Best Western Plus Hotel Elizabethtown Inn & Suites, Elizabethtown

Most of the stay here was ok, but the surprise bedbugs were not welcome. Our room seemed very nice on first entry--clean with clean bedding until we discovered the bedbugs just before we were getting ready for bed. We were given another room, but quite frankly, even after checking, I was still afraid I'd find more bugs. One of the beds had a ripped-up box spring covering and the bedding overall seemed old. Otherewise, the room seemed clean. The breakfast was average. There were scrambled eggs which were fine, and gravy and biscuits if you like that sort of thing. There were only two sugary cereals offered--Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops--and no raisin bran or other healthier cereal. The orange juice machine only had watery liquid so my husband got apple juice instead. There was also yogurt, a small non-descript pastry, and a waffle-maker. The coffee was good but they didn't have half & half so I used milk from the pitcher. There were flavored coffee creamers which I don't care for. I don't remember seeing any fresh fruit. The afternoon desk clerk was AWOL when we arrived. We had to wait for about 5 minutes before she showed up. Check-in was quick because I had done the pre-check in. In the evening when we had reported the bedbugs, the night desk clerk worked hard to figure out how to handle our dilemma. This took a little time as it was her first time working the desk alone, and she'd never experienced having to deal with our particular issue. She was quite apologetic and did her best to get us another room.

We stayed overnight with 5 adults and 4 very young children. The rooms were pretty basic -- but who needs more than that when you have such a nice pool, a playground and a picnic table? Beds were comfortable, the place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was more than expected, and included eggs, sausage, bacon, hot oatmeal plus the usual breads, pastries, yogurt, etc. Close to many dining choices, though our choice was to bring in dinner and eat at the pool/playground. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again if I travel to the area.

This was the best hotel of our trip, but we were surprised by a few things based on the ratings we saw beforehand. Is it possible for employees, their families, or paid advertisers to rate a hotel? We expected a little more than we received. The service was acceptable but not overwhelming. The pool was nice, but the towels they give you are a small as hand towels. And the breakfast lacked eggs and meat. We've gone to cheaper hotels that offer more than the food provided here. We were moderately satisfied with our stay except for the bed - they were by far the best we ever slept in!

We stopped for an overnight stay while traveling. The accommodations looked nice, smelled clean and was very attractive. Laney at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. When we entered our room we had an overall feeling that it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we heard no “hall noise” so we had a good rest.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, nice pool, nice breakfast and eating area. Perfect location right off the main highway and close to everything in town.

This is a fairly new hotel so everything has a new look and smell to it. Very nicely appointed. Close to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. Indoor heated saltwater pool and 24 hour access to the fitness center. I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in that area.

Opened the door and chips along with candy was on the floor!!! They would not clean! They would only give each room 2 towels!!!!!!!!!! We paid $170. plus for 5 nights. We had 12 rooms staying at a ball tournment! No rooms availabe around so we were stuck there. NO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon checking in we were quoted a price including a military discount. When we checked out we were charged a higher price and told the discount had been suspended. They would not honor the original quote the next morning. The facilities and rooms were clean and nice and the breakfast was great as well so it's a shame they didn't honor the price. We will not stay here again and will always get it in writing in the future! I would love to give them all high marks but can't due to this one major issue!

This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel. Prior to our two night stay I called to cancel our first night and was told it was too late to cancel. When we showed up for our second night, our room had been given away as we had been marked a “no show.” Please remember I had already called the hotel about the first night. The hotel was fully booked, the front desk woman was incredible rude and I was left 3 hours from home with 3 children and nowhere to stay.

We stayed on our way to Mammoth Cave (45 minutes away). Easy access, had restaurants nearby, clean & quiet rooms, good breakfast and a helpful staff. Regular rooms have refrigerators but don't have microwaves.

The hotel was a special weekend so may have been premium pricing. Very nice, quiet and met and exceeded our expectations! We checked out a few restaurants in town; they were nice and short distance from hotel. Access to interstate was nice.

The front desk lady was kind and helpful.The hotel is easy to find off the road and is quiet despite the road being so close. The room was clean and the breakfast was hot and tasty. We would stay here again.

