Hotel meets the Scandinavia expectations. Minimalistic, simple and reliable hotel. I always try to book directly with hotels homepage as I always get more from my money. However, when I found a cheaper price in booking. Com I called the hotel and the hotel was more expensive and I told them... I found a cheaper price on booking do you know why? The reply from the receptionist was (on Wednesday 11 February 2026 after 6pm).. Nåh så må du reserver på booking... And I thanked her and that's what I did 😂

Old building with no proper ensulation between rooms and between room and hallway. You can hear both neighbors very distinctly. Breakfast was better than ok, but at that price it should be. Also at the price you would expect small gratuities like e.g. free coffee / the all day - instead of being advised to visit their restaurant where they served pricey coffee and cake.

Great location next to the bay, with lots of outdoor seating options. The room was unfortunately very old, even though it had been refreshed. Missed sockets next to bed for chargers. Had to disconnect bed light to charge my laptop in bed. Was woken up by noise from another room, seemed like very thin walls. Water pressure in shower was very poor and the soap dispenser was not working. Breakfast buffet was fine and had a great selection and quality was fine as well. Receptionist seemed a bit offended that we just booked a room and no dinner, spa or other add-ons.

Was here for a two day workshop. Took the pleasure to jump into the freezing cold sea and afterwards going to the hot spa area. Amazing! The kitchen was making food with details and a lot of taste. The understand to add local details and ingredients available at that time of the year. Simply a good experience.

The food was good and the staff helpfull. But the rooms where terrible. First i got one room, it wase dirty, old and very worn. I of course complained about this and got ab other room, but this room had mostly the same issues. The staff though where very polite and helpful. Both in the restaurant, which was more a 3-4 star experience, and in the reception.

Had a disappointing stay at the hotel. Would sadly not recommend. Firstly the service was terribly poor - when we checked in we were given a room at the end of the hall where the internet was not working - the span did not reach. We asked for a new room and had to go in defense mode before they would move us. Secondly the bathrooms were very small and outdated!!! We had to shower with the shower doors open. The chrome cast did not work smoothly. And in light of COVID times - at the breakfast buffet there was not observed any practices to enforce extra hygiene - it was not a clean or careful feeling you felt at the breakfast. Lastly to mention is on the website and everywhere where the hotel is advertised - you see pictures of a beautiful old building - this house consists of only two guest rooms - the rest of the hotel is in a building that looks like a hostel from the outside. Totally misleading advertising!
