Great choice for a layover at DFW for several reasons: 1. 24 hour airport shuttle 2. The shuttle is from the hotel, not shared with other hotels. 3. Breakfast starts at 5am, perfect for early flights. 4. Clean and spacious room 5. Very pleasant front desk 6. Pool and hot tub was open but we didn't have a chance to try it. 7. Great Thai Restaurant within 4 minutes walking

Definitely some great value for the money, but furthermore it's all about a good service and great staff with all within. Always returning back to this hotel whenever staying in Euless Arlington Dallas Texas.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and shuttle for the airport. It was very convenient for our travel out of DFW.

It's always a great pleasure to visit and stay at this BW Plus Hotel 421 Airport Fwy in Euless. Staff is very kind and friendly in so many ways that you feel like you are at home. Job well-done. Wonderful. It was a unique experience staying in Best Western Plus. Everything was perfect right from checking in to checking out. In the future I plan to stay in the hotel again and again.

The front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional and has no customer service. The lady who answered the phone hung up on me and got extremely short. Do not stay here.

This is a very nice property located about 6 miles from DFW, shuttle service was quick & good. Room was clean & comfortable. Price was good. Be sure to notify desk if phone is working when you first get to room, I didn't, got dressed for Hot Tub, tried to call desk to ask about towels, phone was off, went down stairs, only to discover that hot tub was closed. I will not keep this experience from staying there in the future, but was very disappointed.

Nice 3*Star hotel with average rooms and breakfast. The front desk seemed unorganized. Great airport shuttle, only minutes to DFW. Pool relaxing with waterfall. Hotel had a minor scent throughout, but nothing really too bad. Housekeeping did a good job.

If American leaves you in Dallas this is one of the hotels they put you up in. Decent for a single night. Lady behind me was given a room, and found someone already sleeping in it...so be sure to check for that! Waffle House is a 8 minute walk up the hill and they are open 24 hours...if you get in late without dinner, or for a decent breakfast.

I was in the area for a family emergency and just wanted a quiet place to rest my head. This Best Western fit my needs to the fullest. I had a large suite with a comfortable couch, chair, large TV, very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Room was exceptionally quiet except for the hum of the air conditioner which didn't bother my sleep. Breakfast here is served from 5am till 9 on the weekdays. Breakfast consist of hot eggs, meat and potatoes. Plus cereals, bread (bagels), waffles and other breakfast items.

Staff was nice and courteous. I loved the coffee machine they all have different selection of coffee and cappuccino to choose. The pillows were not the best a little too hard and small. The beds were very comfortable. Room a bit too hot the ac is covered by the bed can't feel any fresh air throughout the room

Room was not very clean upon arrival. We used the pull out sofa and there were still dirty linens tucked in it when we pulled the bed out.

There is an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. We booked this location for an event at AT&T stadium. The drive to and from was not bad at all, just pass about 5 or 6 Strip Clubs and a few dilapidated structures and you're there. I think I'll spend the extra money next trip and stay closer to the Stadium. Not really because of the commute, but for the nicer area and nicer hotels.

Over all decent stay. Rooms clean, breakfast was good. Staff was just there. Not super friendly. Had kids use sleeper sofa. Had to ask for bedding and pillows. Gave use 2 sheets and 1 pillow. Wouldn't give us another pillow. Worst part was staff Had friends lurking in common area when we came back in the evening time and all of them stopped talking and just stared at the girls like they were naked. As I entered they turned their heads and as we entered the elevator I turned and they were all staring like a perverts. Made everyone uncomfortable and we wouldn't allow the kids to swim after that.

Had to stay overnight in Dallas to wait for a flight. Online reservations were easy. On arrival, the desk clerk suggested using their shuttle to return my rental car early. That saved me a day's rental fees and a lot less hassle catching a very early morning flight. Nice quiet room. Only complaint was non-functioning computers in the "Business Center", so I was unable to checkin to my flight early or print boarding passes. The shuttles from the rental car return center and to the airport in the morning were great. This hotel upholds the standards I have come to expect from staying at Best Western.

During my stay, any questions were answered, food was delicious and decadent, room was clean; felt like home

Stayed at the start and end of my trip here. Very comfortable, great amenities, solid service. The staff was very accessible and always helpful. The breakfast and pool were great.

The hotel is conveniently located between Dallas and Fort Worth. Breakfast is included and they have eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. The hotel was very quiet and spacious, very clean. Plenty of towels.

It's always a great pleasure to visit and stay at the BW Airport Hotel in Euless. Especially it's a great service delivered and done by the whole staff. Friendly and very helpful in any matter. Super clean linens and room. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely people. Plus free shuttle from airport DFW. Not super fancy, but has the basics. All I needed was a clean, safe place to go as a solo female. Beware, The other best western that has Airport in the Name does not have a shuttle. Only this one.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Terrible customer service, they advertise 24 hour shuttle but they don't actually do that. They were absolutely rude when I called for shuttle they told me the hotel was closed for a private function?? What?! Told me to call back later even tho I had a reservation. The room was spacious but not clean, old stained towels, sunken in beds, rude staff. Particularly an older woman who answered the phone when I called for shuttle. Terrible breakfast. 0/10 do not recommend. I have no idea how this hotel has any good ratings. The 2 other couples I met said the same thing. Don't waste your money.

This was a 5 * review until this morning. The good, the bad, and the ugly .... The good: check in was great. I was here due to an American delay and I chose this hotel due to reviews. Room was super clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable and strong A/C. That's all I need. Well almost..... The bad: I went to the front desk before bed and asked for a wake up call in person so I could shower and still make the 7 AM shuttle. Never got said wake up call. If it wasn't for my small bladder I'd likely still be sleeping. The ugly: when I mentioned the lack of wake up call the the guy at the front desk he said I never put it in. He seemed put off. I asked him to please hold the shuttle since the call never came. He huffed and hung up on me. When I went down to check out he said nothing about it, and took my key card and said I got it. No asking about the stay, no apology, nothing. If he had attempted to acknowledge the situation this would still be 5* but as a travel professional I know that service makes up half of the experience. Then the kind shuttle driver left at exactly 7 AM and said that there were folks who also needed that shuttle but never showed and oh well....I informed him of the lack of wake up calls. He wasn't aware. Stay here if you want a clean quiet stay and don't need to make an early flight. Do NOT stay if you need a wake up call or expect any level of communication or professionalism.

Good location and price. Room is clean. Just breakfast selections are limited. Good hotel for an early flight departing from DFW, since you don't need breakfast. The hotel to airport and rental center (return) is about 15 minutes drive. Easy to go there.

You're only 8 minutes from the DFW Rental Car Center to this Best Western. You're in a great location for the expressways - just minutes away. Also near to resaurants, fast-food, and shopping for those iems you've forgotten or need for your stay.

Great price for a hotel close to the airport. I got in after midnight, however, and their shuttle doesn't run between 12 Midnight and 4AM, so I had to pay for a taxi. Would have been nice to have been warned about that.

The staff is excellent! Euless is a nice town. There is a terrific Thai restaurant beside the hotel. A well thought of Italian restaurant is down the street. Dollar General Store is beside the Thai restaurant. It is an easy 6 mile ride to the Rangers stadium or to see the Cowboys in Arlington. Speaking of Arlington, it is loaded up with great restaurants, and it is a very clean city.

Hotel was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the pool and hot tub was very nice! Would definitely want to stay here again if ever back in that area! My ONLY complaint, and note it was a third party and not affiliated with the hotel, was the shuttle that I paid $50 for a round trip to and from AT&T stadium! Shuttle picked us up from the hotel and brought us there in time for the event but never came back to pick us up!! My son and I, along with 8-10 other people, was left at the stadium until around 2 in the morning before we found another ride back! I was extremely disappointed and upset with that situation but again I must say that the shuttle service was NOT affiliated with the hotel! I'm only putting this in this review just in case anyone finds themselves there and ends up in this situation where they sign up for a shuttle to go somewhere just make sure it's a Best Western shuttle and not a third party!