We decided to stay here on our way back from a trip to Arkansas. This hotel was very nice and clean. My only complaint about is that this hotel is a little pricier than most Best Westerns I've stayed at. It's easily the best hotel in the area, but it's what would I expect to pay at a Hampton or one of the Marriott brands. That being said, it's an awesome hotel in terms of quality and service. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible from I-65 at Exit 94 (one exit north after the Bluegrass Parkway ends). We would definitely stay here again, but it is a little more expensive than you would expect for a Best Western

We checked in at 10:30PM for an overnight stay. Kim explained everything we needed to know about our quick stay. The room (124) was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel and room seemed relatively new. The breakfast was standard but had no fruit. I'd definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights here. The hotel was very nice. It was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom had a high shower head with good water pressure. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. The room was very generous. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our beds were very comfortable. The area was quiet. There was a nice selection at breakfast.

The customer service was filled of attitude. The rooms were dirty and uncleaned. I went to management, she seemed uninterested in helping me. I had to file a bbb complaint and had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom.

A nice property. Location is far enough from the interstate that there's little to no traffic noise but easy access. Dining options are basic but walkable. Dollar General very close. Employees are friendly and courteous. Breakfast was basic, usual buffet. Dining area was clean and well maintained by a very pleasant young man. However, no hand sanitizer at or near the buffet. That was a bit off-putting. The closest sanitizer was across the lobby at the reception desk. The room we were in, 127, seemed clean at first but it didn't take long to realize that the floors were sticky. Including the carpet. I don't think I've ever encountered a sticky carpet before. I found that to be disgusting. The bathroom was mostly clean and well maintained except for the pink mildew/ mold in the corners of the shower. It wouldn't have taken much effort to clean those 4 corners. The mattress was comfortable but the sheets were thin and dingy looking. The pillows were floppy and lumpy. The bathroom door operated with a self closing mechanism that made it

Hotel staff gives dirty rooms, then switches you later. Won't help you when you ask them questions. Kicks you out of the lobby at 10pm. Wouldn't allow you to rent a conference room. Mind you everything there was there for a baseball tournament. People were trying to unwind after long days. They were trying to have a nice time. As everyone spent a lot of money to be there. Manager is rude. Staff isn't the greatest. Experience as a whole was not worth it.

Great location...just off the highway, close to restaurants. Looked like it had been renovated...wood floors, bathroom updated, extremely large room, nice hot breakfast, friendly staff. Reasonable rate.

Hotel looks newer. Pool is decent but cold water, and doesn't seem to get cleaned more than once a day. Rooms are big, but beds are not very comfortable. Staff is friendly, but heard complaining about their job and the people visiting the hotel.

I booked at this hotel based on their claims of cleanliness. It is my number one concern. Upon check in I reiterated that the room should be clean. She said it would be. The carpet had debris of every type on it. Food crumbs, clothing tags, wrappers and many other unidentified particles. Best Western advertises "We Care Clean". I paid for it but I didn't receive it. If you can't vacuum the carpeting, what else is not being done? The employees are not friendly and act as though they are bothered to check in and check out guests. The food attendant takes breaks by the front door and smokes.Very appetizing. This is a new hotel that is already going downhill. It seems to resonate from the top because the person that responded to my complaint only gave me the boiler plate, "We are sorry and will try harder" response. Cleaning a hotel room is a basic fundamental function. Especially now with what we have all been through. Obviously, we can't trust Best Western to provide basic cleaning services.

Booked a room at 3am on the national reservation line (front desk didn't answer the phone). Arrived 1/2 hour later. "We don't have any rooms". WTF? Thankfully Springhill Suites knows how to hold a reservation (Jerry would be proud).

Great value for a very clean room. The room was clean with all the necessary amenities. Excellent location near the expressway with the convenience of numerous dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My daughter and I stayed in a king room after a long day at an area gymnastics meet. The location is near gas stations and various restaurants. The front desk was friendly at both check in and check out. The lobby is very fresh looking and offers ice water, hot water, and coffee at all times. We did wish it had hot chocolate packs for the kids. A big draw for us was the pool, which did not disappoint. It's a nice heated salt water pool which was well maintained. The room itself was very spacious and has a mini-fridge. The bathroom was well lit and clean. The bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. I think they rotate the two or so hot dishes and today it was scrambled eggs and biscuits/gravy. There was plenty of frut, cereal, etc., so everyone could find something. I know if we come back to Elizabethtown, we will book here and would recommend it to everyone.

