Best Western Hotel North Edge Inn, Dodge City

This hotel provided everything that we wanted for a short visit to Dodge City. The room was clean, large and comfortable. There was even a full-sized refrigerator. There were lots of things that we didn't use - laundry area, pool, gym, etc. However, it was good that they were there. Breakfast at this hotel was the best that we ever had as part of an included package. The food was really good and there were lots of choices. Even the orange juice (often watered-down crap) was delicious. Highly recommended!

All-around superb hotel. Great room, comfortable bed, kitchenette, all spotless. The only thing that did not make this an absolutely perfect state was the showerhead that needed to be replaced. But the excellent far outweighed that one little drawback. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very pleasant it's a safe and clean environment. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a lot to see and experience history around this hotel. You will be happy to come visit this area.

Brett was very friendly and made check in easy. I extended my stay one more day with Expedia and encountered a problem which Brett quickly assisted with fixing. The other staff was friendly also and the cleaning staff does a great job. Clean pool, nice little gym, good breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Best Western North End is always a comfortable enjoyable stay when we are in town. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable about the area and always helpful with any needs. We love the breakfast options as well as the quiet location in the city. We love returning here each year! Thank you for another home away from home visit.

I have never been treated so well!! This place is awesome!! Everyone who works there is friendly and concerned about how you are doing . There was a baseball team staying there and the front person already knew to put me far away from the noise, I heard nothing in fact I never knew there were two teams of young boys staying there, I never heard them. I live this place!

Other than a few exceptions, we've had pretty good luck with Best Western Hotels. And fortunately, this was definitely one of the good ones. The hotel seems to be relatively new, so everything is still nice, clean, and functional. While I can't say there is a ton of stuff to do in the city, it's a great place to stop in for the night while traveling. The rooms smelled and looked clean, the bathroom, kitchen, and everything, in general, was pretty nice. Some scuffs on the wall could use some cleaning, however. The beds were comfortable, hot shower, friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast. In fact, they get an extra star for not wasting time with those waffle makers. They had pancakes and other hot breakfast items such as eggs, and sausage, along with the other usual items, that were pretty good. An overall great experience. Oh, and best of all, fresh cookies. Easy recommendation from us.

VThe hotel is very clean, inviting and accommodating. Brent went above and beyond to make our unexpected layover, a nice stay. We all appreciated his kindness. I will stay again, if I ever find myself in Dodge City.

Can't go wrong staying at this BW. It's just off the highway, so it's quiet & easy access. The rooms are large. Bigger tv, ceiling fans. They offer small kitchenette's w/full size refrigerators & large microwaves. There is a large bar with seating for 2, nice for sharing a meal or as a work station. We love this place!!!

My husband & I stayed here a couple different times while passing through Dodge for work. We were always treated so well by all the staff; I truly felt like they did all they could to ensure a pleasant stay for us. Clean, very spacious rooms, super comfortable beds -- we had everything we needed, even when stuck in town a day longer than expected. Breakfast each morning was a great start to the day. The hotel is within walking distance of Boot Hill Museum (a couple miles, which we didn't mind). You get real value for the money when you stay here. We hope to come back!

This was our third time staying at this Best Western in Dodge City, KS. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the room was very clean and spacious with full kitchen. We purposely take this highway route home from visiting Western states just to stay at this hotel. We will be staying here in the future. Thank you!

We stayed here the first night of our 2 week vacation and while the accommodations the rest of the trip were fine, none were quite as welcoming as this. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the towels were soft, the breakfast was great, the staff was efficient and friendly.

It seems average in a small town is great. Nope. Great is great. Crack is very good, yet short of great. Average is what you expect; that's this BW. Clean? Mostly, except the relatively new dish cloth in the kitchenette that smelled of fish. TV remote in a bag labeled clean fir your protection: really? How about some dish soap or dispenser in the kitchenette? How about dusted window sills? While the bed is firm, sheets hopefully clean, to be no. 1 in a small town requires a bit above expected. I can say the check in staff was solid (well spoken, knowledgeable, dressed sharp & professional). The rest, just as expected: average. Enjoy.

I have had to stay in Dodge City several times over the past few years, but I've had to stay in DC probably 8 times in the last two months in particular. In these last stays I have stayed at several other hotels and I have to say that on my last trip, I stayed here again due to very poor service at several other hotels in town. I wish I had stayed here for the other stays the last couple of months. The room was clean and the hotel was orderly and quiet. But most of all, the front desk person was just the sweetest and most kind young lady I have met in a long time. Her name is Ayden. She was absolutely professional and kind to me. She asked what brought me to town and I told her that both of my parents had passed away and she expressed her condolences and made sure that my stay was uneventful and perfect. Thank you so much Ayden. You give me hope for young people. Keep being you.

We had to stay someplace for my husband's funeral. I was able to speak with the manager, Mr. Cunningham, who was very kind and worked with us and our family to make this an easier experience. His staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We especially want to thank Anthony at the front desk for all he did for us. We spent a lot of time in the lobby as a family and he helped us with pictures, clean up and answering any questions we had or anything at all that we needed. Accommodations, breakfast and service were all topnotch. We were very pleased with our stay despite the circumstances for our stay. Thank you very much!

We have made the North Edge Inn in Dodge City our first choice accommodations when visiting our family. We have always been greeted by the friendly and helpful staff and made to feel at home. This was no exception!

This motel exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were very clean. The staff was accomodating with anything we requested. Breakfast had a nice selection including hot items. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the best hotel to stay in Dodge City. The hotel staff wishes for you to "Have a Wonderful Day" at every turn, and I did. I have stayed in all of the name brand hotels in Dodge City, Holiday Inn, La Quinta, Hampton (at the casino), Marriot Suites, Countryside suites, and this one is better than all of them. It starts upon arrival, the front desk staff great you with a smile (even when they had to wear a mask, you could see the smile), they ask you about your day and actually listen when you speak. The check in process was easy, efficient and put a smile on my face. (I have stayed more than 15 nights in this hotel in the last 6 months and the service is consistent.) The rooms are clean, well decorated for the local area, and very comfortable, especially if you have a room with a lounge chair. The Cleaning staff always have a smile with them, ready to give to you and meet your needs, even if it will cause them a little extra work. Anytime you leave the hotel, the front desk staff are always wishing you to "Wonderful Day". This "Wonderful Day" experience at the hotel is the result of the great leadership of the hotel manager, Mr. Cunningham which I have had the pleasure to meet. There are many times you will see him at the hotel, and he is available to all guests. In this day, many managers of this type hotel, are never seen and even harder to find. Mr. Cunningham is not this type. Great leadership. I highly recommend staying at his hotel on your next trip.

Convenient location to US56, several restaurants nearby. Great check-in, checkout and breakfast staff. Room nice and clean. Only reason it didn't make a 5 is that there was no "easy chair" in our room and "landing space" was limited to just the luggage stand although the ironing board worked ok in a pinch. Overall, the toiletries were excellent, the TP soft (not always the case in BW we've been in") although the kleenex were not as soft. The breakfast actually featured fresh fruit and the standard scrambled eggs, potatoes, hash browns, biscuit and gravel as well as having pastries, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes etc. Looked well maintained and the pillows and bed were comfortable.

This hotel is seven years old but looks brand new! Best breakfast we have had at any of the hotels we have stayed this trip. Every staff member was very friendly and caring. Brent, the owner, is very hands on with running the hotel and his commitment to quality is very apparent.

This hotel has excellent reviews for a reason. Easy to get to and there are restaurants nearby. Very friendly and d helpful staff. The breakfast was a great plus, hot and delicious and far better than a lot of hotels. Internet was free and worked well.

I have stayed at this hotel many times as I travel all across Kansas. They never leave me disappointed. The room has always been neat and clean and everything has always been in good working order. It is always quiet and comfortable.

We can't say enough great things! Everything was super clean, all staff were so friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was delicious! We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dodge City! traveled to Dodge City and called the hotel for reservations. Spoke to Mr. Brent Cunningham who was helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and my wife said the king bed as the most comfortable bed she has slept on. She anted to take covers off to see what brand it was. We recently had purchased a $2,000 tempur-pedic. she said the bed was better. Breakfast was inviting and delicious. Mr. Brent Cunningham a wonderful person. Also at the pool there were2 BBQ grills AND a smoker for you to use.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, nice heated pool. Very comfortable beds, and friendly staff. I think I was upgraded to a kitchenette room, which was nice but we were only here 1 night. Good breakfast including omelettes, biscuits & gravy, sausage, fruits & pastries. It was all great until we were berated by Fox News over breakfast. Something less divisive would've been nice.

Loved this place! Great front person, and at first I was really nervous about an outdoor pool, but it was so clean and fun! We were the only people that used it, and we literally had a great time. The room was super clean, and even though they had a full house, it was quiet! Just really a great place to stay. We'd stay again in a heart beat!

Our family has traveled a fair amount across the country over the years, and the hotel stay at Best Western North Edge Inn in Dodge City far exceeded most others. Little tip...We found the best deal for this room on Best Western's website. The nightly room fee (for three), with taxes, was $173.00 through third party sites. We paid only $140.00 per night (this included taxes) by booking the room directly through Best Western's website. Our family of 3 stayed in this hotel from July 27-28, 2021. Outside temps were at or near 100 degrees, however, the facility as well as our room were cool and very comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of space to store our bags/suitcases and ample space to move about without feeling crowded. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the windows had curtains that blocked out most of the sunlight, which allowed us to sleep in past sunrise. This hotel provides a full-size refrigerator and a kitchenette, all which were clean and in good working condition. In addition, this hotel offers a free hot breakfast as well as cold breakfast options (such as cereal, juice, etc.) Service was excellent during check-in, during our stay, and when checking out. Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. This was truly one of the best hotels we have stayed in; we will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Dodge City.

My husband and I stayed in the Best Western North Edge Inn in Dodge City from June 24th until June 29th. We both had the best night's sleep, every night we were there, then we have had in a long time. The desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. Brent Cunningham was professional, nice and helpful all the time. The breakfast was very nice even though they weren't back to the buffet yet. The maids were friendly and did a super job of cleaning our room. I recommend this Hotel to everyone who is going to Dodge City or passing through. This Motel deserves a 5 Star!! Carole Rost

I have chosen to spend two nights in this motel on each of the past several years. After my first visit, I never wished to stay anywhere else in Dodge City. I am always made to feel welcomed; the staff is well-training and unfailingly friendly. The hotel lobby and the guest rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. The full-size refrigerator in each room has often been handy, and the beds and pillows are always fresh and clean. Any minor hitch has always been dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Dodge City.

Great Best Western property. Convenient location right off of route 50 toward the outskirts of Dodge. Very clean property, exceptionally pleasant fellow handled our check in. There were limited items available for us to grab and go for breakfast since we needed to leave fairly early. Limited hot items as well but we couldn't partake. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay at many Best Westerns and this was certainly the best. We met my parents in Dodge City for their 60th because we grew up on Gunsmoke and we visited Boot Hill Museum (very enjoyable). I read the reviews for this hotel and the experience was even better than the reviews. One of the owners, Brent, was there when we arrived and he is such a welcoming, helpful person. He went beyond what most hotel attendants would do to make our stay a great experience. The breakfasts were hot with an open and inviting breakfast area. The rooms are kitchenettes. It's a pet friendly hotel with plenty of grassy area and easy access, but the rooms do not smell of dogs as some often do. It was so nice to stay In a hotel where there is pride of ownership and the owner and other staff are accommodating and happy to see you.

We were greeted with the smile and felt welcomed. I didn't catch his name but he was young and very, very polite. We need more youngsters like him !!!! We talked a little bit to the GM and was very nice also. Great all the way around.

Came in Friday afternoon and had to leave Monday by checkout for work. I have nothing but good and positive things to say about this place. The staff is attentive, professional, caring, outgoing and always pleasant! The full size fridge and freezer along with the kitchenette allowed me to buy groceries at the Walmart and save a ton on money on going out to eat. And to top the room came furnished with all major utensils for everyday cooking and eating! Centrally located your 5-10 minutes away from anything you could possible want/need! It's money well spent staying here!!!

The staff is kind and welcoming. I stay here 3-4 days a week for business. They greet me by name and the checking in/checking out process is super easy. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located for easy access to surrounding communities which is a huge benefit for my needs. The biggest plus for me is they were willing to work with me on rates given I stay weekly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Dodge City.

We spent the night here to split our travel days for a personal trip. Brent runs a tight ship at his hotel and was very busy with both long and short-term stays. We felt like one of the locals due to his interest and eagerness to have a conversation. The Hot Breakfast was a nice touch with COVID changes in effect at most hotels. Grab and Go bags were available but a hot meal was too. The quality of the food was great. That amenity and the overall cleanliness will get our business again.

