Best Western Plus Burleson Inn & Suites

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. The evening we checked in (3-10-24), the front desk clerk (can't remember her name) was very cheerful, professional, and helpful with information on the hotel and the surrounding area. She made us feel like special guests. The rooms were great as was the breakfast in the morning.

Amanda greeted us upon our arrival. We did not have reservations. But… She was incredible and so welcoming. Customer service was top notch. Love that this is pet friendly. Everything was clean. Great stop for us on our long journey back home.

Great property - new. I have stayed here twice in 2024 and loved it. Clean, well appointed rooms - bathroom and shower is great (new)- staff throughout the property are great. Breakfast salon is light and modern and breakfast has been warm and fresh every stay. Strong management - very service orientated team. Thank you.

Amazing stay. Amanda checked us in and we cannot speak highly enough about this young lady. She went above and beyond for us. It was our 24th anniversary and she made it amazing. The room was very clean, well stocked. The entire stay was just what we needed

We went to celebrate my birthday weekend. The service was excellent, very helpful and nice. The beds and pillows seemed too soft. I felt like I didn't have much support. And the tub in the shower was kind of slippery. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We pretty much had them to ourselves. Water was perfect and clean. The chlorine was not overwhelming at all.

My family (2 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs) had a great stay and feel it was a strong value for the price point. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the designated area for the dogs, and the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate. Internet was good, as was breakfast. We wished that the fan on the heat/AC unit in the room could stay constantly on for background noise to help us sleep; this might not be a big deal for others (or may depend on the unit/room). Some issues with the room key, but not a big deal. Overall recommend and we will likely come back if we need a place to stay, especially if we are looking for somewhere that is dog-friendly.

This property overall was extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and all hot items were "hot" ! The room was comfortable and the bedding was delightful ! Parking was well lighted and secure. Front desk person was very welcoming.

Clean and met our needs. Some annoying little things like running out of pancake syrup and batter. Get to breakfast early or there's nothing left. Staff were nice. Pool was fine. Hot tub stained but water was clean.

The room accommodations were nice, but watch the slippery bathtub shower. The breakfast selection was less than average compared to most other hotels and coffee out of an instant machine was disappointing.

The ladies at front desk are friendly. Everything else about the place is lacking. Cleaning staff are either understaffed or lazy. Manager guy is unfriendly. Breakfast tables are dirty, and accommodations are not appropriate for the price charged for them.

I recommend the Rim restaurant, great food, and the service was very good! Janita was our server, and she was excellent! I had the Fred Flintstone short rib dinner, and was delicious! They also have live music on certain nights.

I was so impressed with this hotel. Price and location was great!! The room was clean, comfortable, and more I bargained for. I'll definitely be staying there again soon. Breakfast was so good. Food was hot and the area was clean and inviting.

Best Western in Burleson is a good hotel to stay. The staff and GM are attentive and the hotel is clean. Pets are very much welcome here. We will choose Best Western anytime we are in Burleson Thank you Best Western!

Every thing about this Best Western is fantastic. The employees, comfort, amenities, water pressure, breakfast. I've stayed here 4 different times for three days each time and never had any complaints. I highly recommend if you need a hotel in the Burleson Texas area this is the place.

I was injured while traveling in Texas and stayed at the hotel to recover until I could travel back home. Very nice staff, and accommodating when I needed a 1st floor room close to exit to limit my distance for walking.

This was my second time staying at a Best Western Plus hotel and my experience was amazing. My room was clean and organized and I had a wonderful time there before my trip back home. Definitely recommend

Stayed here for one night and it was a very nice quiet hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, and the staff was exceptionally nice. The reason for four stars is because the breakfast was not up to par for most BW's. Not much to choose from. We arrived for breakfast at 7:00 am and found the trash cans were completely full. Two bananas that were totally green, two tangerines that had seen better days. Yes we would stay here again as great location but would hope for a better breakfast.

This was my first time using Best Western. I was not sure what to expect. When I arrived the property was neat and very clean. Inside the hotel it had a nice clean smell and then the room was very clean. The customer service was excellent. They treated you as a person and not a number. Had great attitudes and very personable. The rooms were pretty large and it was very quiet. Will be staying at this location again

breakfast far better than most, room was fine got some sleep well kept. places nearby to eat at. would definitely return there when in town. all went well. the general manager was on site which you don't always have.

I usually stay in a Best Western because I like the cleanliness, friendly staff and price, this was an exception. I paid more and got worse. I reserved a room that slept 6, probably should have asked for a refund because I did not get that room

We were on our way to South Texas to our winter home. This hotel was conveniently located just south of Fort Worth for our 2nd night of the trip. Hotel is close to the freeway. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. There are nearby restaurants in particular a good BBQ restaurant. Breakfast was hot and adequate to get us started for the and quickly on our way. We would recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again if we are in a similar situation.

The rooms were okay but nothing special. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels twice. Front desk clerk acted like she was bored to be there. Breakfast buffet has no butter for waffles, biscuits or bagels!

The room overall was very well kept and cozy. The unfortunate thing was that during a terrible rain storm the window was not just “leaking” but definitely had a steady flow of water coming through. We had to cover the window seal with bath towels so it didn't run off onto the AC unit.

Excellent hotel. Facility and rooms were very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Each time I came outside of my room someone from housekeeping was cleaning something/somewhere. I have had to interact with the owner during a previous stay and he was great as well.

Perfect from the start to the end. My stay was wonderful and I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to or through the area. The hotel is in the perfect location to access the local downtown area with several excellent restaurants and historical sites. I slept great, eat too much, and had a great time. Best part, I was there for work and everything was so close that I was able to still relax and have a good time after work each day.

When you get a room it's usually for sleep. Due to the people above my room making a ton of noise that didn't happen. Unfortunately the front desk was no help not even at midnight. Room was clean and smelled clean.

This was a trip to visit grandkids. I stayed at this hotel to get the kids to come swimming. Pool was green and hot tub even worse. Kids running and jumping upstairs well into the morning hours. I could not understand the general manager very well. The rest of the staff were very pleasant.

When we arrived here, we had been traveling for a few days. This hotel was the best pet friendly hotel. It was clean ND didn't smell like other hotels. What a wonderful way to end our trip. Hot breakfast, place for dog to walk and very clean.

The entire facility was noticeably clean. The staff was as courteous and pleasant as you would hope to find anywhere. The room was lovely and everything was like new. You can't beat the value. The location is easy to get in/out of & near to dining.

I have only begun to travel later in life and during these trips I have stayed at 2 hotels, both widely known. Without a doubt, Best Western is the best by far. Not that there was anything wrong with the "other place", but Best Western, to me is far superior. In my last few trips, this is my only choice for accommodations.

Found out earlier in the day that my flight had been delayed (past the time that my rental car would be available). I called the hotel and explained the situation, but the manager (?Shell) had no empathy and said he would not allow it to be canceled. My flight arrived at 2am, (2.5 hours from the hotel) I had to stay at the airport all night until I got my rental car at 7am. I then drove to the hotel arriving at 9:20am. They had no power and I couldn't get a key to the room. The check in worker was nice and walked me to the room to manually open it. I asked for late check out which she granted (till 12:30). The room was dark (couldn't shower or charge my phone but slept for 2 hours). Still got charged the full amount and this hotel will not get my business again. I am a diamond rewards BW member. You would think my business in the future would be more important than that one night charge. Definitely didn't feel valued, poor management decision! (PS. I was offered a mother “option” ONLY IF I stayed the NEXT night instead ….AT ALMOST DOUBLE THE PRICE!!

Very average rooms and way overpriced at almost $200! Bathroom was poorly lit and had to use my phone's flashlight to shave. Room appeared to be be clean and bed was fine. Average room with an above average price.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was a little sparse due to supply chain issues, but we had the same problem with area restaurants so not a problem with the hotel itself. A lot of highway noise if your room is on the south, but we overcame by setting the hvac fan to constant on.

The hotel is fine but needs some attention. The bedspread was stained and the couch cushion was ripped. I would ask if i could stay on the back side of the hotel next time i stayed there because of the interstate noise.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous other trips over past 5 years. This stay was a poor experience compared to previous, with multiple issues. The room was clean (good), but bathroom had insufficient towels and of poor quality (small size and rough bath towels). Internet is 'wide open' without any security on login (stupid 'welcome' login? Really?!). Room doors do not close unless you push on them. And while we had multitple rooms (large family) and were promised an email receipt of the bill, as of several days later there has been no receipt provided. Desk staff were very slow and were not responsive (long wait to check in, and to try and check out), at a non busy time. The breakfast was incredibly poor - had a toaster but no bread (as example), had instructitons for waffle maker but no waffle maker! Unless you are a fan of instant scrambled eggs, not much edible offering for breakfast - not sure why they even bothered. Not sure I'll give this location any more business in future.