We stopped here in January between Michigan and the Gulf. We were tired after a long day and saw that the AAA book listed a Comfort Suites here, but when we got off the exit, we saw this place and stopped here instead. We are not sorry. The hotel seems quite new, staff was pleasant, beds were comfy, and the entire place was sparkly clean. We went next door and ate at Denny's and had surprisingly good food there. The hotel offers a full breakfast bar. The day we were there, they had hot biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. They have a waffle maker and fruit as well as other traditional items. The staff is very nice, the beds are clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet when we were there, but this is low season and there were not a lot of people staying when we were there. One thing to note: after we left and continued south, it was probably another 30 miles or so before we saw another hotel that we might have stayed at so we were really glad we stopped here! There are also gas stations at this exit and you have to go a way to get to the next exit with one.

Last minute stop and very pleased with our experience. Right off the interstate but on other side from all other hotels; must be a new construction. Very nice hotel. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok; we have had better. The attendant was very attentive to refilling and keeping the area clean.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, although too short. Very clean and pleasant. Bright lighting. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. No problems. I highly recommend this facility. Book through Best Western for best price.

I love staying at the Best Western Plus because of the cleanliness of the hotel and the very friendly staff. The staff did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and was willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was amazing. We were told the cleaning crew quit, but the front desk staff certainly made up for it. The only thing that didn't happen is the typical clean during the day, which was completely fine for us. The breakfast was not good. It was the same thing every day, with the same hot breakfast options not including a breakfast meat. I questioned if it was fresh. But again, can't say enough about the staff that was there. They made the experience amazing.

The price seemed decent. I stay at Best Western hotels because of their rewards program and I have become used to them. This hotel was only 2 years old. The beds and room were clean. (I had a stroke in 2017 so my wife and I chose 2 queen beds). However, the mattresses were not comfortable. This can be subjective, but my wife did not get a good nights sleep. The covers on the beds were good. I slept okay. The bed I had was on the hard side. The bathroom was sparkling clean with the exception that, the maid overlooked and left a dirty, old, washcloth hanging on the shower bar. The bath tub/shower could have used some kind of slip proof floor. I was a little worried about falling. It did have a grab bar, however, at the front, near the faucet. That was a nice touch. I blame o lot of the deficiencies on COVID 19. The coffee was good, but the breakfast was nothing to write home about. Overall, I would try this hotel again, but next time I would choose a king bed. I was told they were much more comfortable.

Traveling for a business meeting Nov 2021 from Ohio to Texas, we traveled 10 states in 10 days. we stopped here for the night, big, clean, comfortable rooms. Wi-fi worked perfect & the staff was pleasant ...

Hotel was clean, and staff friendly. We were impressed with the beautiful Christmas decor in the lobby and gathering area. the 24 coffee tea and water station is a nice touch. Rooms were quiet - no noise from other areas.

Rude staff. Expensive, cheap cold breakfast. Housekeeping walks into your room whenever they feel like it. For the price you're better off staying at the surrounding hotels. Also went a day with no running water.

My stay at the Best Western Plus Elizabethtown was pleasant, got a great nights rest. Great room at a very affordable price makes this a very good value. Staff were very helpful and always had my health and safety in mind.

The hotel staff was wonderful.. the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the whole place was so clean!! Definitely going to be staying with Best Western from now on! If you are ever at Elisabeth town.. we highly recommend this hotel!

The toilet would not flush and no hot water. Was told to plunge our selves and let the water run. We Did and the toilet still would not flush and the water still was not hot. The Walls in shower had pieces of hair where someone shaved. Sheets stained. And we were only given two towles because thats all they had. The front desk was full of excuses. When i asked to speak to the manager I was given the run around. I have also called their cooperate offices and was told they did not have access to adjust any type of charges and could pass my complaint to the next level. The toilet and hot water i can over look but the cleanliness i cannot. Poor customer service. The guest is obviously not priority.

We paid over $400 to stay two nights we couldn't even get the room cleaned. There was a problem with the tub and my husband had to figure out what was wrong because they saw the when they came in throw the towels on the counter and didn't even report the problem.

The hotel is new and well maintained. The Room is great and bathroom is well lit and spacious. Pool is well sized and indoor. Our room was nicely decorated and had the required amenities, except for a microwave, but the lobby had one always available.

