I usually stay because of work this time it was just for relaxing I just love how the staff make you feel like family I love the full breakfast they should offer a choice of bacon or sausage I liked it

The ease of making the reservations was nice and confirmation prior to trip time. The king suite was not up to par. It was in need of up-dating. The furnishings were a bit shabby and sparse. Also, cleaning of the carpet and the furniture needs to be done ASAP. The staff was courteous and informative.

We have stayed at this hotel for 7 years. It is pet friendly and we have always had pets and/ or children with us. Always clean, friendly and accommodating. Last night we stayed for the second time in 3 months with our trained puppy. The room was very worn. The drapes were difficult to manage. The chair and ottoman were worn and the lining ripped. The phone didn't have a cord, so I had to call from my cell to ask a question. While grabbing a bite of breakfast, we were approached by a militant woman who commanded ( not asked- or even told, but commanded) us to leave when I told her he wasn't a service dog. I apologized and left the area immediately. Please note - the facility is pet friendly and there was no signage stating there were no pets allowed in that area. Upon leaving the hotel I apologized again and said it might be helpful if they posted a sign to that effect for ignorant people like me. I was told it was common sense and common knowledge and I should know that, in an emperious manner. When my husband tried to let this woman know about those things that needed some attention, he was told to leave- and not very nicely. We travel often and are very easy going. We abide by rules, but it's hard if you don't know what they are. This hotel has unfortunately hired someone with no people skills and a high opinion of her position. It's disheartening to find such ugliness in a once consistently nice place. We will not be back.

The hotel looks good from the outside and in the lobby but the room was run down and the black mold on the bathroom walls was so bad we didn't even want to go in there. The only decent thing was the free breakfast.

The hotel was great. Race weekend and the town was slammed. Naomi looked after us like we were family. Made sure our bookings were perfect ( team of 9 ) and made sure we were happy once checked in. Rooms were clean and modern. The night / early morning manager was terrific as well. Fantastic stay

...we ended up in Commerce for a night. It is not a destination you would choose. Basically trucks and fast food and motels. Maybe for the area this is a good hotel. And the front desk staff are EXCELLENT. But the rooms are dark, with brown decor, and are grungy. Like I didn't want to walk on the carpets, we wouldn't sit on the couch, the shower had mold, the housekeeping obviously just whips through doing a quick spiff, throwing some sheets on the bed and chucking a few clean towels on the rack. Noisy, the trucks start grinding out of the parking lot at 4am. We couldn't wait to get out and be on our way in the morning. It was pretty cheap though.

Due to COVID I brought Lysol wipes Lysol and bathroom cleaner. After washing everything down including rid/shower the wipes and washcloths stayed white. Extremely clean place. Maid service extremely professional. Your hotel should be very proud they work there. Staff all friendly could not ask for a better stay

3 couples booked rooms at this property while we were in town for a funeral. I chose it based off the reviews of previous guests. It definitely could have been worse, but the motel was not up to the standard we are used to. Upon arriving, we had to stand in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk. We learned that the evening desk clerk spends most her time outside with her baby and the daddy. The bathrooms were not very clean. Some days we got a shampoo or lotion, others nothing at all. A maid knocked on the door at 8:00 one morning, then immediately walked in on us. The one good thing was the location. It is very close to shopping and dining. The next time we visit, we will be choosing a different motel. This one was just not up to par.

The rooms were clean and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Good hot breakfast with lots of choices. Pet friendly. Definitely recommend a stay here. Nice area and the property was maintained well.

This hotel is in a convenient location and the room is adequately furnished. The employees were helpful and the breakfast was good. My problem was the extremely dusty room. No surface wasn't covered in dust. I looked at the filters in the HVAC unit and found they were literally black with heavy dust. I called the front desk and an employee came and installed clean filters. She offered to dust the room while we went to dinner. I declined and did it myself with wash cloths. The windows could use a good cleaning, too, as they were also very dirty.

We had a wonderful experience at Best Western for our Valentine's Day get away ❤ Everything was clean. It was a peaceful experience with no issues. The breakfast was delicious! I was very happy serving my sweetheart his breakfast in bed! Thank you Best Western!

I rely on the reviews of others when choosing hotels while traveling on road trips. The reviews for this hotel did not match my experience. The overall property seems to be in decent condition, but it needs a thorough cleaning. It is not filthy, but it is not clean either. I have stayed in much older hotels that were cleaner and better maintained than this one. There was a strong odor in the lobby and hallways. I did notice what appeared to be an ozone machine (odor remover) on both the first and third floor. So at least they were trying to get rid of the odor. The hallways and elevator were grimy. In the room there was noticeable dust and surfaces did not appear very clean. There was a considerable amount of hair on the bathroom floor and base of the toilet from the previous guest. The AC unit had so much dust in the vent that I did not want to turn it on because it was right next to the bed and it would be blowing right in my face. Yes, I could have asked for a different room, but honestly I figured it would be more of the same or possibly worse in the next room and by the time I noticed these things I was already settled in and tired after a long day of driving. The area feels safe. There is a shopping complex and a good Mexican restaurant called La Hacienda in walking distance. All the hotel needs to do is give the place a thorough cleaning and it would be just fine. The rating is for my experience which was below average.

but our experience was very good. Quick and easy check-in, plenty of safe parking, friendly employees. This is also a great location for lots of food/gas/shopping options. Our room felt spacious, safe & clean. We had to request extra bedding for our little ones to sleep and it was delivered quickly. Lots of breakfast options and we were all able to fill up before continuing our road trip.

