Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites

We had a lovely stay for one night when the power went out in our neighborhood. The breakfast offered was delicious, and we really enjoyed the waffles! Shelby, Diana, and Drea made us feel so welcome and taken care of. They should be commended for their wonderful service.

The hotel is fine, a little in need of updates. A guest's Cadillac Escalade alarm went off 4 times in the middle of the night - 2am, 230am, 330am and 430am. I left at 5am because I couldn't get back to sleep. Front desk seemed surprised. I don't understand how they could not have heard it. They could have looked up which room the car belonged to and ask the guest to take care of it. Staff apologized but didn't ask for any details. Seemed a little indifferent. I know I'm not the only person who was woken up by it.

I really enjoy this Best Western I've been to some others that don't have near the service. I'm here about twice a month and dig a woman who runs the kitchen Diana is especially excellent. One day she noticed I frowned at the yogurt she asked me why I told her I can't have dairy now she stocks non-dairy yogurt I mean how cool is that

I travel a lot on business. I need a comfortable bed, a clean room with curtains that close all the way, lots of hot water for my shower, a decent breakfast and good coffee! If only I could get the "no kids" floor! LOL But they have a really nice pool too. You can't beat it for price and convenience.

the room was nice and clean and new looking. the beds were comfy and the room a decent size. bathroom also was good, lots of water pressure the only downside was the noisy of the interstate. it was just too noisy for us and for this reason we would not come back

Kenesha was so helpful and professional. We had problems with our booking but she worked it all out for us. Yall need to hire more people like her. Her customer service is the best I've ever experienced at a hotel or anywhere for that matter. Kenesha deserves a raise and a promotion.

Had an amazing stay! Breakfast was the main highlight of our stay with a multitude of different breakfast items that was altered daily to provide a variety of different foods. A huge shout out to Diana who was always there to great us with a smile and great conversation all while making sure the breakfast items were restocked as needed! Rooms were clean, pool area was clean and while the whirlpool heater was not operating correctly it was still a respectable 95.. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful! 3rd shift Cassondra went overboard to help with our parking concerns when we checked in near midnight and someone parked in the last available spot that happened to be handicap accessible (they were not disabled themselves). In the morning Karen provided a wonderful breakfast experience and was an efficient worker! She seemed very happy to be doing her job and helping with our requests. Even when we asked for a refill on the strawberries within 10 mins of breakfast hours ending, she happily refilled them for us! Drea the first shift front desk employee was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and approved a later checkout for us which we greatly needed. Antonio from the housekeeping staff was a bright star in our stay, he was friendly, engaging and seemed very efficient in the tasks he needed to do to keep the lobby clean and safe, ( he even smiled at us when we tracked on his clean floor twice *wince*) he could have taught me some mop skills! That said, I do have a complaint. The jacuzzi the hotel offered online was the sole reason we chose the hotel to stay at and when we got there it was not available to us. We stayed Saturday night and Sunday the policy was the pool and the jacuzzi were closed but it was NOT listed on the website. This was very upsetting since we payed extra to have a hotel with a jacuzzi! So be warned if you want to stay there and use a jacuzzi, call first and make sure it's open to you. This review is four stars but it would have been FIVE stars if the jacuzzi had been accessible.

Very clean and quiet. Lucia was an excellent front desk clerk, efficient well groomed, and friendly - as well as helpful! Without question, I would gladly stay again if and when I return to Flint. The noise level was very low. The breakfast was outstanding- the coffee was excellent!

The hotel is convenient to airport with shuttle service. The hotel is VERY CLEAN, and the rooms are very comfortable. Beds were comfortable...again, very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming both at check in and check out. Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast attendant, Diana, was absolutely wonderful. She works alone, sets up the breakfast (hot & cold items), and then checks with guests at each table to see how they are doing and if they need anything....always smiling and cheerful, makes you feel like you are a guest in her home. Hotel is within walking distance to other businesses if you don't have a car. Grounds are well kept, and location is safe and quiet. This hotel gets 5 stars from me. Very nice. I love it here.

Domi and team went absolutely above and beyond for me. Someone had parked their gas powered car in the one and only EV spot this hotel provides, but Domi made sure I could park in an adjacent spot, charge my vehicle overnight, without any issues. I woke the next day to my vehicle safe and sound at 100% charge. Would highly recommend for the friendly, helpful staff alone.

From the time I arrived at the hotel until the time I left the staff was extremely friendly and inviting. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my stay. Also the coffee/expresso machine is always available which is nice. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Matt was super helpful with resolving my EV charging situation. Visit again. Recommend. Plan to stay again on my way back. My daughter liked the spa. Helped me relax my back.

Told by an employee they always close the pool because they don't want to pick up after kids. We complained and it was magically fixed. Pretty bad when employees are told to lie. The rooms smelled of smoke and must.

First, the staff was very helpful, and friendly! I would rate them a 10 for sure! But the hotel it self must be very old, or has not been kept up. There is "grunge" in the corners where the walls meet the floor, the carpet is so old and is such a dark color that it feels "sticky" when you walk on it, there was hair on the toilet and in the shower, and the water controller and faucet in the shower are so corroded and dirty that you can pull them away from the wall with one finger. The shower worked good enough, but just didn't feel clean.

Can't say enough good things about this establishment. I'm a professional photographer (so I'm BIG into esthetics for one) and I travel full time so I stay in a lot of airbnbs and hotels. I was in a King Suite w a fireplace and whirlpool jet tub in the room (plus a regular shower tub in the restroom.) Clean, up to date, beautiful room! The lobby is huge, modern and sleek. EVERY employee I dealt with from night time check in to the maid service was BEYOND friendly and helpful!! I give everything 5 stars and if am ever in the area again this will be my go to! Being from California and suddenly having to cut short my trip 3 weeks weeks early, I found my self staying here from Sept 6th to Sept. 8th. Upon arrival all employees were cordial and helpful. The front desk employee BLAKE went above and beyond with her helpfulness, patience and consistent assistance with any and all of my annoying questions at ALL hours of the day/night. Most notable help from BLAKE was spending 1/2 hour+ activating a cell phone I had to purchase and had no clue how to do on my own. She didn't even have to. BLAKE is a fine employee who deserves all the accolades and more. Great room, clean and attractive room as well. Thanks for making my trip better BLAKE.

I stayed in BW many time and was very satisfied, this one just was dated. The dresser looked like it was nulled by a dog. The iron didn't work, but was exchanged for a newer on. Towels were very limited and counted for.This is the first BW i was dissatisfied with, so no Plus for me. The staff was very accomodating.

There rooms were dirty with stains everywhere. They supposedly didn't have any clean towels at 3 pm but other staff members were loading towels in other rooms. Hotel staff were the rudest people I've ever meet.

Our stay at this location was kinda sketchy when we first arrived. We booked a king suite with a kitchenette. When we first arrived the room wasn't cleaned the best, food behind end tables, mattress in the couch needed replacing, torn, stained, not very comfortable. The kitchenette had no pots or pans, dining ware, cups, nothing. I had driven 13 1/2 hours and just wanted to get in bed and rest. I brought the issues to Selima and she asked if we wanted a new room. I told her no I just wanted to rest. The next morning I went to the desk and was greeted by Matt the manager. I explained we needed the supplies for our kitchenette. A housekeeper brought up a plastic bucket with 3 pans, 2 glasses( 1 broken glass) and 1 fork 1 butter knife and a spoon. I returned the bucket with the broken glass and all that was in it. The pans I put in the cabinets. Which we never used. We went to breakfast where we were greeted by the Breakfast police Diane!!! She was absolutely REDICULOUS our whole stay. Every morning we had to deal with her and honestly I got extremely upset and yelled at her by the 8th day. On the days Diane wasn't there another woman named Karen was there, she was wonderful, let us get our food, wasn't underneath us where ever we went and we enjoyed her! Dominique and Selima was very accommodating and wonderful with us. Overall had the breakfast police not been my morning wakeup interaction, I would have given this hotel a 4 star rating. In my opinion this hotel needs maintenance upgrades, as well as better housekeepers. As all I heard while they were cleaning other rooms on our floor, is them complaining about not having enough house keepers on busy days. But the housekeepers need to do a more thorough cleaning. I will add pictures of our room.

Beds were very hard and so uncomfortable. Pillows were awful. Shower head was horrible and the flow was slow. It was an awful stay and made for a very long day, as we were in Flint for medical testing.

For starters we didn't need to key into our room upon arrival as the door didn't fully close without force so it was already open. The drawers were filthy and the sheets on the windows were tattered. They painted recently (?) and there was paint on the tile floors and trim. Limited lighting as well. The breakfast had variety but you had to get there first thing or you'd have to wait a lengthy period for items to be refilled.

I coordinated a large group which stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Our hospitality room was nicely appointed and comfortable for our group use. The lounge and breakfast nook were clean and available for our use throughout the day and evening as well. My group participants shared no concerns or issues with their accommodations. Everyone was happy.

This location offers a decent, clean room in a good location for a very reasonable price. The breakfast is good (could use a bit more variety), the staff is helpful and friendly. I've stayed here many times and would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent room while traveling.

Desk clerk Denisha took care of our check-in this trip. We have been coming from Ohio for more than 14 months for visits with my sick nephew. From the very 1st visit to your hotel, Denisha has went above and beyond to show she cares about our family's crisis, but also about our comfort while there. She offered hug and prayer as well -which tells me her guests are not just another face there. The hotel staff may not all be visible to every guest, but the results of their efforts are visible in the common areas inside and out, as well as in the guest room. It's those little details that show a guest that they are important enough to give us an extra clean and comfortable stay with no detail overlooked if possible. The maintenance and cleanliness helps to make the guest feel comfortable. The beds and rooms are very comfortable for a great night's rest. I appreciate all the efforts of all the staff on every stay.

The crew is down to earth, helpful, and make you feel at home. This hotel is very clean, smells amazing as soon as you walk in the doors, and the staff is respectful and greets you as soon as you walk into the door. I highly recommend this Best Western in Grand Blanc on Hill Rd!!

Nice hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful at check-in. Rooms have some minor things that could be fixed but all in all, gods place to stay. I left my car there for a week for no charge! They had shuttle service to FNT which is great.

Want to start with how great our check in was, we had came a day early and between kids and driving I didn't have time to call but my daughter had booked a room knowing we would be there for a week with their Dad, after such a long drive we arrived and was Greeted By Christine with the most upbeat positive attitude, and she greeted me by name which I did not expect at all, she was quick and got me to my room in no time knowing I drove for 12 1/2 hours to beat a storm. Hands down best check in of all times! I'm a timeshare member and not even our regular hotel greets us by name. Kristine hearing we were bringing Christmas to My husband since he's on contract work and couldn't come home even offered for us to use the lobby Christmas tree on Christmas for the kids. Just melted my heart! Wish I would have gotten a picture of how beautiful their lobby set up was. A week stay we had car troubles and had to stay a week longer, my daughter became sick and as I was telling Dréa about it, she asked if there was anything we needed and even offered extra bags, again greeted with a smile upon arrival, another hands down great experience. Between Laundry and other things needed, Matt was on top of helping us with getting change, any needs we needed, very prompt and on top of things! Then to Dom and her amazing breakfasts every morning, which I have to say it's nice to stay somewhere and they put such great effort to taking care of their stay overs tummies! She has such great attitude and even when she saw me in the parking lot, she would roll down her window and say Hello. She such a sweetheart! Miss Kinya with housekeeping let me tell you that lady was on top of it, anything needed she was on it. I really enjoyed my stay and with these individuals it made my stay feel like home…. No a hotel is not a home, but they made the stay even better just being who they are! We will be back again, and I hope by chance they should read this and know Kasey from Washington that lives in the U.P. Made it home safe and sound and we already miss our home away from home! And from the top of our hearts thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

We had a maintenance issue in our room, Deniesha was great! She was able to work some magic and move us to a room with a functioning toilet! If I had to make a wild guess I would say the ladies who work up front are what keeps this place full and operating. The gal who runs the breakfast bar does a killer job and is very sweet! Out of the 3 rooms we saw during our stay they were all the same in terms of appearance, cleanliness and upkeep on maintenance. The rooms did have clean beds and towels, the rest was probably due to lack of staffing and attention to detail….. if you have OCD this probably wouldn't be a good option for you!

If you're looking for a non-frills and inexpensive stay in Fling, this is the hotel for you. In addition to a pool, the hotel offers a fitness room and a good breakfast with several choices. Friendly staff will quickly respond to your requests. Free parking in a well-lighted parking lot. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Try Blondie's or Scooter's just down the street!

We are still here and it has been a poor experience so far. First impression- the room smells strange- just not a nice smell. Then the smoke alarm went off last night at 3 am when it is -5 degrees outside! Thankfully my two young ones slept through it. But my husband couldn't go back to sleep and now is ‘grumpy'. Next breakfast is NOT ready-even at 7am. When I do get down there my four yr old does not have socks on. The lady says she needs socks so I put her on a chair so she is not on the floor. The staff lady says “Did you HEAR me??” Yes I heard you but her dad is trying to get rest and I have her off the floor. Still not good enough so I take my kids back to the room. Stay somewhere else if you want to feel welcomed, like a paying guest, and not woken up at 3am.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice with a different selection each morning and had 2 Belgian waffle makers available which was fun and they tasted great. Good value. We had to check in very late due to bad weather so we stopped and called to let them know and were pleasantly surprise that there was no hassle or problem with it. Just told us to drive safe.

Clean, convenient location but older hotel with staff not over friendly. Breakfast good. Coffee good. Shower good! Vending very good. Parking good. Mattress very good. Adjoining room could hear too well and were not with me.

Hotel was a good value. It had been updated and was mostly clean. For the price it was a good stay. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was our room was on the side by the highway and the road noise could easily be heard in the room all day and night long. Outside the landscaping had tall weeds and needed some serious attention.

