This is my go to accommodation in Townsville. This is where I feel safe and can park my car and know that it to will be safe. The accommodation is always as it is described and never disapoints. Great value for money and even has the most amazing pool and spar. Its clean and also very quiet which is important for me.

An excellent hotel for business travellers with excellent kitchen facilities, table and chairs, good bathroom, plenty of space and overall, a nice comfortable room in a great location. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the internet was not great and I had to use my phone as a hotspot. Such a shame as I really like this hotel.

Staff were very friendly. Good facilities. The pool is amazing! Nice location. Full room service was great. Walking distance to grocery store.

Clean room, great air conditioning, nice and quiet, friendly staff all with a good price. It's not the ritz but it's definitely a great place to stay.

We stayed in room 123. It is a lovely room which is just a few steps from the pool and a grassed area up the where there is a slide and a place for your dog to play ball. The staff are lovely and helpful and always willing to stop and say hello.

Great hotel - the pool is really resort style. Hotel is close to all city amenities. Woolies close by. Lots of restaurants. Large sporting club within two blocks. The cafe/restaurant downstairs opens very early for coffee lovers and breakfast.

1st time at this motel – absolutely excellent quality of service, room was spotlessly clean and well presented. – Staff were brilliant and friendly – the stay was an absolute pleasure– Fully intend to rebook on my next visit to Townsville and have recommended this establishment to numerous colleagues.

The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful with her directions and recommendations. She was also very kind and understanding when I accidentally spilled pressed powder on the carpet in the room. A great central place to stay and beautiful pool area.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the family room. The bedding was soft and inviting. Plenty of distractions for everyone. Amenities were very clean. Couldn't hear any of the other guests. So peaceful and tranquil. The staff were highly helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this establishment as a place to stay in Townsville. Look forward to staying here again with my family.

It has been unreal every time I stay at The City Oasis. Friendly staff, and always come back to a tidy room.

Really nice area and loved the Spa and Pool. Great time. Will definitely be back with our children in the future.