Have always been pleased to stay at Best Westerns, and this one was TOPS for us. Beautifully maintained both inside and out. Made reservation for pet friendly room and went with a kitchenette, which we loved. Room decor was lovely, layout and size were wonderful. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Everything just perfect. Easy access both side and rear door to take our doggies out for business, baggie station in the rear. Nice amenities with exercise room and outdoor pool. Even with COVID restrictions, able to get a hot breakfast to bring back to our room. Check in and check out was a breeze, staff very personable and professional. A dream to stay here and if we are in the area again, will definitely be our first choice.

Cannot say enough good about this hotel. I am a picky person when it comes to where I stay after having bad experiences and this location exceeded my expectations. The staff we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. Also, the manager, Brent, was around a lot which is a welcomed sight. The rooms were very clean. It was quiet and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here Thanksgiving night. Place is nice and clean, easy access, hot breakfast (attendant served it to me in a styrofoam to go container, reasonable rate. Will stay here again when in Dodge. The desk clerk did not wear a mask on check in or check out. I did.

It was very clean, recently renovated with nice decor, friendly staff. I would recommend to friends and family. I have stayed here previously and will here again on my next trip to Dodge City, Kansas.

Picked the Best Western North because of its reviews. Very glad we did. Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Even during CV19, they had a biscuits and gravy breakfast you could take to your room. Well arranged room with a full size fridge in the kitchenette. Tall ceilings and even a ceiling fan ( handy for the white noise...) Brent, the manager, even had great advice when asked about local sites, even a good car wash. We were on the road 13 nights. This was our best stay!

Home Away from Home! Brent the Manger runs a tight Ship in Dodge City KS. His staff treats everyone like family and respect. His Hotel is Clean, beds are Comfortable. They go the Extra Mile to make your Stay the Best in Dodge City. A Safe Place and Relaxing.

On Sept.15 I found out my friend was in the ER in Dodge City. He had a heart attack. I called a friend and we drove from Greeley, CO to Dodge City, KS arriving about 8 pm. My friend called Holiday Inn but they were full. She was advised several others were full as well and they recommended the Best Western. I hadn't had much luck with Best Westerns in the past and was hesitant about calling them, but we did. Alondra answered and asked how long we would be staying. We told her the situation and explained the duration depended on our friend's medical status, but at least until Saturday, the 18th. She told us the hotel was pretty much full, but could give us a room until Saturday morning. She advised us of the rate but said she would get her manager on the line to see if they could do any better given our circumstances The manager was very pleasant and cut our rate by $30 a night for our 4 night stay. Alondra was very pleasant when we arrived, gave us directions to the hospital and said if we needed anything just let them know. This hotel renewed my faith in the Best Western name. The hotel was easy to find, had adequate parking, and was clean and updated; the room was clean, spacious, had a kitchen, and comfortable beds. The people were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home during this very stressful time. They accommodated all of our requests with a friendly attitude and a smile. They took the time to listen to us when we returned from the hospital and just needed to vent because after a 500 mile drive we arrived 10 minutes to late for visiting hours. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had during a hotel stay.

There were 5 different beetles/cockroaches we found in our room during our 4 night stay. We had multiple family members in same hotel/different rooms at the same time and they all said these beetles or cockroaches were found in their rooms. Can hotel management not afford proper pest control? Our window to our room was left unlocked (which none of us touched) and our room door never closed properly as you would have to pull it hard upon exit to fully close it (which we didn't realize until after having left the hotel for hours the 2nd day). The toilet clogged once. The shower was operational but was a handicap shower and would never drain properly unless you had the shower head directly pointed at the wall instead of yourself while showering. As someone that has been in the HVAC & plumbing industry for my entire career I instantly noticed how poorly the shower had been rigged together to try to drain (which was still clearly unsuccessful). We informed hotel management and nothing was ever done. We had to use all of our towels to soak up all of the water in the bathroom. My wife put the towels next to the door and went to ask for new towels...when she went to go pick them up the hotel Manager/Owner said that she needed to bring the old ones back first insinuating that she was going to steal his cheap towels. Lastly and probably the most irritating thing is that not only did the Manager/Owner not wear a mask but none of his staff ever did during the entire 4 day/5 night stay. We had to go to Dodge City for a funeral and it really would have been nice if our family felt safe at our hotel room but with the bugs and hotel management not wearing mask we felt safer shopping at Dodges local Walmart where at least the staff wore mask and we didn't see any bugs.

I travel for work through out Kansas and this location never has left me disappointed. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. I do not even consider another location when I need to stay in Dodge City.

To whomever it may concern, I stayed at the Best Western in Dodge City for a week for a siblings graduation. I have to say it was a great experience and the staff work hard to accomadate you. Any question I had, items I needed, or even restaurant locations...etc, the staff was always fantastic and willing to help. The staff that I dealt with are gems and I would like to mention Heather, Jesus, and Robin for the effeciency and effectiveness they ran the hotel and treated me. Also, Im a soccer coach and I travel frequently so I have seen very nice hotels. The Best Western has made my list and I look forward to staying again. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday, internet cafe always open, and their gorgeous pool was available. Again, I can't thank the Best Western enough. Good luck Guys! Sincerely, 219

The staff at this hotel is super-duper friendly and of course accommodating (I could go on and on about how nice everyone was but wont torment you). I do have to mention that I was worried about staying away from home due to being in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic but we felt really comfortable at this facility. We noticed that the staff cleaned and sanitized the common areas often and the room we stayed in was really clean. In fact, our room had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. It was such a great experience that we know we will stay there again.

I didn't eat anywhere nearby, but with a big kitchenette in the room, I easily could have just made something too. Two huge thumbs up.

Internet was not good, it would not load basic internet pages. Bed firm as I like it. Multiple levels of pillows. People at counter were nice. Breakfast, there could have been more food or drink available.

Was in Dodge City to cover a shift for work. Arrived a day early and left a day later. Robyn at the front desk was incredible. I will stay there there again for sure. The rooms were clean and quiet. Covid thing resulted in no hot breakfast but front desk made up sack breakfasts and they were plenty good.

We flew into Dodge City airport for an overnight before flying over the Rocky Mountains early the next day. The Best Western North Edge made our stop wonderful. Robyn, front desk, was especially helpful and courteous every morning. The entire staff was friendly. The hotel is clean and rooms are nice, clean and spacious. They are nicely equipped with a small kitchen, toaster, full sized refrigerator, toaster and pots and pans.

I was very impressed with Best Western North Edge Inn. The people were friendly, the room clean, couldn't have asked for more. On top of that, when I had to check out of my room and had no where to go for a few hours, I was welcomed to stay in the lobby to work. Robyn in particular went out of her way to make sure I felt at home. Thank you!

This hotel has certainly earned its rating. Beautiful facility, great breakfast. Beds are great. Wonderful staff. A very reasonable price. Good location. I could not believe how low the room rate was for such a nice property. Granted it was off season, but compared to other hotels on this trip, this was a true bargain.

Our stay for 3 nights was very comfortable, and the staff were willing to answer questions in a friendly, sincere fashion. The breakfast buffet was outstanding hot food hot and cold food cold. The food preparation was great and Linda is a great cook. The manager and her assistants were all very helpful and friendly in answering questions.

Everybody was fantastic, the facilities are extremely nice and clean. Couldn't ask for a better visit to Dodge City. The beds are really comfortable,and the rooms are modern and well-kept. And if you like showers with plenty of hot water and great water pressure, then look no further. Linda did a fantastic job for our breakfast needs, and Lisa is totally amazing! They are both friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated.

I stay here just about every other day for work and each time i'm here from day one to now, the staff has been top notch! Starting with Robyn the most happy go lucky front desk professional, followed closely by LIsa who is very knowledgeable about great Mexican restraunts to satisfy your taste buds. Linda... best breakfast gal in the industry with a smile and helpful attitude you can't go wrong staying at this hotel! Hands down a perfect 10 in my book!

My wife and stayed here on a long trip back to Iowa from Arizona. We wanted to stay here because of the exceptional reviews. We weren't disappointed. The inn is clean and quiet and pleasant. Our room had a full kitchen. The shared amenities looked nice as well, though we didn't have time to use them. The property is obviously very well cared for. All that said, what was truly exceptional about the North Edge Inn is the people who work here and how special they make the guests feel. I'd like to single out Robyn, Lisa and the young lady who was tending bar on Saturday evening when we arrived. I'm so sorry I spilled my beer on you. Thank you for your graciousness. We don't find ourselves in Dodge City all that often, but now that we've stayed here, this will be our preferred stop on our journeys to the Desert Southwest. Five stars all the way. Exceptional!

I love this hotel, I'm here more often than I'd like so it's more like a second home to me, the staff are amazing and like a second family. I go down for coffee and end up talking to the staff. Rooms and nice, comfy and clean and the breakfast is hot and good.

I work on the road alot and Robyn and the staff gave us that homely feeling when we were off. The rooms were nice and we also enjoyed having the option to make a meal at night. Best hotel to stay at in Dodge City, KS. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. The breakfast is top notch (try the green chili). The entire staff is courteous, professional, willing to help with anything, and always a pleasure to be around. Robyn (front desk) was even kind enough to make copies of paperwork for me. They treat you like family here. Highly recommend! 10 star hotel.

We called from the road as review ratings were high on this Pet Friendly Lodging. We spoke with Heather who booked us in, and was most pleasant over the phone. However, upon late arrival, and more than exhausted from along day's drive, we were informed of the ADDITIONAL $30 PET FEE. This is the highest Pet Fee we have EVER paid!!! Asked for quiet room, as we saw 18 wheelers parked, and did not want to be up early.. By 4:30 AM we were all up with trucks being warmed up, and drivers talking with one another. Tried to resolve issues with a written complaint and went nowhere........would not recommend due to poor Customer Service and Pet Fees $$$

My work for the last eight years has had me staying in a hotel multiple nights a month in Dodge City. The Best Western North Edge Inn is by far the best hotel that I've stayed in all these years of traveling to Dodge City for work. The owner Bill and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as Bill often is our shuttle driver and takes us to work when we are called in. Robyn at the front desk always greets me by name when I come in for the complimentary breakfast in the morning. She's always smiling and helpful, and pleasant to have a conversation with. Really the whole staff is great and if you stay in Dodge City they make the extra effort to provide you with an outstanding stay.

I have a client in Dodge City and I have used this motel on the last 2 trips. Everything was above expectations on both trips. I had a large king bed and a kitchenette in my room. Stove, full sized fridge and kitchen sink and cabinets. Front desk was very professional and frequently called me by name. I did not do the breakfast because I never get up that early. :-)). I would definetly recommend this facility to anyone needing a room before getting out of Dodge.

After seeing the reviews but doubting that a Best Western could be that great....we were blown away!! Checking late night with our two dogs, the front desk person was outstanding and very friendly. Room was great, clean, and large. Breakfast was all that other reviewers noted. We spent a bit of time visiting with Heather the manager her philosophy regarding customers and staff was point on. She lives her job and admires the owner. She is a total gem!!

I enjoyed a night's stay at this hotel on the northern side of Dodge City. Since it's up over the hill, you don't hear the trains like you do down near the tracks. It's a quiet location and a nice room with kitchen suite. The room was appointed nicely and clean. Comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not your typical breakfast with some special touches like homemade salsa (it appeared so), and fresh cut fruit salad. I'd stay here again.

I have stayed at this location twice in two years. Each time the rooms were consistently clean and welcoming. The kitchenettes are convenient for a several day stay and provide all the basics. The staff is very friendly and they offer lemonade and cookies as well as a well-stocked guest bar in the front desk area for a nice happy hour experience. We had a wonderful stay there last August. The words "your home away from home" were absolutely true for us. We came from Barcelona, Spain to take my daughter to study in the DCCC as a basket athlete. The manager, Heather, was very friendly, nice and helpful since we first set foot there, the staff in the front desk and breakfast were really amazing with us. The room, the breakfast bar, the laundry room, the pool were all clean, comfortable, spacious...only good words, highly recommend this hotel. We're sure we'll be back.

Pro's: 1) Location....quiet, good part of town. 2) Front desk people very nice. Allowed me to switch rooms after check-in. 3) Room was fairly spacious and internet wifi worked well. Cons: 1) Room did not get cleaned one time. 2) Walls are not very sound proof. 1st room I got I could hear my neighbors TV like it was in my room. 3) Breakfast was not that appetizing.