Great place to stay and enjoy the surrounding areas. We were very close to the mountains yet close to shopping and restaurants. Very nice place to stay and enjoy yourself. Wonderful area for antiques and see some sights.

Easy check in, clean rooms, varied breakfast. Easy accessable for our group. Excellent rates for a mission group Stay at this hotel 1 yearly and always remember who we are and where we are going. Convenient property for us traveling from Florida to Tennessee for a mission trip..

Clean rooms, near the interstate. Adequate service, however they don't recognize you as being a brand loyal platinum member. Also, we requested a late check out on our reservation, then offered to pay extra for a late check out (2:00 pm), however since our room was being used the next day by the “owner's friends,” we had to wait for that to be “approved” by the owner. That should have been taken into consideration when they placed us in that room (not sure what they consider friends, seeing as how the tub never drained, room was behind the elevator, and the bathroom door creaked all night). So much for customer service being a priority. The housekeeping staff asked me “Done?”..each time I left my room the next morning, as if there was no communication from the front desk. A bit annoying. Otherwise..good hotel, clean, decent exit.

Great place to stay for many reasons. Always have a good experience at just about any Best Western and this one lived up to that. Main reason for staying at this particular BW was the outlet stores were less than a mile away along with all kinds of eating establishments.

Clean kind of tucked back in very steep driveway but not bad. Lobby is nice breakfast was good. Room appeared to be recently refurbished or the hotel is fairly new. We did not travel with pets but it is pet friendly.

I had a great experience. Check in was most easy and property is conveniently located right off I-85. Manager/owner was very accommodating....gave me the gov't rate without any issues (not every hotel does this). Rooms are a bit dark and could use some updating; HOWEVER excellent considering the room rates. I had a great sleep! Breakfast was pretty decent basically this hotel has Mid-level amenities for budget prices!

Although well-located, I could not recommend this property. The hotel and room were dark. The room contained tattered furniture and the fridge was not working well. The wifi signal was non-existent. I have experienced hotels that place travelers with furry family members in their worst rooms. I felt that to be the case at this hotel. I often stay at Best Western and I don't feel this property was up to their usual standards. When I complained about the wifi, they did offer to move me to another room but that is a hassle when traveling with a pet and all that entails.

On your way to Atlanta or Athens? This is the perfect spot to stop outside of the busy city. Just a short commute after a good nights rest. There are plenty of places to eat and the area is safe. Easy on and off of the interstate.

The room smelled like my grand mothers old perfume! We had to sleep with the exhaust fans on all night! Breakfast was terrible! Tasteless eggs and bacon so thin it crumbled into bacon bits when you tried to pick it up! The staff hid in the kitchen!

My room needed some general attention. Very dirty bathroom and fire alarm chirped all night. The staff was normal hotel staff and I did not report these things to them until checkout. I checked in very late and needed the sleep.

It is a pet friendly hotel, outdoor pool that it is constantly treated, good service I laundry room, hot breakfast, everyday room cleaning, coffee service all day at the lobby, security entrance at back side.

Great people, clean/large rooms. Tons of places to eat right there. WiFi, breakfast, pool.... All in all it was a great stay. Everyone was very nice, and went out of their way to ensure everything was flawlwss

from the friendly staff to the clean rooms, outdoor pool, and decent breakfast... it was a very pleasant stay. Ann at the front desk is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. the guys at the desk at night are an added bonus. plenty of places to eat nearby.

Really enjoyed my stay during a very busy weekend for the local area. Front desk Clerk was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, neet, and comfortable. Breakfast is like most typical hotels. Pool not opened yet but that is to be expected for first week of May even though the weather was very warm.... All in all a pleasant stay

A quick stay at Best Western while on my way north. I night. In ATL traffic, I booked the wrong night. (off by a day) but the clerk was friendly understood my plight and helped me get a reservation right away. Rooms were recently refurbished and super clean. Nice complimentary breakfast. It is very close to a number of conveniences before getting back on the interstate. The freeway nearby is busy so it would be hard to walk to many of them. Starbucks, Diary Queen gas stations and food marts. Chik fil A close by in addition to the Tanger outlets.

My husband and I have both stayed at this hotel multiple times before. Before his retirement - my husband had worked this area - and stayed at this hotel once a week for several years. We decided to take a visit back to the area to see some old business associates and friends. We are happy to report that the hotel has NOT changed. In fact, it may have improved with several upgrades. The hotel itself was very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good and the staff - as always - was extremely accommodating.