This place was provided via American Airlines due to a missed connection. They placed us in room 211. We walked in. Plainly an odd, bad smell. When we left the room, finally saw the reason: black mold at the doorway ceiling and bleeding down the wall. How mgt could give this room to someone is just amazing. The state of decay and health risks were plain to see and smell. We changed rooms but still... On a positive, they will drive you within 3 miles of the hotel with their airport shuttle. Francis is a nice guy.

Really easy access from Dallas Love Airport if you're landing there. We had close proximity to family we were visiting in Euless, so it was ideal. Virtually a straight shot on the freeway....hardly any required exits prior to the one we needed.

The air conditioning was not the best! The room was clean! Staff was very friendly, and helpful! The pool is really pretty! The fridge was not turned on when we got to our room….I was thinking great! Our stuff is going to get hot before this cools off! However, it cooled really quickly and our stuff was just fine!

No room service while I stayed there for four nights. I checked out early because of that and finding three cockroaches in my room. It's not very clean. I don't recommend this hotel. I don't know how many more characters makes 200, but i think you get my meaning from what I wrote above....

I had a wonderful stay at this location. My first room had an AC unit that was not working, the man at the front desk was so nice to give me a new room quickly and even offered to help move my belongings.

E. Monroe at the front desk was incredible. He was kind, helpful and the best part of my trip! I can't thank him enough for making a bad day better. Location is easy to find and rooms are clean and just what I needed after a long drive.

I chose this BW because it was close to DFW airport and very well priced. The staff was friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was available at 5am (I start work at 6am) and they had plenty of options for food. Right near 360 Freeway and multiple food locations. Would stay again.

While the staff and crew are very polite and friendly, the property leaves much to be desired. The rooms are grubby: Hair in the bathtub, stains on the furniture, food debris in the corners, etc. Their heated pool was freezing and the spa was tepid at best. Had to go to the front desk on our second day for bathtowels since housekeeping was MIA. If you're expecting a "Plus" experience from this hotel, prepare to be underwhelmed.

Staff was super friendly. This Best Western is in a great location. We had a nice stay and would stay again. I would highly recommend this location! No complaints here! Well - maybe house keeping could come a bit later rather than knocking on the door at 6:30 am lol…

Had issues in the repairs of the hotel. Staff was overwhelmed. I don't know at this moment weather or not to recommend this hotel. Plenty of places to eat at near-by. Airport shuttle service is there.

The AC was so noisy that you cannot make a phone call, watch TV, or sleep. I arrived and was put in a room. The AC was so noisy, I went back to the front desk to request a new room. Unfortunately, it was the same. I have a recorded video of the noise from the AC in both rooms. I can send them to you as proof

This hotel atmosphere was so pleasant and welcoming. I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the passed weeks and this one was definitely the best. I was in for a interview with American Airlines which staff was familiar with my location and also assured me I could be transported on their hotel shuttle.

Close to airport, free shuttle service, delicious complimentary breakfast, large clean nicely furnished rooms, friendly staff. Best Western always takes care of its guests. Will always choose this hotel when in Dallas area.

We had to help put bedding on second bed. Tv remote did not work. They gave us four different remotes to no avail. The vending machines did not work. There was trash in the spa. No one to take it out. The handicap device by spa was inaccessible due to lack of staff. They forgot to tell us we had to request any common services, such as housekeeping and clean towels. We came home after a long, hot day at park to a dirty room with no clean towels. Other people were at desk complaining. Problems range from no air conditioning, elevator not working on fourth floor, wet carpet by air conditioner. We have stayed at Best Westerns from Paris to all over US. Never again. A plus sign only means PLUS PROBLEMS and are evidently given out with no criteria of excellence.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights over 2 visits. I picked this place because it was close to the airport and I am a Best Western Rewards member. The hotel was close to the airport but about 25 min to downtown Dallas, where a lot of restaurants that I wanted to check out were. It was not the hotel's fault, just letting people know. Check-in both times were smooth and the staff were very good. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious. I only stayed 2 nights and 1 night so I never utilized room service. I found my rooms very quiet even next to an expressway. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. If I had one complaint, it was very minor. One of my pet peeves is when there is not channel guide for the TV, whether on the TV or Hotel Guide.

This Hotel is definitely not a plus. *The room smelled like old wet carpet. *The pull out couch had crumbs of food and trash. *No laundry bags. *The small couch did not look sanitary to sit in. *The bathroom had a weir old water smell to it. *The most important for our family is the breakfast, The quality of all the warm food was not GOOD at all. We wasted time trying to stay and eat when we should have just went to a restaurant or fast food.

nice looking hotel but they refuse to clean your room if staying more than one night. They expect you to keep three days worth of trash in your room and keep using the same dirty towels. When we asked for service we were treated very rudely by staff. Part of the room rate is to pay the cleaning staff so shouldn't the rate be lowered when they refuse to clean.

They don't mention that you need to call upon arrival for a shuttle van. At 6AM the driver was driving all over the airport trying to find me a wheelchair. His efforts were well beyond what he is required to do.

This hotel has a Great staff and were super accommodating. To our group if 15 Thry also have a shuttle service with friendly drivers. We were very eased with our stay overall and we would staY again Breakfast is good.

No pets in this hotel is absolutely perfect! The location to the airport is ideal. A hot breakfast is very nice indeed. Other than that plenty of restaurants are nearby as well. I you are looking for a Best Western closer to the airport, this is your best choice in my opinion.

We found this Best Western to be convenient and close to family nearby. It was affordable and we found it also was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, couch and extra chair were comfortable, TV reception was excellent and heater was very quiet. Breakfast was well maintained, larger than other motels, and had a good selection. Parking lot is large and very well lit. This motel also has a large lobby to sit with very comfortable chairs. Front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Will stay here again when visiting the Dallas area. Thank you for a great stay.

Best Western in Euless was a great place to stay for access to the airport. Excellent shuttle services, very clean and comfortable and at an affordable price. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Dallas Fort Worth area.

I paid for a room through park, sleep and fly for this hotel. My wife and I flew back to the airport with no shuttle service provided due to no driver available. This is something we paid for and was suppose to be provided. After several phone calls and waiting time, we took a cab to the hotel which cost us $32 and $5 for the driver's tip. The woman supervisor said when I called her that she could not compensate since the rate was already discounted. Really?! What part of customer service am I missing here?!

We always enjoy our stay here when visiting the Fort Worth Stockyards or when we stay the night before having to leave early in morning for Maui from our flight from Pittsburgh the night before. The complimentary airport shuttle and breakfast are greatly appreciated.

Jess informed that's that they had a shuttle service that would transport us to the airport for a low fee. It saved us half the price that we had already spent at the airport parking. So thankful for her knowledge & kindness. She definitely made us feel welcomed.

AA Airline put us up in the Best Western Euless, our connection in Dallas missed due to engine trouble. The first registration person was great, wish I had her name but she had red hair. At 11pm Jessica arrives and the rudeness began. Dont know why they hire such a nasty person to be in the hospitality industry. She was dismissive and bitchy, informed us a few time that breakfast was NOT included. After a long day of ariport snafus that attitude is not helpful at all! In the morning she was still there and before I could even approch the desk she yells across the foyer to see if we were checking out and again made sure we knew no breakfast. Jessicsa shoud really go through some customer service classes or not work there at all!

I was very dissatisfied with the BW Plus on Airport Freeway in Euless, TX. The check in process was easy and the gentleman that helped us was very nice. The beds were good and the pillows were great. Things went down hill on the second day of my stay. I put the notice out for my room to be cleaned. We left the hotel for the day and when we returned nothing had been done not even the dirty towels replaced. I tried to speak to the housekeeper but she had to call the manager. I was told by the manager they only clean the rooms every other day even if the guest requests it. She said because I did not request it the day before they would not do it. When I complained at the front desk to Jessica she said that was the policy and there was nothing I could do about it. When I asked to speak to the manager she said that the manager wasn't there and she would be in tomorrow. When I asked if the manager could call me Jessica said no. The hotel looked in disrepair. There was mold in areas of the bathroom. The couch in my room had ripped cushions. The door from the pool to the hotel was out of order. There was a card reader on the door hanging by wires. The pool was also closed on the last day of my stay according to Jessica by the city. Not sure if that was an issue regarding the condition of the pool butt when asked if it was due to the concept the door she yelled at my family saying that wasn't the problem. I also witnessed Jessica yelling at an elderly gentleman in front of me. I will never stay at thus hotel again. Instead of a Best Western Plus it should be a Best Western Minus.