We've stayed at this location several times this year (2022) and have come away more than satisfied on every stay....even when it's necessary to have any restrictions for the pandemic too because they handle that situation intelligently and do it all well. The facility, inside and outside is always well maintained and very clean and comfortable. It's up-to-date, and beautifully decorated in modern decor that is pleasing to the eye and comfortable. We get the King room with the couch, which has 2 large tv's, a king bed, fridge, microwave, and anything else you'd normally need on a stay. The staff are all professional, efficient, and friendly on each stay also. The area where it is located is conveniently located at the Rt 23, Hill Road Exit with several businesses nearby. There's even an Arby's Roast Beef and a McDonald's within walking distance of the hotel. There's gas stations, a Tim Horton's, a Meijer's store, and several smaller businesses within this area. The hotel offers a continental breakfast with your room rate. There's a fitness center and a swimming pool within the hotel as well. I would recommend this hotel for this area. And I don't give out my praises easily! They are well-earned.

Two bath towels- Short on towels - no hand towels or wash cloths in room. I got by as I was only one person. Breakfast had sign “short on employees - continental breakfast only “ good of been better- I am not that picky- didn't leave hungry. If you are not a big breakfast person, it was a good deal for quick trip.

Nice bed, decent shower. Brown smear on the bathroom wall next to the toilet paper dispenser - so disgusting. Don't expect the full breakfast until way after 6 am. Maybe try 7 or 8. Wifi was spotty. Tiny bathroom with no room to put your stuff. Would not recommend.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to vacation in Canada. There happened to be a wedding party staying that night, and there was one room left. The person who checked us in was super friendly and helpful, and she helped us find available discounts. The room was clean, beautiful, and quiet. After we arrived in Canada, my wife discovered she had left her prescription glasses at the hotel. I called as soon as she realized this, and the person I spoke to had the glasses and kept them safely for us until our return trip. Every single staff person we interacted with was fantastic.

Nice room, no problem getting extra towels. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. D Janae in the breakfast room was an absolute pleasure to experience, very polite, friendly, helpful and she did a great job keeping the breakfast bar and coffee well supplied. Very convenient location for travel to Bishop Airport.

I absolutely love this location. It has been about 15 years since I returned to Flint. From my family and friend's conversations, this location was named the best of them all. And from the phone call to reserve the room to the end of our stay, this location did not disappoint! This Hill Road Best Western held an exemplary standard which I don't believe compares to any other hotel that I resided in the past 20 years of traveling. Let me explain: **First and foremost: There was an emergent situation that happened. A child was lost in the lobby! Uber scary for anyone. While in the lobby early one morning getting coffee, there was a little kid that was lost. I will tell you. Ms. Kenya who saw the little boy without hesitation responded faster than anyone I know can. She secured the little boy ensuring he was safe and didn't roam outside. She asked in the lobby if anyone knew the little boy. And when no one knew the little guy, Kenya and Deniesha knocked quickly came up with a response and had the housekeeping staff knock on every door keeping the upmost respect for the residents but mostly for the safekeeping of the child. They even called the police to come out and assist with the location of the parents/responsible parties for the child. I overhead Ms. Deniesha say she was going to call Mr. Sam and those two both identified by looking at the cameras whom the child belonged to. You would have thought this was a motion picture movie with their investigative and concerned skill set. The parents were found and the kid once speaking with the local authorities were released back to them. Not only is this a safe location. The local police were extremely understanding and gave the little boy a toy car and ensured he and the parents were well. Additional Reasons for this review. a. Property Owner – while me and my boys were exploring the location, a gentleman in the lobby living room, greeted me and my boys and even “hi-fived” them. He welcomed us to Flint and asked if there were any problems with our travels (from our conversation). Come to find out, he was the property owner and Sam took the time to pause his conversation with whomever it was to see about us. That meant a lot to me and the boys. b. Front Desk Manager and Staff – prior to our arrival I called to inquire about different rates because part of stay was to bury my father. Ms. Deniesha, at the front desk who helped us with our reservation, apologetically listened to our situation and reserved our room with a note to speak with Ms. Jeanette Anderson (her supervisor) the next day. Ms. Deniesha was kind and understanding to the issue at hand. The next day in speaking with Ms. Anderson, she helped us in a great way by providing us a strategically located room and with the best response to the rate. That mattered so much to us from these two ladies. c. Housekeeping – When we arrived in our room. Immediately, we saw that attention and care was given to the cleanliness of it. My wife just so happened to spot a small problem the bathroom. And right before I can walk to the front desk to ask for help, Shuronda (discovered to be the head of housekeeping) was right there in the hallway and asked if everything was alright with the room. I asked her to look at the issue and within seconds two housekeepers where there to remedy the issue. That was fast and they even made the boys laugh while talking with them. Both Shuronda and Kenya were very professional and personal with the family. Made us feel welcomed and not a burden at all. d. Room Assistance – I always read those notes left in the bathrooms. If there is something needed to better our stay just ask the front desk. Wow, that promise was kept. Everytime we needed extra towels or soap or anything the front desk and all the staff was quick to respond. At the front desk, Matt, Fadi, Christine, Domi, Shelby, Amanda, Andy, Issa, Lucia, and Cassondra did not only meet our expectations but exceeded them. e. Location is spot-on – Directly across the street from a Meijer's and conveniently connected to two great fast-food chains and a great coffee spot. And to say the least, none of those were needed for breakfast and the need for the coffee. The breakfast was awesome. Some love was put into it by an energetic and passionate Ms. Neffe. She conversated with every resident and ensured everyone was satisfied. That level of attention to detail is top-shelf.

The rooms smelled like mildew, there was a sign stating to make our own beds. I thought housekeeping was responsible for stripping the beds and washing all linens. Breakfast was horrible. No proteins offered. My family and I brought cleaning products and cleaned our rooms. Thank goodness we were only there for one night.

For the price, I'd stay somewhere else next time. Friendly staff, but based on reviews I thought our stay would be very different. Breakfast was missing items- no hot items, no spoons, short supply of available items- a let down when trying to get kids fed before a morning event. The hot tub was out of order, which isn't a problem, but the pool also looked cloudy and a mask was floating on the surface when we went in (deterrent for my kids). Towels and linens were limited and the hotel was generally untidy- litter on stairs, uncollected garbage in hallways (housekeeping was upon request only). I can appreciate that staff shortages are making operations difficult, but guests should be credited a portion of their room rate upon arrival if the hotel can't meet the advertised inclusions.

The woman at the front running the breakfast was amazing!!!! It was an extremely busy morning with lots of kids, and she managed to keep them in waffles. She was so friendly and made our stay feel homey.

This hotel did not live up to it's PLUS-caliber name. The front desk attendant, Christine, was curt and rude to me and another guest, there were no sheets or pillows for the fold-out couch (and the mattress was stained and worn), which necessitated me making two extra trips and making the bed myself (they said they don't do that). Additionally, the pool is not open on Sundays even though there's no mention of that anywhere when booking, and the front desk did not seem to care that people across the hall were screaming all night. While the building itself is very nice, the AC unit in the room clanked and roared like a Mack truck, and the pillows were the size more common for an infant.

Great staff, clean, decent price point. Highly recommend 6/5 stars. They will take care of you here as if it is your own home. I can't say enough about the place. The gym could use some more equipment, otherwise A+

We recently stayed for a high school open house in the area. The hotel itself is good however the hallways and stairways could use a deep cleaning or carpet replacement. The room was very large (King suite with pullout). We were on the highway side so it was a bit noisy but we turned on the AC and it didn't bother us in the night. We had to ask for the bedding for the pullout when we didn't find it in the closets as I'm used to. Breakfast was fine....typical cold food for the two days we were there although there appears to be an option for hot breakfast (at least waffles) although they didn't have any due to supply chain issues while we were there. Loved that they had Nutella for the bagels though! Parking was sparse but to be fair we came back to the hotel late both nights we were there. The pool area is nice and was clean with good water temp and a nice hot tub. Front desk was very friendly.

My sister and I stayed one night to be close to an event was had planned on Saturday. I thought we could enjoy the hottub and pool which was a huge mistake. The hottub had yellow foam floating in it and was luke warm. I told the maintenance man and he took a skimmer and removed the foam only for it to return. He clearly did not know how to take care of a hottub. My sister and I then went into the pool only for our eyes to start burning. We left. The air conditioner in the room did not work properly and keep the room cool. The bathtub faucet was loose and almost came out of the wall. There was also what looked like black mold growing around the faucet. The carpet was dirty as well and had to wash our feet off after walking on it. This place was disgusting.

Booked a room by mistake using a third party company - Reservations.com (which I would NOT recommend to anyone!) Densha C was extremely helpful sorting out my mistake. She was professional, courteous and went above / beyond with help. It is hotel staff that make staying at BW pleasant!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean. Prepared a grab and go bag for breakfast, yogurt fruit, juice and muffin since had to leave at 4 am. Enjoyed the short stay. Convent and easy access to airport.

My daughter and I decided to take a break from the heat… we rented a room for a one day stay…from the time we arrived until we checked out…The staff made us feel very welcome…they were extremely helpful…. If I could I would have stayed a few more days!

Everything was excellent from check in, our room, to our shuttle driver Drea. We highly recommend this hotel. In addition, this is one of the few stay and park hotels near the airport because of Covid. We will not hesitate to stay here when traveling out of Flint Bishop.

The room was nice, only because we received the only room with a hot tub, but there are not enough pillows to sleep comfortably and way too much noise in the hallway. The pillows at Best Western are super small and lumpy bad.

I really don't like to review a hotel/motel without speaking with someone in management first, but was not able to speak with anyone today so I'll just go for it. We've stayed at this Best Western a few years ago (can't remember how long ago it was) but it was exceptional. Good price, great employees, clean rooms, nice pool, good little breakfast bar...it was what a nice hotel should be like. We needed a place for one night on Sunday the 5th of June and because we stayed here before, let's do that again. So...I'll go first with the good, in no particular order. Great location Great, friendly, polite front desk employees and other employees we did speak with Excellent shower. Breakfast bar was typical, but good. Check in/Check out was great. Room was quiet So, now the negative: The only two chairs in our room were filthy...stained filthy. Would not even consider sitting in them. Phone didn't work. We could call wherever or front desk and hear them, they couldn't hear us. Maintenance will look at it, we were told. Temp in the room. All of the outside noisy AC/Heat units were disconnected and dirty, and there was no a thermostat on the wall. It light up nicely, showed the room temp (too warm for us), so we adjusted it down from 71 to 65 to cool off. It took awhile but after the time frame of say 7pm Sunday to 9am Monday, it did cool down to 70....whooopeee. Maintenance will look at it we were told. Carpet was very dirty. Hallways and room smelled like someone smoked in the hallways and room. Pool and exercise room were closed on a Sunday...don't remember the reason given but they were closed and would re-open on Monday. Another reason we booked this location was we thought we'd have some quality time to relax in the pool. Yes, the pandemic stuff is still going on all over and businesses everywhere cannot find enough help. I will contribute PART of these issues because of that. But you can't replace filthy stained chairs with something else? Can't make sure the phone is clean and works, or the AC? To us, that's bigger issues than just being short of help. Would we stay there again...I really don't think so and I will admit that unless you want to pay couple hundred dollars for just a place to sleep, you won't find much in Michigan that is of decent quality. And yes, even one of the places we reviewed a while back at $229 for the night is another place we wouldn't stay in again....filthy. If something is good...I'll say it. And if something isn't, I will say that also.

We had an amazing time there, the rooms where always cleaned, the help always responded fast every time. Thanks to Deniesha, we had a smooth stay in our room. We really appreciate what she did for us. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The deskclerks were knowledgable and super kind. The room was clean and everything was nice. We were there because of coming from out of town for a Memorial service. I would highly reccommend this hotel.

If you need a place to stay near the Flint airport find somewhere else. The hotel smelled like damp carpets and the halls were loud. There was a fight in the parking lot outside of our window. It was smelly in the bathrooms. Just unpleasant overall.

This hotel could easily be a 3 or 3.5 star hotel with some updates and more amenities The staff is always friendly and check in is usually fast. I love the way the handle issues and It is my favorite place to stay when i need to an over night place. The location is EXCELLENT. Plenty of places to eat and shop neraby, and the airport is close too

The hotel is great for the price and the customer service is very good, dealiesha at the front desk help me fix and issue with my reservation and she had a great attitude as well.. Will go back again.

Hotel is well equipped and the staff provided good service. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There location is just off the highway so it is easy to get on and off. I think you get good value for your dollar.

Our College Hockey tournament was held in Flint and this hotel was one of our recommended for the teams. Jeanette Anderson, DIrector of Sales, was fantastic to work with - prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about what our teams needed. All the group commented that their stays were superb - clean rooms, good beds, and yummy breakfasts. Will definitely be back next year!

No pool open did not get the room we booked and breakfast was from a gas station. Parties going on and people running in and down the halls all night long. Paid for a hot tub room did not get a hot tub room.

Booked a room with a fireplace, not given. Breakfast was very disappointing! 2 bowls of cereal (prepackaged) and a few muffins.Components available to offer a hot breakfast and not notified of no hot breakfast.

My only disappointment was the pool was closed until further notice. I had a hard long day and could have really used a dip in the pool. They did serve a hot breakfast with friendly staff available. There are no big name restaurants, (bar and grill type) in the area. I used Door Dash for the first time and was pleased with the results.

The hotel and room were clean and following COVID 19 precautions. Diane, in charge of breakfast, made sure items were individually wrapped and was taking Covid precautions seriously. And she makes a great cup of coffee!

Hotel was clean and the front desk agent Deniesha was very nice and helpful. Great location. Everything was close to the hotel they have shuttle service. Breakfast in the morning. The pool wasn't open but that was ok. The staff is great especially Deniesha.

I really enjoyed staying at The Best Western. It was a clean room, comfortable bed, TV entertaining, toilet paper could be softer :) but anywho, overall a great experience. And while checking out the Courtesy Desk Attendant DeNiesha was very nice, attentive, prompt, respectful, and courteous:) I see why Best Western won the Award for Best Hotel. Thank you Best Western. We will return!!!

From the moment I called the front desk Deniesha was very nice and it's not common anymore to be greeted with such great customer service! While waiting on a home inspection after an electrical problem at our home my boyfriend and our child have been forced to stay at hotels for the past two weeks. I can tell you we have not been as graciously greeted by another person as we have here at Best Western Plus. Not to mention how clean and welcoming the hotel itself is!! We definitely will go out of our way to come back in the future!!