The king family suite is a great option for families that may need a little extra space for an extended amount of time. There's additional space for air mattresses if your kids don't like to share a bed. Rooms were clean and comfortable- but due to the hotel being completely full, we needed to go to the desk each day for housekeeping. Covid protocol was non existent and the pool was packed. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.

The inside and outside was very clean. Very calm environment, the lady making the waffles was very helpful and was cleaning every minute. Although no soap, you have to request from front desk. It us recommended you take your tooth paste and bath soap with you. Overall, it was just a perfect place to lay my head.

I was double charged and the ladies at the complementary breakfast treated us like garbage. We were woke up every morning to get asked for our towel so they can be washed and returned and half the time out of 5 day stay at this hotel I had to go down and get them. Don't understand how you run a hotel and don't have enough towels. We arrived in the room and all 3 lamps light bulbs were broke.

We had to fight for towels, our rooms weren't swept or cleaned once in an 8 day stay! The front desk staff was rude in dealing with these issues. We had 11 rooms for 8 days and our experience was the same!

After working 15 hours, I walked into my room full of centipedes. They were crawling all over the entry way, bathroom floor and shower floor. After no success calling the front desk, I went downstairs to wait about 10 minutes for the receptionist to come in from smoking. I explained the bug situation and asked to be moved or refunded, and she said she couldn't do either. I asked to speak to her manager so she called her and explained the situation. Apparently they knew about their bug issue. The manager told me she could not refund me the night because it was too late for her to rent it out to someone else. Her reasoning was that the bugs were “harmless”. First she made the excuse of being in the 1st floor but my room was on the 4th floor. She had no remorse and blatantly said she wasn't going to refund me for the night. I asked the receptionist if she could have someone clean the bugs up so I can remove my belongings and her response was “ I'm the only one here and can't leave” ( mind you she can leave for 10 minutes to smoke outside”. I gathered my belonging and left and came back the next morning to take pictures ( I forgot to take some while the bugs were alive ). This hotel is ran by an AWFUL manager that has ZERO customer service skills and charges $210 a night for a room full of LIVE bugs that the guest is required to rid of themselves. SHAME ON THEM!!!!

Back to pretty normal operations post-covid. No masking requirement fro vaccinated people. Hot breakfast as usual. Room was very clean. Nice bright lights in the bathroom. Decent free wifi, if a bit sluggish. Good desk and chair. Bathtub drain wasn't working quite right, but that's pretty minor. Room was very clean. Note that they are apparently quite full on weekends in the summer with baseball and other camps nearby. Thursday was great.

I booked a room at a near by hotel, very dirty, left there hoping this hotel was better, Very impressed when entering the lobby, the price for 1 night to much for me but when I asked about a veterans discount I was more than happy, was actually less than the previous hotel. The room, halls, breakfast area and lobby super clean and the staff very, very helpful. I will be staying there from now on.

We arrived here after a long day of traveling. I've been wanting to check out the new Best Western Hotel makeover! It was very nice and above expectations! I used a travel certificate from a previous stay and saved $25.00. They have a good Loyalty program. I liked the breakfast but the scrambled eggs weren't very good! Very clean and inviting lobby!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Traveled with 10 other families and many rowdy children. The staff was very accommodating and let us have the pool reserved for one hour. Also allowed us to have a birthday party!

We stayed here when they first opened and several times since then. Whenever we're coming through the area, we'd choose this hotel - it's very clean, rooms are spacious, and we've never had a problem with noise from adjoining rooms.

we live within an hour and we went here so the grandkids could use the indoor pool. Surprised hotel was new, and fantastic. all of the staff were excellent and they served a hot breakfast, not a brown bag. we will do this again. AAAAAAAA+++++++++++++

We were amazed to find out this hotel had been opened for over a year. It looked like it was brand new. The rooms were so large and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was so fresh and clean. Breakfast was delightful and service was outstanding.

From check in to check out every staff person was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are great and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the server very friendly. We will definately be staying here again!

1st off the breakfast they cook you food, at other hotel they have heat it yourself or grab a muffin, BW has WAFFLES (& more hot food) (even cold food) and an awesome "CHEF", she tried to make the wait fun for all ages. I thought the location would be a problem, I was wrong, this was an excellent place to stay, we were hauling a UHaul trailer and it was untouched.