Parking lot was kind of awkward. Rooms were nice but definitely didn't like the layout. Didn't make sense and disrupted the flow. Found a condom wrapper behind the end table that was exciting when my 2yo daughter found it. Base board in the bathroom coated in pubes and dust. Pull out bed sheets were disgusting literally booger's on them. Fridge sucked so if you wanted to buy frozen meals you're SOL. Microwave was tiny can't pop a bag of pop corn. Breakfast was really good. Cleaning ladies just stood there talked and stared at you. In my opinion they shoulda actually been cleaning the rooms. It's a shame because this hotel has a lot of potential. The actual decor and renovated part of it was modern. Manager had to finish his call before helping me check in.

It is distressing to hear that you encountered a number of issues with our housekeeping and guest services and I want you to know that we take your comments very seriously and are working hard and fast to address these problems in hopes of improving upon the guest experience. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience and I hope you will return to see how we continue to grow and evolve.

This is a reasonably price and decently comfortable hotel with very kind staff. My main issues were finding trash from a previous guest in my room, and that the fitness center is TINY, with just three machines and no window or water cooler, and while I was there the only treadmill was broken. Which the staff did not inform me of when I asked about the FC hours and location on check in.

Great price for the value, easy on and off location. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Good overall stay, had late check in but in was a smooth transaction, all requests were done to our satisfaction.

Ours was a last-minute stay so we appreciated the front desk efficiency and the low price. Very comfortable bed. Other places are newer and fancier, but we were satisfied overall. Breakfast area a bit small, no fresh oatmeal and the coffee dispenser was a bit odd ... but these are small complaints, really.

2nd stay going trout fishing in the Mts. Clean room with free breakfast which is decent. The check in was easy and quick. I bought the last water from machine down stairs. I booked 2 rooms at the same time and I got same floor but opposite ends of the hallway? No personality from lady at the desk but very efficient.

Wife and I checked into Best Western Commerce Inn to attend a nearby concert and to see some local tourist attractions. The check in was quick and flawless, The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was very good also even though I am not a fan of the machine coffee.

Nice place except, its packed in with other hotels and if you are driving a large truck or trailer, DON'T go here. Its very tight and you will drag if pulling a trailer.Getting out during the day can be tricky.

Wonderful stay. Stayed overnight on trip to Helen, Ga. A very large room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, clean, quite. I expected some noise since it was a football weekend and being so close to Athens. I didn't eat breakfast but wish I could have. It look and smelled great. My only complaint was there was no tv remote and I tried calling the front desk several times with no one answering.

We arrived at 1 am in this area an just picked BW! Our first room was 314 an when I opened the door the ac was on an it was freezing inside an out an the room smelled like BUG spray!!! I got all congested an stuff an so I called the desk an the guy came right up to let us into another room which smelled a bit like smoke but I could atleast get my much needed sleep!!! Breakfast was yummy an staff was nice an bed was comfy!!! But what ever that smell was had me puke not once but twice an I still feel kind of sick from it

We stopped here while traveling south to avoid the higher Atlanta prices. Inn is far enough from the highway so there is no traffic noise. We were on the third floor and although there is only one elevator, we hardly waited at all to use it. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, and waffles along with cereal, bread assortment, and beverages. The Quality Inn is across the parking lot and even though the price is lower, I do not think the outside entrances look appealing.

We are BW gold members and stay at Best Western hotels whenever we travel. When we checked in here, the first room had a leaky toilet. The next room we were given was missing the fridge. We settled for the third room even though the bathroom floor was sticky and the room was quite worn. It looked newly painted but how does that paint get on the shower curtain? It appeared that some rooms were being renovated and that is good because the room we were in was pretty rough. The breakfast was not up to Best Western standards. On the plus side, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend staying here. There are a lot of hotels at this location and I would check other options.

Very clean place with friendly and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast spread in the morning. Rooms were clean, and the hotel was quiet - even though it was completely booked. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Staff were nice and appeared to enjoy their jobs. Good value. Would stay here again.

Great place to stop over during a long trip. Price was reasonable and hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was included and adequate before we hit the road. Gas station and restaurants were easily accessible

We stayed 2 nights because we were participating in an event in Athens. The staff were nice ( except for the early housekeeping knock). Excellent breakfast options. Shower was excellent. Close proximity to many, many restaurants. Comfy beds and linens. Overall it had all we needed!

Family group traveling stayed 1 night, best breakfast and the pillows were awesome (I want some at my house). Everything was clean staff nice and helpful. Only negative was a smell in the hall and elevator didn't really notice in room. Shower was great too!

We had reservation. We came to the hotel around 8pm and after a long day of driving (from 6am). Hotel staff front desk was very rude. My husband came in first asking for the restroom, she answered, only for hotel guests. My husband told her, my wife will come in later to check in, at that time, I already at the front door. He asked her again, where is the restroom, she ignored him and never looked at him nor answered his request. I, myself asked her again, she only answered, I'm checking you in (still no direction to the restroom). After we got home, my husband called and left 3 messages to the general manager/owner, he never called back. Worse hotel, please do not stay at Best Western.

