SureStay by Best Western Twin Falls

I've stayed here twice now and I wholeheartedly recommend it. There is an abundance of paved large vehicle parking and that's what sold me on this hotel initially. The rooms are clean and quiet. I used the laundry and the laundry area was bright and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. I did not partake in the breakfast offering so I cannot speak to that. I will definitely stay here again.

Good value when staying with pets. Not too much extra. Can be noisy at times. Keep door keys FAR away from magnets. Will erase info really easy. Key in hand, phone in pocket. From exterior door to room with key in hand and the key no longer works.

Very reasonable rates for a basic but well kept hotel with everything very clean and in working order. Breakfast, hair dryer, iron/board, microwave, fridge, cable tv. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Not fancy but excellent customer service. The rooms are a little smaller and the fixtures are older but it is very clean and comfortable. They do have a pretty descent breakfast for the price. Traveling alone that is all I need. Very good.

I like staying here as they have truck and trailer parking. For being on the main drag, it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are always clean and meet my expectations. The breakfast that is provided is good and plentiful with good choices. The price is very reasonable. Love staying here.

We had a situation come up and needed a place to stay for an extended period of time. The front desk was great for helping us come up with a solution. I appreciate the communication to help with this situation when I was traveling. We were able to set up payment and length of stay with ease.

Clean rooms and the staff was friendly. Our room was on first floor and the sink was mounted really low at approximately 26” high. Kinda odd but overall the bed was clean and comfy for our 1 night stay.

I brought some kids to stay at a place we stayed before. The value has always good but in this case there was issues with the air conditioner repair that would go on and off all night which was really loud and a week is up several times during the night everybody however, was really nice and the breakfast was set up in a nice way and we didn't have to wait. Lots of options and the room was clean.

Very clean rooms and plenty of parking. Very appreciative of the trailer parking in back. You have to go through town a little ways to access but it's not bad. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean and nice with the usual amenities. Breakfast was good with the usual fare. Rate was about normal. Only issue was there is no elevator to access the 3rd floor, so if you aren't able to climb lots of stairs, be sure to note in your reservation you need a lower-floor room.

Nice, basic room. Clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and breakfast selection was good. Good price. Staff helpful. Internet connection was poor in the room and had to switch back to cellular. Would recommend.

Decent Room , reasonable price for area - Internet was a little slow , but we were tired so it didn't really upset me! AC worked , everything was a Best Western No Problem stay .. We didn't wait around for breakfast

The room is extremely small and you can hear everything in the hall. The breakfast bar is in the lobby and not very much food is offered, the tables to eat are right at the check in desk. The bed or the top sheet has dust mites that bit me and caused me to have a massive allergic reaction. We will not return to this hotel.

Terrible property Bed was really bad, felt and looked like a modified sofa hide a bed complete with the squeaky metal frame and terrible mattress.staff were condescending didn't care to even remove snow from the handicap parking and entrance to the building.

I stay here because of the friendly staff and how they do everything they can to make sure you are happy and satisfied and have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, it's easy access and parking.

Really enjoy my stay, the entire staff is friendly and do their absolute best in trying to accommodate your needs in a timely fashion. The room was very clean and recently remodeled. Great job to all !!!

Even the dog thought this place was a dump. Metal bed frames that creak, no water at the sink. TV worked intermitted, and when I asked the front desk person about it, she just shrugged. Mattresses were of low quality, room overall was worth about $40, we paid $129. Would never stay here again.

It is a basic hotel but very comfortable and fairly quiet. The staff is excellent. The breakfast again is basic but adequate. Overall very good stay. I would go back and if you don't need fancy this works great.

The staff at this hotel go the extra mile and are among the most genuinely friendly and helpful people we've ever encountered in our travels. The breakfast offers some of the best waffles we've had in similar hotels and great coffee. The lobby has a filtered water machine, and staff encouraged us to fill our water bottles. I found it quite acceptable. It definitely was not fancy but for the price it was a pretty good deal. The mattress was quite comfy and the heater was not too loud. The breakfast was nothing fancy but again good for the price.

The manager Lanai is great, all of the staff are very nice! Pet friendly with a very low pet fee and a wide variety for breakfast! Suits are very spacious a great deal for the area. The Mexican restaurant next door within walking distance was a great recommendation.

Room smelled stale; walls needed to be painted; spots on the walls. Hallways had stained carpet. Definitely seen better days. I was very tired, otherwise would have not accepted the room or changed hotels.

I chose the Sure Stayvoption to save a few dollars over the regular Best Western in Twin Falls. Big Mistske. The carpets in the public areas, corridors, etc., were dirty and spotted. My room had no remote for the TV so it was unusable. No help from the front desk. Windows in my room we're also very dirty.

We had no issues with our room - clean, spacious and a comfortable bed. Quiet air com which is always a bonus. I've only marked down a star because whilst the breakfast was varied and good, the buffet area is tiny and there were only four tables in reception. Perhaps it was because we were there on Labor Day, it was crowded, standing room only and people were taking food back to their rooms as there was nowhere to sit. We would stay there again but would hope that the breakfast area was improved.

It had everything, good service and reasonable price, plus the breakfast is just what you need, I would definitely stay there for the next time if the price still acceptable, for families with a budget.

Centrally located on main streets w easy access to attractions, restaurants & Winco market (24hrs) across the street. Room & common area are clean & well maintained. Staff are courteous and friendly. Enjoy the included breakfast with hot and cold items available, diy waffles are delicious!

Stayed here before with out much problem. This time people couldn't or wouldn't keep dogs quiet most of the night and early morning. Staff did nothing. Breakfast scrambled eggs are powdered, gross. Rest of breakfast was OK

No wifi available in my room. The room was one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in at best western. The recommended restaurant you get a discount for had poor service and food. On the plus side they say they have security cameras all around their property.

We stayyed here this past weekend. While this is a no frills kinda place, it is well situated and comfortable. There is no pool but the rooms are a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. The young man at check in was very friendly and had us in our room in no time at all. This is on one of the busier streets but our room as very quiet. The only complaint was the toilet-shower area was small and the toilet was too low slung for someone with new knees. The Wi-Fi was very slow as well. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Twin Falls area.

My son & I stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. It came with a mini-fridge and a microwave. The free breakfast each morning was way better than we had expected. They had scrambled eggs and sausages. There was a waffle-maker. Bagels & muffins. Fresh fruit & more! We ate heartily! Kudos, SureStay Staff!!

Made last minute reservations. This was the best dog friendly value we could find. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Breakfast was included and enough to satisfy us to start the day on the road. We'll be staying here again.

The gps sent me to the Best Western Plus which was bright and warm and maybe that's why my initial impression of the actual hotel was not fantastic. It was just very dark and didn't feel super welcoming. Check in guy was nice and knowledgeable though and we got settled in easily. Bathroom was ok, little shampoos we're just tossed in a pile on the back of toilet which didn't make me feel confident in the effort made to clean but bed was firm and comfortable.

Room was clean and quiet. Can't ask for much more than that. There were a lot of restaurants close by so plenty of choices for meals. A nice park close by to go for a walk afterwards. Book early or else not all discounts may be available.