I love the location of the hotel. it is close to highways and paces to shop and eat. The rooms are spacious and they have microwaves and refrigerators in the room. the decor is average but ok. I did hope for the pool to be open

I caught myself having trouble but an astonishing young woman by the name of Deniesha was the biggest help. If there were any confusion she managed to get it done. All in all it was a great stay highly recommend.

Great location to Flint and surrounding areas including access to many restaurants and the Genesse Mall. Easy to hop on or off I-70 and quickly access I-69 and US 23, Reasonably priced and very clean. Have stayed in many hotels within a 5 mile radius over the past few years, and this one is the best.

During a cross country trip to visit family for Thanksgiving, we found ourselves too tired to continue. After reading a few reviews and Taking a quick drive through the parking lot, we booked a room online. The staff was courteous, kind and professional. (Especially Dianne in the breakfast area!) The rooms were clean and they have all the proper covid precautions in place as well, which helped us sleep easier. It wasn't a planned stop, but given the chance, we would stop again.

I highly recommend this hotel. I wish the pool was open but it still was nice. The staff was very friendly. The room and hotel were very clean. It wasn't far from Bronner's or Frankenmuth. Great value.

Dirty, decrepit. Dingy. The carpet leading to the entry way to reception, the lounge and room are absolutely filthy. The room spelled funky, the caulking on the bathroom tub is moldy, while the door railing and ceiling were rusting. Toilet barely flushed. Phone doesn't work. Walls are dirty with stains and dinged up. AC only half works, probably because it's clogged up with dust and dirt. Can't recommend this hotel in good conscience, and will probably never stay at another best western again. Beyond disappointment and wish I can go back in time and book elsewhere.

Dealiesha was amazing, truly best customer service I've received in a minute. Experienced an issue at check in but Dealiesha was quick to find a solution. Room was clean. The pool area was closed during the trip so that was a downside, but would stay again! Give Dealiesha a raise though, totally deserves it!

Restaurants you can walk to and a mall across the street. Front desk service is top notch. Rooms somewhat small but super clean and quiet. Beds like sleeping on a cloud. And, wow, all those pillows. Limited breakfast due to covid, but still adequate to get the day started. Would rate 5 if pandemic was over and all amenities were restored. Good value. I asked for a lower nightly rate and got it.

This particular location does more than provide clean and safe accommodations for its guests overnight. The staff members, DeNiesha in particular, are consistently attentive to the individual needs of the guests. She and other staff members are not only very professional, but approachable . It does not appear to be an easy industry to work in yet, she and others at this location pull it off seamlessly. Deneisha, front desk associate was very kind, helpful and friendly. I was greeted with a smile during my entrance. She was very polite and asked if I needed anything to not hesitate to let her know. My room was neat and clean along with all of the accommodations. Because of this experience I will most definitely be visiting here again.

I booked a room here because one of my sons had an event to go to in the area. My second son and I had made plans to swim and have dinner. However upon arrival I asked what the hours are for the pool. I was told the pool was shut down. This was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. We get in our room by the way I'm handicapped and had let them know this. I'm only 5'2. The beds way to tall. I could not get on them because of how tall they were. My son is 6'3 and could not believe how tall the beds are. Then in the bathroom the toilet is so low to the ground if handicapped just forget it. Between the beds and the toilet and no pool we checked out after my first sons event was over. I let them know before we went that I was handicapped these are horrible if you have any handicap stay home. They also said because of covid they had extra cleaning to keep everything safe. Well my son had hair from someone else on his pillow. He was grossed out. Save your money.

The carpet was filthy throughout and the marijuana smoke odor was very strong. There was a lot of traffic at night maybe some customers are dealing drugs out of the hotel. Trash was left in the hallway for a long period of time. i definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Routine check in/out on time. Friendly setting. Easy access to laundry and parking. Courteous staff. Close access to local shopping center and airport. Would recommend family members or friends. Will reserve again in the future.

we arrived tired from driving and have stayed at this hotel several times before. room we were assigned stunk of cigar smoke, we were assigned another room (not with kitchenette as what I reserved). 30 minutes after checking in, was called by front desk saying the room I was given had been overbooked and "would I move another room" even smaller that I'd reserved. housekeeping was only offered if you told the front deck, no problem here, the cleaning crew never came and clean towels had to be picked up at the front desk, we asked to have them delivered and were told again in a louder voice, "if you want clean towels," YOU MUST PICK THEM UP AT THE DESK!!" When I arrived at the desk, the employee was in the office, no lights on, playing on her phone.

The floors of the Whirlpool Suite were dirty (piles of dirt in every corner) and sticky. The couch was unusable. The whirlpool's jets are in need of a tune up. The TV worked fine. Wifi worked fine. Staff was ok. Front lobby and exterior were clean and felt secure. Probably will choose a different place to stay next time I have to stay in Flint.

Got a room with a kitchen to be able to do finishing touch on dishes brought to town for family reunion and the entire kitchen was bare of everything. Full size refrigerator did allow me to keep dishes cold. Floor was dirty and it was only slightly evident that it was recently renovated. Staff is very friendly and lobby area is very clean. Location is great but rooms on interstate side are noisy. I have no idea why there were 2 TV's in this room.

Excellent service and room was clean, updated and very charming. The staff was extremely helpful in making me comfortable as well as making sure that I could make my flight on time. I looked into other hotels in the area. This was the only one with a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Don't waste your money. I don't understand the reason why they ask how many people will be staying in the room. They do not properly set you up with what you will need during your stay. The whole hotel is disgusting and unclean. There is just no way this is a top hotel.

Shayla , Charbel and Denisha gave us outstanding service on our visit here from Atlanta, Ga . They all were very curtious and customer service friendly. They made us feel at home , with their warm welcoming smile. Shayla, Denisha and Charbel assured me that my reserved room will be available and that I didn't have to rush because I was coming in later in the day from the Detroit airport. They were always kind and curtious every time I called. I know I called several times throughout the day to make sure lol. We really love our suite with a big comfortable King size bed. This Suite also has a refrigerator and a big Jacuzzi tub in it. Two nice size flat screen TVs. A sitting area with sofa. The hotel is very clean and sanitary. The hotel is very up to date and well taken care of. My room is absolutely spotless. This hotel is exactly what my husband and I needed. Especially during this Pandemic we can all use a very nice hotel to go to while on vacation or just to get away and relax. Here's some pictures, I can't take any of the bed because my husband is sleeping at the moment.if and when we ever decide to come back to Flint, Michigan we will definitely be back at this hotel in the future, thanks again to your great staff at the Best Western hotel.

The room was great with fireplace and big windows. Cozy sitting area with pullout couch. Jet tubs need better cleaned and slight water damage around it needs fixed. Working refrigerator and plenty of drawers.

I had stayed at two other hotels in the area and they were not good. It was so nice to finally find a hotel that was clean, friendly and nice.Our crews really enjoyed staying here and we would book again.

After a long and exhaustive drive, Charbal was at the front desk late at night ready to greet and recieve us graciously. He made my partner and I feel at ease and checked us in quickly and gracefully. Matt and Drea helped us with booking the hotel and we're grateful to them as well.

Motel was easy to find. Chavbel. The desk clerk was friendly and professional. Got checked in quickly. He gives us some directions to a couple of places nearby. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was offered with hot sandwiches and a few other items to go.

I stayed for several months for work. The hotel was incredible. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The most winning aspect of the entire stay was the staff. Words can not express the service from everyone on staff. My satisfaction with my stay was at the top of their list! Thanks to all. You guys are great.

My wife and I had a bad experience at a different hotel chain. We needed to change hotels early in the morning. I called Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites hoping to find a room early in the morning. On the phone was Best Western Plus receptionist Deniesha who asked if I would like to see a room. Deniesha meet me at the desk, introduced herself then took me to look at a cleaned room on the first floor. Deniesha arranged the room to be cleaned, serviced and inspected again so we could stay. Thank you Deniesha, we were able to make the wedding services on time early that afternoon.

My husband and I came to town for my fathers funeral and had to extend our stay for 3 more days. Thanks to the hard work of Charbel and Denisha, they were able to find us a room to stay longer. Thank you to you both, you went way out of your way to help us during a difficult time.

Stayed here for a night and we were given the wrong room by Hotwire and Charbel was able to upgrade us into a wonderful suite! He was very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend staying here if you are flying into/out of Flint airport!

The hotel looked good on the outside but rooms were dirty, smelled musty, staff was rude when we asked for more towels becasue they couldn't provide more towels until the next day at 9:00 am, they didn't provide a to go breakfast as promised

I was traveling on a family emergency and needed a hotel for a week. The Best Western had the best rates and accommodations. The staff, Charbel, Denisha, Lucia and Keysha were so welcoming and assisted me and my husband in the best-professional capacity. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean as well as updated fixtures and great water pressure. I also had to work, so there was a table big enough in the room to set up my laptop and monitor; with no loud interruptions as I worked during the day. It was also convenient to have a microware and refrigerator in the room since we were here for a week and could go buy the necessities we needed at the store to help cut down on cost of eating at restaurants every day. They also provided breakfast each day which included coffee, cereal, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, muffins, orange/apple juice. I really enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect. There were restaurants/grocery stores in walking distance and it was right off the highway. This will be my choice of hotel when I return for just a normal visit. Thank you staff :)

I was extremely impressed with Charbel at the front desk. He was super accommodating to all my needs, and then some. The room was clean and well presented. It was refreshing to be treated like an honored guest and Not just another nightly tenant to make their company money. I will definitely stay here again, I highly recommend this Best Western Plus.

Our 2 1/2 hour flight from Florida to Flint, Michigan turned into six hours due to bad weather. We didn't know how we were going to get to the hotel being we got in so late. I called the Best Western Flint Airport Inn & Suites to see if they could recommend a taxi service. A very nice gentleman, Charbel, offered to come pick us up immediately without hesitation. His shift had just ended. He was very friendly even at the late hour. Then we were greeted by Shelby at the front counter and he was also very pleasant and got us in quick and easy to our room. Our room was extremely nice and we were very pleased with everything! We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we are in Flint Michigan. We will also recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

Very friendly desk personnel. He gave us the Bereavement rate and a suite at same price as a regular room (as they had no other rooms close by on the same floor as our sons room. I like that the windows open for fresh air!

Front desk Sharpel was amazing extremely helpful lobby was extremely clean rooms were nice and tidy everything was lovely will definitely be back even the parking lot and gardens were clean Love that all Covid protocols were taken

I stayed here as my third pick but it's going to be my main pick now. Affordable with nicer suites if you like, and very friendly helpful staff. They don't give you excess stuff you won't use and overload you with useless things. Their blankets didn't make me sweat like most hotel beds do.

I am 56 years old and went on my first date since I was 15. I was flown into Flint,Michigan and stayed at Best Western Plus. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The people at the front desk, housekeeping, employees in the hall and serving breakfast in the morning. I only have a couple names... Charbel,Sharissee. I find even know if they are spelled right. EVERY employee made me feel like Cinderella. There was even a staircase for me to walk down and meet my date. Who was a perfect gentleman and walked me to my door at the end ofthe night with a kiss on the cheek. I will definitely stay there again

My overall stay was nice just wish the pool was open but other than that I enjoyed my 2 night stay. I plan on staying here again hopefully soon. Due to Covid a lot of amenities aren't open so hopefully by my next stay things will be open but with restrictions

This was our first time staying at a Best Western. The hotel is very nice and clean. We are here because our daughter is in the icu and just had a baby early so we need to be close to the hospital. On arrival we were greeted by a gentleman named Charbel he was very friendly. When I got to the room I realized my phone was just about dead and I lost my charger, my husband went to the front desk to ask if there any place to charge the phone and Charbel was so kind and went out his way to get my husband his power pack. I don't things he realizes how much of a huge deal this actually was as without him doing that I would have missed 3 very important phone calls that calls shortly after him doing this. I am truly grateful for his kindness. So Thank You so very much Charbel. We will be staying again and will recommend to family and friends

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived after 10pm. The staff on duty was very friendly and professional. Our room was on the 2ed floor so we headed to the elevator. As we entered the elevator we noticed a very "suspect" oder. Knowing that this "substance" is now legal in Michigan we did not pay too much attention. Throughout the night we did smell some tobacco oder, was not a bother just turned on bathroom fan. The property has a pool but it was closed due to COVID. We did take part in the "free" breakfast bag ( apple, orange juice, yogurt, and ganola bar) you can ask for a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich if they have them. Room and hotel seemed clean. Overall a positive stay.

Loved this best western location! Was in town on a trip and needed a place before my flight. Beautiful and clean lobby, safe-feeling area and the desk attendant, Charbel was extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 would stay here again :)

Great expereince. The staff was very helpful and the room and Inn was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone traviling from the Flint Airport. I don't travel a lot but this is one of the best I have stayed at.

Not one to right anything negative, so no offense but needs to be noted.. I experienced quite a creepy vibe once again in general, second time staying here as well. Needless to say starts out well in the very beginning.. Shortly after as night falls or later in the evening a uncomfortable feeling arises in me, doesn't help when you feel like the privacy of your room has been violated along with the well-being (no mask on at all or at front desk) put at us ALL at potential risk of contracting (covid-19) trying to stay vigilant, an employee knocked abruptly on my door so I began scrambling to answer it, they stood at the doorway for a "smoke inspection" they said which I was unenvolved anyway, startled me quiet frankly not to mention very inconvenient time as I was just settling in my (roughly $200) room. The employee didn't step more then 2ft in (no mask) then left within a few short awkward minutes! Felt an akward feeling every since, also kinda noisey at times.. now I just want to leave this very moment to be %100 honest. Long story short wasn't able to enjoy my stay at all.. AGAIN. I've learned my lesson this time indefinitely, especially since I have PTSD & other mental health disorders I deal with & I am prescribed medication for.. I don't believe this is the right environment for me, also ruins my husband's stay too unfortunately. We won't be coming back to this location again to say the least. Very dissatisfied because the hotel does have potential it's just not working for me sadly.

Customer service was amazing here! Particularly front desk agent, Charbel, who upgraded our room to a king jacuzzi suite with fireplace after we expressed the slightest disappointment that the pool was closed. He was so nice and polite! So were the housekeepers and daytime employees. Will stay again!