Clean hotel with professional and friendly front desk staff. Hot breakfast was good and the hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub! Location is near many stores. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

I have stayed here b4. This hotel strives to make what they have be a good experience for you. They keep it clean and up to date as possible. Bed was a little hard for me but I slept ok. Hot water in shower. I do not smoke but noticed a nice patio area for smokers out back. Pool and hot tub was open and clean. Breakfast was hot and good. There is Mexican Restaurant and Bar near within walking distance-(note: they do allow smoking at this restaurant). I love the town of Burleson..lots of cute shopping, restaurants, and bars. I would stay here again.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The hotel and room overall appearance was clean. It has a inside pool, jacuzzi, and workout center. They offer breakfast as well, basic but decent. The room has a microwave and fridge, so pack you some snacks and drinks. The beds were comfortable and the water gets hot lol. The floor we stayed on was very quiet as well. We have no complaints. Great place to lay out heads and chill after visiting with family.

This motel is the cleanest and most receptive we stayed in during a month-long home renovation. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room we had was very clean and well kept. The furniture was nice and everything in the room worked well. We had no complaints about anything. Will definitely stay there again if the occasion arises.

Great hotel bad breakfast. The night manager was quick and on spot. He did everything to get me settled in quickly The food was not edible. I can't remember when i was not able to enjoy a continental breakfast.

Love this hotel and used it exclusively when in the area for several years!! This trip was a letdown! Breakfast has changed, food quality was "hit or miss"! The biggest issue was no more waffles! The waffle machine was stored away and the stated issue was covid. However, every other BW hotel we used across the country was serving make your own waffles, except this one!! Comfort Inn for us going forward until this is rectified!!

You better be up before 9:30 or you not getting breakfast or COFFEE!!! Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Linda was the best. Internet worked good. Air conditioner needed some attention. Clean hotel. P

The breakfast was good. I accidentally left something in the room and the front desk staff worked with me to return it as soon as it was found. The beds were comfortable and what we needed for our brief stay.

My wife and I had a excellent stay at this hotel. Clean lobby, clean room, clean breakfast area. Good social distancing by guests and hotel staff. Hot food served at breakfast with fresh coffee, bagels and fruits. Also by the hotel location were a number of quality restaurants and gas stations.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting some friends for a birthday party at Jellystone. It quickly turned into a nightmare. The first room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being non-smoking, then the next 4 rooms we tried all had visible mold or standing water in the AC wall units. The worst part is that my son's asthma flared up very badly, which is the reason I asked to move rooms. The manager was more concerned about getting the moldy rooms cleaned for the next guests rather than addressing the mold or the impact it was having on my child's health. I will never ever stay at this location or any other Best Western that uses wall AC units.

Stayed at the Burelson TX Best Western during a family event. Our room was clean. When we went to the room we had no bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths, the shower kept changing temperature while showering, the conditioner was an empty bottle (ugh) and our coffee maker didn't work the next morning. When we had them come in and refresh our towels we didn't receive shampoo, conditioner, lotion or soap. Beds weren't made for us that day, but that's no biggie. Breakfast staff was great and food was hot, good.

For my very FIRST stay with this hotel I can gladly say it was definitely worth it! I am a member with Marriott but didnt have one close to where I was handling business so Best Western Plus was my next option! Glad I found a chain outside of my “norm” that I can expect exactly what I received….. Excellence!

We were passing through FT Worth on our way to Galvestin. This hotel is an easy stop while passing through. the room was very clean and the bad was very good. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. Would stay here again

what an awful experience! upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was not in service without a date to be opened. with 4 kids, it would've been nice to know that beforehand. nonetheless, we decided to stay. on the first morning, i used the blow dryer provided in the room. after after 5 minutes of use, the blow dryer blew up in my face— smoke coming out everywhere! i called the front desk & the lady said that i wasn't the first person that morning calling for that. concerned, i asked to speak to the supervisor. the GM shail was extremely unprofessional & confrontational. he called back after checking out the room to tell me “the problem was that it was broken”. i told him of course it was broken, it exploded!! after returning to the room at the end of the day, the door was left open. i didn't think anything of it because it was a long day & i just assumed that i didn't close it properly. the next day, i made sure that the door was properly closed when leaving. upon arrival at 11pm, the door was yet again open. i called down to the desk & told them that i would like the gm to call me again because this was not my fault & how terrified i was entering with 4 small children!! he called me in the morning & began SCREAMING at me telling me that i was creating problems!! i spoke calmly to him the entire time trying to get him to understand how he would feel in my position. he told me that he didn't care that he was calling the police to escort me & my children off the property! after talking him down several times & after many times of him screaming “WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO. YOURE MAKING PROBLEMS JUST BE GRATEFUL” i decided to contact their support line to file a former complaint. i'm still waiting on them to handle the situation.

very satisfied--our family had kids, adults & seniors--all happy; unfortunately the hotel scheduled an upgrade on the floor surrounding the swimming pool during our stay. We felt the carpets needed cleaning throughout the facility. The breakfasts and staff were very good. Overall value was very satisfactory.

This is our go to hotel when traveling, The consistency of quality is awesome. From the front desk manager who was able to help with my user error when I reserved the room , to the friendly faces we saw in the hallways and breakfast area. I didn't want to get in here and leave a bad review because I was hopeful that the owner would make things right but after plenty of time for Sal to call me and address my issues I am forced to get on here and let everyone know what I went through. First and foremost housekeeping picked up the blankets and sheets that I had already told them were dirty on the floor and put them back in my bed! The way I knew was because my sons were eating a cupcake the night before and they had some frosting on it and when we got back I had seen the frosting on it! I called and they just gave me 2 too thin blankets and said sorry. The 2nd night the exact same blankets that were dirty that I put back on the floor were then again placed back on my bed! I have NEVER in my life or anyone's life have I heard of housekeeping putting blankets from the floor back on your bed... plus it's COVID people!! I threw them on the ground and used my blankets I brought from home!! What else happened is one of the front desk ladies started saying to my husband that is African American that she needed him to take off his hat because she didn't know if the card was stolen or not and that people steal cards and shop with them and just saying a lot of insensitive things in front of his children and humiliated him in front of his family!! I am beyond upset and the fact that the manager was made aware of this and still to this day which is almost 2 weeks ago has yet to reach out and honor what Best Westerns guarantee is that they want the customer to be 100% satisfied or they will make it 100% right is just unheard of to me! Do not stay at this hotel they are not practicing Good sanitation protocol and I will never again in my life stay at another Best Western. This was the first and last time I will ever step foot in this hotel where the owner and front desk lady are racially insensitive and the house keepers put dirty blankets from the floor back on Your bed!

I regularly stay at this hotel because it is clean ,well maintained and best value for the money! I have never had a single issue with this hotel. checking in and out has always been painless. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful!

We lost the use of our home duriing the recent storm. Pipe in ceiling froze and did damage to living and kitchen area. We live in Burleson, Texas and Best Western offered a welcoming place to stay during this desaster. We will stay here again when work repairs are done.

Great location. Exceptionally clean. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Have stayed here numerous times and it is always a pleasure. Very accommodating if late check out is needed.

I visit Burleson often. I always stay at the Best Western. It's nicely located to many restaurants and several fast food places. Just across the highway from a historical district. There is also a nice walking path that goes beside the hotel as well. If you need a place to stay with something to go do close by then here's where you need to visit.

I would have liked it better if the pool wasn't booked every time we wanted to swim but Rona to blame for that. The hot tub had an over powering chlorine smell. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. Friendly staff. My daughter even left her cell phone and they called so we could get it back.

We stayed here during the pandemic. The hotel was very clean and it was obvious they had put much effort into COVID safe practices. The staff was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We decided to stay here on a recent trip to the area to visit family and this hotel was ideally situated. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Everyone was very friendly- good “bag” breakfast despite COVID precautions related to food. Ideally located close to several excellent restaurants in the “old town of Burleson”. Highly recommended for a clean, peaceful, convenient and great priced accommodation.

Stayed here twice this week with my husband during two trips to drop our kids off and pick them up from the in laws. Check in/out was a breeze. Staff was very friendly. We stay here every time we come this way. And we love it here.

Staff was vey kind and cordial. a good place to stay. . great location; convenient to a really nice "Old town" plaza with several great casual eating places. Frescoe's especially.. will stay here nest time i am in the area.