We needed a bed for the night and a breakfast in the morning. We arrived late and were greeted by a friendly and helpful clerk. She got us checked in quickly and we were off to a comfortable quiet bed. Breakfast in the morning was everything you'd expect from Best Western.

Walls are paper thin, there are no elevators, there was stupid loud vacuuming above our heads at 8. A complete waste of money considering how loud it was, could hear neighbors buzzing alarm from 3:30 am to 4:30 am. After traveling all day and having to travel that morning, it was frustrating to pay them money when we horrible sleep.

Luv the reception and stayed a few times never a miss. Front desk always chatty and simply helpful. The other part is hotel is clean where as it should be, first thing I do when entering my room is smell the pillows, you'll be surprised that most big hotels wherever they are I'm thinking Silicon Valley at the moment, have about 3/4 pillows that actually radiate freshness, I would have to say 100% of the pillows here:)

On my way from Oregon to Utah to visit a friend I stopped here for the night to rest. The hotel was easy to get to off the interstate. At check in the clerk was very friendly and informative about breakfast. While the hotel looks a little old, it was clean and quiet. The main road in front of the hotel is busy all night but not noisy enough to bother my sleep. My room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. I got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, you could make a waffle, juice, I think there was yogurt and coffee. I'd definitely stay here again. The Mexican restaurant right across the street was good. I got it to go and ate in my room.

Overall the experience was not bad, We were traveling with two dogs as we are moving to Wyoming. The room was small, but worked for an overnight stay and back on the road. The price was competitive. The front desk staff was friendly and healthy. I would still stay at this hotel again

The room we stayed in was located next to the whirlpool room , had to listen too people turning whirlpool on and off ! Kids running around . Doors slamming and closing . Kids running in the hallway, Adults talking loudly in the hallway , no respect for others . Room smelled of Cigarette smoke from outside . A Commercial Truck parked in the parking lot with Headlights shinning in our window at Midnight for 10 mins .

Location is convenient. Clean and newly renovated. Breakfast though an add-on charge was worth it, convenient and freshly made. Bedding is good and firm. Limited breakfast eating area. We're lucky enough to have a table n 2 chairs in our room and we brought our breakfast back to room.

Although this place seems a little below the usual standards for a Best Western, our overnight stay was fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower was strong. The breakfast (hot breakfast) was adequate and the outdoor area was good for our dog. There is a very good Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot, which was a bonus. This place was not fancy, but was a good stop on our trip.

We have enjoyed our stay and our room is very comfortable. This room has a recliner which is great for my husband who has a bad back. The breakfast is better then some hotels but they do need a larger area for eating and getting the food.

This is not a fancy place but the customer service is fantastic. They do a descent breakfast. The rooms are clean and well stocked. The price is better for what is provided than others in the area that I have tried.

This hotel by far is one of the best for Customer Service!! They made me feel welcomed and important. All of the staff were smiling and very friendly when I was being helped. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Twin Falls!!

Great value and next to a very good Mexican Restaurant. While under rehab the quality of rooms still fair, beds are comfortable and will be very good when finished. They do need to improve the parking lot but don't let that deter you from the value for the money.

We were on a road trip and after a long day of travel checked in. We had a reservation and was given a third floor room as we had requested. Room 317. The first thing we noticed was the sink didn't drain. We left to get dinner and I got ready for bed. My husband took a shower and after he got out the entire bathroom smelled like sewerage. We left the fans on for several minutes and it never improved. We had to call and change rooms. That took a lot of trips since we didn't just have suitcases with us. The desk clerk had opened the new room for us. She must have used some type of security key. The next day we went to breakfast and couldn't shut the door from the outside. We had to get breakfast and eat it our room. We have another reservation coming up and I hope we get a better room. On the positive side, the room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was plentiful.

We arrived in Twin Falls at sunset, without a reservation, and were told by some of the cheaper motels they were "fully booked" (apparently they have switched to weekly rentals due to the housing crisis). But we had heard good things about the SureStay, and the rumors were true! The guy working the front desk was hurried but very professional. Our room smelled nice (neutral), the bed was firm, the heat already on, and everything clean. Even though they were busy, we had no problems with noise from neighboring rooms, and traffic noise was negligible. In the morning a sweet gal greeted us in the breakfast bar, which was fully stocked with real food, not the usual "Froot-Loops" junk. The price was quite reasonable and we got a really good nights rest. Many other motels (including higher priced ones) could learn from the Best Western folks. They have it dialed in.

We booked this hotel as relatives swear by Best Western hotels when they travel. We were looking for a cheap hotel for a one-night stay as we were traveling through Idaho. Upon check-in, the desk agent was very nice and outgoing. We were given a room on the first floor, which was all the way at the end of the hall, closest to the back entrance/exit. When we arrived to the room we noted that it wasn't as clean as we would have liked it. The couch in the room had stains on it, there were leaves and other debris on the floor in the bathroom, and the shower had black mold all around the hardware in the tub. The front part of the room where the bathroom, sink, and bed are located were nice and well lit, but the back half of the room was really open with an odd little couch and cheap-looking table and pair of chairs. It was very dark and dim in that half of the room with no additional lighting other than the window. It was like that half of the room as an afterthought and they threw some cheap furniture in to fill up the space. Since it was a one-night stay we weren't super concerned at the time. My husband decided to move our vehicle down towards the end of the building since it was closer for us to come and go from the back door. As he was approaching the back door he came upon what was obviously a drug deal in progress. Two men were exchanging something and money and took off fast as soon as they saw him. That should have been a sign of things to come that night. I had an athletic competition that day and was extremely tired we got back to our room before 9 PM and watched a movie for a couple of hours. We didn't notice anything unusual. Then, at about 11 PM when we were finally going to sleep, that is when we noticed an unusual amount of activity going in and out the back door of the hotel. This wouldn't have been an issue except for the fact that the exit door has a very loud screeching/squealing noise upon opening and again on closing and then the door slams shut. It's extremely loud. On top of this, there were people talking loudly in the hallway and in the stairwell at the same time - mostly women's voices, which created a horrible echo. At one point, you could hear a group gathered just outside our window talking loudly, revving engines for the better part of 15-20 minutes. All of these things combined made it almost impossible to sleep as people were coming and going every few minutes all the way to after 1 AM. It seemed rather unusual and made us wonder if this hotel was a center for various criminal activites. Then, despite the fact that the room is non-smoking, people were smoking just outside the back door. So, smoke was coming into the building and throughout various points in the night we were catching strong whiffs of cigarette smoke in the room. Then once it finally calmed down and we were able to kind of get to sleep, we were jerked awake at multiple points of the morning by a roaring sound and the rattling of the windows and the AC unit. Our guess is this was noise from when the AC finally kicked on at regular intervals but we were both too exhausted to get up to investigate. We were so exhausted from a truly horrible evening that we couldn't drag ourselves out of bed the next morning and ended up completely missing the free breakfast that was available, part of the reason we booked this specific hotel. We ended up getting on the road much later than we had anticipated. When we checked out, we informed the representative at the desk of all of the issues that we had the night prior and she seemed shocked and offended. She stated that they have never received a similar complaint to ours for rooms at that end of the hotel. She said she would let management know. She didn't offer any compensation and I finally had to ask if there was something she could do. She ended up giving us 2000 points on our Best Western loyalty account which we weren't sure how helpful that was. We likely will never stay at this hotel again. It had to be one of the worst nights we've spent at a hotel in quite some time. I took the manager's business card and reached out to her via email when we returned home. After 5 days, we have yet to receive a response.