The rooms are really nice and the staff are very friendly! Charbel at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant from the moment we checked in. When we had a slight problem with a humming sound in our room and he took care of the problem immediately. We will definitely be staying here again

Our flight was canceled and We received a great deal on the room. Charbel went out of his way ensure we had everything we needed. His kindness to my special needs nephews was so appreciated! Made a unwanted delay of our trip much better by his kindness.

Check in was very informative and fast, the room upon arrival was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a kitchenette included for cooking which was amazing, even though we are literally 2 seconds away from the best places to eat in town it was very nice to take a break and be able to cook our own food. There were 2 TVS and an amazing internet connection, with the kids doing remote learning during Covid-19 it was perfect for our stay. The hotel was booked full and I never heard any noises other than my children inside of our own room. We were able to bring laptops, iPads, and gaming systems with no complications. It was actually one of the fastest internet speeds we've ever experienced. Location was great for shopping and eating. Also very safe no matter what time you were in and out. Anything needed was brought to us and or picked up with no problems. Great room rates and discounts as well! Very friendly staff, management, customer service reps, and housekeeping. We really enjoyed our stay and are super appreciative of all the help provided during. Keep up the good work!

We were told their would be an airport shuttle, no such shuttle. No Uber, no Lyft, but gave us a phone number for “A guy”. $35 for 2 mile ride one way. Upon complaint to best Westren was advised if they could they would offer free room upgrade. Instead they tried to trick me into paying $50 more for the upgrade. Liars thrives and thuggery was our experiance. Do not go to this Best Westren.

If you aren't paying with a credit card you will have to pay a deposit for the room. I've been told this is pretty standard but it still took me off guard. Other than that i greatly enjoyed my stay. The staff were kind and always wore their masks.

Charbel the night front desk clerk was very helpful and very wonderful customer service oriented. He is a very wonderful employee! Question I had a question about where to find a delivery service to the hotel and he was able to give me information and he was very very helpful

Great place. Clean and relaxing except for the fact if someone is smoking weed in the room next door your bathroom smells like it. Also if you stay more then one day you have to go to the front desk to reactivate your key card everyday which is an inconvenience especially when all you want to do is not worry about anything. My girlfriend and myself have been locked out because of this even though we still had another night there.

The staff is always nice and friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and straight to the point and the building smelled fresh. Its across the street from Meijer and other essential places which is very convenient.. I'll be back very soon!!

It's a Great stay at best western plus, when we first arrived, the service desk clerk, Charbel was very helpful, he gave us advice on how to receive discounts and save money. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable.

Although the staff was very friendly and kind, they did not wear masks or, if they wore them, they pulled them down under their noses. At this dangerous time, I want to know that my family and I are safe in the hotel and we clearly weren't. Otherwise, we stayed in a huge room, with comfortable beds, which was nice. But I don't think I've ever stayed in a place as dirty. It seemed that housekeeping did basic cleaning, while leaving dirt and grime in corners and edges. All in all, this was not a good stay.

Jeannette anderson and charbel are doing fantastic jobs. I frequent this hotel allot because of work, always treated like family. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a clean and quite stay everytime!!

If you are going to Florida and cane from Canada and want to avoid driving to the broken roads of Detroit and show up in Toledo this is the place for you . You will have a nice drive . What's the only problem this hotel has? The noise ! It's unbelievable. We got the room 303 facing the interstate and what a mistake it was. All the noisy trucks you can hear ,and how the hotel avoid it? With the most annoying air conditioning unit in the wall .it's a turbo prop in your ear . Good bed, wonderful pillows , nice breakfast considering the COVID limitations, super clean . It's up to you . I never come back .it's a shame

Overall great. Just no rewards point for repeating customers who use third party Reservation. Airlines do it why don't you guys. The difference from a third party to us is sometimes a couple of dollars

1. My room was on the 3rd floor on the Interstate highway side. I removed my hearing aids before going to sleep and the noise was still heard. 2. Upon entering my room, I could hear water running. It was the toilet so I closed the bathroom door. 3. I never entered a hotel room where the HVAC was not turned on until 10/12/2020. After driving 13 hours, I passed out and woke up sweating 4 hours later. The HVAC was NOT on! 4. The coffee packets were extremely difficult to open with no directions provided. 5. The coffee maker was not plugged in. 6. My check-in was interrupted by pizza delivery? Only 1 person working the front desk. 7. I would have loved some HOT eggs, sausage, bacon 8. I paid full price but NO POOL, NO WORKOUT AREA! No place to sit in the lobby!

I am a very experienced traveler and have stayed at some of the worlds best hotels and resorts - Hilton, London; The Drake, Chicago; Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island; The Contemporary, Disney Orlando; Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro, Dominican Republic; to name a few. In my line of work I have also stayed at countless Best Western type hotels and everything else in between. I have to say, the customer service I have received at the front desk, the quality of attitude, the personalized touch, has all been above and beyond my expectations. Sharbel is the man who helped me at the desk and made me feel at home even though I'm only staying for one night. It is so refreshing. It's a Best Western, basic needs hotel, but it's the quality of the people and customer service that really make the difference.

The clerk DeNiesha. Was very polite and professional when checking me in and Got the room I booked....she was very helpful about the places to go eat at around the hotel... The room was nice also. Overall, it was a nice place to stay... will book again

This hotel provides excellent service. The employees are friendly, professional, and accommodating.They go b above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My intent was to stay for one night; however, that turned into multiple days. I might add that Charbel is the BEST!!

I have stayed here twice in the last two weeks. The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and.very comfortable. The staff was alway nice and very helpful. They always had a smile on their face. I highly recommend this best western.

The hotel was nicely updated. I reserved the kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The only problem I had was there were some ants. I thoroughly disinfected and wiped down everything with disinfecting wipes. The desk clerk was nice and apologetic due to not having the room ready in time for check-in. It was understandable. She stated they were low-staffed. I pretty patient and understandable when somethings don't happen as planned. I would definitely stay here again if the price remained the same for this type room. I was here working on COVID-19 in the area. The amenities such as hot breakfast, pool and workout room was not available due to COVID-19.

The Lady Domi at the front desk was such a big help, she help get me a discounted rate on a fantastic room after I told her my struggles to find a room that accommodated me. The room was nice, very spacious and clean.

My mother and I stayed here for a week immediately following my brother's accident and brain surgery. The staff was more than welcoming, compassionate, and definitely went above and beyond during our stay. One gentleman, Matt (I remember his name well, as that's my brother's name), was great! The housekeepers were fantastic and the room and property was impeccably clean and well kept! I manage a hotel in TN and have run hotels for 19 years...all brands...and when I say this hotel was amazing, I truly mean it! Update for those who remember us, my brother was released near full recovery after 67 days in the hospital. He is home and doing well. Thank you to all who showed us the utmost compassion during our stay! We will be back!

the hotel was in a good location..not far from highways , restaurants and shopping. i have always had friendly people at check in and during my stay. it was a clean hotel but some rooms could use some updating. i would stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel this last weekend and have to say they were all very nice and treated customers great. The breakfast area was run by Kayla and she did an excellent job. Food was fresh and tasty, never ran out and the area was very clean. Did not get the names of the 2 ladies at the desk but they were both very helpful and cheerful. Great job.

We stayed in the king whirlpool suite. Perfect! Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Two televisions and an electric fireplace. The BWP Flint Airport is rated as a two star is a three star in my book. Domi and Liz at the front desk are vey nice, professional, and helpful. This is our top choice for a Frankenmuth and Birch Run weekend.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Michigan. This hotel has staff that really took care of their visitors. My husband and I appreciate the excellent hospitality that we received. Our Jacuzzi suite was very relaxing and the breakfast was great!!

If you check in after 6 pm they will double charge your card. At 6 pm they run your card used to make the reservation to reserve those funds for the room. Once you arrive after 6 pm they run your card again for a second time to reserve the hotel room your staying in for the night. Not to mention you also need to have a major credit card to hold in order to reserve your room for a security deposit which was never posted anywhere online. The gust service/front desk ladies are extremely rude and one of my rooms the heat didn't work at all was told they would send someone down to take a look but never did. This is not a friendly hotel with great customer services. The only good thing was the pool area which has a Steam room and the have great breakfast options. I won't ever return have better experiences at other facilities in this area.

This hotel is definitely in my top two of hotels that I've ever stayed at. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are cozy. Breakfast is delicious. And it's in a great location. It's across from a Meijer, in case you need some last minute items. Near a few restaurants and not far from a couple banks. Overall Excellent.

Starters, the room smelled like strawberries. There was red residue on the Jacuzzi tub (possible from a candle). The front staff told me they got the room done early...yeah and it showed. Since the jacuzzi tub not only had a crack it in, the grout was basically not existent, I was worried that I would get blamed if any damage occurred. I took photos as soon as I saw it. I told the front desk the next day, and he pretty much admitted that the reason why they have not done anything was because it was on the first floor. I do not want to go to a hotel in which I have to worry that I may have to be charge for pre-existing damages. Doing grout is not difficult and no reason why a place such as best western can not do such a simple task. This hotel is right next to the expressway so good luck sleeping without earplugs. The bed was fine. The room did have a fireplace heater (electric) and I was not expecting that so that was a nice addition. Luckily it was cold outside, but the AC/fan was also broken. I could not get it work. I put it to fan, cold, hot and nothing. The breakfast was pretty basic but there were toppings available for the waffles. They had corn beef hash which is not typically but bland (to be expected). They had soy/ almond milk to drink as an option or for ceral which was nice.

We greatly enjoy Best Western Plus hotels, as a whole. This was our first stay at the Flint location. It's a convenient location, just off of 75. Close to the airport, shopping mall/plazas and dining. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were very pleasant. The pillows are awful, so I always bring my own. My only real complaint, is that the hot tub was only like warm, at best.

This room was very clean and very accessible for wheelchair use. I especially like the roll in shower. The staff were very courteous and this hotel is in a safe location. I will be back again next year.

This will now be our go-to place when flying out of Flint! The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and breakfast was perfect. The driver for the airport run was very friendly and knowledgeable (sorry I didn't get her name). Price was very reasonable and they offer the “park and fly” option. We will be back!

I've stayed here twice in the past month. Each time has been a seamless check in and out, and the breakfast is very good. I appreciate the coffee and hot water around the clock. We actually stopped staying at a hotel nearby because they no longer served coffee in the lobby, but wanted the patrons to buy it from the 'cafe' in the hotel.

Rooms and hotel were very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice, in particular Drea and Kayla. Important also to mention that they have great breakfast offering in the morning for guests. Definitely will stay here again when we visit family in Flint. Safe, clean and everyone is courteous and helpful...I'd recommend booking here easily to anyone.

Everything was so clean and up-to-date. The heat in each room worked wonderfully, and linens were clean and changed daily. The price was well below what I expected. I had checked out other hotels in the same 5 mile area and Best Western was the least expensive. I feel I got a great deal for the money I spent. Hope others look past other hotels' fancy ads and look at what you're really getting for your money spent.

Best Western Plus Flint is a wonderful hotel, the staff was wonderful, the room was perfect, and the breakfast food was just what we needed to start the day. Check in was wonderful with Charbel and Drea. Housekeeping did a really good job on the rooms. Best Western made me feel right at home.

It was a great hotel with freindly service. They have a pool with a spa and sauna. On weekends it stays open til 12. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast it was very good. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Flint l/Grand Blanc area.

During my visit to Flint for missionary work Charbel made sure he tended to my all my needs! Always one phone call away. It is clear that he is one of the strongest members of the hotel team. Located just south of Flint this Best Western has everything one could possibly need. Clean newly renovated hotel with exceptional staff. The prices are definitely lower than what you would expect for the amenities. Pool, exercise room, nice lobby, great breakfast. Our room had an electric fireplace that was perfect for a cold Michigan November. Clean linens and towels. Comfy bed. There are a couple of fast food restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. I wasn't bothered by the freeway noise and I am typically a light sleeper. This is hands down my favorite hotel chain.

His name was Charbel and he is amazing! He gave my mother an AARP discount after being turned away from the Hyatt. We had a long day at the hospital due to a family emergency and Charbel was our breath of fresh air. We will only frequent this hotel from now on. Thank you to Charbel and our Best Western family!!! Also, Excellent sound proof room with a 5 star in house complimentary breakfast.

Stayed here one night on a pass through of the area. Matt checked us in, got us a speculator room, and checked us out in the morning. Breakfast also gave us a good jump start to the day, but the 5th star and reason we will definitely stay here again is how Matt made it feel like every person coming through those front doors is important. When we arrived at hotel approx 2pm, 1 person was being checked in by 2 staffers. We waited about 5-10 mins until the person was done. When it was our turn, 1 staffer started checking us in while the other staffer helped the next person in line. Actually as we were initially waiting, the line of people wanting service began to get long. Little disappointed with the check in. When we made the reservation online, we had requested a room on a high floor, away from the ice and vending machines. We even received a call the day before asking us to call and confirm our reservation ( never experienced that before). The staffer who answered even reviewed our online requests. So imagine our surprise when we were assigned a room on the first floor across from the ice machine. The room was clean, but the scent on the cleaning product used was extremely strong. The coat closet was small and looked like it was an afterthought. A luggage rack would have been nice. The shower had low pressure and adjusting the water temp was hard. The breakfast was good even serving breaded chicken and pool and hot tub was nice. There seemed to be a problem with the internet initially as our three devices were unable to even log into BW website. Overall would recommend to everyone.

We've come to appreciate the Best Western experience while traveling. They have become synonymous with 'everything you want in a hotel'. The rooms were clean, the amenities include a microwave, refrigerator, ironing board & iron, hair blow dryer, business center, fitness center, and breakfast! Staff was professional & courteous and the price was $92 and some change after taxes. :)

This place is a consistently good! We are a youth group who attends an annual event, and this place has been our hotel of choice for the past three years, and for good reason! For the price, you can't beat it! The employees are always extremely accommodating and kind to our students and adults, providing excellent and personable customer service. Highly recommend!