Staff went out of their way to assure our comfort. Crib was not guaranteed, but was available on check in. Breakfast service was altered due to COVID , but a brown bag breakfast was provided . Pool use was altered due to COVID , but we were able to schedule and use pool as a family, just us. Asked housekeeping to clean room around baby's nap time, request accommodated. Upgrade to suite on arrival-I am a BW gold member.

The hotel staff is friendly and they try to be accommodating. The rooms are adequate, but could be cleaner. I had my dogs with me and they gave me a room near a door, which was wonderful for outside access. I was annoyed when I couldn't even get a cup of tea and the coffee maching in my room was not clean enough. I had to clean it myself. I also felt, that since they weren't serving the breakfast that should be included with the reservation, that the granola bar and tiny tangerine was almost an insult, since the owner has a sign that says, 100% JUiCE for sale. I will stay here again, only because it is pet friendly, but it did cost me an extra $20 per dog so that added $40 to my overall bill.

I stayed for one night due to my AC breaking down on me, but it was very nice, quiet and met all of my needs. Everything was clean and in working order. Due to COVID they have to serve breakfast bags instead of the usual (wasn't very appealing to me, however that is not much in their control). There is a restaurant next door called Miranda's that is pretty good though for lunch or dinner!

This hotel passed my expectations! I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was super clean. the front desk were extremely nice. My kids and I loved the breakfast and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Family of 5 stayed 2 nights in a Queen Suite. We arrived late but check in was easy and front desk attendant was very friendly - all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, and delicious. We will definitely book at this location again!

I only stay at Best Western inns because of the rewards club. But, this hotel is the top choice in that area. My sister lives in the general area, we have stayed in all of the Burleson area hotels. The location exceeds others due to some of the service road access to others around there. There are some good local resturants and shopping is easily accessible.

From the phone call to book the room, to check out. The Staff, the Room, and the Amenities were GREAT. I would Absolutley recommend the motel to all my friends and family. I gave it Excellent reviews, because that's how I feel about our stay.

Staff is amazing we hold a benefit for my dad each year and this hotel allows a great discount for my family and friends to stay. We love all the amenities, location and how friendly the staff when we are checking in or out.

We made a quick overnight stop here as my son had a sports competition in Joshua. This was convenient to the hwy and easy to access. We checked in about 8p and seemed like one person on duty. She was very friendly and accommodating to our needs..extra sheets, towels, etc. The pool is indoor and small but enough to relax. There was also a good size hot tub which was nice. They were out of pool towels but I notified the girl at the front and she was on it as soon as possible. We had a King Suite, which was spacious, though I can't say the pullout couch was very comfy to sleep on for my son. Breakfast was typical: waffle, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuit, and gravy. There was a girl attending and she did a good job of keeping it clean. I would definitely stay at this location if I was passing through the area.

I stay in the Ft Worth area regularly. I always choose to stay here. The staff is welcoming each and every time I walk thru the door. There are several nice dining areas close by such as Babe's chicken, Miranda's Tex-Mex and Grumpy's Burgers. I enjoy Jamaican Summers Eatery an authentic Jamaican restaurant just west on Renfro drive. I highly recommend you stay here and enjoy the surrounding experiences as well.

once again my experience at the best western plus in burleson, texas was fabulous, starting with an early check in. all the staff there are helpful & friendly. it offers a tasty big, hot breakfast daily and delicious coffee thats always available. the room was clean & spacious and cozy & the bed was super comfy. it was great to have a microwave & refrigerator and a couch. the indoor jacuzzi & pool were clean and working, so that was great! its also in a good location- close to fast food, restaurants, and the freeway.

We learned a bit late on our Christmas vacation that we should have booked a BW+ instead if the over-priced Hyatt. Though the staff at the Hyatt was eager and happy to help us with our stay, the availability of necessities was just not there. On our way home, we took a chance at the BW+ and whenever one is available at our destination, we'll be there.

Easy to find. Close to restaurants. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was old and not so clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The pool was “heated” but cold. The hot tub and pool floor had visible mold. The pool area air was so thick with Chlorine it burned our eyes without getting water in them. The hallways have a periodic spray of some sort of orange scented air freshener that was too strong. Probably because they do have smoking rooms. I would never stay here again. Breakfast was good.

We were staying for 8 nights to spend time with family in the area. Great staff and helpful when needed, very clean, good breakfast. Only issue all week was towels removed and not replaced one day. I would stay again and recommend it to others!

Very nice hotel on the South side of Ft Worth. We were just passing through on our wy south but would stay here again.The room was very nice and clean. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of hot and cold items.

this is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location traveling from Kansas City to Mission Texas. Very nice and friendly. We have a dog so where we can stay is very limited. Will stay again in the future.

Stayed at this BW+ while on business in the Dallas area. Hotel was clean and well priced for the stay. The room was extremely spacious and clean. All electrical items in the room worked. Hotel was also very quiet, which was nice. Hotel personnel were very courteous and efficient. Should the need arise, I would not hesitate to stay at this facility again.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. The lobby is nice and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The big negative was that our room needed to be updated. It seemed older and the bathroom was difficult to maneuver in.

I've stayed at this hotel on and off. I travel a lot and this is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I recommend it highly. The staff is friendly at check in. The breakfast is good and always ready by 6:30 - sometimes a few minutes early.

This is an excellent hotel, easy to get to and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection. If you are visiting Burleson TX this is the place to stay, It was easy to Uber to wineries, and craft beer locations.

Enjoyed a three night stay while visiting family. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast above average. Staff above average in friendliness and helpfulness. The beds were very comfortable!! I will be back at my next visit!

We were there Labor Day weekend. The hotel is easy to get to off of I-35. It was very clean. The breakfast that was offered every morning was very good. The hotel staff, especially the front desk staff is the best I have seen at any hotel. Well worth the stay. Thank You.

My family cannot say enough good things about this hotel! We reserved three rooms. We stayed here last week while touring Dallas and other areas in Texas. The front desk was so kind and helpful each time we had questions. I believe it was Shail, who said if we needed any help with boarding passes, etc. to let her know. She would make sure we had them printed. It's the little things like that, that mean a lot. Our rooms were immaculate. The bathrooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of things to do within easy driving distance. The breakfast was good, and coffee was always available. I would not hesitate to stay here again! It was fantastic, and the people working there should be commended for their hospitality! If you are in the area, I would highly recommend that you stay here.

We had our grandkids so we needed a room with two queen beds. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel and the room were all very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical fare...good coffee. Great rate when we used a Orbitz. Lots of eateries close by If you are looking to eat great Italian food ask for directions to Villa Dianna. Great food and reasonable prices. The place is BYOB. No corkage charge.

The hotel staff was very friendly. They served a hot breakfast with a little variation on different days. The room was very comfortable and spacious which was great since we were on a long road trip and had to empty the entire car while we were here. Location was also convenient to a nearby grocery store and several restaurants.

Our room was very clean, spacious, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and small coffeemaker with coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. The staff were very professional and courteous, and check-in and check-out were very easy and fast. Our room was very quiet with little outside noise. Enjoyed a very pleasant stay!

I have mixed emotions on pet friendly hotels.. usually I avoid them but I game this one another try and glad I did. I still wish there was absolutely NO PET ROOMS for us who might be allergic to them... Anyway they upgraded me to a suite upstairs. The room was very nice and clean. Bed and pillows were good also. Staff was great and if course the location is easy and fast access. The only issue was a very plane breakfast. Scrambled eggs again... And watery waffle batter the attendant said was fine... Other than breakfast it was a good stay and I'll be back.

Chose to stay here as it was very close to the golf course we played the next morning. Check in was quick, the room was very comfortable, and the clerk remembered that we wanted to pay cash. Breakfast included hot items of biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage.

Nice hotel - stayed after a doctor appointment. will most likely stay here again. Easy to get here. Not within walking distance to restaurants, but short drive. Do not necessarily have to get on/off interstate for access.

We had a Kind room, it was very nice. we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub! The breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs and bacon with tortillas. Breakfast offered a Texas shaped waffle iron!

this location is just off the freeway, there is a nice walking trail with beautiful green all around. very clean facility close to food and shopping. breakfast served until 9 a.m. the staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the biggest challenges we face is finding a hotel room with sufficient space to accommodate a power wheelchair inside the room. Hotels have a long way to go to cater to the needs of handicap individuals. Yes, the shower has grab bars and a shower chair. The shower head is adjustable and the toilet is raised but none of that matters if you're only staying one night and you don't need a bath. What really matters is whether or not a power wheelchair can make it over the threshold and through the doorway and whether, once in side the room, there is sufficient floor space to maneuver the wheelchair around to transfer into and out of the bed or even get into the bathroom if necessary. Best Western Plus Burleson Inn and Suites has a king handicap room that was easy for us to use. The elevator was a little cramped, but not too bad.