I normally regard BW as a good reliable place to stay when taking a trip. It started off with the reservation wasn't recorded that was made 4 days earlier, but they still had rooms available. The toilet flush handle was about ready to fall off in the bathroom. The comp breakfast was poor at best. The eggs when they had some were cold. The sausage and bacon were undercooked and they were usually out of them. The air conditioner was not working properly after the fist night and they don't have maintenance work on the weekend.(?) The door from the side of the pool outside was broken so that after you came out to the pool and got wet, you had to walk around and go back thru the front of the hotel. Just a lot of small things that you wouldn't expect at an BW. Maybe this was an exceptional case but it was quite a disappointment to what I was expecting from BW.

Awesome Staff, Great Hot Breakfast Mnay options available, Pool area was functioning and Clean! Rooms were clean no smells and everything was in working order. Comfortable Beds pleanty of room in Queen Suite! had a family of 4 and it worked out nice. Will Stay again!

Last minute decision to travel that night. No problems with booking, check in or out, nice large well decorated room. My only issue is the same with any hotel, too much light coming in when the sun comes up. I should probably invest in a good sleep mask. LOL!!!

Room was clean, decorated nicely..Staff, front desk and housekeeping always greeted us with a smile.From the moment you walk into the property, it smelled really good, the elevator and even the hallways.. Thank you Best Western, will definitely be coming back!!

Purchased 2 bottles of water and a juice gave the guy a 20. He gave me 4.00 change. I looked at him and said 14.00? He then gave me 2 fives. I said 2.00 each he shook his head. Next morning grandson wanted water. I asked the girl at the desk how much is the water she said $1.00. Don't like being ripped off! Lesson learned always ask the price first. It should be displayed. So I guess they look at you and create a price. I must have looked richer to the man than the lady!

This best western is horrible. It should not be a best western plus. It took the staff 12 hours to clean the bathroom after the toilet flooded. Whoever is in charge of maintenance and housekeeping should go look at rooms after they have been cleaned.

I've been staying at this Best Western since it opened up. I have a client in Euless and this location is idea. Rooms are also great as I love having a couch. Staff is always great. Was here during the Snowstorm in 2/2021. The hotel staff was very stoic during the whole situation.

I had a 3 night stay. the room was great, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. I was there for a TV show production near by and I was able to go and do my job and return to a nice quiet place of comfort.

The hotel was very clean. They are serving breakfast now. Good options and the area was kept clean. I didn't have time to check out the pool but it look good from afar. The room was nice and clean. Will be back.

Beautiful place and pool. Staff was great. Due to covid-19 breakfast limited, didn't have anything hot and few healthy choices. Would stay again if in Texas. So clean and nice big rooms to sit separate than the bed.

Not worth the stay or money. The room was smelly and dirty. I went with my kids and was scared to even put my things down because it was bug infested. I only reserved 1 night and my charged was charged twice.

Longer stay than at most hotels when "just passing through" so very happy to have a perfect room for a week's stay! Light bulbs missing were replaced within an hour of check-in, as was the nonworking TV remote: thank you, Carlos, for getting these things done for us expeditiously!

BEWARE of blonde lady at the front desk..we were forced to stay here after our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight .We arrived after midnight exhausted. Front desk was not accommodating. She tells us we can't have pillows for our pull out Couch and no baby cots. We asked if we could have a milk from the back for our baby and she said NO! That we have to use our vouchers for food. So we had to walk at 1 am to the corner store to get milk. In the morning we asked her for a shuttle to airport and she says there's no way for her to get us one at 6am. We have to wait til 8. Our flight is at 830. Not helpful at all!!!! Then magically a shuttle shows up at 6 and says they can take us to the airport. But we had already ordered a taxi. Other guests come down and she tells them there will be another shuttle at 7 then at 730. Why didn't she tell us that?? She was horrible! So rude! Not empathetic at all.

First, I want to say that our accommodations were perfectly fine. The low rating was due to the fact that we called to inquire about shuttles to/from the airport and was told that they did offer that service. BUT, it was never mentioned that they charge a daily fee for leaving your car in their parking lot AND that the shuttle was not available at all times. When we arrived back at the airport, I called the number on the card that they gave me and was told a shuttle would be there shortly. After 40 minutes of waiting, I called back. Now I was told that there wasn't a shuttle available for another 1 1/2 hours! So in addition to unexpectedly paying for parking, we also had to pay for an Uber back to the hotel. You need to be sure that you know you will be charged for parking and verify that the shuttle will be available for BOTH your drop off and pick up times at the airport. The manager seemed very indifferent to our complaint of lack of information from them and the additional costs to us.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Upon arrival the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My room was spacious for what I needed, my bed was super comfortable, and it had all the amenities that I needed. My only complaint was that as soon as I opened the door to my room for the first time, I was hit with a musty smell. Later I found out that it was probably from the air conditioner because the carpet was wet. Also, the location of the property is central to just about everything. It also has an airport shuttle for those who need it. I had a rental and the parking was free. Because of Covid, breakfast was a grab and go with a variety of items to choose from including bagels, muffins, yogurt, juice, and a pretzel with cheese. The room said coffee makers, so that came in handy.

Visited for a staycation to get away! I'm a member so I wanted to rack up on my points. The desk clerk was VERY friendly and professional but the hotel is kinda basic. It's not renovated like some of the other ones. It was okay! I'm not sure if we will return!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. My friend and I (two very young women) were staying there. After arriving in Dallas late at night on a Saturday night, the two men working the desk (one a receptionist and one the manager) were very gentlemanly and gave us the best advice possible to stay safe and get from the hotel to the airport with no worries. When we arrived back at the hotel using their shuttle we realized our car battery had died and the connection to the terminal was messed up. The manager from that night (a different man this time) and the man that had driven us in the shuttle, came to our aid. The manager helped figure out the problem and the driver spent a full 40 minutes trying to get our car to start. He was successful and gave us the best advice to get home safely. This hotel deserves the utmost props for being clean, and very caring. It was a great plus being that we are not from Dallas and are always quite nervous being there alone at night. Wonderful wonderful review from this traveler.

Directly off the interstate in a good location to get around Dallas / Ft Worth with ease. Friendly front desk. Spacious room and smelled clean when you entered. I booked at the last minute and had no problems.

We travel through Dallas to come back to Australian and we were greatly surprised with a very easy check in and a wonderful and spacious room. Breakfast was great, very interactive with their own waffles machine and a great variety of food to suit all types of diets. Since we didn't know the city, the receptionist kindly offered for their shuttle bus to take us to Walmart which was a bit far away. We also were able to use their shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and on the way back to the airport. When arriving to Canberra we realized that my son had left his beloved teddy bear at the hotel and the staff there was absolutely amazing at finding the precious teddy and sending it back to us. We even had a little welcome tea party. Special thanks to all reception staff specially the lovely Victoria who found the teddy, Jessica, Carlos and Rahul for following up on the complicated shipment . You guys are stars !!

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The 2 issues of difficulty, were the lack of Gluten Free breakfast items for my friend and also being awakened in the early hours of the morning by extremely loud noises - possibly from the room above ours. The noise kept us awake for at least an hour. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and the driver was professional.

All your needs will be met within reason. The friendliest people to deal with. they will make sure your stay is a comfortable and relaxing one. If there is a need for anything it only take a call to the desk and it will be taken care of within minutes.

Had to take my daughter to DFW airport and was able to ride the hotel shuttle van instead of driving. Clean room, pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff and a really wonderful breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Had the most restful sleep on a transit to LA! This premium room was spacious with high ceilings, king luxurious bed and pillows! Has a free service to and from the terminals which was very handy. The only down part was the elevator not working when you have a huge suitcase to carry down! But the staff were amazingly helpful too! Thank you so much will stay again!