It is a no frills hotel, clean and modern. The staff is wonderful!!!!!! Hot breakfast in the morning, and a church donated lunch one day, how about that! Ithis location does not have a pool, but also is super pet freindly.

This is an adequate option for those traveling on a budget (although it was pretty pricey for mid-August in a rather uninspiring town). It is a very basic motel on a noisy thoroughfare, so be sure to ask for a room that doesn't face the road. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, clientele is what you would expect at a two-star budget motel. Breakfast is also quite adequate with waffle maker, eggs made from a container, heated up sausage links, biscuits and gravy, bagels, and so forth. I probably would not stay here again, but for some reason, it was a very expensive time to stay in this town, so I chose this option as a place to sleep.

Being a BW Diamond Select Member we average 50 nights/year minimum, at Best Westerns. Having never stayed at a BW Sure Stay before, we still expected that a $130 night mid summer,that our experience would be something similar to our usual BW stays.This hotel is little more than a re-branded Super 8 - which it formerly was! On arrival it took 3 attempts to get access to our room because the electronic key would not work.Switched rooms-same problem! Needed to get a supervisor to use a master key to get into our room. The fault was the hotels' which had apparently mislabeled more than a few key cards,according to the supervisor. THEN... the internet connection was of poor quality-using SpeedTest the average ping was 64ms and download speed was consistently 0.97 MBPS or less (most BW average 5-7MBPS for their connection) Approx 1 out of 3 attempts to reach common websites failed. This occurred in late afternoon when the hotel was only partially occupied. Other negatives- I saw a sign about COVID ,however nothing at this facility appeared to be any different than it probably did in 2018. NONE of the staff were masked. Hotel webpage claims "Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; guests are provided with hand sanitizer; masks are required in public areas."THIS Statement is absolutely false on our July 23,2021 visit! Cofee maker has ONE pack of regular coffee. Other items (all pluses)- bed was firm to hard (which is OK by us). Room was clean,parking adequate to entrances.Part of the building is 3 floors .part 2 floors. No elevator. Surprisingly quiet in the backrooms in away from the main drag...upper floors towards the back Rms with 500 numbers. away from stairwell are quietest .Hotel is on a commercial drag, with stores and fast food joints-convenient for travelers. This is NOT a BW quality hotel,although it charges a premium, for little more than a name.We will not stay here again ,although we will be in the area for most of the remaining year-camping/hiking in NE NV.

We just needed a place to stay overnight; after a beer festival in town. This place was great for a no frills value of a room. Clean and comfortable, Breakfast was pretty good for the times we are dealing with. The beer festival was fun!

This hotel is perfect for what we needed. We just needed a clean quiet room and a clean shower. Everything was clean, checking was quick and the internet was fast. We did not use the breakfast services.

Sorry to report that the SureStay in Twin Falls is well below what one would expect from Best Western. This is the company's lowest level accommodation, so "just the basics" is just fine. In spite of very comfy beds, worn out fixtures, dirty corners, and ill-groomed, messy staff are unacceptable.

Waffles, eggs, sausages, etc for breakfast! Clean, neat rooms. Fridge does not have a freezer. Very pleasant hotel with polite staff. Central location not far from Shoshone Falls, Perrine Coulee Falls, Centennial Park and many restaurants.

This hotel was nice! We had stayed at other hotels during our vacation but this was the best ever. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The price was right and I was able to get a discount thru AAA AND a $20.00 gift card from best Western for another stay

This hotel was a decent affordable hotel while passing through Twin Falls. It is an older hotel, but the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The hotel is located on a busy street with access to many shops and restaurants. Depending on your arrival and departure times, you may hit some traffic. The hotel holds an extra $100 over the room price on your credit card upon check in. Not a huge deal and it is not included when your final charge goes through, but it is good to be aware of the policy. The reception staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy.

Twin Falls was our halfway mark for our trip. We stayed 2 times. Staff is great! Super friendly! It's a clean hotel. Breakfast is back up and running. The walls are thin so I don't suggest the first level by the entrance or where the breakfast is being set up. Pick upper level and you'll get great sleep! We will be back!

Very helpful staff. Nice to have a hot fresh breakfast. Great location close to good restaurants Nd other amenities. No elevator or lobby bathroom. Nice motel for the night or week for the price. enjoy watching the people jump off the bridge!

We have stayed in this hotel as a Super 8 several times. Nothing has changed except the name. It is good quality for the price. Next door to a delicious Mexican restaurant. No drinking and driving to worry about.

If you are cruising in and out of Twin Falls and just need a place to sleep, this hotel is average. The rooms were average, the check in was average, and the amenities average. Props to the housekeeping staff. The room was very clean.

There was an issue with the internet but also not pswd protected so some sites wouldn't load even after you waited 10 minutes to connect. Bed too hard for me but fine for him. Shower had very narrow high stream. No elevator but non pet rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floores

For the price, I don't really have any complaints. It was inexpensive, the room was clean, and the location was good for us. It even included a bag breakfast (plus frozen egg and sausage sandwiches we could heat in the microwave.) So, good bang-for-the-buck

Nice clean room. strong internet. tasty breakfast. Front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. Convenient location on the main thoroughfare to all the restaurants and shopping centers. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was a bag of sugar; OJ, pre-packaged pastry, and a "fit" bit whose second ingredient was sugar. (if I had wanted a pastry, I would have selected one from the counter.) I was placed in a "pet" room; I have severe allergies and am an asthmatic; I didn't sleep well at all. When I told the checkout clerk of my experience, she simply replied that, "Next time we'll put you on the second floor." There won't be a next time. I am a Best Western Elite member, only staying in BWs wherever I travel; this one fell way below standards.

The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The hotel did some great floor updates since the last time we stayed here. Room was clean and comfortable. We have dogs and its great that we are able to travel with them.

Extremely nice place to spend the night on a road trip! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly even late at night, the room was clean and it was quiet! Housekeeping was very pleasant when I saw them in the morning as well. I would highly recommend this Surestay to anyone traveling through Twin Falls. I believe it is a safe bet that this is the absolute best in the price range.

Facility was very clean, quiet and had semi-truck parking. Staff very polite and professional and knowledgeable about surrounding area for things to do as well as recommendations for places to eat. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hard-working staff did an excellent job of providing a clean room, servicing it, and keeping the rest of the building clean. Bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. Hotel has no elevator but the flights of stairs are short for the upper floors. If you like healthy food choices for breakfast, it's best to bring your own or go to a restaurant. Overall, this is a reasonable place to stay for a clean and comfortable room.