My family was spending some time in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area during Spring Break, and stopped in at the Burleson location. It is a nice, clean, very reasonably priced hotel with an indoor pool, my kids' favorite part!

A very nice hotel. Clean , friendly receptionist. Good hot breakfast. I was in town for a conference and I always try to stay at Best Western. Was extremely pleased with the bed and shower. Quiet also. I've stayed in 2 4 star hotels recently where you could here people talking in the next room.

I stayed here while a family member was in the hospital! It is so clean and the breakfast is better than most places. They have actual food and it's not all processed~ It is the best place to stay in Burleson in my humble opinion!

best western plus is better than the marriot. i stayed at the west covina marriot 2 weeks prior to my stay at the best western plus, and it wasnt half as good as the best western plus, yet it was twice as expensive

My wife and I recently stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 4 nights. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. There was a desk clerk named Shail that was especially helpful to us and very accommodating. He made the stay very nice.

Made a reservation online, had a TERRIBLE time getting to the hotel, it is located right off 35W but with all the one-way frontage roads and plain one way streets, it is near impossible to get there! Could not find our room!! You would think room 320 would be between 319 and 321 but noooooooo, it was halfway down the hall on the opposite side! Asked the front desk clerk about places to eat and she sent us the wrong direction on the one way and the wrong direction for eats! The shower head was too far up and not easily adjustable, not that you could adjust it anyway, your choice was a hard, "invigorating" shower! There was a strange clicking noise all night in the room, too! Also,almost impossible to get in and park a 4 horse trailer! On the positive side, breakfast was good and plentiful, hotel was clean and nicely appointed.

Everything was good. I chose this hotel, because of its price and location. I also know that Best Western has always been a nice and clean place to stay. My husband and I chose this location, because it was the best priced hotel that was somewhat close to the AT&T stadium and it was on our way out towards Waco.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you can get it for $20.00 night! Breakfast is not available until 6:30 Am. Hotel is understaffed and needs to be gutted. The plumbing in our room did not work and carpets had holes and stains. Especially do not let them give you room number 108.

Very clean!!! Check/in was painless. Helpful staff and breakfast is great!! We stayed for three nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and well kept. Public areas were clean and tidy.

This Best Western was clean and comfy. The staff were very nice and I didn't experience any problems. Everything in the room worked and I felt cozy, although the bed seemed a little hard. The variety of breakfast items was good as well.

Have stayed before and will again; good location for Metroplex events, safe area, clean hotel, nice staff.All items expected to be in our room were there and working. Room to room noise was minimal which was nice for our neighbors as we came in late and were up and active awhile before zzz time and good for us in the morning because we slept in.

A nice hotel with AMAZING staff. The manager, Shail, was super-helpful and there was an all-round friendly vibe. The breakfast was good and varied from day to day, and was kept well-stocked. The beds were super-comfy, and the rooms were nice and quiet and seemed to be soundproofed. It was a standard, but particularly well-run, well kept-up mid-range hotel. There is a nice park nearby to walk in (if it's one of the six days of the year that aren't too hot), but most shops and restaurants are quite far away and will require a vehicle.

My husband and I were traveling with our 2 grandchildren to visit family in Texas, and I was specifically looking for a hotel with a good breakfast. The Best Western Plus exceeded our expectations for breakfast and we especially loved the fluffy waffles in the shape of the map of Texas. Everything was delicious and there was such a variety of breakfast foods. This hotel was very clean and well run. Our room was a queen suite, and it was spacious and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, the fridge worked great, the water pressure of the shower was fabulous, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

When something is good and you are satisfied a few words usually suffice. But I need to mention a few things and recognize the great job is accomplished in this property for the price is paid. I want to thank the Manager for begin attentive and helpful every time. Paula in the Front desk is Excellent :-).... and Marisol in the kitchen and dinning area is superb. Great service and positive attitude is always most appreciated when you take your family to vacation. You definitely have what is needed to spend a great time in the big T. The Breakfast (hot and cold) always good, specially those Texas shaped waffles which my children adore. Rooms Clean and Neat everyday. Staff always in disposition to help. My husband and I stay in this area at least 1 weekend a month as our grandchild lives in Mansfield Texas. We found this place because Mansfield Texas hotels are very expensive for less quality than we received during our stay here. The rooms here are very spacious and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are roomy. We enjoyed the pool. Which was clean and not crowded. Our 15 month old grandson loved it. Would definitely recommend this Best Western . Will be back next month.

Stayed here for the first time for a weekend and got a king bed for my husband and I. This hotel is not the easiest location to get to. We found if headed south on I-35, it's best to get off on Renfro and take the back route following GPS. We tried taking the next exit Briaroaks and crossing over to come in the front, but it took longer. Once you learn the back route, it's easier. The room we had was clean, comfortable and quiet even though we were close to the lobby. The free breakfast was quite good with lots of options including fresh made scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy on one day, and sausage and bacon on another. They also had Texas shaped waffles made fresh. The indoor pool was quite small with the jacuzzi nearly taking up half of it. It would have been nice to have the option of sunbathing but only a covered patio was provided outdoors. The other missing element in the room was a plug right beside the bed for charging your phone. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for the price close to Burleson city center with tons of restaurants and shopping.

Room and hotel was clean and neat. Pool was very pleasant with a nice outside sitting area. In a quiet area, but close to shopping and entertainment. Not far from Forth Worth or Dallas. Right off the highway, and one of the main streets of Burleson.

Our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast area was very crowded and had to make 3 attempts to get seated on Sunday morning. We understand renovations are being made. Staff was very courteous and accommodating .

We had a very nice time at our hotel. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The hotel maids were also very generous. The location was great because a lot of places that we visited were easily accessible to us. Although the hot tub didn't work, the pools were clean and immaculate.

The hotel is newish and very clean. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and didn't overwhelmed when there were several people waiting. She addressed each one and continued to efficiently help the person she was with. The room was a little larger than average and had everything needed. The bed was a little firm for us but that could be because it was a new mattress. We did not take time for the breakfast that is provided. I would stay here again, next time we are passing through.

Breakfast was typical continental...cereal, mini muffins, small fruit. Hot food items were torrillas and some type of meat mixture. We drove down the road to a nearby Cracker Barrel. Hated to spend the extra money but needed something hot in our belly for the road trip ahead.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Beds were not that great, but they were okay. Towels were not high quality. Getting to the motel traveling on South I 35 was difficult to get to. I think I 35 north access is easier.

We expected a restful night's sleep, but woke up to jackhammering of concrete at 7:30a.m right below our room. We were not told of any construction, otherwise we would have requested a room at the other end of the building. Clean room, nice pool, but very poor, almost deceptive communication. There were no apologies or offerings of earplugs for the unpleasant surprise.

Recently stayed for 3 nights, with my fiancé and 3 younger kids. Check in was smooth. The lady at the front desk, Diana(I believe), was very friendly. Everybody that we came across was very nice. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious enough for the 5 of us to move around. We spent some time down at the pool, which was great. Kids had a blast with that. We only had the breakfast one morning. But it was plenty and filling. The waffles were great!!! Check out was smooth as well. Would definitely come back to this location on our next visit out this way.

Very nice hotel, very clean, however the beds are hard as concrete. Didn't get much sleep. Also noise level on 3rd floor was out of control. Complained but there was nothng done about it. Will stay again.

Pretty nice hotel with an indoor swimming pool and a decent breakfast. This hotel seems to be fairly new/upgraded and has very nice hotel representatives. Beds could be cleaner and bathrooms more workable, but overall it was a good stay and very reasonably priced.

BW Burleson is the most quiet, well manicured, friendliest hotel just a few minutes from downtown FTW area and 20min from ATT stadium well worth the drive out of the way of traffic if u know the back way. The manager Shail is very nice and takes great care of all of ur concerns and the staff, Paige, Missy, Diana are all couretous professional proud members of the team. Once you stay, you will come back! Rooms ar clean smoke free and breakfast is plentiful with a lot of variety.

Great value, friendly staff, and very comfortable. Have stayed at this location several times and will stay again in the future. There are restaurants nearby, which is a plus. The value is great and the location is excellent whether traveling locally or heading into Fort Worth. Great choice.

This was our second time staying here and again were very satisfied with the motel. It was very clean and modern. The front desk personnel were very helpful with our reservation as they had a problem finding it and I had forgot to bring the printout. But with in 5 minutes it had been found and we were checked in. Breakfast both mornings was excellent, it is always fresh and hot. Will certainly stay here again.