The deposit for the room was $123.45 for November 30, 2019, I seen it on my credit card. My room charge was $98.45. I called the hotel about the deposit charge, the next day, on my credit card, the deposit charge changed to $98.45. Today is December 4, 2019 and the deposit charge is still there. The hotel said it would take up to 72 hours to be refunded but it's been 72 hours already and the charge is still there. I called my credit card company and they said that they would call this hotel to get them to refund my money, if not refunded by Friday, December 6, 2019. Why is it that the hotel is quick to take your money but SLOW to return your money. I think it's a scam to make interest on all the money they take in from people. Can you imagine how much money they make on interest alone? Room was very nice but we heard lots of heavy walking above us that's irritating when you want peace and quiet to rest and relax. The breakfast was too spicy, I didn't like it so I threw it away. I won't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend this hotel either.

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights for business/leisure, and the elevators didn't work. Poor customer service at check in and check out. Rooms were clean, but I would have appreciated better service.

By staying in Euless we were able to get two rooms for the price of one in Arlington. It was only minutes away from all the places we wanted to go. It was clean and right off the highway. Neighborhood is on the decline, but felt safe there.

We are in the area visiting some family we never met. This hotel is one f the best we have been to during our trip. From parking to check in to the room and staff and breakfast all top notch. Close to the highway. Easy to get in and out. Don't think twice if this area works for you. We would stop again.

Manager and entire staff were extreemly attentive to our needs and provided everything we asked for, The property is clean and well kept. The pool area was also very clean. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and well lit at night. Hotel is close to stores and restaurants.

I stayed at the Best Westen for two nights prior to MOB with my two sons and significant other! I LOVED it! Great understanding and helpful staff. My boys LOVE the water so no way did the want to get out of the pool. Although it closed at 10, the staff was very understanding and did not say a word as we enjoyed the pool and hot tub a little pass 10. Not to mention the pool is very nice with it's up to date "rock" finish!

My experience was awesome. I would definitely stay there again and again. The breakfast was great my friends kept giving prays while they were eating . They loved that it wasnt crowded when they got there breakfast. It was an overall awesome experience

I was traveling from the west coast to the east coast through DFW. Our in bound flight got delayed/rerouted due to weather and I missed my connecting flight. That meant either sleeping on the floor at DFW or a quick 6 hour stay at a nearby hotel. I booked a room at BW through a "last minute deals" web site. Unfortunately, I made the reservation for the wrong night! So I had to made another reservation! I arrived at BW after 11pm, in a cranky mood, not looking forward to the 4:30am wake up to make a 7am flight east. The night clerk was fantastic! She not only sped me through check-in, she helped me cancel my incorrect reservation (you know how hard that can be!), alerted me to the awesome 5am start time for the complementary breakfast, and got me on a complementary shuttle back to DFW! Everything was so comfortable and smooth, I left wishing I could have spent more time there!

Used our Rewards to stay here while attending a Rangers game in Arlington with family. The desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. This was the first time to use Rewards and we were pleasantly surprised how easy check in was and how nice our room was. We were given a handicapped accessible room even though we didn't need it. It was spacious,very clean,and had 2 large windows which made it seem even bigger. Everything worked fine, beds were comfortable, location of the room was very quiet. Breakfast was typical but good; one attendant went out of her way to make me decaf coffee when it ran out and brought a cup to the table when it was ready. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Pluses: room was spacious and bed was comfy. Minuses: there was a layer of dust on the nightstand and the lamp on the nightstand. There was a very small brown stain on the bed sheet. When I started taking a shower I noticed that there were two light brown stains on the supposedly clean washcloth I was about to use. Needless to say I didn't use it. Thankfully, I had brought my own shower sponge.

We selected this property due it's location to the DFW airport and the shuttle service it provided. We were pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service it provided to a number of restaurants in the immediate area.

Clean and decent hotel. Convenient to nearby attractions. Parking is tough if you come in late. Shower heads need to be replaced with ones that give you different streams.... weak pressure makes for hard time getting shampoo out of hair.

Although we only spent one night, it was a very comfortable and very clean room. The breakfast was good, and nicely set up. It was convenient to restaurants, and most importantly - it was quiet. You cannot go wrong here.

The hotel is right off the highway and easy to get to. The property was very clean and parking was great. The staff was very professional and friendly. The manger at this hotel turned a bad experience into a great experience! We were looking for a hotel that was close to the airport due to us getting into Dallas late at night. We have 3 kids and wanted to stay somewhere conveniently located and provided a shuttle. We were extremely disappointed when we landed late at night and I was promptly put on hold by the front desk attendant. She never came back on the line. My husband tried on his phone and she would never pick up directly and instead would put him directly on hold. We gave up after 10-15 minutes, so we called for Uber. After getting to the hotel with a $25 Uber ride, we arrive to a completely empty front lobby. The lady at the front desk acted ignorant to the situation, so we decided not to push the issue. The next day my husband talked to the Manager (didn't get the name) and they went above and beyond to correct the issue giving us our money back for the Uber ride we had to pay for. All in all, people make mistakes, but it is how they go about to correct the mistakes and this manager did wonderful. For an overnight stay close to the airport it was great! Clean spacious rooms and a nice breakfast!

I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to DFW. Its not far from the airport. Its nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. Front desk clerk checked is right in, no issues. Very nice and polite. No complaints at all.

The property was very clean. There was a rather strong smell of cleaning products when we first arrived. Not overwhelming though. The bed was comfortable, not too soft, not to firm. The air worked well. Not fond of the smell of the bath products, I would bring your own if you are particular. Overall it was a pleasant stay, well worth the money.

Shuttle schedule is great and they take your name for reservations so you know you won't be left behind. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs - what more could you want? Room useful for work or play - desk pulls out for extra work surface.

Stopped here the night before our morning flight to Korea. I am not a planner so it was a spur of the moment stop. I asked how much for a room and was told $89 but Trip advisor showed $65. The clerk said she couldn't go that low so I stood right there and booked online. I don't understand why the hotel can't offer the same deal. The room was clean a d the brea,fast free.

Recently stayed here for a Dallas Thursday night game. Let's discuss the pros.... Conveniently located between the D/FW airport and AT&T stadium, super clean, close to the expressway, great rates, a nice breakfast buffet and one of the nicest and friendliest staffs in any hotel. The young lady at the desk even told us the easiest way to avoid traffic and get to the stadium, as well as the best time to leave. As for the cons....... I did not experience any. Enjoyed a greats night rest on a super comfortable bed.

I booked this hotel last mintue due to area and cost. We arrived and called for shuttle which arrived in no time he was friendly,once we arrived we had a short wait for early check in. There was a super nice lady that was wrapping up breakfast she let is grab some food until we were able to check in.We had a small issue with the room as it looked like it had water damage in the ceiling and some mold in which we called down told the front desk and she apologized and immediately changed our room. Breakfast was good and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area and what to do. Overall great time

I can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality. It was a great experience for me and my family. The staff made a great connection with us. Breakfast was always a fun experience. It's a chill atmosphere, and easy for the kids to run around. My 3 year old enjoyed the Nutella, especially in her oatmeal. Having the laundry room available on the floor was a great benefit for my wife. She was able to drop a load in and attend to the kids. This is the first time I will actually miss a hotel.

Connecting flight was cancelled. Showed up at 1am. Both shuttle drivers were super nice. Everyone at the front desk - evening and am was super nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. And room was quiet. Mine had a little sofa area. Under those circumstances, the simple things matter. These folks were just human and kind. I slept thru breakfast, so can't comment. Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and décor is modern and nice. Loved the angles of the room. Only issues I had were the lack of parking at night and only having one waffle maker. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Best Western Plus DFW advertises a shuttle but will only send it if you call. When I called there was confusion between the other Best Western DFW at the airport. They never sent the shuttle but refuse to refund the room. Staff is moderately polite. BW also blocked my warning about their shuttle service on their reviews . . . so don't trusth the BW reviews.