Booked two rooms and received confirmation of two rooms only to be told upon checking in that they only have one room. It was noisy and the A/C was not efficient; half of the room was freezing and the other half was stuffy and hot.

My granddaughter made a reservation at this location 4 days in advance of our arrival. She called directly so there would be no misunderstanding that we needed a pet friendly room. We drove 12 hours to be told there were no pet rooms available and our dog could sleep in the car. We were incensed to say the least! Then we were told we could try our luck at Red Lion. She wouldn't even do us the courtesy of calling for us. We sat in the parking lot and called the Red Lion only to be told they were totally full, but Veronica was so kind she actually called another location for us and secured us a room! I will never do Best Western again!

This location seems to be an older building. It is dark, and the rooms are smaller than you probably would expect (especially the bathroom). It seems well maintained but the age and usage of the furniture seems to be out pacing the maintenance. There is no pool, which really isn't a deal breaker for me, but you might be curious. These things so far would prompt me to give an average rating. I give a less than average rating because of the cable television and especially the Wi-Fi. Most hotels I've stayed at in recent history have good basic cable television and Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi is becoming so important). Half of the channels the cable seemed to should have had were not viewable ("...chanel scrambled or weak signal...") and the Wi-Fi was not reliable and had a weak signal. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi at all the second night we stayed. This is one of the lower priced hotels in the area, but still more than I would have expected for the amenities. With this pricing and if the thing I mentioned are improved, this would be only an average hotel.

It is not a fancy place but nice, clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk is very good. The price is very reasonable for the amenities you receive. I like it as a go to and find it much better than Motel 6.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Free parking and breakfast. Room had the usual microwave and fridge. Due to the pandemic, breakfast area was closed but they had a brown bag assortment to take and go as well as packaged items. Good coffee as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location of my room was next to a busy door. Patrons were coming & going until about 3 am, which alarmed our puppy, who barked at every noise. Also, with the smoking station close to the door, smoke and chatter cane into our room. Hotel seems to attract people with poor hotel manners. Finally, staff did not use face masks properly, and did not enforce posted requirements for guests to wear them. I felt let down by that.

booked a room while on a road trip touring the state of Idaho. The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous and very helpful with local places to eat. We originally planned to stay 2 nights but extended our stay another night. The room we were in was already booked for that night, so they graciously upgraded our room to an executive suite for the same price as the standard room, and allowed us to move from our original room directly to the suite without having to move our bags out at checkout time.

Stayed here for one night. Upon entry the room had a very strong odor (like smelly feet) and there were little pet hairs on my sheets that left me itching. Had been driving for 10 hours and just wanted to sleep--stripped bed, slept on my personal blanket. The property needs a good updating--hallway carpets need a deep cleaning (stains galore!). The pics online show much nicer than what it is in person. But, a las, it was a last minute availability stay, so I am appreciative we found an available hotel to rest for the night.

In a city where hotels run pretty expensive, this hotel was great for us. First BW jr. model we've seen. Pretty small rooms, but nicely appointed. Everything we needed after driving 635 miles. Very nice bag breakfast in the morning. We will look for SureStay again.

Definitely enjoyed the stay at the Best Western. Clean and comfortable, did what they could for breakfast with the COVID going on. Always try to get an upper floor because I hate how heavy people walk when they are above you. Bur since my wife had a swollen ankle, we took a bottom floor room and it worked out great.

In Trip Advisor hotel was listed under Super 8. Could find reference to a Sure Stay in Twin Falls. We had targeted this motel, then couldn't find it while in transit to Twin Falls. We need two rooms and couldn't find accommodation at the Quality Inn. In Search for Sure Stay, couldn't find it. Then called Super 8, told there was vacancies and found it to be a Sure Stay upon arrival at the noted address. After that staff was friendly, easy check-in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable - no complaints about the facility. We did partake in free continental breakfast and give high marks for offering hard boiled eggs. Along with coffee they offered a snack bag with a Gatorade. Located next to LaFiesta Mexican Restaurant - a top ranked restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2020 with 3 adults and 1 dog. When we got to the room, I washed my hands and noticed that the sink wasn't draining. I called down to the front desk to ask them to fix it or move us. She said they couldn't move us but that she would call for maintenance. I checked in at the front desk in person and she said that the plumber "didn't want to come fix it." It was a Saturday night. I told her that I really wanted it fixed and she seemed exasperated - showing me her text conversations with the plumber. I told her that I would report the incident to Best Western. She said she could ask her manager for a refund or a discount, but not until Tuesday....again, this was Saturday. At 10:45pm, she called our room to say that the maintenance person would be coming in 1 hr. - so at almost midnight. I said no. I reported the incident to Best Western and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for that manager to respond to my complaint. Last week they said 2-5 business days and this week they said the same. No word from anyone. I get that SureStay is Best Western's brand that doesn't require the hotel to upgrade their properties, but they do require things to function and they are supposed to provide the service expected by Best Western. The SureStay in Twin Falls failed on both accounts. There are plenty of good budget hotels out there - skip this one.

I had to stay here for 3 weeks on business and you really get to know a place when you stay with them for that long. Kizzy it the GM, and, a lovely human being that really is a joy to work with. In fact, every person I encountered here was really nice, really accommodating which is a testament to good leadership. I often am asked to comment on the "Corporate Culture" of this place or that.... It can be seen through its leaders, and without getting way too introspective, this is just a really nice place to stay. Did I say the towels were amazing?

Conveniently located to everything, even the visitor center and Perrine Memorial Bridge. This place very clean (even as a Pet Friendly hotel) with a great variety of items for continental breakfast. Great Value for your buck! Highly recommend!

We needed a place to stay in Twin Falls and Surestay was available. The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and a continental breakfast was ready to grab and go. The internet worked very well also.

The room was nice with micro wave and fridge. AC had to be turned on throughout the night to keep working. Adequate size, but the walls were thin as we were woke up by the use of the bathroom in the next room. No use of masks by staff.

It is not fancy but was clean and everything worked. Check in went smooth, the room was fine and seemed quiet. They had a nice size TV and lots of channels. It is more basic than the typical Best Western and reminds me of what you get at a typical Super 8. The breakfast was basic grab and go under the new rules. Really no complaints and a great price.

Only issue was hallway a little dark. Arriving late at nite just was a little uncomfortable. Everything else was great. Front desk help accommodate for my handicapped guest, making sure that it was easy to access.

The room was clean, but the carpet smelled and the room was fairly small. Be sure to get a room on an upper floor if you like windows, because the first floor rooms have windows that are below street level and look out at the parking lot on both sides, making privacy difficult with the curtains open. There is a fairly decent Mexican restaurant right next door. This is adequate for one night. The staff was friendly.

We booked our rooms with Priceline months before COVID-19 hit. A week before we arrived, we called the hotel desk directly and confirmed our reservations. We had booked 3 rooms, with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they changed our reservation to 3 rooms with one queen bed. They would not honor our reservations, even after we showed them a copy of our reservation from Priceline. The front desk called the manager, and he/she did nothing and it was a two second conversation. Not only were they sold out, but all the hotels nearby too. They blamed Priceline, 3rd party booking company. Priceline was worthless in this crisis, the wait time to call them was an hour, and when we left your number, they never called back. On top of all that, our room smelled bad, as if the carpets hadn't been changed for several years.