DONT book through expedia!! the rooms pictured are not what you will get for starters. Says you can cancel your reservation at any time, but you cant. the cut off time with the hotel is 4:45. The beds are pretty hard, and the pillows are the size of a throw pillow. Staff was friendly, but they really didnt help much with the issue of cancellation. She said we could cancel, but would "probably" still get charged. Wasnt sure, said it was up to the manager.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Everything was in working order, clean and well maintained. Smoking area could use better lighting and perhaps install radiant heaters for guest utilizing this area. I will stay here again.

This hotel had good reviews. We found it to be very clean. Beds very comfortable. Pillows a bit lumpy. Could suggest a couple of softer pillows for the bed. Hot tub and pool nice. Hot tub could be warmer. Breakfast was fresh and good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, cereal. I wanted to pay cash but the desk clerk wouldn't allow that. I'm a rewards member. She explained that they've had rewards members destroy a room before. The next morning the manager was at the desk. I told him what she said and he said, we can take cash. Other than that, I've no complaints. The traffic on 1-35 was terrible. Just a warning to allow extra time. A 6 hour drive turned into 8.

Great place to stay!! Clean, great service and ample parking!! Food was about the same as other hotels I have stayed at. Quiet the 4 or so days we were there and will for sure be back when visiting again. Along with our friends know of a place to send people when someone may need a place to stay.

Nice hotel that was recently remodeled. Hotel is 8 yrs old but recently got a good face-lift. Exterior and parking lot clean and well lit. Room a/c worked well but I'm not sure thermostat worked properly as a/c just cycled periodically on/off rather than sense temp. Rooms and bathrooms large and well appointed. Nice to have hair dryer than can be used outside of bathroom. Unfortunately did hear folks above us stomping around but that's on the guests not hotel. Some minor road noise from hwy with truckers but otherwise quiet. Std hot breakfast was good.

Stayed for our anniversary. The motel was very clean and very well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. We liked the fact that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of Arlington yet close enough you didn't have to travel far to get to anything. Overall great stay

We stay here each time we visit family in Burleson, Tx. It is easily accessible from the interstate. There is a good Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. The staff is friendly & efficient. The breakfast is generous.

It was a "no surprise" experience which I like. Room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, microwave was spacious for two people for a weekend stay. All amenities were perfect and in good working order (pool, hot tub, fitness room, television, wi-fi and great breakfast!) Staff was cheerful and helpful. Quiet rooms. Everything was clean.

We arrived at 11 am after a long drive, and didn't expect to get into our room, but stopped by anyway. The girl at the front desk offered to call when it was ready, then by the time we were in the parking lot, she came running out to tell us she had a room for us. Everyone on the staff was very helpful, and friendly. Room was very clean, and breakfast was nice. Was also very quiet.

Ran out of room at home with out of town guests, so we spent the night at the Best Western in town. The front desk staff was outstanding and took care of our every need. The breakfast was a notch or two above other Best Westerns we've stayed at over the years. The rooms were very roomy, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this Best Western.

Over all very good experience. Was very quite at night. No partying going on. Very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool,the outside sitting area,and outside grounds Staff was always friendly and pleasent, and AVALIBLE when you need someone.

In town for a wedding so we checked in around 3:30 and had to change and leave shortly after we arrived. We booked a non-smoking room and when we got to the hotel there were even signs posted saying that said it was a smoke free hotel. Went up to 3rd floor to our room and it was hot even though the a/c was on. It also smelled like stale smoke, but thought it couldn't be because it was a smoke-free hotel. I am allergic to smoke. Got back after midnight and room was cool but room still had a musty smoke smell. Went to bed...started sneezing, and got a stuffy nose. Had to get a bath towel an wrap around my face to be able to not breathe the smoke smell. When checking out we explained we booked a non-smoking room and the man at the desk said they were a non-smoking hotel and he would check into why our room smelled like smoke.(Seems like the maid could have reported it to the front desk before we got there, and the room shouldn't have been available). Wish we had asked for a refund.Got home and our belongings smell like smoke. Long story short......check out the room they assign you and if you think it smells like smoke...it is!

We've stayed at many Best Westerns over the years and the Burleson location has been our greatest experience. It's very clean, modern, and spacious. The bathroom was very large and made it very comfortable and easy to give our one year old a bath. The hotel was extremely quite! Breakfast was great, large selection of food, very fresh, and delicious!

Everything was great!! The hotel and the staff. We all enjoyed the breakfast! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great location for us since we were spending the weekend at Jellystone park!

I was getting the all of the electrical wiring replaced in my home and needed a place to stay for at least a week. I have three dogs so I needed a place that would accept them also. Best Western was wonderful. We ended up having to stay 8 days and had no problems at all. The rooms were clean at the hotel is nice. The only problem I had was the comfort of the beds. The mattress was a little too firm for me. My kids said they slept very comfortably though. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was very spacious and well apportioned. We requested an accessible room so the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. Beds were some of the most comfy hotel beds I've slept in. Good breakfast also. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy one morning; eggs, bacon, potatoes, and tortillas another. Staff was great also. I would have given 5 stars if not for the room carpet. After walking on it barefoot overnight the bottom of my feet were black. Definitely needs to be steam cleaned.

This hotel had the nicest staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our breakfast were awesome. Our room was spacious and clean. If our grandson wasn't being transferred to Maryland we would stay here on another visit. Ifyou are in Burleson choose Best Western!

We enjoyed our stay although the hotel was under going renovations that we didn't know about it till arriving and we got a screw in our tire (picked up multiple screws from the parking lot) we enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived, (around 9:00) the representative working was outside smoking a cigarette. We had to walk through cigarette smoke with our two small children to enter the building. Once inside, our toddlers were tired and crying, and as the elevator door began to close, the front desk representative pushed the elevator door open button to alert us she gave us a key to an occupied room! We had to get off the elevator and wait for the correct key/room. The hallway had a strong smell of fresh wet paint, and when we entered the bedroom is wreaked of cigarette smoke. It literally smelled like a nasty ashtray. We called the front desk, and she informed us the room was once smoking, but it no longer was. She could not accommodate us by moving us to a new room. We all woke up with sore throats, and could not wait to get out of the hotel the next day. If a hotel decides to go from smoking to non-smoking, EVERYTHING has to be replaced to get the smoke smell out. It is contaminated, and we were extremely upset and disappointed in our stay. We will never return, and we will discourage friends and family from staying there. A negative YELP review will be next.

Horrible, will never stay at another Best Western hotel! Dirty room..internet was not up to speed I had to turn my own hot spot on. Phone did not work in room...and no sheets, cover or pillows for the sofa bed.

We have never stayed in Burleson nor a Best Western Plus before this trip that we just took last week. The staff, rooms, breakfast and pool were all excellent. I had a family of 4 with 1 young child and a teenager included. We were treated with respect by everyone. The check in was efficient. The room was neat, clean and quiet. We had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We tried out the pool and my teenager loved the fitness room. The breakfast each morning was totally awesome. It was not just cereal, fruit and juice. We had Sausage, Bacon, Wonderful fluffy eggs, toast, biscuits, gravy, muffins, homemade waffles and all items to make them enjoyable. My family eagerly got up early each morning wondering what great breakfast awaited us... The motel was very close to a big mall that had major restaurants close by (within 4 miles). It was very accessible to travel to Ft Worth and Grapevine. I would stay here again with no problems and have already recommended this hotel to my co-workers. I appreciate their kindness.

This is a very nice hotel. We were traveling in a small family group and the suite accommodated all of us, comfortably and I slept like a baby in the bed. It was so comfortable. The convenience of the location right off the highway made our coming and going easy and I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to town.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly & the breakfast was simple but good. Close to town & places to eat. There was a nice simple walking trail nearby. We did not care for the Hard bed & the pillows were lumpy, very uncomfortable for us.

This Best Western is easy to access from I-35, has nice rooms and a great breakfast. I did not use the pool but it looks nice as well. I would stay here again if I were in the area. The staff were very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay and will be back several times over the next 2 months.The young man working the desk was very friendly and helpful. I am working on a project in Crowley and had many choice's to stay in the area. I had just stayed at a Best Western Plus in Arizona and it made my decision easy.

This Best Western Plus in Burleson was the best hotel experience of my life, here in the States or Europe. We were on the ground floor, not far from the lobby and elevator, and it was unbelievably quiet. Some guests had children, some had pets, and some had children and pets. It was so quiet that it felt like we were the only two people in the place. If I win the lottery I am going to live here!

