a very pleasant welcome from the front desk person named Stacy after being on the road for 11 hours. Check-in was easy, warm cookies, comfortable room. Stacy gave us a recommendation for a restaurant just around the corner. What else could one ask for ? A great meal, comfortable room and a warm hello. We try to stay at this hotel once a year either on the way to Florida or on the way back depending on the hours driving for the day.

This is by far the best hotel in Georgetown it's very clean and the complementary breakfast was the best of all the places we have stayed at so far.we got a room with a Jacuzzi was amazing. We will definitely be back when we have the time and extra money to treat ourselves .

A group of us head to Lexington KY each year to Run the Bluegrass race. We have continued to stay at this hotel because of the affordability, comfort, ease to reach (off the highway and distance from Lexington), free breakfast. We'll be back next year.

In town for a business meeting. Location was very convenient and my room was upgraded to a suite. Near a steakhouse within walking distance with good food and drink. Hot breakfast in the morning and cookies served at night are nice touches. Will stay here again .

We traveled from Cleveland, Ohio to see Ark Encounter (also recommend visiting). Hotel was clean, staff was professional & courteous. Nice pool and hot tub. Yummy warm cookies and fresh popped popcorn each night!

The hotel was Very clean! The Staff was very friendly! Pool and hot tub area was perfect for my 5 year old. It was cloes to everything. Great hot breakfast selection. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on spring break to visit the ark encounter and Newport aquarium. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. Room amd hotel were both clean. Pool was nice and I LOVED the hot tub. The jets were powerful and very relaxing. Breakfast was hot and good. My kids over slept one day, got to breakfast maybe 20 mins late and were allowed to eat even though breakfast ended at 9. My son loved his stay to much he had to hug the hotel when we left (hes 5). I would suggest this hotel to someone and stay here again.

Excellent, friendly front desk staff. Very clean pet friendly rooms with nice grassy area for walking. Excellent hot breakfast with great variety. Clean pool and nice hot tub. Overall a great value considering all the amenities.

Stayed 2 nights here on our family Ark Encounter vacation. We booked a room with a "sleeper sofa", actually was a trundle loveseat....not too comfy for an adult. GREAT breakfast and friendly staff. Popcorn and cookies in the lobby at evening time was a little treat after a fun day out. Recommend this hotel!

This stay checked all the boxes! Comfortable room; positive check-in experience; helpful staff (recommendation to nearby restaurant for an excellent dinner); good breakfast. We didn't make personal use of a what appeared to be a very nice pool and exercise facility but both looked very inviting. All at a reasonable price; can't ask for more than that. Thanks!!

For the money spent it was a great value! Very friendly staff! Breakfast was great! Didn't get to use the pool. Was in an area where restaurants were plentiful and I could relax. Would definitely stay here again if I was traveling through again!

My friends and I arrived late and without a reservation. We stopped and asked a very nice gentleman Aaron ,working the front desk if he had a open double bed room. He was very professional and very nice. He took excellent care of us! The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. And the fabulous breakfast was a huge hit! It was delicious! After a full day of driving , it was great to spend the night at this hotel. We were greeted in a very friendly way by the front desk. Stacey made our check-in experience very enjoyable experience. Right from check-in to check-out we have no complaints. We found the hotel to be very clean and quiet. Would recommend this BW to all.

The room was very comfortable. The staff on all shifts were great, friendly, professional and respectful. The breakfast was great, especially the waffles and fruit. The cookies and popcorn every evening was a great treat. It is in a very good location, close to Wal-Mart and lots of reaturants. Will stay there again whenever in the area.

We were driving in a driving rain and needed to stop for the night, but needed a dog friendly hotel. This was a great hotel! It was clean, had a good breakfast, friendly staff (Stacy and Aaron were very nice people), with a great location close to the I-75! The per fee was a reasonable $20/pet/night. The location has lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby. There is a Cracker Barrel that is open until 11pm if you arrive late and a Starbucks that opens at 430am if you need to leave early. This was our first stay here ... but it won't be our last!