I was in Commerce GA for the CCSA swim tournament which necessitated a long drive from VA and a late afternoon arrival. I appreciated being reassured that a possible late arrival wasn't a problem. I had a very easy check in which was much appreciated since this Road Warrior was worn out and just wanted to sleep! The location in Commerce was an easy 25 min drive to the venue. There are many eating places within 5 minutes of the hotel as well as an Outlet Mall so next time I am in the area I hope I can check them out! It was a hectic weekend so I appreciated the free breakfast and relieved to see it included eggs and bacon.. They may want to check into making the dining area little bigger but since I was up early not too much competition for seating space. The king sized bed was very comfortable which was much appreciated for mid afternoon naps!! The hotel staff was friendly and efficient and made my stay most enjoyable!! I would definitely stay there again if in the area.. Many thanks Best Western for a great stay! ??

We were in room for a long weekend when we were up for a wedding. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was fabulous. The only downside is that someone on our floor cooked ramen noodles often and it smelled up the hallway.

We wanted a short get away post Christmas, and knew the area would not be crowded. The attraction was the outlets, expecially Lenox Outlet. We have stayed at this Hotel on two occasions and both trips had different results. The first time, the room was clean and priced about right. Our second trip, we got a room that looked like it had a make over, but the room wasn't very nice. I would recommend trying another Hotel in the area. I did notice that a newer hotel was just across the street. Good points, just off highway and close to places to eat.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is always clean and the staff is very helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is located right next to a Cracker Barrel. The prices is very affordable.

We stayed 1 night here since it was 1 hour away from Clemson to stay out of the crowd game weekend. It was so nice and quiet. We had a room on the 1st floor and I thought for sure there would be tons of noise, but nope. And I think this is the best wifi I've ever had at a hotel. Nice clean rooms. Updated nicely and wow were those beds n pillows comfy. The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from; waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, cereal, yogurt, bananas, apples, danish, muffins, & even had whole milk for cereal which our kids love. Apple juice or OJ. It was all in a nice big open area so you didn't feel closed in. Our room also had a refrigerator and microwave. Many places to choose from nearby if you want to go out to eat.

I was staying alone after traveling late. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I felt totally safe. I appreciate the comfort of the bed and the super cleanliness of the room. Driving for five hours after a long day, I needed the rest. the breakfast was a full hot breakfast that was kept well-stocked and organized. I would love the have taken advantage of the fitness room, but I had another day's travel ahead of me, so I had to get on the road. This was a great place to stay, rest, and get refreshed for the remainder of my trip.

I was in town for the UGA game with some friends. This hotel and it's accommodations were great for our quick weekend stay. There are several of things in the area to do as well...restaurants, tanger outlets, etc. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in town for a game.

I? cannot recommend this hotel paper thin walls and extremely noisy called the front desk at 1145 PM because the persons next door were outside yelling I? sure everyone in the hotel had to hear the racket they were making I? mean it's a hotel you just don't do that late at night.Room was big and clean water in the bathroom sink was dripping and the fridge was not plugged in we plugged it in ourselves .Good location but after we complained it took a good 30 minutes before these people were quiet we came there from Athens after driving from SC for a football game next time will stay somewhere else.

Best Western is comfortable for rest, just the breakfast for me was very light and you need to improve it. Another thing is about the blankets, I sow that not changed every day and you need to improve it too.

The hotel was below average for a Best Western Hotel. It was not very clean and everything looked old from the décor to the sheets. The check in went well the breakfast was pretty good. I would not recommend this hotel because it just was not that nice for the money you spend to stay here.

We had been on the road for 13 hours averaging 30-35 mph when we finally arrived around 10:00pm. Another third party reservation company, NOT NAMED TRIPADVISOR, had messed up our reservation. We were traveling with pets because of the evacuation and needed a "pet friendly" hotel. We had been very specific with the representative when making the reservation. But when we arrived they didn't have any notification of the pets and didn't have any pet friendly rooms available. However they honored the reservation without hassle and it made for a great stay, and a much needed break on a long journey. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was full of evacuees and pets and everyone seemed to be taken care of. No price gouging. Pretty standard hot breakfast provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The mattresses were old and wore out because you can't get any sleep with the springs sticking up into your back and sinking down in the middle. The room was nasty, dusty, and had not cleaned the cabinets in the room or the bathroom from the stuff stuck on them. The plugins did not work in the room so their answer to that was to give us a extension cord for plugins. The carpet was nasty and very out dated. Also, It had stains on the bed skirts. Will Not Stay Here Ever Again.

Our one night stay at this location was good. Check-in was quick and easy, as was Checkout. The inside appeared clean and our room was just as we expected. It was quiet and restful even though it is located near an expressway. Breakfast was good and well presented. We were not there for very long.

Friendly, helpful staff, courteous and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is far enough from the main highway to be quiet, but close enough to be convienient. There are numerous nearby dining options.

Love this hotel and the decor ... staff is amazing in all aspects ... wide variety of options for breakfast and clean comfortable rooms and the beds are extremely comfy... well maintained property inside as well as the outside with the beautiful landscaping of greenery and the pool area is clean and inviting with nice lounge chairs to lay on to tan and tables with chairs and umbrellas in case you need some shade as well! I will definitely stay again and I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone!!