Never knew that this hotel was there but it was nice and clean. The check in process was Fast and they provide a good service. I would definitely stay here again. The money was well spent and the beds are comfortable

Went to Burleson for a Grandsons wedding. Overall the hotel was good, just a few issues with the facility. They were doing some remodeling and the exersize room was not available. Not that easy to get to from the freeway. There is a great walking path right by the hotel.

It was very quiet and satisfying during the stay. No loud noises or disturbances. Just alarming that there was 3 police vehicles in the front drive...Check in was great.and no questions when I asked if she could add my nights to the Best Western Rewards.

My recent stay was disappointing. We stayed two evenings mid-April 2017 and had difficulties with the room the last evening that were not resolved and Management was indifferent the following morning upon checkout. The room was clean and typically consistent with other Best Westerns, therefore nice. Second evening we returned late, after 10pm, and the air-conditioning unit (unit that resides below the window in the room) would not run. I asked the front-desk for help not expecting any effort but the front desk employee did come to the room to work "her tricks" as she indicated. All she did was reset the breaker on the side of the unit, it worked for about 3 minutes until she left. I repeated this over and over and over. She had no other solutions and there is no Maintenance employee that could help and she would just "tell Management". So, uncomfortable evening sleeping hot in Texas. On check out I advised the Hotel Manager, he was not aware of any issue and he was certainly disinterested in our issue and unwilling to offer any discounts for the lack of functioning AC. He acted like he couldn't care less or did not believe me. I will not be back to this hotel.

Unimpressive. A King suite offers no division between main sleep area bedroom and rest of room. Basically only slightly larger with a cheap sofa and table wedged in. Disappointing service and "hot breakfast." For 100.00 per night in this location, poor value.

Staff was extremely professional and willing to help. The General Manager went above and beyond in helping us change our reservations to fit our needs. He also called to confirm our stay and make sure keys were ready for our large group.

I prefer BW because of the quality of service. This was a huge disappointment. It is pet friendly for animals less than 80lbs and that is their saving grace. I did not have pets with me at the time, but would consider using it because of my pets. Otherwise the service wasn't very good. :/

Spent the weekend here for a quick get away from home. Motel staff were excellent and very professional. They do allow pets with a small pet deposit which is great for us, we have a toy poodle that is 16 and goes anywhere with us. When I told them we had our poodle with us we were given a room at one of the side doors so it would be easy taking her out.

This hotel was directly off the freeway with the negative connotations associated. As I entered the building I was stunned at the beautiful layout, comfortable temperature and smiling clerk. I was greeted promptly and all accommodations were excellent. Loved the interpersonal experience and the hotel accommodations were amazing. This was by far the best experience in a hotel this year, an I travel a lot with overnight stays close to 100 days a year.

The wife and I began our trip in College Station, Tx that morning then did the antique circuit stopping in Waco that afternoon. We needed a break and great night of rest before heading home. This place fit the plan perfectly with its great location, wonderful room, quietness, and a great price.

Stacy is a five star professional! She is very informative of the area and places to go and enjoy the stay, She even remembers if you have stayed there before and knows your likes! Sweetest staff member you will ever meet!

Horrible experience a waste money went to swim and hot tub neither worked after I was told they did. When I voiced my opinion about it i was ignored. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unprofessional.

We were on our way to San Antonio & just staying the night on our way. Checked in @ 9pm. Nice clean hotel with 3 floors. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Got in the hot tub for a little while. Nice indoor pool. Would stay here again. Great value & amenities.

All of the staff are fantastic and helpful. This property is very updated and nicely decorated. The breakfast is super. Nicely located off I-35 and near gas stations and restaurants. Do not hesitate to stay here!!!

I recently spent a week at the Burleson Inn & Suites Best Western Plus. They did not disappoint. The room was great the staff superb and the experience second to none. This is a great hotel. Hot Breakfast with an inviting entry. Friendly staff. Clean (no odors) Comfortable Bed. Separate tub and toilet area so the mirror and sink had access while someone was in the shower etc... Roomy with a plenty of area to spread out.

Room was ok. Bed was pretty comfortable. Staff was fairly friendly. The only thing I hated about this hotel was that on some floors they allow smoking. Even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, whenever there is smoking allowed in the building, after a while it penetrates the walls and ends up having a "musty-smokey" smell. The breakfast was ok but whoever made the eggs that morning put WAY too much salt in them! Other than that, If your looking for a decent place to stay for a night or two, this hotel will do the job.

Normally the rooms are good but this one had a bad smell to it which put us off staying an extra night. Everything else was normal, good breakfast, wi fi, parking and lifts. The rooms seem to be fairly noisy with a lot of door banging.

Nice hotel with easy access from interstates. We stayed 2 nights, and explored Dallas - Fort Worth area. Lot of things to do, and we could have use one day more. Nice big rooms, and friendly staff. Internet and everything worked fine. Good breakfast.

You want clean rooms, a fair price and friendly service, this is the place to stay, The breakfast is fresh hot and good, the coffee is the same. I stay here overtime I come to Fort Worth area. The AC is a bit on the loud side, and the bathroom light shines into the closet door mirror, which in turn shines into the room. I understand this will be changed soon. All in all, a good deal. Not the cheapest, but worth it overall.It's a bit of a roundabout to get to the hotel itself, but once you find it, it's easy. And there is a great walking trail right by the hotel.

I recently stayed for several weeks at this hotel with my wife and a dog as part of a relocation to the area. There were several good things about the hotel. * Location. While there was only a pretty good Mexican restaurant withing walking distance from the hotel, there was virtually everything you can think of within 7 - 8 minutes drive once you know where things are. * Hotel staff. Almost all of the hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. * Rooms. Nice, not five star, but comfortable rooms that the were kept clean by the staff. Things that could have made the stay better included *The internet service was inconsistent and its performance annoying. The coverage was spotty. (I had to change rooms at one point because the signal was so weak). When there is a technical problem other than the password that changes weekly you have to call (not the hotel staff) and go through their outsourced customer support. You call for IT support at work? Well, it's probably worse than that. The customer support asked me to have the hotel manager call them to fix an issue because they couldn't reach them! The system routinely disconnects and causes you to log in again. If I knew it was this bad I probably would have not stayed there on an extended stay! 2. Change in management caused inconsistencies in the "little" things. The hotel offered several "little things" such as fresh cookies in the evening. Good right? But after my first week there management changed and the cookies were there at different times, or not at all on some nights. The complimentary hot breakfast changed items to smaller items like smaller fruit, 4 ounce water bottles with the bag breakfast, and other things so that it didn't seem as nice. In the case of a 4 ounce bottle of water with the bag breakfast, jit wasn't just not as nice, it was inadequate. (Try eating the granola bar provided in the bag and washing it down with the 4 ounce water.) *The hotel was "pet friendly" but other than letting you keep the pet there wasn't much about the property itself that was dog friendly. You could walk the dog in the small green areas around the hotel but it wasn't much of a walk and it wasn't set up for a dog to do their "business" and keep clean. Lots of nice things about the hotel but working on a few things could make it a "best" Western.

Nice place tucked away, but very close to freeway, dining, and shopping. The hotel was very cool so was my room. It was hot the week of my stay. The internet in my room worked well for business. The staff is very courteous and caring.

The hotel was easy to get to it was just off of the interstate. Check in went very smooth the young lady at the front counter was extremely friendly. The property was very clean. The room was very spacious and clean. The rooms were very quiet. The water in the indoor pool was actually warm. The breakfast choices were great with plenty of items to choose from. We will stay here again if in this area again.

As we often do, my wife and I wanted a night away. Over the last several months we've checked out the Hampton here in town… excellent… and the Holiday Inn Express… not so excellent… and now the Best Western. I'm trying to check out all the upper tier hotels in Burleson in an attempt to find the one I like best and then I can just make a reservation there when I want a night away… no thought required. When I went to check in about 3:30, a half-hour or so after check-in, my room was still not ready. After heeing and hawing and checking with housekeeping staff, the front desk staff finally decided to move me to another King Suite that was already clean. I worked in a resort hotel environment for years and there is a problem when your back to back cleans are not done by check-in time. This is not a large hotel. When we checked in, the room was clean. We used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed both immensely. Both seemed clean and well maintained. Problem number one arose about bedtime. I realized that the AC was not working as it should. Even though I had it on 70… and eventually 68… and cool, it kept shutting off and stayed stuffy in the room. I probably should have called the front desk, but it was late and I know the hotel was fully booked and it seemed a bit pointless to stress out the girl at the front desk over something she had no control over. Thank God it was a fairly cool night and the AC worked enough… intermittently… to make it halfway comfortable. Problem number two popped up in the middle of the night. Although it was just my wife and I, I always rent a suite or something with two beds because I tend to snore. In the middle of the night, I got up to pull out the sofa sleeper and discovered that there were no linens or pillow in the sofa sleeper whatsoever. I ended up having to pull the top sheet off the bed and use it as both a bottom sheet and a top sheet. Additionally, the mattress was very uncomfortable and sleeper mechanism was tweaked. I ended up sleeping with my feet downhill. Strike three was a lousy breakfast. The hot portion consisted of powdered eggs and prepackaged diced potatoes. Neither was appealing. I didn't try the sausages. There were the usual offerings like cereal and pastries and yogurt and waffles from a waffle maker. Perhaps it seems like I'm nitpicking, but so many hotels all charge roughly the same price, so the amenities and attention to detail should be the same. If one doesn't want to be held to the same standard, they shouldn't charge the same price.