We recently traveled to Twin Falls for business and stayed at the Sure Stay Hotel on Blue Lakes Blvd. It has a fresh new look and has a great complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable.

We stay here at least 3 times a year. The service, room and breakfast is always excellent. Would highly recommend the Sure Stay in Twin Falls Idaho. We will definitely be staying in our next trip through on our way to Arizona.

Staff is very friendly, hotel is very clean, breakfast is great with lots of food choices! Pet friendly. Good location, close to shopping, next door to a good Mexican restaurant, lots of other restaurants close by, across the street from Lows.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Seemed willing, and interested, and providing you with a comfortable stay. The room was Average an appointment and cleanliness. The only thing I would knock would be that their breakfast should have chilled juices and milk. Also, they could use a higher grade (More meaty) sausage gravy for their biscuits and gravy. Otherwise, this was a very good value for the area.

I was expecting a par for the course room for this hotel that had recently changed names. I was delighted to find a nice clean room and oh so comfortable bed with down pillows. Great tasting coffee in the lounge. The staff was friendly and breakfast was not bad. Would recommend.

It was an easy check in. My customer service started by me calling in and when I arrived the customer services was excellent. This is a pet friendly hotel, which is what we needed. The room and the surrounding area was clean.

The location was a bit further than we expected. Once we found it, it seemed a bit close to the street, but once we were in our room, we heard no road noise. The room was a little small, but it was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed on night during our motorcycle trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were nice and attentive. The free breakfast had the usual items. Nothing outstanding or special, but clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the breakfast area is too small for the hotel. There wasn't enough seating area when we arrived. We would stay there again because the price is reasonable, and the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very old and run down. We paid $61 night. However, I would never stay there again. I would rather pay more for an updated hotel. Staying at this location was a big mistake on our part. My husband booked it and he obviously did not read the reviews! If I were alone I would not stay here. The clientele looked pretty rough! The room was very old. Breakfast was standard continental. Chipped tables. At check in the front desk clerk knew very little about the Best Western current promotion, stay 2 nights & get one free night. I googled it on my tablet and got all the information from the web site...that she was unable to answer! I recommend Best Western Plus in future.....for my travel requirements!

We have stayed at this property for 10 years. Since its rebranding from Super 8 to SureStay the change has been positive. The rooms have undergone a nice renovation with new furniture & carpeting. The continental breakfast has been enhanced with the addition of scrambled eggs, sausage, and, for those of you with low cholesterol, biscuits & gravy. This is in addition to the waffle machine, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt from past years.

They charged me a pet fee without even telling me. I found out from my credit card statement. Extremely unprofessional. Breakfast was pretty awful. Freeze dried scrambled eggs and cold biscuits. The place was dated but clean.

Traveling thru area and booked a good rate thru Expedia - reserved room but selected to pay at hotel. Check in was fine, with pleasant staff member. Room was clean (bed linens, bathroom) but it had absolutely filthy and torn carpet, and the sink stopper was broken. When checking out in the morning, a different staff member refused to give me a receipt; said he couldn't because I booked through Expedia. I explained I booked through Expedia but paid at the hotel, not through Expedia. He had a smirk on his face and said absolutely no receipt and his manager would back him up. When manager arrived ten minutes later, she stated of course I was due my receipt, and told the clerk he was wrong. He just walked off and clocked out - no apology at all. Breakfast food wasn't fresh - spoiled fruit and hard biscuits. This hotel has no business having the Best Western brand attached to it. Avoid at all costs.

Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Great to have a fridge. Breakfast was set up at 6 am and had a great selection of hot and cold food. Friendly staff. Internet was available but was slow. Front desk staff was Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable, nice firm mattress and comfy pillows. We used the fridge in room, did not need the microwave. Appreciated the shampoo and conditioner provided and hair dryer, breakfast was all set up at 6 am sharp and offer d a good variety of hot and cold foods. Staff in breakfast room and front desk were friendly and welcoming Great value for an overnight stay when on a long road trip like we were. We checked in late and left by 6:30 am. We would stay at this location again.

We were on a 4,750-mile trip and this was the first time to stay at this location. I don't remember having any problems at all. The breakfast was good, as usually the case at these types of places. The price was surprisingly low. We would stay again.

The employees are very friendly and nice. They were quick to help and answer any questions. The room was good and they allowed us to bring our family dog. It was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The room had a king size bed, loveseat, table and two chairs yet was priced like a regular room. They also had a hot breakfast. The only problem was no elevator (that I saw) to get upstairs to our room. Fortunately, the hubby can carry my heavy suitcase.

my room was small and cramped, but clean. the bathroom was tiny. it had the smallest, lowest toilet I have ever seen, VEY small diameter, and little above a foot off the ground to the seat. perfect for 9-year--olds but terrible for adults. when I cked in, Jessica nd Jesus were marvelous, but when I checked out, Kizzy was surly, aggressive and obnoxious. I am a Diamond member at Best Western -- their scale goes from regular up to Silver to Gold to Platinum up to Diamond. yet Kizzy treated me like dirt beneath her feet. go elsewhere.

SureStay is a good and clean hotel with nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good beds. Door was difficult to open (you had to push/pull before the door opened). The room smelled somewhat when we entered but that was solved by the housekeeping with spray.

There was plenty of parking in the back for trucks and trailers. The only complaint was we did not book a handicapped room and the room access from the lobby was split level so I use a cane and had to deal with stairs. There was no elevator so you had to carry every thing up and down the stairs. We had a bicycle that we wanted inside so the staff kept it in an employee only area overnight. Staff were very helpful just the property was not very well equipped for the handicapped and older guests.

I stayed two nights 9/23/19 and again on 9/25/20. The first night I asked to be moved because of a yipping dog across the hall. The room they moved me into had a heavy funky odor. Later in the week when I returned for the second nights stay I elected to stay on the top floor away from pets. When I got up in the morning and threw back the covers I found a bed bug marching across the sheet! Yuck! I reported the situation to the front desk along with evidence ( the dead bed bug wrapped in tissue). The nice young man said he would have the manager call me to discuss a refund. No call as yet. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is currently going through renovation but there's little they can do about the size of the rooms. The room we were in was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. Unless they plan on adding on, the breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel. The grounds outside the hotel is disgusting and should be cleaned up. It is a pet friendly hotel but there's nowhere you can take them to relieve themselves. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was tidy and comfortable. Only issues were a slight odor when you first walk in and the shower fittings were loose. Saying that, there were renovations going on so these issues will likely be remedied.

Good value. They continue to upgrade this property so construction continues but room was very nice. Good breakfast. Checkout was a bit of an issue because staff wouldn't issue a receipt and no email received. Otherwise no issues. Breakfast was good. Good location to restaurants.

Our room offered a incredible view of a lovely river behind our room,and other reviews noted that big horn sheep come down frequently to drink for the river. Didn't see any but the view was super! All you need is a glass of wine to make it even more relaxing!

