Grand Hotel Struer is a very elegant, and comfortable hotel. The hotel staff is very professional and proper. The breakfast is very well balanced. I enjoyed my 6 nights stay very much. I will stay here again next time I visit Struer.
…..excellent! Easy to find and with free parking just next to the Hotel. Location in central Struer, and just next to the pedestrian street. Harbour just a short walk. Receptionist extremely service oriented, and you feel very welcome. The room I got for 4 nights located on the third floor. Average size, clean with a comfortable double bed. Fine size TV with Scandinavian and German channels. No coffee facilities, no fridge. Okay bathroom with shower. No view. Silent at night. Restaurant with fantastic service. Limited menu. However, the quality and price ads up. Great breakfast with everything you need to get started. Cold and hot. Great soft boiled eggs. Everything in Scandinavian style. Price, service, food and location = 5 dots

Very nice hotel in the centre of Struer, small town but big town hotel, everything is in walking distance, great bar - a bit slow, bit that is the holiday feeling you get in Struer - and yes we get it B&O is here !!!

A very nice experience having dinner at the hotels restaurant. Excellent staff, and a fine menu. The rooms are also fine, quiet and pleasant. Having the hotel situated just next to the pedestrian Street offers you all options for shopping.

The room was spacious enough, clean at arrival, good breakfast but very limited choice of bread and fruit juice, TV very old and some channels not working properly!, amenities poor... Despite a normal expectation, on a daily cleaning of the room, they did not clean the floor (simple vacuum air cleaner) and did not replace the used shower gel and shampoo! Even when I arrived for the first time, its small shampoo was empty! Anyways, you don't have any other good choice, if you need to stay in Struer, this is your only option.

However, we are sorry to hear that you thought we offered a limited choice of bread. Normally we have 5-6 different kinds of bread in our buffet to give our guests multiple options, and are sorry you did not experience that. Regarding your remark concerning the cleaning of your room we are very sorry to hear that you have experienced quality below our normal standard and we really wish that you had contacted the staff in the reception to solve this. We had a standard room which was a decent size but dark, not helped by the dark brown carpet and furnishings. There was no safe. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ok. The public areas were also in need of refurbishment and the overall feel was drab even though the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. It's well located with plenty of parking. The hotel restaurant was great the second night but only satisfactory the first.

We know some of our rooms are quite dark, and we are actually starting a room renovation next week to make everything look more modern, as our hotel is an old building dating from 1895.
