The hotel is located in a very quiet and green location. Rooms are 50sqm apartments equipped with a small kitchen, living area and big balcony with beautiful view on the garden. Free of charge Wi-Fi, parking and Sauna. The Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is at walking distance to Rottal Terme, Bad Birnbach downtown where you can find restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff is very friendly, you are welcomed with a smile and you will leave with a smile. We will surely come back again and suggest this hotel!

Was staying in September 2016. Quite and spacious apartment with kitchen and dishwashing machine. Great terrace and view. Clean and tidy room. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Breakfast was included. Nice service. During the late hours self check-in.

Hotel is very nice Large rooms with own Balcony. Hotel is in a very quiet area with no street noise. Unfortunately no Restaurant open in the evening however only a very short walk into town ca 5-10 Mins where there are a few Restaurants to choose from. Mini bar and Cooking is also possible in rooms.

We stayed two nights in a family room which was huge and really well arranged - my kids and my wife enjoyed the great location and the facilities. The in-house sauna was very clean and pretty new - sufficient free of charge parking available in front of the hotel - walking distance to thermal bathes and restaurants / shops in downtown. Breakfast was well presented and delicious - all staff was friendly and always supportive. In a nutshell: Perfect holidays ... And one location to come back.