We stopped here on our travels. It was a quick overnight, but it was one of the nicer stops along the way. We were tired! Nice to have beer available on site. Not really a lounge but was a great amenity. You won't be disappointed

We had a great one night stay at this hotel. When we walked into the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff. We were in a king bed kitchenette which was spotless. Bed and pillows were good. As it was too far to walk to the closest restaurant staff member Maria offered to drive us there in BW shuttle van. She also picked us up after dinner. The room was adequate for our needs - beds and bedding were comfortable. The room and hotel was very clean. There were no USB plugs in the room, but plenty of plugs, and no safe in the room. Staff (Becky( at the hotel were helpful and friendly. Very good restaurant. Breakfast was good - regular hotel buffet fare. Becky recommended dinner at Boot Hill Casino, which was very good, and they offered a free shuttle service - nice after a long day of traveling. This hotel had a bar in the lobby and offered cookies! Our room had a kitchenette (more like a full kitchen!) which we did not need, but would have been nice for a family or longer stay. One thing I have learned is to check the price on Trip Advisor, and almost always get a better price when I call the hotel myself to book a room, rather than book online. It's more work, but you can save some money. I also realized on this trip that many hotels give a Military discount (my husband is a Veteran). We were actually able to use a free night voucher from Best Western for this hotel.

Stayed at this property for one night during our quick visit to Dodge City, and Heather was a very gracious host. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with a big flat screen TV. The breakfast was very good, and offered a local twist (you will have to find out for yourselves).! The amazing thing about Heather is that she greets all guests by name. Never had that VIP treatment before.

Myself and two colleagues stayed here for a night during a business trip. We were delightfully surprised with how modern and nice the rooms were. However, the real highlights were two staff in particular. Becky (front desk and bartender) went above and beyond several times in getting us several things we were needing. She clearly takes pride in helping others and being there for other people. The second staff member is Melissa, who worked morning breakfast. She was very conscientious and very inviting to all the guests there. Truly, the service here provided by these two staff and a couple others were better than most high-end hotels I have been at in larger cities. They were all very genuine and caring.

We loved this hotel for the ambiance created by the decor. The carpets, window dressing, and wall furnishings were all cowboy themed and there were lots of paintings of western scenes, horses and buffalo which were amazing. There is even a saloon bar in reception! Darla on reception gave us tips on where to eat (Central Station) and pointed the way to the Coldstone Creamery - oh dear!

I really wished we could have stayed here for more than one night since the rooms had a Full Kitchen and spacious Bathroom, The Hotel even has a Bar by the Front Desk and cookies and lemonade, the breakfast had lots of selections with potatoes and sausage patties. I didn't care much for the pancake machine I prefer the waffles but we did love the coffee machine. The property is not on Wyatt Earp Blvd with all the restaurants and Hotels but we preferred that cause of less traffic and congestion around the Boot Hill Museum . The Staff is very friendly and helpful and the Hotel is very clean and quiet.

Nice clean rooms, I like the fact that they have a full-size refrigerators and microwave. Plus a cooktop and ceiling fan. The kitchen area actually has real tile floors which I thought was very nice the rooms are reasonable at about 100 bucks a night plus a full breakfast. The only thing I didn't care for where the shower curtains it was hard to contain the water inside the shower and the beds were a little hard! PS I forgot to mention the people at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful! I dealt with a young man on the phone named Kevin, who went out of his way to help me figure out the best place to stay to where we were conducting our business the next day thank you Kevin I appreciate your assistance you did a great job

From check in to departure this was a very pleasant stay. Lisa at the front desk was efficient and welcoming. Ample variety at breakfast. Good work out room. Best accomodations we has in ten day 3500 mile tour of several sites in the Southwest this month.

The best breakfast in years and I travel about 30 days out of the year. Everything was fresh two hours after they started serving. Friendly staff. The only drawback was the fitness center. It is great if you only want to run on a treadmill. I would stay again.

I have to agree with most of the reviews of this place. It is a quiet place to stay. Although a little bit away from the center, it is only a few minutes drive (Dodge City is pretty small.) The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful! The only negative, as someone else mentioned is the light from the microwave. But that is why I always carry duct tape with me when traveling!

Friendliest Staff. Thank you Becky for your great service and information on the town's activities. Very clean and if you're staying for a few days you'll love the big fridge, stove, sink & counter space. I freaked when I saw 4 pillows on each bed! Don't raise your rates because you will get more service by word of mouth (these reviews). We also have stayed in the BW in Vinton, IA but it's not nearly as elegant, but the staff was nice.

Perfect overnight stop hotel, but also conducive to longer stays with nicely equipped mini kitchens in the rooms. Quiet, comfortable hotel with an excellent complimentary breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful.

This was one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in. I was greeted when I walked in the door. Peach tea and fresh cookies were available. The tea was delicious. I always check for dust around the picture frames. No dust. The manager Brock was very polite.

By far the best customer service I have experienced in 19 years of professional travel. They went out of their way to say “yes” regardless of request. The hotel was clean and new. The beds and linen comfortable. The entire staff went out of their way to cater to our family's needs. An exceptional hot breakfast with personal touches from Maria such as cinnamon rolls, salsa, pica de gallo, extra bacon and even hot pancakes, the staff extended breakfast to allow our tardy children to eat. The staff makes homemade cookies and fresh lemonade daily to greet you after a long day. They offer free cold bottles of water and have other refreshments available for purchase. This hotels deserves a 5+ rating. The manager Heather and her entire staff made our week long visit the new standard for all hotels.

When we checked in there was a young woman named Alondra at the front desk, She was the most helpful front desk person that I have met in a very long while. We were traveling with two young show dogs and Alondra and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Alondra made sure that we knew where the pet exercise areas were, and gave us some information on restaurants that would deliver to the facility (we chose the Italian and it was WONDERFUL). This is one of the most dog friendly facilities that we have ever visited!

I stayed in Dodge City for business trip. We came upon this motel after driving the strip. Motel looked clean and modern. It was very clean inside and out. The rooms each have a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. They have a ceiling fan and full size closet. The rooms are very spacious. I will be going back next week for business and will be staying again!

Here for a wedding. Wonderful and accommodating staff! Fabulous breakfast! Melissa is top notch! The pool is heated, so you can stay out of the sun and enjoy the evening sunset in the pool. If you are passing through or coming here, stop in! 5 of 5 stars!

Could not sleep and a friendly night manager Colton greeted me and gave me a bottle of water and had a nice visit. Highly recommend if stopping in Dodge City. Breakfast was great too with variety of different foods to choose from.

The rooms here are really nice. Being back from route 50, which is barely traveled after dark, the rooms were very quiet. The exception to our room being perfect was all the light sources, even in the power outlets with GFI/GFCI circuitry. The microwave clock, in particular, is bright enough to read by. However, once we covered everything and turned off the loudest fridge we ever heard, the room was dark and quiet, though there was a persistent two-color glow from the carbon monoxide detector. I should mention that there is no real work desk or chair but a large breakfast counter and two dining chairs as the room was equipped with a two-burner stove and dishes/pots and pans for an extended stay. Staff is ultra friendly, there is plenty of parking and breakfast is better than most BW hotels/motels, even BW Plus. Our second morning I had both the omelet and some of the ever-present scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs were excellent, tasting as if freshly made and not from a box or powder.

Checked into BW North Edge Inn 3-5 July 2019 and the focus on us getting what We wanted or needed was surprising and delightful in a very positive way. We wanted an extra mattress that was low for a child who roles off the bed - done within 5 minutes by Heather who checked us in. My wife wanted non-tap water, done on the spot by the evening bartender (did not get his name) and got good concierge like tips from him and a US Marshal badge for the kids in the process. We're hanging around late at the free breakfast and Melisa went out of her way not to rush us and make sure we got more of what we needed. Kevin, front desk at midday on 4 July was helpful and patient with our kids, even entertaining them and us while we waited on our laundry to dry. Rooms are clean and spacious, location is quiet, heated pool is like an oasis even on a hot day! What more could you ask for from a hotel/Inn anywhere? Sam

My wife and I were traveling to different cities in celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and planned a stop at the Dodge City, Kansas Best Western North Edge Inn. The choice was an excellent one! The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful in making our three day stay a pleasant stop. The desk staff, especially a young man named Kevin, helped us to get the most out of our short stay and the morning breakfast menu and choice of top-shelf offerings were all part of a very memorable stay. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Full size refrigerator, kitchenette, microwave, stove and kitchen sink made the stay enjoyable. Congratulations to the owners, Kim & Bill Cunningham. I would heartily recommend a stay at the Best Western North Edge Inn to anyone who's passing through this historical town.

Went with family to visit sick relative. Besides my wife and I, we had two dogs and a kitten!. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and enough room for the critters to enjoy their first hotel room. This will be our go to hotel for Dodge City.

From check in to check out everything here was top notch, clean, and well serviced. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful, even had pancakes, and rooms were amazing. Will stay here every time we come to Dodge City.

It was a great experience staying here. To the manager and Kevin who were very helpful. I had booked at the wrong hotel and they worked it all out so I could stay there. Very nice and friendly. Also breakfast was very delicious and Melissa was such a joy to meet and talk to. Rooms were fabulous and also big. Blew me away that they had a small cooktop stove and an apartment size ref. Missed the cookies, but the smell of them I'm sure they were good. Lemonade as u first walk in was refreshing. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Dodge City, Ks area. Everyone had a smile which says alot.

Great breakfast. Melissa was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fan was extremely loud but the air worked good enough we didn't need it. The front desk staff was very friendly and check-in time was quick!

Kevin and management were super helpful. Great staff and facilities. Well maintained rooms. We have stayed there before and will do it again. One morning i was late for breakfast but they had not finished putting it up, manager saw me and apologized then offered to pull out the tongs and utensils so i could eat. So sweet.

Centrally located kitchenette and full fridge! Eat at Barr in room! Heated swimming pool. Melissa was wonderful at breakfast! The food was hot and great. Melissa taught my grandchildren how to make pancakes! Very pleasant and welcoming staff all around. Definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a family wedding. The hotel staff allowed my family to share pizza in the hotel lounge on evening. I had a sister who was not able to fly in due to weather and flight delay. The hotel accepted her cancellation without penalties (after the cutoff time) when it was discovered she would not be able in catch another connecting flight in time for the wedding. Everyone was very pleased with the service and staff.

I didn't expect anything above and beyond a normal hotel stay but this place offers exceptional service. Heather and her team were happy and kind and accommodated our large party, with 13 kids, with grace. They even remembered all of our names. Highly, highly recommend this place, so much so that I created this account just to leave this review.

Melissa is in charge of the continental breakfast at this property. I have to say I was blown away at the quality of the breakfast. I found it comparable to what I have experienced while staying at all-inclusive resorts in the Yucatan Peninsula. She is provided the autonomy to come up with her own dishes for the breakfast and she is a fantastic cook!

Melissa was awesome. We showed up to breakfast right when she was cleaning up. She made us pancakes, brought back out fresh fruit and milk for our kids. She did not make us feel like a burden at all. Made our day, thank you Melissa!

We have stayed at North Edge many times. It is always a good experience! One nice feature is the order in food from a local Italian restaurant. When arriving tired and hungry, it is nice to relax in room and have a nice meal. The pool was clean and warm and welcome after a long day of driving. This is a good value!

We added days to the beginning of the stay, as well as the end of the stay. Hotel staff was very accommodating and we were thanked more than once for staying here. Owner was on site I think every day, taking care of one or more issues which was nice to see. He was very friendly also. Pool was opened for first time while we were there which was great! Breakfast selection was great and Melissa did an excellent job of keeping everything fully stocked and checked to see if guests needed anything else.

It took me a few trips before I found this Best Western on the North end of Dodge City. Wish I'd have found it sooner because, hands down, this is better than any of the other place in dodge, and I've stayed in a lot of them. You can get a clean room and a decent breakfast in a lot of places, but these people know the difference is customer service, and they excel at it. Next time you're staying in Dodge City, do yourself a favor and stay here.

This is an outstanding hotel. I travel in my work and stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel sets the standard of excellence. I injured myself prior to arrival. The manager heard and went the extra mile to assist me while I was there. Clean, super nice rooms, pleasant staff quick with a greeting, and a breakfast that really is a breakfast. In Dodge City this is the PLACE to stay!

This hotel is the best! From the very pleasant staff...to room cleanliness to delicious breakfast....we found nothing to complain about. Check in was easy, fast and desk clerk was efficient. The room had a small kitchen area with a , small stove and standard sized refrigerator. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. There were cookies available in the lobby..... and a beautiful fresh flower arrangement to brighten the day. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes, pancakes ,fresh fruit and sweet rolls . Hotel is a few blocks from the tourist activities so it was quiet. There is an elevator available.