I travel frequently, and usually alone, both for business and personal reasons and have stayed at many hotels all over the Country. The Best Western in Commerce, GA exceeded my expectations for hotel cleanliness, attention to detail, friendly hotel staff, etc. Due to a meeting I had to rush out to, I wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast offered at the hotel, but it smelled fantastic, will plan my time better on my next visit!!!!!

Spent one night on our way to the mountains in NC. Check in was efficient and the rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. Clerk made some dinning recommendation that turned out perfect for our group. Efficient checkout. There were some less expensive and more expensive alternatives at this exit but would definitely stay here again. A super value plus a great free breakfast to boot.

On vacation to explore Athens, GA. Good hotel and good value. Met our expectations. Would stay here again if we come to the area. Best Western hotels are usually a safe bet and so was this one. Only downside is that we wish it were a little closer to Athens.

I'm glad we were only staying one night on our way to NC. The hotel appeared to have been renovated to look modern but was cheaply done. Things in the room were falling apart. The bed sagged in the middle and we had a terrible nights sleep. On the positive side the staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was good.

Nice, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We had car problems and staff was VERY helpful in helping us find a service place for our car; going out of their way to find phone number and address for repair service. Hotel was quite even though it was booked full. Breakfast was good with an individual that oversaw the area to keep food containers full and hot. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was perfect and staff very friendly. Very clean rooms. We really enjoyed the pool and in room spa. And the exercise room was great. We took a huge float for my son the sleep on, then he got to use it in the pool the day there wasn't a lot of people in the pool.

Unprofessional staff, tv didn't work, no remote, mildew shower curtain, hairs all over tub, rice in chair, Greasy handprints on back of desk chair, uncomfortable beds, air not cool, breakfast was mediocre, water fountains didn't work, door didn't lock AT ALL so they put me in a King room when I needed 2 double THEN charged me for a cot!

Excellent hotel for the price, neat furnishings, comfortable, quiet stay for a Friday night. Good hot breakfast, pleasantly surprised. The biggest problem is the location, hard to find the way in and because of traffic flow, can be difficult to get out.

Came down to go to road Atlanta and needed a hotel close to the track. This Best Western was only 20 minutes away and was very clean and updated. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Me and my wife had a great trip!

Me and my fiancé stayed at this property on April 7-9 2017 we were in a car show and racing at the Atlanta Dragway. The hotel was very nice for the money nice breakfast as well. But the staff was nice but the associate Ann was amazing from the moment we walked in the door we were concerned where we were going to park the truck and trailer but Ann found us a great spot right at the front door and made sure our stay was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when we come to the Atlanta dragway!!!

I checked into my room and the floor was so sticky that I couldn't take off my shoes in fear of what was on the floor. I went to the front desk to ask if there was a housekeeper on duty (it was kinda late) and the poor girl looked terrified I might ask her to mop my floor. I didn't really know what to do in that situation so I asked if she could make sure someone mopped my floor the next morning. One of my coworkers also on the trip with me had to move rooms because his smelled like smoke. The room was really dirty, dirt pilled in corners of the room and the bathroom needed some serious TLC. The bed and sheets were good, so that was a plus. However, I woke up with 3 huge welts on my leg, hopefully spider bites. Staff was very helpful, spoke with the Manager to ask if someone could mop my floor (he said it was sticky from a cleaner, which comforted me) and when I came back to my room at the end of the day it was definitely better - not completely- but better. I'm just hoping these are spider bites.

Stop over on longer trip. Very easy on off interstate. Lots if places to eat nearby. Hotel was very nice, mire like a Best Western Plus. Everyone very friendly. Breakfast was neat and wrll organized and the area very clean, nice staff.

Fantastic stay, breakfast was great! Jacuzzi room was excellent, all of the staff was great, would definitely stay here again, and the location is close to great shopping good choices for food too nearby

The room was very clean, there has been many updates! The breakfast was wonderful! The only downside was the workers painting on the outside. When we arrived, the entry was a little bit of a challenge to get to since they were busy painting around that area. Otherwise, it was great!

We were on our way home to North Carolina and had a wreck, by the time everything was taking care of after the accident it was too late to get a rental car because it was Sunday so we had to stay the night in Commerce, GA. I asked the tow truck if there was a Best Western in town and he took us to it and I am glad he did. It was a very nice room and I had a good night to rest my nerves after the accident. Thanks to Ash and all his staff for a good night.

This hotel was perfect for us. Just off the interstate but very quiet in a safe area. A Cracker Barrel restaurant was adjacent so no problem eating out. Shops nearby too. We were based there as we were visiting the mountain area of Georgia, and it worked out just fine. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great rooms which were extremely well presented and spacious. Special mention for Shannon on front desk. We shall return when back in the area. No faults at all.

Hotel was clean, staff were great, facilities excellent. It was our first time in Atlanta and the southern hospitality was there in spades. TV and internet worked very well. The shower was good as was the AC.