Since it was a free night stay I'll just say that the hotel is clean and convenient to DFW. Breakfast was available and filling. 30 minutes after starting breakfast service however, I feel the items could have been a little warmer. We were placed in a handicapped room and the bed was a little lumpy and sagged in the center, not a real restful night, but again it was a Rewards stay.

We left our car here after staying one night. We took the shuttle to the aiport and then had the shuttle pick us up. Leaving it was okay. Picking us up was frustrating. I called while at baggage claim so it would give them time to get here and we wouldnt have to wait 30 min for a shuttle as it was late at night and we had been traveling all day. When i called i was told to call back when i got downstairs. So i did then i was told they would be 15 min. 30 min later i called to see where the driver was but they never answered. I trued calling several times. The driver finally showed but had they sent the driver the 1st time i called they would have a better review instead of a frustrated customer and a 3 star.We wont use this hotel to park at again.

Front desk staff was great and shuttle to Dallas Fort Worth Airport was quick and painless. Places to eat within blocks and more within 1-2 miles. Internet was fast and easy to connect. Snacks or points for BW frequent stay members.

Had a decent experience. Hotel in an okay part of town, but not a great one. Pretty convenient to a lot fo things though. Hotel is pretty new, but had to move rooms because of broken a/c, then other room had ant problem. Then the shower faucet was broken, maintenance guy acted like he had no idea how to fix anything. Room was pretty clean though. Staff was really nice and helpful when we complained about issues we had. Breakfast was pretty good. Pastries, cereal, eggs, bacon, etc. Swimming pool was fun for kids and nice hot tub. Had a bus of young kids come in one night super late, group of teenage kids woke up our young kids and baby. Was not happy about that at all. I would have appreciated the staff not putting them next to a young family. Was a decent hotel stay and room though ffor the cost.

Great price considering its under 10 minutes from Dallas fourth worth airport and they provide a shuttle to and from. Flight came in at 6 am and they key me check in at 8 am instead of making me wait till 3. Next day i went to breakfast late and they went in the neck and made me a plate. Gave me late check out on my final day and were smiling the whole time.

I had an unexpected overnight in Dallas due to a missed connection. After reading the reviews , I decided to book this Best Western . Meh at best . Staff were very uninterested and not super helpful . Not necessarily rude just very checked out from the job. Room was nice enough , but the TV didn't work . Called front desk about TV . Maintenance guy came to look at it and basically said “ I don't know “ and left . Minimal toiletries of Motel 6 quality . Wouldn't recommend it

We always stay at this Best Western at least 4 times a year. Always friendly nice staff. Clean hotel. Good value for the money. we like the fitness center comes in handy for a quick workout. This is our home away from home.

The carpet needed cleaning and we had problems with the plumbing but the staff did their best to solve the problems. The housekeepers were exceptional and tried to take the very best care of our needs they were also in charge of the breakfast bar in the mornings most days and it was very good. A long stay in a hotel is usually not pleasant but the staff did their best to make us comfortable.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and price. We were very impressed with their hotel. The front desk and various personnel were very friendly. The lobby was large and the room layout was very spacious. We had a king bed suite with sofa bed and there was quite a bit of room to move around and not feel so cramped like other hotel rooms. It does take a little effort to find as LaQuinta is behind it and Best Western Plus does not have a large sign out like LaQuinta; only on the wall facing the Interstate but that would not deter us from staying here again. I travel a lot and this is a great go to hotel by the airport. A/C and Heat worked very well. Hot water was very quick to get to the 4th floor.

Housekeeping very loud cleaning rooms next to us in the morning slamming doors. No towel service or rooms cleaning trash cans refreshed beds made. 5 night stay not impressed. Second stay at this hotel not impressed this time around.

Staff extremely helpful convenient to restaurants and centrally located to the airport easy on and off the freeways breakfast was good ,very clean rooms if needed extra towels or other supplies easy to obtain.

We stayed two nights using rewards points. This was a nice property with friendly staff, and overall great service. There is a considerable amount of road construction in the area, however it did not take away from our overall experience. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I stayed one night before leaving on vacation. It is close to the airport and they have an airport shuttle. The staff was excellent and the room was very clean. The hotel has a breakfast but we left before it started. Can't say enough good things.

Best motel I have ever stayed in USA. Value of money than other brand of hotels. Property manager was extremely helpful and professional. Other staffs were quiet professional. Pick up and drop facilities were very prompt in service.

Our welcome was excellent, the room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool was too cold for me, but the jacuzzi was great. The hotel has a free shuttle, but sadly we didnt know that until we arrived there, having paid over 30 dollars for a taxi from the airport. It wasn't obvious on the website. However, we did take advantage of it to go to a local restaurant, and get picked up. Also to return to the airport. The only reason we haven't given 5stars, is because of the use of plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast. Breakfast was lovely, but it seems to be the custom to not use proper cutlery etc.

If there is a Best Western where I have to travel, I try to book a room there. Every time I have to travel to Euless, if a room is available I will book there. I've been really impress with the workout facilities they have. It is better than the photo on their webpage unlike other hotels in the are.

Very helpful staff, quick shuttle to the airport. Room was clean and fresh, bed fantastic! We saw several airline employees there, so it must be known as a good place to stay near DFW. We will use it again next time we have an early flight.

We found this to be an excellent choice if you need to be close to the airport. Our room was very spacious with a nice décor. The room was clean and quiet with a very comfy bed. AC and WIFI worked well. The mini fridge kept our water cold. Bathroom was a good size with plenty of counter space. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was also very good. We arrived with a rental car and wanted to return it that night rather than having to get up earlier the next day. We simply had to call them after we dropped off the car and they sent the shuttle to pick us up right away. We really appreciated that since most hotels will not go anywhere except the airport. We found this hotel to be very good value compared to others in the area. The only minor negative we have to report concerns the bathroom. The shower curtain is too short and water can easily escape unto the floor.

Our group stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The breakfast is delicious and has a great selection. The workers were constantly refilling everything and wiping down the counters, cleaning tables and taking care of guests. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Excellent customer service!

Shuttle driver was late because she was making breakfast so we had to hurry to make our flight! Took 50 min. to get picked up from the airport and the driver is very rude. On the way to tge airporr the driver ate her breakfast we had to wait on.

The Woman who checked us was incredible, she was so polite and helpful, Answered the questions i had in great detail. Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel, there were a few things like our curtains and some what looked like paint on the drapes, also another drape looked like a cat hat pawed it, There The thermostat on the wall was not functional and made adjustments on the Unit, For us these were minor details and still enjoyed our stay, i do try to make observations even at the best of facilities because theres always room for improvement, Thank you guys for many enjoyable nights for my family and myself.

Entire staff was very helpful and friendly to us. We were stranded in Dallas/Fort Worth due to Hurricane Irma and the staff at the hotel made our four day stay much more tolerable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay near the DFW airport.

Booked last minute so didn't read reviews until we checked in. Hotel was good overall but the review about the shower curtain was accurate. It's way too short and towels are small and need replacement. Forgot to pack ours unfortunately.

Great place, great staff, perfect for a layover. Typical US breakfast. Big room, comfortable bed. Had a long connection, flying in the middle of the morning the next day. Only fast-food nearby, and they close early in Dallas. Used the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and it worked very well.

This is a terrific property. I did not have high expectations based on the last Best Western property I stayed in years ago. Things have certainly changed if this property is any indication of what to expect from this brand. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have been here for more than a week and I have felt right at home. The breakfast is fresh and tasty every morning and there is plenty of variety to choose your favorities. Monica does a great job! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed. I was here for business, but I would not hesitate to bring my family here. They have a shuttle that runs 24 hours so if you are in for business without a car, it's not a problem.

A ten minute ride from airport by courtesy shuttle. You have to call if at airport. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast. The only downfall was no nice restaurants within walking distance, but had great Chinese food delivered.

Hotel was super clean with great staff. The room was clean and had a great bed. Stayed 2 days and did not want to leave. Close to food, shopping and highways. the only issue was construction getting to hotel but that is progress.