Lobby staff are very helpful and friendly, Melissa fixes one of the best breakfasts you'll find in a motel. Sat. afternoon housekeeping second floor, talking loud Spanish in the halls on cell phone turn the entire time we were trying to take a nap. Bathroom ceiling fan did not work in our room 202. If we come through Dodge City again would definitely stay here .

Best breakfast we've had in a while at a hotel. Melissa just kept the good food coming. She was so friendly and helpful. The biscuit and gravy were good...soft tender biscuits and hot sausage gravy. Hit the spot!

I was down for training for a week and it was a bery good experience, very clean rooms and hotel in general. The continental breakfast was very good also! Nice hot food kept stocked by Helissa who is awesome and takes very good care of you. Definitely would stay again. Only complaint I heard from other class mates was no hot water in the morning, but I am a night time shower kind of guy.

Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly staff. Check in and out was easy and fast. Out room was large and the decor was what I wanted to see in Dodge City. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel. My family and I have stayed here multiple times and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is always clean, the rooms are SO big and nice, and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are like small apartments, with full size refrigerators!! Melissa always does a great job with breakfast and is very friendly! She makes sure the food stays hot and never runs out! :) again, very nice hotel to stay at!

If you are driving to Dodge City, THIS is where you need to stay! The property is clean. The free breakfast is quite tasty with great coffee. The king bed is comfy. The full size fridge and in-room kitchen is unexpectedly convenient. The bathroom is quite fine. Melissa, our evening front desk clerk, was a great ambassador for the motel. Amanda, our day desk clerk, was friendly. The GM checked on us throughout our stay and demonstrated his commitment to his staff members and the community. We will return!

During a recent cross-country trip, we were lucky to stop at the Best Western North Edge Inn for the night. Besides being spotlessly clean and quiet, service was excellent. A special shout-out goes to Melissa, who made sure breakfast (included in the rate) was still available, even though we were running late, as per our usual. Highly recommend not only the Best Western North Edge Inn, but also Dodge City -- a really unique, historic, and iconic destination with great barbecue! What's not to love?!

Our trip home was during a bad snow storm where we traveled 12 hours in white out conditions. This was the only hotel along the way that would accept pets. We were charged an outragous price to stay for 4 hours to get some sleep and was told the next day that a manager would call us to try to resolve this. Needless to say, no call was ever received from management.

Arrived around dinner hour. Check in was easy and helpful. Room was more than we would have expected. Clean, roomy and quiet. Front desk staff advised us that they have shuttle service available. Asked about dinner reservations and their recommendations were awesome. Went to central station and it was delicious. Shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. Front desk staff Amanda and Francisco were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

On our recent trip from Colorado to Arkansas, we stayed here overnight. We had stayed at a Best Western Plus on the way from Arkansas, in Guymon Oklahoma and it was outstanding. This property did not let us down at all. I am so impressed with Best Western these days and this hotel should make the brand proud. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. We enjoyed a great breakfast and want to note that Melissa made us feel right at home at the breakfast bar.

I've stayed in many motels/hotels over my 9 years of traveling and I must say this has to be the cleanest, finest and friendliest motel I've ever stayed. All the way to management. The owner is here every morning meeting people and making sure your stay was the best I possibly could be.

Friendly, staff, clean and comfortable rooms, really good breakfast. This is our second year staying here at Thinksgiving and we reallly feel welcome and comfortable. The little things that tell you the owners are committed to great service are evident. All the carts are in good repair, the lobby is decorated nicely with good clean furnishings, and I saw the owner twice that weekend doing some maintenance himself. His son does a great job running the house and the quality of the staff demonstrates that. Looking forward to next visit to Dodge to see the nieces and nephew!

Great place to stay with great people! Cindy, the breakfast manager was just like having your mom at breakfast taking care of you! Great food!! Brent the manager was like having a hunting guide at the front desk. He provided a regional bird report, I will be staying again!

The room was nice, spacious and clean. We had 2 queen beds and a kitchenette for our family of 5 and our dog. Breakfast was excellent and Melissa was very attentive and helpful to everyone in the dining area. All of the staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. It's a very nice hotel, but what made it stand out was how nice everyone was. There's a shuttle to take you places, and Cindy was just the best- her breakfast buffet is a stand out!!!

I was in Dodge for business, and I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were awesome, and were basically a suite and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and it proved to be a pleasant stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again if and when I return to Dodge City.

Stay in hotels around the states Weekley. This has been the best hotel I have ever been in. Also thanks to Cindy it's the greatest breakfast I've had in any hotel they have put us in. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Rooms are always very very clean.

While attending a week long conference in Dodge City, I was lucky enough to stay at the North EdgeBest Western. When I arrived the front desk staff was extremely helpful. I asked where to go for a great steak and they directed me to the Prime on the Nine. I had a 20 once rib eye and it was perfect. The next morning I went down to the breakfast bar and I was greeted by Cindy the breakfast hostess. I would say she made me feel like I was at home; however, even my wife isn't that cheerful and willing to help that early. I hope she never figures out I wrote this. LOL. The room was great, what an enjoyable stay. Thank You

I have not stayed at a Best Western for a while. We stayed here and we were very impressed. I will be staying at Best Western in the future. The staff and accommodations were all excellent. I highly recommend staying here when in Dodge City!

Everything was top notch! The staff was out of this world friendly; the room was clean, roomy, comfortable, (it even had a recliner!), Breakfast was delightful. There was even fresh salsa which added a spark of freshness to the taste buds, Actually everything tasted freshly made. My husband and I have been travelling cross country for three weeks and this was by far the most welcoming and satisfying. We staff made us feel like family.

Very clean and comfortable with extremely friendly staff members who are willing to go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The summertime pool always attracts a crowd and is well kept.

There's nothing like a good breakfast before a days work and Cindy did an excellent job in preparing one. The eggs were excellent but the biscuits and gravy were my favorite, everything tasted homemade.

It's a nice hotel. The staff is friendly. The owners son is a good manager and concerned with making sure the guests are comfortable. Breakfast is good for a hotel. I guess I need one last sentence to make 200 characters. There you go.

Very comfortable, modern and clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and offered shuttle service to local eating places. We walked to a nearby restaurant instead. The lobby bar was convenient and comfortable. Wonderful hot breakfast!

The rooms are very clean comfortable. The people who work at this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. Cindy does a great job preparing breakfast. My only suggestion would be to offer bananas for those on the run. The evening bar is also a nice touch! TripAdvisor Website would not allow me to click on the “Hotel Rating” fields. Traveling through, decided to stay here after reading TA reviews. Good choice. They advertise as "The Quiet Place", and they live up to the slogan. Had a first floor room and never heard anything all night. The Manger here is great, personally checking on our satisfaction with the room and the breakfast. Along with the front desk staff (sorry didn't get here name but morning staff) gave us great advice on where to take our dog for a morning walk and what to see in town before our departure. Highly recommend a stay here if you are in town.

If you want a clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, place to stay, this is it. The staff was excellent as well as the the room, breakfast, and easy checkout. We were asked multiple times how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Truly do not know what else you could want/expect out of a stay at a motel. A++ rating from our stay.

I'm in construction and travel often in Kansas and this is HANDS DOWN the best hotel in the state. The staff lead by Brent Cunningham is outstanding. Room layout is just fantastic, it really gives you a home feel which is very important to me. You will not find a better breakfast in the morning anywhere unless you are at a restaurant paying for it. You'd also be hard pressed to find a cleaner inn. This hotel absolutely deserves a five star rating. My hard hat is off to you guys for making my stay away from my family and home a lot more tolerable. Thank you.

We are not strangers to travel. This property is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. For the money, all we can say is wow! To tell you how great the stay was...our only disappointment was - there were no cookies available when we checked in! Ha ha ha! The staff was over the top friendly and kind. Very professional. The property was superbly maintained. The house cleaning staff must be commended as it was so clean and nice - we actually searched for a flaw. Just to see if we could find anything amiss. Nothing! This was just a pleasant night stop for us after a long 11 hour drive. We actually commented we wish we had time to stay at this Hotel for another night. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The Hotel was quiet and the property was fresh and up to date. If you are anywhere near Dodge, or SW Kansas, you would be crazy to stay anywhere else. This is your destination! Really, we loved it.

We moved from over LaQuinta and what a difference! The General Manager, Brent Cunningham is very much of a hands on guy. He made certain that we got the best possible rate and checked several times to be sure we were happy. All the rooms have kitchenettes with full size RF! All the staff was warm and friendly. It was a chilly day so Brent sent us over to the other BW to use their indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was dynamite.

The attendants at the desk Laura and Melissa were amazing young ladies. Based on their enthusiasm and information regarding the area we actually booked an additional night. We were on a cross county trip staying at many different brand hotels and this was by far the nicest room we had. We could tell the GM Brad was proud of his hotel and he made us feel like honored guest. The cookies each day in the lobby were a nice touch and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Best cinnamon rolls ever.

Staying in Dodge City was part of a 3-week road trip. We loved this Best Western. Kevin, at the front desk, was extremely helpful. His dinner recommendation at the Mariah Hills golf course was perfect. Good food, beautiful view and my husband had just finished 9 holes. There was a small bar inside the hotel lobby, a first for me at a Best Western. Our room was clean, quiet and large. Breakfast was good, everyone was so friendly. Hats off to Kevin. I wish staff at every hotel we stayed at was like him. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

In the centre of Dodge City . decorated in Western Style with photos memorabilia , this follows through all the corridors making a very pleasant place. Rooms are spacious clean , good TV for a change , staff very helpful , Breakfast very good and hot . IHOP next door and very close to Dodge City old main street Museum with lots of History replica building and cheap with free parking . Best Western is a super Hotel in a great position with good staff. The only irritation was limited lighting in the Rooms but when i informed the Manager she said thanks and will fix with brighter Bulbs and extra lighting , sorted

I had read the reviews on Trip Advisor for a place to stay on our first night of our Fall trip. We had stayed at a Best Western in Williams, Ar when we visited the South Rim Grand Canyon three years ago and we were pleased with the accommodations. We were not disappointed with the Best Western in Dodge City. Front desk very nice and well experienced with her job. Room nice, clean, cool, nice linens. Breakfast very good as already mentioned in the Trip Advisor reviews. We spoke the next morning with the owner of the hotel....so nice. We complimented him on hiring great staff. Highly recommend. We also had a great time seeing all the bronze figures of Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, Matt Dillion, the Amtrac station, the Baldwin locomotive. Lots of history here that is well done.

The breakfast here is amazing. Best stay I have had in a while. Thank you Cindy for the amazing presentation, quality and quantity of food and service. Can't wait to return for another visit. Rooms are clean and updated. Nice Kitchenette large fridge. Quiet place to relax ????

I recently went to speak at a conference and stayed at the North Edge Inn and it has been one of the best hotel experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. In particular Brent Cunningham and Amanda, you guys made my stay a great one.

From the Minute we checked in they made us feel like royalty! Service unmatched! I have stayed at every hotel in dodge! Never had such loving treatment! I'm booking future dates before I leave! The search ends today! I have to give Cindy 5 stars on the breakfast! That spread was amazing to say the least! Never seen anything like it! Very clean, fresh and delicious! It rivals most restaurants in the area! Super sweet staff! They made us feel like we were eating at our own dining room table!

I got a king bed. The room was spacious. Everything was clean. There was a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator. There was a nice granite table with lots of room so you can eat or do your work or surf your computer comfortably. Everything was very clean. The linens, tub, walls, floors...no attention to detail forgotten. This place is very well-managed and ot shows. Their advertising claim was spot-on. It is a very quiet motel. They have a nice gym. There were computers for guests in the lobby. I can not remember having a more positive experience in a motel.

This place rocks! Clean, new & a very friendly staff. They have an above average breakfast & Cindy was there to greet us and she went above to make sure that we had everything we needed. Thank to all staff at BW North Edge In, you guys rock!

Very clean and well kept! Our company rents rooms weekly here and are very pleased with the service and amenities. The breakfast is excellent and the air conditioning works well. I would highly recommend this Inn.

We had a great experience at this Best Western. Check in staff were genuinely happy to see us, our room was clean & spacious and we had a good night's rest. I have to add that Cindy, who was our hostess & waitress for breakfast the following morning, gave a level of attention to her guests that was commendable. North Edge Inn is really a cut above most hotels. Everything is spotless, the rooms are very roomy with a kitchenette and the staff is super helpful and friendly. We didn't find the short drive to downtown to be an issue. They also provide evening transportation. Would definitely book again.

This was a great place to stay. Staff super friendly and very accomodating. Especially appreciate the breakfast hostess, Cindy very kind and helpful. The breakfast area was spic and span. The breakfast was presented in a way that made you want to eat and enjoy. Lovely presentation and the hostess made sure each person was welcomed and taken care of. .