I checked into this hotel, and first thing that made me uneasy was the dirty remote control. It was white so why wasn't this checked? I had to wipe it down. No idea what was on it. Yuck. Then the thermostat control box on the wall wouldn't turn on to be able to control the room temp. So I used the knobs on the unit, which were also broken. I had to push in hard and turn. Smh When I returned to the room later, before climbing in bed I turned it back on and it sparked and there was an awful burning smell. I immediately turned it off. I thought this hotel was renovated and gutted out??? How is there an old unit?? Then I called front desk. Charbel/front desk attendant came up asking questions, like the smell wasn't enough. Note that at this point, though it's late, I'm being pleasant and giving them a chance. They moved me to another room. A fireplace suite. In this room there were dirty socks on the floor in plain sight, hair in the bed, and stains on the sheets. Horrible. Note again that at this point I'm STILL being pleasant and giving them a chance, when I should be over it. Especially with how uneasy other's filth makes me, how late it is, and how exhausted I am. Charbel changed the sheets and removed the socks. He said "I'm sorry. We'll give you a discount. This is not ok." Then after he left I noticed potato chips on the nights stand. I was way to sleepy to have to deal with this, so I told him the following day. Then he/Charbel had spoke with me before about me extending my stay saying that my current room was booked those days but that he had a suite I could move to. He "called the boss" and told him I needed to extend through the weekend and what I had been through, and asked could I at the same rate. He said he agreed that day, then later (today/ Saturday morning) he tried to first give me a room that wasn't the suite he mentioned saying the room was given to someone else who asked to extend "yesterday", after I asked to extend first, days before. Then when I said never mind because that wasn't fair, and went back to the room to pack up, he called saying "I pulled some tricks and made it available." Which was odd. Then he tried to say the extending at the same rate was only about Friday, and that it would cost more. Sounds sketchy to me. When did the weekend become just Friday and not Saturday? On top of this I had to get my key card reset twice because it wouldn't work. At this point it's the last straw and I'm angry. Just a bunch of lies, dirty rooms, broken equipment, and no remedy for this cluster of uneasy stay, oh and I never got that discount he mentioned either. No trying to fix it. I got nothing but a charge to my American Express. When I go to hotels I expect relaxation, comfort, honesty, what I'm told to be honored, and pleasantness, especially with me paying my hard earned money, and my stay isn't typically short. This was not that. I checked out and did not extend. Luckily, I told the Hyatt across the street about this and since I'm a member and had stayed with them for two weeks last month for business as well, they said they'd honor the price the Best Western offered and I am now able to have the next 6 nights I needed to stay there, with no worries. I never stay in Best Westerns, but gave them a chance since it was said to be newly renovated. I regret it to say the least. Charbel told me Thursday "Give us a good review on TripAdvisor even though we don't deserve it." And laughed, while on the phone with "the boss." Which I thought for sure they'd do better following admitting it wasn't pleasant, but no. I'll be calling corporate when I get back in the office, and will be sending them the pictures and videos. Unacceptable.

Charbel at front desk is the best desk clerk ever, I work on the road 365 a year. He was so caring about helping me in anyway he could for directions, making copies, lending an ear. Calling me to tell me I had a package that was just delivered. Charbel is top notch!

Our family was greeted warmly by both Liz and the hotel manager when we checked in. We had made a mistake with our reservation, but the hotel manager was very gracious, going above and beyond to accommodate us anyway. Liz also demonstrated fantastic customer service and made us feel so welcomed!

I stay at this hotel very often. The stay is usually pretty nice and the front desk staff is always awesome, particularly Liz and Avante. Avante is a sweetheart and always has a bright smile. Liz always says something to give you a smile ;). They are always very accommodating and ready and willing to fix any issues you may have. Keep up the good work ladies! It is much appreciated.

Cherbel the guy at the desk was a very helpful and friendly guy and made check in go smooth. the room was very comfortable and clean. i would highly recommend staying here. i usually stay across the street but they where full so i tried best western and was very glad i did. i will go there first next time.

Stayed in town visiting family, with 7 yr old and 6 month old, very nice. The front desk staff Donni/Dorri and Liz were super helpful and very nice. The hotel was very clean, quite and newly remodeled. I used the laundry facility which they provided me with detergent and fabric sheets, which was so nice.Would recommend.

Arrived and reservations just as I requested, including special requests. We were greeted by the desk clerk, Charbel, who was a gem. He made sure I understood everything about the hotel. He was still there the next morning, and when I asked about the laundry, he provided me with change for a $20, and free detergent and dryer sheets. For breakfast, which was all you could ask for, he made sure it was replenished. As there was a bus of young boy ballplayers staying there, he made sure that my sister and I (both in our 70's) and other senior citizens were able to get what we wanted before the boys. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Located less than a mile from the I-75 & US 23 junction, this hotel has it all: location, courteous, friendly staff, close to chain restaurants and stores such as Jimmy John's, Target, Meijer and Subway. We stayed in room #200, which had 2 queen beds and an electric fireplace. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

From the time I booked the room, to the time we left the hotel, the service was unbelievable. The shuttle driver even drove us to the restaurant across the way, so we weren't crossing the highway on foot. The desk staff could not do enough for us, and we SO kind and fun. As always, this hotel is wonderful. It's not a typical Best Western Plus in that the decor is a touch above. Great attention has been given to the quality and maintenance of this facility. The rooms are relatively quiet and noise can be tempered by using the blower on the heat/air fan. But it's the staff that makes the difference. The front desk staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's so nice to be remembered from previous stays by the staff. Of note, Liz, Matt, and the young man whose name I cannot recall. Diana serves a great breakfast. Variety, clean, and just the right amount of friendly without being intrusive. Even the cleaning staff is kind and very accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to travelers.

From the moment I walked into the lobby I felt welcome. Jack checked us in and the process was quick and effortless. Jack was very personable and provided me with some excellent travel information related to Michigan. He was professional, friendly and courteous. Our room was clean well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and Diana went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed! She cleaned off our table as we finished and checked in frequently to ensure everything was good. The thing that stood out the most, and was greatly appreciated, was the apples Diana had hand washed and placed in small plastic bags! What a wonderful touch! The family and I have been driving from South Florida for hours. Tired and couldn't drive any more my wife said let's just pull over and get some rest before we continue up to the UP. Without a reservation we stopped pulled over and this was the first place we felt comfortable stopping at for the night. OMG was the man upstairs looking out for us! From the checkin, the rooms, the staff, the facilities. Amazing and splendid is the words that come to mind. I'm sorry but I forgot the the front desk staff names, since I have gotten home. But there is a name that I will never forget. Diana from the Breakfast area. The way she kept everything fresh and stocked. The way Diana had a pleasant demeanor all the time. Every moment she had she would greet everyone with a Good Morning, Brilliant. On the way out she even allowed us to warm something up in the microwave and gave us a few plates for the road. Thank you guys for the WONDERFUL stay. We stopped in a few hotels up and down the country while on this most important trip and this was hands down an impresive place. This is not taught, this is from the heart. Thanks again guys!

My wife and I stayed at this Best Western on a Friday night in summer. They were fully booked (book early). Upon checking in we discovered that an employee had switched us to a room with two double beds from the king bedded room that we had reserved. It was not possible to change rooms at that point since all were booked. The room was rather small but was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel sits right beside highway US 23 which is busy at all hours. It proved to be difficult to sleep soundly in our room on the highway side of the hotel. So ask for a room on the side away from the highway.

Best in Flint for a reason. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean and comfortable. There's a terrific selection of breakfast items. I would not stay anywhere else in Flint. I'll be back again and again.

A full breakfast was included with our stay: make-your-own waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs...the list goes on! Diana (from the hotel staff) was there to explain what was available and to make sure we had a good breakfast and a good experience. She was the best!

Mykal at the front desk was amazing help with our time staying there as well as the rest of the crew. This hotel had a fantastic breakfast with Diana greeting us and making sure we were having a wonderful time. These types of employees make your stay much more personal and enjoyable! thank you

Renovation came out nice. Breakfast was good. Highway traffic kept us awake. Stay on other side. Air conditioner was loud when it came on and off. Not enough space for breakfast guests. Over priced. Okay for one night stay. Close to airport.

Best Western provided a fantastic home base for my visit to Flint. The hotel is literally right off the interstate so the location is perfect. There are a variety if stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops just within walking distance of the hotel. The service at BW was polite and first rate. A hot breakfast was available each and every day. I was extremely happy with my Flint, Best Western experience.

Nice modern hotel with a great price. Pool area was larger than some more expensive places. Family really enjoyed our stay. Our Double Queen bed with fireplace was huge. Breakfast had something for everyone.

Hard to find hotels in the area that are nice and modern without paying an arm and leg...glad we found this one. I would give it 5 stars but beds were a bit hard for my taste. 2 Queen room with fireplace was really roomy.

I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Flint area. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of dining options near by. Staff was courteous and friendly. We did not use the pool area so I don't have an opinion on that.

The check in was friendly and the place has been updated with nice modern rooms. We were allowed into the pool area after closing hours, but is was overly uncomfortable with the high level of chlorine. The breakfast was ok nothing to great. The seating area was a bit cramped and the food set up was not well thought out. The worst part of our experience was that we did not get any housekeeping to our room over our entire 3 night stay. On night 2, When i told the front desk, they said all housekeepers were gone and apologized. Assured us we get a clean room the following day. Well that is not what happened. We came back to same dirty room. There was no price adjustment or nothing. They just said on our next visit they will make sure to give us the best service. YA RIGHT! I never booked this hotel again. In fact we just began to book at the Hampton Inn across the street. It cost a little more, but it was way more worth it!

Stayed here for a couple nights during a softball tounament recently and were satisfied with the experience. The location is conveniently located near the highway, plenty of restautants and gas stations, has plenty of parking and is visually inviting from the outside. The service desk personel were friendly and accommodating all weekend, the lobby was large and had plenty of casual, comfortable seating and we made use of a large conference room for a team dinner and social gathering and it too was large and had plenty of chairs and tables. Breakfast was included each day and featured a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, assorted rolls, cereal choices, yogurt and assorted juices, coffee and freshfruit. Nothing gourmet, but decent enough. The rooms were fairly updated with a decent sized shower but rather smallish bathroom and seperate sink/washroom area. Aside from the 2-queen above average in comfort beds, the room also included a small bistro-sized table with two accompanying chairs, a medium sized flatscreen TV, small microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. This Best Western Plus was not luxury, but being a person who has stayed in quite a few hotels in his lifetime, I'd consider it above average in all aspects for the price of the stay and would not hesitate to stay in it again in the future.

Charbel at the desk was the friendliest! He suggested a way to help us every time we were in the lobby. I wasn't very mobile, so he suggested a room near elevator. He also offered to hold my shirt at the desk so I avoided another trip to the room. We did not have a USB plug, and none were available for sale, so he loaned us his personal changer plug to use overnight. The only negative of our stay was the lack of USB charging ports in the room. If I'm ever in Flint, MI again, I will stay here for sure!

I picked this hotel for the price and figured the rooms would be okay. It turned out to be so much better than I imagined. The price is great, but the service, rooms and hot breakfast were even better. Every employee that worked there was friendly and went out of their way to help. Thanks to Diane, Charbel, Kayla, Raneisha and Liz! The rooms were super clean and they had a really good variety to choose from for breakfast. The only problem we had were some loud guests - totally not the hotel's problem. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Flint area!

Charbel helped us once we arrived and was very inviting, Best trip to a hotel in my time, and I have stayed at all sorts of hotels, and this one is bar far the best! I will always stay here when I stay in this area!

I always have a pretty good stay at this hotel. The staff...especially Liz is always accommodating. They have the best hotel rewards program around. Points accumulate quickly and the travel cards you can buy with points are awesome. They also give $20 gift cards periodically.

Avante', Charbel, Kayla & Liz They were So Very helpful, kind & friendly to my sister & me on our visit to this hotel on June 21 & 22. We would certainly come back to stay here. Rooms were good also. Please give them all a "pat on the back" for making this a pleasant stay. Keep these employees.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. Newly renovated and everything is clean and fresh. Great breakfast choices and friendly check in staff. Location is easy to find and close to everything. Excellent all the way around!

In the last year, I have decided to only stay at Best Westerns. They are reasonable, updated, and provide good customer service. They also provide real benefits to their card members. I only stay about 5 nights a year in a motel, but they make it very worthwhile. This facility was no different. I changed from Holiday Inn Express because they were getting too pricey and I am not disappointed. BW doesn't offer "premium" service but they offer quality service. Best bang for your buck. This facility was close to 69 and also close to downtown. Flint is not one of my go-to cities, but BW is where I will stay when I return. I love their comfy beds! Good support but sooo comfy!

My family and I stayed here for almost two weeks on vacation. The highlight of our stay at this hotel was by far how awesome Diana the breakfast lady was. She was so friendly and greeted us every day and talked with us. She was so thorough, she kept everything completely stocked and walked around checking on all the guests to see how their breakfast was and if they needed anything at all. She is the reason we would come back to this hotel!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, especially Charbel at the desk, Diane with breakfast, and Andy with maintenance. It's not really in Flint, but in a quiet, safe location immediately south & right off the expressway. And if you're wondering, doesn't use the Flint water supply. Breakfast included hot cooked food, do-it-yourself waffles, fruit, and everything you'd expect. I'd like to tell the architect that the eating area is half the size it ought to be, but it's too late to change that. Recommended!

The rooms at Best Western are nice, clean, comfy, and presentable. The workers here are very nice, and easy to talk to. The hotel is very nice it has breakfast in the morning witch you can help yourself to anything. Best Western should get a shout out for how good their hotel is.

As a construction professional I have some minor criticisms of the facility, but for a warm, hospitable and homey place to stay it's the best I've come across. Really nice staff, and the other guests knew how to enjoy themselves without being a bother to others.

We've had two multiple day stays at this hotel in 2019 thus far (visiting family). It is located close to the highway, food and a grocery store, which made runs for necessities very easy and convenient. The team at this hotel is it's heart! Keneisha was the fist smiling face we met, and has been a highlight of each of our our stays, along with Jessica and the morning breakfast manager (I forgot her name). They were all hospitable, kind and ready to help any way they could. I've stayed at a few hotels in the area, and this is by far my favorite. It's modern decor and friendly team (from desk attendants to house keeping) will keep me coming back. Job well done!