I would compare this hotel with a cheap motel from the known chains. Breakfast was terrible, whoever cooked it didn't even know how to work a microwave oven. Bad, bad, bad. They also counted the breakfast guests to prepare just enough. Swimming pool was very small and had dirty water, an hotel renovation is overdue. Worst of all was that pricing was even higher then the other hotels we booked, those other hotels were perfect (Choice Hotels).

The staff was polite and helpful, the room was clean and up to date. The breakfast had a very good selection. For this price you cannot go wrong. This is the best Best Western I've been to that isn't a Plus.

A few changes will make this a much better place to stay. The room was clean & well stocked. In room lighting & wifi need improvement. I would stay there again. Good bargain. Good location for outlet mall shopping & access to the interstate highway.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom around the wood work needs to be cleaned better but it's not dirty. The beds and pillows are comfy. The A/C is decent, as well as, breakfast. The staff is very nice. All in all a very pleasant stay, no complaints!

This was a great choice. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and found that we did not have aches and pains when we arose. Owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. The owner was personally making sure the breakfast items were stocked, fresh and the area clean. Close to restaurants with very large gas station, convenience store across the street with great prices on gas.

Was driving and needed a place to rest my head just for the night. Walked in real late in the night (morning) and they accommodated me without any reservation. Had a clean comfortable room that appeared to be recently renovated. What more could you ask for in a quick stay to rest? Right off the highway too. I didn't partake in the free breakfast, but it is there.

I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and wouldn't consider any other hotel. It's everything you could ask for in a hotel, Plus convenient to restaurants and to my clients. Also, in my free time I could take advantage of the terrific nearby shopping. As I said I wouldn't ever consider any other place in Commerce.

We have come back here to this Best Western for several years now. They are pet-friendly, helpful, and clean. Staff is very helpful to the customers. We'll be staying with them again next week as well.

We stayed here twice, both on our way to and from points north. When we travel, we look for pet friendly and room with micro and fridge. On our return trip, neither was functioning and we were moved to a different room. We liked the bottles of water the hotel provided, especially since it was so hot. The rooms were clean and neat and the bedding comfortable. The orange juice was barely recognizable, but the other offerings were good. Our only real complaint was that there was virtually no place to walk the dog. Every inch of ground was paved except for some scruffy plants along the building where there were notices about not allowing pets to use the facilities. Even farther away, there was only pavement except for a very weedy lot full of trash.

As I type this I am awake with my 17-week-old baby boy. He awoke screaming in the middle of the night. While my son IS a little darling, he is also teething. While going through the normal steps to calm this stronger-than-usual fit, we found a bright red bite on his back. (Photos attached.) He was absolutely sobbing. We were horrified to find a bed bug in the sheets. We are not hysterical types, but this is our little baby. We felt so badly about him getting bitten. We thought we chose a suitable, clean place for our family to sleep, for ONE NIGHT. Now we wish we didn't stay there. Our calls were not returned. Our money was not refunded. And Best Western has lost a customer. This place LOOKS nice enough but needs some serious fumigation.

I will pay more money at a different hotel than go to this location again. In the last 2 months, I have stayed at other Best Western locations and had great experiences, but this one made me cringe. The rooms were dirty, the staff wasn't friendly and the breakfast was a disaster.

We checked in for one night after having spent the day ziplining. The room was clean, with no smells, and bedding was nice. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Only thing that could have been better would have been if the wifi would have worked better. Breakfast was above average and their was plenty food for everyone.

The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The bath tub appeared to have ahd a non-slip adhesive mat removed but not replaced. This made the tub appear to be dirty. The brakfast staff was a little distracted with conversation with one particular guest and lacked attentiveness to servicing the room as a whole. The property appeared to be franchised to a family because the majority of employees were of the same nationality. The employees were cordial however and for the most part provided good customer service. The one elevator was a concern. Our room was on the third floor and the one elevator was a fire in the building concern. All things considered, it was a decent stay.

This looks like a newer motel, close to I-85. Friendly, helpful staff. Great price for the room! I like having the rooms off a central hallway, instead of opening from the outside parking area. Felt safe. Clean, comfortable, newly decorated room and bed and included Wi-Fi and Flat Screen TV. The pool looked crystal clean and nice, though we didn't use it. Conveniently located to restaurants and gas stations. A Cracker Barrel is right next door. Set back off the road, so not noisy. This turned out to be a good stay. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

We had a very spacious, very clean room. Desk clerk was especially nice. Room was very, very cold when we arrived and was hard to get it warmed up, even tho we turned on the heat. Breakfast was good. Two maintenance problems I did not report until checkout but they were minor things. Overall, it was a good stay.

ask for a total cost of your stay when booking. Also ask if they accept cash as a means of paying..Staff refused to except cash as a means of payment.. There was no bacon for the breakfast as advertised

Pleasantly surprised with the spacious layout of the king suite. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. We will be staying there again. If you don't like soft mushy pillows, bring your own, that was the only thing we found we didn't like.