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel and the level of hospitality they provide for their guests. Brent, Laura, Kevin, and Cindy have made my stay here truly enjoyable. I'll look forward to staying here each time I come to Dodge City!

We loved it at this hotel! The GM-Brent was just great, so hospitable & nice. We felt like we were family, we were treated with such country charm. Breakfast was fabulous, thanks to Cindy. We've stayed at much more expensive hotels in Dodge. This hotel outperforms them all. It's just 4 minutes away from the casino. It's cheaper, cleaner and the best breakfast you'll receive at a hotel. The staff is amazing and I like that they've opened up a bar now. If you aren't staying here, you aren't getting the most out of your money.

Everyone is so nice! Desk people are great. Owner/manager is very friendly and helpful! Cindy the breakfast lady is super nice and the food is wonderful! They also have a free shuttle to anywhere in Dodge City until 10 PM. Even the casino!

Wow what a first rate hotel. Starting with my initial call with Brent ( who was awesome,informative and super nice) to make a res, the entire friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and a breakfast that goes above and beyond, Cindy who is in charge of breakfast does an amazing job seating area always clean food always delicious. Melissa also does an awesome job with breakfast and housekeeping. Can't say enough definitely will stay next time in town.

I've stayed in a lot of Dodge City hotel for my work over the last six years. This hotel by far is the best one BNSF has ever contracted for us in Dodge City. The staff is very friendly and happy to see us when we check in. Cindy does an awesome job with the breakfast, and Veneranda in housekeeping keeps the rooms immaculate. Each room has a full size refrigerator and small kitchenette and would be perfect for an extended stay visiting family or one of the many events Dodge City hosts every year. Plus every room I've stayed in is very spacious, you'll never feel cramped. The hotel is also very quiet and a great place to get some much needed rest while traveling.

Was a clean comfortable motel. There was a rain storm going on outside but we didn't notice because it was so nice and quiet in our room. Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the grandkids loved the outdoor pool.

What a great place! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Everyone thanked us for staying with them! In the morning, the GM - Brent gave us dining recommendations for Kansas City (our next stop) and on our way to the pool asked us if we would like a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. The king room was spacious (like a studio apartment) and clean. The bed was comfortable and restful. The hotel is super quiet - great for a good nights rest. The breakfast included fresh strawberries and blueberries! The saltwater pool was wonderful to float around in and relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

From the first step into the hotel you feel welcomed. The owner and staff make you fell like you are a guess in their own home. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. It will always be where my family and I stay.

The staff at the North edge best western are very kind and accommodating. Breakfast staff always has a smile on their face and make sure you have everything you need. We've been staying there for a month now and we haven't been disappointed or has any problems with our accommodations.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very cheerful, helpful front desk personnel. Rooms nice, great bed. Breakfast much better than what you usually expect. Broader selection, better food, cheerful staff. Had a problem trying to print some documents from my Mac to the printer in the business area. Girl at the front desk and Manager/Owner were extremely helpful in resolving my problem. When I'm back in Dodge I'll stary here!

The motel is a great place to stay! It is off the road just enough that it is very quiet, just what you need when you are tired. Breakfast is the best one we have ever had at any motel. Cindy keeps the food bar filled and is always eager to give you a hand getting your food and drink. She is an asset.

We were having a weekend stay in Dodge City. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, along with classiness of the hotel and attentiveness of the staff. It truly felt as if we were at home away from home. I was most impressed with a breakfast staff member, Cindy. She was friendly, helpful, and the utmost accommodating. Very quiet and easy to find right on Hwy 50. It's away from the noise of Wyatt Earp Blvd. Easy drive to main attractions of Boot Hill, Kansas Teachers Hall of Fame. Enjoyed the Final Friday activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms, beautifully themed decor and great ammenities; wow, this place is amazing. My room for a Friday night was very well priced and I even had time to get to their gym and their indoor pools. They had an amazing full breakfast in the morning too. Darla helped me at the front desk with a very courteous and helpful personality. She helped me find exactly what I needed and at a very reasonable cost. I was wowed.

We were in Dodge City for a veterans event. General Mananager Kevin was very accommodating, and volunteered a veterans discount without us even asking. The rooms are very nice and we loved the pool. Free breakfast was great, but even greater was Cindy....a cheerful and positive person each morning. Highly recommend this hotel and their staff.

On the way from Santa Fe to Kansas City, we stopped at the North Edge Inn and got a very pleasant surprise. The hotel and grounds looked brand new although we found out the hotel is four years old. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and local attractions. The room was sizable and the a/c worked great (only 98 outside). Complimentary breakfast was just fine, especially the automatic pancake maker (push a button and out come perfectly cooked light pancakes). Very quiet. I recommend highly.

We stopped here on our way to Colorado. Front desk manager was very friendly. The room was large and very comfortable, also very clean. Breakfast was above average, large selection to chose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel as an excellent rest stop.

On traveling from Colorado to Dodge City to visit we were looking for a great place to stay while we did the Boot Heel Museum. I made a quick reservation on the road, speaking with Kevin. He answered all my questions and was very helpful about making a reservation with two dogs. It was by far the quickest and easiest reservation I've made. ??. We were running behind so I called to let the hotel know that we would arrive around 11:30 that night again speaking with Kevin. He made a note of that. It ended up being midnight when we got there. I was greeted by Britnei (sp?) and she was great making check in a breeze. ??. Our room was very clean and ready for us. Thank you Maria ??. Highly recommend this place. If we ever make through this way again it will be our go to place!!

The room was spotless and well equipped with a two burner stove, a large (for a hotel) refrigerator, basic cooking and serving items, and, yes EVEN a kitchen sink. There is an exercise room with a few machines. The pool is an outdoor salt water pool. No hot tub. Miguel at the desk was very helpful. We had poor cell phone coverage while making the reservation from the road, and Miguel worked with us, and called back when the call was dropped. Cindy made a great complimentary breakfast and even respond to a special request for a different cereal.

We stayed at the Best Western after I found it onTripadvisor. What a clean, nice, and friendly place to stay. The staff was so nice and we really liked how quiet the place is. Our room was very clean and roomy. So pleased we stayed here on our trip. An awesome breakfast and big thanks to Cindy! She is the breakfast coordinator, very friendly, and we enjoyed talking to her. Thanks again to the staff at Best Western. We will recommend this hotel to others.

Large rooms with kitchenettes! Good breakfast. Lots of room for kids if stuck inside on a rainy day or just to eat a quick bite. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows per bed!there is an outdoor pool for relaxation. While it isn't in the downtown area, it is within a short drive. The common area is rather small with just tables but cozy. We will be back.

The room had a great look and feel for a room its size. It had updated can lighting, perfectly placed to give the room a warm, home like feel and adequately light the room for those times you need it. The ceiling fan, above the bed, made for a cool night of sleep, which I enjoy. The suite was outfitted with a full sized fridge and microwave, not the economy size that so many hotels use these days; though it had no pots, pans, cups, glasses or any utensils. The doorways and access to rooms were perfect for those needing wheelchair access. The walls seem to be thin and sparsely insulated, because you can hear others through the walls. The air conditioner is rather loud and each time it turned on, I found myself raising and lowering the volume of the TV, so it wasn't too loud for neighboring rooms. My biggest complaint about the room was the iron, but this is the same with every hotel I stay in. They always purchase the cheapest irons. The iron in this room dumped water all over my shirts as I ironed them. It's a good thing that I didn't wake up early to iron them the day I needed them. They had a chance to hang in the closet and dry, before I had to wear them.

Cindy puts in the extra effort for the breakfast. The fresh fruit was great! Had noticed that the breakfast had similar items as other hotels. But there several differences. The fresh fruit was one of them. Not just eggs, omelets. Bacon, sausage and ham. Many choices for breakfast. Cindy made you feel at home. Could tell that she genuinely and naturally liked serving others and making their stay an enjoyable one. Great location in town, close to areas of interest. After your stay here you may "get out of Dodge", but you will want to come back!

There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is in a good area of town. It has a large heated outdoor pool that is kept clean with saltwater rather than loads of chlorine. The rooms are large and include a full size fridge, small stove, and microwave. The pillows are comfortable and the beds are decent. It has a very good breakfast, served by Cindy, who is friendly and delightful. We actually had a couple of problems with our stay but the manager is an extremely nice guy who made it up to us when we needed a late checkout. We would stay here again.

I have to say what definitely got this hotel the 5 star rating from us was the front desk assistant named Nohemi V. We had an issue with our booking thru Expedia and she went above and beyond to fix things and make sure we had our room. While helping us and older gentlemen came in and needed assistance with his luggage and she did everything she could to make sure everyone was happy. She was very sweet and courteous!! Our room was clean and beds were comfy. The only thing I did not like was how loud the vent in the bathroom was when turned on. Seemed to get louder the longer it was on. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We stayed one night in Dodge City, Kansas as we were driving through after a big trip to Mt Rushmore. We drove for hrs through a really bad storm before getting there. It was after 9:00 pm when we arrived. The girl st the front desk was very friendly & accomodating. She even went online to check closing times for some of the local restaurants and gave us directions. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Better than most. They have a cool pancake maker as well. The fresh fruit was a plus. They had omelets, sausage, biscuits, boiled eggs, and they even had some of my favorite blueberry syrup for the pancakes! One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while, and I travel a lot! Cindy was there the morning we left, and she was very accomodating making sure that we had everything that we needed for breakfast. The rooms were nice & quiet too! That's always a plus. I saw a large outdoor pool, but unfortunately we didn't have time for that!

We stayed here for 2 nights recently on an out west adventure trip :-) The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring that we got the room we had requested when making online reservations. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave along with kitchen amenities. The location was good, and not in a crowded location. They have a 24 hour coffee machine which was also very nice. We also used the laundry which was very clean and well maintained. The only negative was that the beds were not very comfy, but would be fine if you are used to a firm mattress. We also never received housekeeping, and had to ask for towels from the front desk, but no big deal. Overall, a good choice.

I visit Dodge City on business every couple of years and usually stay on Wyatt Earp or by the casino. The problem has always been noise. The casino is busy all night long and folks are in and out of their rooms. The trucks and trains that run on or near to Wyatt Earp hotels are quite noisy if you sleep lightly. This hotel is out of all that yet close to everything you need. So as advertised they are quiet. On top of that it is clean and the staff were great. I will be back on my next trip.

The hotel is immaculate and has a pleasing decor both inside and out. The staff was outstanding. We were surprised to find a kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove. The breakfast was very good and the attendant, Cindy, was excellent. This is one of the finest Best Western where we have ever stayed (we are platinum Best Western members and have stayed at their hotels world wide). It really should be a "Plus" facility. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and make a point to stay again if in the area in the future.

This hotel is exceptional. I occasionally have to stay in Dodge City for work and this will be my go-to every time. I plan to take a personal trip with my husband and toddler this summer to simply enjoy the hotel and salt water pool. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is by far the best I have ever experienced in a hotel during my years of traveling.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. Super clean hotel, great room with all amenities, great bed and pillows. Great location, Even with how great the room and hotel are, the best part of the stay was the staff! Kevin & Lisset at the front desk were amazing. They helped us with an issue (unrelated to our stay), were so kind and helpful, and even recommended the perfect place for dinner. They were at the front desk again at checkout and were just as kind and helpful in the morning as they were the afternoon before! Maria, the breakfast attendant, was also so kind and friendly. The breakfast, as well as the area, were clean, attractive, welcoming, and the food selection was very nice. Again, overall, one of the best! Kudos especially to the staff!

We were travelling west to east in windy weather and decided to stop in Dodge City. Stopped here on our way through. The room was terrific and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff wanting to make sure our stay was good one. Great breakfast and a very caring lady in charge. Highly recommend this spot!

Best hotel we have stayed at in years. Super great staff, clean and comfortable room, super quiet, and not your ordinary motel breakfast. Most hotels we stay at are run of the mill and they are trying to cheapen things. Not here and the staff seamed to enjoy their jobs. If Cindy there making breakfast you will know what I mean.

This hotel was great from the moment we walked in. The staff are all smiles and converse with you. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast had more options than most and Cindy was so helpful and nice! We will stay here again next time we are through Dodge.

After traveling almost 1,500 miles and staying in 3 other hotels in the past few day, I'been found that this place has the best breakfast! Cindy was so attentive and helpful, we were so lucky to have her! She made sure we had everything we needed and even served me pancakes when I had trouble with figuring out the machine! She is a gem and this place is lucky to have her.

Check-in was effortless and room was clean and ready when we arrived a bit early. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful in directing us to restaurants and nearby historical sites. Everyone was ready to assist in any task day or night. Cindy provided exceptional breakfast each day and kept the food well-stocked and fresh along with a smile. Couldn't ask for more, would not stay anywhere else.