Really a top notch place to stay. Rooms big and comfortable. Building new. Not many places to eat close by. Staff was very friendly. Internet speeds usually very good. Very good breakfast considering the current limitations

I travel a lot for business and enjoyed a good night of sleep, however the price was a little high in my opinion compared to another main hotel chain I usually stay at in much larger cities where the service and cleanliness were pretty much the same

Top notch service, very clean, very quiet, great amenities and great breakfast but modified for COVID. Is centrally located and easy to navigate to see what you might want. It has an outstanding veterans park with a Vietnam veterans wall. Set up to memorize all that were lost or killed.

This hotel was super clean! staff was very polite.. Nice breakfast.. Nice fitness room and pool.. That's were very comfortable.. Very nice overall experience.. Great room rate.. booked it online and was easy check in..

This hotel was sparkling clean. The bed was SO comfy and the pillows weren't your standard crappy pillows that offer no support. Great pillows. Shower was great, TV great and this was a great place to relax and chill before hitting the road again.

Spent the weekend with nieces. The clerks Aaron and Samantha made us feel right at home!! The girls talked about them several times and how nice they were!! The salt water pool was great! They're also serving a nice breakfast.

I was happy to stay at this BW. I only wish it had a hot tub in the pool area. The COVID restrictions were a little too much as we had to schedule a time to swim and only got to swim for an hour. That was the only reason we chose the BW.

I was impressed with this hotel. It was modern, clean and friendly. Most hotels in E'town (and I've stayed in many because this is my original hometown) have attempted to update but not completely. Either the carpets are dirty or the decor is outdated. It takes money to make money so when they update, they need to spend some real money and bring those places up to date..

Stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. I was blown away by how clean the room was and the general appearance of the hotel When traveling for business I typically stay in premium branded hotels with outrageous room rates. I primarily do this since the people I typically meet with are staying at the same hotels. The premium hotel brands never felt this clean.

This Best Western is a very pleasant stopover. We'll be sure to add it to our list of exceptional accommodations. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and lobby was impressive. Due to the covid restrictions we didn't enjoy the normal complimentary breakfast but I'm sure it would've been good .

Everyone was great. There was a snow storm outside so we were stuck inside . with that being said , everyone made us feel completely comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Room was great!!!

This hotel is a gem in Etown. The place is spotless and the amenities were above expectation. The pool was clean. The rooms are HUGE. The design was modern and the staff were so nice. The internet was fast!

My wife and I were traveling with our handicapped daughter who has to be lifted in and out of her wheelchair. Not only was this Best Western clean, and the employees friendly, the room and bathroom were very spacious and accommodating

A great hotel, the rooms and lobby very new and fresh. The pool and fitness center are very nice and were open. Excellent breakfast and freindlky front desk staff. A small concern that the he room had heat that worked, but the thermostat didn't match the actual temperature of the room.

The Best Western in Elizabethtown on Mulberry Street was a great experience. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and hospitable, the rooms (we had a suite) were spacious and had plenty of seating room for our family to sit and enjoy time together without having to sit on the beds. There were two big TV's, tables to allow us to play games and have snacks, and plenty of linens. This was the first time in several years, that everything was just like the website showed. We were very satisfied and plant on returning to spend time with family again in the near future. Also, there is a Denny's which was great, a White Castle, and a Waffle House within walking distance. This hotel is located in a great area which is also close to shopping, many restaurants, and several site seeing opportunities.

Great staff and phenomenal establishment. I was suppose to stay for only one night but instead i had extended for an additional two days. Members were very professional and would love to stay there again just because of the expierence.

We took advantage of the option to check in prior to arrival. So glad we did. Upon reaching the hotel, all we had to do was show an ID. Everything was waiting for us. And when we left, a housekeeper asked if she could open a door when she saw our hands were full. How thoughtful! We enjoyed our stay so much that we're booking again for our return trip back north. This hotel is sparkling clean and the staff is wonderful. Traveling during this pandemic is stressful, but they made our trip so much nicer. Very comfy bed, too.