Check in smooth, clerk friendly, no welcome or recoginition of Diamond member statis on rewards program, then they have you sign a form promising not to sneak extra animals into room so guess my elephant will have to stay in the car. Rooms clean and nice as expected but price list in room for any items you might feel like stealing. If your other guest are stealing this much from you why would I want to stay near them!!!!! Rooms and staff ok, motel policies per forms and price list most unwelcoming.

We stayed here one night. We had pre booked, check in was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, well stocked with good choices. We enjoyed a good nights sleep here as the place was quite.

Hotel is listed as a Best Western but under no circumstance is this a Best Western quality rated hotel. Young man was rude and not aware of Best Western's Rewards, Gift cards, Guest bags, and basic standards. His response was “we actually aren't a Best Western so we don't do that“. No bill was under my door so when I checked out I discovered I was overcharged. The young lady did credit my charge card but I wonder how many customers have been over charged and never checked their bills. I would stay clear of this facility.

My reservation was for the wrong date, even though I checked three times before I hit confirm. I ended up paying almost twice the price online. Staff at the hotel told me this happens at least twice a day.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating when we checked in. We had a comfortanle nights sleep and a nice beakfast including waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs, and more before heading out in the morning.

I have Sure Stay and its Affiliate Best Western my Mtels of only choice, great price and service, pleasant breakfast selection and atmosphere. The units re always clean, staff is friendly and the locations are close off Freeway for easy on off access.

Good location, nice mexican restaurant next door. Very quiet. Manager very helpful checking in and answering questions. Bathroom was a bit small but ok. Requested ground floor room when making reservation and got ground floor room.

This hotel was clean, rooms spacious. The staff was exceedinglly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful in every way. The price was right. The location was good. Internet was fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were just staying overnight in Twin Falls so we didn't need anything fancy, just something clean and pet friendly and SureStay fit both. It's not the Ritz but the room and bathroom were clean and it seemed to be pretty centrally located to restaurants and the Shoshone Falls. The continental breakfast was average but that area is way too small for the volume of people going through. The only real negative is that we were waiting to check out for 5 minutes while the front desk worker was getting their breakfast.

This was formerly a Days Inn and basically you get what you pay for. We were originally supposed to stay at the Best Western Plus but they had a building issue and suggested we stay here. The staff was friendly, the room was small (on the lower level - half below ground level.) It was clean but old and dated. The bathtub/toilet room was tiny and the sink out in the room was small with very little counter space. The hallway was noisy and the walls vibrated when the outer door slammed. Basic continental breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausage. Limited seating in lobby and one table in the breakfast area.

When we checked in the lobby smelled like sour milk, That should have been our first indication about the rest of the facility. No hot water, room smelled like it was closed up for months. (Musty). Dust on the desk, stains all over the hallway carpets.

A/C unit was horribly dirty and air coming out of it was stinky. Room was very dirty and had allergic reactions for the whole stay. Sneezing and itchy eyes. We will never stay at Best Western Hotels again.

The hotel was nice; clean rooms, comfortable bed, good size room. Staff mislead us to the wrong room so had a little trouble finding the right room but we that was minor. Breakfast had a lot of choices, food was good but not great.

The front desk person was well informed, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and quiet. House keeping did a great job. Everything worked. The only downside was the breakfast. Not much flavor and the OJ Was warm. Bring your own hot sauce.

I booked 4 weeks ago. After 11 hours of travelling and arriving we were told we had no reservations. AND NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! I showed the hotel clerk my conformation on my phone. Like previous posts she was rude and obnoxious. I am not sure who's fault it was. The hotel or hotel.com [whom I will never use again] but this clerk was nasty . I was watching her before I found out and she did not greet people. She did not Inform the group waiting they were sold out. It was very hot in the lobby. There was a elderly couple trying to get a room in front of me who called ahead and was told there were rooms. The clerk said sorry. We are booked and said next. Not even trying to help. I felt bad for them . Then I had to deal with her. Not even offer advice on other hotels. Hotels.com said our reservations were definitely confirmed and did get us another,much nicer and friendlier hotel down the road. Also some workers were there ,looked like contractors, and they couldn't find their reservations either. My advice,stay elsewhere. I think this gal at the desk doesn't like her job or is just not a happy person. I am reporting her to best western. BW needs to check on this place. No air in lobby at 90degree temp didn't help.

The front desk person on a Friday night is nothing but white trash. Her partner was really nice so I will give him that. Their channels didn't work and she has the audacity to tell me she's alone and behind with reservations. I had called the front desk and after being on hold for ten minutes I hung up. She appeared at my door and treated me like I was stupid and snapped at me. With all of the reservations she has to process you would think that she would try to help the guests she already has. Also the room wasn't clean and garbage left from previous guests! Gross! Very rude! Don't stay here. Stay somewhere else!

The room was clean, service very good and if you are traveling with a pet, I had a guinea pig it is a great option. Many hotels I tried to book had very expensive pet rates and did not accept animals other than dogs. The downside is there was no elevator and had to walk up a flight with lots of luggage and belongings. Walking up to the 2nd floor there was a strong cigarette smell. Breakfast provided was good lots of choices.

Not the best or the worst. Very average place to stay, the staff were very friendly which is always nice. Plenty of parking for trucks with trailers. Breakfast was alright - not the most intuitive design but gets the job done!

We stayed here on the first night of a multi night road trip. The location was convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was a bit too small for everything going on there, but the breakfast was decent. We would stay here again.

This is a good budget motel. The rooms were basic but clean, the wifi was good, and the bathroom was a little tight but the room met all of our needs for a quick overnight stay. The breakfast room was very small and crowded, not nearly enough space for families with kids. The variety of continental breakfast offerings was pretty meager, so if you're hungry, I'd suggest going elsewhere for breakfast. But the motel is right across the parking lot from a pretty good Mexican restaurant that I would recommend for dinner. Their Margaritas tasted great after a day on the road!

For the price the room is good and they accept dogs so huge plus for me. Location is good, close to a lot of places to eat and easy to get around. Cons: stairs no elevator that I saw. Our bathroom had no rails for the tub or shower for my elderly mom to pull herself up from.

This was our first time staying at. SureStay Hotel. We will definitely be staying there when we are passing through. Beds were comfortable, the A/C worked, staff was nice. It's not far from restaurants and shopping.

Convenient to shopping, dining, the freeway and the Shoshone Falls viewpoint. Comfortable beds and large queen rooms with nice amenities. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ask for the 1st floor or you will be hoofing it up the stairs. The air conditioning is loud, but provides “white noise” for sleeping. WiFi is excellent. The fridge does not have a freezer, so we couldn't re-freeze our blue ice, but there is a convenient free ice machine on the 2nd floor. We will come again when driving this way.

We have stayed at this property before it became a SureStay by Best Western property. What an improvement. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and really had our comfort and convenience in mind. We were impressed with the remodeled rooms, cleanliness and comfort of the room. We will choose the stop over every time from now on. A really good bargain for the price paid.