The Dodge City BW exceeded BWS own standards at both checkin and checkout. The breaststroke service lady treated us like family. The really amazing thing is that their friendly character appeared genuine and not fake.

First room wasn't prepped,they gave me a new room right away. Nice rooms, a little too much light with all the leds on the electronics, especially the microwave. Breakfast is absolutely amazing!!! Fitness center was good. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience!

This stay was fantastic. Customer service by management and staff was beyond expectations. Extremely friendly and they listen and hear you when you speak with them. I was in Dodge City for my Grandson's first birthday and they made a point of asking me how the party went the next morning. Really great people. Kevin and George made the check in process a non issue. My accommodations were for multiple nights, people and billing but they got everything handled without incident. I believe it was Brandon (manager) who was absolutely the nicest and most accommodating, along with his Father "Bill" the owner who went out of his way to accommodate my party with plates, forks and cups when we brought in lunch from outside purchase. Even insisted they would clean things up and we didnt need to worry about it.

This was our third stop here. Great people and nice accmodations in Dodge City. The room was nice and clean. The location is quite and easy to find. The included breakfast was an added plus. The staff was very accmodatting and ready to do anything for us. We will be back on the next trip.

The hotel's WIFI was out for almost my entire stay. Very inconvenient. Staff did not offer Ethernet cable. Kitchenette had no dishes, utensils, pots or pans. Thus, it really was no more than a coffee maker. Struck me as false advertising, especially as I selected the hotel for that feature.

Absolutely our best hotel experience in recent years. Great facility and totally friendly and helpful staff on all counts! Stayed here going in February and made sure we stayed here again returning home in April. Excellent experience and value. Excellent well kept facility!

Super nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the stay. Service was excellent. Staff was great. We could see that the management was very engaged with staff as well. Customer service was something everyone worked for. Everyone was very welcoming.

Cindy, the breakfast person always starts your day off with a big smile. She is friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The food is hot and fresh and food area is always clean. Great rooms, good bar area. The bar staff is great and even offered to place a food order for us and go pick it up! The owner was there and took time to talk with us and assured us if we needed anything to just let him know. Great guy, great service. I would highly recommended this hotel.

The lady who does the breakfast (cindy) is very helpfull.. staff is all friendly and helpful as well. Very nice and Clean rooms . The bartenders are very nice! Yes there is a bar! Would highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and put together with very nice layout breakfast was a level above the other motels I've stayed at in last 12 months. Staff was very courteous and always available. Value for the price was very good. Would recommend and stay at again.

Kevin was extremely helpful with suggestions for dining, checking if everything was comfortable in our room and providing directions. The bed was very comfortable. I needed assistance with my luggage and Pati was so kind to come to my room with a cart and move it down to my car. Will definitely stay here again!

We were welcomed at the desk and check in was easy .We were advised at the desk that we could access a shuttle service to downtown to enjoy dinner and be shuttled back to the hotel.Such friendly young staff drivers who gave us a nice running commentary of the history and current state of Dodge City.Breakfast was another highlight of our stay and we would like to mention Cindy who made it special-most notably the fruit tray . Definitely stay here next visit to Dodge.

Best Place to Stay, Best Western, North Edge. This is the only place we stay when we make the drive from Wichita, Kansas to Dodge City, Kansas. The hotel and amenities are great, bar none, the service is unmatched, and the hotel staff employees are warm and friendly! Best Western, North Edge, is the only place I will stay in Dodge City!

We have stayed at the BW North Edge several times while in Dodge. It is absolutely the best hotel in SW Kansas. The rooms are clean and up to date, the staff is professional - everyone, all the time, and the breakfast is home-made fresh. (The breakfast manager takes so much pride in her work, she made us feel as if we were guests in her own home.) As a bonus, the hotel and staff are dog friendly, and (pinch me), Jayhawk Fans!!

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, they were extra friendly and provided a very pleasant overnight stay. We had a great breakfast in the morning which was monitored by a young lady named Cindy. She provided any assistant needed for anything you asked. She was in the immediate area to aid anyone needing help but not over bearing, just available. We met the owner and told him of our thoughts about the hotel and service, he told us this was the top rated hotel in Dodge City and I believe him because we could see why. It's location is convenient to Hwy 50 and easy to get in and out. Boot Hill Casino is just down the road a short drive. We will definitely stay here again.

We spent only one night at this hotel, but it was lovely. The front desk staff was quite efficient and helpful. They steered us to an excellent restaurant for dinner and accommodated a special request. Breakfast had more and better options than the usual hotel breakfast. The owner was at the desk when we checked out and he was extreme friendly! We will definitely stay here again.

From the minute we got into our room we were very impressed, full kitchen (with all the dishes you need!) which is nice when your traveling with a toddler. Everything is very clean and well kept. And the staff, oh man! They are great! Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to please! We especially enjoyed breakfast, the manager Bill was very kind to my little girl and she looked forward to coming down for breakfast every morning! He even extended our day for us so we wouldn't have to find something to do for 6 hours while my husband was at work. Thank you so much for making our business trip a nice little vacation! We will definitely be looking for Best Westerns for our hotel stays anywhere we go, especially this one here! Also very conveniently close to the mall and other good places!

We stayed at the Best Western North Edge Inn for three nights, for a wedding, the stay was enjoyable. The staff was very courteous in working with our time schedules and cleaning our room. Also the breakfast staff were great with a lot of us arriving at the same time for breakfast.

Best Wester surpasses Hampton Inn by a mile. I have stopped going there and will now stay at B W ONLY. At HI they have a don't care attitude, but BW does care. From the moment you walk in to when you leave.

Amazing hotel, had great amenities including a small kitchen in each room. The beds were very comfortable. They had a wide selection of foods to eat for breakfast including sausage, pancakes, muffins, etc.

Loved that this was in a very quiet area of Dodge City. Spacious room with nice kitchenette and free wifi, free parking, free breakfast. There was a shuttle van that I did not use but seems like it would take you to the local airport. Clean and comfortable, just perfect for a couple of nights.

We enjoyed a kitchenette double queen room - it was large and comfortable. we were seeking a comfortable night's sleep on a cross country trip and found it. It was also close to local attractions so while several of us slept in another enjoyed the boot hill museum.

The room was nice--nothing fancy, but comfortable and roomy. Having kitchen appliances was handy, although we mostly ate the breakfast provided. Everything worked and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Many family members needed to come to Dodge City for a funeral. This family run business made all accommodations so pleasant and they were helpful in all regards....not to mention this new hotel is beautiful. Kitchenettes in every room and very spacious. Could not have found a better, quieter place for us to be. Green chili on the breakfast bar...delicious! Can't wait to visit again in the summer to use the outdoor pool facilities. Nice work out room as well.

I became "lost" in Dodge even with GPS. The Hotel manager and desk staff spoke with me three different times to help me find the hotel (easy to find-I was just not paying attention.) The room was clean, large, quiet and well designed. Refrigerator, micro, coffee maker, etc. Pool and exercise room. Breakfast was very good. GREAT STAFF!

This is a very nice hotel on the north side of Dodge city, away from the street noise of other hotels, but still close to all the sights, restaurants, and entertainment of Dodge City, the staff was very helpful.

We were very impressed with this facility. The room was nice, the building was clean, inside and out, and the staff was friendly. I was surprised they weren't busier, but we did stay on a Thursday night. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western North Edge Inn because it had good reviews and was close to the Interstate! The Hotel is very clean and nice and helpful Employees! If you can, stay in a one bedroom suite. It is much bigger with a separate living area and bedroom and a small kitchenet! Also has bigger bathroom than the standard room.We will stay here again!

Room is Excellent and service is superior. Typical pre-made US breakfast that is just not the quality of a European Breakfast but better than other USA hotels who provide free breakfast. Overall the best experience for a North American venue

This Best Western has everything going for it: a very friendly and helpful front-desk staff; an attractive lobby and eating area; a room that is tastefully decorated and color coordinated; a full kitchen area, and little things like having the towels next to the shower. After a long day of driving, the free shutter service to an excellent restaurant was really appreciated.

We traveled though on our way back to Missouri and noticed that this hotel had the highest ratings. We stayed there November 26, 2017. I can see why the ratings are so high. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. The beds are very comfortable and the room very clean. Loved the little bar that opens from 5pm-9pm. The bartender was very friendly and was able to make the drink I wanted. All the emplyees are very knowledgeable about the town and places to eat. The owner was so friendly and made you feel at home. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed are stay at North Edge Inn, the room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast food was great and the area was kept clean. Only concern was availability of electrical outlets to plug in Bi-Pac sleep machine, next time we need to bring an extension cord.

My mom, nephew and I drove to Dodge City to meet my sister and brother in law for 2 days and stayed here. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating it is hard to explain. Nohemi went above and beyond to make sure I was understanding my checkout...had multiple rooms:)

Had great reviews and were all right. Stayed there on our way home from New Mexico back to Missouri. The employees were awsome as well as the owner. Very nice and clean and would stay there again when passing through and will recommend to family and friends coming to visit us for a half way stop. Also have a shuttle to take you places in town. I am 78 my friend is 60 and this is the third year in a row we have stayed at this property. We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and have stayed in many locations circa Dodge. This shades every location by far during prior stays. If you want a check list of the Good, Bad and Ugly, then just hold on to the good. A young man named Brent Cunningham runs this place with the efficiency of a Master Sergeant. Breakfast food great, service in morning great, facilities large, dog friendly, people friendly, cleanliness top notch (I am a stickler for clean). With the 4 pillows I sleep like I am on air in my queen. I only sleep with my wife! You can converse (and I do) with anyone, especially the hunters and I received a salute from one end of the hall on the first floor to our end because we were dressed in Orange! Brent gets up each morning at 5 and Lord knows when he goes to sleep. He gave me a hug when we left and a firm hand shake. Yes we will be back in January for another go. The location is easy, it is on top of the hill so you never have to worry if the prevailing winds turn to the South and bring unwanted scents. The ambience is quiet all the time and it matters not to me when I hear a truck head out at 4:30 a.m. opening day morning to beat someone to a honey hole. Been there done that and I just roll over for another good snooze before I start a new day. There are a multitude of fine places to dine close by and it only a short trip from this property to downtown and others. I was fortunate to be able to talk with Mr. Cunningham for about 40 minutes one night without knowing his identity and we discussed the Universe, in particular his rather huge young black lab. A man that loves his dogs, his fiancee, his family and his motel and lives by the mantra of service at its best is a man to know and respect. It was only toward the close of the conversation that he informed me of his position. It surprised me that a man who was dealing with a 99% booked property would take the time to talk to a grizzled, white-haired veteran of many hunting trips and close to 30 years of traveling as part of my various jobs would take the time to talk dogs, life, business and family. The property reflects his values. If this old curmudgeon can stay on his feet, we will be back in Dodge in January of 18 and November of 18 and for as many years as I can stand erect. These words are written from the heart. I am respectfully Dr. Daniel R. (Doc) Holladay and hey give me a call if you need any more particulars. I guarantee the light will always be on at the Best Western!

Was a nice stay, was there two nights it was quiet and amazing staff. I would stay again and I am not a fan of Best Western as the ones I stayed had terrible beds. This one was a good bed and slept pretty well.

I was moving and very tired from a 10hr drive. The manager took care of me when the wrong night got booked for my stay. I feel they went out of their way to help me. The room was great. Bed super comfy. Water pressure awesome! I will definitely stay here again if I am in town. (I don't normally fill these surveys out).

We have stayed at this hotel 2 times now. Our last stay was for 6 weeks, we were in Dodge City for business. Besides the hotel being clean and comfortable, having a kitchenett was such a bonus. The staff is amazing! I love breakfast and getting up in the morning and getting a delicious hot meal was the best. Darla and Veronica always had it ready and plenty for all. My maids were all so quick and make an amazing bed. I wanted to bring Concepcion and Debra home with me, lol. It's nice to be able to have a drink after a long day at the little bar has such friendly and fun bartenders Laura, Melinda and Denise. Love you girls. When you walk in you are greeted by a happy friendly front desk which after a long trip is so nice to see. La Quisha, Nohemi, George, Heather...love you all! Hope to be back in April!

Just stopped when driving through to get a room. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen and an office area. The décor was modern and the room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing! This hotel is not large and in a very convenient, easy to get to location. The décor is good, room very clean...great shower! Breakfast was extra good...choice of sausage and ham, scrambled eggs and a casserole with salsa choice, hash browns, lots of sweet rolls and cereals and fruit. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only problem we had was the noise level that night and early morning was very high.

We stayed here on our way through Kansas. The room was large, nice, and clean. The shower worked well with plenty of hotwater. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Eggs, ham, sausage, fruit, ceral and juices. Staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel.