I stayed in Room 119, a King, with kitchenette, because I usually choose a Marriott Residence when the weather forecast is bad, but this BW Plus offered the extra kitchen, and was in the right location for my travels. The photos on the website show a fuller kitchen than I got, but I was pleased to have a cooktop. It's definitely worth making a note of the phone number, and calling ahead if you think you'll get as far as Georgetown, Management is friendly, and if they have the room you want, they will hold it. $75 was advertised on the internet, the room with the kitchen would probably have ended up costing around $120 with surcharge and taxes but I had a loyalty discount and a $25 BW coupon, so the value was good. Management kindly provided two plates, some cutlery, and a couple of saucepans, so all was good. Apparently, most travelers who want more than a microwave and a fridge travel with their own pans. That's good to know. There was also a microwave, and a fridge with small freezer compartment. I should have liked a full fridge, like Marriott Residence has, but this was better than a usual Best Western. The room's ceilings were remarkably high, giving a spacious feel. The decor reminded me a lot of a Marriott. I was tempted to stay a second day to miss the next day's foul weather. The deciding issue was that the rooms, although spacious, clean, and well appointed, were not well sound proofed. The designer could have taken 12" easily out of the ceiling and added sound insulation. Elevator noise in 119 was very bad. On the other hand, there was a very good business center area with computers and a printer for guest use. The fitness center had newer equipment. The free wifi worked, but like most BW's the password was minimally secure. The breakfast was better than I expected. The scrambled eggs were really good, Apparently, the oatmeal was disgusting. Finding this Best Western was a matter of luck. It wasn't well signposted, but was at the very end of the first turning right past the gas station straight off the !-75 southbound, at the end of a street packed with other chain hotels.

This is the only place I stay in Georgetown. Upon arrival the front desk greeted me as if I am one of the family. She welcomed me back and explained all policies. I was off to my room quickly. My room was very neat and clean as expected. The only disappointment was a bathtub that had some of the outer layers peeled away. While highly unattractive it was not dirty by any means. Every time I exited or entered the building I was greeted with a huge smile and wishes for a wonderful time. Check out was just as expedient as check in. I will be back very soon!

We stayed here when my husbands uncle passed away. The people were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. Parking was readily available and the complmentary breakfast offered was very good. Staff dis a great Job.

Everyone was so pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was good. Things were the right temperature. The room was nice. My children and grandchildren enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back to stay.

The room is just as good as a Marriot or Hilton, the service, value, and breakfast is better! I have a better experience in this hotel than most of the others I have stayed in. Clean, friendly helpful staff and breakfast is way above the normal continental.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very nice. The convenience shop in the lobby was fully stocked. Several options nearby for dinner. I will certainly be a return guest.

beautiful room very nice breakfast even the soaps and shampoo are high quality. the bed is incredibly comfortable. You really helped me to unwind and decompress.I really enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool.And every morning a workout in their fitness center. On top of all of that the owners themselves are very kind nice friendly people.

We choose this Best Western Plus every time we travel north or south on I-75. The reason is that this location has GREAT STAFF, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, VERY CLEAN ROOMS every time. Consistency is hard to achieve. This location does it on a regular basis. We are welcomed as house guests not hotel guests.

My husband and I are very picky about hotels, this one was very very clean. My company had booked rooms in the past at other hotels and I wasn't pleased at all. The front desk clerks were very warm and welcoming. Lobby was beautiful and clean as well. The room was really nice and clean. King bed, leather couch with foot stools, large bench as well. Also has a nice desk area. The pool is very clean along with the hot tub area. This place is right off the highway with lots of choices for food. Walmart is a stone throw away. Also the they have a really nice and fresh breakfast. The breakfast lady was really sweet as well. Would highly recommend this place. For the price it exceeds my expectations. If I were judging on the price alone, I wouldn't have expected it to be so nice and clean.

The location, close to I-75, and the staff always make it a pleasure to stay here. All types of food and gas stations make it easy for highway travellers. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional.

As usual we can always depend on Best Western when driving down to Florida from Ontario. Clean accommodations, great service and perfect location right off the I75. Breakfast was satisfactory. Being able to check in on line at this property was very helpful.

The rate was very good. Extremely warm reception from the front desk staff Very fast check in. Room was very comfortable and clean. Heard no noise during the night. The breakfast was overwhelming. Everything was good.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the BW on Darby Drive. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Nice staff. Pool was being used. Cookies & popcorn available in the evening. We used the hotel coupon to receive a best rate. Walked to the Cattleman's Roadhouse for a steak dinner. Yes, we will stay here again.

Our family stopped at this location 01/04/2019 and we're quickly allocated 2 rooms. Tired and sore from a long day of driving, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and then relaxed in our first floor room. The room itself had a king bed, pull out sofa, kitchenette with hot plate, mini fridge and micro. Very well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous with omelettes, bacon, waffles and many other options.

Hotel pool and whirlpool was very nice. Everything was clean. We had a problem with the TV that would require maint. Stacey graciously moved us to the room next door very quickly with no issues. Breakfast was wonderful. I was very impressed to see Udi Gluten free muffins available. I'm not gluten intolerant myself but have family and friends that are. Great room and location for the cost.