We stayed here two nights while in town for a wedding. The hotel was very clean, the staff quite friendly, and the breakfast filling. But the mattress was WAY too firm for my liking, and the sofa in the room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. As much as I liked the hotel, I don't think we'd ever stay here again because I need to sleep better than I did.

Best Western Plus in Flint saved our medical trip from being a disaster. After a long day of travel complete with delayed and canceled flights, renting a car to drive the rest of the way, lost luggage, Charbel at the front desk was a Godsend! He went above and beyond to help me and my daughter with an awesome room. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you!!

The Front desk staff was gracious and welcoming. Changed our room to one closer to the elevator because of mobility issues. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the food was very good. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I have stayed here multiple times and have always had the utmost professional service, that is until this stay. I have never felt such embarrassment! Mr. Charbel Massad is the worst person I have ever came in contact with in my life. His condenseding actions are ridiculous! I will rethink where I stay, or ever recommend for sure!

This motel was very nice, clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The staff was professional and friendly at check-in. When asked, they offered suggestions on places to eat. The room was large,with a cooktop and a full size refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast offered a nice selection, including a waffle maker. I highly recommend Best Western Plus Airport Motel.

This hotel is gorgeous!! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is AMAZING. I will stay here again and recommend family, friends, and Co-workers stay here. The rooms are nicely updated and the lobby smells wonderful! It's close to I-75 and there are lots of amenities nearby.

This place was absolutely terrible, and over priced for what you get. My husband and I booked a room in advance to stay in for a couple days to celebrate our wedding. We came in and could not check in, because my husband's mom paid for the room for us as a gift. She wasn't there to authorize her card. Which is fine, what was not fine is they didn't tell us and it did not say anywhere that she would have to be here when we checked in. So after finally figuring that out, we get our room. Which at first looked nice, but after closer examination was not so nice. The bathroom door was broken and the toilet didn't flush right. They also have a policy that only 5 people can be at the pool at a time. So we have 7 people all together including us and no where did we read this policy. When two of our friends went back to the room, we got to use the pool. IT WAS FILTHY!!!!!!!!!! Nasty hairs in it and tons of dead skin! So much lint it's ridiculous!!! I was going to bring my daughter here but no thank you. Also the staff was rude to my friends. Will NOT be coming back again and will not recommend to anyone else. Thanks for making my wedding night frustrating!

As arrived I was greet by reservation staff Liz and Charbel. As i did Liz automatically up graded my stay with out me saying a word, why I have no idea. They were very friendly \\ plus had a very nice conversation during my staff. this was my first time booking there for a business trip. They went beyond what I expected and I travel alot. Kudos to Liz and Chantel Breakfast was a great. That morning I was greeted by the manager who was at the front desk. Thank You.

This was our last night on the road before arriving home, so selected this hotel & were not disappointed. The premises actually looked like they had done recent renovations as things were very new,clean & well maintained. The rooms were spacious & nicely decorated. They probably had the best private linens, that were of very good quality & fresh, clean. Parking was good & near by the front entrance. You did receive some road/highway noise which could use the noise barrier fence to help. Staff were very pleasant, polite & efficient. Would gladly book & stay again when in the area.

Great stay, great service, Matt and Charbel were awesome and really did a great job! I saw the hotel from the freeway and had to stop and check it out, Matt helped me make sure it was what I needed and Charbel Got me in quickly and took care of what I needed!

We have stayed at many Best Western Hotels, this is by far the best one we have stayed at. No matter which staff member (from General Manager on down) we met they always had a smile and friendly attitude. We rented a car while we were there which did not have GPS, the Front Desk Clerk was more than happy to print out directions to our destination. They gave us great suggestions on places of interest. The Executive Housekeeper ensures that each room is properly serviced. Dianne and the kitchen staff put out exceptional breakfasts. Staff ensured that the pool is well maintained. I most highly recommend this Hotel.

Very nice experience. Rooms very clean. A little on the small side but we didn't need a lot of space this weekend anyway. Staff is pleasant, decor is updated and inviting but elevators are a little slow.

This was my first time ever staying in a Best Western, it certainly won't be the last. Everything about this newly renovated hotel was great including the price. . Check in was easy the staff friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean the fridge, microwave, coffee maker, television everything worked as expected. I wasn't there long enough to use the pool but it looked great also. I had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served so i can't comment on that . Net time I have an early flight I'm coming back.

The staff at check-in, the breakfast area, and during our stay was very helpful, friendly, and caring. The breakfast food was solid with a good selection. The location is right next to a McDonalds, Arbys, and Meijers, with easy access to I-475 and I-75. The rooms were clean and well cared for. While we were there a tornado hit 15 miles from the hotel and during the storm a member of the front desk staff was meeting guests at the door, informing them of the weather situation, and giving safety tips (like stay away from the windows). The only three issues we had resulted from other guests: a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway on our first night, a small child abandoned in the hallway at midnight that was crying and caused other guests to knock on all the bedroom doors trying to find the parents, and a couple that aren't familiar with the rule of letting people off the elevator before you try to muscle your way on the elevator. None of that being the hotel's fault of course. I recommend staying here and will again when I am in the area for my next business trip.

We need a place to stay because we were out of Power for a few days. You can tell the new owner has put a lot of money in making this a nice place to stay, Great place to stay and rates are good. We will be back..

The location and cost was great. Rooms and overall buliding was clean and comfortable. Staff professional and polite. Breakfast was great!! Great variety and hot foods served. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna was awesome! The check in not so much it took them a hour and forty five mins to get my room ready after check in. Great Stay tho

very good service, But make sure you get info. on exactly how you will get back to hotel and car upon your return. Apparently the hotel shuttle driver stops at 11:00 pm if coming in later call hotel for a Taxi, We waited an hour because we were not told that info. Otherwise great place to stay, Will definitely stay again.

This was our first experience at a Best Western and we were impressed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only reason i gave 4 for cleanliness is because there were some stains on the bed linen.

It's been newly renovated and the pool and jacuzzi was an added bonus, the breakfast was nice and hot. A lot of hotels have continental breakfast now so I always appreciate a hot breakfast. Retuninggg

while the room I stayed in was average, I had the pleasure of meeting possibly the best CSA I've dealt with in my career. Every time I had a question or needed help with something Keniesha was always willing to assist.

Read reviews before our quick trip and saw this hotel had high rating by travelers. I agree! Checkin went smooth with Keniesha and she helped straighten out what could have been a bigger deal for us. Initially we got a room that had a smoke or cologne smell and right away she corrected it and gave us another room. Then when we found out breakfast didn't start until 7am next day she told us about this Grab and Go program since we had to leave by 630am. This was very helpful. She made sure breakfast bags were prepped and ready for us when we went out the door the next day! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, hottub and pool are good, and it is convenient to expressway so I highly recommend this place with the great customer service.

I travel solo quite frequently for work and usually look for a few simple things: good reviews, airport shuttle, and a safe neighborhood. This particular trip, I was with a colleague, so I thought I would take a chance on this one which seemed to fit the bill although I wasn't familiar with the area. I will definitely be looking at Best Western's differently from now on. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly when I called for a shuttle, the shuttle driver was very friendly, and when we arrived the hotel, it was so clean and neat and everything was definitely up to my potentially too high standards. The rooms were huge and the cost was about half of what I usually pay when traveling. We noticed when we were coming in that there were a few fast food restaurants and stores within walking distance and the area was clean and safe. I would have had no issues walking to dinner by myself had I been solo. The shuttle driver also informed us that they will drop off and pick up at local restaurants too. Even though this was an "airport" location and was right off the highway, it was very quiet and I didn't have issues sleeping with the traffic but if you are a light sleeper, I would ask for a room on the opposite side of the highway. There was also a fitness center and a pool that I did not get the opportunity to use, but looked very well-kept and clean. I also left prior to breakfast and the shuttle in the morning (both start at 6 a.m.), but the desk clerk was very helpful in getting me information for a cab company (there were no Ubers available at 5 a.m. in that area). Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be here booking in the future and remembering to bring my swimsuit!

Dewiesha was Very friendly and thorough. Manager and staff help accommodate our stay to our liking from the moment we arrived. Hot tub &sauna were clean functioning great. The place is very clean and the guest were respectful

With multiple projects in the area I like to stay in one place. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years but the staff at this Best Western have won me over. Especially Liz! She takes great care of me each week that I am there and makes me feel at home. I have referred other team members to this property and they have taken great care of them as well. It's tough having to be away from home for work but this group makes you feel special and cared for.

the staff (kayla, michael, diana & jessica) was great. they made the stay better than i thought it would be. i travel often, about once a month, and this was one of the better hotels i've stayed in. it's in a great location with plenty of shopping/food near by. i have no complaints and i will book this hotel the next time i'm in flint.

Arrived at midnight. Past the 11pm shuttle. Was freezing and couldn't find a ride or taxi. Kennesha went out of her when she didn't have to to pick me up. Very grateful. Classy group clean rooms. Enjoyed my stay

We were in town for a concert and decided to stay here as it was close to the venue. Suites were very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were first rate and the morning breakfast was quite good. Will stay here again next time we're in town.

I arrived at the Flint airport late and contacted the Best Western desk to ask for arrangements to be picked up. It was after midnight and the shuttle driver had gone for the day. Since there were no cabs at the airport, Deneisha was very helpful in getting a cab to pick me up. Since this is a suite hotel, the room was spacious with two large screen TVs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

My family came to town for my aunts funeral and Liz was more than accommodating! From blocking rooms for other family members, to the rates along with us booking the conference room. We will forever stay at the best western. I am thankful for the relationship that my family has built with Liz!

Liz was amazing during our stay at this hotel. She knew we were in town due to a death in our family and would check in on us whenever she would see us roaming the hotel. Not only was she amazing but the rooms were very spacious and very well maintained. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to flint.

Hotel was right off highway great to get on and off staff was great and friendly talked to the lady that does the breakfeast asked her some questions about the breakfeast asked about why no bacon and she said she rotates her meat products low and behold there was Bacon the next morning (had a bacon lover ) Every thing was great :)

stayed here a few weeks back and was disappointed from previous stays. I reviewed as disappointed and decided to give another chance to this location. THEY LISTENED! It is back to being of the quality of staffing and appearance that I originally liked!! They have retained my business as the preferred location for my many trips to Grand Blanc, MI area!!! You must speak up when staying at hotels! Always a joy to see Diana and Kayla keeping the breakfast as top notch as possible in a hotel situation. Was disappointed only with the fact that the indoor pool was NOT usable and not repaired within the 3 nights for this trip. I recommend this location to everyone! it's situated to easily access the many roads, restaurants, hospitals, etc. in MI!

Liz the front desk attendant assisted in all aspects of our visit. The room was very large, clean and easy to get to. The parking is lighted. The price of the rooms was family reasonable. The lobby was exceptionally nice. It offered coffee,tables, WiFi, and tv. There are elevators and conference rooms to use for meeting or gatherings.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels. This was my best hotel stay. They help me with ordering food from neighboring restaurant . They help me with My Navigation system to get home. Someone else had to make my Reservation and when I got there , The hostess at the desk was very nice and patient with me and made my check in so easy and quick .

After driving around for almost two hours in a town where all rooms were booked, we finally stumbled across this oasis! We were lucky enough to snag the last available room. Despite the fact we were so tired it didn't matter what the room was like, we were astounded when we opened the door! Clean, spacious, pleasant atmosphere, and the best was, there were TWO T.V.s! Great sleep and woke up to a wonderful and plentiful complimentary breakfast....I didn't catch all the names of the pleasant and friendly staff, but Dianna, the hostess at the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Everyone made our stay simply perfect and we will be back again! Next time, we'll check out the pool and sauna! Can't WAIT!

We stayed at this location before flying out of the Flint-Bishop airport the next morning. The hotel is very close to the airport, but the airport is so small there's no airport noise to worry about - the highway side rooms are a little noisy though. The property is very nice, was recently renovated, and has lots of nice amenities. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed, the bed was fine, and the service was great. The breakfast was typical free breakfast food, but was kept hot and continuously refilled by a hard-working, pleasant server (Kayla should get a raise for her service). Everything about the hotel was great and 5-star worthy, until the shower. My wife took her shower after breakfast, and I heard her grumbling, then eventually yelling. The water temperature fluctuated so much that it went from very cold to scalding hot without touching the faucet. At one point she had to jump out of the shower to keep from being burned. I waited a half hour, then took my shower - same experience. I set it at a comfortable temperature, then it would all the sudden go very cold, then very, very hot. We stay at hotels for two reasons - to sleep, and to get a shower in the morning. This hotel failed miserably at the shower. I told the front desk worker, who appeared to try to adjust my rate, until she realized I booked through an online service. I can't recommend a hotel, even as nice as this one is, when pain is part of the stay. Too bad...

Wow from the time I checked in to the time I checked out nothing but the best. The room was great, the staff was phenomenal (Liz) was the best thank you Liz. The next time I am in the Flint area I will be staying at the BW Hotel Flint Airport Inn & Suites.

I can not say enough about this hotel and this staff! My family came into town for a funeral, and let me tell you, Jessica at the desk is a keeper! That gal made my family feel welcome and she went out of her way to assist my elderly mother in making her tea each morning. I don't think she knows what a gem she truly is! All the staff that my family encountered were absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very clean and always smells fresh! Thank you for having such great staff and a great property! Miss Deniesha was a GOD sent. We had a horrible flight and lost our reservation at another hotel and she was so helpful and accommodating. After such a horrible day her outstanding customer service skills and consideration was a blessing to us. Thank you. 10 stars to you Miss Deniesha.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is very clean and the coffee is great (waffles too). The pool and hot tub area was nice, and they even have a sauna. The staff is friendly, and I will be back at this hotel. I have stayed at two other hotels in the area and this one is the best.

Very pleased with this hotel. Rooms clean and great location. Staff was first rate, everyone I dealt with was first-class. Special mention to Diane, who was working breakfast on Sunday 9/30, she is the type of employee who makes staying at a hotel a special experience. I finished breakfast, came over and asked me if everything was OK. Gentleman was watching TV, came right over, asked if she should change channels or did he need anything. I asked for a map, they could not find one, she volunteered to run and find one, she did. She is a real asset to this hotel. This was for a wedding, I asked the groom why this hotel, he said of all the hotels they talked to this was the only one that the employee he spoke to was friendly.