Breakfast was lacking but what can you expect durinBest showerhead that I have seen at a hotel in a long time. Water pressure was fantastic, especially after a long day on the road. This hotel looked brand new, very clean. They had several ways to keep the staff and customers safe with limited contact options. The fitness center was open 24 hours and had a good selection of equipment to use.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I complimented the houseman who was cleaning the elevator, he responded “I take pride in my work”. It showed! I'm grateful to the staff and hotel management for the high levels of sanitation at the hotel.

Hard beds and pillows. If you like a very firm bed, this is the place for you. Because of covid no breakfast, but was told when we check out danish and fruit would be offered. No grab and go for us! Nothing offered.

This hotel was fabulous! We checked right in, went to our room, and enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep! Everything is so clean the beds are wonderfully comfortable, nice big spacious rooms. They did not offer breakfast at this time due to Covid19, but I am sure it will be wonderful once things have changed. Will absolutely stay here again the next time we travel through Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were exceptional in making us feel at home. The room was clean and let me tell you the mattress and pillows left you dreaming. Since it is new, the outside still had some construction, but it didnt take away from the experience.

Newer hotel with good size rooms. Very nicely decorated and such comfy beds! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because even with the Covid virus, I think they could have done grab n go sandwiches like other hotels have done. But other than that a great place to stay! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We only stayed one night but the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. especially considering we stayed during the corona virus craziness. We ordered dinner to be delivered and the front desk called us to let us know it had arrived.

We were traveling home from Florida to Wisconsin on 4/4/20 and needed a place to spend one night. We were concerned about staying in a hotel, but this Best Western Plus exceeded our expectations. The hotel is only 5 months old and everything about it feels safe, clean and quality. The evening and morning front desk workers took extra caution to be sanitary and respectful of their customers. It was my first experience with a "sanitary TV remote", which was an added comfort. Great value for the stay!

New hotel so it's super clean. Beds are really comfortable. Pillows are great. Although advertised there is no microwave in the room..totally sucks going to the lobby to warm food. I mean,what hotel doesn't have a microwave in the room. The air will not go below 68,they say its controlled off site. If you want it cool bring a fan.

Nice facility. Very nicely presented breakfast. Clean. Only real disappointment was just a shower not a tub/shower in the bath. Ladies, while the mirror/light fixture was very nice, it was very poor lighting for makeup or anything that requires good lightening.

The room was too hot and the indoor heated pool was too cold. New hotel was really nice . Just needs a few minor tweaks. Really nice area not to far from the Ark. A lot of eating places close to the hotel.

We stayed for one night on our trip from Michigan to Florida. This is a new hotel. Parking and accessibility are great, the staff was friendly, the entire facility was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical of similar hotels. We would stay here again. BTW, we believe that the reviewer posting a '1 star' back in January 2020 was a new reviewer and thought that "1" was highest, not lowest. Read the very positive review that went along with the rating.

This hotel is fairly new and the facility was nice, the room was nice and clean and spacious. Especially for the price. The breakfast was really good with a great lobby area to sit and enjoy your breakfast. Although I didn't use them there was a salt water pool and fitness area. It is conveniently located close to restaurants. I would recommend staying there if you are in the Elizabethtown area.

Appears to be a new hotel. Everything was spotless. Nice breakfast, the usual, but plenty of choice. It's winter, but not a lot of landscape. Maybe because it's new. Lots of restaurants nearby but not good walking paths.

This is a beautiful hotel close to restaurants, gas, expressways. The rooms are the most spacious I've seen. A complimentary crib is available (which we needed). We forgot ours. The staff offered to help putting it up. In fact, every staff member we encountered was most helpful and very friendly. Not impressed with the breakfast.

Loved this BW. I travel through this area at least a couple of times a year, and will definitely revisit this hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant, efficient staff. Felt very safe in this location.

Hotel had only been open 2 months and still smells new. It was clean, convenient, and far enough from the freeway it was quiet. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was replenished quickly. Will stay here again!

Stayed 5 nights at the Best Western Plus Elizabethtown location. This is a brand new hotel and has a great location, right off the interstate with several restaurants to choose from. The beds were very comfortable and staff was very nice.

The location was great with restaurants near by . Hotel was as advertised very new. We have stayed in many hotels over the past years on our way from Ontario to Florida and this location falls right where we like to stay so we will be back next time.

Staff was wonderful. It's a brand new hotel and everything was spotless. Standard amenities and right off the interstate. Would recommend. 2 double beds was $89. Free continental breakfast. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was!!