This is our first visit to a Sure Stay by Best Western; and they utilize the Best Western Rewards program too. The room was very comfortable, clean with great working air conditioning and reasonably priced. They could have taken a bit of the room space for the bathroom since you couldn't leave the bathmat on the floor and open the door! The breakfast offering was good. They could definitely clean or recover the lobby chairs used for breakfast.

First got there late at night and the front desk lady greeted us with a smile and got us in our room in a timely manner. The rooms were clean, the management very polite during our stay and everything was right there close for eating and shopping.

This hotel was an excellent value. It was centrally located within walking distance of several restaurants. The property, though nothing close to 4-star, is well-maintained and clean. We had no problem with street or neighbor noise and got a good rest.

I had two elements of Twin Falls that drew me there: Shoshone Falls and Canyon Springs Golf Course. I always look for establishments of good, reasonable quality. With SureStay Hotel, I found all those in good measure, and I chose to stay two days. Oh yes, right next door was one of the finest Mexican restaurants of my rather impressive lifetime! The hotel location was a short drive from the golf course, although the mere job of getting there was complicated by a mountainside road that had suffered a partial washout. (No fault of the hotel!). Not only did I check it out after arriving at the SureStay, but the next morning I went again to play. The next day at breakfast I met a couple who were traveling from Portland, Oregon to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They had stayed here previously and would not stay anywhere else in Twin Falls. Later, I was given specific instructions to the Shoshone Falls, an experience I would not want to have missed.

The hotel was very nice, clean and in a nice area of town. The beds were a bit hard compared to my soft pillowtop mattress. The breakfast was great with a variety of items, breads, eggs, or make your own waffle along with fruit. Was a great place to stop for the night on our trip.

The hotel is on the strip into town coming from the north. Typical B.W. - looks the same as any other. Rooms were clean enough. No sitting out area at all. They provided a breakfast from 6 - 9 but, if you go down after 8:30 they do not replenish anything. The second day -no orange juice, lukewarm coffee and very little food. You pay the price and should get the same service through out!! Lots of other places to choose from in gthe area and they should do better to keep their custom.

You get what you pay for, No elevators, all stair access. Good breakfast. Right on Blue Lakes Blvd so easy access to all major highways and the mall and businesses. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Good...as expected, stay. I begin ratings at three and move up or down depending on how my expectations are met. I expect a clean, fresh, comfortable room. I also expect wifi, decent free parking and a breakfast offering of some sort. My expectations were met so a three rating. My expectations were neither exceeded nor was I disappointed overall.

Made reservation on line, they charged my card, I cancelled 60 days in advance, and was told I would receive no refund. Good luck if you book on line. I can't comment on this particular facility but I will never use one buy this company again

Really good budget hotel. Fast, friendly check in. Lovely clean bedroom & bathroom - mattress was super comfortable. Close to restaurants & only a few mins away from the Idaho Falls River Walk. Nice little breakfast area & good variety on offer for breakfast. This hotel will not disappoint. Thank You

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint would be that there were not enough hangers and our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. We were there 3 nights. We will definitely stay there again.

We were on an extended road trip and needed a well located motel, close to amenities such as gas stations and restaurants. This place filled the bill with Best Western's reliably friendly service, clean, comfy room and quiet location.

Clean room, good service but bed was hard and breakfast disappointing. Check in and check out was easy. We got the last room available because of a soccer tournament in town. Good location and just a short drive to lots of shopping and dining options.

The first thing you will notice is that the parking is big enough for large RV's. The staff is well trained and friendly. They are pet friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Plus the beds are comfortable with new bedding.

The room appeared to be cleaned, but after closer examination it appeared it was just made up. The breakfast was o.k., but have had better at other Best Western motels. I will not stay at this one again.

We had a good night of sleep during our travel. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She was well trained and courteous. We left very early so we didn't try the breakfast, but we were offered a to go bag with fruit and a danish.

Long road trip from Tacoma to Denver this was a great stop over. The hotel was clean with all necessary amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. We just stayed the night so didn't really do much more than sleep and eat breakfast. Breakfast was more than fruit and yogurt. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy definitely a plus to start the day.

Very nice affordable hotel. Great staff, clean rooms, convenient location when just passing through town. Super fast check in process. All requests that we made were met. Internet was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Would like to than Chantal (GM) for making our stay great. She put is in a nice room and everything worked in it. Great parking, close to all sorts of restaurants and only minutes to the freeway. This is a well run hotel without....and offers great value for price.

Nice property, sweet staff, great beds & pillows and a good breakfast! What else do you need after a long day traveling! We were very excited to find a reasonable room in Twin Falls so we could explore the town & see the fabulous falls this year! We enjoyed our stay at BW Twin Fall & as usual it was great!

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. The rooms were ok, for the price. The food was poor, eggs very watery, biscuits were nasty. Sausage had no flavor. Waffles tasted oily. Rooms are really small but was clean. Easy access and parking.

located 3 miles from Shoshone falls. no complaints other than I did not know about the 100.00 deposit in advance. room was comfortable and wifi worked. staff friendly. pillows were a little flat for my taste.

We arrived late afternoon, left early the next morning, wanted clean, reasonably priced, saw no reason to go for the more expensive Best Western Plus. Very friendly staff helped us resolve the problem of keys not working, very quiet and clean, albeit not overly spacious. Pretty good breakfast included. A good stay.

After a lady ran into our home we searched for a hotel that would be on the cheaper side for us. We ended up staying 5 nights in the Twin Falls, Idaho location. The staff were amazing! They were so helpful if we needed anything and really made our stay great!

We stayed a week visiting family. My husband was sick and the staff was so helpful and kind. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. We will stay here every time we come back and recommend it to others!

Stayed here a couple of times in Sept. Found the place to be very quiet and clean. The staff were helpful in finding places to eat and to see. It is convenient in its location as it is close to shopping and eating and some things to see and do as well

The property met my needs and my expectations. in my book this rates three stars. The room was comfortable, reasonably appointed and clean, and the services/amemities were just as explained on the hotel website. This is what I expect from any hotel/motel I book a stay at. Had I been pleasantly surprised by the property or service, I would have rated higher. A lower score would have been the result of some aspect of the stay which disappointed me.

Good value, friendly service, location close to several restaurants, nearby shopping. Room was clean, bed comfortable, pet friendly hotel. Only problem was staff did not clean out heater element and when we turned on heat, 27 degrees outside, the fire alarm went off due to the burning dust. So had to get an extra blanket to keep warm.

Stayed here for one night to get by cheaply at a lower end motel while on a 4 week road trip. This place has seen it's better days but was still OK for a night. The room was somewhat quiet, clean if you can get by the old look, and somewhat comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator. Breakfast was average, but the staff lady in the room appeared to hover too close while we were getting breakfast.

My buddy and I were on our way to Vegas with our bike trailer. Nice big parking lot for trailer. Room was better than we expected for the price we paid. It was a good deal in Twin Falls. Half the price of the La Quinta and a great deal for the one night. Very nice.

The SureStay Hotel was a great place to stay and a very good value. the room was clean and comfortable . The staff were polite and helpful . We even got to go see the Falls they were not far from the Hotel and easy to get to.