For the most part the hotel was OK, however the cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking which is very important to me. Also they were very understaffed at checkout. Other than that they were average in my opinion. I travel 40 weeks out of 52 and cleanliness is a very big issue.

We have stayed at many Best Westerns across the country. This is not a Best Western Plus or Premier. However the room was clean and the beds fairly comfterable. I might have rated this hotel above average were it not for the fact that when we entered the lobby at check in, there was no one at front desk. We had to wait at least 4 or 5 minutes for someone. Doesn't sound like that big a deal but when you've been driving and hands full of luggage, it can be a deal breaker. The complementary breakfast was fair. Had scrambled eggs and bacon. Also had cereal, pastries and juices.

Enjoyed staying here. only thing we were disappointed about was the pool was closed when it was 83 out but it was not season for them to have it open. We were there the beginning of April. Other then that everyone was friendly and it was very clean.

We arrived and was warmly greeted, we asked to see the room first because of bad experiences. They were happy to do it, the room had a wow factor when you walked in, very clean and roomy. Breakfast the next morning was great and the staff was extra nice, will definitely stay again.

For the price this is our Favorite choice in Commerce. The rooms are Extremely nice and the beds are Very comfortable. The staff is Very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this Best Western. We will be staying here every time we visit Commerce

We were delayed in our arrival. We still felt welcomed however at almost two in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, This to me was the most important aspect of our visit as we were able to sleep better than we have previously at other hotels and even our own home. I would have preferred some whole grain breakfast options as well as some honey for the tea, but overall not too bad. The staff were very helpful, especially the clerk at the front desk, and we were offered the option of an hour's leeway on check-out because of our unexpected delay in arrival. We were unsure of whether we would have a pet with us when we booked. We did not end up having her with us. I realized upon arrival after overhearing another patron talking about it, that only in certain rooms (certain floors?) were pets allowed. This is important to note both for people with allergies (rooms are available where pets are not allowed for those with allergies or aversions to pets) and for those with pets it is important to book a room where pets are allowed or during high capacity you could be without a room that allows your pet in a pet friendly hotel just because you forgot to confirm your pet's accommodations as well as your own. Very pleased overall.

Hotel was fine. But no sound insulation in-between rooms. Was very noisy. Customer in room next door was taking a shower early in the morning and woke me up from the water running in shower. Other than that everything was fine.

typical 2 star motel experience. the in room coffee is Maxwell House and one cup of joe will have you counting sheep till 3 AM. decaf is also available. rooms are very quiet and the internet service is spot on.

The faucet in restroom was covered with toothpaste and mirror were dirty. There was dust thick on the ice bucket, tissue holder, hairdryer and toilet tank. When I told the supervisor she said it was time for a thorough cleaning. I thought rooms were cleaned everyday.

Stayed at the best Western Commerce on 2-13-16 with my wife for our 28th anniversary. Booked the Hotel mainly for convience and price, and to do some shopping. We were both blown away with the ammenities of our room. Cali King bed, 47" T.Tv> modern decor a quiet quiet quiet!! The staff went over and above from our reseration to the breakfast wait staff to the check-out. This hotel is a hidden jem worth checking out!!! A 4 star hotel at a 2 star price. And the hotel room looked exactly like the ad--which doesn't happen too often in our experience!!! Kudos Best WesternCommerce will definitely be back in April to perform a wedding!!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 28th anniversary at the Best Western Commerce Ga. Our wonderful experience began with the reservation- the young man was very pleasant and the rate was 20% less than any other hotels in the area. I didn't know what to expect for the price, however, when we walked into the room it was a surprise We have stayed in many 4 star and 5 star hotels over the years and this place definitely had a 4 star feel. The decor was modern and the furnishings were new. And it was oh so quiet even though the surrounding area is very congested The breakfast was dimple but the attending staff was great, he served all patrons including cooking waffles and clearing tables. Later found out that his regular job is a restaurant manager.. Kudos to the staff and management we will definitely be back for a wedding in April. The pictures on the website are true to form. Unlike some other sites.

Conveniently located close to the outlet mall. Many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms and common areas are clean. Hot breakfast had a good selection including eggs, bacon and waffles. Wifi didn't cut out like in many hotels but kept a good signal. Showers were hot and had good water pressure. Definitely will be back!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Best Western Hotel on our way down to Florida. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The hotel was quite convenient to I 85 and the Tanger Outlet Mall.

Have stayed here several times. Reasonable rates (even when you add the 20% for taxes and fees) Close but not too close to !-85. Breakfast ok but needs to add biscuits and gravy ( hey , this is the south!) Restuarants nearby are ok but still looking for that "roll your sox down" local eatery.

Last time I stayed at a Best Western it was more like Worst Eastern. My golf buddies usually go to a more upscale place but snow etc. made us take what we could. They have remodeled and the bathrooms are larger and nicer, the TV was a nice flat screen, the breakfast was as good as the Hampton Inns which is saying something and the price was really low, $67 for the two of us, great stuff. It also was surrounded with nice restaurants, mostly chains but good ones. Give them a strong B + !