This is a nice little hotel with easy access off IH35 W. Property was clean and breakfast good. Best in this small "cluster" of hotels off Exit 36. Hotel appears built within last 3-4 years at most. Everything was clean and fresh. Honored AAA rate which was even better.

Great place !! Booked very late , driving cross country , got great rate . Check in was easy . Huge king size bed ! Large room and very clean ! We missed the free breakfast but we got a great nights sleep!! Friendly staff ! We would stay here again. Thank for the great sleep ??

I've stayed here several days and have been very happy with the room and the courtesy of the check in staff. The breakfast items change daily but always having waffles. You can't go wrong staying here considering the value ... win win for me.

This hotel has an excellent staff, very friendly and courteous. The rooms are so clean and well furnished. It was so quiet in the hotel that we actually overslept. The breakfast was included and was really good.

Everything was great. Our room was beside the elevator which caused some concern about noise but the room was quiet and we were not disturbed. The location was convenient to the interstate and local restaurants. Good choices at breakfast. The breakfast area was clean. I would recommend this location.

Arrived in town and tried to check-in and no rooms were available. It was 2pm and check-in was 3pm. Thought maybe they would have a room ready, most hotels do. I just had to return a hour later at check-in time to get a room. No problem, Just went sight seeing.

Well, I LIVE in Burleson and come HERE to stay when I need to get away to a comfy, quiet and clean place to re-energize! I'm a busy Grandmother that never stops! When I'm outta fuel....I book a couple nights SOLO to sleep, read, SLEEP and just be quiet for a minute!! The rooms are SO NICE! Clean bathrooms, welcoming and comfortable beds.... COLD AC, chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon/evening. I bring my own wine and coffee creamer to keep in my mini fridge and with a coffee pot and microwave in my room as well......I'm totally taken care of! I've NEVER seen bugs in any room and I've stayed here for years. However, if I did, it wouldn't make me state this hotel was dirty or old. It's backed up to a nature trail!! That means woods and trees and grass and dirt......... and little buggy creatures! I personally love it's location close to nature, so I'd understand. But, that said, my stays have ALL been wonderful. I stay here 2 or 3 times a year!! We've also brought our grandkids 2 or 3 other times so they could swim in the pool in the winter since its got an indoor pool, they love it too! That's the only time I've actually seen the breakfast, since I don't eat it when I'm SOLO. It was very nice and plentiful. My family and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The rooms are roomy and spacious. The bathrooms are very clean. I would stay again. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a big help with a family of four.

This was our second and probably last stay at this hotel. It has "gone down" in quality since our last stay. Roach in room and dirty washcloth in bathtub upon check-in. Outside area needed mowing. The staff although friendly enough, did not look professional. Some of the maintenance of the area/rooms looked kind of sloppy and the cleanliness of the room seemed lacking in some ways...floor and area around the tub seemed it needed more cleaning.

The indoor pool and hot tub are well taken care of and at just the right temps! Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good too. The staff makes chocolate chip cookies for a night time snack.

Nice place, tucked away, but close to freeway and plenty of shopping around. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast served, breakfast bags for those of us on the go, and a gym. I like to exercise and have a hot breakfast so I was very happy with BW Burleson. The staff was very nice, day & night. It was hot that week and my room was very cool. AC and internet worked well.

This is my fourth stay at this motel and was probably not the best. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is relatively quiet. What needs attention is breakfast! In a location where there are not really many alternatives, I found the morning meals to be unattractive. Both mornings the offerings looked more like leftovers than fresh breakfast. It's a minor offense but, as I said there are no easy alternatives in the area.

I have stayed in this hotel for several years. The staff are pleasant but no longer appear or behave very professional. During my last stay, there were bugs running across the counters, no hot water for showering (barely room temperature), the floor of the tub needed to be refinished. This hotel needs to be updated and up the quality of staff and services. There are much higher quality hotels in the area of similar price that are cleaner, more modern, more comfortable, better breakfast, more professional staff..

The cleanest room I've ever stayed in and that is a lot. It was like your neat-freak Mom cleaned the room for her most special guests; which is how every hotel room anywhere should be. So clean. The pool was immaculate as was the large breakfast which included many items and a very friendly breakfast host. No need to stay in expensive downtown Fort Worth, it's only 15 minutes north on the 35 from this hotel. I love this BW and will be back.

This staff are courteous, the rooms are big enough to accommodate an electronic scooter without it being in the way, all the plug-ins work and are easily accessible, the appliances in the room work beautifully, the vending/ice areas are clean and everything is in working order, and most of all the breakfast was delicious. This place is located right of Interstate 35 West going toward Ft. Worth - very convenient and very easy access for the handicapped.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and nice rooms. Very modern and well decorated throughout. Service was very friendly. Hotel is far enough from the main roads to be quiet but close enough for easy access. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay with kids, friendly staff, good breakfast variety. Exercise room was clean and well equipped. Indoor pool very small but correct temperature and Relaxing hot jacuzzi tub. I would recommend this hotel.

Easy access to freeway. Walkway very close to hotel so you can easily do walking exercise. Pleasant spacious rooms that makes the stay very comfortable. Facility is well maintained and the front desk staff are friendly and remember guests when returning on another trip months later. Very nice!

Generally pretty good hotel with smoking rooms and I noticed they accommodate pets. Plenty of kids on weekends doing sports stuff. So a little bit of kids running around and a little bit of dog barks, but never had a problem sleeping ok. Friendly place. Wish there was a phone charging outlet on the nightstand and you could have the AC on COOL and have the fan ON at the same time. Otherwise, pretty satisfied.

I did not receive the reservations I made and staff acted like it was my fault. I was greeted with a frown that did not disappear during the check in. My reservation was changed online to look as if I received what I reserved.

Use to live close and have to come back for business frequently. When I can't bunk in with friends, usually stay in Joshua at another motel because of cost. this time I tried this place, which I have seen for years. Cost was actually cheaper than the other in Joshua; staff was very accomodating and the room was fine. Will use this from now on.

A bunch of small issues have led to us never staying there again. Dirty bathtub, temperature controlled pool was too cold, rude staff, stale breakfast, a/c not working properly, horribly uncomfortable baby bed, and refusing to give us 6 towels even though we had 6 people booked in our room. Won't be back to this Best Western again.

Great amenities at a reasonable price, with access to plenty of restaurants. We were staying for a funeral unfortunately, but the ease of staying here made the experience more comfortable. I stay at Best Westerns on several pleasure trips and always seem to be accommodated well. This BW in particular was very nice, with a Pool and Fitness area. They do allow pets, that can be bad and good. Found a couple of "gifts" in the hallway, staff took care of it immediately and were very apologetic, even though none of the staff left it there.. People...

Check in was horrible, I was using a "free" nights stay with my "rewards" points but was still charged on my credit card! Breakfast was ok, could have been cooked a few minutes longer though but the bed was a little to much on the hard side for me.

Very clean and family friendly. The pool was inside and our son loved it. We were surprised by the quality of breakfast. Eggs and potatoes for breakfast tacos. Coffee was excellent, too. If I had one complaint is that the rooms around us smelled like smoke and we were in a non-smoking room. It wasn't enough to make us move, though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be booking with Best Western again in the future.

We love staying here! I've never had any problems and the prices are very reasonable. We also love the points program that's offered with every stay. We always reach enough to have free nights every few months.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for an Easter staycation while visiting family. We do these a few times a year really for the kids so they can swim at the hotel pools. While we loved the size of the rooms and the breakfast was nice (the eggs were not the nasty powder eggs some hotels serve), we were disappointed in pool. It was far too cold. We did complain to the front desk and was told the temp was kept at 70 something degrees. We also pointed out that the hot tub temp showed too high (115) even though it didn't feel 115 and maybe their thermostat was off? She said she wasn't sure and so we didn't get to really use the pool for this reason. We did like the hot tub but that wasn't as much fun for the kids of course. Also the wifi was spotty and we had some issues with our bill. So for us since the pool is our main attraction we won't be coming back.