What a pleasant surprise to discover this hotel. This room is like a studio apartment with a full size kitchen. The refrigerator is full size and there is a stove and microwave and sink. The breakfast is a delightful southwestern style. We enjoyed the cleanliness and also the comfort of the bed.

We always stay here when we visit my mother in Dodge City. I have never experienced anything but friendliness from the staff and if you have an issue they will try and accommodate. This hotel is nice because it is on a bypass away from the main drag(Wyatt Earp Blvd) so it truly is quieter from a traffic standpoint than the hotels on the southern route. They have a very decent breakfast with plenty of choices if you're into saving money. We will continue to stay here as long as we visit.

This is a pleasant and welcoming motel. The breakfast bar is among the better ones I have experienced. Fresh, well- organized and delicious food whether you want hot or cold (sausage & eggs, pancakes or cereal & fresh fruit) We will stay here again!

Excellent service: large rooms, quality TV, A/C and Ice Machine worked. Newspaper in the morning, great breakfast, friendly and informative staff. Early check in and rapid check out. Even had a few free chocolates. For a small hotel, I was surprised with service well above average. Great place for family and extended stays.

I had a wonderful experience here, the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a service dog and they were so friendly to him. The breakfast was ok but not great. Would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stay in a lot of hotels in the US each year...probably close to 50 a year. This is the BEST one we have ever stayed at in this cost range. The staff from the hotel desk to the cleaning staff are friendly and appear to actually enjoy working there. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was over the top in both choices and quality...things like well-cooked sausage, choice of cut-up fruit, fresh cinnamon rolls. We can't say enough good things about this hotel.

We always stay at this hotel when in Dodge City. Very well run family hotel. Great breakfast choices. Very clean! The coffee machine in the lobby is wonderful, and they put out fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Internet works well.

Our stay was very comfortable. This was a family reunion and all of the family stayed and enjoyed the staff and the experience. Very clean, great breakfast and the availibity of a cocktail hour was a plus as well. Overall this is a great place to stay. Would stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Each room has a kitchen which was nice! Manager was very nice as well as hotel staff. Stopped for a night after driving from Amarillo and heading for Kansas City. We were welcomed at reception by LaQuisha (hope that's correct!) who was friendly, informative, and very personable. She is an asset to the hotel. It was early evening and the sun was going down but the pool looked great so a quick dip was called for. It was a bit cool on entry but once acclimatised it was just the ticket after a long drive. Our room was to our liking, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They do a hot breakfast but, as visitors from the UK, I can't comment as we prefer a diner breakfast which we found on the way to Kansas City. Stop by soon, you won't be disappointed.

Had a great stay at the hotel. We had met with the GM on a day off as he was walking his dog - nice man and nice dog. Hotel was very nice - I was trying to figure out how to take home the mattress as it was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay - I wish the pancake maker was working as I was really trying to stay away from eggs. I definitely recommend this property when getting into Dodge!

Very nice hotel. Clean and very comfortable beds. Room was set up with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff friendly. Nice outside pool. Good breakfast. Would recommend. Not much to do in the area other than the museum.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel and I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The breakfast bar was delicious with many hot foods and fresh fruits to choose from. The staff were all very helpful when my vehicle broke down and I had to stay several days longer while it was being repaired. Brent the general manager called the dealership to be sure I was helped as quickly as possible. The front desk staff, housekeeping, everyone was always pleasant and helpful. I will be back next year and I am recommending Best Western North Edge Inn to all my friends, family and business colleagues. Thank you!

I was very pleasantly surprised! Hotel is super nice for an average price of $100 per night. Pet friendly and very clean with a really pretty swimming pool. No option to say my 2 Yorkies were traveling with me when I first made the reservation but the form I filled out at the desk, upon arrival, asked about pets and gave me a place to add that I was traveling with them. The staff was very professional and very attentive during my stay and I would definitely stay again and would recommend them to others.

We had 6 adults and a 2 year old. They were able to put us in adjoining rooms!! That was very helpful and convenient! The rooms are large, clean and very nice. We did not feel cramped in the least. I would highly recommend this one!

Stopped here on a trip to Kansas City. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. Hotel was what I expected. Clean and comfortable - no surprises. would stay here again. Next time might stay longer and see more sights in Dodge City.

We arrived late and so many places were booked. But a great guy at the first Best Western asked if we'd like to try the Best Western North Inn and arranged a great rate. When we arrived we were met by LaQuisha and Cindy who were so cordial we felt like family. The suite was great, breakfast amazing. The girl's made us aware of all the amenities and seemed to sense we'd had a long day on the road. It was the friendliest place we stayed on our vacation!

The staff was excellent, and the delicious breakfast had multiple options. The lady attending to the breakfast was a great example of customer service. While the room was comfortable and adequate, there was a musty odor suggesting some deep cleaning was due. The exercise room looked like it had not been used in awhile.

Hotel was very nice. It was the only hotel in town that isn't by railroad tracks. It was so quiet. Breakfast was real good with plenty of variety. It's across from the mall so you can easily shop. Plenty of places to eat near by. Even though it was out of the way, there is easy access to all the attractions in town. Will definatly stay again.

I don't want to write a review, I only want to click on buttons. Apparently, it has to be a certain length. So here's a story. Some woman was trying to get into the room next to mine. When I asked, "What are you doing?" She said, "Trying to get in here." She had on jeans and a sweater... didn't look like staff to me, so I asked, "Why?" And she answered "I WORK HERE." I said, "Well you should be glad I asked you!"

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Full sized fridge. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Location is excellent - just off Highway 50, yet quiet - no traffic sounds.

Lovely room and staff. Room was large and spacious. Facilities were quite clean and very pretty. Quiet as well for as many people that were there. Included breakfast was marginal at best, but saved eating out.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Western Kansas, the Best Western on the North Edge of Dodge City, Kansas is a good place to choose. Rooms have comfortable beds, full size refrigerators, and breakfast is good.

Have stayed at Best Western's before but this particular one in Dodge City KS was absolutely the BEST! New building, very clean, wonderful layout of the room and small touches (like being able to charge cellphone in the bedside lamp instead of hunting for wall outlets) Wonderful kitchen with fridge, full size microwave, keurig for morning coffee; bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly & helpful in showing us nearby restaurants. And our breakfast topped it all--thank you Cindy for a delicious spread--we did not leave hungry & really enjoyed the Colorado peaches. My husband & I will remember the Best Western North Edge Inn & will definitely stay again if traveling thru Dodge City.

By far the best hotel I've stayed in in a very long time glad the company I work for pick this place to stay definitely somewhere I would pick for when you're not working like for a family vacations the breakfast is by far amazing the staff is friendly and helpful and the owner is a pretty good person.

We were highly impressed with our King room and the staff! The staff recommended the Central Station Bar and Grill for their steaks. We were not disappointed! They were tender and very tasty. We were also ecstatic to be ding in a real train car. It was all well worth the side trip on our way home.

well-maintained, clean room, quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff, including Heather, and really great breakfast in the morning; breakfast hours convenient for traveler (start 6 am). I felt very welcome, and would book again with no hesitation.

Rooms are very spacious, full kitchen and full size fridge even have a ceiling fan, witch is something you don't see!! Beds are really comfortable. The staff and management is great. Good price and well worth it. The breakfast is really good and the staff makes sure it's fresh! I've stayed at a lot of motels this is by far one of the best. They go out of there way to insure you have a great stay!!

Beautiful motel. Delicious hot breakfast well attended by a solicitous "breakfast lady" who sees to your needs. A lovingly designed retrosized pool with enchanting palm tree metal sculptures. Quiet, well appointed rooms, large bathrooms, all with kitchenettes, an ice machine and vending machines on every level and clean, clean, clean throughout. Obviously fairly new motel on the "northern edge" of Dodge City; it is a straight shot south to the heart of the historic district on Central Avenue and later First Avenue (as they change to one way streets). We never did get enough signal strength from their Wi-Fi to use it with our apps. My only other irritation was after arriving late and hoping to swim, I was told at 9:50 that there was no stretching the hours. I was looking out my third floor window at the beautiful lights around 10:30 and saw a couple of people in the pool. Grrrr and unhappy face. If you need any kitchen accompaniments - pots and pans, utensils, glassware etc. Ask. Otherwise it's empty. But we loved the sink and refrigerator and full size table top. I would have liked a reclining or side chair in the room for the price. On a Saturday night, expect to pay $124 with AAA OR AARP plus tax to about $148 for a King for two. The breakfast, if utilized, is well worth it. You would easily spend $20 for two for what they are serving. Variety of hot choices for breakfast to suit every taste and age. Cold choices as well with a multiple choice juice machine and coffee machine. I used a delightful pancake maker and had pancakes with strawberries and blueberry syrup with whipped topping and scrambled eggs with link sausage. My coffee was delicious.

We love Best Western but this one really stands out. Our room was huge with a full kitchen and dining area. The hotel was very clean and maintained impeccably. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quite. The staff was exceptional and very dedicated to us and our needs. A really great place to stay.

Absolutely the best stay for the money. Owner/manager introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could offer to assure us a perfect stay. My wife said, as we were on our way out to dinner, she noticed the bathroom fan was making noise. Brent said he would tend to it immediately. When we returned it was repaired and Brent asked if there was anything else needed. The room was fabulous, bigger and better quality in every way than the 5 star we stayed at in downtown Denver. On our departure, Brent asked if all was perfect with our stay and we assured him it was.

This was a great find. Brent welcomed us very warmly upon arrival. The property is first class and very comfortable. Room very spacious with everything we needed, from fridge freezer to microwave. We loved the lobby area which did a really good breakfast in the morning and turned into a friendly little full bar in the evening where we were able to have a few beers and play cards. The outdoor pool was fantastic, spacious with comfortable furniture and spotlessly clean. The pool was big enough for a proper swim. The entire facility was well appointed and the breakfast was above average. Staff in the bar was gracious and poured a good drink. Our room was clean and a nice size. Staff could not have been m ore accommodating. Manager graciously changed our room so m y wife could be comfortable in a recliner to accommodate her disabilities.

My family and I spent two nights here. Everyone was very friendly and willing to make sure you had a great stay. Breakfast was bountiful and hot. Everything from check in to check out was none less than great. Loved the ceiling fans and comfortable bed and pillows. I have nothing but raving words to say. Thank you. We will return.

Don't hesitate to stay here, clean quiet and good breakfast. This is a better hotel than the one at the casino, and will give you a good nights sleep and a really good breakfast. This is the side of town that doesn't smell like the feedlot as well, so if your air quality is an issue you probably want to stay here.

The front desk was terrific. Very helpful and courteous. We travel with Annie our cocker spaniel so pet friendly is most important. Best Western is good with pets. This hotel is above average in every way.

We have stayed at several BW over the years all over the country and this Hotel was by far the best. Great staff. AWESOME Breakfast! Located close to all the attractions that we were interested in. Front end staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Whenever we're in Dodge City, we'll stay here for certain. This is our favorite! The room was sparkly clean. Beds very comfy. Loved the kitchenette. Friendly welcoming hotel staff. Great coffee and breakfast.

We are on the road for work, and are out for weeks on end. So the extended stay with the kitchenette is perfect for us! With a full size fridge. You can buy groceries to save money instead of eating out every night. But if you do chose to go out, their shuttle service is perfect for it! They know the town and can tell you the places you want to go. Makes it nice not to have to use the work truck to go around the town. The outdoor pool is nice to relax in or around after work. With a Grill pool side to grill up some dinner. The front desk staff is awesome! Very friendly people with excellent costumer service including the manager! With a little bar at the front counter! Cant beat grabbing a cold one after a long day. The rooms are great. The hotel is clean and quite. And the breakfast every morning was delicious. All in all, I highly recommend staying here when in Dodge!!

I had to go back home for a funeral. The location of this property is not on the main drag (called "Earp" by us locals) or by the casino, but still only a couple of minutes away from any of it. It is quiet, easy to relax, has large rooms with mini-kitchen, and my favorite, a rocker-recliner!

The only negative thing is, in my opinion, the price is to high for this location. The property is well maintained. The rooms are clean. And, the breakfast is really good. It is a little difficult to get to.

The stay was great. We enjoyed our stay at this motel. It was very clean, the service and staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.. They had had a nice variety of food at the breakfast. I would recommend this Best Western for anyone to stay at. Easy to get to, and not far from tourist attractions of Boot Hill etc.