Heading to this hotel in the evening after being in the plane all day was a little tricky because of road construction. Back roads get you there, so it was a bit sketchy when I arrived. The area around the hotel at the moment is a little isolated. BUT as soon as you stepped in and saw the smiling face of the young woman at the front desk, everything was more than fine. And the room was spacious and spot on. A real little gem of a Best Western.

This hotel is a oood value. Its location is only 10 minutes from Terminal E at DFW airport. My family and I had agood night;s sleep on comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast which we ate at AM due to an early flight Good early breakfast. The breakfast was better than most. The hotel supplies an hourly shuttle to the airport which we did not need to use, but it may be useful in the future.

Average hotel, nothing really stands out good or bad. I bought my hotel on Hotel Tonight, this hotel was advertised as having 24/7 room service. That was a total misrepresentation as there is not any room service so buyer beware.

Great motel, very eye-catching décor, large room tastefully decorated. All staff outstandingly friendly and helpful. Lots of construction in immediate area of hotel but easily visible off interstate. Will stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western DFW because they had a 24 hour airport shuttle and are about 7 miles to Globe Life Park. The hotel is very nice, but the walls are extremely thin. I was awoken twice in the night... once from the people next door talking and once from people in the hall coming in late. You would expect better sound proofing from the looks of the hotel, which is very pretty. Our bathroom was missing a light fixture in part of the light so there was just a bulb. Breakfast was average. Choices were very few. The area is sketchy, its not a place I would gave normally chosen had I seen the area. It is not easy to get to; you have to use parking lots or side streets. I booked through Expedia and had early check in at 1pm as part of my booking. When i got there at 130 i was told there were no rooms until 3pm. I said my booking specifically states i have a 1pm check in, and I showed her that in the confirmation email. She immediately found 2 rooms available. I was not happy I had to deal with that. She was also unable to to add the night to my Best Western rewards for pounts for a nights stay... said it was because of Expedia.. I tried to give her my number... but she said no. Any other Best Western ive stayed at through Expedia has been able to do it, so that was upsetting, too. Even after all of that, if tge price was right... Id stay there again!

Needed a hotel near DFW airport where we could stay overnight on both ends of our trip and park our car. This hotel worked great - the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. Only complaint would be the air conditioner was loud - will use ear plugs my next visit.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights at this quiet comfortable hotel. Restaurants are not far away but you cannot walk to them. Breakfast was complementary andsufficient. Rooms are Nice, clean and roomy. Good shuttle to the airport and back (didn't have to wait more than 20-25 minutes from call at airport). Friendly service. Room was very nice and clean but floors are thin (footsteps and stomping until 1:30AM above us in 308) so would only stay here again if we were on the 4th FLOOR. Beds ok but mattress is due for replacement soon (rolls to middle). Breakfast was very good. No issues with parking - not every Stay & Park allow the stay at the END of the parking but this hotel does.

The hotel it self was great! Room was clean, Bed was comfortable and Staff was excellent and friendly. The location was a little sketchy. I chose this hotel due to the proximity of the location I needed to be at early morning. Friends that lived in the area was concerned with the area.

The same lady who checked me in at 11pm at night was there the following morning between 7am and 10am to check me out. You wouldn't have been able to tell she only slept a few hours either because she was in an incredibly bubbly mood(there was a different lady during the middle of the night) The room was very clean as well as the entire hotel.

The room was great, Hotel was supper clean and nice, but there is not enough parking for the hotel, had to park behind another hotel and walk, got up the next morning and cars were parked on grass, in fire zone, and in front of door. Said something at desk that night and desk clerk said oh you can park at the other hotel....

This hotel has a great location if you have business, family or leisure activities in the area or near DFW. I had a booking issue and Mr. Sharma, the hotel manager, was helpful in getting my issue resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

We stayed for one night before flying out of Dallas. The pool was nice and not busy at all, the hotel seemed to be new or on the newer end, and we had no problems in our brief visit. Great and convenient hotel to stay at if flying out of the airport!

The hotel staff were so friendly & helpful. The hotel beds are nice for a good nights rest. The hotel was close to the airport. The rooms were very nice, staff was congenial. Pool and hot-tube are outside, but nice. Breakfast bar was adequate. Restaurant selection within walking distance was poor.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. It is clean, staff are friendly good breakfast, good location. The hotel provide all the amenities that is needed for a comfortable stay. Many restaurants are close by and you can find a number of good place to shop close by.

I stayed for 3 weeks in this hotel. Staff was great, the room was very spacious and complete. I love their omelets in the morning and great breakfast too. Overall Im very satisfied and will definitely stay again here in the future.

I am fond of Best Western and found this place as hidden gem I need a place to stay for the evening before a 6am flight. Yes there is construction in the area but did not bother in driving in the area. The staff was very nice and even had a great suggestion to go to Fuzzy's for dinner. Room was clean and bathroom huge. Our room seemed to have paper thin walls we could hear everything outside our room and the beds in our room were not like most Best Western maybe because it was a Handicap room. One thing that stands out was the Pool area outside so it was cold and hot tub felt great. They were doing landscaping but did not bother us. I would definitely come back. The attention to detail and service exceeded our expectations.

The staff was very nice and courteous. The hotel was very clean. The pool was so so. It needed to be cleaned a little better, but my kids loved it. My only complaint was the amount of construction directly next to the hotel made it hard to get in and out to do things in Dallas.

The continental breakfast was good the eggs were a bit dry but other then that it was a great breakfast. They offer shuttle services for the airport which we did not need but it is available if you need it. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The pool area is very nice with a waterfall coming into the pool.

Booked this hotel as the price was right and it had a free airport shuttle. Seemed like a brand new hotel, rooms were the perfect size, all the amenities and clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is a little further away from the airport, and there isnt much around, but if you need a place for a stop over its well worth it.

Really appreciate the service at this property, the large rooms, and modern decor. The free DFW airport shuttle pickup was very fast and convenient, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the staff in the morning were very helpful when I was late for breakfast (it ends at 9am) and were quick to help with a transfer back to the airport with food too. A great experience! Front desk clerk was very friendly, accommodating, resourceful and pleasant. Excellent customer service skills! Hotel is in a great location. The construction that is presently created a bit of an inconvenience but overall everything was absolutely great. If we visit the area again, I informed the front desk clerk that we would surely stay at that location. The clerk was a small Asian young lady. Beautiful inside and out!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel which I chose because I had a meeting to attend at Flight Safety which is somewhat nearby. There is some construction on the feeder road but I was still able to locate it without difficulty. The check in process was fine, everyone was very friendly at the desk. My room was very nice and a great place to work. I used the workout room two times. It could be a little bigger, and the treadmill's screen to tell you basic information about the workout was broken, but at least the room had some dumbbells and a space large enough for me to spread out my yoga mat and do my exercise routine. The desk in the room is great. I liked the separated living area from the bed area. The bed was also very comfortable and nice. I spent about 4 hours working on a paper I needed to write and found the desk and room comfortable and a great spot to get things done. The room was VERY quiet and free of any noise. I was very happy about that! Some restaurants are located nearby so that you can make a quick run for food. I was going to go to the pool but when I got there, it was really dark (at about 9:30 at night) and there were no lights in the pool and no towels around plus a somewhat strange guy trying to make conversation the minute I walked into the area...so I turned around and went right back to my room. I didn't feel comfortable in that area in the dark. In the daytime I'm sure it is nice as the pool had a fountain running down some rocks into it. The breakfast was good and had a good number of choices. I would stay here again for sure.

I stayed from October 31st to November 4th, and the staff was really welcomy. The shuttle driver, Oscar, really friendly! And the girls at the front desk too. The shuttle sometimes takes a bit, but it's understandable. Overall, great experience and would stay there again!

I selected the hotel because of airport shuttle service. It also provided the service within a 3 mile radius of the hotel - the problem was there was not much within that radius. The hotel is an average property with not much around for walking. The free breakfast was great except for over salty sausage. The room was very comfortable.

Came to Dallas to watch a football game and stayed at the Best Western. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and seating area. The front desk service attendant was genuinely very helpful and was happy to answer questions. Our room was spotless and very up to date and overall the stay was very affordable considering the excellent quality of our room. I will stay here again.