#3 Front desk gave our room key number to another guest. While I was resting, he entered the room, questioned why I was there. Barely awake I said I had the same room key number. He left and I called the front desk. All they said was that they were supposed to give us a different room number. No apology, no nothing. #2 Front desk woman made my husband wait while she finished her cigarette right at the entry door. #3 Bed bugs. Several bites Will never stay at a Sure Stay by Best Western

Very clean room and a comfortable bed. The shower and toilet area are quite small but not bad for the price. Nice towels. Ground floor is a few steps below actual ground level with steps on one side of the building and a handicap ramp on the other side. Steps up to the lobby and breakfast area. Typical continental breakfast with boiled eggs.

It appears all SureStay hotels by Best Western have implemented new mattresses. I have severe arthritis and cannot sleep on hard mattresses. I felt as if I had not slept at all when I awoke the next morning. I was very tired and sore. My hips hurt so badly I could almost not walk.

Clean, comfortable, but no extras. Stayed for one night.. room was adequate, breakfast good but breakfast room very small, had to take my breakfast back to my room. Staff very friendly and the price was great. Would stay here again.

Driving home from Utah and didn't book a room ahead. It was late and I stared frantically looking for something. Sure Stay had a room and allowed pets so I took it. I was a bit leery but was in a pinch… I am happy we took the chance. The staff was very nice, rooms clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

Our king room with love seat smelled fresh and was very clean. Our room was at the back end, so it was a quiet area. The room furnishings were nice and comfortable. Our mattress was comfortable and of good quality. We would definitely return again. The hotel is a good value. The front desk gals were friendly and helpful.

The SureStay Hotel (BW) was a refreshing stay while traveling cross country for several days. Both check-in and check-out were efficiently handled by Chantal and Melissa. Kudos t you both. I love the painting and upgrading being done-- great new color scheme. We were quickly directed as to which entrance door would be nearest our room and we easily accessed it. The basic breakfast offerings were accessible and the area was kept clean at all times. Another Best Western stay that was A+.

We chose this property based on their reviews and we weren't disappointed. It was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly upon check in. We were able to walk to restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well.

So 3 weeks ago I booked a room for a night stay for July 23rd 2018 . my mother and I have been driving for 12 hrs that day expecting to get to the hotel later at night . so with me in and out of service ob my phone i was able to email saying we would be checking in late around 9 to 10 pm. Upon arrival we got to town maybe 45 mins later then planed . we arrived at the hotel ready to check it . The lady said oh your names not her. I was like it should be. She said nope. I cancelled your room because it was 1015 pm you havent arrived yet . then i ran your card and it was denied. Mind you im on vacation I have plenty of money. She said that some one was standing there that needed a room and she sold the room to them . So im staying in a motel 6 with no ac in the middle of July. But the were nice . not rude and ugly as there staff. Will never stay at a best Western again..

This more than adequate budget hotel is a ripper! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are a tad small but that's a small price to pay for the excellent service. They also offer a basic (but good) continental breakfast and there is plenty of parking. For HBO fans that's included as well. Recommended for sure and pleasantly surprised.

Clean, quiet, wifi, breakfast, safe parking, friendly staffs and walking distance to restaurants. Not much else you could ask for for the price you pay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The room was comfortable and cool. The room was large. The staff was no where to be seen when I entered the property. I waited around 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The breakfast was small and the sitting area was small. We had to wait for someone to leave area. The offerings were sufficient. The price was worth the stay. The location was great.

We had a nice stay here room was comfortable, AC worked, towels were so soft best I ever had at a best western hotel. Breakfast was meh ok the lady in charge could be more thrilled to see you, she was be grudgingly refilling things, the set up was not good and the area was small, the fridge to refill things was in the middle of the breakfast area so the lady was constantly going in between guests and the fridge. NO scrambled eggs or sausage here, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagel, yogurt, cereal , fruit. Good laundry facility everyone else was pleasant

Comfy bed, clean, quiet, fast WiFi, friendly staff. Breakfast variety and quality acceptable, not great. No bathroom counter space. Some cheaper materials, some upgraded. Price was sure right! Would stay again.

This property used to be a Super 8 and is now a SureStay. The only difference I noted other than the obvious name change is the Fitness Center now appears to be a storage room. This property allows dogs I noted. There is no pool. Rooms are clean, tv has a good selection of channels, breakfast is adequate to start the day. Microwaves and refrigerators are a plus. Because it is budget friendly, safe and clean I would recommend booking in advance as it does fill up during the summer. There are 3 floors, no elevator but stairs are doable. I was on second floor (non smoking) but if you are a light sleeper would recommend booking on 3rd floor as some people have no concept of walking lightly or not rearranging room at night. Property is located close to a variety of eating places and shopping.

Always looking for a place to park this big truck, and this motel had plenty of parking space. It was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Rooms include refrigerator and microwave. The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful, as well. Many restaurants within walking distance. We will stay here again.

This is what i want when i am on the road. Good price, good bed, clean, close to restaurants, nice helpful people at desk, quiet, close to freeway. and a tv that works I don't need a deluxe lobby, a pool, gym, or a resort. I want my room clean, easy check in, get something to eat, catch a bit of news, make a couple calls and off to dreamland and ready for an early start. that is exactly what you get here!

Stayed here because of the reviews, and have to say the were right on. Ended up coming back through and staying again. Front Desk was very polite and helpful. House keeping is very good. Great price and location. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good Mexican restaurant next door. First stay was crazy about pillow, 3 days later on 2nd stay had replace them with better ones. So would stay here again. You can pay a lot more for a hotel in Twin Falls, and get a lot less value. A plus was the laundry room Thanks for taking Pride in your Hotel.

Stayed for a single night in their very comfortable king bed. Room was nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful both on the phone and in person. Felt like this provided a great value for a stay. I did sleep in past breakfast so I don't know how that was.

Very quick check-in for a late arrival (1:30a). Room had much better amenities than other Super 8's I have stayed. Continental breakfast was perfect. Thorough in choices, good quality but not fancy.

The room was very clean and nice. I will definitely stay here again if in the area. A big plus is the Mexican restaurant next door which gives a discount for hotel clients and is fantastic food at great prices!

We traveled to a funeral in CA and slept at 2 Super 8 Hotels. Our daughters room had a strong odor which wasn't too nice fro them, but our rooms were great. o yes, FORGOT!! One of the sink faucets was very very very hard to open. Otherwise was great!

A pretty nice Super 8 that is easily accessed off Interstate 84. The staff was friendly and the room reasonably appointed, although it could have been a little better kept cleanliness wise - not dirty just needed a little better effort at cleaning. Most notably the floors. Lots of restaurants nearby so finding a place to eat is a breeze. The Mexican restaurant next door is very good. They have a nice breakfast and someone keeping an eye out for when things need to be picked up or resupplied. In my opinion that's a nice touch other places should emulate. I have stayed here before and will continue to make this a regular stop on my travels through the area.

It was just an overnight jaunt to get out of the house. This motel was convenient to the places and things we wanted to do in Twin Falls. It was a very comfortable place to come back to after doing our running around.
