SureStay Plus by Best Western Rexburg

Our stay at the Sure Stay Plus by Best Western in Rexburg ID was a lovely experience. Lilly at the front desk was wonderful! We only stayed 1 night, but wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel, itself was lovely & clean. Our rooms were Very clean & comfortable. After a long day of travel, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool & hot tub. We loved our stay!

With the name Best Western, I was expecting much better. It's like a cheap knockoff wanna be and cost more than the real deal. Breakfast was a joke. Machines broken, choices very limited. No fresh fruit. It was like they didn't care, no special effort. The rooms were clean but the toilet, tub area was so small and tight. The toilet so low to the ground.

I found that this week stay was adequate for my family's needs. There was some issues with the breakfast, but overall acceptable.

Clean room recently updates however Toilets are extremely low with no grab bars in bathroom. May be worth $$ but can find other hotels with better and newer amenities

Newly remodeled, very nice stay, very friendly staff. Location was excellent. All in all I was very pleased.

We have family in the area and have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 years. We've also stayed at two "name brand" hotels nearby so we have a good basis for comparison. The rooms at the Best Western are little smaller, however, the price is lower and the customer service is much BETTER. The breakfast is very nice. It includes all the basics. The property was recently updated so everything feels brand new. No work out room, but a great indoor pool and spa. Plus the location near major highways can't be beat. We always stay for several nights and never fail to get a good night's sleep. We will be back.

Very nice front desk person, helpful & let me check in early. Beautiful room, clean and warm. The hotel pool, laundry center & surrounding areas were extremely clean. Snow was plowed, parking lot was great

Hotel charge too much fees and we can't find this fees in the app. I needed an accessible room and I couldn't get because I had two tiny dogs. The safe deposit is still not back in my bank account……..

I made the mistake of picking random hotels when traveling. To dirty rooms and not feeling safe. I made the wise decision to become a best western member because you always know what you will get. If you stay at just a best western sometimes they aren't the best. But if you stay at a best western plus you will always have an amazing place to stay for the night .

very bad, you can't sleep if you are on the first floor, there is no isolation between rooms. Bad breakfast and pool doesn't work, it never works and they are asking to make a reservation. Employees don't care, this is all normal.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel. The people at the desk are awesome and so friendly. The hotel is just down from the highway that runs by Rexburg to Idaho Falls and all the towns in between, so access to this freeway is easy. The hotel is behind a Maverik gas station so it's easy to gas up and buy snacks. Well, now for the not so good news. I guess BW bought this hotel and for some reason thought that fake hardwood floors would be a good idea. Maybe they are easier to clean, but they were hard and cold on the feet. I do always wear socks or try to in hotels, but the floor was very hard to walk on, and cold. The sink is right when you walk in the door so anyone out in the hall will see you if you're standing at the sink brushing your teeth or whatever, so you better be dressed. Also, since the sink is there, you can see the light from the bed and see and hear everything going on there. The bathtub/shower and toilet are together in a separate, tiny room with a door, opposite of the sink. The bed was not as comfy as I remember. This was 2nd week of June 23 and the pool was closed for remodeling. Great timing for summer. The price was better than some of the other hotels and it is a nice place, but I really dislike the flooring. It made the room feel cold and uncomfortable. It was not pleasant.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast was varied and very good. One of the best Quality Inns in which we have stayed. Very convenient to highway. Restaurants in town. We would stay ere again.

The Quality Inn in Rexburg turned out to be a pleasant surprise and much better than expected. The location is good. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi worked well and the breakfast was basic. If all you need is a clean place to sleep then this place is a good option. Nothing fancy but meets the basic necessities of a place to sleep when passing through the area.

I stayed here 4 nights recently. Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but very clean and the property is very well maintained. My only issue with it was that the walls are a little thin and I could hear the TVs from other rooms all night long and hear the person above me banging and walking around quite often. Other than that, I had no issues here.

I'm a very forgiving person, but felt the need to warn other people of this hotel. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The bathroom door doesn't close. The bathroom is barely large enough to turn around in (and I'm a skinny person). The shampoo is runny, cheap, and I almost needed the whole TINY bottle to clean my shoulder-length hair. The chair was torn up and filthy. The carpet is dingy and filthy. Because of COVID, the housekeeping wouldn't come empty our trash. Also, because of COVID, the breakfast was “grab-and-go.” Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, except the oranges were rotten. Seriously!!! Rotten oranges, small, dry chocolate muffin, water, and a 6 inch microwave greasy burrito. Just gross! What is doubly disappointing is that there are no breakfast places in town except fast food, gas station store, or 1 sandwich place that served three breakfast items. The gas station store had better food than the hotel. It's just disappointing and disgusting. There is nothing “Quality” about this hotel. It's as cheap as you can get. Stay here if you must, but you've been warned.