We had really nice king room. Indoor pool was ok. Friendly staff, easy check in/out. Only thing that may be of concern is road noise from highway, rooms with odd numbers face road. Standard breakfast.

We stayed with two kids in a large room (called a suite) with a sitting area. We were right next to the corner and elevator, expecting it to be very loud - were not bothered by noise. Likewise, the freeway is a stone's throw from the window and we couldn't hear the road noise (we didn't open the window). The pool was very nice. The continental breakfast was also nice - eggs, sausage, waffles. Not incredible, but they obviously take pride in their offerings. We likely won't need to stay in the area again, but I would recommend this hotel to the budget traveler looking for a peaceful night's sleep.

So flying into Flint and making my rounds to find best hotel close to airport. So far this is my favorite. Very clean room friendly staff very comfortable beds. Not really close to walking distance to restaurants but close to just jump in car.

Excellent hotel, quiet, clean, with a fantastic staff that made check in and out easy, quick, and enjoyable. Breakfast was good, though not much different than other hotels, but the breakfast staff constantly checked to make sure everything was ok. The room itself was clean, with a comfortable bed. Access to the hotel was easy and also not difficult to locate. Would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Flint.

Just wanted to give a big kudos to Liz at reception. I showed up at 11am hoping for an early check-in. She wasn't able to accommodate due to being completely packed. I showed up again a couple hours later and she was super friendly and inviting. I got the feeling she had been trying to free up a room knowing I was coming back in a few hours. Not only did I get a room at 1:00pm but she also upgraded us. Great service. Very clean hotel. Decent breakfast in the morning too. All in all, a fantastic stay.

We all want a comfortable place, a safe place for the fam, and then you just wanted to be treated like a human being. Drea and Mykal front desk workers took their part seriously and made our stay incredible pleasant!! We travel a good bit with family because of my job and trying to make a home away from home is always the challenge and Best Western Plus nailed it!!

The staff was nice and helpful. The room has an updated modern feel, very clean. The breakfast was nice. There are fast food restaurants near by with a Meijer if you want to use the microwave and fridge in the room. Great shopping and better restaurants are ten minutes away. The hotel is near the expressway so you will get a bit of noise from that but the area is nice and quiet.

I wrote a review about this Hotel last year titled “Home Sweet Hotel “. This place delivers every time. The employees recognize you and make you feel like you are coming home again. We love it here!! The breakfast is delicious every morning. The beds are so comfortable. A true gem.

We recently enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, recently and tastefully renovated. We thank all the staff there and especially Kayla. I lost a diamond earring in the room and she alerted the cleaning staff, who found it. Much appreciate that this is also a place we can trust. Will return there next time we're in the area.

Our trip to Flint was for our mother's funeral. The staff at Best Western Plus were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress free. Jessica, Liz, Damon, Rhonda and Janette checked on our family and friends to make sure we had everything we needed.

"Am I really booking a night in a Flint Best Western for my family of 4?" That's what I was thinking when I pressed book. But it worked out pretty well. There are a couple of things that you need to know before staying here: 1. This is a 2.5 star hotel. Don't look at all the ratings and think this thing is a 4 star, cause it isn't. It's a 2.5 star Best Western within 100 feet of a highway. 2. There is a very attentive staff that cares here. 3. It's really safe Yeah, the breakfast is good, probably better than a Holiday Inn express (or at least comparable). But we wanted a free breakfast and we wanted an inexpensive hotel near DTE energy that we could crash at after a concert. This worked out great. I would definitely recommend it. Why not give it 5 stars? It was a little pricey to be the perfect value, so I took off a star for that. But it's a great, safe location with a pretty darn good breakfast. And the kids loved the pool, but be careful cause it super slippery.

The quality of service and cleanliness at this hotel can't be beat! Every person I spoke with was both professional and courteous. Mykal assisted me upon arrival with locating a good restaurant. Diana was a lovely hostess at the wonderful breakfast station. She was so heloful to every guest and truly seemed to enjoy her job. The hospitality she provided was really kind. Jessica and Kayla were also very helpful at check out, abd the cleaning staff were very kind, asking if the room was comfortable and caring about the cleanliness. The room was spotless and completely up to date. It is obvious that the owners take pride in this hotel ! I would stay again and highly recommend !

The staff goes out of there way to help and I love the feeling of them remembering me every year and making us feel like family. Our staff was like Liz, nykal, Rebecca, and ronnica are the best in the business by far.

This was my first experience with Best Western Plus in Flint, MI. The location of the facility, in addition to the room and breakfast were outstanding. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service rendered by Ms. Avante Hatter.

I was here for business. The room, the bed and the breakfast were all fine. It was comfortable if you were just there for a visit, but I was here for work and the internet connection was poor. I could work in the lobby, but my room didn't have decent connectivity and I could not work in the room. In the morning the connection was fine, but by then the hotel was partially empty. I am sure that was the difference. I do not think I would stay here again for business.

Such a convenient location, moments off of the highway, and there are plenty of services such as meals, shopping, fuel literally seconds away from this place. The service from all the people in house was amongst the best we had anywhere. We were in Flint for a classic car show, the Friday evening we got there, we were tired, and wished to take a taxi up the road so our classic vehicle would not be exposed to parking lot dings in a busy eatery somewhere. The groundskeeper, Lambert, graciously drove us to the nearby Appleby restaurant. Now that is service! Our hotel room was clean, as was the whole place in general, a decent value for the price. Our classic car was safe with good lighting around and lots of patrols and cameras on site to keep an eye on things. Breakfast at the hotel had most anything to satisfy all appetites, no complaints at all there from us! For sure we would stay at this best Western facility again. Thank you to all at the front desk, everybody who has a role in this place for a wonderful stay!

The front desk staff was great. Our room was clean and they always made sure we had plenty of towels. The pool area was awesome. Breakfast was good even though I did not care for the staff person stalking us while we used the waffle maker. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities are provided including and iron and blow dryer. Biggest, freshest, cleanest towels ever! Breakfast choices are various and all fresh and tasty. This is a very convenient place to stay for us when we are headed back from our Canadian vacations.The hotel is located right off the interstate with lots of shopping opportunities, eating places and gas stations within site or nearby the hotel. We will be returning to this hotel again next summer!

My husband and I have had great experiences at Best Western hotels before but this stay exceeded even our expectations. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent which is what we expect from a Best Western. We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff, especially Kenisha S. and Willie Keith-Thomas who were both very helpful and so nice about helping me out when I needed help. Kenisha made me feel as if I was doing her a favor by asking for help instead of the other way around and she gave us excellent advice when we asked for good restaurants in the area. When I asked Willie for help, I could tell he was on the verge of taking a well deserved break but he dropped everything and helped me out, again making me feel as if I was doing him a favor by asking for help. If we return to the area, we wouldn't think about staying anywhere else.

During my business trip I received amazing customer service by Liz. She helped me with copies I desperately needed for my business meeting. She was smiley and friendly every time I walked past the front desk!

Willie Kieth Thomas was at the front desk the night I stayed for business. He was super helpful with questions we had on things to do around town. Hotel is in a great location. The room was clean, nicely priced for what it was.

After arriving from a our trip into Flint, Drea the van driver was such a helpful and fun driver. She was ver interactive with us and made us feel at home. Janette was amazing to. She gave me the history and rundown of the hotel wchich was amazing. Keep up the great work there team. Enjoyed the laughs with you and hope to see you all again.

The Best Western Plus in Flint provided a comfortable stay. The ease of getting to and from the airport was exceptional. The manager/owner was so pleasant and helpful. I would stay and any of his properties if given a choice.

We wanted to say this was the best hotel we have stayed in in a very long time. Due to a family situation, we were not sure if we'd be able to celebrate our first wedding anniversary At the last minute it turned out we would be able to but it was too late to book a hotel stay for Memorial Day weekend around the Flint area. Through a referral from a friend, we were put in contact with this hotel. They had availability in a honeymoon suite and it was perfect! The manager, Drea, was so great and easy to work with, and she was more than understanding of our situation. The rest of the staff we met were equally as friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back and plan on spreading the word to our out of town guests to give this hotel a call when they come to town. Since it was an "Airport Inn", I was expecting to be kept up all night with airport traffic, but even though it was in a very close shuttle distance to the airport, there was absolutely no plain traffic over head. It was very quiet and relaxing.

I just love staying here when I am in Flint All the staff are amazing. From Liz, Matt, Will and Drea on front desk to Andy the van driver who is just charming. They go out of their way to meet our needs when we are in town. And the owners. Even they take time to Chat when they see me. As a flight attendant who lives on the road. Its so nice to have people greet you by name and ask how you are. And Diana who runs the breakfast area is just a s great as the rest.

Loved this hotel. We spent one night in our way to Mackinac Island. Large room that are clean with nice amenities. The front desk staff were friendly. The free breakfast was very good and the breakfast lady was friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

3rd floor Thanks to Liz for finding me a room even when they sold out of rooms. Her persistence paid off. I stay at this hotel at least once a week. Breakfast area is clean and a polite lady is always their to assist and ask if everything is OK. The desk help strives to assist with individual request to the best of their ability.

I came in for a convention, this hotel was a great place to stay. Conveniently located with being right off the expressway and having many options for quick shopping or evening dinning. The staff was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were clean and the breakfast variety was great.

Passing through to visit family, this was the first time we stayed at a Best Western. They are updating as are many of the hotels now (finally!) and we found this hotel to be clean and comfortable and a good value. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, there was a 24 hour coffee station! :) Would stay again.

Great hotel to stay at. Clean rooms and lobby, breakfast had lots of warm options. Room was large and very comfortable! Traveling for sports and the kids enjoyed the room, easy access wifi that did not lag and room to spread out! Will stay again when we are back in that area!

We stayed 5 nights here--while it says airport we noticed no plane noise. Staff is very friendly and accommodating; breakfast offerings are super; check-in and out is very easy. It is close (you can walk there) to fast food eateries; a few restaurants, a grocery store and other stores. We didn't stay because it was close to airport but close to our son's home. We were there for the graduation of our grandson from college.

A very clean, attractive motel in a convenient, quiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty; there was a wide selection of foods. The fitness center was clean and in good working order.

Stopped here with my family one night on the way to New York and one night on the way back a week later. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to any traveler in the area. Drea, Willie, and Jessica were very friendly during my check-ins and they even remembered me the following week when I showed back up for my second night there. They treated my young sons to Easter candy and high fives when they went by numerous times to the pool, mini store, and breakfast that make giving this location five stars very easy. Nice place to stay, but more importantly for me is having great employees that make you want to come back.

I will not stay in your hotel again. I had an issue with the toilet not working and my room could not be changed and my stay should have been free instead of that pitiful discount. I am very disappointed.

Diana on breakfast & Jessica at front deck always had a smile, and the maintenance man all go above their duty's to make you feel comfortable and get all you need. be careful the pool floor is a bit slippery.

This a Great hotel. The customer service is outstanding. The hotel has been completely renovated. The Rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool area is impeccable. The kids just love the hot tub and pool. Also, this hotel provides complimentary Breakfast, which is awesome. I have been to this location a few times and I have yet to be disappointed. Good Job!

This Hotel is the best one at a reasonable price I ever stayed in in Michigan. From the outside to the main entrance everything was in perfect shape. Reception was very accommodating both at check-in and check-out. The room was larger and the bed was just the way I like it. On a cool evening the pool was just the perfect temperature to have a swim, followed by the hot tub and finally the steam room made my evening before heading out for dinner. It is close to everything that i needed. The breakfast was very tempting both mornings with enough choices to give us a start to the day. This hotel will become my choice when I visit Flint in the future.

we were just returning from being on holidays with our 5-wheel', and had spent the last 3 nights in the trailer heading home. We didn't want to spend a cold night in trailer. so we went to the Best Western. We have stayed at other Best Western before and very pleased with service and price

I stayed overnight on my way to my hometown. Room was clean and comfortable. I arrive late that night due to extremely bad weather. Could have been more flexible on late checkout due to weather(hour) only given. I will definitely try another hotel close by on my next trip.

The hotel is great. We had a group of us and the staff was so helpful. Avante Keniesha and Ricky are the best! We will be back! The hotel is clean and beautiful. We stayed in one of the suites there was plenty of room to relax.

The property is decent, clean, and recently renovated, but what really makes this place stand out is the friendly staff who really go out of their to provide outstanding customer service. We especially appreciated Keneisha's help while we were there - my father kept saying how nice she was for helping him deal with a couple of challenges. Thanks again to Keneisha and everyone else!!!

I had to go to the desk 5 times for issues during a 3-night stay. Remote didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, housekeeping didn't replace the ice bucket bag and Kleenex even though I left the empty box clearly sitting out on the counter, came back to our room one evening and our keys didn't work, came back another evening from being out all day and the room door was propped open with my belongings accessible to anyone that walked by all day. I made a noise complaint that was never addressed so I didn't sleep well one evening, I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk and no one was at the desk when I checked out, so I left. I asked for a manager to contact me about the door being left open and never heard from anyone.

Nice, newer hotel. Surpassingly quiet for being so close to the highway. However, the pool was disgustingly dirty and hot tub extremely cold. I probably will try another hotel in the area, next time..

The room was exceptionally clean, the service the same. The desk clerk Avante was excellent in her service to us a true professional. We cannot thank her enough, we were in town for a funeral and she brightened our day every day. Can't say enough good about her. We would also like to thank Diana who was the food hostess she excelled in every way and was also very kind and friendly. In all we cannot say enough good things about our stay. Kudos to the entire staff. Great place to stay and if we ever travel to Michigan again rest assured we will stay at this hotel. Thanks again!