Great Hotel off I-35, just outside of Ft Worth, Texas. Good location if you are traveling through or if visiting Ft. Worth (Convection Center et al). Easy to get on/off Interstate. Large rooms and excellent breakfast.

Nice!!! This hotel wins the best hotel bed award! (Seems many hotels have hard beds nowadays.) Hubby just had back surgery and even he gives it a thumbs up! The Continental breakfast had choices... eggs, potatos, bacon, fruit, 4 cereals, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, and waffles of course! Clean area! Rooms are nice and spacious. Shower water pressure is super! No wimpy showers here. Staff is super helpful and friendly!

Great place for young and old. We went as two families from ages 8 to 16, and they along with us adults enjoyed our stay. We stayed from March 12th. to the 16th. The most outstanding thing about the park is the staff. From the staff who supervised the bounce houses, the paint ball, the laser tag,the inside activities, the snack bar, which is pretty good, the grounds keepers, and the behind the counter check in, check out staff. They could not of been nicer or more helpful. Nothing can ruin a stay quicker than an unfriendly grumpy not caring staff, and I must say that was not the case here at NYJP. Thanks for a great stay.

This place needs a manager who cares about getting the staff to clean the place. The elevator walls has spillage on them and the carpet is filthy as are the hallways. The room was fairly clean, and the breakfast was very good and the girl looking after it was excellent! Get the place cleaned up!!!!

First of all, I made a mistake booking. I booked Sunday into Monday.. When I meant to book Sat into Sunday. I called right away to advise my error. This was at 2pm. Check in time is 3, but I was told no refunds with a cancel 24 hours or less in advance! Even though, it was 25 hours..Who's counting. So right off the bat, I was a little put off. Ended up staying two nights!! So, the Carpet in elevator was filthy! The Hot tub smelled like dirty laundry soap, and the pool was cold! The second day, we left about 11am, Clerk asked if we needed housekeeping. We said sure. Came back 6 hours later, Room never touched. Oh well. The place was quiet and the rooms were clean. I would stay again, but expect a little more from Best Western.

Having never stayed at a "Best Western Plus " hotel prior to this occasion, I was greatly (and pleasantly) surprised by the iverall quality of everything about this property - the grounds, the staff, the rooms, the amenities, etc. i chose this proerty, primarily, because of its location (business trip), but all of the added, above-mentioned elements were a welcome surprise.

The staff members were courteous and professional. They made restaurant recommendations and helped us out with numerous requests. The breakfast was tasty and the location was good, with easy access to downtown Fort Worth.

The facility was very clean. The staff were very friendly and received any request of ours with a smile. We had a problem with our iron and they gave us a new one out of the box. The bed was comfortable my only complaint was the blankets are thin.

Silly me, I reserved the wrong night for the hotel but the front desk clerk was able to fix the issue and get me into a room for the night. It was my mistake, not his, but he got me fixed up and the room overall was great. The only glitch was the hair dryer not working in the morning. I will start checking those upon arrival from now on. I let the front desk know upon checkout and they said they'd get maintenance on it. This was a business trip for me, so amenities weren't necessary but the breakfast did smell good in the morning.

The rooms were fine and the staff was friendly but the high speed internet never worked. I kept getting excuses but was worthless. I would return if they fix the internet because that was my only real complaint.

This hotel is one of the best best western chain. It looks like recently opened and higher standard. Everything were cleaned . Staff were excellent. As usual in best western: free parking, free wifi, free v.good breakfast. What do i need more. Thank you best western

We checked in, only to find our room was not even close to being ready (linens piled up in a heap on the bed, trash in the middle of the room, etc). Lugged all our stuff back to the desk, got re-assigned to a new room. Room was ok. We were short a towel and hand towel, but whatever. The pool was not fabulous. The hot tub was not hot. There were no towels in the pool area, either, and we had to go request towels. The hall smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but our room (non-smoking) only had a faint smoke smell. Not wonderful. Wi-fi code didn't work, had to contact the desk again, and the service was sporadic.

Great stay,beds were comfortable, no smells or strange smoke odors, room was clean. Slept comfortably. No unwanted noises, and it was New Year's Eve night we stayed it was very peaceful. Breakfast was good as well.

the bed was a bit hard, pillows were good. bathroom was very clean the breakfast area needed a new toaster as it was not working properly nor was it clean, however all other areas were clean there were only 2 types of tea, so if you drink it bring your favorite staff and room were good

This was the best stay at a Hotel that we have ever experienced! The hotel was clean and nice and the staff was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! We come to Texas to visit family numerous times during the year and we will always stay at this hotel from now on. The staff went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed even if it was more than they usually would have to do for someone. My 82 year old mother was with us and has not traveled in many years. She was amazed at how great the service was as well. Again Thank You for a wonderful experience!!!!!

Had to plan a last minute overnight trip to Burleson and got a good deal so we stayed here. Convenient to the freeway and where we needed to be as well as shopping and restaurants. Building and landscaping seemed well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room/junior suite was huge and well appointed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Sitting area was comfortable and a nice place to relax instead of having to be in bed. Large full length mirror conceals a good sized closet. Bathroom was clean, and well looked after. The hotel did offer a free breakfast but we chose to go eat at a local place up to road called "Our Place "(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) instead. The worst thing we encountered while here was that the buildings outside lights cast a glow in the room at night. For the dollar value and quality, it's very much recommended.

This is our 18th stay at this hotel, our son lives close by and we really love this hotel.We really like the beds they are so comfortable, the pillows are some of the best. We always try to stay at Best Western because we know we will have a great and enjoyable stay.

I have stayed at several of the other hotels around our city. I know it seems odd to some to stay so close to home but we have 3 grown children who live at home so every once in a while, my husband and I will leave home for the night and the Best Western will be our only choice from now on!! Very clean inside and out, beautiful building and rooms, very large and accommodating. The night before my daughter got married, her daddy and I stayed with her in a room with a king sized bed and a sofa bed. We all slept comfortably and had all our needs carefully met! the check in staff is friendlier than the overnight staff but overall it was an excellent experience once again! <3

Extremely clean hotel, accommodating staff, lovely smell throughout and really comfy beds. The staff was outstanding as well as the continental breakfast. With three large teenage men and myself we were very comfortable in 2 queen beds. Room had microwave, small refrigerator and large plasma tv. Will stay here again!

The rooms were very comfortable large bathrooms and clean. Hotel was close to highway about 15 min from Ft Worth and 30 from Dallas more out of town but when it's $70 vs $300 its worth the 25 min drive. Nice walking path behind hotel about a 4 mile walk. Close to dining. Really nice friendly staff. Great free breakfast in the morning different variety each day.

I have stayed at this hotel since it opened back almost 8 years ago. It is easy access, clean, somewhat quiet, good beds and a great price. The ONLY thing I dislike is they are pet friendly and for people like me who suffer from pet allergies it is risky to sleep in a room where a animal has been. There is NO way to rid it of dander with a normal cleaning so I wish they had pet rooms and NO PET rooms. This would almost insure no allergy attacks. I will consider more options next time in Burleson TX.

My family and I stay at this hotel every time we are in Fort Worth area. We tried a few other hotels in this price range - and 'no thank you'! I prefer the Best Western PLUS Burleson to other hotels in the price range. The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and caring.

Everything was nice and clean. Everyone on the staff that we came in contact with was helpful. The "full hot breakfast" promise was definitely true. The internet was a little slow, but that wasn't a problem. Would recommend this Best Western to anyone who stays in this area.

This motel has a wonderful and accommodating staff. I would like to compliment Jessica for the extra service she provided us during our journey. She allowed an early check in and she placed our freezer items in the motel;s freezer for the night allowing our coolers to stay cold the next day. The motel also has a wonderful full breakfast and great beds to sleep on. Give them a try.

Hotel cleanliness was lacking. Key card machine wasn't working. Had to be walked to our room, Didn't tell us til after checked in. I have stayed here before and it was great .maybe changed owners. I will look elsewhere next time.

I booked several rooms at this hotel for a large family birthday party. We were concerned about a good deal, but wanted somewhere safe and clean. We got both. The staff was great. The only negative I could say is that their work out room left much to be desired. There was only 2-3 machines in a tiny room. It worked well enough for my husband though

Very nice hotel with spacious room, clean and comfortable bed. Well appointed hotel we had a couch in the room that was comfortable. Would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Guest service was friendly.
