This was a fantastic find in the Chicago area. One a week where I couldn't find any other hotels for under $150 per night, I was able to find this gem for under $100 per night. The biggest surprise is it was one of my favorite chains, Best Western. This place did not disappoint. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The property was next to a couple of truck stops, but was very quiet and me and my family never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in the Chicago area. The only negative has nothing to do with the hotel, unless they can figure out how to make traffic into and out of downtown better :).
This place is very nice an the people are very, very friendly. If I could I'd give them 10 stars. Very clean place with awesome staff. Next door is a truck stop with restaurant an awesome food. I know where I will be staying anytime I'm in the area again.

The front desk was so helpful, they accommodated all my needs. The room smelled amazing, the hallway also. From experience I'd definitely be coming back. 10/10 definitely worth the price. Quality over quantity. The location is near lots of things to do family, or even on your own.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it's easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while. From the moment I walked through the doors, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-tier.
The upgrade of the place looks amazing. Always great service and rooms always clean. Staff very professional. That's, why i always come here when im in Illinois. Wish I could give more stars.

An excellent place to stay—everything is very clean. It is a quiet area, and the administration provides wonderful service; they are very humble people. The breakfasts are delicious and everything is fresh. Everything you need is close by, such as shops and restaurants.

location is surrounded by a lot of stuff to do. The staff was extremely nice during my stay while my semi was in the shop. The rooms were nice a clean with bath tubs which is a plus. Atmosphere is a very warm feeling for winter weather. Plenty of truckers come through here and is no loud noises while in ur room. This is my 5th time staying here. Also, the owner is really nice and tries to help you

The location of this hotel is amazing. The atmosphere is calm and reserved so it's great for someone who need a relaxed place to stay. Our room was gorgeous especially the hot tub which was wonderful. My wife and I loved how they helped us and our wedding party in a great wedding block. Very clean and great value.

This hotel falsely accused me and my friends of smoking in our room after the shower wouldn't drain and left dirt residue in the bottom of the tub, claiming it was ash.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared to be recently renovated, and the rooms were super clean. It was a good place to get a good night's rest on our way out of Chicago.

There is a lot of attention to detail in the setup and design of the rooms. Lobby is really aestetically pleasing and staff very frendly, welcoming and professional. I do belive it value for momey and would definitely recommend and look forward to future stays.

Clean and comfortable. I would have given a five rating if the bathroom door didn't have closing issues. Staff were friendly and efficient at both check in and out. It was nice to catch laundry up as they have the facilities on site. Just 5 minutes away is the famous Route 66 “White Fence Farm” restaurant serving up their signature chicken dinner. Highly recommend having dinner here.
The accommodation was pleasant and tidy during our six nights there. I would suggest the hotel, albeit there are pros and cons: Pros: spotless, pleasant atmosphere, friendly client service, wifi and coffee 24/7 Cons: They don't refill anything during breakfast, which is from 6:30am to 9:30am, if your early only then you might have more options. Once when I inquired about room service, the elderly receptionist was rude to me telling me that it cleans every other day even though it wasn't stated anywhere. She told me that I can take trash bags and leave the trash outside the room, which was fine but she could have been polite. Other thing is that you have to ask for and go to the desk to receive fresh coffee sachets and cups because room service doesn't provide them. My point of view is that staying in a hotel is pointless if I have to do everything myself.
My one night stay at Ramada was great. Clean rooms really comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I can really appreciate that... I must say that I would definitely stop back in Bolingbrook and choose the Ramada
Location was not close to any resturants and not in a walkable area. BUT the staff is amazing and the rooms were renovated and clean.