The BW Flint is a newer hotel with sizable rooms, comfortable beds, and newer furnishings. The front staff was very friendly. There is a decent sized pool, hot tub, and a functional, if not overly impressive, exercise room. They even have a sauna. Breakfast is the normal hotel breakfast fare: cereal, waffle maker, toast, and yogurt. They did have eggs and sausage as well. While the breakfast was fairly average, I will say the employee working the breakfast area was very adamant about keeping everything stocked and the entire area clean. In general this a very nice hotel for the price point. My main issue comes in that it located directly off the highway and there is a significant amount of highway noise. Enough so that it woke me up several times during the night. My room happened to be facing the highway and I suspect that if I was on the East side of the hotel road noise would have been drastically reduced, but considering half of the hotel rooms face the highway this is going to be an issue for some people staying at the hotel.

The staff really made my trip, especially the front desk staff. I did not have a winter coat, because I had not planned being outside. One of the staff lent me their coat, so I could walk to a restaurant!

Stayed here twice - before and after flying out of FNT. Very convenient access to the airport. Check-in was pleasant (friendly staff) and the room was spotless. Very comfortable bed. Didn't partake of the morning breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, and professional. Room was clean and the breakfast was of very good quality. We flew during extreme cold weather, thus we were concerned about leaving our vehicle parked for the duration of our stay. The gentleman who picked us up at the airport offered to use his personal vehicle to provide us a boost if required reducing our concerns. Will definitely use this service and hotel again.

Reception Front Desk staff were very helpful (we just had a bad highway accident, and needed time to recover from bruises, near a phone, to sort things out locally for a few days. The excellent accommodations there were very suitable for such activities, in a strange town, with so much to take care of. We left with a very pleasant feeling of success, to carry on with our journey, down to Tucson, Arizona, for the Winter.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was good, the breakfast was great, the pool was good and the price was reasonable. We went with the family to go visit Frankenmuth and the Birchrun. We will go there again.

We stayed here on our way to Chicago. What a surprise! We usually stay at the Hampton Inn next door, but this year it was booked. This is our new hotel of choice. We booked two rooms and they gave us adjoining ones. Rooms were large, clean, and each had a mini fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The fan on the heating system was a bit loud, but it wasn't a big deal. The pool and hot tub were larger than expected and very clean. We didn't go in because we were short on time, but will on our next stay. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Our teenage son commented that usually we have a hard time deciding what to eat because nothing seems very appetizing, but here we all had a hard time because so much looked so good. A great problem to have! The price was very reasonable too. A great choice especially if you don't want to travel far off the highway to get some rest on a long journey.

Very clean room and hotel. Front desk clerk was very helpful to me. I wanted to check in early to set up a small Xmas tree to surprise my wife and the clerk and housekeeping went out of their way to make that possible. Greatly appreciated.

We always stay at the best western. The staff is great and everything is always clean. The location is perfect for our needs. The rates are very good as well. The continental breakfast is very good. I have zero complaints about the Best Western!

Traveled in to finish up some Christmas shopping in Flint. Hotel was very nice and clean. Decor was pleasant and modern. Only complaint was we were misinformed on the times of the Continental breakfast and missed it by 30 minutes. Staff was polite and courteous.

An All Around Nice Place,To Stay, At Mine & My Husband's Time Of Bereavement! We Plan To Stay Again!

Liz and the team take good care of us every trip. Fast, friendly, service. Comfy, clean rooms. Good breakfast selection with nice hot coffee and convenient to Flint Bishop airport. There is an indoor pool if you are traveling with young ones. Warm fireplace with a soft couch in the Lobby for a change of scenery.

Although the hotel has recently been completely remodeled and everything looks brand new. Although every staff member I met was gracious and kind and courteous,even when there was an issue. Although the beds were comfy and cozy and the rooms were clean. It is still a terrible place to stay if you want to sleep! We paid for the biggest room they had,(according to the front desk staff, the best room in the hotel). The room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable. We used both beds and the pull out couch, which my daughter reported to be "not so bad after all" (she was not excited to have to sleep on the pull out). Unfortunately this room was on the highway side of the hotel and the road noise from the highway was horrible through out the entire night. I'll admit I was in the bed closest to the window and that I'm a light sleeper. But there was simply no way to fall asleep with the intermittent drone of vehicles just outside the window. We had arrived at the hotel at 6pm on a Friday night and were told our room was not read!! I asked how this could be, since it was 6 o'clock at night. I was informed that a hockey team had taken over the hotel the night before and had paid for a 4pm check out. Fortunately the staff just needed to check our room to confirm it was ready and we were upstairs in 15 minutes. The family before us had been waiting quite awhile for their room. We used the pool and the facilities were clean and updated however the hot tub was only warm not hot. And the pool is in an odd location so that you have to walk through the lobby and passed the front desk in your swimsuit in order to get to it. Breakfast was standard fare with scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles and hard boiled eggs. Plus various fruits and breads and muffins. However do to another hockey team all being at breakfast at the same time as us there wasn't quite enough seating for everyone. All in all this could be a decent hotel for a reasonable price. Just ask for a room on the front side of the hotel! Away from the highway!

Best Western has certainly upgraded their facilities to provide an excellent place to stay while enjoying family activities. I believe this hotel provided an excellent value due to the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Flint area.

For a quick, overnight stay for an early flight, this is the place! The front desk staff, both check-in and check-out, were extremely pleasant and helpful. Close to the airport, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 1 night after a shopping trip to Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Nice clean property. Room seemed a little smaller than average and room doors slammed shut so could hear people coming and going but overall we had a nice stay. Continental breakfast was better than average with a lot of hot and cold food options. Every employee we encountered were nice and provided customer service with a smile. We would not hesitate staying again if ever needing a place to stay near Flint.

Three of us staying two nights for a girls shopping weekend. It was a great decision to stay here. The hotel was clean, showers were great and all the staff we dealt with were friendly. The breakfast was really good. The hostess at breakfast was especially nice! I believe her name was Elizabeth. She made our stay enjoyable, and was so friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure we all enjoyed our breakfast!

One of the best kept places I've ever hung my hat at, with some of the kindest, most pleasant people a guest could hope for. I was visiting Flint because my dad was in the hospital and not expected to survive his illness. I came to the hotel after I had a bad experience checking into a different hotel, one I had made my original reservation for. I had no reservation, and the hotel nearly full. There was virtually no room at the inn. The person behind the counter looked until she found a room she could let me have for the duration of my stay. It was going to be expensive, but I had to have a room. She called the manager, and arranged for an extensive cut in the rate for the room. It would be saving me a pocket full. There was only one stipulation, weather I stayed, or not I had to pay for the entire time. My dad passed three days into my stay, and a week later it was time for me to go home. When I checked out three days before the scheduled end of my stay, I told the person on duty that I knew I had to pay for the entire stay. She said "i'll speak with the manager and see what can be worked out". When I arrived home there was an email waiting for me. I didn't owe for anything except the days I stayed. I was truly blessed. Thank you Jesus, thank you staff and management of Best Western.

This property is very well kept. The staff is very well trained indeed. The overall appearance shows planning and a high degree of maintenance overall. Diana, the staff member responsible for the breakfast bar went over, above, and beyond the call of duty each morning. Diana took such good care of my family and myself everyday of our week long stay at this Best Western Hotel. She was cheerful, helpful, and most of all a very caring individual indeed. She made the start of each day go smoothly and most delightful for all the guests at breakfast each day, myself included. There is a problem here with the highway noise at night. I talked to a couple different staff members at the front desk on one occasion only. They are aware and are making plans to get sound damping windows and other remedies that may help to lower the level of discomfort to guests. Earplugs help somewhat. I would stay here in the future.

Stayed here Halloween weekend for a softball tournament.Clean comfortable accommodations.Breakfast was a nice perk.Fresh and many choices.Great value for the money.Staff did a great job.Only minor drawback was lack of seating in breakfast area. I would definitely recommend.

Best Western Flint Airport Inn & Suites is the only place I will stay when I am in Flint. The price of the rooms is below what I would have expected for the quality of the hotel. I have stayed in another hotel in the area that cost more but was terrible in appearance, rooms and linens were not clean and multiple other problems. The decor in the rooms at Best Western is pleasant and tasteful. The colors and the absence of annoying patterns on the linens projects a calming atmosphere. When I checked in on one of my recent stays, I was told that the room that I had reserved had some problems so they upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. All the staff are always pleasant and attentive to my needs. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a great place for us when we are visiting our family in Davison and Grand Blanc. When we book we also use our rewards and therefore we get a good value on the rates. The pool area is just right, however, make sure to remember to walk very carefully as the tile can get extremely slippery. Also, turn on the sauna well ahead of when you plan it use as it takes time to heat up.

Nice hotel, nice staff and convenient to FNT airport. Unfortunately, the hotel is located right next to the highway and rooms on the highway side are pretty noisy with traffic most of the night. We'll stay again but, will request a room on the other side of hotel.

It is 5 stars all the way!! Customer service like no other!! Breakfast variety and smiling, hard working, customer oriented employees!!! Comfort, fair price, all you need when traveling and then some!!! You will not be disappointed. Convenient location; noise free rooms!

Staff was very helpful and did an excellent job. Beautiful remodel. Breakfast was delicious. The only problem we had was the toilet handle in room 205. The TV remote was rather uncooperative. Overall it was a great stay at a great price.

May not be a bad place to stay, as long as you don't use their "park and ride" service. They say they'll come get you at the airport but you still have to call them. And the shuttle out front in the parking lot? That's just for show, they don't use it.

Stayed at this facility Saturday night. The hotel was completely booked the night before we arrived. We were attending a wedding on Saturday afternoon, & we were not sure if our room would be ready for us, to get dressed for this occasion. Thanks to Traci at the front desk, and the fantastic, friendly, housekeeping staff, we were able to get into 1 room. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean, comfy bed & pillows, and beautiful tv, fridge, & microwave. Everything is fresh and new. We did not use the pool room, but everything looked nice & clean in there. Breakfast was excellent, and Diana kept everything filled, & very clean. She checked with everyone to see if they needed anything. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We will always stay here when in the Flint area, and I want to compliment the owner, General Mgr, and the entire staff here, for the excellent job that they do at the Best Western Flint Airport Inn & Suites!!

Clean modern comfortable good breakfast. Poor attitude checkin clerk but outstanding attitude by checkout. Nice pool area but hot tube not ready for use at checkin time. Much better than La quinta chain in my experience.

Both myself and significant other enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the hotel. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful. We will return there when in area again. Room was delightful except for the drippy tap. Otherwise no complaints at all. Best experience in a long time. !\\

I recently stayed a night at this location while on business in the area. I found the room to be incredibly clean, tastefully decorated, and decently lit. The bed, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable and clean, as well- I slept soundly and felt totally rested upon waking. There were plenty of towels in the room. The breakfast offerings were many, so much to choose from, and everything that I chose to eat/drink was delicious and fresh. The in-room wifi worked wonderfully for what I needed to use it for. Every staff member that I encountered in my short stay was kind, helpful, and personable. Check-in/Check out was quick and easy. I will definitely choose to stay at this location next time I am in the area!

Great location with easy access to 3 major highways. Room was very clean & comfortable, and all furniture seemed to be new. Temperature was pre-set on the room's thermostat and we never had to adjust it. Only draw-back was in the breakfast area. Food selection and quality was very good, but the seating area was greatly inadequate to handle the volume of guests at prime breakfast time, and many had to spill out into the hotel's lobby seating area.

This hotel is very nice and the room I stayed in was AWESOME!!! Comfy bed, nice decor, lighting, Clean, air conditioner worked excellent, close to shopping, airport, restaurants etc... everything about my stay was GREAT!!!

We came to Flint for a wedding and many of the guests were staying at this hotel. We had several of our family and friends tell us "This is a great hotel. Good choice!" The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Diana, who set up breakfast every morning was phenomenal! She was friendly, courteous and very good at her job. During the days that the large group was at the hotel she set up a side conference room for our family so we could eat together. That was going above and beyond and I can't thank her enough. This gave us precious time together as a family since we are from all over the country and don't get to see each other often. A very big thank you to Diana! You are awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel.

the over all experience I have is always great this is why I choose to stay here but I wanted to also speak highly of an employee tabatha she's a very kind sweet very efficient at her work and brought us all we needed throughout our breakfast service y'all offer...shes a great employee who does amazing work thanks for all you do for me when I come to visit monthly. it's usually a great success

We stayed at this hotel to attend an event in Michigan, we live in Ohio. I'm poor and work minimum wage. I saved up for the event for a year. At check-In they asked me for a $150 Extra over the cost of the room. Leaving me with no money to spend at the venue. Ruining my vacation. They can't even waive their fee because their policies changed 2 days before arriving. Now I have to wait 5 days for my hard earned money to return to my account. Waste of my time. Don't waste your time skip staying at this hotel.

Stayed here one night as I was too tired to continue driving. Clean, fast check in, wonderful breakfast. I had a King room, there was a comfortable chair and automen to relax in. Breakfast had waffles, eggs and sausage. Also yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs. I took a plate to go and ate in my car.

Had a group with block of rooms at Best Western Flint Airport. All guests were impressed. Jeanette in sales made sure all reservations were accurate. Keneshia at front desk was pleasant and addressed all our immediate check in needs. Diana at breakfast station was phenomenal. She rocked by accommodating our group while meeting all guests' breakfast needs. She was Professional, engaging, hard working and had a fantastic attitude.

this was one of the better hotels i have stayed at when i travel. the place was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful when ever i needed something or directions to somewhere i was going.

The staff here are very welcoming and attentive to the needs of their customers. The pool was nice and warm and very spacious. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom floor could use a bit of attention in the corners. The breakfast was plentiful, hot and delicious. Overall a great stay and worth the minimal drive off the highway.

we have stayed at different hotels during our recent trip, and this hotel is probably the best one. The room is clean; bed is very comfortable; and breakfast is very good, has hot food. Hotel staff is very friendly, and price for the stay is reasonable.

Friendly staff, quiet hotel with all you need for a short stay. Hot breakfast is not enormous but definitely enough choice to fill you up and avoid fast food drive thru. Pool is open late for adults and workout area is a plus for anyone with irregular travel schedule/hours. Definitely would stay here again.

This is our 4th visit to this hotel. Every time we are welcomed with open arms. All of the staff are so very friendly. Whatever you need they are always ready and more than willing to help. We actually feel as if we are visiting family. We highly recommend this hotel anytime of the year. It is very comfortable, clean and a safe place to stay. Enjoy iit we did!