When we got here we asked if they had a room with a king size bed and if we could see the room. They showed us a smaller pet-friendly room but assured us ours wouldn't smell weird the way this one did and that it would be larger. We were hesitant after they showed us a room we wouldn't be in but checked in anyways. The room was nicer as promised. It was updated and very comfortable. Only complaints: the pillows were extremely soft and the wifi was very weak on all of our devices. Other than that no noise or anything. We will likely stay here again since its (almost) halfway between Greenville and Atlanta for me & my bf to meet instead of always going the full distance to meet and because we've had terrible experiences at other nearby hotels.

will never stay here again . quality inn across the street has bigger rooms cheaper rates and doesnt charge for parking. they could not handle simple break down in my rooms in any manner much less a timely one. comfort suites is also a few blocks down and much nicer and newer. if your going to complain about the noise i suggest the comfort suites its still in walking distance of downtown but a little further away, but quality inn is next door i prefer their romms and the prices are slightly cheaper

The hotel was nice, looked recently updated. The beds slept great. All supplies were in room and replaced as needed. We took advantage of the breakfast, which was very good and a great start to our day. The staff was very friendly and made sure our stay was great. The room was clean and tidy with no signs of previous guest.

we stayed here for two nights and didn't have any issues with the rooms or service. Rooms were very clean when we checked in and the days after as well. The receptionist, breakfast lady and the maids were amazingly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here for our next business trip. The new renovations give the hotel a boutique feel :).

My overnight stay at this hotel was very nice and pleasant. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff members were very nice and helpful. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The value of the hotel for the price couldn't be beat. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was limited. Internet was fast and prompt. This was my first experience in Best Western in quite a while and was very good. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a value-priced hotel.

One of the best best westerns! Great room. Well lit parking lot. I feel safe staying here compared to other parts of town. Very convenient hotel with all the amenities. I'll stay here again when I come back to Athens, GA. It's not too far away at all.

We had to go to this place because our hotel was sold out. The place was dirty, front desk staff was rude and the breakfast staff was terrible. There was a day that I asked to sit by the pool and the rude lady at the front desk told me that she could not open the door because the manager locked up the keys! When I mentioned that I would email the manager she suddenly came up with keys and then questioned me about what I would do at the pool; I simply wanted to sit and read. The business center was also an issue; very small and they charge 25 cents per page to print. Housekeeping was a nightmare as well; IF they showed up. The manager ASH was very kind but once he left it all went downhill.

They have done a decent job in renovating and the lobby area is nicely done. The only issue we had is that the room wasn't as clean as it could be. The bathroom had a few things that needed attention rather than just a quick job for the next guest, and the floors need more vacuuming than just the traffic areas. If you can, get a room on the top floor. The ceilings are pretty thin. We heard what sounded like an elephant tromping back and forth across the room above us until 1am! The breakfast area is clean and tasteful, All in all, a standard stay.

Recently remodeled and excellent hotel at a great price. We have found Best Western to be clean, quiet places to stay in most cities, but this was the best we have found. The bed was very comfortable, room was very nice, quiet and everything was just great. Nice restaurant choices close by too.

Best Westerns can be hit or miss, especially over the last few years where older hotels are bought and minimal refurbishments are done. This location is one of those Best Westerns that did the bare minimum when the new overlay was done. The walls between rooms are paper thin, perhaps tissue paper thin. I didn't really encounter any rowdy people in the hallways or over head (I was on the 2nd floor) but every time a door was closed, I heard it. Everytime someone turned on the shower, it sounded like every water pipe in the building was routed above the head board of the bed. The bed itself was very lumpy. Luckily I was only here for two nights but it was extremely uncomfortable. There was the smell of paint in the hallways but it didn't really look like anything had been painted recently. Breakfast was the typical 'hot' food you'd expect for a $40 a night joint, but the very cheerful lady, Georgette I think? did bring a bit of sunshine to an otherwise dreadful stay. If this motel was $40 a night I'd have probably given it 3 stars, because I don't expect much for $40 (although I haven't been in one in years). If it was $60 a night for the stay I'd have given it 2 stars. As it stands, I'd give it 0 stars if I could. This is probably the worst review I've given a motel on Trip Advisor and for good reason. I'll never return.

Stayed here last year and we were happy to return. Friendly staff, nice big,clean rooms refurbished in the last year.Hot, self service breakfast.Walking distance for several restaurants for dinner. Excellent value for money, recommended.

Very good location, right off of I-85, for easy access when traveling. There was some noise from the Interstate, but rooms were clean, well, maintained and good service. Breakfast was well stocked and staff visible and helpful.

I had a great stay at the Best Western in Commerce. The room was stocked and clean, with convenient access to the freeway and walking distance from good food. Free wifi, free breakfast, free cable package. What more could you ask for in temporary housing?

We were driving from Pittsburgh to Florida and stopped here to split up our stay. There were several other hotels in the near vicinity. It was well worth the extra $18 to stay here. It was clean and some updates were made. Most important... hot shower, good night's sleep, A/C not too loud, free wifi and hot breakfast in the morning. My only recommendation is that I wish the sink was outside of the bathroom/shower.