We enjoyed everything about this Best Western. For starters, it's great to have an outdoor pool in summer . . . No indoor chlorine odors! Our room was a perfect size and met all our needs. We felt the entire staff was congenial, helpful and courteous. The variety on the breakfast buffet was excellent and the peaches were absolutely to die for! We also liked the quiet location. We'll definitely stay at North Edge Inn again ~~ thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I travel a lot for his work, we stay at lots of hotels. This is my favorite hotel by far. Brent the manager is a down to earth great guy, who really knows what he is doing and knows how to treat his guest. All the front desk employees have been very warm and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Always a smile and good attitudes. The breakfast they offer was delicious every morning. Cindy, the lovely lady that cooks does an amazing job at keeping up with making sure there is enough for all and it is DELICIOUS! Our room was so clean, the bed comfortable. Rooms are spacious and with plenty of storage areas in the kitchenette. Friendliest maids I've ever met. The pool is such a bonus. Very clean, perfect temperature we loved that pool. I highly recommend this hotel. We are going to miss the great people we met here.....

Front desk staff very friendly and (Laura) with great service in finding better rates than what was quoted with good suggestions with attractions (water park) and restaurants. Manager/owner personable and good spirited. Wanted us to have the best stay and seemed to do anything to make us at ease. Cleaning staff helpful and kept room in great condition. Great staff. Great Hotel, Very modern and very Clean inside and out., Great Breakfast. Nice Employees- I asked to see the room before I checked in and they were more than happy to let me do that. And I was very impressed with this hotel from beginning to end of stay., Great Location. Kitchenette in room with full size refrigerator.

Pool is awesome and area has a bbq for guests to use. One of my best stays ever. Quiet, clean, easy to find off #283. Staff is very friendly and helpful and happy. Very good place to stay! Appreciated the ice water on a hot day - nice touch with lemons and strawberries in the jug.

This place was tops! Great service BETTER than any 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean top to bottom. They had a super breakfast that was included in the room price - As good as Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel. If I ever go anywhere near there again I will definitely be staying at this Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool, and great breakfast! I couldn't be happier with this hotel. First time here and won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Dodge City. Miss Cindy will take good care of you during breakfast. She was very friendly and was happy to make sure you enjoyed your breakfast. Locally owned hotel who treats their guest and staff like family. That is hard to find these days. Very impressive!

They are very nice and they do have nice rooms and they are very genurise they have a pool and they do have kitchens in the room there is a pool and an exercise and they very good breakfast and there pool is heated and at night they have different kinds of lights in the pool

We stay there while working in the area there are small hotels closer to the job sites but it is worth the extra drive to stay here. The breakfasts are great. The rooms are clean. The pool is awesome. We travel all the time in different hotels but out of all the places we stay this one is by far one of my favorites. The staff are probably some of the most friendly, helpful and kind people I have ever met. They have a grill by the pool which is nice after a long day of work to just go out cook some food and relax and unwind. The shuttle service is great to take you around town or wherever you need to go. The bar is awesome and the bar tenders are the best.

Although a little more than I thought I would spend in Dodge City, the extra was definitely worth it! Our 2 night stay was over the top enjoyable! With family living there, I would recommend this as the place to stay.

The room was clean, and Cindy's breakfast the next morning was exactly what we needed to refuel before hitting the road again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel i have ever stayed on period. Including several at twice the price of this this one thanks for the great hospitality. Has great accommodations for the whole family. And the nicest rooms you can get for the money. Full kitchenette in the room and nice swimming pool for the kids. Easy to find and close to all the attractions in dodge city. I have stayed at quite a few of the motels/hotels in this city and I do have to say this place ROCKS! First off, what they place on their message sign off of the highway is very correct. This is THE quietest hotel in town and one can get a really good nights rest here. You do not hear all the highway noise (trucks going up/down Wyatt Erp, trains, or any other normal city noises). Also, the beds are super comfortable. All rooms are mini-suites as they have actual cooking surfaces (2 burners), a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a nice sink. Some rooms have actual cookware/silverware but if yours does not all you have to do is ask at the front desk and they would be happy to give you anything you need for your room. They do have an outdoor pool which is nice during the summer months, but not so much if one wants to do a few laps when there's snow on the ground. Also, the pool is a good sized pool with adequate seating/lounging and has a "tropical" feel to it. At night it's really neat as the pool lights change colors. There is a grill in the pool area and also speakers (I think one can hold pool parties here if you just ask at the front desk). There is an exercise room that I did not use but from what I can tell it's adequate enough to get a good workouts in and burn up some of those calories from the diner you just made in your room (and from all the driving just to get to Dodge City). I was very impressed that this place actually has a full bar and has all sorts of beers, liquors, and wines. It is open nightly (except on Sundays) from 5-9 PM and the lady that runs it is very nice. Finally, is the front desk staff and the general manager, Brent. They are AWESOME! Brent is very nice and goes way out of his way to make each and every guest feel like home. He even comes back in the evenings in shorts and "normal" wear (non suit/tie). If you ever need a place to stay at in Dodge City do not overlook this gem on the plains (even if you go to the Casino, it's better than the high priced Hampton Inn). Thank you Brent for a very nice stay and I know I will definitely be coming back to this place the next time I am ever here for work.

The hotel is very clean. The staff and owner are very friendly. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Location is close to all attractions in the area.

The room was clean. We enjoyed the eating space and spacious kitchen area. If you needed to stay a few days you could cook and eat in your room. It was a very quiet and peaceful hotel with adequate parking. We enjoyed a hot breakfast every morning.

We checked first with the Chamber of Commerce on their recommendation for a motel with a good view of the fireworks display. We then found that everything about this motel was first class. We would recommend it to anyone.

The entire staff was so helpful and courteous! The beds slept great and the breakfast and coffee was the best! I could not have been any happier with our stay! This will be our place to stay when we are home for a visit!!

I called while traveling there, the staff offered me a great price, were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised at the size of the room, it wasn't as stuffy as expected and had a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows had next to no support. Internet connected easily and quickly. Overall good experience.

Very clean, nice rooms. Friendly and helping staff. Has a high class feel to it, very reasonably priced. Has a nice clean pool, overall the motel is very clean. Has a good size fridge and microwave, didn't feel like I was staying in a motel.

Very courteous staff, they help us with directions to key locations and with any questions we had. The rooms are huge and beds very comfortable. My boys enjoyed swimming in the salt water pool and the whole family enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast.

Stayed there twice in the past couple months. Nice place, clean, friendly. I like the kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Breakfast exceeded expectation. They actually have real food. My place to stay from now on when I'm in Dodge City.

I stayed at this hotel for work for about a month and have to say it was a great experience from the rooms to the pool, everything was just awesome! Very clean, well maintained hotel. We typically don't choose Best Western's but this is a definite. Highly recommended. They have a small bar in the lobby which made it very nice to unwind after a long day of traveling. We ordered dinner from a local Italian Restaurant, Bella Italia, and had dinner in the lobby with a few drinks.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 weeks for work and it made all the difference. I quickly made friends with everyone because I am adorable ;) and grew to really enjoy their hospitality. Laquisha was absolutely amazing, even delt with my constant need to bring her watermelons to chop up. Cindy, was a professional when it came to making the food ready in the morning. BDubs Bailey put up with my teasing and didn't hit me once because she was always on top of her game. Melissa was a sassy sweetheart and always stayed sharp. Laura lit up the room with her eyes and smile and multitasking. BRose was terrific at handling changes. And Miguel operated with gusto, also Miguel if you are reading this, there was no old guy checking-in with a pet racoon, it was me pranking you. And not to forget Melinda, Noamy, Patricia and Mariana and everyone else who made my stay terrific. Thank you.

Typical Best Western hotel but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Paper thin walls and breakfast is typical as well. I have a feeling some items were reheated from the previous morning. On site laundry and outdoor pool. Plenty of parking.

This hotel is located on the north edge of town away from the busy Wyatt Earp Blvd. but it is close enough to the activities in town. We were pleased with our room which had a small kitchen. There is adequate parking for all guests.

This was the first overnight stay for my friend and me on a six day road trip through the Central Plains. The inn's location worked out well after checking out Boot Hill and to start on our way in the morning towards Fort Larned and the Eisenhower Presidential Library. The beds were very comfortable, and the wi-fi worked extremely well with both of us on our computers that night. My friend requires extreme air conditioning, but the bed sheets and cover kept me warm during the high cooling. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

electrical made stress higher be cause after having an unexpected car problem at 10:00 at night I now get to diagnose an electrical issue at 10:30 when I wanted a hot shower and a bed as I didn't want to sleep in car

This property is very easy to find and is in a newer section of Dodge City. The lobby was very well decorated and the clerk at check in was very helpful and friendly. The room was very room with a small kitchen, large TV, high ceilings and a very nice bathroom. We would welcome staying here anytime.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The frig made a lot of noise and the people next door, (it had an adjoining suite doorway to the next room) were laughing, talking loudly and thumping around past midnight. Some people have not consideration for others who may need to get some sleep!

I travel for work and have stayed in way too many hotels, but this one has to be one of the best. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, very clean, and the staff is excellent. Bailey and Melinda always greet u with a smile and really make u feel at home. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when I am in Dodge City.

After driving 14 hours from Dayton, Ohio I arrived at this location to get a room. I was greeted by "Rose" who was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help my family and myself. There weren't any rooms available at this hotel, but " Rose" took it upon herself at 2:00 a.m. to call every hotel in the area to see if there were any vacancies. Rose did not have to do that and for that I am eternally grateful!

This was an excellent hotel to stay at during our recent family trip. Staff was very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was hot and tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. This was one of the few hotel beds that we have been comfortable in. We slept well. The only drawback was the quality of the breakfast it was bland and tasteless. Everything else was great.

We were so impressed with the whole experience here that my wife said this is the one time she would do a review for this hotel. Cindy at the breakfast set up area asked how everything was, and we were still so impressed the start to our travel day was off to a pleasant beginning.

Such a great hotel, full of helpful and friendly staff! Arrived a bit too early before check in time and I still got my room with no hesitation. Room was extremely clean and the bed felt like clouds. Highly recommend this place!

I arrived around 11pm. Paying around $100 to find some hair on the bed and the bathtub. For me that was not a clean hotel at all. There is no water to drink in the room. The bed seems like a bed for a $40 hotel...

This is the first time we have stayed at Best Western in a very long time. The reason we selected it was due to the TripAdvisor reviews. We fully agree the all the positive comments. This is one of the nicest and friendliest properties at which we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

We love staying here in dodge city when we visit family. It's a wonderful hotel that is always clean and exceeds our expectations! Friendly staff and great breakfast just help to make the stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay was a last minute decision but worked out well. The room was more than I expected for a Best Western since it had been years since even considering a BW. I was amazingly surprised. Will considering BW again.

This is a great hotel with good value. Friendly staff and the owners are involved in the hotel. The beds are comfortable with 4 pillows. Breakfast is better than most and the homemade cinnamon rolls are not to be missed. Thanks for another great visit.

If you plan to stay, book online for better rates. Check your receipt to ensure you are not overcharged before leaving. Our room was very nice but it was difficult to rest with the loud workers next door slamming doors. With so few guests, why not leave an empty room in between? Breakfast variety was very good but some items were cold and others, like regular coffee, were empty.

Can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place, saw the 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor and thought, no way! But, it truly is 5 stars PLUS!! Everything is great here from the staff to the rooms!!

The hotel seemed really nice. We very much enjoyed our room with two double beds. It also incuded a kitchenette with full size microwave and refrigerator. This comes in very handy with our circumstances.

Arrived late in the afternoon during a long week of driving. Looked up on the mobile, prices said 94 (tripadvisor) 98 on BW 'official site'. Check in clerk gave me a little bit of grief about "not their site" Well anyway the short of it is I ended up being charged 114. After contacting the hotel with screen shots of everything - haven't heard a peep. I hate the ol' bait and switch.

Some minor issues that were quickly remedied: Only 3 sets of towels in room and we reserved for a family of 4. No linens for sleeper sofa. Had to request additional towels and linens and they were promptly provided by desk clerk since we arrived after midnight and housekeeping was not available. Microwave inoperative. Desk clerk brought a replacement almost immediately. Overall excellent and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and all staff members were very warm, friendly and helpful. Facility very clean and in good repair. I recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Motel easy to find, adequate parking,rapid check-in, nice room with good furnishing, bathroom, closet, etc Don't like the 4 small pillows on the king sized bed. Internet connection took a bit of fiddling to get properly connected but eventually was satisfactory.

Everything from check in to check out was outstanding. Very clean and refreshing. The staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and the Bar was very nice and reasonable. The only problem they ran out of the liquor and did not have any more in stock.

Super stay. Baily the manager worked hard to make our stay great. The TV in room didn't work. No matter what she did it would not work. So Baily moved us to a new room. Also told us about a great place to have dinner. Wonder stay.