Smiley faces from the minute we walked into the lobby. Clean and welcoming. We had a king room and it was big! Breakfast was good and the young woman cooking the eggs was really friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side is that there are no eateries in walking distance except subway. They have a shuttle to and from the dfw airport .

I had to stay in Dallas because of American Airlines screw up. Terrible night was made much better by accommodating staff and quick airport shuttle. Room was modern and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Location was OK with not a lot of eating locations close. Breakfast was adequate. Overall a real gem on an otherwise bad travel day

Great property. Utilized Best Western reward points for the stay, at 8,000 pts a night it was a steal. The property has nice rooms, new beds and furniture. Breakfast was average continental plus some eggs/sausage. Nice area to eat in. Fairly quiet property. Be aware as of late August there is a small amount of road construction near the property. Good property to stay at for Rangers games/AT&T Stadium.

I was returning from a business trip to China and I had an overnight layover in Dallas and I got the Best Western for $72 off Hotwire. The location was good, located next to a number of restaurants. It was also directly on Airport Freeway and close to DFW. The room was very clean and spacious. The living area had a nice sofa and coffee table and there was also an extra chair. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and the sheets. The decor was modern and everything seemed new and fresh. The room also had a great HD flatscreen TV which was in perfect viewing position from the bed. The air conditioning unit was quiet and cooled the room down quickly. The door to the closeted a broken latch and wouldn't close. It wasn't a huge problem, but it was slightly uncomfortable when I was sleeping because the closet is in front of the bed. The Internet was fairly fast and easy to connect to. The breakfast is decent with a variety of hot and cold options including sausage, eggs, juices, breads, cereal, and waffles. Alma, the staff member in charge of the breakfast area was very nice and friendly. She also opened the breakfast area early so I could catch my flight. My only real complaint is about the shuttle bus. I had to wait 30 minutes before the shuttle arrived even though I was told it would take 8-10 minutes. It also only runs every hour which is really inconvenient if you have an early flight and also want to eat breakfast at the same time. I would recommend this Best Western If you are looking for a decent hotel near DFW.

Best western plus Euless was a very clean and quiet hotel. We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed the space provided in the rooms. The hotel offers free breakfast which definitely helped us save a little money. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport which makes the commute short. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located 6 to 8 miles from six flags & water park in Arlington. Plus was there Hot breakfast and staff. Breakfast girl helped my kids to make waffle with Blueberry topping. Overall, Clean hotel and comfortable stay. With a beautiful outdoor pool.

Wouldn't stay again. They didn't have enough linens. The shower was awful. We had to pin the curtains back with a pair of shoes so the A/C would work properly, it was blowing up into the curtains and no air was going into the room. We only stayed 2 night, we had a early flight out of DFW.

Stayed at Euless Best Western for couple of nights. Very neat & clean hotel. Loved the hot breakfast. They have a mini refrigerator at the breakfast to keep the Yogurt, cheese,boiled eggs etc nice & cold. Breakfast attendant was friendly & helpful. Free transportation was plus to drop us to restaurants & Walmart.

We just stayed the week before at a BW Plus in Dana Point, Ca., so we know what constitutes a BW Plus; Toilet paper - Third rate, scratchy, thin, a major item for the ladies Towels - Second rate, worn, rough WiFi - Second rate - disconnects every 10 to 15 minutes, and I use a data-free updated laptop Breakfast - ok, but not plus quality, sometimes lacks fruit, min choices Parking spaces - somehow the zoning board let them get away with too few spaces TV channels-the strangest set-up, channels carried to the first decimal so selecting rarely worked correctly Beds - only item we were pleased with, so at least we slept well The desk staff tries determinedly to put you on the first floor, which is the noisiest; if you must stay here, and we won't again, tell them to put you on any upper floor.

While traveling on business, I found the location of this hotel convenient. The bonus was the super friendly staff. Every person I encountered from the ladies at the front desk, to the breakfast attendant and even running into the maintenance man on the elevator was most pleasant. The rooms are very large and spacious and I was able to unwind from my day watching the large TV from the very comfy bed.

Wow! Best Western -whoever has been in charge of this hotel chain the last few years is doing a superb job! Best Western is now my hotel of choice! This hotel is gorgeous, sparkling clean, modern, and comfortable! I have stayed in much more expensive hotel chains that were nowhere near as nice as this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, a sofa area was provided in the room, and I loved the mirrored closet (see pics). The huge lobby is very inviting and provides lots of room for working or socializing. The business center provides more than one computer, which is awesome! The breakfast was extensive and the lady in charge of the breakfast area was just about as professional and sweet as could be! The only complaint I have is that the treadmill and elliptical in the workout room both had non-working displays, which made them nearly impossible to use. This hotel provides easy highway access. There is a hotel shuttle for anywhere within a 3 mile radius, and Uber and Lyft are both available for a small fee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

nice big room comfortable bed, very clean very quite, nice staff great location, there was some construction on roads near and around the hotel but was not too much of a factor. We are going back again this month (June) for two nights this time and will check out the pool I lived in Euless for about 15 years and it is an awesome little town with friendly people also the Denny's close by is very good.

Having to stay over night for a connecting flight, we stayed at this hotel as it had a free shuttle bus, the accommodation was clean and the hotel tidy. They have microwave, fridge and hot drink facilities in the room there is no food at the airport other than a small coffee shop and the only thing as the hotel was a very small shop where there was a selection of microwave meals, cold drinks, snacks etc however there is a petrol station/shop within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Free breakfast is included but unfortunately we had left by the time breakfast started so can't comment on this.

First time stay and the best Best Western we have stayed at yet, very quiet, bed exceptional, free airport ride, staff very helpful, will go out of the way to stay there again, all appointments bath etc, newer than new. We got food delivered from the China Dragon rest. great food. No noise at all, fantastic.

THE GOOD - FOOD: the breakfast itself is pretty good, with a selection of good selection and free coffee all day which was a benefit - LOCATION: it is about a 30min train ride away from Dallas however if your after Fort Worth its equal distance away, just get the train form Central, UBER is about $8 to here and train tickets and $5 all day on all Dart routes - STAFF: the staff are quite attentive however we almost got charge more on the day we arrived just make sure they check your booking THE BAD - SHUTTLE: the service was good however we messaged the hotel months and weeks before we arrived and no reply, so we thought it would be ok and it would be sorted we arrived and no shuttle, we talked to a few people and said shuttles are every 30mins so we waited and waited, until i had to ring international to check with the hotel, then it arrived, upon leaving we was dropped off in what seemed a family car that seemed to be dropping another person off at work not sure what was going on there but we got to the airport on time so can't complain. OVERALL I'D STOP HERE AGAIN IF I WAS GOING TO THE STADIUM FOR AN EVENT

Rented 4 rooms for a single night business stay. This hotel is very close to DFW airport and is a great place to stay, either for business or pleasure. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for the Duck Commander 500. Convenient shots to downtown and Texas Motor Speedway. Hotel is very clean and was perfect for a weekend stay. Everything went well and would recommend this to any others for a place to be centrally located.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience at the Best Western Plus DFW Airport West Euless Hotel . The room was large, clean, and comfortable; all hotel staff were professional AND friendly; and the breakfast was more than enough. With their airport shuttle service you do not even need a car to reach them.

Traveled 6 hours for a wedding and this was the hotel that was reserved for us...the staff was very confused on the word reservation.. bathroom door didn't lock room wasn't cooling on the second night only one person upfront to take care of customer she was rudely and you could hardly understand her.

No security cameras in parking lot. Not a safe place to park. Hotel itself is great. Rooms are large and clean. Airport shuttle is convenient. Staff is friendly. Best Western sign is faded - look for the LA Quinta sign in the same parkin lot.

This was a combo business & leisure stay. Nice, clean room with a very friendly staff. Hard to give too much more detail for just one night. Could improve on breakfast options (i.e.: provide some fresh fruit/food choices) but it is sufficient to start your day and very clean.

We opted to stay at this hotel as a place to "crash" for the first night of our Texas road trip vacation after reading many positive reviews on TripAdvisor. Our flight was set to arrive at 10:30pm and since we're travelling with four kids we thought it would be a good idea to spend our first night somewhere near DFW and pick up our rental the following morning so we could sleep and start well-rested in the morning. My husband called earlier that day to make sure that we would have a way to get from the airport to the hotel and was assured that the staff knew our flight's arrival time and would have a shuttle ready to pick us up. When we arrived at the airport we called to be sure the shuttle was on its way and were told (by a different staff member) that they would call the shuttle and see when it could make it, but that it would be a while. The man driving the shuttle was very nice when it did finally arrive. The shuttle was small and our family of six just fit. When we arrived and asked to make sure we had a blanket and sheets to make up the pull-out bed necessary to accommodate all six of us we were told, "We'll see what we have- we are booked tonight," which seemed a bit odd since when we made the reservation we were clear that we were a party of six and nobody mentioned that there may or may not be bedding for everyone at that time. Luckily there was bedding and we were able to make that third bed up. Our room was near the elevator and somehow we were still able to clearly hear somebody's TV show as we drifted off to sleep, but at that point we were too tired to really care and it wasn't so loud that it prevented us from sleeping at all. Several things in our room were in disrepair (the roman shade on one window, which wouldn't open at all and had wire rods sticking out of the side of it, the faucet in the bathroom, several tears in wallpaper/marks on walls, etc.). But, let's face it, it's a hotel near the airport and nobody is there for a luxurious stay. The Wi-Fi was slow so if you're in need of a speedy connection you may want to look elsewhere. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast: cereal, coffee, juice, bagels, waffle maker, yogurt, oranges and bananas, scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs and bacon were a nice touch. The pool was out doors and it was a particularly cold day so we didn't get a chance to use it. We glanced out the window and it was small, but looked nice with a little waterfall feature. Our stay was OK. I wouldn't necessarily call it a "kid-friendly" or "family-friendly" hotel. Then again, I wouldn't call it a "friendly" hotel at all as the only staff member to offer a smile or a warm welcome was the shuttle driver. Other than him,it didn't feel like there was anything particularly warm or welcoming about it. It has to be said, though, that many other reviews directly contrast this so maybe we caught the staff on an off day. (We really aren't persnickety, difficult to please people, so I have to assume this was the case.) To sum it up, this hotel was a clean, decent, semi-quiet place to sleep for one night. Nothing more, nothing less in our experience.

We came in mid week family of five. The front desk did not seem to be able to coordinate a shuttle for us. Told us to walk to E1 when we were at E36 to pick up the shuttle. I called back telling them there was no E1 to walk to and that there are plenty of people waiting for other shuttles downstairs at street level. She told us to wait there. We waited 30 minutes more and no shuttle came. I called back upset and spoke to front desk who started asking the exact same questions again on needing a shuttle. I explained to this person that I have already gone over this twice now and she was upset and said she just started her shift and it is not her fault or problem. At least she asked for my cell phone and seemed better at coordinating the shuttle. Shuttle finally showed up it was a 7 Passenger Van with two others already in the van besides driver. We had to put 3 kids and one adult in the back row no seat belts we just wanted to get to the hotel after waiting 90 minutes. Arrived in our room tired no sheets to be found for the sofa bed called front desk and was told I needed to come get them. Breakfast was not impressive at all very little was offered and not what has been posted in reviews. We payed 120.00 to stay because we booked late and it was not worth it. I will say the next day Staff was much more professional and nice, friendly and shuttle back to Airport at 10:00 AM was fine with just our family of 5. Oh and by the way the rude front desk person at night only wrote 3 down for the shuttle back to the airport. Thankfully I purposely checked the next day that we were on the list and how many.

from the time i checked in it was very pleasant ..i missed my flight and was already upset . the girl at the front desk Amber was a great big help,she went beyond the call of duty whatever issue we had at check in and check out she was there to assist. breakfast was great and she even put it out a little early to accomodate those of us who were leaving early.. the rooms were clean and comfortable..and there was an indoor pool...will stay on my next visit

I did not spend a whole lot of time here - just 1 night because of a delayed flight + missed international connection. So the airlines gave us a night stay here. I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and the beds were pretty comfortable so that is all I can comment on. Overall, I would not mind staying here if I was visiting Dallas.

We checked in and was surprised by how nice it was . The pictures do not lie. The WiFi was strong, the breakfast host was pleasant and the shuttle service guy doesn't smile but he is actually nice and helpful. They do not hassle you at check-in and it is smooth. dtrista is very pleasant to with for your reservations. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfy

We stopped here for a quick one night stay, we chose if for its location as it is close to Old West Cafe. Our stay was fine, staff was good. Our room was nice as well we did have a sleeper sofa, as with any sleeper sofa not very comfortable.

This is a nice hotel for the price we paid, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is centrally located near the airport and accessible to AT&T stadium and between Dallas and Fort Worth. Rooms and lobby appear to have been recently renovated.

Excellent rooms. Excellent breakfast. Excellent price. Excellent location. Easy access to HWY 360 to Six Flags, Hurrican Harbor and the stadiums. You can't go wrong staying at this hotel. I would find it hard to believe that you could get a better deal at one of the airport hotels.

If you are flying, driving, or sky diving into DFW this is the hotel you need to stay at. In Euless just a few miles west of DFW. If you want to pay the price of the air port hotels go ahead. If you want a GOOD rate this is the hotel. I don't care what you pay it is not going to be it not going to be a better stay than what you are are going to get at this hotel. Trust me. I stay a bunch of them.

This is the Best Best Western I have stayed in. It is convenient and have many restaurants, shops and other hotels near by. It is conveniently located off the major highways. The staff is superb and the hotel's décor is beautiful. It has an outside pool and Jacuzzi. A nice exercise room and fantastic breakfast! You really need to check it out! Rate is reasonable also!

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I requested "minimal walking" because I recently had surgery. I was pleased that my assigned room was on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. I will plan to stay here again when I am in the area in need of a hotel.

Was stranded when the storm shut down DFW airport and I had very few choices. It was 9pm and I would have to be back at the airport at 4:30am. I couldn't justify paying hundreds for a bed for a few hours, and I did not want to sleep on the airport floor. I have only stayed at the Best Western Plus in Sedona, AZ, and was pleased. I decided to give this a try. They did not disappoint. A clean room with a comfortable bed. Mid-range hotel, at a budget price. Safe, clean, and very affordable. Best Western Plus may become my go-to mid-range choice. Shuttle driver was a little curt when I asked to drop me off a few blocks away to get dinner, but it was raining and a miserable night so tempers were short all around. Use your AAA card for a better rate than listed elsewhere.

The Best Western at Euless, TX was well kept up, very pleasant staff, good beds for sleeping/resting and overall a nice place to stay when needing to be close to the DFW airport for catching a flight for the next am time frame.

I've stayed at several BWP locations around DFW. This is by far the best. Clean, quiet, well appointed rooms. Good free breakfast (although they could offer a bit more choices). Friendly staff. Overall, 5 stars.

The hotel was great, new and clean but what really made our stay was the staff. I can not say enough about them. I had issues with booking (not their fault, I tried to book through a 3rd party originally - not TripAdvisor) and they went out of their way to fix it, match the price and even call the day before to reconfirm everything. Our flight landed at 8:30am, check in was 3pm but they had a room waiting for us first thing. They called us by name when they saw us. They let us hang out at the pool an extra 30mins when it was supposed to be closed (we had 6 people in 3 different rooms) and they made sure breakfast was ready a little before their scheduled 7am time since we had to leave by 7. They were incredible and always friendly. Great hotel that I would recommend to anyone. Only negative is the small gym. Still a great gym with everything you need, there was just only 1 of everything.

Great place to stay. The poll is awesome with the waterfall. Made it feel like a little resort getaway. please centrally located with short access to all the local activities, shopping and restauraunts

This was an excellent choice of a place to stay in relative proximity to AT&T Stadium. For $89 this was a great deal. Nothing fancy yet clean, comfortable, and included a breakfast with a wide selection including many healthy items.
